Kim Kardashian West defends having own firefighters

OHMYGOSSIP — Kim Kardashian West has defended her decision to employ her own firefighters during the California wildfire.
The ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’ star’s Hidden Hills mansion, which she shares with husband Kanye West and their children – North, five, Saint, two, and Chicago, 11 months – is still not safe for the family to return to after the devastating blaze.
She revealed: “We are still not at home now because the smoke smell is too intense, and we have these machine everywhere trying to blow out the smoke smell.”
Kim said that by having her own firefighters, they stood a better chance of saving the homes near to their property as well as their own.
Appearing on ‘The Ellen DeGeneres Show’ on Wednesday (21.11.18), where it was revealed Kanye donated $500,000 towards relief for the wildfires, Kim said: “I feel like we were really blessed to have the help of the firefighters that we did.
“Our house is right on the end of a big park, so the whole park had caught fire and so if our house went, then every other house would go.
“We were fortunate enough and blessed enough, and I know that not everyone has this luxury available to them, but we were able to get private firefighters.”
The businesswoman says she doesn’t take “for granted” how much of a “blessing” it was to be able to be able to have their own fire team.
She said: “They saved our home and saved our neighbourhood.
“I had them just make sure that they controlled every house on the edge, so it wasn’t just my home that I said, ‘Just take care of our home. Take care of everything because once they go, once ours starts, the whole neighbourhood can go’.
“I don’t take that for granted and that was such a blessing that we were able to do that.”
Kanye, 41, raised the funds for the California Community Foundation’s Wildfire Relief Fund and the California Fire Foundation through Adidas and his own Yeezy brand.
Kim presented $200,000 cheques to both on the show and also gave $100,000 to firefighter Michael Williams and his wife, after he lost his own home but continued to save those of his neighbours.
Kanye previously revealed his plans to build a fire-proof community.
The ‘All Day’ rapper tweeted: “Building a fireproof community.”

Niall Horan is Benjamin Button of pop

OHMYGOSSIP — Niall Horan says he’s like the “Benjamin Button’ of pop as his career is going in reverse.
The 25-year-old singer was a member of One Direction who conquered the charts all over the world playing stadiums and arenas in all the major cities.
Since going solo, Niall has had to start again with a new style of music but he has enjoyed “going from arenas to smaller gigs” in a similar way to the literally character who ages in reverse.
Speaking on the George Ezra & Friends Podcast, he said: “It’s Benjamin Button – going from arenas to smaller gigs. I’ve got to play these places we never got to play in the band, people will have this thing where it’s like, you know … we don’t all have to be as big as Ed [Sheeran].
“It’s great to be like, on our level here, and still have these moments where you enjoy a theatre, personally I’ve been lucky enough to do the stadiums and it’s amazing, but we went straight from ‘The X Factor’ to arenas, missed out a little bit.”
The ‘Slow Hands’ singer confessed that he found it “different” while touring with his first album ‘Flicker’ but ultimately enjoyed the opportunity to make the event “more about the gig than a show”.
He said: “At the start it was very different, like, smaller crew. Smaller venue. But then when you break it down, I was lucky enough in the past to do the large shows with the lights and the fireworks and the stadium audiences. And this has just been nice to make it more about the gig than a show.
“I made an album that I’ve written completely myself, and worked hard on it. We spend eight or nine months recording something like that, and then releasing it, and then getting on the road.”

Kim Porter’s funeral announced

OHMYGOSSIP — Kim Porter will be laid to rest on Saturday (24.11.18).
The 47-year-old model was found dead at her Los Angeles home last week, after suffering from “flu-like” symptoms for weeks, and the police subsequently confirmed there was “no foul play” surrounding her passing.
A spokesperson for the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner later confirmed Kim’s body had been released after an autopsy was carried out, but they still need to undertake further tests to determine the cause of death.
Now it has been reported that a private service will take place at Cascade Hills Church in Kim’s native Columbus.
Kim’s ex-boyfriend Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs recently remembered his late ex-partner with a brunch at his Beverly Hills home.
The hip hop superstar dated Kim on-and-off over 13 years, and he invited many of their friends, including Jay Z, Queen Latifah, Alicia Keys, Mary J. Blige and Chris Rock, to his abode for a celebration in her honour.
They were also joined by Quincy Jones, Pharrell Willliams, Rashida Jones and Kimora Lee Simmons.
A source said: “They all brought their children. It was a big family affair.”
It’s said that Minister Michael Beckwith prayed with the group, and Diddy did all the talking throughout the brunch.
The ‘I’ll Be Missing You’ hitmaker – who had Christian, 20, and 11-year-old twins Jessie and D’Lila with Kim – has been living a “nightmare” since the death of his ex.
Alongside a video of himself cradling Kim while she was pregnant, he wrote on Instagram: “For the last three days I’ve been trying to wake up out of this nightmare. But I haven’t.
“I don’t know what I’m going to do without you baby. I miss you so much. Today I’m going to pay tribute to you, I’m going to try and find the words to explain our unexplainable relationship.
“We were more than best friends, we were more than soulmates. WE WERE SOME OTHER S**T!! And I miss you so much. Super Black Love [love heart emoji] (sic)”

Astrid S to support Years and Years

OHMYGOSSIP — Years & Years have announced Astrid S as their support act for their ‘Palo Santo’ UK tour.
The pop group – which consists of Olly Alexander, Mikey Goldsworthy and Emre Turkmen – have confirmed that the 22-year-old ‘Emotion’ singer will open for them as they prepare to kick off their highly-anticipated tour in Glasgow, Scotland, later this month.
Astrid S broke onto the scene in 2016 with her single ‘Hurts So Good’ from her self-titled EP that saw the singer achieve 5x Platinum status.
There was a three-year gap between the release of Years & Years’ first album ‘Communion’ and follow-up ‘Palo Santo’ and singer Olly admits it was so slow to come out because of the creative differences between the members, much to the appointment of their record label Polydor.
He said: “We could never agree on what sounded good or what we liked. Then six months down the line, we still had no songs and the label were really angry and annoyed.”
On top of the band’s difficult second record, Olly was going through an emotional time with his troubled relationship with his father.
The two things combined made Olly’s success feel like a “fairy tale” gone wrong.
He admitted: “It was a nightmare. I felt so miserable and I was so angry because I’d worked so hard to be in this position, and it’s very weird to feel like you’re in this fairy tale that’s going wrong and you’re desperate to put it back on the right track.”
Years & Years UK tour dates:
November
28 The SSE Hydro, Glasgow
29 O2 Apollo Manchester
30 Arena Birmingham
December
2 O2 Apollo Manchester,
4 Brighton Centre,
5 The O2 Arena, London (‘Rendezvous’ show)

Fleur East ‘trained’ body to cope with meat in jungle

OHMYGOSSIP — Fleur East “trained” herself to eat meat before going on ‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!’.
The ‘Sax’ hitmaker is known to be vegan – meaning she doesn’t eat any animal products – so surprised viewers when she was seen tucking into wallaby in the camp, and her dad Malcolm has revealed she spent two months slowly expanding her diet in order to cope with the food served on the show.
He told MailOnline: “She chose to go vegan as a lifestyle choice about two years ago, not for religious reasons, but because she’s heavily into health and fitness and because she saw the way animals were slaughtered on a video. So she said, ‘Let’s have a go at living on a vegetable-based diet.’
“When ‘I’m A Celebrity’ approached her two months back about going into the jungle she knew she’d have to do something about not eating meat, otherwise the body would react to what she ate when she was out there.
“So that’s what she did. She ate meat again. And in the jungle you’ve got no choice about what you eat have you?”
Previous contestants on the show have complained about the small rations they are given to live off so Fleur also took measures to reduce her food intake before flying out to Australia so she’d have fewer cravings.
Her dad said: “In the month before she went in she had been reducing her stomach size so that she’s not craving food all day long. She was like that about eating meat.
And Malcolm admitted the former ‘X Factor’ runner-up’s preparations were nothing new for her.
He added: “When she went on ‘X Factor’ she would practice singing while running on a treadmill so that she could combine singing and dancing, which no one else could do like her on the show.
“She’s got the determination and the personality that will step up to any challenge. I don’t think that she was particularly daunted by the prospect of ‘I’m A Celebrity.’ ”

Steven Berkoff: MeToo is a ‘reaction’

OHMYGOSSIP — Steven Berkoff thinks people have used the #MeToo movement to settle “minor disgruntlements”.
The ‘Octopussy’ actor thinks the initiative – where people detailed instances of sexual harassment or misconduct they have experienced – came from a “very good source” but suggested too many have used it in a bid to clear up small issues.
He said: “#MeToo is just a reaction and, as with all reactions, it tips over. It comes from a very good source, but it attracts the elements who have, you know, minor disgruntlements and minor little feelings that they’ve been disrespected. It tilts too heavily that way. But it will tip back.”
But the 81-year-old playwright admitted he has had negative experiences with many of the people who have been accused of sexual misconduct, such as theatre director Max Stafford-Clark.
He told The Guardian newspaper: “What’s interesting is that I have had dealings with nearly every one of those people accused, and they have always been indifferent, arrogant, disinterested, pompous and sometimes downright rude. I found it really bizarre. I’d love to tell you who these b*****ds are.
“When [Stafford-Clark] was director of the Royal Court, for years I tried to get my plays put on there. He always replied, ‘No, we don’t have any room.’ Nothing, nothing, nothing.”
Steven has written a one-act play, ‘Harvey’, about disgraced movie mogul Harvey Weinstein, and if he can find a theatre to stage the production, he’s keen to take the lead role himself.
He said: “It’s a one-man show, about 15 pages of dense text. I’ve been trying to learn this over the past six months. It’s something I could do. I could play him.
“I like evil people. I’m like a surgeon who is happiest when working with a very diseased body.
“This is a creature, who offers freedom, offers to change your life, because once you hear that magic word ‘Action!’ – wow, you’ll be changed from this small, simpering B-movie actress. Suddenly on the screen, you’re touching magic, you become immortal. He’s offering that for just a few minutes in the shower.”

Dick Van Dyke paid for Mary Poppins role

OHMYGOSSIP — Dick Van Dyke had to pay for his second role in ‘Mary Poppins’.
The 92-year-old actor is known for his portrayal of chimney sweep Bert in the 1964 movie but he also portrayed banker Mr. Dawes Sr. too, and had to work hard to persuade Walt Disney to let him have the second part.
He recalled in conversation with Lin-Manuel Miranda for ABC’s upcoming ‘Mary Poppins Returns: Behind the Magic – A Special Edition of 20/20’: “I said, ‘I’ll do it for nothing.’ Actually, I had to give him $4,000 dollars. I had to pay him to do the part.”
When the ‘Hamilton’ creator further pressed whether Dick handed any money over to Disney, he quipped: “And I’d do it again.”
Lin-Manuel pointed out how many viewers fail to spot the veteran actor in his second role in the film, which Dick admitted he was well aware of.
The 38-year-old star said: “I always, when I tell my friends you’re in it. They go, ‘Oh, he’s playing Bert,’ I go, ‘Remember he played two parts in that movie.’ ”
Dick agreed: “It’s funny when you’re a kid and you see it, you don’t realise that. You don’t realise it’s you in that other part.
“But you know, when they made me up as the old man in the old one, I had to go to go to Walt and ask him for the part, he didn’t give it to me.”
Dick has another role to play in the upcoming ‘Mary Poppins Returns’ – which also stars Lin-Manuel opposite Emily Blunt as Mary – and admitted he was very “excited” when he first heard about the project, in which he plays Mr. Dawes Jr..
He said: “I got excited, of course, that there was going to be one, and, of course, my first question was: ‘Can I be in it?’ ”

Jamie Dornan likes to be challenged

OHMYGOSSIP — Jamie Dornan likes to be “challenged” with his work.
The ‘Fifty Shades of Grey’ star feels it is important for every movie he does to challenge him in some way and he likes the idea of “continuously pushing himself with his work”.
He said: “With work, I always want to be challenged. I can’t draw too many parallels between challenges I face in my life and those faced by Marie Colvin or Paul Conroy, but I do like the idea of continuously pushing yourself in your work. The more scared I am of a job, the more I want to do it. To spend a whole life in your comfort zone wouldn’t be very exciting. That’s the point of view I’ve come to see this from. There’s not a lot of payoff in playing it safe.”
And whilst the 36-year-old actor doesn’t regret starring in the ‘Fifty Shades’ movies, he doesn’t think he’ll take another job that brings so “much attention and scrutiny” again.
Asked if he feels like he’s entering a new phase now the last ‘Fifty Shades’ movie has been released, he added to Vulture magazine: “I don’t see it like that, no. They’re perceived the way they’re perceived. Critically, that’s not very favourably. But they made a lot of money, and as studio pictures go, they’re pretty unique. To speak for myself, and I’ll speak for Dakota as well, it’s another job on another set. I probably won’t ever take a job with this much attention and scrutiny and public opinion directed at it again. And that’s fine. From a practical point of view, you just move on to the next and keep your head down. But listen, it’s given us so much. The work that I’ve been doing has been a million miles from that, and not even by choice. You just keep plugging away, doing good work, and trying to better yourself.”

Hugh Jackman: Wolverine will be back

OHMYGOSSIP — Hugh Jackman has promised fans he’ll return as Wolverine – but not in a crossover movie.
The 50-year-old actor played the iconic comic book character for 17 years, with his first outing in 2000, but his mutant alter-ego met his demise in 2017’s ‘Logan’.
‘Deadpool’ star Ryan Reynolds has been constantly pestering Jackman to do a crossover movie, but ‘The Greatest Showman’ star isn’t budging.
In a forthcoming interview with People’s ‘Sunday Today’, Jackman said: “Oh, Wolverine will be back.
“Someone’s going to buy him, I don’t know.”
When interviewer Willie Geist said: “Not you though.”
He replied: “No, but Ryan is relentless.
“He keeps coming back to me in all these ways, shapes and forms.
“I just said, ‘You know, I just don’t think the world really wants to see Deadpool with Wolverine.’ ” “Maybe a cameo from Deadpool? I just think it runs over it for Deadpool.”
When the host joked that Reynolds thinks it will be a good way to boost his career, Jackman quipped: “Oh, really? That’s nice of him. He’s throwing me a bone?”
He continued: “You know that term, dag, I mentioned? A dag is a goofball in American. It’s a goof. You’re such a dag, Ryan!”
Reynolds, 42, stars as the red and black lycra-clad anti hero and his alter ego Wade Wilson in 2016’s ‘Deadpool’ and the sequel, and still believes a collaboration between the two superheroes is possible.
‘Logan’ is set years in the future from the point where ‘Deadpool 2’ takes place, and so he argued that Wolverine is still “alive and well” during the time of the ‘Deadpool’ series.
He said: “He’s alive and well in my timeline. There is a Logan running around out there with a little bushy chest and his little sharpy, sharpy claws, and he is alive and well and ready to go. I would love that.”
But he admits the problem doesn’t lie in Wolverine’s health, but in Jackman’s willingness to don the claws for a ninth time.
He added: “I think convincing Hugh of that would be a near-impossible feat, but there’s no human being I love more than Hugh Jackman in that universe, and equally so as a friend. He’s just the best. I already miss him as Logan, so I’m one of those guys that whenever I see him, I’m like, ‘Come on, man. Just one more. Come on. We’ll do it together. It’ll be fun. Come on! On three. Here we go, together. One, two, three, together,’ and it’s always just me saying it.”
Jackman previously insisted he would not be returning as the ‘X-Men’ mutant, but supported the idea of someone else starring in the role alongside Reynolds.
He said: “It’s sort of out of my hands because I’m an actor who’s played Wolverine. I’m out. But if I was running the studio and someone else was playing Wolverine.”

Toni Braxton’s missing ring

OHMYGOSSIP — Toni Braxton’s engagement ring is missing.
The ‘He Wasn’t Man Enough’ hitmaker is lamenting the loss of her jewellery after she left her Louis Vuitton train case on her flight from New York City to Los Angeles. And whilst she has had the case returned, her jewellery – including the ring – is missing from the bag.
She wrote on Twitter: “Hey everyone, @delta located my LV Train Case! Yay! Unfortunately most of my jewelry items are missing…including MY ENGAGEMENT RING! Whoever BORROWED it…PLEEEASE return it!!!! I promise, no questions asked! (sic)”
Toni had previously taken to Twitter to ask for help in finding the bag.
She wrote at the time: “Hey @Delta I left my LV train case on my flight from JFK to LAX on Tuesday. It’s been impossible to get any type of assistance from anyone in the company! Can someone let delta know I’m trying to get in contact w/them? I’ve tried to no avail…pls help you’re my favorite airlines (sic)”
Meanwhile, Birdman has described his fiancée Toni as his “life”.
Birdman – whose real name is Bryan Christopher Williams – said: “T, that’s my girl, my friend, my family. That’s my love, my soldier, my life. She’s my everything. She’s my life. I love her to death … For me, it was just hard to accept love from them. I think Miss E, Miss Evelyn [Toni’s mother], she’s an angel. She did a great job with all her girls. For me, just growing up in the streets, not having the word love, it was hard for me to accept them loving me and appreciating the love that I brought to the table.”

Kesha fears she’ll lose songwriting ‘power’

OHMYGOSSIP — Kesha worries she will lose her “magic power” for songwriting.
The ‘Praying’ hitmaker admits she is constantly fearful that she’ll lose the ability to pen a track because she can’t explain how she’s able to do it beyond music “channeling” through her.
She said: “Music is something that almost gets channelled through me. You never know if you’re going to lose it, like I’ll wake up one day and I won’t have my magic power.”
The 31-year-old singer – who spent four years out of the spotlight because of her contractual dispute with producer Dr. Luke, who she accused of being abusive – finds the writing process “cathartic” and feels “safe” because her ability to pen a song isn’t something anyone else can take away.
Speaking at The Hollywood Reporter’s Songwriter Roundtable, she said: “After I write, it feels so cathartic.
“I love knowing that as a woman I can be self-sufficient. Something nobody can ever take away from me is my ability to write. That makes me feel safe.”
Kesha recently wrote ‘Here Comes the Change’ for the soundtrack of ‘On the Basis of Sex’ – which tells the story of Supreme Court justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg’s early life – and she admitted it was a “daunting” task, made even harder by her sitting down to watch the movie, which stars Felicity Jones.
She said: “I’d never written a song for a movie before.
“So I went and saw the movie On the Basis of Sex first. [Writing the song was] kind of daunting.”
“After you watch what [Ruth Bader Ginsburg has] done for women, I felt even more overwhelmed and I was like, ‘Oh, s**t, this is a big task.”

Khloe Kardashian’s tribute to her late father

OHMYGOSSIP — Khloe Kardashian has penned a sweet tribute to her late father.
The ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ star took to Instagram to remember her father Robert Kardashian, who passed away from cancer in September 2003.
Alongside a picture of Robert, she wrote: “I miss you.”
Meanwhile, Khloe was previously told that her father Robert died when his family weren’t around to protect them.
Clairvoyant Tyler Henry told her: “There’s a feeling of like, ‘I don’t want you to be there when I’m actually passing away. It’s like, ‘For your sake I want you to just not have that in your memory.’ And there’s a feeling when this comes through that he actually would’ve timed his passing. The feeling is that he was holding on and he was waiting and that would’ve been done with purpose and with intention.”
And Khloe also revealed that Robert had arranged to see his mum and dad and his children before he died.
She shared: “His parents’ didn’t know he was dying. He just kept it a secret so he wanted them to come and see him and he wanted to say goodbye to them and say goodbye to all of us. And then after everyone left he ended up passing away.”
Khloe recently spoke out about how distraught she felt when her father passed away, admitting she was so overwhelmed at his funeral, she fainted.
Khloe – who was 19 when her dad died – said: “At the funeral, when I saw my father in his casket, I completely fell apart. I don’t remember the details, but apparently I was an emotional wreck, and I’m told that I was so distraught I actually passed out. At one point I fell to the floor kicking and screaming, and I had to be sedated. It was really intense. I refused to believe my father was gone. I just wanted to believe it was all just a bad dream.”

Rylan Clark-Neal ‘doing everything in his power’ to bring back Big Brother

OHMYGOSSIP — Rylan Clark-Neal is “doing everything in his power” to get ‘Big Brother’ back on screens.
The 30-year-old presenter hosted sister show ‘Big Brother’s Bit on the Side’ for five years, after winning the celebrity series that year, and has been left devastated by Channel 5 axing the show and doesn’t want to believe it’s over.
He told the MailOnline: “My brain just doesn’t understand that it’s not coming back.
“To me, I can’t understand that I have presented it for the last time.
“It’s going to be majorly missed. And trust me, I am doing everything I can do in my power to get it back.”
However, if the show did return, they’ll need to build a brand new house, as the one that has been at Elstree Studios for 18 years is being demolished.
A source told The Sun newspaper’s Bizarre TV column: “The production company who make ‘Big Brother’ own the house, but Elstree Studios own the land, so the house has to be taken down now the show has been cancelled.
“It’s not the end for the show and everyone is convinced it’ll find a new home one another channel, but the house has to leave the site it’s stood on for the last 18 years.”
There had been talks for the show to be taken over by Netflix.
Endemol, who own the format of the programme, were said to be sitting down with the streaming service to discuss the option, and sources said it could act as the “saviour” of the show.
A TV source previously said: “Netflix could be the saviours of Big Brother – the news fans have wanted to hear since Channel 5 made the announcement.
“Executives at Endemol are meeting with Netflix early next week.
“Of course it’s still early days.
“Streaming sites have a lot of money so it’s an option they’re looking at.”
The news came after show host Emma Willis admitted she was “sad and disappointed” that Channel 5 had decided to drop the programme.
She said: “I feel sad and disappointed because it’s been a massive part of my life as a human being before I worked on it and also as a career and as a member of the British public, as it’s been on TV for almost 20 years.
“I am sad about it but everything needs a break at some point or a rest or a new home to breathe life into it again.
“So hopefully it will come back in some way shape or form at some point but if it does come back it needs to be in the right way and not rushed.”

Taylor Swift feels so lucky to have amazing fans

OHMYGOSSIP — Taylor Swift feels “so lucky” to have fans that “care” about her.
The ‘Look What You Made Me Do’ hitmaker spoke of how grateful she was to have such amazing fans as she wrapped her mammoth ‘reputation’ stadium tour in Tokyo, Japan on Wednesday (21.11.18).
She said: “[I wanted to do a show] that would make you feel like you were escaping and going into a different world. I’m so happy that that’s the kind of show that you’ve wanted to see, because it makes it so much fun to create a world for you. I’m so lucky to get to do that. I’m so lucky you care about anything I create, whether it be music or a stage show. Thank you for coming tonight, and thank you for coming to be a part of my life. I love you.”
And the 28-year-old singer never thought in her “wildest dreams” that she would be able to put on a show like she has done.
Speaking before she performed her hit ‘Wildest Dreams’, she added: “Every single performer that you see on this stage, whether it be a dancer, or a background singer, or a member of the band, when I say that these are crowds we never even thought we would get to be in front of, even in our wildest dreams.”
Meanwhile, Taylor previously urged her fans to be “kind” to themselves.
She said: “One thing I have noticed in my life is you can never judge what somebody else is going through, even if they seem like they have it all together, they seem like, how can they ever have any problems? Somebody is maybe really beautiful or seems like they have it all together. Maybe they have a life that you’re really envious of.
“But I’ve learned that appearances aren’t everything. Just because somebody looks happy doesn’t mean they are. Just because somebody looks healthy doesn’t mean they are. There’s so much pressure on everyone these days to have it all together, to have a perfect body, a perfect life, to know exactly where they want to go with their life.
“I think the stress and the pressure of not being able to say that they’re hurting have really taken a toll on a lot of people. So I’m just asking you, just try to be kind to yourself. Just know that there are so many people that are going through the exact same thing that you might be going through, whatever it is.”

Tyrese shocked by ex’s job

OHMYGOSSIP — Tyrese was stunned when his ex-wife claimed her job is “living life”.
The ‘Fast and Furious’ star has a court-ordered child support deal with Norma Gibson – the mother of his 11-year-old daughter Shayla – that is designed to help her work towards becoming self-sufficient but they are in dispute because he doesn’t want to pay her escalating costs for babysitters.
According to documents obtained by TMZ, Tyrese claimed Norma sat for a deposition and was asked by an attorney what she had done on August 21 to have required seven hours of childcare bills, and she explained she had been busy “living life”.
She further explained: “I am working. I am working on my book. I am working on my life. I am running errands at home.”
The 39-year-old actor and his team insist Norma simply feels no obligation to find a job or contribute financially to raising Shayla because Tyrese is rich and able to cover all the costs.
The ‘Death Race’ actor previously requested receipts for the $25-an-hour childcare being used by his ex-wife because he wanted proof the bills existed as if Norma has no job, there’s no reason why she would need childcare.
He also felt he shouldn’t be paying the bill if it was for Norma’s personal reasons, such as going out for dinner without their daughter.
Tyrese argued the court never laid out guidelines for when he has to reimburse Norma for childcare, or how many hours she can ask him to pay for.
Over the summer, the ‘Transformers’ actor – who also has daughter Soraya, seven weeks, with wife Samantha – sought primary custody of Shayla, arguing it was in the youngster’s “best interest” to relocate from Los Angeles to his house in Atlanta.
He claimed in legal documents that he has “created a stable and loving environment” for his daughter, as he lives “in a 23,000 square foot home in an affluent and safe neighbourhood in Atlanta”, and she would have her own bedroom and bathroom at the property, complete with an extra set of bunk beds for when she decides to bring friends over to stay the night.
If Shayla does move to Atlanta, Tyrese has also promised to ensure she still keeps up a good relationship with Norma, and has even offered to pay for his daughter’s flights back to Los Angeles to visit.
Tyrese was awarded joint custody of Shayla last year after a lengthy and difficult court case which saw Norma allege that he had been physically violent to their daughter.

Tom Felton’s Harry Potter movie marathon

OHMYGOSSIP — Tom Felton wants to have a ‘Harry Potter’ movie marathon with his future children.
The 31-year-old actor – who played Draco Malfoy in the iconic movie series – has only ever seen the films at the premieres and wouldn’t watch them again until he’s snuggled on the sofa with his future kids one day.
He told People magazine: “I have seen the Potter films during the premieres, but other than that no – never! I’m saving that for a sacred day. I have visions of doing that with my two kids, when I’m a little bit older.”
And Tom’s fans are very passionate, with one recently offering to legally adopt him – if he changed his name to Draco Malfoy.
He said: “I’ve got some very strange letters. One man wanted to adopt me. He had changed his name legally to Lucius Malfoy and wanted me to change my name to Draco Malfoy and to legally adopt me. I declined! … I’ve got some angry Americans tell me, ‘Leave Harry Potter alone man! What did he ever do to you?’ but are deadly serious in how they deliver it. They seem to think I had some kind of influence on [JK] Rowling’s writing!”
From his role in ‘Harry Potter’, Tom has some very dedicated fans and previously revealed there is one middle-aged woman who has been following him around the world for nine years.
He said: “It’s strange and if the genders were reversed, with a 50-year-old man supporting an 18-year-old girl, it would put up some warning signs. But for her, being a ‘Harry Potter’ fan and meeting the cast has given her a sense of purpose and joy – and that’s not to be looked down on … She came to mind when we did the programme [‘Tom Felton Meets the Superfans’]. It was a chance to dig into her personal story and meet her. She’s a sweet person, there’s no malice behind it, but at the same time it’s not something I fully understand and my mum still has her worries about people who talk to me as if they have known me for years.”
