Riccardo Tisci reveals his vision for Burberry

OHMYGOSSIP — Riccardo Tisci has hailed a “new dawn” for Burberry.
The 44-year-old designer took over the fashion house from Christopher Bailey last year and thinks it’s a “new story” for both him and the brand because although he wants to “sustain the Burberry heritage”, he determined to modernise the label.
Speaking to Vogue magazine, he said:” It’s a new dawn, a new day, a new story both for me and for Burberry, I want to sustain the Burberry heritage, but I also want to go with the times, with modernity.”
The creative director wants consumers to have more of a choice when it comes to Burberry products and wants to expand the fashion house’s reach to include more contemporary fashion.
He explained: “I want people to come to Burberry and buy a beautiful trench, a beautiful car coat, a beautiful suit, a beautiful evening dress, beautiful trainers. Not just one product; I want to make it more open, more democratic.”
The Italian designer is known for his neo-gothic aesthetic and although Riccardo will maintain his personal style, he will also include lighter aspects more in keeping with the signature look of the prestigious British fashion house.
He said: “I wanted people to think, ‘Oh, he’s back with that same darkness.’ But, really, it’s about starting again, that’s what fashion should be: every age, every culture, every lifestyle.”
One of Riccardo’s first collections is entitled ‘Kingdom’ and the eclectic line explores subcultures across the UK, the designer explained that he feels Britain is “his place”.
He said: “For me, Britishness is an attitude, a strength, a confidence and a freedom. The moment I put my feet here, I fell in love. I realised, this is my place.”

Piers Morgan ‘didn’t care’ about Britain Got Talent earnings

OHMYGOSSIP — Piers Morgan “didn’t care” that Simon Cowell was earning “10 times as much” as him on ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ because he was earning what he was “worth”.
The ‘Good Morning Britain’ co-host was a judge on the first four series of the talent show alongside the music mogul, and while he wasn’t the top earner on the panel – which also featured Amanda Holden – he was pleased to be on the programme because it was a “springboard to do other things”.
He said: “With this whole idea of equality and everything else, my view is you should fight for what you think you’re worth.
“I don’t care what other people get paid, who I work with, I’ve never cared about it.
“I care about what I get paid. Am I getting paid what I think I value myself as?
“I think that’s the key.
“If you’re happy then you don’t really care. I don’t care if other people … if I read that Simon Cowell gets paid 10 times what I got on ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ I don’t care.”
Piers’ co-host Susanna Reid interrupted, saying: “You liar.”
He then continued: “No, because I knew ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ was doing me a great deal of good to do that show. It was a huge audience, a springboard to do other things and Simon Cowell was the undoubted star.
“I didn’t mind that he got paid 10 times as much money. Had he been a useless judge and everything else I’d have a big problem with it. But it’s about assessing your own value.”
Piers also joked he has an article included in his ‘GMB’ contract that ensures he earns more than Susanna.
She said: “Do you have a clause in your contract that says you won’t get paid less than me?”
Piers quipped: “My clause guarantees I get paid a lot more than you … I’m joking.”
“I have no idea what Susanna gets paid.”
She replied: “I have no idea what Piers gets paid.”

Helen George hopes Call the Midwife will inspire smear surge

OHMYGOSSIP — Helen George hopes the new ‘Call the Midwife’ series will spark a “surge” in smear tests.
The 34-year-old actress is confident the forthcoming eighth season of the BBC One medical drama will inspire women to get themselves checked out as they did following the death of reality TV star Jade Goody, who passed away in 2009 aged 27 following a public battle with cervical cancer.
Speaking about the upcoming series, Helen – who plays Nurse Trixie Franklin – said: “We see the start of smear tests and she’s very much instrumental in pushing that into the Poplar community.
“So you see her fronting campaigns for women’s rights.
“I saw something on Facebook that after Jade Goody’s death there was a surge in smear tests and it’s been quite a few years since her death now, so it’s great that this [plot] may well have another surge.”
Helen admits Jade’s sad demise inspired her to have a smear test, because she realised she hadn’t had one “for ages”.
She added to Digital Spy: “It definitely did with me because I hadn’t had one for ages and I suddenly thought, ‘I really do need to have my smear test.’ It pushed me.”
The new ‘Call the Midwife’ series will be set in 1964, when Queen Elizabeth gave birth to Prince Edward.
Miriam Margolyes appeared in the ‘Call the Midwife’ Christmas special as Sister Mildred over the festive period, and Helen recently admitted her co-star shocked the crew of the show with her “blue mouth”.
Helen explained: “She plays a fantastic nun and she really, on and off set, just lit up, as you can imagine.
“She said to us, ‘I can’t believe I’ve been cast as nun. Who would have thought it?’ Because she does have quite a blue mouth, so it was a bit of a surprise.
“She is absolutely filthy and we are all quite prim and proper, so she shocked the crew and these are burly men and they were leaving the room in hysterics.”

BAFTA nominations dominated by The Favourite

OHMYGOSSIP — The BAFTA nominations are out and are dominated by ‘The Favourite’ has nods in 12 categories.
Yorgos Lanthimos earned a nod for directing the historical comedy-drama, and it has been shortlisted for the coveted Best Film honour, alongside ‘BlacKkKlansman’, ‘Green Book’, ‘Roma’ and ‘A Star is Born’, as well as Outstanding British Film – which it will contest for with ‘Beast’, ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’, ‘McQueen’, ‘Stan & Ollie’ and ‘You Were Never Really Here’ – and Original Screenplay, Cinematography, Editing, Production Design, Costume Design and Make-Up.
And that’s not all as Olivia Colman – who scooped Best Actress in a Comedy or Musical at the Golden Globe awards on Sunday (06.01.19) – has been nominated in the Leading Actress category and her co-stars Rachel Weisz and Emma Stone have both made the shortlist for Supporting Actress.
Olivia will contest the award with Best Actress in a Drama Golden Globe winner Glenn Close (‘The Wife’), Lady Gaga (‘A Star is Born’), Melissa McCarthy (‘Can You Ever Forgive Me?’) and Viola Davis (‘Widows’), while Emma and Rachel face competition from
Claire Foy (‘First Man’), Margot Robbie (‘Mary Queen of Scots’) and Amy Adams (‘Vice’).
Golden Globe winners Christian Bale and Rami Malek will go head-to-head in the Leading Actor category thanks to their performances in ‘Vice’ and ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’ respectively, with Steve Coogan (‘Stan & Ollie’), Bradley Cooper (‘A Star Is Born’) – who is also nominated for Best Direction – and Viggo Mortensen (‘Green Book’) also making the shortlist.
The Supporting Actor gong will be contested by Adam Driver (‘BlacKkKlansman’), Mahershala Ali (‘Green Book’), Richard E. Grant (‘Can You Ever Forgive Me?’), Sam Rockwell (‘Vice’) and Timothee Chalamet (‘Beautiful Boy’).
The nominations were announced on Wednesday (09.01.19) morning by Hayley Squires and Will Poulter ahead of the ceremony taking place at London’s Royal Albert Hall on February 10. Joanna Lumley will return as host of the glamorous event.

Bam Margera is joining the ‘sober parade’

OHMYGOSSIP — Bam Margera wants “to join the sober parade” after grieving through drinking.
The 39-year-old star – who recently checked into rehab for the third time – has opened up about how he used alcohol as a way of coping with the death of his friend Ryan Dunne following his death in a drink driving accident in 2011.
Taking to Instagram, he said: “I have spent enough time grieving over Ryan Dunn through alcohol. I’m 39 years old, the party is over.
“I dont plan on drinking anymore. I have wasted too much time at the bad and all my friends who needed decades of help are now all sober. I would like to join the sober parade. (sic)”
The former ‘Jackass’ star added that while he’s turned to writing to occupy his time while he gets treatment, it is difficult not being able to communicate with his loved ones.
He continued: “I don’t do well with not being allowed to facetime my wife and kid…I don’t do well with not being able to answer important calls with important people.”
His current stint in rehab comes a year after his last treatment which followed an arrest for driving under the influence.
It was reported earlier last year that pro skateboarder Bam had been sentenced to three years probation – including paying fines and fees – in the DUI case.
The incident came just weeks after he and his second wife Nicole Boyd – whom he married in October 2013 – welcomed their first child, son Phoenix Wolf, on December 23.
His former co-star Steve-O, 43, has also been open about his own battle with addiction, and shortly after Bam’s arrest he offered his friend some advice.
He said: “That’s all anyone wants – to see him happy or healthy. You just get to a certain point, you surrender to the process.c

Keanu Reeves: Winona Ryder still calls me ‘husband’

OHMYGOSSIP — Keanu Reeves admits Winona Ryder calls him “husband” 27 years after their ‘Dracula’ marriage.
The two stars got married in the 1992 movie, and the actress revealed last year it could be the real deal after director Francis Ford Coppola hired a real Romanian priest for the scene.
Asked if that means she is actually his wife, Keanu joked to The Talk: “That’s what Winona says…
“Yeah once in a while I’ll get a text, ‘Hello husband’. I didn’t really believe her but Francis Ford Coppola the director of ‘Dracula’ contacted Winona and said publicly that yeah that actually happened the priest did a full ceremony and Winona and I got married.”
Keanu starred as Jonathan Harker in Coppola’s movie ‘Dracula’, with Winona appearing as his character’s partner Mina.
The pair portrayed a couple once again when they reunited for ‘A Scanner Darkly’ 14 years later in 2006, and have also teamed up on 2009’s ‘The Private Lives of Pippa Lee’ and last year’s movie ‘Destination Wedding’.
Speaking last summer, Winona said: “We actually got married in Dracula. No, I swear to god I think we’re married in real life.
“In that scene, Francis [Ford Coppola] used a real Romanian priest. We shot the master and he did the whole thing. So I think we’re married.”
And around the same time, the 47-year-old actress admitted she has always had a playful soft spot for her co-star, although she has been dating Scott Mackinlay Hahn since 2011.
During a joint interview, she said: “I had a pretty big healthy crush on him.”
Keanu, 54, replied: “I had a big healthy crush on you too.”

Jamie Lee Curtis blasts Fiji Water Girl

OHMYGOSSIP — Jamie Lee Curtis has blasted corporate sponsors for photobombing celebrities at the Golden Globes.
The 60-year-old actress was at the ceremony over the weekend, and revealed she tried to move away from one of Fiji water’s models – who has since become an internet meme known as the ‘Fiji Water Girl’.
Insisting she doesn’t see the funny side, the star wrote on Instagram: “So, my husband, who doesn’t look at a lot of show business news sites, just mentioned that I was on the CNN website.
“I specifically moved away from the blatant promotions by Fiji and Moet where young women with their trays filled with their wares stood near a designated camera.
“I knew why there was a photographer poised there and I moved away as I said out loud that I didn’t want to be doing advertising for either.”
The star shared a professional shot from the event, which shows the model stood to the side holding a tray of water bottles.
She added: “Clearly this angle shows that I moved from her being behind me and yet from the side it still happens.
“The sponsors of events need to get permission from people when they get them to take their picture next to products.”
While actors like Richard Madden, Jim Carrey and Amy Adams were all snapped with the model, Curtis is the only star to publicly speak out so far.
Meanwhile, last months she revealed she would be interested in continuing her on-screen role as Laurie Strode in the ‘Halloween’ franchise.
She said: “I have no idea at this point, today, I have no idea. I would make an assumption that, if [director] David Gordon Green has a story to tell, that the people involved with the movie would encourage him to tell it. [Laughs]
“I haven’t been told whether or not he has a story to tell and whether or not he would include Laurie Strode in the telling. Really, time will tell. I know David is a busy guy.”

Chloe Madeley is broody after getting married

OHMYGOSSIP — Chloe Madeley is getting broody and wants to start a family with husband James Haskell.
The loved-up newlyweds tied the knot over winter, and the 31-year-old star has admitted she is already thinking about having children – although her focus has been on her career.
Appearing on ITV’s ‘Lorraine’, she said: “I do think now with all my nieces and nephews, I do kind of have baby fever, which is new.
“I feel like, it’s such a cliché to say, that my career right now is my baby… but I do think, thanks to my nieces and nephews, that I am starting to consider children.
“I can feel it slowly changing. It’s nice, it feels like an interesting time. I am starting to think about things differently than I was last year.”
Chloe and former rugby star James – who got engaged in April 2018 – had a beautiful church wedding and made sure to make the most of the festive season.
She added: “I would have upped the Christmas theme if I could have! It was incredible. We can’t do the big, big wedding for a while as there is so much happening.
“But James proposed and we really wanted to get married. He’s quite traditional and he wanted to do it in a church and we thought Christmas would be the most magical time to do it and it really, truly was.”
And she revealed they were inspired after attending the royal wedding when Prine Harry and Meghan got married in May last year.
She said: “It was incredible… for me, I was just happy to go to a registry office before the big, big party wedding.
“But their wedding, and a few other church weddings that we went to last year, James turned to me at the end of it and was like, ‘I really want to do it in the church and I want to say the vows, I really want it to be quite traditional’… “we thought, ‘Let’s do it’. I’m really, really happy we decided to do that.”

Chris Hughes’ This Morning thanks

OHMYGOSSIP — Chris Hughes has thanked ‘This Morning’ for allowing him to do a live TV testicular examination, which led to his brother being diagnosed with cancer.
The former ‘Love Island’ star’s sibling Ben was told yesterday (08.01.19) he has the disease, just two months after Chris appeared on the show to be checked over, and the reality TV hunk is now hoping doctors have caught the issue early.
Speaking on ‘This Morning’ via a video link today (09.01.19), he said: “I just want to thank ‘This Morning’ for allowing me to come on the show to do the live testicular examination the other month.
“It’s very important for me and we had a bit of sad news yesterday that my brother has been diagnosed with testicular cancer.
“He popped into my room the day after he did the live examination saying he’d checked himself and he found a lump.
“I told him to get it checked out, which he did. He got the results yesterday afternoon and it is testicular cancer.
“So it’s very unfortunate, but hopefully he’s found it at an early stage, which is obviously vital, and we wait the prognosis results and hopefully it hasn’t spread, which is the most important thing.”
Following Ben’s diagnosis, Chris has urged other guys to check for any unusual testicular lumps, because doing so could save lives.
He added: “I want to urge anybody to get themselves checked out. Make sure you do it, don’t neglect it, because it is so easy to neglect.
“Men all across the world do that and it’s easy to ignore. But make sure you get yourselves checked out because it can be life-saving and if you catch it at an early stage there shouldn’t be any issues.
“Fingers crossed for my brother, hopefully he recovers well. But thank you for allowing me to pop onto the show, and take care everybody.”
Chris revealed the news yesterday when he shared a picture of himself and Ben as children on Instagram.
He wrote: “A sad day. My brother was diagnosed with testicular cancer this lunchtime, in which we pray for a kind prognosis. He came into my room at 3am the morning after my testicular examination on tv, clearly struggling to sleep, telling me he’d found a lump and asked me if he’s checking it right. To which I told him, ‘Ben, it’s 3am, I’ll look in the morning, but if there’s a lump, go and check it checked tomorrow with the doctor’. Today he sent me a message telling me the news, and thanking me for making him aware, else he’d never have known he had cancer.. That literally broke my heart. Testicular cancer is a silent killer, men need realise this and check themselves regularly. It takes 10 seconds. Please do it. (sic)”

Beverley Callard slams stars for glamorising depression

OHMYGOSSIP — Beverley Callard has slammed fellow celebrities for making mental health “fashionable” like a “Gucci handbag”.
The 61-year-old actress – who is best known for portraying Liz McDonald in ‘Coronation Street’ – has been open about her battle with depression in the past, but admits there is “a danger” it could be seen as trendsetting.
She told Best magazine: “Real mental illness is very dark and it takes a great deal of strength to ask for help.
“I think we are now definitely chipping away at the stigma.
“But we have to be careful mental illness doesn’t become like a Gucci handbag.
“There is a danger it can become ‘fashionable’.”
Beverley is an ambassador for mental health charity Mind, but admits she was reluctant to open up about her illness to the public at first.
She explained: “In the beginning I didn’t want to talk about my depression. But I also wanted to be up front and honest.
“You think you’re completely alone. But actually there are thousands going through exactly what you are.”
The soap star took two months off from the cobbles three years ago to deal with her mental health.
She previously felt she had plunged into a “black hole” after feeling “idiotic” in one of her character’s outfits on ‘Coronation Street’, and she subsequently spent four days alone in bed with just a bottle of water.
She previously said: “My confidence had just totally gone. I looked around the set and there were all these beautiful females. I just thought, ‘I can’t do it’.
“One of the make-up girls, who are our great friends, they saved my life. They know me so well and said, ‘You need to go home’.”
Bev returned to her role after she visited a London medic, as recommended by her former co-star Denise Welch.
The uplifted star recently said she wants her character Liz to have some more comical storylines in 2019, following a bleak year which involved her being fooled into thinking her dead daughter had returned in order to dupe her out of money in 2018.
She previously said: “It would be quite nice to have a bit of comedy soon, hopefully. But I don’t know whether that’s going to be the case, I don’t know.”

Catherine Tyldesley ‘branded a cow by traffic warden’

OHMYGOSSIP — Catherine Tyldesley claims she was branded “a cow” by a traffic warden after she pulled over to help her injured son.
The former ‘Coronation Street’ actress was left fuming after the officer snapped a picture of her car when in the Manchester area after she pulled over to come to three-year-old Alfie’s aid, and during the incident she claims the warden “raged” at her.
She wrote on Twitter: “To the traffic warden that took a picture of my car because I’d pulled over to sort my son out after he’d hurt his finger… I hope you have the worst day. You’re attitude was a disgrace … who do I speak to please @ManCityCouncil ?? I do not appreciate being called a cow
“I’m honestly gobsmacked. He raged at me. I wish to God someone had filmed it. Unbelievable (sic)”
Some supporters sent her Manchester City Council’s contact details so she could take her complaint further, and she believes the traffic warden was the same one who pulled her over a few years ago, which resulted in her bursting into tears.
She tweeted: “Thankyou!!! I’m in shock!! Pretty sure The same guy shouted at me a few years back for pulling over to breast feed and I ended up crying in the back of my car. I don’t understand how he still has a job . Vile. (sic)”
Catherine’s traffic warden altercation comes just five months after a Twitter user asked her if she felt “guilty seeking self-gratification” by posing for photoshoots while her kid was “at home without their mother”.
The former ‘Corrie’ star – who played Eva Price on the soap – insisted she is a “brilliant mum” in response to the social media user, who she claimed was “mum-shaming” her, and insists she puts her little one to bed “almost every night”.
She tweeted: “I see my son every day . I wake up with him and put him to bed almost every night…I am a BRILLIANT mum. He is testiment to that. Like so many other women out there doing their BEST for their families. (sic)”
Following Catherine’s messages, the Twitter user began back-tracking.
They wrote: “Not trying to Mum shame at all. I’d say the same to anyone doing the same whether they are a mum or dad. I just find it so strange when people do what you do with these shoots… you won’t get this time back.. thats all.
“I’m sure he is an amazing wonderful little man. Point taken. I wouldn’t like people judging my life so I apologise. I’m too far the other way. If I could quit work and spend 24/7 with my Son I would. I hate only seeing him mornings and evenings. Good luck with your future (sic)”
That came after they had previously asked Catherine how she “has time” for photoshoots.
They wrote: “Why do you feel the need to post pics and selfies of yourself online? You are a Mother and a responsible adult. How do you have time to have photo shoots etc? Don’t you feel guilty seeking self gratification while your child is at home without their Mother? (sic)”

Katie Price pleads guilty to driving offence

OHMYGOSSIP — Katie Price has pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified.
The 40-year-old former glamour model appeared in Crawley Magistrates Court on Wednesday (09.01.19) morning, where she admitted to one count of driving while banned after she was caught driving two of her children home from Gatwick airport at a time when she was forbidden from getting behind the wheel due to past offences.
Katie – who has five children, Harvey, 16, Junior, 13, Princess, 11, Jett, five, and four-year-old Bunny, from previous relationships – also pleaded guilty to driving without third-party insurance.
She could now face being sent to prison for up to six months or being ordered to wear an ankle tag if she’s punished with community service.
The ‘Loose Women’ panellist handed herself into police last July after she was photographed driving from Gatwick airport with her two youngest children in the back of her car, despite being handed a six-month ban from the roads in February 2018 after being caught speeding.
In an Instagram statement, Katie claimed she’d got confused and thought her ban had ended.
She said: “Been on such an emotional rollercoaster the last 6 months and my head has been all over the place, so much so, that I thought my driving ban was up.
“After driving to Harvey’s Hospital appointment I have NOW found out that I don’t get my license back until 8th August.
“With this on my conscience I called the police and reported myself. I’ve come such a long way and just want easy life now. I have got out of a hole and am finally happy and looking forward to being my old independent self.”
Her court appearance came just two days after she attended a hearing at Bromley Magistrates’ Court to plead not guilty to drink driving.
That case stemmed from her being s arrested in the early hours of 10 October last year after police found her behind the wheel of a damaged pink Range Rover on Shooters Hill Road, Greenwich, South East London.
Katie is alleged to have had 69 micrograms of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath in her system, almost double the legal UK limit of 35 micrograms.

Rosie Marcel used Holby City skills to help husband

OHMYGOSSIP — Rosie Marcel chopped a cyst out of her husband’s neck after learning the technique on ‘Holby City’.
The 41-year-old actress – who has played Director of Cardiothoracic Surgery Jac Naylor in the drama for 14 years – turned to the medical knowledge she has learned on set when her hubby Ben Stacey had a growth on his neck.
She told My Weekly magazine: “I operated on my husband Ben once, that was quite unusual.
“He got a weird lump in the back of his neck – I think it was a cyst – so I cut it open for him and then glued it back together with superglue.
“I definitely wouldn’t have been able to do that if I’d not been in ‘Holby’.
“I’m sure if a medical professional heard me say this they’d be appalled, but I’ve picked up quite a bit of medical knowledge over the years, which makes it easy for me to explain medical things to people.”
Rosie – who has played the same role in sister show ‘Casualty’ – hasn’t shied away from offering medical advice to her family and friends over the years and recently advised her father when he was having his gallbladder removed.
She added: “My father was ill recently and had to have his gallbladder removed and I was able to explain the procedure to him and what his recovery would be like.
“I was also able to go to the nurses on set and ask about the side effects, which was great.
“Most of it is stuff I’ve learnt over the years, but when I first joined they sent me out to watch some open-heart surgery, which was absolutely fascinating.
“I’ve definitely learnt on the job and I can walk into any operation they’ve written now and pretty much know what I’m doing.”

Ben Bailey Smith says MeToo has caused ‘diversity fatigue’

OHMYGOSSIP — ‘Cleaning Up’ star Ben Bailey Smith says the MeToo Movement is having a negative effect on TV dramas.
The 41-year-old actor – who plays stockbroker Blake in the upcoming ITV drama – claims he has “diversity-fatigue” because #MeToo is urging TV producers to over-represent women.
He is quoted by The Sun’s Bizarre TV column as saying: “There’s a lot of stuff out there now that’s a little bit box-ticky where they’re like, ‘Hey, look – it’s all women doing things you don’t see women do.’
“I watch it and think, ‘Yeah, that’s all it is – it’s not actually all that good.’
“It’s weedling its way into everything, I’m also talking about black characters as well. Because we’ve got #MeToo, because we’re combatting racism head on, then suddenly they have to go over the odds.
“No white, straight male could say this – but I’m getting a bit of diversity-fatigue.”
Ben’s comments come after his co-star Sheridan Smith – who plays Sam, a struggling mum-of-two who uses her job as a cleaner in the City to start insider trading, in the show – previously admitted she “loves” portraying the character in the female-empowering drama.
The ‘Mrs. Biggs’ star enjoyed the role because her alter-ego was such a “good mum” and it gave her an insight into what it would be like if she was to have children in the future.
Speaking about whether she could relate to her character, Sheridan added: “Yes I love playing characters like her. And I also love that she’s such a good mum. Like, that’s something I haven’t done yet – or might not, I dunno.
“But, at the heart of it, she hasn’t had opportunities that other people have had. I kind of get that – when you feel like you’re looked down upon because you haven’t got education or training, so I love that she’s got that kind of fire in her belly.”

Phillip Schofield wants to bring out a fitness DVD

OHMYGOSSIP — Phillip Schofield wants to bring out a fitness DVD after being inspired by Ferne McCann’s latest venture.
The 56-year-old TV presenter quipped that he is planning to release his own DVD following the 28-year-old reality star’s appearance on ‘This Morning’ today (09.01.19), where she demonstrated moves from her new release ‘Fit as Ferne’.
Phil observed the blonde beauty’s exercises, and said: “This is very similar to pilates. Very intense.
“I should bring out a DVD.”
To which ‘The Only Way is Essex’ star replied: “You should, Phil! You could get involved!”
The toned blonde revealed that she was determined to keep in shape after giving birth to her daughter Sunday in November 2017, and believes her DVD makes fitness accessible to even the most super-busy career girls.
She said: “When I gave birth to Sunday I really went for it and here I am with a fitness DVD.
“I think everyone at the moment is so, so busy. Whether you are a busy mum or you are working in the city. Whatever it is, everyone is living in the fast lane.
“And that is the main thing, ‘I haven’t got the time, I haven’t got the time.’
“With the DVD, it’s kind of split up into different sections.
“So if you wake up one morning and you are like right I’ve got ten minutes – there’s your ten minute HIIT session.”
Ferne recently revealed she is ready to make more time for herself and go dating now that her 14-month-year-old daughter is no longer a tiny baby.
She said: “My priority is my daughter Sunday and I have to work to provide for her, but she’s a year old now and life is moving on.
“I’m at that stage of my life, so I am more open to dating now.”

Holly Willoughby praises ‘naughty’ Phillip Schofield and Dec Donnelly

OHMYGOSSIP — Holly Willoughby loves Phillip Schofield and Dec Donnelly because they’re both “so naughty”.
The 37-year-old TV presenter says both her ‘This Morning’ colleague, Phillip, 56, and her ‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!’ co-host, Dec, 43, share the same “cheeky sense of humour” and are “more similar than they realise”.
She is quoted by the Daily Star newspaper as saying: “Phil and Dec are so both so naughty. They have that cheeky sense of humour. They like to have a laugh and they’re both funny.
“They’re more similar than they realise. I’d say they’re more similar then they are different, in fact. They really are both quite naughty, the pair of them.”
The ‘Celebrity Juice’ panellist has praised both presenters, insisting Phillip is a “TV Jedi”, while working with Dec was like witnessing a “genius at work”.
She said: “Dec and Phil are both super professional. Obviously I work with Phil all the time and he’s like a TV Jedi. He’s amazing.
“And when I was doing ‘I’m A Celebrity’ with Dec I felt like I had a front-row seat with a genius at work. Both of them have knowledge of TV and how it works, so they have that in common.”
While the blonde beauty loved her stint stepping in for Ant McPartlin on ‘I’m A Celebrity’, she has returned to her day job co-presenting ‘This Morning’ alongside Phillip, and admitted she was “completely in a jungle bubble ” while fronting the reality series.
She recently said: “It was bonkers, you are completely in jungle bubble. You do that show and everybody is talking about that show when you’re there, and you’re sleeping on different times so you can’t discuss it within anybody.
“It was a real adventure. I was a great big wuss, but we all knew that was going to happen.”
