OHMYGOSSIP — Tamara Ecclestone unintentionally set up her sister Petra with her new fiancé Sam Palmer.
The 34-year-old heiress revealed that it was at dinner with her husband Jay Rutland – who she has four-year-old daughter Sophia Ecclestone Rutland with – that her sister Petra, who divorced her husband of six years James Stunt in 2017, met art dealer Sam, and admitted that had “never dreamt of anything romantic happening” between the pair.
In an interview with Hello! magazine, she said: “We hadn’t planned an introduction. About a year ago, Jay and I were in LA when Sam came to visit, but we never dreamt of anything romantic happening between him and Petra. None of us thought it would be a match made in heaven. Or any match to be honest.
“We were shocked when it happened but the best things in life are unexpected. I’m so pleased for Petra she deserves all the happiness in the world. ”
The model went on to explain that she and 30-year-old Petra can’t wait to reunite in Los Angeles with Fifi and Petra’s kids, who she has with former husband James, Andrew, three, James, three and six-year-old Lavina.
She said: “We can’t wait, Fifi [Sophia] misses her cousins so much. She and Lavina love singing and dancing and putting on shows for us.
“Re-enacting ‘The Greatest Showman’ and ‘Frozen’. It reminds me of when Petra and I were little and we acted out the musical Annie. Fifi’s the bossy one like I was, and choreographs while we watch.
“I really miss Petra, selfishly i’d like her to come back to the UK, but she’s very happy in LA and I just want her to be happy.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Jennifer Aniston and Courteney Cox’s private plane was forced to make an emergency landing after it lost a wheel during take-off.
The former ‘Friends’ actresses were taking a private jet to Cabo San Lucas with a number of pals on Friday (15.02.19) for Jennifer’s 50th birthday celebrations when they were forced to turn back and land in Ontario, California.
According to the FAA, the plane made it all the way to Mexican airspace after departing Los Angeles International Airport but a decision was made to turn back amid fears that there could be problems during landing.
They had to circle the area for three hours to burn off enough fuel to land safely.
All of the women on board – including Aniston, Cox, actress Amanda Anka and screenwriter Molly Kimmel – were stuck on the Gulfstream Aerospace IV plane for two hours after the emergency landing.
However, they later disembarked and made their way to a bigger plane, which eventually took off for Cabo, TMZ reports.
Jennifer recently celebrated her 50th birthday with a lavish Hollywood bash, attended by many of her A-lister pals and former husband Brad Pitt.
The 55-year-old actor – who split from the former ‘Friends’ star in 2005 after five years of marriage – was spotted making a casual entrance at the Sunset Tower Hotel in Los Angeles, arriving alone in a black Escalade and quickly making his way inside, wearing a cap, in a bid to dodge photographers who were waiting outside.
Other guests at the party were said to include another of Brad’s former flames, actress Gwyneth Paltrow, as well as Jennifer’s former boyfriend John Mayer, and the singer’s ex-girlfriend Katy Perry, who arrived by motorcycle with her partner Orlando Bloom.

OHMYGOSSIP — Gillian Anderson had similar doubts about hiring a “beautiful young nanny” to her character in her new theatre show.
The 50-year-old actress – who has children Piper, 24, Oscar, 12, and Felix, 10, from previous relationships and has been dating screenwriter Peter Morgan since 2016 – can relate to Margo, her character in upcoming West End show ‘All About Eve’.
The production follows a successful actress who befriends ingenue Eve (Lily James), only for the aspiring starlet to usurp her position, because of instances in her own life.
She told Vogue magazine: “In my current life, the new version of that is the hiring of a young nanny. I once called a Swedish nanny agency and the woman was trying to comfort me by saying all the nannies were ‘pretty’.
“I must have made some noise out loud, because she told me this was something that was sought after. I said, ‘There may be some women that want a beautiful young nanny but there are those, too, that would rather… not.’ Right?”
Gillian also recalled being a teenage punk, whose boyfriend cheated on her with a new friend who had slowly “changed” to look more like the actress.
She said: “When I was in high school in Michigan, I was in the punk scene and had a boyfriend in a band. And a girl arrived.
“Ha, I never thought of it in this context before. Anyway, she started to change.”
Gillian explained how the girl copied her hair cut and had her nose pierced, and added: “Then my boyfriend had an affair with her.”
The ‘Fall’ star thinks the play will strike a chord with women because there is a sense of invisibility that comes with getting older.
She said: “There’s a sense of being forgotten as you age, of becoming invisible when your currency has no value any more.
“Margo has a sought-after younger husband too and then this amazing refreshing young girl comes along.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Liam Hemsworth almost wasn’t cast in ‘The Last Song’.
The actor met his now wife Miley Cyrus when he starred opposite her in the 2010 romantic drama but Liam has revealed that he nearly missed out on the role.
Speaking during an interview with ‘Today’, Australian actor Liam, 29, said: “That was the first job I got [in the U.S.], and it was literally right at the end of my three-month visa. They cast another kid, and it didn’t work out with him.
“My agent calls me like, whispering, like ‘You’ve got to go to Disney right now. It’s not working out with the other guy. You’ve got to go in and read with Miley again.’
“I come in and everyone starts clapping like, ‘We should have gone with you first!’ It’s sort of weird how it all comes together, and then 10 years later I’m here, married.”
Meanwhile, Liam recently admitted he gets “embarrassed” about receiving acting awards as he “already feels so privileged” to do something that he loves.
Speaking to Entertainment Tonight after receiving an award at the 16th Annual G’Day USA Gala in Culver City, California, recently, he said: “I was just saying, I get embarrassed I get awards for acting because I already feel so privileged to do something that I love so much. It’s such a great position to be in but I’m very thankful and grateful to receive this award. It’s really cool.”
Meanwhile, the actor also admitted the loss of anonymity that has come with fame has been difficult but being able to look after his loved ones financially is a bonus.
He said: “Initially the hardest part to adjust to is just the way people approach you now and react to you. You lose a lot of your anonymity. And I think that’s obviously something, if you are going to be successful in this business, that you are going to have to deal with one day. I still consider my life normal – it is normal to me. I guess, to some people weird stuff happens in my life that would be considered not normal. But so many great things have happened since ‘The Hunger Games’ and it has allowed me to be a lot more financially secure and help out people that I care about.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Glenn Close found it “very special” to share her role in ‘The Wife’ with her daughter.
The 71-year-old actress has won praise for her portrayal of Joan Castleman in the movie, and she was very proud with the work her daughter Annie Maude Starke put into playing the younger version of the character.
She told Closer magazine: “It was very special, because she really had to lay down the foundations of the character.
“There was more of a back story to young Joan in that she came from a very wealthy New York family and she fell in love with her professor who was married and it was all a big scandal.”
Glenn is hotly tipped for the Best Actress statuette at the upcoming Academy Awards, and after six other previous nominations in the past, she believes it’s the role, rather than the performance that captures the attention of the academy.
She said of her nominations: “They’re the best parts I’ve been given. I have a theory about the Oscars – I think a lot of times it’s the role.
“If you’re lucky enough to get a role where you can show what you can do, people pay more attention.”
The ‘Dangerous Liaisons’ actress doesn’t think she’s particularly like any of the characters she’s played over the years.
She explained: “I don’t think I’m like any of my characters. I’m not a hugely social person. I’ve accepted the fact I’m basically an introvert and that’s OK.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Sir Tom Jones threatened to go back to Wales if he wasn’t allowed to sing ‘It’s Not Unusual’.
The legendary star admitted that although he recorded the demo for the 1694 hit, the song was originally intended for Sandie Shaw.
However, the 78-year-old musician threatened to leave London and quit recording if he wasn’t given the song for himself.
Speaking on the ‘George Ezra and Friends’ podcast, he said: “We did ‘It’s Not Unusual’ and when I heard it back I said I gotta have this song and I mean Gordon [Mills] was going, well he wasn’t fussed about it, but Les [Reed] was going ‘Well Sandie Shaw you know she’s had these number one records who the hell are you to get hold of this song’.
“I said ‘Well I gotta have this song if I don’t get this song I’m going back to Wales’. That’s how strong I felt about this song. ”
The ‘Delilah’ hitmaker went on to explain that although he was serious about his threat, Sandie didn’t take much convincing to give him the track as she decided immediately upon hearing the demo that the song belonged to Tom.
He said: “I meant it oh yeah; I mean what else could I threaten them with? What could I threaten Gordon with? Than saying I’m going back and do some shows in his worker men clubs which I was doing alright with.
“So they played it to Sandie Shaw and she said ‘Whoever’s singing this song that’s his song, I couldn’t sing it like that’.”
Tom added that the song which Sandie heard wasn’t the final version, and originally featured the voices of his manager and songwriter acting as the band.
He said: “We re-recorded it, it was just the rhythm section and Les and Gordon doing the background it was like voices…but it was like a milder version.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Paul Young is recovering from pneumonia.
The 63-year-old musician is preparing to embark on a UK tour but has admitted that he is still finding everyday tasks such as walking up the stairs difficult after his recent battle with the lung infection.
Speaking to the Daily Mirror, he said: “I have just got over pneumonia. It has been tough, took it out of me.
“I had to admit myself to hospital in the end. It started off as a cold and then it just got worse.
“I am still recovering from it and I am still finding it hard doing stuff like walking up stairs. The tour starts in a few weeks so I will be fit by then.”
Paul’s wife Stacey Young, 52, died in January 2018, two years after being diagnosed with cancer and Paul revealed that Stacey’s illness made him look after his own health.
He explained: “When she first got ill, we all said we’d cut out sugar, because it aggravates cancer, so we did that as a show of solidarity with Stacey.
“Having said that, looking after her for those two years, I wasn’t looking after myself, so I’ve got back on the trail now.”
Young met Stacey on the video shoot for his second single, ‘Come Back and Stay’, in 1983, and they tied the knot four years later when they were living together in Los Angeles.
The couple split in 2006 and she subsequently had a fourth child, a son called Jude, with Israeli businessman Ilan Slazenger.
But they reconciled in 2009 and Young eventually became Jude’s step-father.

OHMYGOSSIP — Kerry Katona claims her second marriage was her “downfall”.
The former Atomic Kitten singer – who has Molly, 17, and Lilly-Sue, 15, with first husband Brian McFadden, Heidi, 11, and Maxwell, 10, with second spouse Mark Croft and Dylan-Jorge, four, with third husband George Kay – admitted she was “crushed” when her union with the Westlife singer ended and her biggest mistake was to wed her “drug dealer”.
She told Heat magazine: “My downfall was my second marriage – I’m not saying it was Mark’s fault, I have to take responsibility.
“But when me and Brian broke up, it crushed me. I got into drugs, married my drug dealer and that’s how I coped.
“But I’m the strongest now I’ve ever been and the most confident.”
The 38-year-old star is taking part in TV show ‘Celebs Go Dating’ and found the experience “terrifying” because she claims she’s never dated anyone before as she always jumps straight into marriage.
She admitted: “I don’t date because magazines pay me to get married. [The dating has been] terrifying.
“I’ve never done the dating scene before, so it’s been interesting. Exhausting though. But I’ve learnt a lot – definitely don’t drink on TV.
“Things are different – I’m not looking for my fourth husband. I don’t want to get married again and I don’t want more children. What I’m learning most is to love myself.”
Kerry recently claimed Brian was her “favourite” husband, even though he recently branded the institution of marriage “disposable”.
She said: “He can be a right d***head, that ex-husband of mine. Brian went on ‘Loose Women’ and said that marriage was ‘disposable’ and ‘just a party’.
“I get it – he has a girlfriend and has to be respectful, but it was a weird thing to say considering he was married to me.
“He’s always going to be in my life and I wish him well, but my side of the story is very different. In my opinion, it was my favourite marriage and I’m not going to let him take that away from me.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Fay Ripley felt “huge relief” after her cancer portrayal on ‘Cold Feet’ was widely praised.
The 52-year-old actress’ ‘Cold Feet’ character Jenny was diagnosed with breast cancer in the current series and Fay was worried about how real-life cancer sufferers would react.
She told the Daily Mirror: “I’m so hugely relieved that I don’t appear to have let people down.
“That was the very thing I was most nervous about. I didn’t want to let people down who were genuinely going through this. What I’m playing is a story – for other people it’s their lives. A misrepresentation would be awful, people take it really seriously. I feel such an outpouring of people’s personal stories to me.”
And Fay was happy to receive positive messages from those who have been through breast cancer and were impressed with her portrayal.
Messages included one from a person who said, “As a breast cancer survivor all I can say is wow! You have got it spot on!” and another who told Fay: “Nearly 11 years on since my diagnosis and still so emotional to watch. You’ve played it so right.”
While a number of Fay’s loved ones have been diagnosed with cancer, she previously admitted she was worried about talking to them about her storyline.
She explained: “You’ve got to be a bit careful. As an actress playing someone with a lump, it’s not the same.
“When you’re talking face to face with someone and they’ve got it, it’s their life.
“It was really much more about me saying ‘listen, I’m going to be doing this and I hope you’re OK with it?’
“I didn’t want them to think I was there taking notes, if you know what I mean. But I could observe my amazing, brave, beautiful, funny, brilliant friends and family who have it and go, that’s what I want to portray.
“It’s a fine line between the moments when you are sh*t scared and the moments where, you don’t forget about it, but you do carry on with your life. And you put the bins out. So it was about getting that balance right.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Jason Blum admits that ‘Happy Death Day 2U’ was an unlikely sequel.
The 49-year-old producer – who is the CEO of Blumhouse Productions – partnered up with writer-and-director Christopher Landon once again for the highly-anticipated sequel to their 2017 slasher film, which sees Jessica Rothe reprise her role as Tree Gelbman, a college student who had to repeat the day she is murdered over and over again whilst trying to discover the identity of her killer.
And both admit the follow-up was not expected because they both conceived the original story and standalone film.
Speaking to Collider, Landon said: “I think honestly nobody thought of a sequel.”
Blum added: “It was actually the reverse, I mean obviously we make a lot of movies sometimes, I think it’s a huge mistake to make an original movie only if you can think of what the sequel is, I think it’s terrible. But definitely, of most of the movies we’ve done, the least likely to have a sequel would definitely have been this movie – and ‘Paranormal Activity’.”
The franchise’s director Landon also confessed that the idea for the sequel “struck” him when he had nearly finished editing the first film and he was so “excited” he pitched it to Blum immediately.
Landon admitted: “There was no conversation about a sequel while we were making this movie and it was only until I was editing and almost done and I was suddenly struck by this idea and I got so excited by the possibility of the idea that I pitched it to Jason.
“All that excitement came from the fact it was not going to be the same movie, we were going to do something really different, and really fun.
“It’s a bit of a rabbit hole but if I’m lucky enough to make a third movie, it’s not going to be that expected path and I think that’s the important thing, it’s always about keeping people on their toes and challenging yourself as a filmmaker to do something different.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Jennifer Lopez prepared for her Las Vegas residency “like a boxer training for a fight”.
The 49-year-old singer-and-actress feels “much better” when she’s in good shape but needed to push herself with more intense workouts in order to get through the long stage shows in Sin City.
Speaking to Closer magazine, she said: “I’ve always taken pretty good care of myself. I make sure I do intensive workouts at least three or four days a week, because I can see the results and I feel a lot better when I’m in shape.
“I also need to train very hard while doing my Las Vegas shows because I had to be extra fit to get through each performance.
“It’s like you’re a boxer training for a fight. But it really pays off and, as you get older, it’s even more important to put in the extra hours of training to keep your body toned.”
The ‘On the Floor’ hitmaker credits her dance background for being able to “push” herself hard when she needs to.
She explained: “I started out as a dancer and I remember whenever I arrived at the gym in the morning, I would spend as many hours as I could there.
“I would train until the point of exhaustion. So I have the mentality to be able to push myself pretty hard.”
Jennifer had a crisis of confidence after her first flush of success when she received a backlash and wave of criticism.
She said: “After I had had some success, I suddenly saw a lot of criticism being thrown my way and it made me start to doubt myself.
“There was all this talk that I wasn’t really an actress, wasn’t really a singer, and after a while that stuff starts to wear you down.
“I’m very sensitive and it was hard for me to avoid focusing on the negative things that were out there instead of looking at the positive.
“You lose faith in yourself. I told myself, ‘You know that you have the talent and the drive to keep being successful, that you have a lot of fans out there who love and support you.’ So I started believing in myself again.”

OHMYGOSSIP — The two brothers arrested in connection with the alleged attack on ‘Empire’ star Jussie Smollett have been released without charge.
The 36-year-old actor required hospital treatment after a suspected racist and homophobic attack in Chicago last month and the two men were arrested during the week but released without charge after questioning.
Police spokesman Anthony Guglielmi wrote on Twitter: “Due to new evidence as a result of today’s interrogations, the individuals questioned by police in the Empire case have now been released without charging and detectives have additional investigative work to complete.”
The attorney for the brothers told CBS Chicago that his clients know Smollett and that they sometimes work out at the same gym. He denied his clients were responsible for the attack.
Meanwhile, defence attorney Michael Monico has confirmed to Variety that he is now representing Smollett.
Jussie has told police he was attacked on January 29 by two men, who he has accused of launching a racist and homophobic attack on him.
He also discussed the incident on ‘Good Morning America’, saying it had all happened “so fast” while he was out getting food.
He recalled: “I went to the Subway, got my order. During that time I texted my manager, thinking that he was still in Australia … I said, ‘Call me when you can.’ He called me immediately and while he was on the phone, I heard as I was crossing the intersection, ‘Empire!’ And I don’t answer to ‘Empire’, my name ain’t ‘Empire’.
“And I didn’t answer, I kept walking, and then I heard, “f***ing ‘Empire’ n****r.’ So I turned around and I said, ‘What the f**k did you just say to me?’ And I see the attacker, masked, and he said, ‘This MAGA country, n****r,’ and he punched me right in the face. So I punched his ass back and then we started tussling.
“There was a second person involved who was kicking me in my back and then it just stopped and they ran off.
“It happened so fast. It felt like minutes but it was probably 30 seconds.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Liam Hemsworth says it felt like the right time to tie the knot with Miley Cyrus.
The couple started dating almost 10 years ago after meeting on the set of the 2010 movie ‘The Last Song’ and Liam, 29, is happier than ever after the pair wed in Nashville, Tennessee in December.
He told ‘Sunday TODAY’: “We’ve been through so much together over the last 10 years, so [I] felt like it was time. I feel really happy and really fortunate to be with such a great person.
“It was a really special day as it was pretty much just immediate family.”
‘Isn’t It Romantic’ star Liam recently revealed Miley, 26, had decided to take his last name following their wedding.
He said: “She will still be obviously known as Miley Cyrus, but she took my name, which is great. That was honestly one of the best things about it. I didn’t ask her to take my name, but she was like, ‘No, of course I’m taking your name’.”
Meanwhile, it was recently claimed that Miley “wants to have a family” with her new husband soon.

The couple got engaged on Valentine’s Day (14.02.19) and both Katy and Orlando – who already has eight-year-old son Flynn from his first marriage to Miranda Kerr – are hoping to start a family together soon.
A source told PEOPLE: “Katy is slowing down her career this year. They want to get married and start a family sooner rather than later. They both want kids together and will prioritise this.”
Although Orlando, 42, surprised Katy, 36, with his proposal, the pair have been taking about marriage for some time.
An insider said: “They’ve been talking about getting engaged for a while. After reconciling Katy has felt very secure with Orlando and they both knew it was different this time. They made their relationship a priority and both of them literally flew all around the world to keep their relationship strong.
“She was in such a bad place after her split from [her first husband] Russell Brand, so to be getting married again is a huge deal. Their friends and family are so happy and excited for them.

OHMYGOSSIP — Kady McDermott has been getting death threats after calling Maria Fowler’s two-year-old daughter “vile”.
The former ‘Love Island’ star – who took part in the 2016 series – become embroiled in an Instagram row with former ‘TOWIE’ star Maria over the similarities between their Interior Design Instagram pages and it ended with Kady telling Maria: “Your daughter is vile.”
Kady was promptly dropped by clothing brands Gym King and Missy Empire and her boyfriend Myles Barnett has hit out at trolls who have been sending her threats.
He said in an emotional Instagram video: “The first thing I want to say is that no one understands how bad what was said was with Kady, and no one [has] beaten themselves up more than all of you lot can try and do for her. I’m not saying she doesn’t deserve to get any stick, but like I said no one understands more, or regrets it more than Kady does.
“But one thing she doesn’t deserve is where it’s got to now, now to be receiving things like death threats, really, really detailed death threats. Men, women, to be sending her vile, vile abuse about her looks, and about things that Kady is clearly already insecure about. But, even worse than that, saying things like ‘if you have children I hope they die’, ‘hope you can never have any children’, detailed threats about stopping her from having children.
“Now if you think [that] is acceptable because of what Kady said in the heat of the moment in an argument, how is that justified? If you’re painting Kady out to be this person, that you’re abusing, how are you different from what you are paining Kady out to be. If I showed you some of these messages it’s disgusting, you’ve never seen anything like it.
“What I think is happening and I’m sure when you deep down take a look at yourself, what is happening is all the negative things that’s happening in your life, you’re taking it out on someone who is having a hard time and you won’t see. I really think it’s very easy for a lot of you to think that just because you have a lot of followers or have a particular lifestyle on social media that she’s not a real person, that she’s massively self-obsessed, that she has ultimate confidence.
“I know it may come across that she’s really self-obsessed but anyone that knows her will know she’s a really beautiful person. It’s really easy to tell that when you get to know her, the thing is I’ve never met anyone that loves animals, babies, children more than her, which I know is semi-irrelevant. But, the fact that she’s more obsessed with kids, obsessed with animals, it frustrates me more because this makes her seem like a terrible person, which I know she isn’t, this has blown up a lot more than it should’ve.”
Kady, 23, previously took to Instagram to defend herself, insisting that she had apologised to Maria also.
She said: “I’m only human and naturally I make mistakes on temporary based emotions and being in the public eye unfortunately every single one of my mistakes gets put out there to the world…
“Forever getting judged for every step I take/do in life takes its toll. I privately messaged Maria my apology but as it’s everywhere I will do a public one too. I am deeply sorry to Maria, her partner and of course gorgeous Evie…
“I did not mean what I said. I was massively upset Maria’s comments to me that made me feel SO upset beyond words and a degrade to my character I then wanted to hurt her where it hurt too so I reacted irrationally and badly.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Paul Hollywood’s estranged wife is still grieving the breakdown of their marriage.
Although Alex Hollywood took her ‘Great British Bake Off’ star husband back after he had a fling with another woman in 2013, she was devastated by a second infidelity and promptly ended their relationship in 2017.
However, Alex admitted that she hasn’t found the split easy, telling the Daily Mail’s Weekend magazine: “Well, it is a grieving process, isn’t it. It’s grieving for your marriage. It’s grieving for something that’s dead. Finished. Don’t forget, I was married for nearly 20 years – most of my adult life. I never expected it would end. Who does?”
While Alex was willing to forgive 52-year-old Paul’s first infidelity and tried to save their marriage for the sake of their son, she admitted she could not cope with him cheating for a second time.
She said: “It happened again and it was a done deal, my marriage was over. From the minute I knew, it was over. It is over. There is nothing. It’s such a big thing to comprehend, to end a marriage. But I had to do the right thing, and to have self-respect as well.”
Alex, 54, also revealed her belief that “it’s so hard to stay married these days, because everything is so moveable, so transient”.
She explained: “People don’t take things… well, they think of marriage in a different way than they did in my parents’ time.
“I just think it’s sad, because there’s an awful lot more to marriage than just two people hooking up because they like each other.”
