Victoria’s Secret Angel Kelly Gale created anti-cellulite scrub

OHMYGOSSIP — Victoria’s Secret Angel Kelly Gale suffered with cellulite on her legs when she was younger.
The 23-year-old Swedish model learned to create her own body scrub to keep her skin firm and uses the concoction, which contains ground coffee, coconut oil, cyprus extract and cinnamon bark, every day in the shower.
She said: “What I would do is normally what I would do is get in the shower and use my favourite coffee scrub. I use coffee ground and coconut oil mixed with cyprus extract and cinnamon bark, both of those two essential oils are meant to help make your skin firmer and just more beautiful. So I like to put that in my coconut oil and then I mix the coffee ground with the coconut oil and use that in the shower.
“When I was younger I had cellulite on my legs that I wanted to get rid of so I did a lot of research about what was supposed to be good for that and get smoother and firmer skin and it said everywhere that coffee was really good for that. So I kind of experimented a little bit and made my own scrub that I use almost every day in the shower.”
The brunette beauty – who walked in the Victoria’s Secret show for the fifth year in 2018 – also loves using “natural” products on her face and will always make sure to cleanse her skin properly every night before bed.
Speaking to US Harper’s Bazaar’s ‘Go To Bed With Me’ series, she said: “So the first thing I do after a long day I wanna cleanse my face and get rid of any dirt, makeup – this is a product I’ve started using really recently it’s called Face Halo [$22.00] and all you need is hot water and it takes everything off. It even works really well for eye make-up which is really rare.
“I use a skin cream from Dermalogica [$50.00] and this I’ve been using for ten years and it’ my go to. If I have an irritation and I use this, when I’ve been without it my skin gets dry and irritated and I feel like if I use this every single day my skin is always flawless. If I was stranded on an Island this would be the one product I would bring for sure. I enjoy using natural things on my skin because it works for me.”

Katherine McNamara’s grandmother helped her with skincare regime

OHMYGOSSIP — Katherine McNamara’s grandmother helped her find “simple” products for her nightly skincare routine.
The 23-year-old actress has always struggled to find “gentle” cosmetic removers to help take off her make-up at the end of the day because she has such sensitive skin, however, the ‘Shadowhunters’ star insisted she can’t live without the cleansing wipes her grandmother has used for “years” because they share “similar skin”.
She said: “The first thing that I do whilst I’m getting unready is take these Pond’s Wet Cleansing Towelettes [$3.64] and begin to take off my make-up. I love these wipes because they’re really gentle and simple and I actually found these wipes because of my grandmother, she’s used these for years and she and I have really similar skin.
“So a lot of the things that she can use are generally work well for me and it always reminds me of her because she’s always been very much a proponent for good skin care in my life.”
The blonde beauty – whose first major role was in the 2009 Broadway show ‘A Little Night Music’ with Catherine Zeta-Jones – also confessed that she is “addicted” to mascara and uses a Chanel cleanser she was recommended from a make-up artist to make sure she doesn’t suffer from panda eyes at the end of the day.
Speaking to US Harper’s Bazaar’s ‘Go To Bed With Me’ series, she added: “So anyone that knows me knows that I’m a little bit addicted to mascara, I absolutely love it, but one of the most important things to remember is to take it off at the end of the night and that is where this next product comes in.
“It has an oil and a cleanser that cuts through even the most waterproof of mascara. I’ve learnt a lot from the hair and make-up department on Shadowhunters so I always try to pick up some tips. One of my holy grail’s that I have been using since theatre is the Anti-Pollution Cleansing Milk [$45.00].”

Yara Shahidi was made into a Barbie and chose her own outfit

OHMYGOSSIP — Barbie has honoured Yara Shahidi by turning her into a ‘Shero’ doll, and she chose her own outfit for the toy.
To mark Barbie’s 60th anniversary and International Women’s Month, the 19-year-old actress has been named alongside 20 other inspirational females as one of Mattel’s 2019 Barbie ‘Shero’ dolls – which have been created in a bid to close the “Dream Gap”, which refers to the fact women are less self-assured than men in achieving their dreams or reaching their full potential.
The ‘Black-ish’ star explained that she styled her own outfits for the doll and opted for a suit which is one of her “favourite looks” with a t-shirt emblazoned with a ‘vote’ slogan.
In an interview with Harper;s Bazaar, she said: “Yes, I did. I live in suits; it’s one of my favourite looks. I love wearing a suit, and so this was actually designed off of one that I wore a while back. Then my ‘Vote’ t-shirt I’m always wearing. It’s a t-shirt and a suit, I feel so fancy.”
Other women who have been honoured include model and activist Adwoa Aboah and tennis champion Naomi Osaka and the ‘Grown-ish’ actress added that she would love to see the likes of Naomi Campbell and Grace Jones made into dolls.
She said: “Now I’m really questioning my Barbie history and whose Barbies I’ve seen…I would love a Naomi Campbell doll, I would love a Grace Jones doll.”
Yara went on to praise Adwoa, 26, and insisted that she herself is able to take inspiration from the other women featured in the project.
She said: “What’s very cool is I can genuinely turn to so many of the women that are in this [Barbie] collection of people who have inspired me.
“I mean, Adwoa (Aboah) is incredible and I’ve been so fortunate to not only work alongside her, but to be in conversation with her. She’s somebody I admire. ”

Mike Tyson wouldn’t leave his kids with Michael Jackson

OHMYGOSSIP — Mike Tyson “wouldn’t let” his children hang out with Michael Jackson.
The 52-year-old boxer – who has six kids from three relationships – was friends with the late ‘Thriller’ hitmaker but insisted he would never have left his offspring alone with the singer because of his “reputation” and blamed the parents of those who have accused the King of Pop of abuse for putting their children in that position.
Speaking to Michael Rapaport on his ‘I AM RAPAPORT’ podcast, he said: “The parents have to be responsible for that s**t. I just thought the fact that these kids, Michael is telling them, ‘If anyone knows about this we’re both gonna go to prison forever.’ It was just … really horrible.
“I have an eight-year-old kid. I wouldn’t let Michael hang out with my kid. I wouldn’t let my kid go over Michael’s house. I love Michael. Ya know what I mean. Michael has a reputation of this.”
In 1992, the ‘Hangover’ star was convicted of rape and he admitted he “respects” people who wouldn’t let their children around him as a result.
He added: “It’s like some people say, ‘Well listen, you’re Mike Tyson. I wouldn’t let my daughter around you cause you’ve been to prison for rape.’ I respect that, I understand that.”
Wade Robson and James Safechuck accused Michael of abusing them in controversial documentary ‘Leaving Neverland’ and while Mike admitted that “whatever happened when [they were] kids is wrong”, he criticised the men for appearing in the programme.
He said: “What you’re doing now is even wrong. Coming out saying this stuff. It comes across that these are guys just out to get some money.”
The Michael Jackson Estate have denied the allegations made in the documentary and earlier this week, the ‘Billie Jean’ hitmaker’s niece, Brandi Jackson admitted she was “sickened” by the “ridiculous” claims made.
She said: “When I was watching [‘Leaving Neverland’], I was completely sickened by it, to be honest with you. The things that he was saying were so over the top and so ridiculous.
“[Wade] was not describing my uncle. He was describing a totally different person, but not my uncle. And that’s why this is a narrative that has changed… over the last 15 years. Everything that he’s ever said about my uncle is the complete opposite of who he was painting in this documentary.”

Samuel L Jackson went to rehab at right time

OHMYGOSSIP — Samuel L. Jackson “didn’t know” he was “ready” to go to rehab until he got there.
The 70-year-old actor battled an addiction to crack cocaine several decades ago and decided to quit when he became “tired of getting high” and eventually sought treatment after his wife LaTanya Richardson Jackson and their daughter Zoe found him unconscious at home.
Asked why he quit drugs, he said: “Tired of getting high, using up that energy. I’d been at Ruben Santiago’s bachelor party drinking tequila all f***ing day.
“On the way home, I decided, ‘I need some coke so I can even my s**t out.’ I went by the spot, copped, went home, cooked the s**t, and passed out before I had even smoked it, drunk.
“That’s when my wife and daughter found me on the floor. She called my best friend, who was a drug counsellor. I was in rehab the next day. I just didn’t know I was ready to go, but I was ready.”
Samuel’s first role after leaving rehab was portraying drug addict Gator in ‘Jungle Fever’ and while he was warned against taking on the “triggering” role, he was determined to see it through and views the movie as the end of his “active addiction”.
He told America’s Esquire magazine: “‘Jungle Fever’ was the first thing I ever did without a substance in my body.
“All those motherf***ers at rehab were like, ‘You don’t need to do this movie, because you’re going to have triggers.’
“I was like, “Well, s**t, if for no other reasons, first of all, where the f**k are you going to get $40,000 in the next six weeks? And second of all, I will never pick up another drug, because I don’t want to see any one of you motherf***ers ever again.” I hated them. But that was their job. A
“And I made it through that. So significantly, when Gator gets killed at the end of that movie, I always look at it as the death of my . . . active addiction.”
And the ‘Pulp Fiction’ star believes the film marked a turning point for his acting style.
He said: “It’s one of those things where my wife always criticised my acting as being bloodless. She said, ‘You’re smart. You know the right facial expression. You know the vocal inflection. You know everything to do except how to feel it.’
“She was totally right, because I used to act and watch the audience for their response to what I did.”

Lacey Turner was worried she wouldn’t get pregnant again after two miscarriages

OHMYGOSSIP — Lacey Turner didn’t think she’d get pregnant again after suffering two miscarriages.
The ‘EastEnders’ actress – who is expecting her first child with her husband Matt Kay – has opened up about the fears she had after losing two babies seven weeks into both pregnancies, and how she was worried she wasn’t going to be able to start a family.
Speaking candidly on ITV’s ‘This Morning’ on Wednesday (13.03.19), she said: “We were really nervous, but you have to say to yourself, ‘Right, we really want this, let’s try again’.
“We tried and tried, and we were just getting nowhere, and 18 months had gone by, still nothing. You get to the point where you think, I don’t know if this is going to happen to us.”
After taking monthly pregnancy tests, the couple – who got married in 2017 – found out they are expecting their first child in November last year.
Confirming the news last month – when she said she was due in mid-July – Lacey, 30, said: “I can’t wait to nurture our baby – we’ve dreamed of having a family for so long. When you’ve lost babies all you care about is the heartbeat – we’ve had about 12 scans.”
The star – who is best known for her role as Stacey Fowler in BBC soap ‘EastEnders’ – previously admitted she felt as though her “whole world had fallen to pieces” when she lost her babies.
She added: “I blamed myself thinking that I’d done something wrong. I’d think, ‘Why me? What did I do?’ But, of course, I hadn’t done anything wrong – it’s all down to chromosomes and luck, really.
“Speaking to other people about it helped me. Women shouldn’t feel ashamed to talk about it as it happens to so many women.”

Hollyoaks writer reveals why Ste Hay was chosen for far-right storyline

OHMYGOSSIP — ‘Hollyoaks’ bosses chose fan favourite Ste Hay for its far-right extremism storyline because they thought viewers would “care” more.
Scriptwriter Jayshree Patel has opened up about the soap’s upcoming plot which will see Kieron Richardson’s popular character targeted by newcomers Jonny Baxter (Ray Quinn) and Stuart Sumner (Chris Simmons).
Speaking to Digital Spy, Jayshree said: “If you gave this story to someone who we’ve just brought in for this to happen to, I don’t think the audience would care as much. They wouldn’t be invested in the character.
“Ste is a person who actually could fall into that kind of group. No-one’s born bad. Ste is a kid who left school without qualifications. He has really tried to achieve things in his life, but one thing after another got in the way.
“In a way, Ste is looking for status and that’s what it represents for him. It’s this idea of white working class young men who are lacking status, and who then look for status somewhere else. We’ve already seen Ste’s vulnerability, and therefore he’s a prime target for extremist groups.”
Despite Ste being popular with viewers, Jayshree isn’t concerned about fans turning on him because of the storyline.
He added: “I think when you look at Twitter, you’re seeing fans saying: ‘Oh, no, Ste, don’t!’ No one’s saying, ‘Oh, I can’t be doing with Ste anymore’. What they’re saying is, ‘Please don’t do this’.
“I think there’s still hope from the audience that there will be redemption for Ste and he will be able to come out of it. He’s faced his demons many, many times before, and I think fans are hoping that he does so again. But obviously I’m not going to tell you whether he does or not.”

Fearne Cotton’s social media despair

OHMYGOSSIP — Fearne Cotton admitted she fell into a “trap” of “compare and despair” thanks to social media.
The 37-year-old presenter – who has children Rex, six, and three-year-old Honey with husband Jesse Wood – thinks spending time online is probably one of the “biggest problems” of modern life because it can be so damaging to mental health and she wants the “younger generation” not to feel like they have to live up to the perfect existence they see on the internet.
Asked how much she thinks screen time and social media affects mental health, she told the Daily Telegraph newspaper: “I think it’s probably one of the biggest problems.
“I think we underestimate how big a problem it is. Some of it is lovely and you can find your own community online but it also brings a whole host of comparisons, and that kind of compare and despair model that’s the worst. I fall into that trap at the age of 37 as do many of my peers, and you have to really work hard and apply some discipline so as not to. We have to remind ourselves and the younger generation that there’s choice involved.”
Fearne used to let her children go online but after realising they were spending a lot of time “mindlessly scrolling”, she confiscated their iPad.
She said: “I’m trying to keep them as little kids as long as I can, so we hid the iPad about three years ago and they’ve kind of forgotten it exists.
“I don’t mind what they watch off kids’ Netflix, but when they were on kids’ YouTube and were mindlessly scrolling through videos of kids opening Kinder eggs, I thought ‘Oh my God, I can’t govern this’. So I took it away.”
While Fearne is currently feeling “good” about her own mental health, it isn’t something she takes for granted.
She said: “I feel good today but I don’t know what I’m going to feel like tomorrow. It’s not like ‘yeah, I’m having a really calm 2019’. God no. Today I feel fine.”

This Morning team lost Holly Willoughby’s TRIC Award

OHMYGOSSIP — Holly Willoughby’s TRIC Award was lost by the ‘This Morning’ team.
The 37-year-old presenter won the coveted TV Personality of the Year accolade at Wednesday night’s (12.03.19) ceremony but had to miss the event as she had attended her grandmother’s funeral earlier that day.
Holly’s ‘This Morning’ co-host Philip Schofield revealed that their team couldn’t “actually find” the trophy after it was misplaced by Eamonn Holmes, who hosts the show with his wife Ruth Langsford, and the show’s editor Martin Frizell – and admitted that the last place it was seen was McDonald’s.
Speaking on Wednesday morning’s show (13.03.19), Philip confessed: “We can’t actually find the award … Now sources close to this show say that Eamonn gave the award to our editor Martin, he thought that our team had it – so if anyone has seen Holly’s TRIC Award pop it in the post. There’s a possibility the last time it was seen was in McDonald’s.
Holly added: “Now I’m assuming it’s got my name on it and it’s gold and it looks a bit like a giant bottle opener, it kind of looks like that so if you see anything like it. [return it] ”
Holly later received an update on the whereabouts of the trophy, revealing: “Alice Beer has been in touch about the missing TRIC Award. Apparently Doctor Zoe has last been with seen it but also this has now come up. Doctor Ranj has it, it’s the doctors!”
Philip joked: “I’m shocked you’ve let us down, you’ve left yourselves down and you’ve left the award down.”
Holly was forced to miss Tuesday morning’s episode of ‘This Morning’ with Rylan Clark-Neal taking her place on the sofa, as she was saying goodbye to her “beautiful Nan” but she returned to work on ‘Celebrity Juice’, hours after the event.

Malin Andersson quits alcohol to get better mental clarity

OHMYGOSSIP — Malin Andersson has quit alcohol to help with her “mental clarity”.
The ‘Love Island’ star has decided to cut down her alcohol intake as she admits she used it to help her “escape” from her pain of losing her baby, Consy.
She wrote on her Instagram story: “Decided to quit the alcohol a few days before I got back from Dubai. Best thing I’ve done to date. Especially if you’re going through quite a bit. It helps with mental clarity and lets you see life through a clearer filter. I know I was easy to turn drinking with my friends as a way of escaping and everyone thought I was fine. But it doesn’t help one bit. Moderation is key.. and if you’re wanting to change your thought process, you need to make sure nothing is stopping your brain by being on fire.”
Malin shared the tragic news of her loss in January.
Sharing a photo of her daughter on Instagram, she wrote: “Completely in love with you.. and my Mum just wanted you to be with her. Your time wasn’t ready yet. Mummy loves you. I stayed with you each day … you opened your eyes one last time for me and I saw those beautiful big brown eyes. I’m so sorry I couldn’t do anymore. Go be with grandma Consy. My angel. Rest in peace CONSY GLORIA EMMA ANDERSSON-KEMP. (sic)”
Consy was born on December 23, seven weeks prematurely, and was being cared for at London’s Great Ormond Street Hospital due to “complications”.
Malin wrote at the time: “Happy New Year..Tom and I are so happy to let you all know that our baby girl CONSY arrived in this world 23rd December 2018, seven weeks early. She is so beautiful, we are totally in love with her and feel so blessed that she is here but unfortunately due to complications, she is currently being cared for at Great Ormond Street. We have received a number of messages over the past week and there has been a lot of speculation and so we wanted to share our news with you so you could hear from us first hand.”

Ant McPartlin will get warm welcome by I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here crew

OHMYGOSSIP — The ‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here’ team are “looking forward” to welcoming Ant McPartlin back on the show.
The presenter took some time off during last series to deal with some personal issues, with Holly Willoughby standing in as his replacement alongside his usual presenting partner Dec Donnelly, but the whole team can’t wait for Ant to come back.
Speaking at a BAFTA Masterclass, the show’s creative director Richard Cowles said: “We love what Holly did, but we’re very much looking forward to Ant coming back and I think it’s going to be an amazing series. I think the job is for us to create a series and cast where everyone wants to come back and watch more, so I’m not worried.”
And Dec previously admitted he didn’t want another man to replace Ant on this year’s show so Holly was the perfect replacement.
He shared: “As always I’m incredibly excited to be heading to Oz for ‘I’m A Celebrity’. It is obviously tinged with sadness that Ant won’t be coming this year, I’m going to really miss him, but it’s only for one series and he’ll be back stronger next year. I didn’t want to host this series with another guy so Holly was top of my list.”
Holly was overjoyed to be given the job and joked that she felt she “won a competition”.
She said at the time: “I couldn’t be more excited to have been asked to stand alongside Dec for the next jungle adventure. I love Ant and want to send him my best wishes and support for a continued recovery.
“These are big shoes, not to fill, but just to keep warm for a little bit. Honestly, I’m a huge fan of ‘I’m a Celebrity’ and actually feel like I’ve won a competition to go and hang out on my favourite show. When is it a good time to tell Dec I’m scared of everything that moves.”

Marvin Humes: JLS won’t reunite for X Factor: All Stars

OHMYGOSSIP — JLS won’t reunite for ‘X Factor: All Stars’.
The ‘Everybody in Love’ hitmakers – which comprises of Aston Merrygold, Oritsé Williams, Marvin Humes and JB Gill – have no plans to get back together for the special series of the ‘X Factor’, after coming second on the show in 2008.
Marvin told the Daily Star Online: “Obviously we are not a band at the minute but we are super close. We are best mates but I think we’ll watch it instead … We wouldn’t just reunite like that. It’s a big deal if we’re to ever do that and I don’t we would just do it for the show. It’s not on the cards… we all have kids and puppies and are getting married. We have busy lives. A lot has changed in 10 or 11 years.”
The ‘X Factor’ is getting a massive overhaul this year, with Simon confirming there will be two series of ‘The X Factor’ this year.
She said: “I want to clear up any myths – because I’ve got some exciting news. I’ve had a meeting with ITV, I’ve told them what I think we’d like to do with ‘X Factor’ because we’ve been waiting to have this opportunity. The time feels right, and it will be a huge change. We haven’t exactly confirmed the dates or the order of the shows, but essentially there are going to be two versions of X Factor running this year. I think it’s going to be huge, it’s the best I’ve felt about this show in years …
“It runs for bloody months. No other show can run for months, it’s like putting on a soap opera every year, so that’s what we’ve got to work out, but I’ve got a plan. Now we’ve just got to get the dates sorted. But don’t give too much away, I don’t want my competitors to know.”

Jordan Peele says Us had five times the budget of Get Out

OHMYGOSSIP — Jordan Peele revealed that ‘Us’ had five times the budget of ‘Get Out’.
The 40-year-old comedian turned filmmaker says that although his hit 2017 satirical horror ‘Get Out’ was made with $5 million, he thought it was “key” to have a bigger budget for his upcoming psychological fright fest ‘Us’ – which was made with $20 million – as it allowed him more “freedom”.
Speaking at the SXSW Conference and Festival, he said: “I had about five times the budget on this one, which by movie standards is still not that expensive of a film. That was the key for me. Otherwise, I may not have had my freedom.”
Peele star went on to explain that although he requested more money for his forthcoming film, he was careful not to “overreach” as he “thrives with certain restrictions” and didn’t want the film to be such a risk producers would “be f***ing with my story”.
He said: “As a filmmaker, I also thrive with a certain restriction. I didn’t want to overreach with the budget and all of a sudden have a studio being responsible on me. There’s never been a point where they’ve expressed anything but wanting to make this. I was like, look, I want to be able to take my filmmaking up a notch, so I want to be able to make a bigger budget movie. But I don’t want to make such a big budget movie that all of a sudden we’ve crossed this line where the risk means you’re going to be f***ing with my story.”
The horror flick stars Lupita Nyong’o (Adelaide Wilson) reunited alongside her ‘Black Panther’ co-star Winston Duke (Gabe Wilson) as they take their children on vacation to Adelaide’s childhood home and are tormented by monsters which look exactly like them.
‘Us’ will be released on March 22.

Jodie Foster and Anthony Hopkins scared each other in Silence of the Lambs

OHMYGOSSIP — Jodie Foster and Sir Anthony Hopkins were “really scared” of each other when they filmed ‘The Silence of the Lambs’.
The 56-year-old actress played Clarice Starling in the 1991 psychological thriller; an FBI student who is forced to interview convicted cannibal murderer Dr. Hannibal Lecter (Hopkins) from his cell at a hospital for the criminally insane to gain information about an active serial killer called Buffalo Bill (Ted Levine) in a bid to end his murderous rampage.
Foster explained that the pair’s acclaimed interrogation scenes didn’t take place face-to-face during filming as the complicated set design took 20 minutes to get the British actor in and out of his prison cell and she admits her interactions with Hopkins, 81, and his “disembodied, scary voice” terrified her.
Speaking at the SXSW Conference and Festival, she said: “The movie didn’t scare me, but Anthony Hopkins scared me. You’ll notice, if you look at the movie again … instead of the person looking at the person off-screen, that the actors are actually looking down the lens.
“And that means I am there, but way behind the camera and I’m just a voice, he can’t see me. And the same is true on my side. So when I’m doing scenes with Dr. Lecter, I just hear this disembodied, scary voice, but I don’t actually see his face. I have to look into the camera and pretend that he’s in the camera.”
“The last day of shooting, we were having lunch, I was having my tuna fish sandwich and he’s next to me, and I said to him like, ‘I was really scared of you,’ because I never talked to him the whole movie, and he was like, ‘I was really scared of you!’ ”
Foster’s performance earned her the Best Actress Oscar, Hopkins’ turn as Lecter landed him the Best Actor Oscar and the movie won a further three Academy Awards; Best Picture, Best Adapted Screenplay and Best Director for Jonathan Demme

Kate Beckinsale ‘always laughing’ with Pete Davidson

OHMYGOSSIP — Kate Beckinsale is “always laughing” with Pete Davidson.
The couple are said to be incredibly happy together as they share very “similar senses of humour”.
A source told People magazine: “She’s very happy with Pete. They have really similar senses of humour and she’s always laughing with him.”
Pete previously insisted he isn’t “bothered” about the age difference between himself and Kate and can’t understand the fascination with their romance because so many famous men date younger women without anyone commenting.
Quizzed about his romance, he said: “Apparently people have a crazy fascination with our age difference. It doesn’t really bother us, but then again I’m new to this. So if you have questions about a relationship with a big age difference, just ask Leonardo DiCaprio, Jason Statham, Michael Douglas, Richard Gere, Jeff Goldblum, Scott Disick, Dane Cook, Derek Jeter, Bruce Willis, Harrison Ford, Tommy Lee, Alec Baldwin, Sean Penn and whoever the president of France is. Mel Gibson, Billy Joel, Mick Jagger, Sylvester Stallone, Eddie Murphy, Kelsey Grammer. Larry King, Larry King, Larry King, Rod Stewart and Donald Trump.”
Last month, it was reported that Kate, 45, and Pete, 25, were planning to go on holiday together, so they could “get to know each other better”.
A source said at the time: “They’re planning a holiday to get away from the cameras and get to know each other better. It’ll be them with a group of friends, somewhere beachy like Bali or Hawaii. They want to take the pressure off and see where the relationship will go.”

Dan Reed disputes Brandi Jackson’s claim that she dated Wade Robson for 7 years

OHMYGOSSIP — Dan Reed has disputed Brandi Jackson’s claim that she dated Wade Robson, who one of the two men to accuse Michael Jackson of sexually abusing him as a child in ‘Leaving Neverland’.
The documentary’s director is surprised that the late King of Pop’s niece – the daughter of Michael’s brother Jackie Jackson – has said she dated Wade for seven years because the time period they would have to be together doesn’t “make a huge amount of sense” in the time line of Wade’s life.
Speaking to Australian radio show 2DayFM Breakfast, Dan said: “Well it doesn’t make a huge amount of sense, now she’s saying they were together for seven years, now he [Wade] met his wife Amanda when he was 19 or maybe even younger so that would have meant that Brandi was in a sexual relationship with Wade from the age of 12… really? I’ve spoken to Joy Robson about this and she said they were sort of childhood sweethearts as far as she knew and she’d drop Wade at Brandi’s house from the age of 12 or 13. That doesn’t make that much sense. Also the intense period of Wade’s, it’s terrible to say it, sexual relationship with Michael Jackson was from the age of seven, until the age of nine, it was the honeymoon period when they were seeing each other a lot, they had occasional meetings after that where they would follow the old pattern and end up having sex, but it’s conceivable Jackson certainly had other relationships and Wade could as well.
“The fact that he was boyfriend and girlfriend with Brandi at the age of 12 or 13 doesn’t mean he wasn’t seeing Jackson too but I don’t really follow the logic.”
The 54-year-old filmmaker also explained that since the documentary has aired in America, US and Australia, he has received messages of “gratitude” from people who can relate to Wade and James Safechuck’s alleged experiences after previously receiving a lot of abusive messages from Jackson fans before and immediately it aired.
Dan said: “Well when the film was announced with Sundance there was an immediate reaction within minutes, and we had torrents of nasty emails but it’s all died down now and I know this sounds corny but the messages of hate have been replaced by messages of love and gratitude from people who really connected with the film or had experiences that made them relate to Wade and James so it’s been a real turnaround.
“I thought this was a really, really important story to tell, I thought it could be a comfort to a lot of people who have also been victims of child sexual abuse.”
