OHMYGOSSIP — Idris Elba is in talks to replace Will Smith in the ‘Suicide Squad’ sequel.
The ‘Thor’ actor is said to be James Gunn and Warner Bros’ first and only choice to take Smith’s place after the ‘I Am Legend’ star, who played Deadshot in the 2016 DC ensemble movie, reportedly exited the follow-up film last week.
Sources told The Hollywood Reporter that Elba met up with Gunn last Friday (01.03.19) to discuss the motion picture, and talks are said to have gone so well that they began discussions with Warner Bros.
Margot Robbie is expected to reprise her role as Harley Quinn for the project, but another source told the publication that character Rick Flagg – who was played by Joel Kinnaman – may not appear in the sequel.
Last week, it was claimed a scheduling issue had forced Smith to back out of the next ‘Suicide Squad’ movie, and an “amicable” decision was said to have been made between the actor and the studio.
Warner Bros. is yet to confirm any of the returning talent for the planned sequel, but insiders have previously claimed the studio have always wanted its biggest stars, such as Smith, Robbie and Jared Leto, who played The Joker, back in the fold.
Gunn – who was fired from Marvel movie ‘Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3’ by Disney over controversial past tweets – is believed to be helming the flick after it was previously revealed he is writing the script.
Production on the follow-up – which has been titled ‘The Suicide Squad’ and is thought to be a reboot of sorts rather than a direct sequel – is planned to start later this year.
The film’s release date is currently set for August 2021.

OHMYGOSSIP — Chris Pratt didn’t think he’d ever play a “bad guy”.
The 39-year-old actor is best known for playing the hero in the ‘Jurassic World’ and ‘Guardians of the Galaxy’ movies, as well as the likeable Andy Dwyer in ‘Parks and Recreation’ and he admitted his lament at not being offered darker roles led to director Vincent D’Onofrio offering him the part of villain Grant Cutler in his new western ‘The Kid’.
Speaking on ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live!’, Chris explained: “I had said to him that I don’t think I would ever be able to play a bad guy — the characters I’ve played, they haven’t really been bad… Early in my career if I had tried to be bad, people would be like, ‘Oh, he’s not that bad.’ ”
And Chris admitted he enjoyed getting to do something very different on screen.
He said: “It was really an opportunity to do something different, I liked it.”
The actor – who has six-year-old son Jack from his marriage to Anna Faris and is engaged to Katherine Schwarzenegger – previously starred with Vincent in ‘Jurassic World’ and claims he loves his friend and director “more than maybe anyone”.
Of the approach to working taken by his pal – who also has a role in the film – he laughed: “He’s from New York, he’s very direct… It’s in the word director, you should be direct.
“Some directors are deferential and allow the process to happen and only gently guide you one way or the other and it’s an amazing style and I’ve worked with a lot of people like that and it’s really effective, [but] Vince is not that way.
“You get to do really amazing things when you just trust somebody when you know they’re not going to leave you hanging.”
‘The Kid’ also stars Ethan Hawke and Dane DeHaan.

OHMYGOSSIP — Some ‘Emmerdale’ viewers have vowed to boycott the soap’s special International Women’s Day episode for being “sexist”.
The ITV soap is to air a special ep on Friday (08.03.19) which will feature an all-female cast and has been written, produced, directed and recorded by a female-led crew – but not all of the show’s fans will be tuning in.
One wrote: “Absolutely disgraceful, I’ll never watch #Emmerdale again and I’ve been a fan ever since Mandy Dingle f***ed off.
#AllFemaleCast #Sexist (sic)”
Another tweeted: “I watch Emmerdale all the time but I won’t be watching the all female one in protest (sic)”
One posted: “boycott emmerdale! All woman cast no blokes on Friday.. to achieve what? F***ing feminists are taking over the world (sic)
The comments come after ‘Good Morning Britain’ co-host Piers Morgan hit out at Emmerdale’s “patronising” International Women’s Day episode.
Earlier this week, he said: “Women need men as much as men need women. And the best ‘Emmerdale’ is where you have, as we have now, great story lines involving men, women, great producers and directors who are male and female, camera crew.”
But former ‘Emmerdale’ star Linda Lusardi – who played Carrie Nicholls on the ITV soap – has defended the show’s International Women’s Day episode.
She explained: “It’s just to highlight the fact that he have come on so far.”
But Piers said: “Try and explain to me why this isn’t just a load of old virtue signalling, PC-crazed poppycock.”
The special episode will follow almost all of the soap’s female characters as they pursue their own individual stories across generations, and producer Kate Brooks recently insisted the episode is a “celebration of women”.
She said: “Our International Women’s Day episode is not only a celebration of women in the broadest sense of the word, but also a showcase for the female talent we have in the television industry.
“We wanted the episode to be character-driven and story-led, exploring all aspects of what it’s like to be a woman in 2019.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Kieron Richardson has felt “dirty and horrible” filming a far-right extremist plot in ‘Hollyoaks’.
The 33-year-old actor’s latest hard-hitting storyline in the Channel 4 soap will see his alter-ego Ste Hay radicalised into Jonny Baxter’s (Ray Quinn) extremist group, and the star is hoping his character will get his comeuppance because he has been shocked about some of his “disgusting” actions.
When asked if he is prepared for a fan backlash about Ste’s upcoming antics, he said: “The tides are already turning. And too right, because what Ste is doing is disgusting.
“I’ve taken part in storylines before where my character is crying all day, and it’s hard to shake off.
“But doing the stuff that we’re filming at the moment does make me feel dirty and horrible, because it’s wrong.
“I’m just hoping that there will be some sort of redemption for Ste at the end of this.”
While researching the plot, Kieron was left open-mouthed at some of the real-life stories he heard.
He added to Inside Soap magazine: “We sat down with guys who have been part of these groups, and listening to their stories, I was just there with my mouth wide open.
“I couldn’t believe that his stuff happens not far from where I live – but that also makes it very possible that it would happen in ‘Hollyoaks’.”
Kieron will be part of the soap’s upcoming far-right extremist episode, which will air on March 13 on E4 and March 14 on Channel 4, and the ep will show Ste unwittingly introduced into Jonny right-wing extremist friends.
The special will also feature new ‘Oaks’ stars Alex Williams (Shahid Shirani) and Chris Simmons (Stuart Summer).
Alex said: “I’m really excited to be joining ‘Hollyoaks’, especially for such an important storyline, which I’m personally really keen to tell.
“Cast and crew have welcomed me into the ‘Hollyoaks’ family and working alongside Kieron and Ray has been great because there has been a strong togetherness between us, which really helped with my hard-hitting first scenes.
“I can’t wait to work with them and more of the cast as the storyline progresses.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Barbra Streisand will headline this year’s Barclaycard presents British Summer Time Hyde Park.
The 76-year-old music legend is the latest star to be announced for the spectacle, and she will take to the stage on July 7th 2019, when she will bring the first weekend to a close at the central London venue.
Daniel Mathieson, head of experiential marketing and partnerships for Barclaycard, said: “We are really looking forward to the super talented Barbra Streisand headlining this year.
“With a career spanning six decades, she has achieved major success in multiple fields of entertainment and we are honoured to have her perform on The Great Oak Stage this Summer.
“I cannot wait to hear some of her classics at an ‘ever-green’ Hyde Park as we all reminisce back to a time – when a true star was born!”
The ‘Woman in Love’ hitmaker has sold more than 245 million records, and has won a plethora of prizes throughout her music and film career, including two Oscars, 10 Grammys and five Emmys.
She became the first female composer to win a Best Song Oscar for ‘Evergreen’ from movie ‘A Star Is Born’ in 1977, and Lady Gaga also picked up the same accolade for song ‘Shallow’ from the 2018 remake of the movie.
Barbra has previously worked with Celine Dion, who will headline British Summer Time Hyde Park on July 5th.
The following weekend will see Florence + the Machine take to the stage on July 13th, and Robbie Williams will blast out some of his greatest hits a day later on July 14th.
Alun Mainwaring, head of events and filming at The Royal Parks, added: “Barbra Streisand is one of the best-selling recording artists of all time and so we are incredibly excited that she will be performing on the Great Oak Stage in Hyde Park this summer.
“Streisand will be joining a line-up of some of the world’s best vocalists including Celine Dion, Florence + the Machine and Robbie Williams.
“As a charity, these events are vital to The Royal Parks to provide the funds required to help maintain these beautiful London parks.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Alex Trebek has been diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer.
The ‘Jeopardy!’ presenter candidly admitted he is aware that the prognosis for the disease is “not encouraging”, but he’s vowed to “fight” it and will continue working on the game show.
He said in a video message to fans: “Hi everyone, I have some news to share with all of you. And it’s in keeping with my longtime policy of being open and transparent with our Jeopardy fanbase. I also wanted to prevent you from reading or hearing some overblown or inaccurate reports regarding my health.
“So therefore, I wanted to be the one to pass along this information. Now, just like 50,000 other people in the United States each year, this week I was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer.”
“Now normally the prognosis for this is not very encouraging, but I’m going to fight this and I’m going to keep working.”
The 78-year-old star – who has children Matthew, 29, and Emily, 27, with wife Jean Currivan – asked fans to pray for him to beat the disease.
He continued: “And with the love and support of my family and friends, and with the help of your prayers also, I plan to beat the low survival rate statistics for this disease.”
And Alex joked he has to keep working because of the terms of his contract on the game show, which he has hosted for 35 years.
He quipped: “Truth told, I have to because under the terms of my contract, I have to host Jeopardy! for three more years! So help me!
“Keep the faith and we’ll win. We’ll get it done. Thank you.”

OHMYGOSSIP — ‘Arrow’ is to end after eight seasons.
Producers of the CW superhero drama – which features Stephen Amell as playboy-turned-vigilante-turned-hero Oliver Queen aka Green Arrow – admitted it was a “difficult decision” to call time on the saga, but have promised it will reach a satisfying conclusion.
Executive producers Greg Berlanti, Marc Guggenheim and Beth Schwartz told Variety in a statement: “This was a difficult decision to come to, but like every hard decision we’ve made for the past seven years, it was with the best interests of ‘Arrow’ in mind.
“We’re heartened by the fact that Arrow has birthed an entire universe of shows that will continue on for many years to come. We’re excited about crafting a conclusion that honors the show, its characters and its legacy and are grateful to all the writers, producers, actors, and — more importantly — the incredible crew that has sustained us and the show for over seven years.”
Stephen has thanked his fans for their support now his “greatest professional experience” is coming to an end.
He tweeted: “Playing Oliver Queen has been the greatest professional experience of my life… but you can’t be a vigilante forever.
“Arrow will return for a final run of 10 episodes this Fall. There’s so much to say… for now I just want to say thank you.”
His co-star Colton Haynes is also “sad” the DC Comics-inspired series is to end.
He posted on Instagram: “Sad to hear the news that #Arrow will be ending after Season 8. What an incredible ride this has been. Thank you to all the fans out there who supported us along the way.(sic)”
‘Arrow’ first hit screens in 2012 and went on to launch a number of spin-off series, including ‘The Flash’, ‘Legends of Tomorrow’, and ‘Supergirl’.

OHMYGOSSIP — A warrant has been issued for Tyga’s arrest.
The 29-year-old rapper had been served an order to appear in court in relation to the fact his company, Tyga Music, has not yet paid out a settlement to a fan who was badly injured at one of his concerts in 2015 but after he failed to attend the hearing, the judge issued a bench warrant and set bail at $250,000, TMZ reports.
A spokesperson for the ‘Taste’ hitmaker claimed Tyga missed the hearing due to a “last-minute work obligation” and the warrant was only issued to ensure he will definitely be at the next court meeting.
The representative said: “Due to a last-minute work obligation Tyga was traveling and was forced to miss his debtor’s exam. The judge issued the bench warrant for the sole purpose of ensuring Tyga will sit for the next Debtor’s exam.”
The matter stems from legal action taken by Shyanne Riekena in 2015, who won judgement against Tyga Music after a light stand came crashing down on her, leaving her with a four-inch gash on the top of her head.
She was awarded around $235,000 in damages, but by 2017, the amount had risen to approximately $250,000.
Meanwhile, in January, Pretty Maw took legal action against Tyga, alleging the rapper used the lyrics from her song ’17th’ in his 2018 smash hit ‘Swap Meet’ without proper clearance.
She claimed in court documents that the pair had an agreement that Tyga would pay her a “fixed monetary amount” and royalties from ‘Swap Meet’, which was released in 2018.
Pretty Maw, who appears at the end of Tyga’s ‘Swap Meet’, video – which has over seven million views on YouTube – also claims that the track “heavily samples her work.
The rapper, who has not been credited on Tyga’s song, is seeking an undisclosed payment from Tyga and is also asking for the discontinued distribution of ‘Swap Meet’.

OHMYGOSSIP — Kylie Jenner and Jordyn Woods’ friendship will depend on Khloe Kardashian’s “happiness”.
The two former best friends aren’t really speaking after Jordyn kissed Khloe’s partner Tristan Thompson, and it’s said their “future” as pals will be “directly” impacted by how the ‘Life of Kylie’ star’s half-sister is feeling.
An insider told ‘Entertainment Tonight’: “Kylie is still figuring out where Jordyn fits into her life, and the biggest reason is because Kylie wants to respect her sister, Khloe.
“Khloe was initially irate at Jordyn and wanted nothing to do with her ever again. However, Khloe is a forgiving person and she’s just trying to see if she can get over being hurt by someone she considered a sister.
“It gets better for [Khloe] every day, but nothing more than accepting what happened at this point. Kylie loves Jordyn, but she loves her sister, Khloe, more and the future of the friendship is directly associated to Khloe’s happiness.”
The report follows claims that Khloe is currently trying to figure out how to get Tristan involved in their daughter True’s first birthday in April.
A source recently said: “Khloé is figuring out how to get Tristan involved [in True’s birthday]. She can’t see how he can be around her family at a party, though. Everyone is just too upset with him.”
Although the couple are no longer together, sources have previously explained that Khloe won’t be cutting Tristan out of True’s life, because she wants her tot to have a relationship with both of her parents.
Another source previously claimed: “She’s very good at compartmentalising and at the end of the day, she wants True to have a happy relationship with both of her parents. She’s not one to seek revenge or hold onto negativity.”

OHMYGOSSIP — ‘First Dates’ star Laura Tott is “beyond heart-broken” after her pet dog was shot dead.
The Channel 4 show’s waitress has been left devastated after her pet pooch Lucy was gunned down during a walk, and she has paid a tribute via social media.
Laura wrote on Instagram: “For those asking, Lucy was shot and killed whilst out walking yesterday.
“Beyond heartbroken, thank you so much for all the messages, means a lot.”
Laura shared another picture of her late dog, and she added the caption: “Life can be so cruel sometimes. Rest in peace my Lucy. Rescuing you was the smartest thing I’ve ever done. You were the best thing that’s ever happened to me.”
The grieving star also posted an adorable picture of her and Lucy lying on the carpet together, gazing into each other’s eyes, and she thanked her late four-legged friend for all the joy she gave her.
Laura wrote: “Thank you for being the best friend I could ever wish for. You were taken so early, I only had you a year but you brightened up my whole life and everyone else’s too [broken heart emoji] i rescued you but you rescued me too [heart emoji] Rest in peace now my absolute nutter (sic)”
Laura previously worked as a waitress and barmaid for years before signing up to ‘First Dates’, which stars maître d’ Fred Sirieix.
She was also a member of the Royal Navy, with HMS Raleigh in Cornwall, and worked for the NHS before becoming a television star.

OHMYGOSSIP — Vicky McClure has auditioned for “every series” of ‘Peaky Blinders’.
The 35-year-old actress gets “regular” work on projects she’s passionate about, but admits there have also been some films and TV shows she’s been desperate to appear in but never got the part.
She said: “I went to so many auditions. You’ll never get them all but you still think you’ve failed when you don’t.
“When ‘Suffragette’ came up, I thought it could be a game-changer for me, but it wasn’t to be.
“I’ve also auditioned for every series of ‘Peaky Blinders’ and never got it. Although work is regular, it doesn’t always go my way.”
But Vicky also admitted she’d be content to play DCI Kate Fleming alongside Adrian Dunbar and Martin Compston in Jed Mercurio’s police corruption drama ‘Line Of Duty’ for the rest of her career.
She said: “I would love nothing more than to work with Adie, Martin and Jed for my eternity, but everything has a shelf life, which won’t be determined by me.
“I always wonder, ‘Is this the season I die?’ ”
And while she’s proud of her daughter, Vicky’s mother would love to see her breakthrough in Hollywood, but the ‘This Is England’ actress insists that’s something she’s not going to push for.
She added to Red magazine: “Don’t get me wrong, Mum would love to see me in a Hollywood movie. She’s like, ‘You would have played that better.’
“And I’ll go, ‘Hang on, why didn’t I get seen for that?’ But people don’t see me in that category.
“Maybe that’ll change, but I’ll never force it. I’m not going to do a pilot season in America.
“I understand people who do, some make money and secure one hell of a career. But I’ve stood in too many queues. I would rather someone wants me there.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Seann Walsh has claimed he was offered £500,000 to star in a pornographic film with Katya Jones.
The 33-year-old comedian and the married ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ pro dancer caused controversy on last year’s Latin and ballroom series when they were pictured smooching during a night out following a day of dance practice.
And despite the pair publicly apologising and describing their kiss as a “one-off mistake”, Seann has now claimed Television X offered the pair the chance to make a porn movie.
Speaking at one of his stand-up gigs in Norfolk, he is quoted by The Sun’s Bizarre TV column as saying: “Television X offered me £500,000 to do a porn film with Katya but she said no.”
The ‘Bad Move’ actor also joked he smooched Katya – who is married to fellow ‘Strictly’ pro Neil Jones – to distract the public from hearing about Brexit, but admitted the fallout was the “worst four months of my life”.
Last month, Seann used the controversial incident – which resulted in him being dumped by his then-girlfriend Rebecca Humphries – for material in another of his shows, joking that people should be unfaithful “indoors” if they are going to get up to such antics.
He said: “You never think you are going to be on the front pages. People dressed up as me for Halloween. It was bizarre!
“But if you’re going to cheat, do it indoors.
“A lot of people were wishing I was dead. They were writing to me going, ‘Why don’t you just f**king die!’. I wanted to say, ‘I didn’t kiss your wife.’ ”
Seann’s ex Rebecca previously admitted she wanted to “find a way” to get through her heartbreak so she can date again following their split.
She said: “I am getting on with things but when it comes to dating, it will be tricky to trust anyone again.
“Still, if it takes seeing a therapist to help me learn how to, I’ll do it. I’d rather find a way through this.
“Seann and I haven’t stayed in touch. We won’t be in contact again.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Louis Tomlinson was inspired by Liam Gallagher to bare his soul on his new single.
The former One Direction star sings about his late mum Johannah Deakin on his latest track ‘Two Of Us’ – which will be released on Friday (08.03.19) – and he admitted the ex Oasis rocker’s debut solo album ‘As You Were’ gave him the strength to work his own raw emotions into his lyrics.
He told the Daily Star newspaper: “I don’t like being clever for the sake of being clever. Sometimes it’s cool to read between the lines.
“My lyrical style, naturally, is to just be matter of fact, honest and sometimes blunt. I kind of shied away from writing that song because I didn’t really think I was ready to go through that process yet.
“I got into a session and we ended up getting into it, and it was going perfectly. I really did want to write this song, I was just intimidated at first because it had to be perfect.”
Liam’s introspective LP – which featured marriage breakup songs like ‘For What It’s Worth’ and ‘Paper Crown’ – inspired Louis to try and make a similar kind of impact with his own writing.
He added: “There had to be little things in there that were really thought-provoking for me. I feel like we got the whole message across perfectly.”
The 27-year-old singer tragically lost mum Johannah in 2016, when she passed away aged 43 after losing her battle with leukaemia, and on ‘Two of Us’ he painfully sings about wishing he was the one who died.
He belts out: “You’ll never know how much I miss you, the day that they took you, I wish it was me instead.”
On the chorus of the deeply emotional track, Louis sings: “I will be the best of me, always keep you next to me, I’ll be living one life for the two of us.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Solange wants her music to inspire “young black girls” for the next five decades.
The 32-year-old star unveiled her fourth album ‘When I Get Home’ last week, and she has revealed her goal of making “astounding work” which will stand the test of time.
She’s quoted by The Guardian newspaper as saying: “I’m thinking about the possibility of maybe some young black girl in 20 years needing to reference a black sculptor who’s making work that large, and in landscape like that, and the blessing and privilege [that] I might come up in that search.
“Of course, I want to make these massive landscapes and express these parts of me … because it’s beautiful, and I want to make astounding work. But I really want to make work to be discovered 50 years from now.”
After releasing her previous LP ‘A Seat at the Table’, Solange – whose older sister is superstar Beyonce – spent a lot of time on the road, and returning to her hometown of Houston, Texas was what she needed to revitalise herself personally and professionally.
She explained: “I think any time you go through something like that, you crave … things that remain the same.
“I know that at any given time in my life, I can come back here, to Houston, to third ward, and have these anchors.
“The longer I was here, the more these sort of things that might have been mundane to me, visually, started to really enrich me.”
The resulting follow-up record is one that is more for the singer herself, rather than something accessible for everyone else.
She added: “I had so much to give on my last project while also needing to heal and work on myself,” she says. “[‘A Seat at the Table’] was for everybody. I wanted it to be. And [‘When I Get] Home’ is for me.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Roxanne Pallett claims Michael Jackson is “innocent”.
The 36-year-old actress has defended the late King of Pop, who was the subject of a new documentary, ‘Leaving Neverland’, on Channel 4 last night (06.03.19) – which featured allegations from Wade Robson and James Safechuck that the ‘Bad’ hitmaker sexually abused them as children – with the former ‘Emmerdale’ star insisting not everything on TV is “factual”.
Roxanne posted a picture of Michael on her Instagram and wrote: “Just because you read it in a magazine or see it on the TV screen, don’t make it factual…” (Lyrics:Tabloid Junkie) #michaeljackson #mjinnocent #mjfam (sic)”
A sourced told the Daily Star newspaper: “Roxy has been an MJ fan since she was little. Her loyalty to the star is admirable given that not many stars want to be vocal with public support on this matter.”
Roxanne’s social media post defending Jackson is her first for months after she previously falsely accused ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ housemate Ryan Thomas of hitting her whilst on the show last year, but she later backtracked on the comments.
She recently admitted she had been spat at by strangers following the ‘CBB’ controversy and was too scared to leave her house.
Roxanne said: “I’ve been scared to leave the house, and strangers have shouted and spat at me in the street. I’ve been called evil and toxic from people who don’t know me.
“I’ve changed my email address and phone number and I’ve recently moved house. I was getting messages from people saying they wished I was dead, or that I should kill myself. After a while you begin to believe the things you hear, I’d had enough.”
She also felt “constantly sick” and was put on anti-depressants.
The former ‘Emmerdale’ star added: “After I left ‘Big Brother’, I was advised to leave the country and get away for my own safety, because the hate was so much. I got threats and everyone I used to have around me had disappeared.
“I felt constantly sick. It’s bad enough when one person berates you but I had thousands. I was put on anti-depressants and anti-anxiety meds immediately, which numbed me but I still felt trapped in confusion and fear.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Shaun Williamson would love to join ‘Coronation Street’ or ‘Emmerdale’.
The 53-year-old actor is still best known for his role as EastEnders’ hapless Barry Evans – who he played from 1994 to 2004 before being killed off – and he would love to step back into Soapland, admitting he would be “more grateful” if he got another chance on a serial drama.
When asked if he would consider joining either of the ITV soaps, he replied: “I would. They’re excellent, they do comedy very well.
“I wouldn’t mind another 10 years in a soap. I think I’d be a bit more grateful this time around.”
But Shaun believes playing such a comical character in ‘EastEnders’ and then going on to portray a satirical version of himself in ‘Extras’ may have ruined his chances of forging a “credible career in drama”.
He said: “It’s cost me a credible career in drama. I realise that, I’m not stupid.”
However, he is grateful for the sitcom – in which he starred alongside Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchant – because he is still receiving offers as a result of being on the show.
Quizzed on whether he minded poking fun at his own career, he added to the Daily Star newspaper: “When they sent the scripts I thought, ‘This is good.’
“And I really didn’t mind. People like Kate Winslet and Ben Affleck were doing it. Then for the second series, I was in scenes with Bowie and Robert De Niro.
“Even now, I’m still getting work off the back of Extras. It’s the gift that keeps on giving.”
Shaun recently landed another role in a BBC comedy, ‘Mister Winner’, alongside Spencer Jones and Lucy Pearman.
He said: “I’m delighted to be part of ‘Mister Winner’, alongside the brilliant Lucy and Spencer. Leslie is like the son-in-law I never wanted.
“I have to keep reminding myself he’s not real or I’d never sleep at night.”
The show will see Spencer star as the hapless Leslie Winner who often finds himself in disastrous situations, and Lucy will appear as his fiancée Jemma, while Shaun will play Jemma’s father Chris.
