OHMYGOSSIP — Alex Winters and Keanu Reeves have confirmed a third ‘Bill & Ted’ movie is on the way.
The pair will reprise their titular roles as Bill S. Preston, Esq. and Ted (Theodore) Logan in ‘Bill & Ted Face the Music’ this summer, with the film scheduled for release in summer 2020, 28 years after the second installment of the saga, ‘Bill & Ted’s Bogus Journey’.
The actors announced the news in a brief video standing in front of Los Angeles’ Hollywood Bowl.
Alex noted: “Where we’ll never play.”
Keanu added: “Never play.”
The pair then thanked fans for repeatedly demanding a third film.
Alex said: “We owe you a huge debt of gratitude, and we wanted to say thank you. And be excellent.”
Keanu repeated: “Be excellent.”
An official logline for the movie teased the appearance of a “few music legends” as the two friends set out to save “life as we know it”.
It stated: “Yet to fulfill their rock and roll destiny, the now middle-aged best friends set out on a new adventure, when a visitor from the future warns them that only their song can save life as we know it and bring harmony to the universe. Along the way, they will be helped by their families, old friends and a few music legends.”
‘Galaxy Quest’ filmmaker Dean Parisot will direct from a script written by previous ‘Bill & Ted’ writers Chris Matheson and Ed Solomon.
Steven Soderbergh is among the executive producers.
‘Bill & Ted Face the Music’ will begin filming this summer in New Orleans, ahead of a release date of August 2020.
The first movie, ‘Bill & Ted’s Excellent Adventure’ was released in 1989 and followed the teenage pals’ time-travelling adventures while they tried to pass a high school history class.
The follow-up was released two years later and saw the pair battle their evil robotic duplicates.

OHMYGOSSIP — Two Door Cinema Club are set to play a tiny show at Oval Space as part of Annie Mac’s AMP London series.
The synth-pop three-piece – who recently returned with the wonky disco track ‘Talk’, their first new music since 2016 LP ‘Gameshow’- have been announced as headliners for the AMP show on March 30, which will see them supported by Liverpool indie rockers Circa Waves and dream pop band Anteros.
BBC Radio 1 DJ Annie – who made ‘Talk’ her ‘Hottest Record In The World’ – commented: “We’re over the moon to have Two Door Cinema Club perform as part of our first ever AMP London series of shows.
“It will be so exciting to see them play in a space like Oval Space.”
AMP London, which takes place between March 27 and March 30, across 14 venues in the British capital, will also see performances from the likes of Sam Fender, Mahalia, Koffee, Kojey Radical and Annie Mac herself, who will be taking to the decks.
There will also be two daytime talks at Moth Club in Hackney, featuring discussion around the future and evolution of today’s music artists and industry.
Annie said: “AMP London is an accumulation of what we’ve done for years.
“Prioritising music discovery and supporting bands and artists, AMP London aims to celebrate and consolidate London’s globally renowned music scene, inspire conversations around music, and, ultimately create something that is culturally impactful and invigorating for music lovers of multiple genres.”
Last year, Annie hosted AMP Sounds across venues in London, with shows from the likes of Jessie Ware, Wolf Alice, The Black Madonna, Dream Wife, Sunflower Bean and Superorganism.
The final night at London’s Roundhouse saw surprise guest appearances from Sam Smith and Years & Years’ Olly Alexander.

OHMYGOSSIP — Beverley Mitchell has been “struggling” to come to terms with her miscarriage.
The 37-year-old actress – who has son Hutton Michael, three, and daughter Kenzie Lynne, five, with husband Michael Cameron – revealed in November that she had suffered a tragic miscarriage earlier in 2018, just weeks after finding out she was pregnant with twins.
And now, the ‘7th Heaven’ alum has said she’s still finding the loss difficult to come to terms with, and the past few weeks have left her feeling “downright sad.”
Posting on her blog and on Instagram, she wrote: “The past week I have found myself reflecting on what might have been. You see, if I didn’t miscarry, I would have a baby, possibly two babies joining our family. Though I understand in my heart that this was not our path, I can’t help but wonder. Through this process, I have come to terms with it and have been ok; I talk about it often just because I don’t want to hide the fact that it happened, I had a miscarriage. I am not looking for sympathy just the acknowledgment that it happened, because what hurts the most is the dismissal of it.
“But this week has thrown me a curveball, and I have been downright SAD. I’ve been struggling, I’m physically fine but my heart hurts, and my mind is tired. My husband is a saint and has been so kind and supportive; he lets me feel what I need to but is there to pick up the pieces and just hold me. I look at our two beautiful and I am so incredibly grateful but in my heart I know we are not complete, I so strongly feel there is another little soul waiting to join our family, and that is where I struggle.”
Beverley then went on to say she was being honest with her readers about her struggle so that others who are also suffering can acknowledge their feelings, but also embrace the “beauty” and “magic” of life.
She continued: “Everyone grieves differently and what has thrown me off is I honestly felt that I had gotten through that process, but it snuck up on me. I find myself yearning for those babies I see everywhere, and my heart hurts. And this week I let it hurt. I gave myself a week to feel it all, the sadness, the exhaustion, the pure frustration. And boy did I feel it. But this week I have made the decision to move forward, to focus on the beauty of my life, my incredible husband and the two most beautiful angels that I could not be more grateful. This week will be a good week because that is the space I am creating.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Hailey Bieber is making her mental health her “number one” priority.
The 22-year-old model – who was known as Hailey Baldwin before tying the knot with Justin Bieber last year – has said she’s making sure to keep her body physically healthy by eating right and drinking water, because in turn it helps to keep her mind healthy too.
She said: “I think there’s a lot of different levels of self-care, like eating right, drinking a lot of water and working out. It’s really good for your mentality. I think your mental health should be number one, and it falls to the side of lot.”
The blonde beauty also takes the time to unwind on the beach.
She added: “I think it’s grounding. The sound of the ocean, being in the sun – there are so many things that are healthy about the beach to me.”
And Hailey is pleased to see mental health become less of a taboo subject in the media.
Speaking to People magazine, she said: “I think there’s more attention on mental health these days, and I see why and I get why. I think you have to know what works for you.”
Her comments come after 25-year-old Justin Bieber recently admitted he’s been “struggling a lot”, and was later reported to have sought professional help for depression.
The ‘Sorry’ hitmaker wrote on social media earlier this month: “Just wanted to keep you guys updated a little bit hopefully what I’m going through will resonate with you guys. Been struggling a lot. Just feeling super disconnected and weird.. I always bounce back so I’m not worried just wanted to reach out and ask for your guys to pray for me. God is faithful and ur prayers really work thanks .. the most human season I’ve ever been in facing my stuff head on.. (sic)”
And sources recently said he’s “very focused on getting better”.
One insider claimed: “Justin is still receiving treatment on both coasts, but is doing okay. He is very, very focused on getting better. He wants to be in a great place for his own and Hailey’s sake. He is still confident that he will get there.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Rob Delaney has been a “bag of wet rubbish” since his son died 14 months ago.
The ‘Catastrophe’ actor’s two-year-old son Henry died of cancer in January 2018, and he has now said the tragedy has “been very hard” to deal with, and he’s only just learning how to cope with the “waves” of emotion he feels.
He said: “I’m a mess. My child died 14 months ago and I’m basically a bag of wet rubbish. I need a lot of help. It has been very hard. It comes in waves. I’ve learned to not control how the waves come. Right now I’m sad a lot.”
Rob, 42, has opened up on his loss several times, and says the reason he wants to speak out is because he wants to let other grieving parents know it’s “okay that they feel terrible”.
He added: “The reason I’m being honest with you and not trying to impress you, and make you think I’m cool or that I’m a tough guy, or maybe working through loss in an inspiring way, is that I have found that if a bereaved parent or bereaved sibling reads this, I want them to know that it’s okay that they feel terrible, sad, confused and so brutally humbled.
“I’ve been sad and angry and I am telling you that just in case somebody else who has suffered a terrible loss reads this – so they don’t feel like some a**hole from TV has it all together. I am a life-time work in progress.”
The actor – who had Henry with his wife Leah, with whom he also has two older sons, ages seven and six, and a baby boy born late last year – then praised charity Rainbow Trust for their work in supporting families with ill children, as he says Henry’s care worker was “like a paratrooper”.
Speaking to the Evening Standard newspaper whilst at the Rainbow Trust’s annual Trust In Fashion fundraiser, he said: “We were at Great Ormond Street Hospital for seven months, and then we were at our local hospital for seven months, and then we were home with Henry for seven months, and then he died. It would have been towards the end of our Great Ormond Street stay that we would have been hooked up with Rainbow Trust. The care worker assigned to us was a woman named Fiona who was just amazing, and remains so. She still comes and visits us sometimes.
“At that point we didn’t know Henry was going to die. We knew he was disabled by his tumour and his surgery. Fiona was like a paratrooper who just drops in and has the skill set to help people in unbelievable pain and fear.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Will Smith “didn’t drink for over a decade” when he was starting his acting career.
The 50-year-old actor has revealed he used to keep his body in pristine shape when he was trying to make it big in Hollywood, which included cutting out all forms of alcohol for a whopping 10 years.
Will made the confession on his Facebook Watch show ‘Bucket List’, in which he was preparing for a half marathon in Cuba.
He said on the show: “I think of all the bucket lists this is the one I’m most concerned about. Like, in my deepest honesty with myself, I really am not sure if I can run 13 miles.
“Being this far out of shape is kind of a little bit new for me. I didn’t drink for over a decade. You know, during my rise as a movie star, I was, like, wildly disciplined, so being in this place in my life, even something as simple as taking my shirt off while I’m out of shape, like, you know this for me now allowing myself to be seen less than optimally is new.”
The ‘Suicide Squad’ actor completed the half marathon in two and a half hours, and said that 10 years ago he would have been “embarrassed” by the result.
He added: “You know, 10 years ago I’d have been embarrassed, I’d have been p***ed, I’d have been in my room by myself, I’d be calling a meeting with everybody to figure out what happened.”
And whilst he used to be focused on being “the biggest movie star in the world”, the Hollywood icon no longer feels that “pressure” and feels “happier” because of it.
The ‘Aladdin’ star said: “I was willing to die to be the biggest movie star in the world and there was nothing more important than that. I’m really in a different place in my life as I’ve gotten older I don’t feel the pressure of living up to the billboard image of myself like I used to, and living with these imperfections and accepting my weaknesses has brought me so much freedom. I’m the happiest I’ve ever been in my life.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Orlando Bloom is selling his California bachelor pad.
The 42-year-old actor has put his sprawling Beverly Hills mansion up for sale for almost $9 million, following his engagement to singer Katy Perry.
Orlando purchased the property in the trendy and pricey Trousdale Estates area a little under two years ago for $7 million from Mexican architect Miguel Angel Aragones, who had acquired the home in 2011.
Originally a perfectly ordinary 1950s ranch-style residence, Miguel transformed the property into a luxury pad reminiscent of a Miami Beach boutique hotel with four bedrooms and four bathrooms in just over 4,000 square feet.
The home comes complete with a secured courtyard entry, a swimming pool and spa, several floor-to-ceiling glass doors, three ensuite bathrooms, and an informal dining area with family room.
It’s not known as of yet whether the ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’ star will purchase a new property to move in with Katy, or whether the couple will choose one of the singer’s several LA homes to take residence in.
The ‘Chained to the Rhythm’ hitmaker has two multi-million dollar homes in Beverly Hills, and is still currently in a battle to acquire the eight-acre, multi-structure Sisters of the Immaculate Heart of Mary convent in Los Feliz she hopes to convert to a sprawling family compound.
Meanwhile, Orlando’s romance with Katy almost never happened after Katy had “given up on love” when she first met the Hollywood star, following her split with ex-husband Russell Brand in 2012.
A source said: “Katy gave up on love in the early years. But within the past couple of years, her relationship with Orlando has been stronger than ever.”
The ‘Roar’ hitmaker – who was married to Russell for two years – had trust issues when she first began dating Orlando in 2016 and actually broke things off for a brief period in March 2017 before the pair later reconciled in August of the same year.

OHMYGOSSIP — ‘Coronation Street’ character Rana Habeeb has met her end in a tragic factory collapse.
The character, who is played by Bhavna Limbachia, was killed off in scenes of the ITV soap which aired on Wednesday (20.03.19), in which she was crushed when Underworld’s roof collapsed on top of her.
Rana’s death marks the end of the long running and popular relationship she had with Kate Connor, played by Faye Brooks, who had been waiting for Rana to arrive on their wedding day when tragedy struck.
The factory roof gave way after Carla Connor, played by Alison King, ignored advice to have it replaced and now the news of Rana’s death has left her shattered by guilt, whilst Kate is overwhelmed with grief.
However, what Carla doesn’t realise is the accident was anything but, as someone deliberately sabotaged Underworld’s roof and so has her blood on their hands.
The tear-jerking scenes bring an end to Rana’s moving storyline, which has seen her struggle with her sexuality and with finding acceptance from her devout Muslim family who disapproved of her decision, as well as breaking the heart of her husband Zeedan in the process, and keeping up the pretence of a fake marriage for the benefit of her mum and dad.
After Rana’s father passed away, she began getting closer to her mother Saira, but was devastated when she refused to attend her and Kate’s wedding.
For Rana’s actress Bhavna, the decision to leave the soap came as she wanted to pursue other roles.
The star spent much time researching for Rana’s storyline and supported charities involved with helping people deal with their sexuality and religion, and intends to continue her involvement with the projects outside of her role in ‘Corrie’.

OHMYGOSSIP — Charlize Theron says Seth Rogen took her “under his wing”.
The 43-year-old actress is starring with Seth in new comedy movie ‘Long Shot’ and has said the actor – who is known for his comedic acting – showed her the ropes when it came to working on something a little less serious than the dramas and thrillers she’s used to.
She said: “I love him. Incredibly generous, he really took me under his wing.”
And Seth, 36, says he had no doubt the ‘Mad Max: Fury Road’ star would be hilarious in the new project, because he’s seen her show off her comedy in interviews before.
He added: “She’s good in interviews, so I had faith she could be funny.”
For Charlize, she’s just happy her friends will finally be able to see another movie she’s in, because they only go and watch the ones where “nobody dies”.
Speaking in a joint interview for the New York Post’s Page Six column, she said: “It’s magical. I’m super grateful. So happy to be in something for a change where nobody dies. My friends don’t go and see my movies anymore. This is the first in a long time they’ll go see.”
Meanwhile, although Charlize is starring in the romantic comedy alongside Seth, she revealed earlier this year that she began “kissing herself” when she was just seven years old.
She said: “I was making out with myself at seven, I made out with dolls and with myself in the mirror.”
The ‘Atomic Blonde’ star – who recently denied romance rumours linking her to Brad Pitt – also joked that her childhood antics explain why she’s currently single.
Charlize – who has two adopted children, Jackson and August – told ‘The Ellen DeGeneres Show’: “It’s why I’m single.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Gregg Sulkin says Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, is “one of the most sincere and genuine people” he knows.
The 26-year-old actor worked with the former actress – who was known as Meghan Markle before tying the knot with Prince Harry in May last year – in the 2015 film ‘Anti-Social’, and has said she was just as much of a “princess” before she met Prince Harry as she is now that she’s married to him.
Gregg said: “Everybody does know her as a princess, but in real life, she genuinely is also like a princess. She is one of the classiest, the nicest, one of the most sincere and genuine people I’ve ever met.”
The British actor also praised the royal – who is currently expecting her first child with Harry – for how well she’s handled the negative criticism that has surrounded her since her relationship with the flame-haired prince went public.
Speaking during an appearance on ‘Fair Game with Kristine Leahy’, he added: “She’s a superstar. She was a superstar. To me, I’m so proud the fact that she’s part of my country’s history in all honesty, aside from obviously having a personal relationship with her. I just think the way she’s handle it – obviously the press of … you know, it hasn’t been easy for her. And she’s stuck to her guns, which is, you know, ‘when they go low, we go high’ sort of mentality and I think she’s done that. I think she’s been a class act.”
Gregg isn’t the only Hollywood pal of Meghan’s to defend her from online trolls either, as George Clooney recently called treatment of the Duchess from haters “unjust”.
He said: “I think it’s a little unfair at times when – I’ve seen it when the press can turn on you for sort of ridiculous reasons and for almost nothing, and it seemed to me to be a little unjust since [Meghan] hadn’t done anything except just happen to live her life.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott can’t wait to spend “quality time together” once his tour is over.
The 21-year-old model and the ‘Butterfly Effect’ rapper – who have 13-month-old daughter Stormi together – have been battling against rumours of Travis being unfaithful, but after he denied the allegations, the couple are said to be “doing really well” and are looking forward to seeing each other when Travis returns home from his ‘Astroworld’ tour.
A source told ‘Entertainment Tonight’: “[Kylie and Travis are] doing really well. Although they’ve had their recent issues, they’ve moved passed that and are moving forward.
“Travis and Kylie are a young couple, first time parents and this is all new to them. They are taking each day as an opportunity to grow and learn as a couple. Travis’ tour is almost over and the couple is looking forward to spending quality time together.”
Rumours of Travis’ alleged cheating began last month when he cancelled his Buffalo, New York, concert just hours before he was scheduled to hit the stage.
At the time, it was claimed he postponed the show to rush back to Los Angeles to be with the ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’ star after she allegedly accused him of cheating.
Travis’ representative later denied the rumours, stating: “Travis Scott vehemently denies he cheated on Kylie. It is not true. He did not cheat. He cancelled one show tonight because he is under the weather.”
And earlier this month, a source confirmed the couple had simply had a “disagreement”, and were “in a good place”.
The insider said: “They recently had what all couples have, a disagreement, but it was never more than that. Kylie and Travis have a very strong relationship and trust one another fully. Stormi is the couple’s everything and the three of them try to be together as much as possible, with Kylie and Stormi going on tour with Travis or taking vacations together.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Jessica Simpson has given birth to her daughter Birdie.
The 39-year-old singer and actress – who already has daughter Maxwell, six, and son Ace, five, with husband Eric Johnson – has reportedly welcomed her third child into the world, a daughter named Birdie Mae Johnson.
The news was reported by People magazine, who claim Jessica’s representative confirmed the happy news, saying the tot was born late on Tuesday (19.03.19) and weighed 10 lbs., 13 oz.
Earlier this week, sources said the ‘Blonde Ambition’ star was ready to give birth any day now, and had her “hospital bags packed” and waiting.
An insider said: “Jessica is definitely uncomfortable. This has been a tough pregnancy but she knows it will all be worth it when she’s holding that little baby. Her hospital bags are packed. Everyone is trying to be patient, but the family is so excited and counting the minutes until the baby is here.”
Meanwhile, Jessica previously admitted she “doesn’t understand” how she got pregnant again.
She admitted: “I thought about [having another baby], but I didn’t really know that it could actually happen. We definitely always love to practice. We actually weren’t practicing very much that month so I don’t understand. We try [to figure it out]. This might be a miracle baby.”
But despite her confusion over the new arrival, her children were “so excited” to be a big brother and big sister.
She added: “They’re so excited because they’re only fourteen months apart, so they didn’t get to experience the excitement of each other. But when I told them that we’re having another baby, I know that they’ll remember that for the rest of their lives. They are most excited about learning how to do the swaddle. Maxwell, my daughter is just so happy that it’s a girl. They ask me the craziest questions that I can’t say on TV … ‘How does the baby come out?’ ‘Where does the milk come from, I don’t understand!’ I’m a little bit too honest, and Eric’s like, ‘I don’t think we need to give out ALL the information, Jessica. So, I’m scaring my kids, I think.”

OHMYGOSSIP — John Legend wants to “live with less fear” after learning how to swim.
The 40-year-old singer started taking swimming lessons recently for the first time since he was five years old, and he’s now said his decision to beat his fear of the water came as he wanted to open up “more opportunities” for himself and his family.
He said: “I’m definitely not where I need to be, but I’m much better than where I was, and it’s only been a couple months now. I’m excited. It’s so much fun to learn and to feel much more confident in the pool.
“I was never afraid to go in the pool, but I was afraid to go in the deep end. I’m happy that I’m able to live with less fear and be able to swim with my kids. It just opens up a lot more opportunities. I just want to be comfortable in any water settings. So if we’re out on a boat on the ocean, if we’re in a pool, no matter where we are.”
The ‘All of Me’ hitmaker was inspired to take up lessons after watching his two children – daughter Luna, two, and son Miles, 10 months, whom he has with wife Chrissy Teigen – in the water.
He added: “She’s [Luna] the one who got me excited about doing it, because we started giving her lessons. Even Miles is taking lessons now. He started lessons before me, and we have the same teacher.”
So far, John is doing well in his lessons, but still hasn’t mastered the art of floating.
Speaking to People magazine, he said: “I still can’t really [float]. It’s also just kind of counterintuitive. So many things you have to try harder, and with floating you have to relax better. You have to learn that it’s okay and you can relax and breathe easy.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Emma Roberts has reportedly split from Evan Peters.
The 28-year-old actress had been engaged to her ‘American Horror Story’ co-star since 2016 and had been dating him on and off since 2012 – including having previously been engaged in 2014 – but it seems she’s now broken off their romance for good, as sources report the couple have called it quits.
One insider said: “Emma and Evan were heading for a split and now are just friends. Evan has moved out. It wasn’t a bad breakup.”
And what’s more, Emma is believed to have already moved on with actor Garrett Hedlund, 34, after they were spotted walking together in the Silverlake neighborhood of Los Angeles.
An eyewitness added that Garrett “had his arm around [her] for a bit and then they were holding hands.”
Whilst another source told Us Weekly magazine: “Garrett and Emma have been friends, but this is new, casual, and just a couple of weeks old.”
Emma and Evan, 32, first met on the set of ‘Adult World’, and started dating soon after in 2012.
They got engaged over Christmas in 2013 but called off their marriage plans in June 2015.
Evan and Emma later reconciled in August of the same year before splitting in May 2016, and then got back together later that year and announced their engagement was back on in November 2016.
Speaking about how she met Evan, Emma previously said: “Everyone thought we dated on the movie [‘Adult World’] and we didn’t, not for a long time. I, actually, on the set, was like, ‘Oh yeah, we’re totally gonna date.’ And I would try to, like, flirt with him, which ended up looking like I had something in my eye because I’d be like, ‘Hey, what’s up?’ And he literally didn’t speak to me the entire movie. He thought I was so weird.”

The 28-year-old actress was recently reported to have ended her engagement to ‘American Horror Story’ co-star Evan Peters – whom she had been in an on and off relationship with since 2012 – and it has now been claimed she’s already testing the waters with new beau and ‘Triple Frontier’ star Garrett.
A source told E! News: “They have gone on a few casual dates and are exploring a relationship, but it is definitely not anything serious yet.
“Emma is not one to rush into things and is seeing how things pan out.”
Emma reportedly started spending time with Garrett in various “social settings,” before things began to turn “romantic”, and sources say the pair have only been dating for a “few weeks” since her split with Evan is still recent.
Prior to Emma, 34-year-old Garrett dated and was even briefly engaged to Kirsten Dunst between 2011 and 2016.
The ‘Scream Queens’ star, meanwhile, first began dating 32-year-old Evan after meeting on the set of ‘Adult World’ in 2012.
They got engaged over Christmas in 2013 but called off their marriage plans in June 2015.
Evan and Emma later reconciled in August of the same year before splitting in May 2016, and then got back together later that year and announced their engagement was back on in November 2016.
They were reported to have split up again on Wednesday (20.03.19), when sources also reported the start of her romance with Garrett.
An insider said: “Emma and Evan were heading for a split and now are just friends. Evan has moved out. It wasn’t a bad breakup.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Greta Gerwig and Noah Baumbach have welcomed their first child together.
The 35-year-old actress and her director boyfriend – who has a son Rohmer, nine, from his previous marriage to Jennifer Jason Leigh – have become parents, her rep has confirmed to PEOPLE magazine.
The happy news comes just days after they were spotted pushing a pram around Manhattan on Tuesday (19.03.19).
An eyewitness told E!: “Noah was pushing and Greta was right next to him. They were chatting and enjoying some fresh air.
“They were bundled up in the chilly weather and they had a grey and white striped blanket draped over the stroller.
“It seemed like the baby was sleeping because they were busy talking and didn’t have to tend to the baby.
“They walked around their neighbourhood for several blocks before heading home.”
The couple’s news comes nine years after they first met when Noah cast Greta for his 2010 movie ‘Greenberg’, which also starred Ben Stiller.
The pair have since gone on to co-write movies ‘Mistress America’ and ‘Frances Ha’.
Greta wrote and directed 2017 comedy-drama movie ‘Lady Bird’, for which she was nominated for Academy Awards for Best Director and Best Original Screenplay, and a Golden Globe for Best Screenplay.
While they have a mainly private relationship, Noah supported her at both ceremonies.
Greta worked alongside Saoirse Ronan in ‘Lady Bird’, in which the star portrayed the lead character Christine “Lady Bird” McPherson, and the 24-year-old actress admitted the filmmaker has been “very supportive” since she finished filming the motion picture.
She said: “I was a huge fan of Greta Gerwig before I worked with her on ‘Lady Bird’.
“Meeting Greta and knowing that she knew who I was and wanted to talk to me about the script was so exciting. We Skyped before we met and we were so giggly, like two kids in high school. She’s been very supportive since.”
