Dustin Lance Black and Tom Daley want a ‘football team’ of kids

OHMYGOSSIP — Dustin Lance Black says he and husband Tom Daley want a “football team” of children following surrogacy success.
The 44-year-old director admits he and the 24-year-old Olympian are keen to have a big family since welcoming baby Robbie into the world in June, after finding a surrogate mother in America.
Speaking on ‘Lorraine’ today (11.12.18), Dustin said: “We looked at many different options at the beginning.
“But I think it became clear we wanted a biological connection to our first born.
“Who knows where we are going to go from here! We might end up with ten, eleven. It takes 11 to make up a full football team right?
“Tom has lost his father, I had lost my mom and brother and you start to yearn for that connection that goes from your past to your future, and surrogacy was one of the ways we could do it.
“We decided to go to America after we did our research.”
The ‘Milk’ writer revealed that he and his partner have a strong connection with the surrogate mother and they are planning to have an ongoing relationship with her as their baby grows up.
He said: “In the US … they encourage you to build a relationship with someone who will become your surrogate.
“You don’t enter into this until there is a friendship, a relationship there with her and her family and it’s an ongoing relationship for the rest of your life.
“Your child born of surrogacy has a right to know where they come from and the right to have a relationship with the person who brought them into this world.
“After a year and a half of spending this most intimate, beautiful time with this woman who’s given us this incredible gift, are you kidding me! She couldn’t get rid of us if she tried!”

OHMYGOSSIP — Jamie Redknapp has played down talk of dating Emily Atack.
The 45-year-old former footballer has downplayed the potential of him and the former ‘The Inbetweeners’ actress going out, after she admitted to his dad, Harry Redknapp, on the recent ‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!’ series that she is a big fan of the pundit.
When asked by ex-Aston Villa footballer Dean Saunders on talkSPORT’s ‘Alan Brazil Sports Breakfast’ show what would be more likely out of Liverpool winning the Champions League or Jamie taking Emily out, Jamie responded: “What’s more likely did you say?
“Ah Deano come on. Leave it out.
“Listen, she’s a very nice girl isn’t she. Let’s leave it at that.”
Harry was voted the new King of The Jungle during Sunday night’s (09.12.18) finale, with Emily taking second place.
While in the jungle, the former West Ham, Spurs and Portsmouth boss bonded with the curvaceous blonde, who urged Jamie to give her a call when she was out.
The 28-year-old star admitted she was hopeful she might be able to hook up with the hunky Sky Sports pundit now she has left the jungle and got her make-up back on.
She said: “I am sure if he had seen me in action over the last few weeks he might not be up for it.
“But I’ve got my make up on now, so he might be!”
Harry also cheekily admitted he thinks the former ‘Dancing on Ice’ contestant has a better chance with his son now she has “scrubbed up” and left the jungle.
He said: “I’ll be honest, when I saw her in the jungle I thought, ‘No chance.’
“I thought, ‘No, you ain’t got a prayer.’
“But I’ve seen her today when she’s scrubbed up and she looks alright, I’m telling you.”

Vanessa Hudgens is ‘so proud’ of Sarah Hyland

OHMYGOSSIP — Vanessa Hudgens is “so proud” of Sarah Hyland for opening up about her battle with kidney failure.
The ‘Modern Family’ actress recently revealed she underwent a second kidney transplant two years ago after her first – which saw her father give her his kidney – failed.
And now, Vanessa – who has been friends with Sarah for almost a decade – has praised the 28-year-old actress for being “one of the strongest women” she knows.
The 29-year-old star told People magazine: “I remember when she needed her first transplant and I remember when her body was rejecting it and I remember when she needed her second one.
“I’m so proud of her for being brave to share her story with the world, because it was a very emotional and taxing thing on her. She’s just one of the strongest women I know.
“I always will see her as this like tough New Yorker even though she’s so petite. She is small but mighty! I’m just really proud of her for sharing her truth.”
Sarah revealed this week that she underwent her second surgery after her younger brother Ian was found to be a match and donated his kidney to her, but admitted that the feeling of being a “burden” on her family had left her “contemplating suicide”.
She explained: “When a family member gives you a second chance at life, and it fails, it almost feels like it’s your fault. It’s not.
“But it does. For a long time, I was contemplating suicide, because I didn’t want to fail my little brother like I failed my dad… I had gone through [my whole life] of always being a burden, of always having to be looked after, having to be cared for.”
And the actress praised her boyfriend Wells Adams – whom she met just three days before undergoing her second surgery – for supporting her throughout her health battle.
She added: “He’s seen me at my worst. I think that’s why I feel the most beautiful in his eyes, because he still finds me beautiful after seeing all that.”

The 40-year-old actress stars as Brienne of Tarth in the HBO fantasy drama series, and as the show’s eighth and final season prepares to air in April next year, the star has said viewers are in for a shock so big they’ll need to seek “professional help”.
She said: “You’re going to need therapy. I think just the show ending is going to send all of the world into professional help.”
Gwendoline also believes the show’s finale will be “incredibly emotional”, especially for the cast, as she says the programme has been a “truly incredible thing” to be involved with.
She told E! News: “I think it’s going to make me incredibly emotional. We’re all emotional about the fact that this is the end, and this is the end of something incredibly significant for all of us, and it’s been a truly incredible thing to be a part of.”
The actress’ comments come after it was confirmed last month that ‘Game of Thrones’ would be returning to screens in April 2019, when a 30 second teaser clip was posted to the show’s official Twitter account.
The clip featured action-filled shots of various stars of the show, including Daenerys Targaryen (Emilia Clarke), Jon Snow (Kit Harington), Cersei Lannister (Lena Headey), Sansa Stark (Sophie Turner), and Tyrion Lannister (Peter Dinklage).

Fans of the show have a lot to look forward to for the upcoming finale, as Emilia Clarke recently revealed “everything” from the costumes to the camera checks have been “more intense” than ever before.
She said: “[Camera] checks take longer, costumes are a bit better, hair and makeup a bit sharper – every choice, every conversation, every attitude, has this air of ‘this is it.’ Everything feels more intense.”

Steve Carell will never forget wedding day

OHMYGOSSIP — Steve Carell will never forget his wedding day.
The ‘Welcome to Marwen’ actor has a vivd memory of the sweltering hot day in Massachusetts, in 1995, as he was “sweating like bullets” until he saw his wife Nancy walk down the aisle, which had a calming affect on him.
He recalled: “We were back east in Massachusetts, and it was over 100 degrees and humid, and the church didn’t have air conditioning and I was sweating bullets.
“I’ll never forget it. I was on the altar and I turned.
“She was walking down the aisle and I immediately stopped sweating.”
The 56-year-old star felt “empowered” to be marrying the love of his life.
He added to Us Weekly: “I was full of this sense of calm because I knew that person was going to be my partner and have my back and I’d have hers.
“It was literally feeling empowered. It was feeling like I was more powerful because she was a part of my life.”
Meanwhile, the ‘Despicable Me’ star previously admitted his kids are “unimpressed” that their dad is an actor.
The ‘Despicable Me 3’ star’s 17-year-old daughter Elisabeth and 14-year-old son John have never religiously watched their father’s movies and don’t think he’s that cool, because to them he’s just their “dad”.
He said: “They don’t really watch anything I’ve done.
“I’m just Dad. I’m not like this actor or anything.”
Though Steve’s children aren’t impressed with his career, the same can’t be said for his parents who have always been incredibly proud of their son, and even give out pictures of him to people they meet – whether they want them or not.
Steve said: “My family can’t believe what I do for a living and they enjoy it. I think they’re astounded. My parents called me the other day from Florida, where they live for half the year, and they said, ‘Could you send us some more headshots?’
“I think they give a signed headshot of me to anyone who asks … or anyone who doesn’t ask. They go to a doctor and they’ll say: ‘Would you like a picture of my son?’ They’re so proud and they’re really sweet and my brothers are too.”

Nick Cannon defends Kevin Hart over backlash ‘hypocrisy’

OHMYGOSSIP — Nick Cannon wanted to address “hypocrisy” over the backlash to Kevin Hart’s controversial tweets.
The 38-year-old star took to social media this week to share past tweets from female comedians such as Sarah Silverman and Amy Schumer using homophobic slurs after Hart stepped down from hosting the Oscars over previous social media posts.
He told Buzzfeed’s ‘AM to DM’ show: “I was sticking up for my best friend… I like to point out selective outrage and hypocrisy.
“And the only reason why I pointed out some of the other people, and I could’ve kept going, I did extensive research… it was just showing how we all grow… I was like, ‘Wow, we can invite Mel Gibson to the Oscars, but Kevin can’t come?’ ”
The rapper’s defence comes after Hart, 39, decided to quit his role as Academy Awards host just days after it was revealed he would be at the helm of the ceremony in 2019.
The ‘Night School’ actor had previously addressed his unacceptable social media posts in an Instagram video of himself lying on a bed.
He said: “I swear man our world is becoming beyond crazy. I’m not going to let the craziness frustrate me or anger me especially when I worked hard to get to the mental space that I am at now.
“My team calls me, ‘Oh my God, Kevin, the world is upset about tweets you did years ago.’ Oh my God. Guys, I’m almost 40 years old. If you don’t believe that people grow, change, evolve as they get older, I don’t know what to tell you. If you want to hold people in a position where they always have to justify or explain their past – then do you.
“I’m the wrong guy, man. I’m in a great place, a great mature place where all I do is spread positivity. If you’re not doing that, you’re not on my page.”
Kevin – who recently revealed he was set to host the 2019 Academy Awards, describing the moment as “the opportunity of a lifetime” – later apologised LGBTQ community for his previous “insensitive words”.
He tweeted: “I have made the choice to step down from hosting this year’s Oscar’s … this is because I do not want to be a distraction on a night that should be celebrated by so many amazing talented artists. I sincerely apologize to the LGBTQ community for my insensitive words from my past. (sic)”

Milo Ventimiglia couldn’t get hired for a whole year

OHMYGOSSIP — Milo Ventimiglia “couldn’t get hired” for “one entire year” following the end of his role on ‘Heroes’.
The 41-year-old actor starred as Peter Petrelli on the NBC drama series from 2006 to 2010, and says he very nearly walked away from Hollywood after the show ended, because he found it impossible to get hired for anything else for “one calendar year”.
He said: “I’ve had moments where I’ve had to pick myself up. Probably in my early 30s, I couldn’t get hired in town. I really couldn’t. That was back in the ‘Heroes’ days. I did not work for one calendar year. One entire year, I couldn’t get a job.
“I was really having to re-evaluate what I was going to be doing because, you know, it’s a profession. You need to feed yourself and clothe yourself and have a roof over your head. I was starting to see those things minimise.”
The ‘This Is Us’ star was even planning on moving to Italy to find work on a farm.
He continued: “I was gonna cash in and move to Italy on my European passport and find a farm to work on and buzz my head, and grow a beard and ride a motorcycle, and just live a quiet life.”
Luckily though, the actor began getting cast again after he was “pretty close” to jumping on a plane, when he received roles in ‘That’s My Boy’, ‘Kiss of the Damned’, and ‘Static’, which he also produced.
Now, Milo is in high demand, and the actor says he tries to keep himself focused on “this exact moment”.
Speaking to ‘Access’, he said: “I look at it like I’m a shark that just has to keep swimming or I die. So if I stop, if I stop for a moment to understand where I am or how I’m here or what I’ve done to get here – no, no, no just be here.
“Just be here. Be here in this exact moment that you’re in right now because nothing else matters.”

Ashton Kutcher makes his son walk outside Ellen Degeneres’ house

OHMYGOSSIP — Ashton Kutcher has to prove to Ellen Degeneres that his son can walk.
The 40-year-old actor always takes his two-year-old son Dimitri on walks down to the beach along with his wife Mila Kunis and their four-year-old daughter Wyatt, and has said that ever since their neighbour Ellen saw him carrying his youngest tot, he’s had to prove that Dimitri knows how to walk.
During an episode of her eponymous talk show, Ellen said: “The young boy that never walks is how old?”
And Ashton responded: “He walks! He’s two.
“I now have a complex about this because I have one of those hiking backpack things. I put him in the hiker to go down the beach so we can actually go down the beach. Otherwise it’s a whole wrangling session with the kid. And then you came out and you were like, ‘Oh, does he walk?’ And I was like, ‘Yes! He walks.'”
Ellen, 60, insists she’s seen the ‘Ranch’ star carrying Dimitri “five times”, and Ashton admitted he now makes sure the tot gets out of the carrier and walks just long enough to pass the TV host’s house.
Ashton continued: “So now I take him out of the thing once we get to purview of your house and I’m like, ‘Go, go, go! Run, little sucker!’ And I’m trying to dish him along so I don’t have to hear about it anymore.
“This kid’s going to be an Olympian because I’m going to be behind him like, ‘To Ellen’s house! She’s watching!'”
Meanwhile, a source recently claimed Ashton and Mila – who married in 2015 – are still “over the moon” about life as a family of four.
The insider said: “They married their best friends and have continued to grow in their relationship by openly communicating and keeping their heads out of the clouds.
“They are real people and have found true love, trust, friendship and honesty. They are a great example for others to follow.
“Both of them wanted to be parents for quite a while before they had children, and they are still over the moon.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Nicole Kidman has donated $500,000 to support human rights.
The 51-year-old actress supported both Human Rights Day and her late father’s birthday on Monday (10.12.18) by making the whopping donation to the United Nations Trust Fund to End Violence Against Women while speaking at a UN luncheon.
In her speech, Nicole – who is a UN Women’s Goodwill Ambassador – said: “I’ve met survivors who’ve experienced the most unspeakable violence, yet through the UN Trust Fund, I’ve seen them overcome their pain and regain their courage to look towards the future.
“I’m here today to continue this work and amplify the voices of women survivors through the media and help raise significant funds for programs that address this issue.”
The ‘Big Little Lies’ actress then took to Instagram to post a picture of her later father, Dr. Anthony Kidman, who passed away in September 2014, and praised him as an “advocate for human rights”.
She captioned the snap: “Today would have been my Papa’s 80th Birthday. Miss you Papa, love you so much.”
Before adding on her Instagram Story: “My papa was such an advocate for human rights.”
Nicole has long been a supporter of charity donations, and in 2016 she even claimed she and husband Keith Urban – with whom she has daughters Sunday, 10, and Faith, seven – prefer to give to their favourite organisations over the Christmas period instead of buying presents for one another.
She added at the time: “I’ll kiss him. He’s in Australia right now and the girls and I are here, and we’re flying to him tonight, so … we’re his presents!”

Julia Louis-Dreyfus refused ‘dark’ thoughts during cancer battle

OHMYGOSSIP — Julia Louis-Dreyfus refused to let herself think “dark” thoughts during her cancer battle.
The ‘Veep’ star revealed in September last year that she had been diagnosed with breast cancer, and although she admits she was “terrified” of what the outcome could be, she never “let” herself think about the possibility of her not beating the disease.
When asked by The New Yorker if she ever gave in to “fear” of “self-pity” during her fight against cancer, Julia – who is now in remission – said: “‘Am I gonna be dead tomorrow’ kind of thing? I didn’t let myself go there. Don’t misunderstand: I was to-my-bones terrified. But I didn’t let myself – except for a couple of moments – go to a really dark place. I didn’t allow it.
“You know if you get on a horse and you have really tight reins and the horse is galloping? I felt like I had really tight reins on myself. That’s what it felt like: I was just holding on tight. I’ve had a really rough year, blah, blah, blah – you know, we’re getting through it.”
Previously, the 57-year-old actress claimed she originally wanted her cancer battle to remain private, but because work on ‘Veep’ would have to be halted while she sought treatment, she went public with the news and decided to try and take a light-hearted approach to tackling the disease.
Julia – who kept fans updated with her treatments on social media – said: “Originally, I’ll be honest with you, something like this journey I’d been on, I normally wouldn’t share such a private thing publicly
“[However], I knew it would get out there because I knew we had to shut down production for a number of months in order to accommodate my situation.
“So then I thought, ‘Well, I’m just going to embrace this and attack it and try to do it with a sense of humour. I was really pleased with the reaction.”
The star had her final chemotherapy session in January, and returned back to the set of the political comedy earlier this year.

Charlie Sheen is one year sober

OHMYGOSSIP — Charlie Sheen is one year sober.
The 53-year-old actor took to Twitter on Tuesday (11.12.18) to reveal he has been awarded his one-year sobriety medallion – which is often handed out by Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) recovery programs to celebrate passing the milestone – and said he is “totally focused” on staying away from addictive substances.
Posting a picture of the medallion, the ‘Platoon’ star wrote: so, THIS happened yesterday! a fabulous moment, in my renewed journey. #TotallyFocused (sic)”
The black coin features the words “To thine own self be true”, alongside a triangle which reads “Unity, Service, Recovery”. The triangle has a circle inside it which features the letter I, which is the roman numeral for one.
Charlie has famously battled with addiction for several years, and was previously sober for 11 years before turning back to old habits as a coping mechanism when he was diagnosed as HIV positive in 2011.
Earlier this year, the ‘Two and a Half Men’ star – who publicly revealed his HIV diagnoses in November 2015 – requested to have his child support payments reduced after claiming he was in a “dire financial crisis”.
Charlie pays $55,000 a month to ex-wife Brooke Mueller to support their twin sons Bob and Max, nine, and another $20,000 a month for his daughters Sam, 14, and Lola, 13, whom he has with former spouse Denise Richards.
And despite once being the highest paid star on TV when he received $1.8 million per episode of ‘Two and a Half Men’, he now claims to only make $2,426 a month.
He said in court documents: “I have been unable to find steady work, and have been blacklisted from many aspects of the entertainment industry.”

Jennifer added: “We’re happy. We’re taking it day-by-day. And it’s great.”
The ‘Shades of Blue’ star has 10-year-old twins Max and Emme with her former husband Marc Anthony, whilst retired baseball star Alex has daughters Natasha, 14, and Ella, 10, with ex-wife Cynthia Scurtis, and Jennifer insists this year has been great for letting the two families bond.

The ‘On The Floor’ singer thinks timing was everything with their romance.
She shared: “We were both at a good place in our lives. And I think, maybe if we had met in our twenties, it wouldn’t … you know, maybe not so much. We’re too crazy. But now, at this point in our lives, where we both have kids and we both accomplished certain things in our careers and we’re kind of in that second act of our lives, we really complement each other.”

The ‘Bumblebee’ star celebrates her 22nd birthday on Tuesday (11.12.18), and says she doesn’t have any “specific feelings” about becoming another year older, although she does think 2019 will be “the best year” of her life.
