OHMYGOSSIP — Motorhead’s surviving members are plotting tribute shows with different artists replacing late frontman Lemmy.
Guitarist Phil Campbell and drummer Mikkey Dee were dealt a blow earlier this year when the iconic metal band’s co-founder and former guitarist, ‘Fast’ Eddie Clarke, died from pneumonia, but have revealed their plans to honour the ‘Ace of Spades’ rocker, and no doubt Eddie.
Speaking of their plans to remember Lemmy – who died from inoperable prostate cancer in December 2015 – Phil told the ‘Rock Talk with Mitch Lafon’ podcast: “It’s on the cards, but it’s just gonna be a few select shows.
“We’re not gonna be touring with it. We’re gonna get these people involved… and we’ll just do some special shows worldwide, which will be good – a tribute to Lem and to the band maybe, but it wouldn’t be an ongoing thing.
“Everyone’s too busy, but (we want to) do something special. We’re still trying to work on that now.”
Mikkey said previously they will honour Lemmy “when the time is right”, but only do it when there is a “craving” for it.
He said: “There is the possibility of doing that when the time is right.
“One day there is going to be a craving for something like this, and when there’s a craving for it we have to do it in a proper way.”
Th band want to make sure they take their time and make something really special for their legendary bandmate.
He said: “Only with the right formation and the right timing – to do it too soon would be a disaster.
“But I’m totally open to doing something and I’m going to do my damnedest to put something really, really great together.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Halsey has hit out at the lack of female artists on the line-up for Firefly Music Festival in Delaware.
The ‘Closer’ singer is not impressed that American singer/songwriter SZA – whose real name Solána Imani Rowe – is the only woman listed to perform at the music extravaganza, which sees the likes of Eminem, The Killers and Arctic Monkeys on the bill.
Halsey – who previously played the festival in 2015 – wrote on Twitter: “Damn guys come onnnnnn. Where the women at … This was one of my favourite festivals I’ve ever played and it’s a shame there’s not more females on the bill. With the exception of (the amazing) Sza, the first like 20 acts on the bill are men. It’s 2018, do better!!! (sic)”
One of the pop beauty’s 8.35 million followers suggested she should complain to the organisers of Firefly, and the 23-year-old star said that there are so many female artists killing it on the music scene, that they have no excuse.
When replying to a fan who has since deleted their tweet, Halsey replied: “Who am I supposed to ‘go off on’ haha. Festivals ASK artists to play. Artists don’t ASK festivals if they can come. I’m just raising a point! So many dope women in music right now! (sic)”
It seems there are issues across the board with diversity at music events, One Direction’s Louis Tomlinson recently hit out at Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival for not including many bands in their line-up this year.
He wrote on Twitter: “Just seen the Coachella line up …. Where the f**k are all the bands !? It’s a festival !? (sic)”
A number of Louis’ fans agreed with him, with some suggesting 1D should be a part of the bill, and while he later insisted it was a “good line-up” for the genre, he was still frustrated about the lack of groups.
He added: “Good line up for that genre but defo not enough bands ! (sic)”
And Ellie Goulding previously bemoaned the lack of women on festival bills.
The ‘Still Falling For You’ hitmaker wrote: “Still so proud as a female artist to be headling and playing festivals around the world every single year. Thank you for continually believing in me. It always feels like a triumph to win so many people over who were waiting for a band.
“Need to give myself credit sometimes as I’ve been doing this nonstop for over seven years. I don’t see many females at these festivals. (sic)”

OHMYGOSSIP — Sigrid has been crowned the winner of the BBC Music Sound Of 2018.
The Norwegian singer became prominent after the release of the single ‘Don’t Kill My Vibe’ last year, and the 21-year-old star feels “honoured” to follow in the footsteps of the likes of Jessie J, Ellie Goulding and Adele who previously picked up the prestigious poll.
Sigrid said: “It’s a lot to take in to have won something as prestigious as BBC Music Sound Of. I feel honoured as there are so many other artists I look up to who have won this before me, and honestly, I’m just really happy and proud of what my team and I have achieved together. I’m from a small town called Ålesund in Norway.
“I’m still 21 and it’s quite crazy to get this recognition. I’m very excited about the year ahead and sharing new music with everyone. I want to thank the panel for voting and the team involved in BBC Music Sound Of 2018.”
American R&B star Khalid came fourth, whilst singer-songwriter Rex Orange County was 2018’s runner up.
Sigrid also beat off stiff competition from the likes of IAMDDB and Pale Waves.
Radio 1 DJ Annie Mac, who announced the order of winners all this week on Clara Amfo’s Radio 1 show, commented: “Sigrid is one of those really special artists making quality, exciting and feisty – yet fragile – pop songs that are an absolute pleasure to play on the radio. Sigrid is an incredibly talented performer and songwriter and so very deserving of the Sound Of 2018 crown. I’m really looking forward to watching her rise.”
Last year, ‘Durt’ singer Ray BLK became the first unsigned artist to top the list.

OHMYGOSSIP — Louis Tomlinson is heading into the studio to complete his album this month.
The 26-year-old singer has so far released three singles since One Direction went on hiatus and spent most of 2017 working on his first solo LP.
Louis enjoyed some much deserved time off over the Christmas period but has now announced to his 32.2 million Twitter followers that he’s going to get the record finished as soon as possible.
He tweeted: “Ok f**k this ! Getting in the studio again this month, let’s get this album finished !! (sic)”
Since the New Year arrived the pop heartthrob has been relaxing at home watching Netflix and it could be that his creative energy has been sparked by the fact he has seen every episode of crime drama ‘Mindhunter’ on the television streaming service.
He tweeted: “Loved @MINDHUNTER_ on Netflix. Right up my street. Really interesting psychology! (sic)”
Louis has admitted
The ‘Just Hold On’ hitmaker has admitted that although he is enjoying the creative freedom of being a solo artist he admits he’s feeling some pressure as he doesn’t have the support of his 1D bandmates – Harry Styles, Niall Horan and Liam Payne.
He previously said: “I think it’s more pressure, we set a bar with 1D and there’s a certain expectation but I think that’s what drives all of us and it helps having that pressure there … It’s different on your own, there’s certain moments where it does help to share the load, like with interviews, even if it’s excitement, you definitely notice in those moments and on the road I’m sure it helps. From a writing perspective it’s easier to go ‘right this is who I am’ as opposed to ‘this is who we are’ and fit four or five different references and tastes … I’ve written a lot of songs and I need to give 110 per cent to who I want to be as an artist … I’m happy with the sound of the record and the production, it’s exciting for me to have more guitar and live elements.”

OHMYGOSSIP — John Barnes’ fans are petitioning for his New Order collaboration ‘World In Motion’ to be the 2018 FIFA World Cup anthem.
The Jamaican-born former footballer – who has been popular on the current series of UK reality show ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ – lent his rapping talents to England’s 1990 World Cup campaign with the popular 80s band, and now fans want him to pick up the microphone again.
A campaign has been launched on change.org for it to happen, as they feel the ex-Liverpool and Watford player could lift the spirits of the England team ahead of the Cup in Russia later this year.
A petition on change.org reads: “England need all the help they can get in the run up to Russia and this song would give the squad a reason to believe that this really could be the year. OK, maybe not.
“But it’s a mint tune and the return of John Barnes at the mic would never be a bad thing.’ (sic)”
The ESPN pundit, who got up on stage and performed it inside the ‘CBB’ house recently, hasn’t said no, saying that it would be an easy task to re-record the tune as there aren’t many lines to it.
The 54-year-old commentator told the Daily Star newspaper: “I’ve never forgotten the words.
“It’s not that hard. There are only 20 words in it anyway.”
‘World In Motion’ is still Manchester group New Order’s only number one hit.
It comes after RedOne was tipped as a favourite to secure the official 2018 FIFA World Cup anthem this year.
The 45-year-old Moroccan-Swedish native, who was responsible for launching the career of Lady Gaga after producing her first hit ‘Poker Face’, has revealed he’s already sent his song off to FIFA, who are once again organising the football games.
And that’s not all, RedOne is also hoping to get Gaga herself to perform the song at the annual sporting event when it launches on June 14 at the Luzhniki Stadium, Moscow.
The producer – whose real name is Nadir Khayat – said: “I am in the running to do the official anthem but I don’t know when that will be decided.
“I can’t give you a name of the song because it becomes too complicated.”
Getting a hold of the ‘Million Reasons’ hitmaker won’t be a hard task, as he’s already working with the 31-year-old pop megastar on a solo record, which will see him named as Boom Boom.
He said: “Gaga promised me that she’d do it. She’s already recorded vocals for two songs.
“I’m just waiting for her to give me the OK.
“To be honest, she owes me a couple of songs.”
RedOne will make it a hat-trick if he does land the gig, as he previously wrote the song ‘Bamboo’ for the World Cup in 2006 and Jennifer Lopez and Pitbull’s ‘We Are The One (Ole Ola) for Brazil in 2014.

OHMYGOSSIP — Arctic Monkeys have announced their first tour date of 2018.
The ‘Do I Wanna Know’ rockers – who took a break in 2014 – have been busy working on their sixth album and have now been confirmed to headline the Firefly Festival in the US in June.
The band, fronted by Alex Turner, will join Eminem, The Killers and Kendrick Lamar on the bill at the festival in The Woodlands of Delaware from June 14-17, which has been announced on Twitter.
But a video which fans believed revealed further tour dates has been revealed to be fake.
The cryptic clip shared on Reddit, which has now been deleted, claimed to be from the band’s Instagram Story and sparked speculation the numbers revealed dates and geographic co-ordinates of upcoming gigs.
Fans guessed the video’s clues teased performances at Mad Cool Festival, Primavera Sound, both in Spain, Rock Werchter in Belgium, and even a surprise show in London this week.
But NME.com reports the video has been dismissed by official sources, and more 2018 tour dates are expected to be announced over the coming week.
Bassist Nick O’Malley recently confirmed the ‘Bet You Look Good On The Dancefloor’ hitmakers began recording their new album in September for release this year.
The band took a hiatus in 2014, following the release of the 2013 album ‘AM’ and its accompanying tour.
Alex released a second album with supergroup The Last Shadow Puppets in 2016 while Matt Helders played the drums on Iggy Pop’s album ‘Post Pop Depression’.
All four members of Arctic Monkeys, Alex, Matt, Nick and Jamie Cook appeared together in 2016 to play a live gig to promote the Sheffield Children’s Hospital arts trail.
Alex, 32, said in the same year the band were in, “no rush”, to release another album.
Speculation about a comeback gig in Glasgow last summer turned out to be false.

OHMYGOSSIP — Taylor Swift lives up to her serpent “reputation” in her ‘End Game’ music video.
The 27-year-old pop superstar dropped the promo for the song from her record ‘Reputation’ on Friday (12.01.17), and besides featuring pal Ed Sheeran and rapper Future, eagle-eyed Swifties noticed a few Easter eggs within the visual.
Before releasing the album last year, Taylor teased her musical comeback with a clip of a snake-like creature, and she’s kept the theme which is so popular with her fans by playing the video game Snake, donning snake print and sipping through spirally straws in the shape of the legless reptile.
The ‘Shake It Off’ hitmaker has paid tribute to her favourite cities in the video, downing drinks with Ed in London, partying on a boat in Miami with Future, whilst also filming with the ‘Shape of You’ hitmaker in Tokyo.
After taking in a typical London pub, the blonde beauty dished out Kebabs to all her pals, including Ed – who no doubt had his favourite condiment, Heinz ketchup, to go with it – which was previously reported to have been bought at the Kentish Delight takeaway in Kentish Town, north London.
The ‘Gorgeous’ singer – who is dating British actor Joe Alwyn – reportedly filmed the video between 9pm and 6am to minimise the chance of any leaks or footage being filmed by onlookers.
A source previously said the Grammy-winning star wanted to show the world that she is a “normal girl” with the promo.
They said: “The video shows Taylor on a night out. She has spent months quietly going under the radar in London this year and has been out a lot more than anybody realises.
“It is quite telling that she has been hanging out in these regular and unexpected places. She wants to show people she is just a normal girl.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Motorhead co-founder ‘Fast’ Eddie Clarke has died.
The 67-year-old rocker sadly passed away “peacefully” after suffering from pneumonia, the two surviving members of the group, Phil Campbell and Mikkey Dee, confirmed on Thursday (11.01.18).
Revealing their devastation of losing another member of the ‘Ace of Spades’ metal group in a statement posted on the band’s official Facebook page, they wrote: “We are devastated to pass on the news we only just heard ourselves earlier tonight…Edward Allan Clarke – or as we all know and love him Fast Eddie Clarke – passed away peacefully yesterday. Ted Carroll (who formed Chiswick Records) made the sad announcement via his FB page, having heard from Doug Smith that Fast Eddie passed peacefully in hospital where he was being treated for pneumonia…
Fast Eddie…keep roaring, rockin’ and rollin’ up there as goddamit man, your Motörfamily would expect nothing less!!!
RIP FAST EDDIE CLARKE 5th October 1950 – 10th January 2018 (sic)”
Guitarist Phil has been left in a state of “shock” by the news, and hailed Eddie a “true rock ‘n’ roller”.
He wrote: “JUST HEARD THE SAD NEWS THAT FAST EDDIE CLARK HAS PASSED AWAY. SUCH A SHOCK, HE WILL BE REMEMBERED FOR HIS ICONIC RIFFS AND WAS A TRUE ROCK N ROLLER. RIP EDDIE. (sic)”
Drummer Mikkey had only seen his friend recently and said he was in “great shape”.
He said Eddie, frontman Lemmy Kilmister, who died in December 2015 from inoperable prostate cancer at the age of 70, and original drummer Phil ‘Philthy Animal’ Taylor – who passed away a month before the singer – would be jamming away together in heaven.
He added: “OH MY F**KING GOD, THIS IS TERRIBLE NEWS, THE LAST OF THE THREE AMIGOS. I SAW EDDIE NOT TOO LONG AGO AND HE WAS IN GREAT SHAPE. SO THIS IS A COMPLETE SHOCK. ME AND EDDIE ALWAYS HIT IT OFF GREAT. I WAS LOOKING FORWARD TO SEEING HIM IN THE UK THIS SUMMER WHEN WE COME AROUND WITH THE SCORPS…NOW LEM AND PHILTHY CAN JAM WITH EDDIE AGAIN, AND IF YOU LISTEN CAREFULLY I’M SURE YOU’LL HEAR THEM, SO WATCH OUT!!! MY THOUGHTS GO OUT TO EDDIE’S FAMILY AND CLOSE ONES. (sic)”
Eddie kicked of his career performing in the blues band Zeus and came to meet Phil whilst refitting a houseboat, before joining the group in 1976.
However, he decided to quit in 1982, and formed Fastway, who went onto to support the likes of AC/DC.

OHMYGOSSIP — Tim McGraw and Faith Hill’s song which Ed Sheeran co-wrote has been hit with a copyright lawsuit.
‘The Rest Of Our Life’, which was a huge hit around the world last year, could cost everyone involved $5 million in damages after Australian musicians Sean Carey and Beau Golden have alleged that the track is a rip off of their song ‘When I Found You’, which they penned for Jasmine Rae in 2014.
Also listed in the legal documents are Ed’s co-writing team – Johnny McDaid, Steve Mac and Amy Wadge.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the suit states: “The copying is, in many instances, verbatim, note-for-note copying of original elements of the Song, and is obvious to the ordinary observer.”
It will be the second time Ed faces lawyer, Richard Busch, who is representing the pair.
The chart-topping singer was sued by songwriters Thomas Leonard and Martin Harrington in June 2016, with the duo claiming Ed’s hit single ‘Photograph’ had a strikingly similar structure to their track ‘Amazing’, which was released by Matt Cardle in 2012.
The songwriters argued in court that the tracks shared 39 identical notes, with similarities “instantly recognisable to the ordinary observer”.
However, papers were filed dismissing the case with prejudice, with a California federal court reportedly enforcing the terms of the settlement.
However, Busch had refused to comment on the precise terms of the agreement.
Last year, Matt took to Twitter to clarify he was not involved in the lawsuit and to express his admiration for Ed, saying the 26-year-old star was a musical “genius”.
Matt, who was the UK ‘X Factor’ winner in 2010, wrote: “Please read news articles closely. This is not my lawsuit. I think Ed Sheeran is a genius and 100 percent deserves all his success.”
Meanwhile, in 2015, Robin Thicke and Pharrell Williams were ordered to pay $7.3 million in copyright infringement due to similarities between their number one single ‘Blurred Lines’ and Gaye’s ‘Got To Give It Up’.

OHMYGOSSIP — Ed Sheeran has hinted that he could be self-indulgent on his fourth record.
The ‘Shape of You’ singer is already reading his follow-up to last year’s record-breaking LP ‘Divide’ and says he could probably “get away” with releasing whatever he likes.
He said: “I’m just excited for the next album now.
“It’s mad having three back-to-back that kind of have this much success.
“It’s mad now you can kind of get away with doing what you want musically.”
The 26-year-old star said that if he was to drop a “random” off-the-cuff record , he’d do a collection of “traditional folk” tracks.
He told The Sun newspaper: “like Sir Rod Stewart that album of swing covers – you can just do stuff like that and it wouldn’t surprise me.
“Or Lady Gaga doing that brilliant thing with Tony Bennett
“I’m not saying I am doing a swing album.
“If I was gonna do a random one I’d do traditional folk songs.
“But I think that’s probably like, 10 years away.”
Meanwhile, Ed recently revealed he wrote a James Bond theme three years ago “just in case”.
The ‘Castle on the Hill’ hitmaker has never been approached to write a song for one of the iconic movies, but if bosses of the spy saga do ever knock at his door for help on the soundtrack, he’s all ready to go.
He said: “With Bond, I’ve had a theme tune written for about three years, just in case!”
And the flame-haired star admitted his recent collaboration with Eminem, ‘River’, was also something he had had ready for some time.
He said: “I just recently did a song with one of my all time heroes, Eminem and when we did the song together I had already had this song. It’s the same with Bond. If ever I am called, I will be like, ‘Here you go.’ ”

OHMYGOSSIP — Diplo has been in the studio with rising star Khalid.
The 39-year-old producer – who has worked with the likes of Bruno Mars, No Doubt and Snoop Dogg – shared a photo of the pair hard at work “cooking” up a storm on his Twitter account on Thursday morning (11.01.18).
The Major Lazer star captioned the photo of the pair: “Cooking with @thegreatkhalid (sic)”
Khalid, 19, was among those nominated for this year’s BBC Music Sound of 2017 honour.
The ‘Young Dumb & Broke’ hitmaker has been up for countless awards of the past year, and has already experimented with EDM giants, after teaming up with DJ Marshmello on ‘Silence’.
Diplo is high-in-demand, one of his most recent projects was working with Camila Cabello on her debut solo record.
He was oblivious to who Fifth Harmony were when he started working with the ‘Havana’ hitmaker, which meant he had no preconceptions of the Cuban beauty’s talent because he wasn’t familiar with the ‘Work from Home’ hitmakers until they’d met.
However, he was blown away by her capabilities.
Of working with the ‘Crying in the Club’ singer, he said: “We love Camila and she’s been working with us for a while, even before she left Fifth Harmony, and I just thought she is dope.
“She came and met me in Miami and I didn’t know who she was or what band she was in, I was just told she’s into music.
“I just she’s really talented.”
The pair teamed up with rapper Travis Scott for ‘Known No Better’.

OHMYGOSSIP — Rita Ora has channelled her frustration towards her former record label boss Jay-Z into new song ‘Soul Survivor’.
The ‘Anywhere’ singer has called out the Roc Nation label owner on the track, which features on her second studio LP – the follow-up 2012’s ‘Ora’ – and anyone else who didn’t believe in her at the very start of her career.
The 27-year-old pop star settled a bitter six-month legal battle with the label in June 2016.
She was being sued for $2.4 million by the ’99 Problems’ rapper’s company because they believed she had breached the terms of her contract.
However, the lawsuit was settled and the blonde beauty signed with Atlantic Records.
Speaking about the track, she said: “It’s all based on what people stopped me from doing a few years ago to where I am now.
“It’s almost like a rebirth of the new Rita.
“It’s a nice final goodbye to everyone who didn’t believe in me from the start.”
The ‘Body On Me’ hitmaker – who recently dropped a soundtrack for the ‘Fifty Shades Freed’ movie with Liam Payne called ‘For You’ – says that the record tells it like it is, and is not all doom and gloom.
She told the Daily Star newspaper: “It tells a consistent story.
“I thought about it a lot and I just wanted people to feel like they were on a journey with me, so I am really proud of it.
“This album is really calm and it has really calm messages, it just is what it is.”
Meanwhile, the former ‘X Factor’ judge has revealed she has been receiving support from fellow Brit star Sam Smith.
Speaking about the ‘Too Good At Goodbyes’ hitmaker’s words of encouragement, she said: “I was speaking to Sam Smith the other day and he said to me, ‘You’ve got one of the best voices and I’m so happy for you.’
“And It was nice to get that support from other artists you know, them saying that we know you are in a really good, confidence music groove.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Meghan Trainor collaborated with her family and fiancé on her new album.
The ‘All About That Bass’ hitmaker enlisted the help of her relatives and her future husband Daryl Sabara to create some of the tracks on her upcoming LP.
She said: “I’ve been in the studio every day with my family. My entire family sings on every song and Daryl sings on every song, and my father plays the piano and organs on one song … It [the new album] is really special. It’s obviously me being in love and happy, and reminding myself to choose happiness and love myself.”
And the 24-year-old singer has been receiving music advice from Jennifer Lopez.
She added to Entertainment Tonight: “I was the ‘Bass’ girl for a long time and I would introduce myself as, ‘Hi, I sing ‘All About That Bass,’ you don’t know me, my name’s Meghan Trainor,’ so I didn’t know a lot of people.
“But around album two, I got a lot of great advice. J.Lo was so nice to me and so sweet to me when I wrote with her. She told me to get a Pinterest and write down all of my visions, and I did that. I’m doing that now for album three. We’re making a lot of pictures and putting them together, it’s great!”
It comes after Meghan admitted she tries her best to ignore her critics as she fears it would “get in her head”.
She said: “I never read YouTube or Twitter comments. I do read Instagram comments though as they are nicer but I can’t sit there and read all the nasty things as it would get to my head.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Jack White has released his first single for nearly three years – but had to change the name so people didn’t think it was about a sexually transmitted disease.
The 42-year-old musician has dropped ‘Connected by Love’, his first song from his forthcoming third studio solo album ‘Boarding House Reach’, but he initially wanted to call the tune ‘Infected by Love’ before thinking better of it.
He said: “I thought ‘Well, people won’t get that metaphor — they’ll turn that into, ‘Well, do you have an STD, or something?’
“It might hurt the rest of the messages of the song if I kept that as the main thing. So I changed ‘Infected’ to ‘Connected’ and then started to feed off of that.”
Jack penned the track in a Nashville apartment which he uses to write songs and his first thought about the tune was that he was copying an “old melody” from 40 years ago.
He said: “Subconsciously – those are all the perils of trying to, you know, bring something new into the universe.
“I just started humming notes out loud, staring out the window.
“After that, you really can’t explain it. You just have to get out of the way and let it happen. And you don’t really notice it as it’s happening.”
Jack is still “learning” about the tune, admitting it is about two characters rather than himself.
He added to Rolling Stone magazine: “I’m still kind of learning about that song.
“The melody was coming straight from my gut. You start putting yourself into this character’s mindset and see what you can make out of it. It’s almost like someone pushed you out on stage on a Broadway show, through the curtains and all of the sudden you are told ‘Your name is this.’ You know?”
Jack has also dropped B-side ‘Respect Commander’ alongside his latest single, but a release date for his new album is not yet known.
The ‘Love Interruption’ hitmaker’s last single from one of his albums came in February 2015 when he dropped ‘That Black Bat Licorice’ from his second record ‘Lazaretto’.

The English heavy metal band – which features Steve Harris, Dave Murray, Adrian Smith, Bruce Dickinson, Nicko McBrain and Janick Gers – have teamed up with the firm to launch Light Brigade ale, proceeds of which will go towards Help For Heroes.
Bruce explained: “We are very proud to have been asked to get involved.
“I have been an instructor on several of British Airways’ flight simulator Flying Heroes days for Help For Heroes veterans, so I know the charity and the work that they do well.”
It has been confirmed that six pence from every pint and five pence from every bottle sold will go towards the charity, which was launched in 2007.
Of the new beverage, Bruce explained: “Light Brigade is our interpretation of a golden ale that maintains the elements of strength and character that are the essence of Trooper but at a more sessionable level. In fact, the two beers complement each other very well.”
Iron Maiden’s decision to lend their support to Help For Heroes has been welcomed by Beth Miles, the Director of Marketing and Fundraising at the charity.
She said: “We are thrilled that Bruce Dickinson has developed a new beer for us under the Trooper brand with Robinsons.
“We are sure that Light Brigade will have a very popular appeal and raise significant funds, enabling Help For Heroes to empower more Veterans to reach their potential and regain their purpose.
“This is the beginning of a partnership which we hope will see Trooper fans and Robinsons customers join The Force for Good campaign to support the thousands whose lives have been affected by their service.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Ed Sheeran, Rihanna, DJ Khaled, Bruno Mars, and Luis Fonsi will battle it out to win Song of the Year at the 2018 iHeartRadio Music Awards.
The popular artists each have a total of five nominations between them, including the chance to win the biggest accolade of the night for their respective songs; ‘Shape of You’, ‘Wild Thoughts’, ‘That’s What I Like’ and ‘Despacito’.
British star Ed, 26, is also up for Male Artist of the Year, Best Lyrics for ‘Perfect’, Best Cover Song for ‘Touch’ by Little Mix and Best Music Video for ‘Shape of You’.
Rihanna and DJ Khaled’s ‘Wild Thoughts’ has the chance of taking home Best Collaboration and Hip Hop Song of the Year.
Rihanna has also been shortlisted for R&B Artist of the Year, whilst Khaled is up for Best Hip-Hop Artist and Best Music Video Socially’ for ‘I’m The One’.
Bruno has nominations for Male Artist of the Year, R&B Artist of the Year, Best Music Video Socially and R&B Song of the Year for ‘That’s What I like’.
Whilst Latin star Luis Fonsi could also sweep the board with nods for Best Collaboration and Best Music Video Socially for ‘Despacito’, plus Latin Artist of the Year.
Meanwhile, all four members of One Direction, Harry Styles, Liam Payne, Louis Tomlinson and Niall Horan, will go head-to-head in the Best Solo Breakout Socially Voted Category, after launching their own careers.
This year, ahead of the ceremony, which will be held at The Forum in Los Angeles on March 11, iHeartRadio will present seven awards in the seven nights leading up to the event, each night from 8pm, with the winners giving their speeches.
