Jennifer Lawrence slams Harvey Weinstein

OHMYGOSSIP — Jennifer Lawrence has slammed Harvey Weinstein’s “predatory tactics” after he allegedly claimed he’d slept with her.
The ‘Hunger Games’ actress has lent her support to the alleged victims of the disgraced movie mogul but stressed she only ever had a “professional relationship” with him after legal documents revealed how the producer – whose career has been in ruins since he was accused of sexual misconduct by dozens of women last year – supposedly tried to impress an aspiring starlet by claiming he’d had sex with the 28-year-old star.
Jennifer said in a statement: “My heart breaks for all the women who were victimized by Harvey Weinstein.
“I have never had anything but a professional relationship with him.
“This is yet another example of the predatory tactics and lies that he engaged in to lure countless women.”
Her response came after legal documents relating to a case from an anonymous woman, who is pressing charges against Weinstein and the Weinstein Company, brought Jennifer’s name into the discussion.
In the paperwork, the woman told how the producer said to her: “Do you even want to be an actress? I slept with Jennifer Lawrence and look where she is; she has just won an Oscar.”
He allegedly made the claims during one of many instances where he supposedly sexually assaulted the woman.
This isn’t the first time the ‘Silver Linings Playbook’ actress has insisted Weinstein had never been “inappropriate” with her, describing him as “paternal” towards her instead.
She said: “I heard that [Weinstein] was a dog but he was always almost paternal to me. He was never inappropriate with me.
“I thought we had a nice relationship where when he acted like an asshole, I called him an asshole. I actually think the word I used was a sadistic monster, but it was just never of that nature so that was really shocking.”
But she stressed that she was sympathetic towards his alleged victims and hadn’t spoken out to defend him.
She later clarified: “For the record, while I was not victimized personally by Harvey Weinstein, I stand behind the women who have survived his terrible abuse and I applaud them in using all means necessary to bring him to justice whether through criminal or civil actions.”
Weinstein denies all allegations of non-consensual sex made against him.

Ashley Roberts’ emotional rollercoaster

OHMYGOSSIP — Ashley Roberts has found ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ to be an “emotional rollercoaster”.
The former Pussycat Dolls star – who, along with professional partner Pasha Kovalev has been in the dance-off for the last three weeks – admitted she’s been under a lot of “mental strain” and gripped with doubts throughout rehearsals but insisted the stress has all been worthwhile.
She said: “The emotional rollercoaster ride, it is such a process throughout the week, what you go through.
“You start doubting yourself [and think] ‘how is this all going to come together on Saturday?’ but it does.
“I thought it would be physically challenging but also the emotional and mental strain that sometimes happens is whoa!
“But it’s all worth it when you look back; we’ve all done such amazing work.”
After three weeks in the bottom two, the 37-year-old singer admitted she stopped taking it to heart and just wanted to focus on using the extra time on stage to “give a little show”.
Asked how she’s stayed motivated at a press conference for the show’s finalists in London, she said: “The motivation comes naturally, when I first got the call to do this show I was so excited and so grateful to be part of this amazing show.
“The first two times in the dance off I was like ‘OK this is a bit of a bummer’ but Monday hits, it’s a week, it’s a fresh start and you get in there and you get focused.
“By the third time I looked at Pash and said ‘OK hunny should we just give them a little show because we’re here’.”
And Ashley – who will compete with Pasha against Stacey Dooley and Kevin Clifton, Joe Sugg and Dianne Buswell, and Faye Tozer and Giovanni Pernice to scoop the glitterball trophy – is determined to enjoy every second of the show’s final on Saturday night (15.12.18).
She said: “The amazing thing though is that we did have battle it out to get to the final but I’m so grateful to be here and just go out with these fabulous people and enjoy it.”

Kevin Clifton praises Stacey Dooley

OHMYGOSSIP — Kevin Clifton wept as he thanked Stacey Dooley for helping him fall in love with dancing again.
The 36-year-old professional dancer admitted this year’s ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ has helped him get back on the right track after a “crazy” year in which he split from wife Karen Clifton but still embarked on a tour with her, and he praised his show partner for her hard work in getting them to the finals.
Speaking on spin-off show ‘It Takes Too’, Kevin wiped away tears as he said to Stacey: “I’m feeling a bit emotional right now. I just want to, for God’s sake, I just want to say thank you to you, not only for the hard work you have put in.
“I have had one of the craziest years of my life, you’ve just been so nice to work with, I’ve enjoyed it so much. I know I said this the other day, but, I’ve fallen in love with dancing all over again and Strictly all over again. I love this show. Thank you for everything.”
Stacey then hugged Kevin while presenter Zoe Ball also grew tearful.
Later in the evening, Kevin also paid tribute to the documentary maker on Instagram.
He shared a video of her achievements on the show and wrote: “Loved every second. Thank you @sjdooley”.
Stacey replied with a red heart emoji.
The professional dancer has admitted he was hoping to be paired with Stacey at the start of the series because he was a big fan of her work – and was then delighted to find she wasn’t as serious as he expected.
He said: “I really was hoping to get Stacey as my partner at the beginning because I was a superfan of her documentaries, so when she was announced on the show I was like, ‘Oh please, please please.’
“But then, I thought she’d be nice and everything, but I thought she’d be quite serious because of the way she is in her documentaries, but it turns out once you got in the training room, she’s really hyper. All the time. A massive idiot in a really lovely way. She’s just as daft as I am.”

Dick Van Dyke had Mary Poppins Returns doubts

OHMYGOSSIP — Dick Van Dyke had “some misgivings” about ‘Mary Poppins Returns’.
The 93-year-old actor has reprised his role as Bert, 54 years after the original movie was released, and he admitted he wasn’t initially sure a sequel was a good idea because they usually “don’t work” and can’t compare to the original.
However, he’s delighted with the new film – which sees Emily Blunt take over from Dame Julie Andrews as the magical nanny – and thinks it’s a fitting tribute to the original Walt Disney movie.
He said: “I had some misgivings, because almost traditionally sequels don’t work. They’re never quite as good as the original.
“[But] this is an homage to Walt and the original movie. I was so impressed that their heart was in the right place. They wanted to pay respect to the original. And I was so tickled when they asked me, because it was kind of like bookends for me.”
The veteran actor was “surprised” at how well he got to grips with his song-and-dance number in the new movie and he had a great time shooting the scene.
He told People magazine: “The minute I heard I was going to do a little number, that sold me.
“And I thought I could contribute by just being a little bit of a reminder of the original. And I think it turned out well.
“I got to jump up on a desk and do a dance number. It surprised everybody, but nobody was as surprised as I was. We did several takes of it, and I was just amazed. And I enjoyed it, of course.”
Despite his lengthy career, Dick thinks ‘Mary Poppins’ is what he’ll always be remembered for.
He said: “I would imagine it would be the thing I would be remembered for.
“I get a lot of mail today from kids who have just discovered ‘Mary Poppins’. So it’s on its third generation and holding up very well. I’m sure that if I’m remembered for anything it’ll be ‘Mary Poppins’.”

Slash: Rock got boring

OHMYGOSSIP — Slash thinks rock music has been “dull and boring” for the last decade.
The Guns n’ Roses guitarist believes commercial forces had a negative impact on the genre as bands were pressured into making their songs radio friendly rather than doing something new and exciting, prompting fans to find what they’re looking for in other genres such as rap and hip-hop.
He told Billboard Radio China: “When Velvet Revolver came out, there was definitely a movement that started in the early to mid-’90s that held up all the way through the end of that decade and went into the millennium. And so we came out and there was tons of new rock and roll bands. And they weren’t ‘nu metal’ and they weren’t indie bands, but there was definitely this kind of indie-esque feel to them.
“And I think one of the reasons that Velvet Revolver was as successful as it was had a lot to do with [singer] Scott Weiland, because he was still a holdover from that kind of thing, with Stone Temple Pilots, that came from the ’90s and blah blah blah. Anyway, but it was all cool.
“And then, as we got down the line, it seemed that rock sort of got… More than anything, the commercial approach to rock and roll that the industry forces on bands, or forces people to think that this is how they have to go about it to succeed, and it just turns into this generic mishmosh that manages to get on the radio but doesn’t really turn anybody on, and it’s just dull and boring and people start looking elsewhere.”
However, the 53-year-old rocker thinks things are starting to change and he’s excited to see how some new “hungry, young” bands fare in the coming years.
He added: “And I think that was, really, what happened to the industry, as far as rock and roll is concerned, after 2006 up until just recently. But it seems to be turning over a new leaf right now. So I’m really interested to see where it goes over the next few years, ’cause there’s a lot of really hungry, young, rock and roll bands getting together right now that I’m aware of.
“And, obviously, Greta Van Fleet have done amazingly well and made everybody perk up and go, ‘Oh, wow!’ Now there’s people out there looking for young, teenage rock and roll bands to sign. So it’s interesting.
“If you watch everything as it develops in real time, it’s really, really boring and s**t takes what seems like forever. But if you’re not paying attention, all of sudden, you’ll turn around and go, ‘Oh my God! Something just changed.’ And it’s just a constant state of ebbs and flows of rock and roll in this business.”

Idris Elba had to return to Luther

OHMYGOSSIP — Idris Elba thought ‘Luther’ would be over for good if he didn’t make a new series.
The 46-year-old star had been planning to take some time off from acting to focus on his DJing career, but after three years away from playing D.I. John Luther in the drama series, he decided to change his plans and make a fourth run of the show, which returns to screens on New Year’s Day (01.01.19).
He told the Daily Telegraph newspaper: “I remember going, if I don’t do it, that’s the end of the show. I need to do it …”
The detective is known for his long tweed coat but Idris revealed it was something show bosses wanted to change, though there’s never any explanation for his wardrobe choices.
He said: “I remember, early on, we decided, ‘He will wear one coat.’ They wanted us to change it: ‘He’s not wearing this silly coat. He needs to wear a suit.’ And we were, ‘No. He’s wearing this coat and he won’t wear any other coat, and we won’t even discuss why he never changes his clothes.’ ”
While the ‘Mountain Between Us’ star is kept busy juggling his acting and DJing careers, he also wants to make a rap album and branch out into fashion.
He explained of the latter: “Unisex. Because my biggest fans are female.”
And Idris also struggles with feeling tired so he wants to be able to focus on looking at his exhaustion differently.
He said: “So it can deal with it. Compartmentalise it, have it not be a distraction.”

Sarah Paulson cried over Glass casting

OHMYGOSSIP — Sarah Paulson “burst into tears” when she was cast in ‘Glass’.
The ‘American Horror Story’ actress was a huge fan of M. Night Shyamalan’s ‘Unbreakable’ and agreed to play psychiatrist Dr. Ellie Staple in the saga’s upcoming third instalment without having read the script and with “no idea” what she was signing up for.
She said: “That’s how willing I was to do it.
“When he finally called me and said, ‘I want you to do the movie’, I burst into tears.
“For all I knew, I was bursting into tears about a movie I was going to have one scene in.”
Bruce Willis – who starred in ‘Glass’ and made a surprise cameo in ‘Split’, which revealed the movie was a sequel – also signed up for the third film without reading a script.
He told Total Film magazine: “When Night told me that he had an idea for a script for me, which was ‘Unbreakable’, I immediately said, ‘OK, I’m in.’
“I didn’t even know what the subject matter was going to be.
“Similarly, when he approached me about ‘Glass’, I agreed immediately. I didn’t have to read the script.”
Sarah was excited to share screen time with both Bruce and Samuel L. Jackson and hoped they’d have an impact on her.
She said: “I remember thinking, ‘I know what I’m looking at is iconic, do I get to be iconic by osmosis?’ ”
James McAvoy was equally in awe of his co-stars.
He said: “Sam is an absolute bloody genius of an actor and Bruce is just this icon of my childhood.
“I never thought when I was watching ‘Die Hard’ and ‘Moonlighting’ that I would ever be sharing the scene with him.”

Kate Winslet and Saoirse Ronan to play lovers

OHMYGOSSIP — Kate Winslet and Saoirse Ronan will play lovers in a new movie.
The ‘Titanic’ star and the ‘Mary Queen of Scots’ actress have signed up to star in ‘God’s Own Country’ writer-and-director Francis Lee’s upcoming romantic drama ‘Ammonite’, Deadline reports.
The movie is set in an 1840s coastal town and follows the unlikely romance between palaeontologist Mary Anning and a wealthy London woman, to whom she unexpectedly becomes a nursemaid.
Production on the movie, which will be produced by Iain Canning, Emile Sherman, and Fodhla Cronin O’Reilly, is scheduled to begin in March.
Kate is currently filming ‘Blackbird’ and recently finished working on ‘Avatar 2’, while Saoirse can be seen on screen opposite Margot Robbie in ‘Mary Queen of Scots’.
Saoirse’s casting may have came as a surprise because she recently revealed she planned to take a long break after her challenging lead role in ‘Mary Queen of Scots’.
She said: “I’m going to take most of the year off and travel, do a bit of writing and work with my friends on something small. We’re all around the same age, which is unusual for me because I’d always been the young person working on my own.”
The most challenging part of her role in the drama – based on Mary’s real-life attempt to overthrow her cousin Queen Elizabeth I, resulting in years of imprisonment before facing execution – was wearing four skirts, as she couldn’t sit down properly.
Asked about the costumes, she said: “Oh, corsets every day.
“We had, like, four skirts to wear at a time so you couldn’t sit in a chair because you might crease the dress. We had to sit on these little swivel stools. You’d lift up your skirt and just drop it down over the stool so wouldn’t even see it.”

Michael Buble had no choice to take break

OHMYGOSSIP — Michael Buble had “no choice” in putting his career on hold when his son was diagnosed with cancer.
The 43-year-old singer and his wife Luisana Lopilato – who have children Noah, five, Elias, two, and Vida, five months, together – were left devastated when they were told their eldest child had liver cancer in 2016 and instantly put all their other commitments on hold, though the ‘Santa Claus is Coming to Town’ hitmaker doesn’t think they made a “conscious decision” to do that.
Speaking to Tracy Smith for an upcoming interview on ‘CBS Sunday Morning’, he said: “There was no choice. No family has that choice. There is no choice. It was take care of business — and there was never any conscious decision ever. There was just, you know, come together as a family, put your head down, you know, pray lots and just survive.”
But though Michael wasn’t performing in public, it didn’t mean he turned his back on music altogether during his hiatus.
He said: “I never stopped singing, ever. Ever.”
Elsewhere in the interview, the ‘Feeling Good’ hitmaker joked he met his 31-year-old wife at exactly the right time in his career.
He quipped: “There’s a part of me that’s really happy that, that I’m a famous person because my wife is so beautiful.
“I know that if I wasn’t and I would walk into rooms with her that they would just assume that I was really wealthy.”
The Canadian crooner recently admitted his son’s cancer battle had put his worries into perspective and now he no longer cares how his records fare.
He said: “I don’t give a s**t if things sell one or 10 million, I don’t care where I play, if it is at a club or a stadium. My kids are good, that’s all I care about. Making music is this bonus, the bonus of the happiness of life. I couldn’t even think about it.
“I don’t read anything, don’t have social media any more and my poor manager cannot tell me what the chart positions are because he knows I will cut the call.
“I don’t need to know that. I don’t have control over that.
“Every second I get to promise myself to be the nicest, kindest person I can be. Everything else has gone out of the window – I can’t control them.”

Claire Richards shuns changing rooms

OHMYGOSSIP — Claire Richards won’t use public changing rooms.
The Steps singer has seen her weight fluctuate from a size 8 to a 20 and though she’s happy with her body now after shedding over 80lbs, she still won’t try on clothes in stores.
She admitted: “I never try on clothes in changing rooms.
“I’ll always buy them and try them on at home. It’s a habit I got into when I was bigger.”
Claire – who suffered from anorexia and bulimia in her 20s – admitted she still finds her relationship with food a “daily struggle”.
She said: “I think about the impact it’s had on me in the past, and it is a daily struggle.
“There’s not a day that goes by when I don’t think about food. But I’ve got to a point where I’ve managed to maintain my weight for nearly five years now, so I feel like I’ve got to a place where I’m alright.”
And the ‘My Heart Is Heading Home (This Christmas)’ singer – – who has children Charlie, 11, and Daisy, eight, with husband Reece Hill – blamed Steps splitting up in 2001 for her weight spiralling out of control.
She told Closer magazine: “I was always small but I got big after Steps split up. That’s when I struggled. I overate and that was why I became the size I was. I don’t eat that much any more.”
Claire recently admitted she can be “easily led” and it doesn’t take her long to lose any resolve and indulge in her favourite things.
She said: “It’s never easy when you’re out for dinner with friends, trying to pick a healthy choice, and someone goes for the naughty option – it makes you want to indulge too…
“Some people are always going to choose the healthy option because they are very disciplined, and others, like me, are easily led and don’t need an excuse to eat.
“There may be an element that you don’t want to look too uptight in front of your friends, but really, I think it’s a convenient excuse and nothing to do with friends at all.
“You can’t blame them if you want that unhealthy meal. Even if my friend is ordering a salad, I’ll be like, ‘Well, I’m having a burger.’ ”

Kurt Russell slams Hollywood’s sexism

OHMYGOSSIP — Kurt Russell has slammed Hollywood for making it “more difficult” for actresses to do well in comparison to actors.
The 67-year-old movie icon hit out at Hollywood for its “historical” mistreatment of women, as he claimed that it’s far easier for a male to get roles and succeed in the industry than it is for a woman.
He said: “Historically we can look at the product that comes out of Hollywood and for the most part it is more difficult playing in that world as an actress than it is an actor. But that is probably going to change too.”
The ‘Hateful Eight’ star – who has been in a relationship with Goldie Hawn since 1983 – also commented on ageism in the industry, as he said male actors tend to have lucrative careers well into their old age, whereas female actresses are judged on their looks and sex appeal, and often lose out on roles when they reach a certain age.
Kurt then praised actresses – including his partner Goldie, with whom he has 32-year-old son Wyatt – for defying Hollywood’s rules on ageing.
Speaking to BW magazine, the ‘Tombstone’ actor – who also has 38-year-old son Boston with his former spouse Season Hubley – said: “[Goldie’s] energy is incredible, she still looks great, she is in great shape and she is interested in things other than primarily what is going on in this town but every once in a while she ducks her head in and has some fun.”
But even though he’s proud of his partner’s age defying roles, Kurt and Goldie don’t watch the films they’re in, and will only watch one of their movies if they accidentally stumble across one while “flipping around”.
Kurt said recently: “Gee, you know, we’re not real big on looking at stuff that we did.
“Every once in a while, we’ll come across one of our movies on television if we’re flipping around, and we’ll check out something if we haven’t seen it for a long time.”

Kanye West hits out at Ariana Grande

OHMYGOSSIP — Kanye West has hit out at Ariana Grande after she urged him to “behave” following his feud with fellow rapper Drake.
The 41-year-old music mogul went on a social media rant against the ‘Hotline Bling’ hitmaker earlier this week, which prompted Drake to simply post a series of laughing emojis on his Instagram story, and Ariana got herself involved to joke that people should be listening to the new music dropped by herself and Miley Cyrus, rather than paying attention to the rappers’ feud.
Ariana’s tweet read: “guys, i know there are grown men arguing online rn but miley and i dropping our beautiful, new songs tonight so if y’all could please jus behave for just like a few hours so the girls can shine that’d be so sick thank u (sic)”
Now, Kanye has hit back at the ‘Thank U, Next’ hitmaker, claiming that the online drama was “weighing” on his “mental health”, and urging the 25-year-old pop star to stop “using this moment to promote a song”.
Posting a picture of Ariana’s tweet, he wrote: “I know Ariana said this to be cool and didn’t mean no harm but I don’t like even slightest level of slight commentary from someone I know loves and respects me
“All of this foolishness weighed on my mental health so @ArianaGrande you know I got love for you but until you’re ready to really make sure everyone’s ok don’t use me or this moment to promote a song (sic)”
Earlier this week, Kanye launched a rant on Drake when he took to Twitter to share a text message he had received which said Drake had filed a “clearance request” for ‘Say What’s Real’, a song from his 2009 mixtape ‘So Far Gone’, which was produced by Kanye.
The ‘Heartless’ rapper then went on to accuse Drake of avoiding him, but also taking sly shots at him at the same time.
He wrote alongside the screenshot: “This proves s**t faker than wrestling
“Still need that apology for mentioning the 350s and trying to take food out your idols kids mouths (sic)”

Nicole Richie doesn’t like ‘trends’

OHMYGOSSIP — Nicole Richie doesn’t like the word “trend”.
The 37-year-old television personality and fashion designer has said she doesn’t keep up with the latest style trends, because she doesn’t like to do what everyone else is doing, as she finds it “limiting and very alienating”.
Speaking to Yahoo Lifestyle, the former ‘Simple Life’ star said: “I actually really encourage my customers to stay away from the word ‘trend’ because I think it is extremely limiting and very alienating.
“It [trend] just means that the majority of people are wearing it right now. That’s not something that serves me, I couldn’t even tell you a trend right now if you paid me.”
And although she might not incorporate the latest trends in her fashion lines, she has been adding a touch of her own personality to her new Honey Minx range, which launched via the NowWith Network last month.
Every item in the collection features a small “hidden bee” design, which Nicole included as a reminder to encourage people to save the important insects from extinction.
She said: “You’ll see on every piece, there’s a little cute hidden bee. On everything. Keep your eye out, always, for the bees.”
Nicole is a keen beekeeper and honey maker, and says her passion for the creatures was “important” to her when designing her clothing line.
She added: “I also am a beekeeper, and it’s very important to me to give bees a home, and we should care about them.”
The ‘Candidly Nicole’ star – who has daughter Harlow, 10, and son Sparrow, nine, with her husband Joel Madden – referenced bees in the title of her line too, but says Honey Minx is also a reference to her adopted parents, Lionel Richie and Brenda Harvey.
She said: “My nickname, from the time I was a little girl, was Honey Child. Both my parents are from Alabama, and every time I would walk into the house they’d say, ‘Honey child, get on in here!'”

Oprah Winfrey doesn’t want Oscar job

OHMYGOSSIP — Oprah Winfrey doesn’t want to host the Oscars.
The 64-year-old media mogul is known for her work as the host of her eponymously titled talk show, but has said she isn’t looking to fill in as the host of the Academy Awards in 2019 after Kevin Hart – who was previously lined up for the prestigious job – quit the position following the controversy that arose when his previous homophobic tweets were resurfaced.
When asked by TMZ if she would consider hosting the Oscars if the Academy were to ask her, Oprah simply said: “No.”
‘Get Hard’ star Kevin, 39, stepped down as host after past homophobic tweets he’d posted re-emerged, and said he didn’t want to be a “distraction”.
He tweeted: “I have made the choice to step down from hosting this year’s Oscar’s….this is because I do not want to be a distraction on a night that should be celebrated by so many amazing talented artists. I sincerely apologize to the LGBTQ community for my insensitive words from my past.
“I’m sorry that I hurt people.. I am evolving and want to continue to do so. My goal is to bring people together not tear us apart. Much love & appreciation to the Academy. I hope we can meet again. (sic)”
And although the role won’t be going to the ‘A Wrinkle In Time’ star, former host Whoopi Goldberg has suggested the job go to ‘Crazy Rich Asians’ star Ken Jeong.
Responding to the comments Whoopi recently made on ‘The Late Show with Stephen Colbert’, Ken said: “I was just so flattered that Whoopi had even said that.
“I didn’t even know she was gonna go on ‘Colbert’. I just saw her on ‘The View’ yesterday morning, and, off camera, she was really serious about it. Like, ‘You know, you should host,’ and ‘I’m gonna talk to the Academy,’ and it was so lovely, you know, coming from her.”
Ken also admitted he’d relish the opportunity to host the annual awards show.
He said: “If they asked me to be an on-set medic for it, I’d be glad.
“I think the Academy has done an amazing job in kind of just trying to get more representation on screen … and I really think, with the success of ‘Crazy Rich Asians’, ‘Black Panther’ and so many amazing movies right now, and so much diversity that is in these amazing movies, it’s exciting. It makes me so proud and excited to call myself an actor.”

Ariana Grande apologises to Kanye West

OHMYGOSSIP — Ariana Grande has apologised to Kanye West after he accused her of using his feud with Drake to promote her own music.

And after Kanye then hit back by accusing the ‘Thank U, Next’ hitmaker of exploiting his “mental health” in order to “promote a song”, Ariana apologised for making an “insensitive” joke.
Kanye had written in response to the 25-year-old singer: “I know Ariana said this to be cool and didn’t mean no harm but I don’t like even slightest level of slight commentary from someone I know loves and respects me
“All of this foolishness weighed on my mental health so @ArianaGrande you know I got love for you but until you’re ready to really make sure everyone’s ok don’t use me or this moment to promote a song (sic)”
To which Ariana has now replied: “with all due respect, i don’t need to use anyone to promote anything. period. i was making a comment ab what men were doing at the time vs. women. it was a joke which i understand now was probably insensitive. i apologize if i was in any way triggering and hope u feel well today. (sic)”

Georgia Fowler: Being a model can be lonely

OHMYGOSSIP — Georgia Fowler says life as a model can be “lonely”.
The 26-year-old beauty moved out to New York by herself when she was just 16 years old in order to boost her career opportunities, but has said that although the move was necessary, it left her feeling isolated and alone.
She said: “[I was lonely] all the time. It definitely wasn’t easy at the beginning; it was a real push and struggle.”
And the Victoria’s Secret model’s constant travelling for work means her life is still lonely, as she finds it “hard” to make time for romance.
She added: “I’m never really in one place, which makes it hard to find a boyfriend.”
When she isn’t working, Georgia prefers to spend time at home relaxing, which also doesn’t bode well for going out and meeting Mr. Right.
