OHMYGOSSIP — Lena Headey made her friend “sign in blood” that they would not reveal ‘Game of Thrones’ spoilers.
The plot of the television series is a closely guarded secret but the actress – who plays Queen Cersei Lannister in the fantasy show – admits she told her pal something she shouldn’t have when she was drunk.
However, Lena was keen not to let it get out of hand and she “hunted” her friend down the next day and made her promise to never reveal what she had told her on the night out.
She said: “The next day I hunted them [her friend] down and made them sign in blood not to say anything.”
And Lena admits it can be frustrating when she is asked for spoilers all the time.
She told Entertainment Tonight: “It’s part of the success, you know, being consumed with it and what’s happening. I think it’s just frustrating when you do interviews for Game of Thrones and actually can’t say anything.”
Meanwhile, Lena previously admitted the ending of ‘Game of Thrones’ made her feel “emotional”.
She shared: “I knew that David [Benioff] and Dan [Weiss], our creators, were doing speeches and giving everybody these drawings of the storyboards. And I suddenly got really emotional at the end and tried to head down the stairs. They all rushed up and trapped me. And then they gave the speech, and it was really moving.”
Lena also confessed the cast are always keen to discover how the story will evolve.
She shared: “They usually give us all of [the scripts], and if anyone says they don’t flip to the end, they’re lying.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Kendall Jenner and Ben Simmons looked loved up as they enjoyed dinner together ahead of Valentine’s Day.
The couple were seen leaving Zuma, a Japanese restaurant in Manhattan, New York City on Wednesday night (13.02.19), before heading to see a DJ set by Chantel Jeffries at the nearby Marquee New York.
Kendall and Ben rekindled her romance back in November, with Kendall’s half-sister Khloe Kardashian has now confirmed that they are, in fact, a couple.
Khloe made the confession after Kendall was spotted jokingly booing Khloe’s boyfriend Tristan Thompson during an NBA game between Tristan’s Cleveland Cavaliers and Ben’s Philadelphia 76ers.
Explaining to a Twitter user why Kendall was spotted jeering Tristan during the game, Khloe wrote: “My sister was watching HER man Play against my man… So of course she’s going to heckle the opposing team. Why are you so confused? … Feel any way you want you to gorgeous lady. (sic)”
Kendall and Ben kept their relationship mainly out of the spotlight as they didn’t want to put any “stress or pressure” on their relationship.
A source explained: “Kendall and Ben have been making more of an effort in their relationship recently, and have been seeing each other regularly for the last month now. They both are very busy with their careers, but have always been in touch. They never had a falling out, it was just always hard for Kendall because of her work schedule. They reconnected when Ben was in town recently and have been seeing each other since. Kendall really likes Ben and he has been keeping her attention. They try not to put stress or pressure on the relationship, but Kendall isn’t actively seeing anyone else right now.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Courteney Cox stopped using face fillers because she didn’t “look like herself”.
The 54-year-old actress begun getting injectable fillers because she “wasn’t pleased with myself and the way I looked”, but has now admitted that she’s been filler free for almost two years, as she was concerned her injections were getting out of hand.
She said: “I would say it’s a common thing you go through as you age, especially in Hollywood. You have to accept getting older, and that’s something that I had a hard time doing.
“[I tried] to keep up with time in a way that was anything other than maintenance. I didn’t realise it until one day I kind of stepped back and went, ‘Oh s**t. I don’t look like myself.'”
Now, the ‘Friends’ star insists she’s learned how to “embrace” the way she looks without altering her appearance.
She added: “So now I just embrace who I am and getting older with what God gave me, not what I was trying to change.”
And despite no longer having fillers, Courteney says she’s now the most confident she’s ever been.
Speaking to People magazine, she said: “I kind of own everything. And the things that I am not as comfortable with myself, they’re things that I continue to work on to grow and change. I am think I am at a stage of my life where it’s very easy to be comfortable with who I am and who I’ve become and who I strive to be.”
The ‘Cougar Town’ actress is in a good place right now, as she recently admitted her relationship with Snow Patrol musician Johnny McDaid is “better” now that they’ve decided not to get married.
She said: “Isn’t that strange? We broke off our engagement and he moved to England, then we got back together, and it’s actually better than it was before. Everything’s better.
“Not because he’s in London, although the distance after that breakup – we were apart for six months – that really showed us a lot, and it’s just better.”

The 40-year-old singer – who has daughters Ava, 11, and Hero, seven, with ex-husband Graham Quinn – is expecting her first child with boyfriend Simon Motson, who also has two children from a previous relationship.
Myleene revealed her happy news on Instagram, sharing a photo of herself in her underwear with her bump on display.
The post was simply captioned with a heart emoji.
The former Hear’Say singer was inundated with messages of congratulations from her famous friends.
Spice Girls singer Emma Bunton wrote: “Such wonderful news! So happy for you all.”
Alesha Dixon shared a string of heart emojis and commented: “Congratulations darling.”
Reality star Jess Wright was thrilled by the “amazing” news.
She posted: “Congratulations Myleene!!!!!! This is so beautiful & amazing I’m so happy for you!!!!(sic)”
And Kirsty Gallacher wrote: “Oh how wonderful congratulations to you all.”
Myleene – who split from her bodyguard husband on her 34th birthday in 2012 – went public with her relationship with Simon in May 2017 and recently admitted they had an “instant” connection when they first met.
She gushed: “And yes, it was instant. You think that only happens when you’re teenagers, but it was genuine and not some knee-jerk reaction.”
The Baby K designer thinks it would have been “awful” if she’d never met the fashion PR.
She added: “How awful that I could have gone through my life and not met him. Imagine never getting why people write those crazy love songs or do crazy things.”
The couple had been dating for a year before they agreed to meet one another’s children.

OHMYGOSSIP — The FBI have reportedly launched an investigation into Ryan Adams.
The 44-year-old singer was the subject of an expose by the New York Times newspaper earlier this week, it which it was claimed by a number of women – including his ex-wife Mandy Moore and former fiancee Megan Butterworth – that he had been controlling and emotionally abusive, and one account came from a woman who had allegedly received sexually-explicit messages from the star when she was underage.
And now, sources told the publication that agents from the Crimes Against Children Squad are opening an investigation and will seek to interview the 20-year-old bassist – who was identified only by her middle name Ava – to try and obtain some of the 3,000 text messages they exchanged over a nine-month period, as well as any other evidence she may have.
If they find her account credible, they will then take the investigation further, which could see them obtaining both her and Ryan’s phone records.
A lawyer for the woman declined to comment as her family are currently deliberating on how to proceed.
Ava struck up an online correspondence with the musician in 2015 and accused him of exposing himself over Skype video chats.
The pair first connected over music, as she was and up-and-coming bass player but their texts soon turned graphic. In one message, he allegedly told her: “i would get in trouble if someone knew we talked like this (sic)”
Andrew B. Brettler, the star’s lawyer, said: “Mr. Adams unequivocally denies that he ever engaged in inappropriate online sexual communications with someone he knew was underage….
“If, in fact, this woman was underage, Mr. Adams was unaware.”
The ‘Do You Still Love Me?’ singer has also maintained his innocence on Twitter.
He previously posted: “The picture that this article paints is upsettingly inaccurate.
“Some of its details are misrepresented; some are exaggerated; some are outright false. I would never have inappropriate interactions with someone I thought was underage. Period.”
Meanwhile, the release of the singer’s upcoming album ‘Big Colors’ – the first of three records he planned to bring out this year – has been cancelled.
According to Variety, refunds are being offered for money spent on advance orders and retailers have been told it will no longer be released.
Ryan’s label, Pax-Am, have removed pre-order details from their website.

OHMYGOSSIP — Stacey Dooley thinks her boyfriend would be “useless” on her documentary shoots.
The 31-year-old presenter is known for her hard hitting documentary series ‘Stacey Dooley Investigates’ which has covered tough topics including child labour, domestic violence, and human trafficking, but has said her boyfriend of seven years Sam Tucknott would never accompany her across the world for her work because she thinks he’d be “useless” in dangerous situations.
She said: “My boyfriend never goes with me, he would be useless.
“I sort of get a bit annoyed when he’s not crying and sliding down the walls when I leave for these places. I’m like, ‘Are you not scared I’m never going to return? Are you not scared you’re going to lose the love of your life?'”
But Stacey – who recently won the 2018 series of ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ – says Sam knows he never has to worry, because whenever she returns from filming, things go back to normal as she always “moans” about the mess he’s made in their shared home.
Speaking during an appearance on ‘The Russell Howard Hour’, she added: “He’s like, ‘You’ll be fine, you’ll be back in two weeks moaning about the state of the flat’.
“And he’s right, that’s exactly what I do! I say to myself before I put the key in the door, ‘Don’t kick off about the state of the flat because it doesn’t matter’, I go in, the first thing I say is, ‘Have you been busy at work? Is that why the dishes are in the sink?’, I’m all passive aggressive!
“He will be like, ‘Don’t start’ and that’s fair, I think, ‘I can’t be arsed, I’m too jet lagged, we’ll resume this tomorrow!’ He contributes in other ways … not like that!”

OHMYGOSSIP — Gorka Marquez won’t be stripping on ‘The All New Monty: Who Bares Wins’.
The ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ professional was among a string of male celebrities who had pledged to strip for the annual show, which helps raise awareness of male cancers such as prostate cancer, and though he’ll still be a part of the programme, a back injury means he won’t be able to take part in the final routine.
A source told The Sun newspaper: “He has aggravated a back injury and has had to pull out.
“He’ll still be in the show but won’t be in the final performance.”
It has been claimed that ‘Dancing On Ice’ professional Matt Evers was brought in at the last minute to replace him.
The ice skater recently revealed one of the reasons why he agreed to take part was a cancer scare of his own and though he’s proud to be doing the show, he’s also very “nervous”.
He said: “We’re raising awareness for testicular cancer.
“I had a testicular cancer scare a couple of years back and thankfully I am got a clean bill of health but this is something in my career I would have never thought I’d do and it’s performing for millions and millions of people with ‘Dancing On Ice’, and now taking my clothes off for millions and millions of people.
“I don’t think I’ve ever been more nervous! It’s properly everything off and when I agreed to do the show I was like, ‘I don’t know, it’ll be smoke and mirrors or I’ll wear a flesh-coloured thong’. No.”
Matt will join ‘Love Island’ winner Jack Fincham, ‘Crimewatch’ presenter Rav Wilding, ‘Emmerdale’s’ Kelvin Fletcher, ‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here’ King of the Jungle Joe Pasquale, snooker player Willie Thorne, and footballer Jason Cundy.
Ashley Banjo will be overseeing the dance routine alongside ‘Pointless’ host Alexander Armstrong, and both men are delighted to be back working on the show.
Ashley said: “It’s such a privilege to be able to be a part of this fantastic series.
“This show has been a life-changing experience for me and hopefully for many other men around the country who have been checked or had conversations about cancer that they wouldn’t have had otherwise.

OHMYGOSSIP — Jason Momoa is in talks to join the ‘Dune’ reboot.
The 39-year-old actor is reportedly in negotiations to join the ever-growing cast of ‘Dune’, the upcoming adaptation of the sci-fi novel by Frank Herbert that is being directed by Denis Villeneuve.
‘Dune’ – which is considered a sci-fi literary classic – tells the complex story of a fallen noble family’s attempt to control a desert planet named Arrakis and its export, a rare drug called melange.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, if Momoa signs a deal, he’ll take on the role of Duncan Idaho, the swordsmaster who is fiercely loyal to the Atreides family, who was played by Richard Jordan in David Lynch’s 1984 movie.
The character became a fan favourite, and ended up appearing in all of Herbert’s original novels.
Momoa’s possible attachment to the movie comes as Josh Brolin was recently added to the call sheet, in the role of Gurney Halleck, who was previously played by Sir Patrick Stewart.
The all-star cast of the production also includes Timothee Chalamet as the lead character, Paul Atreides, as well as Rebecca Ferguson, Dave Bautista, Stellan Skarsgard, Charlotte Rampling, and Javier Bardem.
Zendaya and Oscar Isaac are also in talks for roles.
The project is being created by Legendary Entertainment, and Villeneuve will produce alongside Mary Parent and Cale Boyter.
Villeneuve also wrote the script for the flick with the help of Eric Roth and Jon Spaihts.
Legendary acquired the film and TV rights in 2016 after signing a deal with Herbert’s estate for his iconic tome.
Villeneuve previously admitted ‘Dune’ is his “dream project” as he was obsessed with the original film growing up.
Filming is due to commence in Budapest and Jordan in spring.

OHMYGOSSIP — Brad Pitt is working on a documentary about his late friend Chris Cornell.
The ‘World War Z’ actor and director Peter Berg – who co-own production company Film 45 – have teamed up with the Soundgarden frontman’s widow, Vicky Cornell, to work on the feature-length film, which will explore the life and career of the singer, who tragically took his own life in May 2017.
Vicky will serve as producer on the project, Variety reports.
A spokesperson for the rocker’s estate confirmed the project is in the works but declined to offer any further details.
Brad was among the guests at the ‘I Am the Highway: A Tribute to Chris Cornell’ concert – which featured performances from the likes of Josh Homme, Foo Fighters, Metallica and Miley Cyrus – last month and introduced the ‘Black Hole Sun’ singer’s 14-year-old daughter, Toni, to the stage.
Shortly after Chris’ passing, the ‘Tree of Life’ star was seen taking Toni and her younger brother Christopher, now 13, on a trip to Universal Studios Hollywood.
A source said at the time: “Brad definitely seemed like he was there for the kids to have a good time.
“He was very accommodating to them and thankful to everybody at each attraction for helping them.
“Brad was gracious and polite, but seemed intent on making sure the kids were happy.
“They all seemed comfortable together, like Brad was effectively taking their mind off of things for a few hours with a fun day at the park.”
Brad was said to have been left devastated by the deaths of the ‘You Know My Name’ singer and another close friend, former Paramount CEO Brad Grey, who lost his battle with cancer at a similar time.
A source recently said: “He is devastated and in shock. He is trying to process the loss of two great friends. This has hit him very hard.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Simon Cowell has confirmed there will be two series of ‘The X Factor’ this year.
The music mogul – who launched the ITV singing competition in 2004 – has opened up about the future of the show after it was reported it would be undergoing drastic changes in 2019, including claims it would be axed in favour of a celebrity edition.
Responding to the speculation, Simon told The Sun newspaper’s Bizarre column: “I want to clear up any myths — because I’ve got some exciting news. I’ve had a meeting with ITV, I’ve told them what I think we’d like to do with ‘X Factor’ because we’ve been waiting to have this opportunity.
“The time feels right, and it will be a huge change. We haven’t exactly confirmed the dates or the order of the shows, but essentially there are going to be two versions of X Factor running this year.
“I think it’s going to be huge, it’s the best I’ve felt about this show in years.”
Simon, 59, revealed the overhaul will result in both a celebrity version, and an all-star edition with past contestants, but insisted no deal has been signed yet as his team and ITV figure out the details for new five-year contracts.
Opening up on the challenges, he joked: “It runs for bloody months. No other show can run for months, it’s like putting on a soap opera every year, so that’s what we’ve got to work out, but I’ve got a plan.”
“Now we’ve just got to get the dates sorted. But don’t give too much away, I don’t want my competitors to know.”
The show’s boss also opened up on the potential panel for the new formats, and said he is hopeful last year’s judges – Louis Tomlinson, Robbie Williams and Ayda Field – will be back.
He said: “I think and hope the panel will be the same. I’m literally speaking to Robbie tonight because he’s been busy, I’ve been filming, so I’ll have more news again on that soon.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Eliza Dushku is pregnant.
The former ‘Buffy the Vampire Slayer’ actress is expecting her first child with new husband Peter Palandjian – who has four children from previous relationships – and couldn’t be happier.
She gushed to Us Weekly magazine: “We’re just very excited. We just got married in August. It’s a special year for us.”
The 38-year-old star – who celebrated 10 years of sobriety last November – is also preparing to embark on her final year at Suffolk University, where she’s studying holistic healing, addiction and trauma, and is excited about the future.
She said: “I’m newly married and I’m just so excited about this next chapter in my life. You know, I’ve been acting since I was nine years old and I’m sort of finding these new things that I’m really excited about. It’s been a big year but a great year.”
The couple tied the knot in the courtyard of the Boston Public Library last August, a year after announcing their engagement.
The ‘True Lies’ actress shared photos of her wedding on Instagram a month after it had took place, while in June 2017, she showed off pictures from 54-year-old Peter’s proposal.
On the engagement pictures, she wrote: “”#Ayo..! “YES!!” Absolutely, my love#BostonBorn #BostonBred #BostonSoonToBeWed (sic)”
Eliza has kept her romance out of the spotlight for the most part, and only shares the occasional picture on social media.
Back in December 2016, she share a picture with her man and friends in California.

The ‘Wrong Turn’ actress previously dated LA Lakers champion Rick Fox, 47.
However, they decided to go their separate ways after five years together in 2014.
The pair lived together in Los Angeles and as soon as they split up, Eliza headed straight back to her home city of Boston, which holds a special place in her heart, as she missed being around her family and friends.
At the time, she said: “I’d rather be a little physically cold here than emotionally cold in Los Angeles. I missed my town and I missed my family.”

OHMYGOSSIP — One of the men interviewed by police in connection with an attack on Jussie Smollett has appeared on ‘Empire’.
The 36-year-old actor was subjected to a “possible hate crime” last month when two assailants allegedly hurled homophobic abuse before punching him, pouring an unknown chemical substance over him and putting a rope around his neck, and Chicago Police revealed on Thursday (14.02.19) they had questioned two brothers over the alleged incident.
Police spokesperson Anthony Guglielmi told the New York Times newspaper the two are currently not considered suspects but confirmed their homes had been searched earlier in the week.
He did not know which role the man had played on the Fox TV show.
Gloria Schmidt, an attorney for the two men, claimed they were “baffled” as to why they had been brought into the investigation.
She told CBS Chicago: “They do know Jussie. They have worked with him on ‘Empire’.
“My preliminary investigations show that on set it’s very tight. They’re all very cordial with each other, so they’re baffled why they are people of interest.”
Meanwhile, Jussie opened up about the attack on ‘Good Morning America’ on Thursday, and admitted it had all happened “so fast” while he was out getting food but he didn’t realise he had a noose around his neck or had a substance, possibly bleach, poured on him until afterwards.
He told Robin Roberts: “I went to the Subway, got my order.
“During that time I texted my manager, thinking that he was still in Australia… I said, ‘Call me when you can.’ He called me immediately and while he was on the phone, I heard as I was crossing the intersection, ‘Empire!’ And I don’t answer to Empire, my name ain’t Empire.
“And I didn’t answer, I kept walking, and then I heard, “f***ing ‘Empire’ n****r.’ So I turned around and I said, ‘What the f**k did you just say to me?’ And I see the attacker, masked, and he said, ‘This MAGA country, n****r,’ and he punched me right in the face. So I punched his ass back and then we started tussling
“There was a second person involved who was kicking me in my back and then it just stopped and they ran off.
“It happened so fast. It felt like minutes but it was probably 30 seconds.”
Jussie also expressed his fury that people have dismissed his account as a hoax.
He said: “It became a thing of like, ‘Oh, It’s not necessarily that you don’t believe that this is the truth, you don’t even want to see the truth.’
“It feels like if I had said it was a Muslim, or a Mexican, or someone black, I feel like the doubters would have supported me a lot much more. A lot more. And that says a lot about the place that we are in our country.”
The ‘Alien: Covenant’ actor admitted he didn’t immediately call police because he didn’t want to be thought of as “weak”.
He said: “There’s a level of pride there. We live in a society where as a gay man you are considered somehow to be weak and I’m not weak. I am not weak. And we, as [LGBTQ] people, are not weak.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Dina Lohan’s mystery boyfriend says they have “unbelievable chemistry”.
The showbiz matriarch caused a stir when she revealed on ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ that she had spent five years in communication with Jesse Nadler and even though they have never met or even seen one another on FaceTime, the businessman insists there is no denying their connection.
Speaking to ‘Entertainment Tonight’, he said: “She’s very happy that the world knows I’m a real guy… We have so much chemistry when we talk on the phone …
“We just had this really, really unbelievable chemistry. We know it’s real … The world thought it was some wingnut kind of thing.”
Despite Dina telling her housemates on the reality show that she wanted to marry her partner, the couple still haven’t been on a real first date yet.
However, Jesse admitted he already has it planned out.
He explained: “I’m going to take her for a hike through the California Redwoods, which is about three minutes from my house.
“I’m going to take her to a really nice restaurant, get a big table and just order everything on the menu, and then I’m gonna take her down by the water … I’ve got a lot of good things out here.
“But honestly, I wish I could have that first encounter walking the sand on the beach in Long Island.”
He’s sure they will get married, and thinks their “chemistry” will be “10 million times better” once they have actually met.
He said: “I have a real funny feeling that the chemistry we have now is just gonna be 10 million times better when we’re together.
“She cracks me up and she’s got a huge heart … that’s why I fell for her.”
Jesse’s comments come after her ex-husband Michael said their daughter Lindsay Lohan hopes her parents will get back together one day, despite approving of Dina’s new flame.
He recently said: “I actually like Jesse, but my children still want Dina and I back together. They have for years.

OHMYGOSSIP — Lea Michele has asked Ryan Murphy to officiate her wedding.
The 32-year-old actress-and-singer – who met the writer and producer when she played Rachel Berry in his show ‘Glee’ – is preparing to tie the knot with Zandy Reich and has revealed that many of her former co-stars are going to be helping make the couple’s big day special.
She told Brides magazine: “I asked Ryan Murphy if he will officiate my wedding.”
Lea recently completed a co-headlining tour with Darren Criss – who played Blaine Anderson on the show – and she told the the publication he “better” perform at the wedding as she is going to be serenading him when he gets hitched to his fiancee Mia Swier.
She said: “[Darren] better perform, I’m performing at his wedding!”
Though her wedding planning and guest list is well underway, Lea – who got engaged to the clothing business owner in April – says she is in no rush to head down the aisle as they want to make sure they carefully consider where they want their nuptials to take place.
She said: “We’re really taking our time to make sure we’re really happy because we are from the East Coast but we live on the West Coast.
“So it could be an East Coast wedding, it could be a West Coast wedding, it could be a Montana wedding, so we’re really just taking our time to just make sure we know exactly where we want to be.”
As well as Darren and Ryan, ‘Glee’ star Jonathan Groff (Jesse St. James) is Lea’s maid of honour and
Becca Tobin (Kitty Wilde) and Jane Lynch (Sue Sylvester) have also been invited.
The brunette beauty had previously revealed that Ryan was like a father figure to her and how important it was to get his “seal of approval” of her future husband.
She said: “So Ryan is like my family.
“One of the greatest friends in the world that I have, so when my boyfriend got the seal of approval from Ryan Murphy, that’s it.
“Yeah, my parents, friends, whatever, but Ryan Murphy, done deal seals the deal.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Richard Osman has found love with a jazz singer – who is 19 inches shorter than him.
The ‘Pointless’ star – who towers in at 6ft 7in – is smitten with 5ft tall girlfriend Sumudu Jayatilaka and is unfazed by the jokes people make about the whopping height difference between them.
Speaking to the Daily Mail newspaper, he joked: “We met through mutual friends. I just looked down and there she was.
“I’m always looking down because everybody is short to me.”
Richard – who has son Sonny and daughter Ruby from a previous marriage which ended 12 years ago – was reportedly dating broadcaster Emily Dean in 2015, but has not been known to have been with anyone else until recently announcing his relationship with Sumudu.
To celebrate his first Valentine’s Day with his new beau – who is a regular singer at Ronnie Scott’s jazz club in Soho, London – the television producer took her on a romantic break to Austria and shared pictures on his Twitter page.
However, instead of devoting romantic messages to Sumudu on the social media site, he used Valentine’s day (14.02.19) to share tongue-in-cheek poems with his followers.
He tweeted: “Vertebrates have spines, Invertebrates are jointless… Have a lovely Valentine’s, From me, that guy off Pointless. (sic)”
The couple made their first public appearance together in London at a sports quiz hosted by bookmakers Fitzdares on Wednesday night (13.02.19) where Sumudu spoke about their relationship and told The Sun newspaper that they are “very happy”.
The performer – who is of Sri Lankan descent – has also sang with Van Morrison and Rod Stewart in her musical career.

OHMYGOSSIP — ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ star Anton du Beke and the show’s other pros are fearing for their future.
Following the news that Pasha Kovalev has quit the BBC ballroom competition this week, it’s said that a number of his former colleagues are worried that new boss Sarah James will look to give the programme a makeover.
An insider told The Sun newspaper’s TV Bizarre column: “Pasha’s surprise departure means a lot of the professionals are really worried. The dancers are wondering if the new show boss is going to start a mass cull and replace a lot of the current pros.
“They are messaging each other frantically as they try to work out what the plans are. Nobody saw Pasha leaving and the rumour mill has gone into overdrive, with everyone saying a few other names are going to be chopped — or at least announce it was their choice to leave the programme.
“Even Anton, who is almost part of the furniture, is worried he might not be asked back.”
While it’s said pros like Gorka Marquez and Karen Clifton could be concerned, producers are staying tight lipped about any possible changes.
A ‘Strictly’ spokesman added: “The professional dancer line-up for 2019 will be announced in due course.”
In a statement this week, Pasha confirmed his exit from the show after “eight fantastic years”.
In a statement posted on Twitter, he wrote: “After scoring 93 perfect tens, reaching four finals and lifting one Glitterball, it’s time for me to find a new challenge and so I’ve decided to make last year – my final season on Strictly.
“I’ve had eight fantastic years, full of wonderful memories, thanks to the incredible partners, professionals and myriad of behind the scenes teams who all work to make Strictly the amazing production that it is.”
