Sting announces reimagined hits album My Songs

OHMYGOSSIP — Sting has reimagined his greatest hits for the new album ‘My Songs’.
The former Police frontman has “reconstructed” and “refitted” songs from his extensive back catalogue, including fan favourites ‘Every Breath You Take’, ‘Demolition Man’ and ‘Shape of My Heart’ plus a live version of ‘Roxanne’, for the 15-track CD, which will also feature new linear notes containing the personal tales behind each track.
The ‘Fields of Gold’ hitmaker said: “‘My Songs’ is my life in songs. Some of them reconstructed, some of them refitted, some of them reframed, but all of them with a contemporary focus.”
Sting’s new record follows his hugely popular joint LP with Jamaican superstar Shaggy, ’44/876′, which won Best Reggae Album at the 2019 Grammys.
Following a stint across the globe, the pair will play a series of intimate shows in the UK from May 19 to May 25, where Sting will debut some of the new renditions from ‘My Songs’ live.
‘It Wasn’t Me’ hitmaker Shaggy – whose real name is Orville Burrell – and Sting think their album was a success because their unlikeliness as a duo got listeners intrigued.
Sting said recently: “Because it’s so dark at the moment, people need a smile.
“I think the unlikeliness of this combination intrigues people.”
‘My Songs’ is released on May 24 and is also available in a deluxe edition, featuring further live tracks.
The standard track-listing for ‘My Songs’ is as follows:
‘Brand New Day’
‘Desert Rose’
‘If You Love Somebody Set Them Free’
‘Every Breath You Take’
‘Demolition Man’
‘Can’t Stand Losing You’
‘Fields of Gold’
‘So Lonely’
‘Shape of My Heart’
‘Message in a Bottle’
‘Fragile’
‘Walking on the Moon’
‘Englishman in New York’
‘If I Ever Lose My Faith in You’
‘Roxanne’ (Live)

Justin Bieber’s Drew House to host first pop-up in Hong Kong

OHMYGOSSIP — Justin Bieber’s fashion line Drew House is hosting its first pop-up in Hong Kong.
The 25-year-old pop star – who is married to model Hailey Baldwin – launched the range in January and on March 30 and March 31 they will make the their home the city’s Art Basel fair.
The laid-back label will showcase their designs – which are priced from $20 to $200 – from their new collection in an interactive video rental store space, which will see 18 pieces, including corduroy, bucket hats and sports shorts on display.
A spokesperson for the brand – which is popular with Justin’s wife, rapper Travis Scott and Will Smith’s son Jaden and sold-out its first collection upon its launch – commented: “As a small, new brand from Los Angeles we just wanted to be accessible to the other side of the world.
“We wanted to serve a place that perhaps wouldn’t normally have first access to something like this. Hong Kong is one of the biggest and most forward-thinking markets for fashion in the world. Once we found this store location it was a done deal. It felt like a home away from home…and we’re all about that.”
It’s not known if the ‘Sorry’ hitmaker – who recently announced he’s taking a break from music – will be in attendance at the two-day event.
Justin was involved in “every step” of Drew House.
He launched the clothing business with stylist Ryan Good and his collaborator recently praised the ‘Boyfriend” singer, claiming his “eye for fashion” is one of the “most valuable tools” the brand has.
He said: “He’s involved in every step of it, from what we want to make to how we’re going to shoot it to how visuals are going to look and how we’re going to roll it out.
“That’s one thing that’s really important to me. He’s got a great instinct and you’ve seen him over the years–even just how his style has evolved and his eye for fashion.
“It’s not just his impact, but his actual eye for fashion is one of the most valuable tools that our brand has.”
Ryan admitted that although Justin and Hailey are valuable assets to promote the fashion brand because of their fame, their main impact comes from simply how good they look wearing the clothes.
He said: “Of course, it’s cool, him and his wife and their impact on fashion from an eyeball standpoint, but the truth is that they both actually just know it.
“You can see his impact in fashion for sure on other brands. I think more than anything, it’s because they both look so good in clothes.”
The designer and longtime friend of the ‘Baby’ singer also revealed that the musician is very “detail-oriented” when it comes to designs.
Ryan explained: “[He is] specific. He’s detail-oriented, which is awesome. How things are fitting to very specific technical details.
“The form and shape and material and softness and etcetera ‘Maybe this could feel a little bit softer. This is not soft enough'”.
The pop-up takes place at 36 Cochrane Street in Central Hong Kong.

The 1975 to host their own festival in 2020?

OHMYGOSSIP — The 1975’s Matty Healy says he and his bandmates are planning to host their own festival in 2020.
The ‘Give Yourself a Try’ hitmaker – who is joined by Adam Hann, Ross MacDonald and George Daniel in the chart-topping pop group – logged onto to Twitter on Wednesday (27.03.19) to tease fans about their idea to put on a three-day music extravaganza somewhere in the UK next year.
He wrote: “If The 1975 & Co. put on their own festival next year, over 3 nights in the UK, who’s coming? (sic)”
The 29-year-old singer added that he was being serious, writing: “#notlying.”
The BRIT-winners will headline Reading and Leeds Festivals this August, and will release the lead single from their new album ‘Notes On A Conditional Form’ on May 31.
Their recent record ‘A Brief Inquiry Into Online Relationships’ won Best British Album at this year’s BRIT Awards.
However, Matty previously insisted fans can expect very different content on the follow-up.
He explained: “No, what I’ve realised is it’s never going to be a continuation or an association with ‘A Brief Inquiry’. It’s a completely different record.
“Six months now is the same as what three years was before. Think about the amount of s**t that happens in six months’ time. It will be a different thing and a different time.”
Meanwhile, Matty recently hit out at bands who charge their fans for meet-and-greets.
He fumed: “Who came up with payed meet and greets? Did they think “Surely there must be something else we can monetise……..OH! Human connection!! They’ll eat that up!”
MEET YOUR FANS OR DON’T
DON’T ONLY MEET THEM IF YOU’RE GETTING PAYED HONESTLY WHAT ARE YOU DOING (sic)”

Eva Mendes’ fashion line is all about motherhood

OHMYGOSSIP — Eva Mendes’ fashion pieces are created with motherhood in mind.
The 45-year-old actress – who has daughters Esmeralda, four, and Amada, two, with Hollywood hunk Ryan Gosling – is gearing up to launch her line with New York & Company next month, and she has admitted that unless she is on a date night with the ‘First Man’ actor, she typically dresses down and rocks t-shirts because she gets messy with her girls and they have to change several times throughout the day.
Speaking to People, she said: “We go through a few outfits a day just because of all the fun stuff [we do] — we made some homemade Play-Doh the other day.
“I really let them explore whether it’s out in the garden or even in our own kitchen.
“I give them a lot of things so they can have sensory play.
“So they’re constantly getting dirty, which is how it should be. Lots of T-shirts.”
The range, which features her favourite 70s wrap around-style dresses as well as casual items, was created to be “easily washable”, ideal for working moms.
The ‘Place Beyond the Pines’ star explained: “What New York & Company is so amazing about is they offer fabrics that are easily washable and that you don’t have to take to the dry cleaners and not only spend money on but time.
“You just want to be able to clean something.
“The materials we use, the buttons don’t fall off if you dry clean them, the hems don’t change.
“Everything shrinks at the same rate so you don’t get an uneven lining. It’s a really great, very specific quality that we have.”
Eva was also inspired by her own mother and Silver Screen Siren Gena Rowlands.
She said: “When I think of my mom, her whole look wasn’t as uptight [in the ’70s] as maybe it was in the ’60s.
“I look at photos and there’s just more relaxed hair going on, bell bottom pants, bold patterns — and I love bold patterns. So I think I was really inspired by my mom, but also women like Gena Rowlands.”

Karlie Kloss carries a teaspoon wherever she goes

OHMYGOSSIP — Karlie Kloss always carries a teaspoon with her to carry out her eyelash hack.
The 26-year-old model – who is married to Joshua Kushner – has revealed that she is never without the kitchen utensil as it is “very functional” and is great for getting a really “tight curl” on her lashes.
She said: “This teaspoon is very functional; it’s in my bag at all times for whatever the needs are.”
Revealing her main use for the spoon in a make-up tutorial for Vogue, she shared: “One tip and use of a teaspoon that I learned backstage from Pat McGrath at a fashion show way back when was to use a teaspoon to really get a very tight curl on the lash … you can really get right onto the lid and pinch it
“This is my eyelash trick.”
For those who don’t want to carry a spoon with them, she the blonde beauty suggested a high-end eyelash curler.
She added: “You can go all high-tech and use one of these suckers — a heated eyelash curler.
“It molds the lashes into the shape that you want without any risk of pulling your lashes out.”
Meanwhile, Karlie recently admitted she is always “fixing” her make-up in the “back of a taxi” as it’s a chance to refresh your look on the go.
She said: “I don’t know about you but I personally find I’m constantly on the go fixing my make-up in the back of a taxi cab, or a bathroom. I need a refresh and to touch up my skin.
“I take concealer under the eyes, around your nose, around your lips to refresh your look, I like to use concealer over foundation because I don’t like that caking look on my skin, if I have an acne spot or dark circles under my eyes I’ll use a heavier concealer.”
The statuesque beauty – who was a Victoria’s Secret Angel from 2011 until 2015 – also revealed her biggest facial skin problem is that her “nose is always red” so she has developed a special technique to cover up the blemish.
She said: “Whether it’s winter, summer, spring, fall, my nose is always red – really just be very concentrated in the areas that need it. I have very hooded lids so I like to be very light with eyeshadow and get right in the socket.”

Chris Evans’ knee injury may prevent him doing Strictly Come Dancing

OHMYGOSSIP — Chris Evans may not be able to do ‘Strictly Come Dancing’, due to a painful knee injury.
The 37-year-old radio presenter has a “serious issue” with his left knee and although he is having it looked over by a “super doctor”, he may not be fit in time for the BBC One ballroom and Latin show, which returns to screens later this year.
Speaking on his Virgin Radio breakfast show on Wednesday (28.03.19), he said: “I’ve got an issue with my left knee.
I’ve got a serious issue with my left knee.
Vassos’ mate, the super knee doctor is inspecting my knee before Friday. Honestly it’s true!”
The star was talking to Anton Du Beke – who has been a professional dancer on the celebrity competition since it began in 2004 – who joked he would lift him in routines so that his leg would not be hurt.
Anton said: “You’ve committed to it. Don’t worry about your left knee, I’ll lift you like I do with everyone else I’ve danced with, you’ll be the same!”
The red-haired star confirmed is doing ‘Strictly’ at the end of last year, and joked he had only signed up because his wife Natasha Shishmanian, wanted to get free tickets to see the show.
He said: “I have said yes. Probably only because my wife would like to go every week. You’d know because you get a pair of tickets don’t you?”
However, he also previously revealed that he was yet to “sign” on the dotted line and officially confirm things but revealed he had spoken to Joe Wallis – the show’s commissioning editor – to discuss things seriously.
He said: “I haven’t signed, but I saw Joe the big boss Joe Wallis the commissioning editor.
“We had a cup of tea, he said are you up for it, this is what you need to know about it, this is the minimum, this is the maximum, it’s not as easy as maybe you imagine it will be.”
Comedian Alan Carr and Welsh newsreader Huw Edwards have also been approached by the BBC for this year’s series.

The Durrells writer Simon Nye pleads for less violence on television

OHMYGOSSIP — ‘The Durrells’ writer Simon Nye has pleaded for there to be less violence on television.
The comedy scribe – who has also penned ‘Men Behaving Badly’ – thinks there should be more family- friendly shows pre-watershed, and has hit out at the “murder, rape and pillage” that can often be seen before 9pm.
Simon issued a “plea to have more, for want of a better term, family drama on our televisions”.
In a set of official production notes about the return of ‘The Durrells’, he said: “It doesn’t have to be folksy or anodyne, it just has to not have a succession of actors looking grim, suicidal or simply furious as they murder, rape and pillage before our bedtime.
“That said, if the few pre-watershed slots are all taken I am available to write the latter.”
The final series of the mellow ITV show will air on April 7, because Simon decided it was “the right time to stop” the 1980s period drama.
The 60-year-old writer’s call for more light-hearted shows on the small screen comes after dramas such as ‘Luther’ and ‘Killing Eve’ have sparked controversy for their violence.
Meanwhile, ‘Durrells’ star Keeley Hawes (Louisa Durrell) and her co-stars – including Milo Parker, Josh O’Connor, Daisy Waterstone and Callum Woodhouse – feel “lucky” to have been able to tell the complete story of the family and the ‘Bodyguard’ actress believes they are bowing out on a high.
She previously said: “We had an amazing time and we were so lucky that we were able to tell their story and to finish it off and to round it off in the way that we did, and it feels very complete, and we loved it.
“And I think this series – I really think it’s the best yet. Everything was thrown at it because we knew it would be the last, so I’m really excited for everyone to see it.”

Offset is devoted to his kids

OHMYGOSSIP — Offset devotes as much of his time as he can to his children.
The Migos star says he and his wife Cardi B make sure they are present and engaged with their eight-month-old daughter Kulture whenever they’re all together, and, despite being known for splashing the cash on expensive items for his spouse and baby girl, he says quality time with his offspring is far more “important than money”.
Asked how they balance their busy rap careers with parenting, he replied: “To us it’s about time. I devote the most time I can to my kids. My wife and I make sure we’re always around our daughter. It’s about time. Time is more important than money.”
Offset – who also has Kody, Kalea and Jordan from previous relationships – also admitted that whilst he doesn’t have much “privacy” anymore, he loves being able to inspire his young fans.
He told PEOPLE: “You don’t have as much privacy as you want.”
Recalling an encounter with a fan, who got a tattoo tribute to him, he continued: “The good thing is I get to motivate young kids. We’re a big influence. I recently met a fan at a meet-and-greet in Denver and he got my face tattooed on his arm.”
Meanwhile, the ‘Bad and Boujee’ hitmaker recently threw his support behind Cardi, 26, despite revelations about how she behaved in her past career.
The 27-year-old star – who briefly split from his wife in December – took to social media after she opened up about drugging and robbing men to “survive” when she was a stripper, and insisted she is still his “ride or die” woman.
Taking to Instagram, he wrote: “RIDE OR DIE FOREVER LOVE YOU NO MATTER WHATS GOING ON I LOVE YOU BEST MOTHER AND HUSTLER I KNOW. (sic)”
His comment came after the ‘I Like It’ hitmaker spoke out after an old Instagram Live post resurfaced, and insisted she has never tried to “glorify” her past.
In a lengthy statement posted to Instagram, she wrote: “I’m seeing on social media that a live I did 3 years ago has popped back up. A live where I talked about things I had to do in my past right or wrong that I felt I needed to do to make a better living.
“I never claim to be a perfect or come from a perfect world wit a perfect past I always speak my truth I always own my s**t. I’m a part of a hip-hop culture where you can talk about where you come from, talk about the wrong things you had to do to get where you are.
“There are rappers that glorify murder violence drugs an robbing. Crimes they feel they had to do to survive. I never glorified the things I brought up in that live I never even put those things in my music because I’m not proud of it and feel a responsibility not to glorify it.
“I made the choices that I did at the time because I had very limited options.I was blessed to have been able to rise from that but so many women have not. Whether or not they were poor choices at the time I did what I had to do to survive.(sic)”

Asia Argento would not go public with Weinstein accusation again

OHMYGOSSIP — Asia Argento would not go public with her allegations of sexual assault and rape against Harvey Weinstein if she could go back in time.
The 43-year-old Italian actress-and-director claimed in an article written by Ronan Farrow and published in the New Yorker magazine in October 2017 that she had been assaulted by the now-disgraced Hollywood producer in the 1990s, whilst admitting there had been some consensual sexual relations between them as well.
Then, at the Cannes Film Festival in May 2018, Asia delivered a powerful speech alleging that Weinstein had raped her when she was 21.
Although her revelations inspired other women to come forward and share their own alleged traumatic experiences at the hands of The Weinstein Company boss, Asia doesn’t think she would give that initial interview again because the fall-out has had such a negative effect on her life.
In an appearance on Italian TV show ‘Non è la D’Urso’, she said: “When people ask me if I would accuse Harvey Weinstein again, I say yes I would, because that helped so many women. But the truth is that no, I wouldn’t do it again. Answering that question Ronan Farrow asked me triggered so many negative events in my life. So no, I don’t think I would do it again today.”
Asia – the daughter of acclaimed horror director Dario Argento – also explained why she made the decision not to go to the police and press charges against Weinstein after the rape apparently took place.
The ‘Land of the Dead’ star admits she was just trying to “normalise” the situation as she couldn’t process what had happened to her.
She stated: “I was trying to normalise the situation, this is why I kept hanging out with Harvey Weinstein after what he did to me and why I accused him after 20 years. I always considered myself a strong woman, I couldn’t accept that he did that to me, so I tried to normalise him. When I found out he did the same thing to so many other women I felt really bad, I thought I was the only one.”
Asia also opened up her grief for her late boyfriend, TV chef Anthony Bourdain who tragically killed himself in June 2018.
The former ‘X Factor Italy’ judge has found it hard to come to terms with her passing and, at the moment, she doesn’t think she will fall in love again.
She said: “I’m a lonely person, after my partner’s death I don’t think I will ever be able to love someone again.”

Paddy McGuinness’ pre-show ritual

OHMYGOSSIP — Paddy McGuinness calms his pre-presenting nerves by giving himself “five minutes to gather his thoughts”.
The ‘Take Me Out’ host, who was recently announced as Fearne Cotton’s replacement as a team captain on outrageous panel show ‘Celebrity Juice’ and is set to co-host the new ‘Top Gear’, has admitted he still gets “nervous” before filming and always makes sure he has some time on his own to get in the right frame of mind for the sometimes “manic” job.
He told What”s On TV: “I get nervous before everything I do. I always have done. I think it’s good to be nervous, otherwise you can get complacent.
“Filming these shows can get a bit manic so, before every show, I try and have five minutes on my own to gather my thoughts – then out I go!”
The 45-year-old star recently admitted the offer to front ‘Top Gear’ alongside Freddie Flintoff and Chris Harris “came from nowhere” because he has never harboured any ambitions to present the programme.
He said: “I think it’ll appeal to probably a slightly broader audience, the way we’ve done it. It won’t just be something where you have be a real petrolhead to get anything out of it.
“Even back in the day when Clarkson and Hammond and May did it, the most popular parts of the show were the trips they did abroad, which, really, had nothing to do with reviewing cars or anything like that, it was just a road trip.
“It’s just about striking the right balance really. It was a show I’ve always enjoyed. I watched it since I were a kid, absolutely no ambition at all to ever host it or get involved with it.
“Just like anyone else, I was just a fan of the show. Again, it came from nowhere really. I didn’t have to think about saying yes. It has been an absolute joy to do. I can’t wait to see it on telly.”

Offset’s grand gestures to win Cardi B back showed his vulnerability

OHMYGOSSIP — Offset admits that his grand gestures to win Cardi B back were him showing his “vulnerable” side.
The Migos rapper recently reunited with his wife – the mother of his seven-month-old daughter Kulture – following a brief split and made a series of public gestures to win his beau back, including crashing her live set with thousands of flowers.
And now the ‘Legacy’ hitmaker has insisted that he wanted to publicly show his “affection” for the ‘Invasion of Privacy’ hitmaker and admit he was “wrong” as a man.
Speaking on ‘The Ellen DeGeneres Show’ on Friday (22.03.19), he said: “I love my wife so it’s serious, not gaming. So it’s like we have schedules and we have shows and I just felt like if I gave a break between time- I just can’t give that break between time, so it’s not forefront. I step to it as a man and say I’m wrong.
“I’m putting it all on the table just like I married her- I asked her to marry me in Philadelphia at the radio show in front of 60,000. And when I did that they were like, ‘Oh, why he do it?’ – ’cause it’s just my affection, showing I’m not hiding it, I’m not hiding my affection for you, that’s all. Me being vulnerable, I guess.”
The ‘Culture’ chart topper also insisted that since the pair reconciled he has received a lot of negative comments from trolls judging his behaviour and their relationship.
He added: “That’s why men don’t be trying to be vulnerable. Because when you do it, it’s like, there’s something wrong with it either way.”
Offset previously admitted that the couple are having counselling and “working through” their problems.
Speaking on ‘The Breakfast Club’, he said: “You gotta go through steps and different things so we can grow. Not on the TV though, real behind the scenes, getting to know each other, getting to know who you’re with and appreciate them all the way around.”

Jodie Marsh grateful she survived her date with mystery man

OHMYGOSSIP — Jodie Marsh joked she is grateful she wasn’t murdered after a date with a mystery man.
The 40-year-old star was out romancing an unknown suitor until 1am on Thursday night (21.03.19) and after making it home she was thankful she wasn’t turned “into a skin suit” – seemingly a reference to the serial killer Buffalo Bill from 1991 film ‘The Silence of the Lambs’ who murders and skins women so he can become a female.
Jodie tweeted a response to a post that read: “On a positive note, I went on a date and didn’t get murdered. So that’s good isn’t it x (sic)”
Retweeting the post, she quipped: “Hahaha I too was on a date last night and by 1am he hadn’t turned me into a skin suit so, HAPPY DAYS (sic)”
The former glamour model has been very unlucky-in-love and most recently she split from boyfriend Wayne Lennox after finding out he had fathered three children with three different women and not two kids by two partners as she had been led to believe.
Following her latest romantic disaster, Jodie had said: “Not only am I happier being single (I’ve tried having relationship and I don’t like them/haven’t found a nice man) but also because so many people seem to think they HAVE to be in a relationship to be happy and it’s simply not true.
“As much as we probably all want to find that rare and beautiful thing that is true love. It’s actually bloody brilliant being single! It’s more fun, you have more freedom and money, you can focus on your own happiness and career AND it’s far less work being single.”
Jodie had been married to James Placido but she split from her spouse, who she had described as her “soul mate”, back in April 2016 after just eight months of marriage.
Her divorce from James – whose penis size and bedroom skills she mocked in the wake of their split – was finalised in April 2017 and she celebrated being legally free of him by running around her garden naked.

Elle Fanning wouldn’t watch her sister Dakota in Friends

OHMYGOSSIP — Elle Fanning wouldn’t watch her sister Dakota in ‘Friends’ because she missed out on a role in the sitcom.
The 20-year-old actress auditioned to be one of the triplets Lisa Kudrow’s Phoebe has as a surrogate for her brother, Frank Jr. (Giovanni Ribisi), but was rejected and so decided to “boycott” the hit 90s comedy series.
The ‘Maleficent’ star wouldn’t even watch the show when her older sibling Dakota, 25, appeared in an episode in the final season of ‘Friends’ as Mackenzie, a young girl who befriends Joey (Matt Le Blanc) when he looks around Monica (Courteney Cox) and Chandler’s (Matthew Perry) prospective new house.
In an interview with the latest issue of NET-A-PORTER’s PorterEdit magazine, she said: “I had an [audition] to be on ‘Friends’ once. I might be remembering this wrong but I think I was gonna be one of Phoebe’s triplets. I auditioned for it but I didn’t get it and I was like, ‘I’m boycotting the show, I’m never watching this again.’
“Then my sister was on it and I refused to watch the episode. I was like, ‘I am not watching this!’ ”
‘Teen Spirit’ actress Elle insisted that despite the ‘Friends’ incident she and Dakota are very close and are very supportive of each other’s careers and used to act out “elaborate” scenes growing up pretending they were in films and shows.
She said: “[We] would play these elaborate scenes around the house. Like birthing scenes … I would be the baby, coming out, crazy stuff like that.”
Elle added that the way she prepares for a project now is as if it’s a “sport”.
She said: “I look at doing a scene as a sport. I’m gonna stay hydrated, I’m gonna get fuelled up. I’m disciplined that way.”

Kristen added: “She said, ‘Well, where do babies come from?’ And we were both like, ‘OK.’ ”

The singer-and-actress and the retired baseball star got engaged earlier this month in the Bahamas and now A-Rod has revealed that he was sent in the post a handwritten note from the former President of the United States on behalf of himself and his wife wishing them all the best in their impending marriage.
The letter read: “Michelle and I just wanted to congratulate you on your engagement. After 26 years together, we can say that whatever challenges life may bring, sharing them with someone you love makes it all better. All the best, Barack Obama.”
A-Rod posted a photo of the letter on his Twitter account alongside the caption: “This means the world to us. #44 (sic)”
The loved-up couple couldn’t be happier together after recently returning home from their Bahamas vacation where Alex, 43, popped the question.
J.Lo, 49, previously told People magazine: “We’re really happy.”
Alex added: “We have [an] appreciation for where we are in our lives today, and that’s what we’re enjoying the most.”
Meanwhile, Jennifer’s friend Ne-Yo admitted she is “over the moon” after getting engaged.
He shared: “Anybody who’s ever seen the two of them together, it’s like, ‘They getting married. Yeah, they getting married. That’s going to happen.’ I found out the same way everyone else did. I looked on IG and saw and went, ‘Oh, it finally happened!’ Then I instantly sent her a text saying, ‘Congrats, congrats, congrats,’ and she said, ‘Thank you, thank you, thank you.’ And, I said, ‘OK, y’all are doing engaged stuff, you go do that.’ I’m super happy for her.
“She’s over the moon. She really is. You can totally tell. I won’t say it’s the happiest she’s ever been – I don’t personally know – but it’s the happiest I’ve seen her since I’ve known her, so that being said, good job A-Rod! He comes on set from time-to-time. He’s super fun. He’s her biggest fan, which is great, and she lights up. She already lights up a room when she walks in, because it’s just J. Lo and that’s what she does, but when he comes around it’s like, ‘OK, [put on your] sunglasses. We get it – you guys love each other and you’re happy. Alright, we understand.’ ”
