OHMYGOSSIP — Madonna’s daughter Lourdes Leon appears in Miu Miu’s latest campaign.
Lourdes, 22, walked in her first runway show last September for Gypsy Sport during New York Fashion Week, and now the rising star will be a major part of the Italian label’s spring/summer 2019 campaign, shot by photographer Davis Sims.
Maya Hawke – whose parents are actors Uma Thurman and Ethan Hawke – also features in the campaign alongside Chinese supermodel Du Juan, ‘Deadpool 2’ actress Zazie Beetz and Juliette Lewis.
The inspiration behind the campaign comes from creative director Miuccia Prada who wanted to capture the “transitory, fleeting nature” of fashion.
A statement from the brand read: “Neither arriving nor departing, these images celebrate the notion of simply being – the geography hazy, the timing uncertain, they present a universal, everywhere and anytime. Fleeting and transitory, reasoning uncertain, the travel could easily be an escape, or a coming home. The only concrete, the only constants, are the women themselves – singular, original, always unique. Somewhere, nowhere, yet someone.”

Stacey Solomon has ‘mapped out’ what she wants engagement ring to be

OHMYGOSSIP — Stacey Solomon has “mapped out” exactly what engagement ring she wants from Joe Swash.
The 29-year-old presenter may not yet be engaged to the actor – who she has been dating since 2016 – but she admitted she’s given the former ‘EastEnders’ star a “clear idea” of the jewellery he should buy when he does pop the question.
And that’s not all, as Stacey admitted she’s already planned the next “one hundred years” of their lives together.
Speaking on Wednesday’s ‘Loose Women’ (16.01.19), Stacey joked to her co-presenters Ruth Langsford, Lady Penny Lancaster-Stewart and Saira Khan: “I’m watching you all there with your heavy left hands, trying to lift them from the desk, weighed down by wedding and engagement rings.”
She added: “Yeah, I’d be grateful for a Poundshop ring. Even the rope idea was speaking to me!
“Joe has an idea of everything I would like for future of the next hundred years. It’s mapped out for him, it’s very clear.”
The former ‘X Factor’ contestant – who has sons Zachary, 10, and Leighton, six, from two previous relationships – previously opened up about her plans to grow her family with the 34-year-old actor and admitted she’d love to have a child with boyfriend soon.
Addressing rumours of an engagement between Joe – who has 11-year-old son Harry with his former partner Emma Sophocleous – and herself, Stacey said: “I don’t know if Joe and I will ever get married. It’s not the top of our to-do list. We want to extend our family first.
“I definitely see myself having more babies, but because we’ve got three healthy kids between us we wouldn’t be upset if we didn’t. We’ve already got a lovely family.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Jenny Mollen “wasn’t sad” when she had a miscarriage.
The 39-year-old actress had been dating now-husband Jason Biggs for eight months when she unexpectedly fell pregnant, but the ‘Angel’ star tragically lost the baby.
While she understands how upsetting it could be under different circumstances, Jenny – who now has sons Sid, four, and Lazlo, 15 months, with her spouse – felt her miscarriage gave her a “chance to breathe”.
She said: “I ended up having a miscarriage, but it was kind of this weird thing where I wasn’t sad about it. I mean, you can’t be… this is the thing: I understand women who’ve tried forever who want to have a baby, and then they’re sad because they miscarry.
“But having never had a child, and being 27, 28 years old, a miscarriage can also be like a mitzvah. I was like, “Oh my god.” It gave me a chance to breathe.”
The ‘American Pie’ actor recently celebrated a year of sobriety, but his wife admitted Jason, 40, realised he had a problem five years ago, much to her surprise.
Speaking on podcast ‘No Filter with Danielle Snyder’, she said: “It was 2013, I was doing ‘Hawaii Five-O’. He was shooting the first season of ‘Orange Is the New Black’, he was in New York. He calls me one day and he’s like, ‘I think I have a problem, I think I’m an alcoholic.’ I’m just like, ‘What are you talking about?’
“I mean, I know Jason’s the type that couldn’t have pain pills in the house without eating them, but I just thought he was kind of indulgent. I mean, if there’s a tub of ice-cream in the fridge, he’ll devour that. He does everything in excess. Which I liked about him.
“He said, ‘I drink more than you know, I’m hiding it from you.’ That was kind of what surprised me.
“Then he’s like, ‘I’m going to try to get sober.’ So I wasn’t invested in it in the way where I’m like, ‘You need to get sober because it’s affecting our marriage.’ So I was like, ‘OK, cool. I’ll support you on this fad diet.’ ”

Julia Roberts will not return for Homecoming season 2

OHMYGOSSIP — Julia Roberts will not be returning season two of ‘Homecoming’.
The 51-year-old actress will not reprise her role as Heidi Bergman, a former caseworker at a transitional centre designed to help veterans transition back to civilian life, in the second season of the Amazon Prime series, which is based on the podcast of the same name created by Eli Horowitz and Micah Bloomberg.
However, the screen legend – who made her television debut in ‘Homecoming’ – will still remain an executive producer alongside showrunner, Sam Esmail, who admitted that he wants to take “a very different” route for the upcoming series.
Speaking to The Hollywood Reporter, Esmail said: “We’ve deviated from very much of the podcast, so [season two of] the podcast doesn’t really have anything to do with the way the show is going. We’re working on a second season, but we have a very different trajectory for our show.
“I think when I signed on, I had only listened to the first six episodes of the podcast, which is the first season, and then from there we deviated completely. The show starts out fairly close to the podcast, and in the back half of the season we really start to see the major shifts and differences from the podcast.”
‘Homecoming’s’ first season also starred Bobby Cannavale, Stephan James, Shea Whigham, Alex Karpovsky and Sissy Spacek but it is not clear which of the stars will return for a second series.
In November, Julia told the publication she would not confirm or deny her involvement in another season of the thriller.
When Amazon commissioned the programme, it did so with a two-season, straight-to-series order.

OHMYGOSSIP — Fay Ripley tells John Thomson to clean his teeth before kissing scenes on ‘Cold Feet’.
The 52-year-old actor requests her co-star to give his gnashers a spruce up before they play a spot of tonsil tennis on the ITV drama in their roles as Jenny and Pete Gifford, and the ‘Suspects’ star admits she feels comfortable making such demand because she “knows him well enough”.
She told TV podcast Series Linked: “It’s like family now. It’s very unusual as an actor. Anyone, freelance, I would imagine, to work with the same people again and again.
“You don’t really get that opportunity very often. And, by the way, that’s not just the actors. That’s all your crew. And that’s from the camera crew to make up.
“Hair and make-up department are literally like they are my sisters. And what you are able to do is short cuts. You can short cut all the polite stuff, and get straight to, ‘John, can you brush your teeth.’
“Do you know what I mean? You can just go, I know him well enough, ‘John, seriously mate, you just need to get the electric toothbrush going here mate.’ Or whatever. Yes [for a kissing scene]. Of course.
“And he will say, ‘No, you’re nagging me. Fay, that’s actual nagging. And that’s not allowed.’ And I’ll go, ‘Really, OK.’
“As I say, you can shorthand a lot of stuff when you know people that well. And for that reason it becomes relaxed and fun.”
Fay has reprised her role as Jenny for the latest, eighth, series of ‘Cold Feet’, and she has hinted there could be more to come because there will be “a lot of unanswered questions” at the end of the season.
When asked how long the show could go on for, she replied: “I think it’s about what Mike Bullen, the creator, what he sees. He’s certainly, at the end of this, there will be a lot of unanswered questions.
“And I think that it definitely would lead to wanting to know what happened next. Whether or not it does, hey, as usual, we are in the hands of the nation, let’s say.
“But I hope so. I’d hate to think that it’s gonna finish. But at the same time, I’m really grateful we’ve really had a great time. And hopefully it continues to be the gift that keeps on giving.”

Robert James-Collier joins Ackley Bridge

OHMYGOSSIP — Rob James-Collier has joined ‘Ackley Bridge’.
The 42-year-old actor – who is best known for playing Liam Connor in Coronation Street’ and Thomas Butler in ‘Downtown Abbey’ – will appear in the hit Yorkshire-based drama as Martin Evershed, the new deputy head for the school, in the third series.
Robert said: “I am thrilled to be asked to play the part of Martin Evershed, the new Deputy Head at Ackley Bridge.
“Such fearless and talented young actors bring a special spirit and energy on set and I hope I can learn from that and add to it in my own way.”
Former ‘Emmerdale’ star Charlie Hardwick has also been added to the cast to play director of behaviour Sue Carp, and she delighted to have been cast in the show.
The soap star said: “I’m absolutely over the moon to be joining ‘Ackley Bridge’, I was already a fan.
“It has fantastic characters and brilliantly sharp story-telling which tackles the desires and concerns of a diverse school of young people and their community head on, in full-beam.
“It’s funny and moving in equal measures and has a huge heart. Unlike the new director of behaviour Sue Carp.
“She is belligerent and unwilling, and instead of dedicating her time to the well-being and development of her teenage students, she appears to be solely concerned with counting down the next ten years to her retirement.
“She is unwittingly witty though, and somewhat unintentionally anarchic, which gets the school into deep doodoo and herself into dangerously sackable situations.
“I can’t wait to play her!”
Jo Joyner, Sunetra Sarker, Poppy Lee-Friar and Amy Leigh-Hickman will all be returning to the popular Channel 4 drama, which has begun filming in Halifax and will return to screens for eight new episodes later this year.

Cast for Dad’s Army remakes announced

OHMYGOSSIP — The cast for the remakes of the ‘lost’ episodes of ‘Dad’s Army’ has been announced.
There are three episodes of the classic World War II set 1960s sitcom that disappeared from the BBC’s archives before the organisation realised the value of such shows.
Gold is now recreating the trio of storylines, titled ‘The Loneliness of the Long-Distance Walker’, ‘A Stripe for Frazer’ and ‘Under Fire’, to mark 50 years since their broadcast.
The cast list boasts a host of major names with Kevin McNally portraying Captain Mainwaring, Robert Bathurst as Sergeant Wilson, Bernard Cribbins as Private Godfrey, Kevin Eldon as Lance Corporal Jones, Mathew Horne as Private Walker, David Hayman as Private Frazer and Tom Rosenthal as Pike.
The episodes – which aired in Series Two of the nine season sitcom -will be remade using Jimmy Perry and David Croft’s original scripts.
In the original TV series – which ran from 1968 until 1977 – Wilson was portrayed by John Le Mesurier, who Bathhurst played in BBC film ‘Hattie’, which told the story of the late actor’s ex-wife Hattie Jacques.
Speaking about the broadcaster’s excitement about the project, Gold boss Pete Thornton – the Senior Commissioning Editor at UKTV – said: “We’ve been working on this project for several years and will be respecting the genius of the original series. If ever there was a time to ‘stick to the script’ then this is it.”

The Spice Girls star is so committed to fitness that she gets up extra early every morning so she can fit in some exercise before her kids get up for school.

OHMYGOSSIP — Nikki Bella has bought a home in Los Angeles.
The 35-year-old professional wrestler has splashed out on a bachelorette pad in the City of Angels after moving her stuff out of her ex John Cena’s home.
Speaking on her show ‘Total Bellas’, she said: “I’m just on such a high of getting the house that I wanted. It starts something new for me. It’s like the foundation of this new journey that I want to be on. I don’t even have the words right now because I’m so excited. I feel like that LA move was the first time that I put me first. I didn’t care what anyone thought, and I did it for me because I know I need it. I just need something so brand new, scary, and fresh.”
Nikki had previously revealed she wants to move to Los Angeles as she loves the “energy” of the place and thinks it suits her single lifestyle.
She said: “I’m thinking I might move to LA. I really love the energy of Los Angeles; it just has this hustle vibe. I have to go there every week for work – for photoshoots … I don’t want to say non-moms, because I love my mom but it has this single life, very ‘Sex In The City’ like New York. It’s not like I’m craving it, I just feel like I need it in my life. Even when I’m looking at houses here [in San Diego], there’s a lot that reminds me of my ex.”
However, her sister Brie warned her about being on her own and thought that she would be better off with her family and friends around her in San Diego.
She shared: “I think it’s times like these where you need your family and friends and they are all in San Diego.”

Danny Dyer related to a saint

OHMYGOSSIP — Danny Dyer will discover he is related to a saint on his new series.
The ‘EastEnders’ actor was shocked to find out he was related to former kings of England, King Edward III and William The Conqueror, during a 2016 appearance on ‘Who Do You Think You Are?’, and he will be left stunned again on new programme ‘Danny Dyer’s Right Royal Family’ when he finds out his 26th great grandfather was King Louis IX was canonised by the Pope as Saint Louis, 27 years after his death.
On the show, which begins on January 23, medieval historian Dr Emily Guerry tells Danny: “There’s actually one more thing I need to tell you about Louis IX.
“He wasn’t just a king … he was a saint. Twenty-seven years after his death, the Pope canonised him Saint Louis.
“There are very few saints that aren’t virgins or martyrs, so to have the blood of a saint in your blood is an extraordinary thing.”
Danny replies: “It is isn’t it? It’s just so much to take in. I’m related to a saint.”
Emily tells him: “That blood is sacred blood. It works miracles in the church.”
Danny says: “And I’ve got it coursing through my veins.”
In the programme, the ‘Football Factory’ star meets Emily in Pigalle to find out more about Louis – who was also known as Saint Louis of France and came to the throne in 1226 – and he pays tribute to his 26x great grandfather by walking barefoot through the Paris backstreets while wearing a robe.
Emily says: “The reason Louis IX dressed in this humble manner was to honour his reception of the relic of the crown of thorns of Christ himself, which he was meant to have worn before his crucifixion.
“He led this jubilant procession through the city of Paris and the people marvelled at the appearance of their king, as he looked like a monk or friar.”
Danny adds: “I can be told all sorts of information but to actually walk in King Louis IX’s footsteps, to think that he did this as a King … I admire him because he does exactly as he preaches and is showing everybody.
“He walked for six miles barefoot, in pain, and that you’ve got to respect. Considering the money and power he had and the life he could have lived, I think it’s very brave. Bless him.”

Tamzin Outhwaite discovers George Michael champagne gift

OHMYGOSSIP — Tamzin Outhwaite has found a bottle of champagne given to her by George Michael when she joined ‘EastEnders’ in 1998.
The 48-year-old actress uncovered the dusty bottle earlier this week and revealed to fans that the late singing legend – who died in 2016 aged 53 – gifted her the beverage when she first appeared in Albert Square as Mel Healy, and admitted she really misses the huge ‘Enders’ fan.
She shared a picture of the Dom Pérignon 1998 Vintage champers on Instagram, and she added the caption: “I just found this . I had put it in a safe place. It’s the bottle of champagne that George Michael and Kenny Goss bought me for my birthday years ago. The year… 1998…is the year I joined Eastenders and George was a massive Enders fan. I miss that man. That artist. That gorgeous human . #dusty (sic)”
In 2017, Cheryl Fergison, who played Heather Trott on the soap, revealed how George used to send her presents.
She said: “I was lucky enough to have met him, I was lucky enough to listen to him talking to me about storylines I was in.
“He used to send presents and signed gifts and I’ve something that says: ‘To a fan from a fan, love George.’
“You can’t deny that man was a talent beyond any and his heart was beautiful and he had the most gorgeous voice.”
Cheryl’s alter-ego Heather was a “huge fan” of George, and she recalled speaking about him during the 2016 festive period only for him to pass away 12 hours later.
She added: “Heather was a huge fan of George Michael and so am I and I was talking about him and how Christmas isn’t the same without a bit of Last Christmas.
“It must have been about 12 hours later he passed away and I was devastated.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Emily Ratajkowski channelled the late Dame Elizabeth Taylor in the Peter Dundas dress she wore to the Italian designer’s latest show in Los Angeles.
The 27-year-old model stunned as the guest of honour at the event wearing a sheer crimson gown featuring a plunging neckline and risqué cut-outs and the star thought her striking red outfit evoked memories of Taylor in classic Hollywood epic ‘Cleopatra’ with a little bit of “Jerry Hall meets Bianca Jagger”.
Speaking to Vogue, she said: “Peter loves women, and I love the way he plays with texture and shape. [My dress tonight is] Jerry Hall meets Bianca Jagger meets Liz Taylor in Cleopatra. The fabric is incredibly light.”
The designer thought the brunette beauty’s outfit was the colour of passion and represents how men across the world feel about Emily – who is married to Sebastian Bear-McClard.
He said: “Red is a passionate colour and I think men feel very passionate about her.”
Emily famously donned one of Peter’s very first designs for his own label at Cannes in 2017, and the ‘Gone Girl’ actress felt the black lace catsuit and train – which she considers to be one of her favourite red carpet looks ever – was a “work of art”.
She said: “It felt like I was wearing a work of art. We stayed together on a friend’s boat and Peter would wake up in the morning and work on the jumpsuit with an Italian tailor while I sipped my coffee.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Kat Graham’s “number one” beauty rule is to always take off her makeup before heading to bed.
The 29-year-old Switzerland-born American actress has a flawless complexion and dewy skin, and the ‘Honey 2’ star has revealed she makes sure to religiously cleanse her face every night before she goes to bed, even if she’s “exhausted”, to ensure her skin looks great.
Speaking on Harper’s Bazaar’s ‘Go To Bed With Me’ YouTube series, Graham said: “So, this is my nighttime routine, and I do this pretty much every single night. The most implant thing for me, the first step, is making removing wipes. I love these because these are night calming. Neutrogena is really good for skin [Neutrogena Night Calming Cleansing Wipes]. I love the way they smell, they’re so good.
“I think people forget that you can wear all the makeup in the world, but if you don’t have good skin underneath it, it’s not going to do as much as you want it too. Skin is always my number one rule and taking off your makeup before bed – even if you’re exhausted – you have too. I prefer not rubbing my eyes as hard.
“What a lot of people don’t know if I have a lot of freckles. I naturally have skin that’s prone to get oily but when I’m in New York my skin gets very dry. In LA or New York, in a city environment where there’s more smoke or pollution, my skin gets really really dry. My moisturiser locks in a lot better in Georgia or Miami than it would in New York.”
‘The Vampire Diaries’ beauty also confessed she never leaves the house without pure lavender oil because it helps her sleep, especially when she’s jet-lagged.
Graham shared: “OK so now we’re going to get into moisture, this is the Hydra Life Fresh Sorbet Crème by Dior, I just do my forehead, nose and chin, and am able to spread it evenly, and I cover it on my lips because I have pretty dry lips.
“The last thing is probably the weirdest thing I do but I read it somewhere and it helps me sleep. I use soothing lavender oil and I put in right under my nose and keep it on my bedside.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Sophie Turner and Chloe Grace Moretz star in Louis Vuitton’s latest campaign.
The ‘Game of Thrones’ star and the ‘Kick-Ass’ actress join a host of Hollywood names such as Thandie Newton, Michelle Williams, Laura Harrier, Riley Keough, Doona Bae, Léa Seydoux, Alicia Vikander and Ruth Negga who will represent the fashion house’s Spring 2019 pre-fall collection.
The two stars were recruited by the brand’s creative director, Nicolas Ghesquière, and the Italian designer hopes the star-studded list of women will “reflect the eclecticism of the female identity.”
In a statement, he said: “These women embrace the various personalities that embody fashion at Louis Vuitton. Be they stars or new faces, all of them share the same willpower, and confidence in their choices, and at the same time, reflect the eclecticism of the female identity.”
Nicolas went on to explain he chose these women to “illustrate the diversity of feminine expression,” and showcase the house’s pre-fall looks which are rooted in an “autumnal atmosphere”.
The inter-seasonal collection features mixed prints such as plaid, stripes, and dramatic florals, statement accessories exaggerated silhouettes and leather staples.
Sophie, 22, shared an image of her from the campaign on her Instagram account and she is seen wearing a loose-fitting draped skirt with neutral toned plaid print, a balloon-sleeved brown blouse with a striking floral print, paired with a cream turtle neck and the ‘X-Men: Apocalypse’ star’s look was accessorised with a pair of black leather Chelsea boots and a monochrome box bag with gold trimming.
Meanwhile, Chloe, 21, is shown with her blonde hair gelled back in a sleek down-do with a dramatic smokey-eye wearing a purple and black floral ensemble which features large balloon sleeves, a high neckline and draping around the shoulders, paired with a matching floral round purse.

Shay Mitchell only applies makeup ‘in the morning’

OHMYGOSSIP — Shay Mitchell only does her makeup “in the morning” and hates having to “reapply a product”.
The 31-year-old actress was named the Global Creative Brand Ambassador for cosmetic giant Buxom last year, and has since collaborated with the beauty company to create her own line of Plumping Lip Powders and brightly hued blushes.
However, the brunette beauty has revealed she was drawn to the partnership because she wanted to create a product that lasted all day and wouldn’t wear away.
Speaking to website Refinery29, Shay said: “Although I love getting glam, I don’t want to reapply a product consistently throughout the day. I’m somebody that does my makeup in the morning and I need it to last throughout the entire day, and that’s exactly what this blush [Wanderlust Primer-Infused Blushes $22] does.
“I think it’s always really fun to play around [with] the colors when you go away to different locations. If I’m going somewhere tropical, I tend to bring more of a pop of color with me.”
The ‘You’ star also confessed that she loves to play around with “beauty” to get her desired look, and always makes sure she maintains a healthy lifestyle.

OHMYGOSSIP — Kourtney Kardashian would congratulate ex Scott Disick if he got engaged to Sofia Richie.
The ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ star insisted there is no animosity between her and her former partner and she would be thrilled if he decided to propose to the model.
During an appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, a fan asked Kourtney what she would say to Scott if it emerged he had asked Sofia to marry him, to which she replied simply: “Congratulations!”
Whilst her sister Kim Kardashian West added: “Yeah, we vacation together. It’s all good!”
Kourtney and Scott recently went on holiday with their kids – Mason, nine, Penelope, six, and Reign, four, together – and Scott’s girlfriend Sofia and Kourtney’s sister Khloe praised the former couple for staying friendly exes and putting the kids first.
After a fan tweeted: “This is co-parenting done right!!,” Khloe wrote: “Beyond proud of all of them!!!! This is LOVE!! Your children before anything else!! All amazing adults right right!!! (sic).”
And the friendly exes are going one step further and are reportedly planning a special television show that focuses on their co-parenting.
A source said recently: “It could be the most intriguing soap opera or spinoff plotline of KUWTK right now … Kris wouldn’t not let this be filmed because it will be great for ratings.”
And it was recently revealed that Sofia is eager to maintain a good relationship with Kourtney as she wants to show she is serious about her relationship with Scott.
An insider shared: “There has been and will continue to be things with Scott’s family life that bother Sofia, but she is trying to just deal without causing drama. She loves Scott and wants to be with him. She knows she will always be kind of the outsider, but she loves being around Scott and his kids. She knows that Kourtney isn’t her biggest fan and she understands that. Sofia and Kourtney will never be best friends, but Sofia is happy that she has proved to Kourtney that she is great with her kids.”
