OHMYGOSSIP — Tom DeLonge plans to re-join Blink-182 at some point.
The Angels and Airwaves frontman wants to reunite with his former group – who he co-founded in 1992 – “in the future”, but he has “way too much going on” with his current band at the moment to think about a potential return to the ‘What’s My Age Again?’ hitmakers.
He said: “I get it – trust me, I love Blink and it’s given me everything in my life.
“And, you know, I plan on doing it in the future. But right now there’s just no way – I have way too much going on because Angels and Airwaves is a part of To The Stars, and that’s why it works.”
Tom left the band – who are made up of original members Mark Hoppus and Travis Barker, as well as Matt Skiba – in 2015, and the 43-year-old star admits he had to deal “with a lot of losing my identity and people being angry with me” following his departure.
He added to Kerrang! magazine: “I had to rebuild who I am and what I want to do with my life, and the world didn’t support it, really.
“I understand why, but then over time, they started to understand who I am and why I need to do the things I do.”
Tom’s comments come after he hinted at a potential Blink reunion in December 2017 when he shared a photograph on social media of a meeting he had with Travis.
Captioning the picture, which featured a lot of camera equipment, on Instagram, he wrote: “So Travis calls me and asks me to do an interview…next thing I know all these cameras have invaded my office.
“I have a feeling he just wanted some super hi-res footage of my body.
“And yes Blinkies, we also talked a bit about other stuff. #TravisAndTomHoldingHands (sic)”

OHMYGOSSIP — Biffy Clyro have announced their original soundtrack to the film ‘Balance, Not Symmetry’.
Simon Neil had previously revealed they were working on a film project and now they have shared a teaser clip of the song, which sounds just like Biffy, for the upcoming movie which will make its debut at Edinburgh International Film Festival on June 23.
Alongside the video posted on Twitter, Biffy wrote: “The film “Balance, Not Symmetry” with original soundtrack recording by Biffy Clyro will be screened at the @edfilmfest on 23rd June 2019. More soon!! (sic)”
The ‘Wolves of Winter’ hitmaker previously revealed they had teamed up with director Jamie Adams and were planning to make an album for the film.
He said: “We’re doing one record for a movie which will be filmed once we’ve finished it.
“It’s this really cool kind of collaboration with this Welsh director called Jamie Adams. He’s a fantastic director. He makes some really hilarious movies, but this one will not be funny!”
The ‘Mountains’ hitmakers – whose last studio album was 2016’s ‘Ellipsis’ – revealed in December that they were looking to get back into the recording studio and have a “full-on” year ahead, with plans to release two records after the film project had wrapped.
Simon also said: “We should have two albums out next year.
“A director approached me to make a record and he’s making a movie in response to it.
“So we’ve been collaborating most of the year and he finished the film last week.
“The album should hopefully be out in January and the film in March or April.
“Then we’ll be in the studio making the eighth album with Rich Costey in January or February and the sooner we can get it done the better.
“This is what we do! If you’re in a band you should be making music. It’s going to be a full-on year.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Charli XCX has admitted ‘Blame It On Your Love’ “wasn’t perfect” until Lizzo jumped on the track.
The ‘I Love It’ hitmaker revamped the track from her mixtape ‘Pop 2’, which was known as ‘Track 10’, for their collaboration on her upcoming third studio album and she has confessed that, without the ‘Juice’ hitmaker’s “energy”, the song wouldn’t be what it is.
Speaking to Annie Mac on BBC Radio 1, Charli said: “Until Lizzo was on it, it wasn’t perfect.
“She just pulled it together. I mean, her energy is just so amazing.”
The 26-year-old star also teased that the song is the most “pop” on her follow-up to 2014 LP ‘Sucker’.
She said: “I think this will probably sit on the more pop spectrum of what I’m doing with the record.”
The pair recorded the song in Los Angeles and it was produced by Charli’s long-time collaborators Stargate with additional production by A. G. Cook and Finn Keane.
Charli and Lizzo vowed to “save pop music” with ‘Blame It On Your Love’.
Alongside a snap of the pair enjoying a drink in a swanky bar, with Lizzo holding a sign reading “Bout 2 Save Pop Music”, Charli tweeted: “TEEHEE RT IF U AGREE BLAME IT ON YOUR LOVE FEATURING @LIZZO DROPS TOMORROW ANGELS!! (sic)”
The ‘Boys’ singer also gushed about how lucky she is to work with “so many inspiring and iconic” artists, including the likes of Troye Sivan, Kim Petras, Carly Rae Jepsen and producer A. G.

OHMYGOSSIP — Serge Pizzorno’s solo song ‘Favourites’ is inspired by dating apps.
The Kasabian rocker released the Little Simz-featuring track under his new pseudonym The S.L.P. earlier this week, and he has revealed that he explored the “identity crisis” people face when they present a different personality on sites like Tinder and Bumble and want to “escape” the persona they’ve created when they go on a real-life date.
He explained: “”Favourites” is about identity in the digital age. I was interested in how online dating is a sort of snapshot of this identity crisis. Through the speed and structure of the song, I wanted to capture the feeling of the real you inside your head trying to get out and escape during a first date.
“It’s a dialogue between two people who are coming to terms with their true selves through their digital interaction becoming a physical one.”
The ‘Shoot the Runner’ hitmaker also shared how he knew he wanted to get Simz on the track from the start, as he’s always had a desire to work with a rapper.
He added: ‘I’ve always wanted to make music with hip hop or grime artists.”
The ‘You’re In Love With a Psycho’ hitmaker recently admitted he enjoyed having the “freedom” to have full creative control and said it felt like a great “luxury” being given a “little window” to experiment whilst Kasabian took a break.
He said: “Kasabian organised some time off, and I’ve never afforded myself that luxury – well, none of us have really.
“We’ve never stopped. I found a perfect little window to experiment and see where that took me.
“I just enjoyed that freedom of being able to do whatever.
“I had been writing notes in my phone.
“I was interested in people having these online personas and this perfect projection of themselves; do you know what I mean? This is what we put out there, but in reality none of us are really like that.”
The rocker reassured fans that his solo career won’t got in the way of his band, as he’s also been busy writing songs for their follow-up to 2017’s ‘For Crying Out Loud’.
Serge says penning tracks for The S.L.P. took him out of his “comfort zone” and will mean he can bring a whole new perspective to the ‘Processed Beats’ group when they hit the studio again.
He added: “If something feels good, then you should follow the art.
“Great zones don’t come from comfort zones. This feels great now, and it’s great that I’ve got the time to do it.
“Kasabian is a huge machine that we’ve created. There’s a routine and you’re safe in that place, but you need something else to happen. “Sometimes there needs to be a storm in the harbour.
“You need for everyone to go, ‘Woah, what’s going on?’ When the day breaks, you see the clarity.
“Me having something else to do means that when we come back I’ll be in a whole new headspace that wasn’t possible before.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Bruce Dickinson wouldn’t have rejoined Iron Maiden if they were stuck in the “past”.
The 60-year-old rocker originally joined the legendary heavy metal band in 1981, taking over from Paul Di’Anno, but he quit the group 12 years later to embark on a solo career, before he returned in 1999.
The ‘Run to the Hills’ singer – who was replaced by Blaze Bayley during his time away from the band – has admitted that he had one condition about fronting the band again, that they “restart the whole impetus and direction of the band”, and founding member Steve Harris agreed.
This led to the band recording 2000’s ‘Brave New World’, which Dickinson still thinks to this day is the best “Maiden album ever”.
Speaking to Spain’s RockFM, he said: “Well, all I needed to know was that we were not gonna come back as some sort of a reunion-type thing.
“I didn’t want to go back to the past. This was gonna be about putting a band together that was looking ahead to the future — to do a great new album and to really restart the whole impetus and direction of the band. And Steve [Harris, bassist] said that’s what he wanted to do, and I was, like, ‘Okay. Let’s do it.’
“And, of course, the first album we came out with after that was ‘Brave New World’ — I think one of the best Maiden albums that we’ve ever done.”
Maiden made two album in Dickinson’s absence, 1995’s ‘The X Factor’ and 1998’s ‘Virtual XI’.
As well as music, Dickinson is also a licensed commercial airline pilot and has his own aviation business, whilst the band brought out their own brew of Trooper Beer, which sold over 20 million pints in five years.
Dickinson has even incorporated his passion for planes into the band’s live show, as they opened their UK ‘Legacy Of The Beast Tour’ shows last year by performing with a Spitfire replica on stage.
He said: “We would have made it actual size but we had to cut it down by 10 per cent to fit on some of the festival stages, otherwise it’s an exact replica of arguably the greatest plane design ever, in fact one of the best designed machines ever!”
The ‘Legacy of the Beast Tour’ kicks off again in Florida on July 18.

OHMYGOSSIP — Lewis Capaldi’s parents have started asking him for rent now he’s a pop star.
The ‘Someone You Loved’ hitmaker finds it’s bizarre that people think he’s “loaded” just because he’s had a number one single, and admitted he is very tight with is money and plans to leave home soon because his mum and dad, a nurse and fishmonger respectively, are onto him for pinching their food.
In an interview with The Daily Telegraph newspaper, Lewis said: “They’ve started asking for rent now, so I’m gonna have to leave soon.
“My dad’s been raging: ‘You come home and eat my food that I paid for, then p***** off again!’
“And I’m still due my mum 50 pound [sic] for jeans she bought me while I was away.
“I’m very hard to get money out of.
“I will move out soon. But for now, I’m always on tour, so there’s no point.”
The 22-year-old Scottish star couldn’t believe it when he read an article which claimed his net worth is £10 million, and joked that he hopes the taxman didn’t see.
He said: “People automatically think I’m loaded!
“Four months ago, you did not know who I was! That’s not how it works.
I read on the internet the other day that my net worth was £10 million! Which was total nonsense. I’m thinking: ‘If the taxman reads that, I’ve had it.'”
The ‘Grace’ singer added that he still very much lives “within [his] means”.
He continued: “It is weird that people automatically think I’m a tycoon, as if you have a hit and overnight there’s a wodge of money in your bank account.
“And obviously in music now, you don’t make as much as you used to anyway. It might have been that way once, but for me, I’m still living within my means.”

OHMYGOSSIP — The Rolling Stones will hit the road for their re-scheduled North American tour this summer.
The iconic rock band have announced plans for the ‘No Filter’ tour after postponing the shows earlier this year after frontman Sir Mick Jagger had to have heart valve replacement surgery last month.
The 75-year-old singer delighted fans this week when he shared a video of himself dancing after recovering from his operation, and now the group – completed by Keith Richards, Charlie Watts and Ronnie Wood – is ready to head out at play live.
The run of 17 huge shows – which was originally scheduled for April – will kick off with two nights in Chicago on June 21 and June 25, before onto Ontario, Canada and rolling on through with dates in Washington DC, Foxboro, East Rutherford, Philadelphia, Houston and Jacksonville.
The Stones have added a new show in New Orleans, and will the continue to Denver, Seattle, Santa Clara, Pasadena and Glendale before rounding up in Miami on August 31.
Promoters Concerts West/AEG are “very pleased” to announce the rescheduled dates, and they have thanked ticketholders for their patience.
Mick’s representative previously confirmed he was “expected to make a full recovery” following his surgery.
A statement read: “Mick Jagger has successfully undergone treatment. He is doing very well and is expected to make a full recovery.”
Sources had said that Mick will need to rest for four to five days to allow the artery to heal without bleeding issues, following the transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) procedure.
The operation was said to be minimally invasive, and medics repaired the heart value using a catheter to access a major artery – enabling him to avoid major surgery.

OHMYGOSSIP — Madonna has confirmed the dates for her ‘Madame X’ residency at The London Palladium.
The Queen of Pop will kick off her intimate shows at the iconic venue in the British capital on January 26, 2020, and also play on January 27, January 29, January 20 and February 1 and February 2.
The London concerts will follow the previously announced US leg, which begins with 12 shows at New York’s BAM Howard Gilman Opera House, commencing on September 12, 2019.
The tour then moves to the Chicago Theatre, in Chicago, on October 15 for four nights, before the ‘Vogue’ hitmaker hits up The Wiltern in Los Angeles between November 12 and November 25.
The ‘Medellin’ singer will also play concerts in Las Vegas, Boston, Philadelphia and Miami this year, with the dates to be announced shortly.
Plus there will be performances at the Coliseum in Lisbon, Portugal, and the Grand Rex in Paris, France.
The tour is in support of Madonna’s upcoming album ‘Madame X’, which is largely inspired by her time living in Lisbon, and is released on June 14.
The 60-year-old superstar announced the shows recently in a short sketch uploaded to YouTube, which featured herself and DJ-and-producer Diplo.
In the video – entitled ‘Madonna – A Madame X Tour Announcement’ – she told the ‘Electricity’ hitmaker: “I’m going on a theatre tour. Have you experienced the magic of a theatre? The intimacy of a theatre? I want to have an intimate experience with my fans.”
Whilst Diplo thought the idea was “terrible”, Madonna insisted the small shows would make for a great atmosphere.
She added: “Look at us, like me and you, together and like … talking. We’re just gonna vibe with each other. We’re gonna get close.”
And then speaking directly to the camera, the ‘Hung Up’ hitmaker closed the clip by saying: “Madame X is going on tour. A theatre tour.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Duff McKagan says it’s all “very positive” in Guns N’ Roses “camp”.
The iconic ‘November Rain’ group’s original bassist reunited with his bandmates Axl Rose and Slash for the first time since the ‘Use Your Illusion Tour’ in 1993 for the ‘Not In This Lifetime Tour’ in 2016, which extended into December 2018.
With talk of a new album from the classic line-up rife, Duff remained tight-lipped but insisted relations between the band are the best they’ve ever been and plan to stay that way.
When asked if the ‘Welcome to the Jungle’ hitmakers are working on a new record, Duff told Gregg Stone of Northern Colorado radio station 92.9 The Bear: “I will tell you this: Things are very positive in our camp and they started that way and they remain so, if not more.
“But in classic Guns N’ Roses fashion, I will tell you nothing.”
And on whether original rhythm guitarist Izzy Stradlin – who quit at the height of their fame in 1991 – would ever return, he said: “That is something that we tried to make happen at the beginning. It just didn’t work out.”
Frontman Axl had been at loggerheads with Duff and guitarist Slash for years and went on to make 2008’s ‘Chinese Democracy’ with other musicians.
Duff, 55, has also admitted that whilst other aspects of his life were going swimmingly, he always wanted to get on top of the noise surrounding Guns N’ Roses.
The rocker – who has 21-year-old Grace and 19-year-old Mae with model wife Susan Holmes – told the Daily Star newspaper: “My life has been excellent.
“I have watched my wife have our kids, tried to be a great father and furthered my music career but Guns N’ Roses was the thing that needed to be addressed.”
Meanwhile, the latest album update came from Slash who recently teased that they will enter the studio in “the fall”.
He said he’s planning on putting aside some time to solely to work on the original line-up’s first record since 1993’s ‘The Spaghetti Incident?’.
Asked where they are at in regards to a new LP, Slash replied: “I wouldn’t say we’ve really sat down and had those sessions yet.”
The 53-year-old rock legend, who is also touring and planning to pen new material for his other band, Slash featuring Myles Kennedy and The Conspirators, continued: “The Conspirators are finishing up in mid-August and then Guns is going out in late September/October, so in the fall.
“But at the same time, we’re focused on working towards this new record that everybody’s been asking about. So start focusing on that in earnest. And that’s it.
“I’m not thinking about anything else while that is going on. That’s really the main focus.
“By the time the Conspirators tour is done, I will have written enough material for the next Conspirators record that whenever that break comes up with Guns N’ Roses we can go on to do that.
“We’ll just juggle all this stuff, schedules permitting.”
The ‘Sweet Child O’ Mine’ hitmaker admitted that he is clueless when it comes to what the record will sound like.
He confessed: “I have no f***ing idea. I really couldn’t tell you. It’s like anything else – you don’t know what it is until it’s done.”
Guns N’ Roses also currently features Richard Fortus, Dizzy Reed and drummer Frank Ferrer.

OHMYGOSSIP — Robbie Williams’ biggest hit ‘Angels’ is about him communicating with spirits as a child.
The 45-year-old pop star has previously opened up about his own experiences with extra terrestrials and went on to feature in the documentary ‘Hunt For The Skinwalker’ about one of the most famous paranormal spots in the world last year.
Now the former Take That member has revealed the origin of his 1997 song from his debut solo LP ‘Life thru a Lens’, which is about his encounters with “dead people” as a youngster.
He told The Sun Online: “When I was a kid I used to talk to dead people.
“I freaked my father out when I was three, four and five and they were people that had passed on.
“I had lucid dreams. There’s been UFOs, one close enough I could throw a tennis ball.
“I used to call them ghosts but I don’t anymore as I don’t know what they are.”
The ‘I Love My Life’ hitmaker – who has six-year-old Teddy, Charlie, four, and eight-month-old Coco with his wife Ayda Field – has encountered many unexplained experiences over the years that have “influenced” his life, and admitted he doesn’t think he would be where he is without his “belief or semi-belief” in the otherworldly.
He added: “I’ve seen things that I can’t explain that have influenced my life and the path that I’m constantly on.
“The phenomena has been constant so there hasn’t been a moment of my life when I haven’t been aware of the presence of something unseen.
“The very first song I wrote was ‘Angels’ and it’s about actual Angels.
“People think it’s about my mum or think it’s about somebody I loved but it’s actually about angels.
“That’s been my biggest hit by far.
“If it wasn’t for my belief or semi belief or trying to understand what it is I see and feel every now and again I wouldn’t be where I am.”
Robbie also penned the 2009 track ‘Arizona’ from ‘Reality Killed the Video Star’ about his UFO sighting in the San Fernando Valley.
He said: “I’m in my old house and we started to write this song called ‘Arizona’ which is about alien abduction and while we were in the process of producing I look up and there was a golden globe in the sky.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Lianne La Havas and Corinne Bailey Rae have been added as special guests for Stevie Wonder’s British Summer Time Hyde Park show.
The ‘Superstition’ hitmaker – who last played the London summer festival series three years ago – will bring his ‘The Stevie Wonder Song Party: A Celebration of Life, Love & Music’ concert to London for the first time on July 6.
As well as being joined by long-time friend and peer Lionel Richie, Stevie will be in the company of the acclaimed soulful jazz singer – who featured on late music icon Prince’s album ‘Art Official Age’ in 2014 – and the ‘Put Your Records On’ hitmaker, who will both grace the Great Oak Stage to warm up the festival crowd for the ‘Isn’t She Lovely’ singer’s epic performance.
Speaking about ‘Song Party’ – which celebrates his storied career, spanning almost six decades – Stevie said: “We’re living in a time where there’s so much is going on in the world.
“But the one thing that we know for sure that we can celebrate is life, love and music.
“I’m very thankful that you all have been so wonderful to me, giving me your life and allowing me to share my music with you since I was 11 years old, which was just a little ago. So, we’re just going to play and have fun.”
The 69-year-old music icon’s reunion with Lionel will come after Stevie paid tribute to his close friend by performing a cover of his 1977 hit with the Commodores ‘Easy’ at the ‘Hello’ hitmaker’s Kennedy Center Honours ceremony in December 2017.
Lionel said at the time: “I got into the business because I wanted to be like Stevie Wonder, so for all of a sudden for Stevie to be singing my song, it was surreal.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Melanie C is set to head on a ‘WorldPride’ tour.
The Spice Girl – who is also known as Mel C, or Sporty Spice – will show love and support for her LGBTQ fans this summer with a special tour alongside London queer collective Sink the Pink, which Melanie says is a “dream come true”.
In a statement, she said: “This is a bit of a dream come true for me. I’m going on tour with Sink the Pink, the most inclusive, fun and fabulous club night in London and we’re taking their best drag queens round the world, for a truly special show. I can’t wait!”
Melanie and Sink the Pink will play at various Pride events in countries including the UK, Brazil, Amsterdam, and Germany, and the shows promise to include “all the hits, a sequinned cat suit (with Adidas, of course), and four extra Spices in drag,” according to a statement.
Glyn Fussell, a presenter on BBC’s ‘Drag Queen’s Den’ and a co-founder of Sink the Pink, said: “It’s not every day a bunch of drag queens get to step out and tour the world with a Spice Girl. This tour shows how committed Melanie is to her LGBTQ fans and we are frankly sh***ing sequins we are so excited.”
As part of the tour, Melanie will perform at this year’s New York City Pride festival and its closing ceremonies, which will mark her first ever performance at a North American Pride event.
The ‘Wannabe’ hitmaker will then go on to play at Pride festivals in the likes of Madrid, Cologne, Bristol, Hull, Berlin, Stockholm, Brighton, and Margate.
The special tour will come on the heels of Melanie’s reunion tour with the Spice Girls – also comprised of Mel B, Geri Horner, and Emma Bunton, as well as Victoria Beckham, who isn’t rejoining the group – which kicks off later this month.

The ‘Boom Clap’ hitmaker took to Instagram to share her excitement about the as-yet-untitled collaboration and joked that her fans should “prep [her] grave” because she’s so happy to have landed the dream gig.
Alongside a Polaroid-style picture with the sassy ‘Juice’ hitmaker, Charli teased: “IMAGINE IF I MADE A SONG WITH @LIZZOBEEATING AKA THE QUEEN OF EVERYTHING – WOULD U DIE??? I WOULD DIEEEEEEEE!!! PREP MY GRAVE ASAP WE GOT A BOP COMING THIS WEEK. SPAM ME WITH LOVEEEEE ANGELS!!!! (sic)”

Meanwhile, the British pop star recently apologised to fans for the wait for new music – but promised the new material is her “best yet”.
The ‘Boys’ hitmaker logged onto to Twitter to share an update on her long-awaited new tunes and teased that they will be a continuation of her popular mixtape ‘Pop 2’ and “even more Charli” with “no compromises”.
She wrote: “just so you know angels – i am working on new music and things are coming this year. i know i’m slow sometimes but i want things perfect. this new era will be all things Charli. kind of a continuation of pop 2 but also more Charli than ever before. no compromises, my best yet. (sic)”
At the beginning of the year, the 26-year-old pop star vowed to release a new album this year.
The ‘5 in the Morning’ singer had initially told fans last year that she would make her first record since 2014’s ‘Sucker’ if ‘1999’ went into the top 10.
And she later told her loyal following it’s “about time” she releases her next the full-length effort.
Sharing her New Year’s Resolutions written on an iPhone Note, which read: “New Years Resolutions:
“1. Make an album
“2. Release it (sic)”, she captioned the Twitter post: “about time, right?? (sic)”
Charli was blown away by how well 2018’s ‘1999’, which features Troye Sivan, performed in the charts – it peaked at number 13 in UK – and had said she planned on rewarding her fans, known as her Angels, by dropping her first studio album in five years, if the track shifted two places up.
Sharing a link to download the track, Charli tweeted in December: “UMMM ANGELS WTF?! IF THIS GOES TOP 10 I’LL MAKE ANOTHER ALBUM AND DROP IT NEXT YEAR. https://ad.gt/1999 (sic)”

OHMYGOSSIP — Kasabian’s Serge Pizzorno has teased the first single from his new solo project The S.L.P. which features rapper Little Simz.
The ‘You’re In Love With a Psycho’ guitarist – whose full name is Serge Lorenzo Pizzorno – launched a new Instagram page for The S.L.P., which is the musician’s initials, on Monday (13.05.19), and also shared the shimmering artwork for his debut single ‘Favourites’ with 25-year-old Londoner Simz.
The cover, which was shot by Argentinian artist Aitor Throup – who made the sleeve for the rock band’s last LP, 2017’s ‘For Crying Out Loud’ – is a close up of Serge’s face covered in rainbow glitter and he revealed the new song will arrive at 8pm on Tuesday (14.05.19).
The ‘Processed Beats’ hitmaker captioned the image: “Favourites ft. @littlesimz. 8pm tomorrow. @aitor_throup_studio (sic)”
Serge also posted a black and white teaser clip of what fans can expect from the percussion-heavy track.
In the video, the rocker can be seen running down a country lane.
Meanwhile, there has been no recent update on when fans can expect the next Kasabian record.
Serge – who is joined by Tom Meighan, Chris Edwards and Ian Matthews in the group – said last year that he was “enjoying” having the chance to just “listen” to new music and admitted he was being inspired by anything from “thrash metal” to “1920s banjo” music.
He said: “I’m just collecting and enjoying not having any plans at the moment,. Just listening. Just seeing what’s out in the world. Sometimes it’s nice just to listen and not say anything.
“The world at the moment is a pretty slippery character, and everything is moving at a pace that’s never been seen before. I’m just enjoying getting back into listening to music.
“Back in the day I would dig for beats, now I sort of dig for hooks and ideas.
“I’ll flick through streams and think: ‘I like that 10 seconds’ and record it, and accumulate them, so now I have this library of things.
“It kind of explains the world at the moment, because it can go from 10 seconds of thrash metal to two minutes of a 1920s track with a banjo.
“I don’t really know what I’m collecting, but there’s always something in there that triggers the next move.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Florence + The Machine and The National have added more support acts to the line-up for their British Summer Time Hyde Park concert.
The latest artists confirmed to join the ‘Hunger’ hitmaker and the Matt Berninger-fronted rock band at the London park on July 13 are; LA punk rockers Cherry Glazerr, Self Esteem (Rebecca Taylor, formerly of Slow Club), Gorillaz collaborator Roses Gabor, neo-soul stars Connie Constance and Mathilda Homer and daring artist CC Honeymoon (Asher Preston).
‘Late Night Feelings’ hitmaker Lykke Li, Blood Orange, Khruangbi and Nadine Shah are also among the acts set to warm up the festival crowd.

Barclaycard presents British Summer Time Hyde Park will also see performances from the biggest names in the music industry, including Stevie Wonder, Lionel Richie, Barbra Streisand, Celine Dion, Bob Dylan, Neil Young and Robbie Williams, this summer.
Last year featured headline performances from the likes of Roger Waters, Bruno Mars, Michael Buble, The Cure, Eric Clapton and Paul Simon, who played his last ever UK concert.

OHMYGOSSIP — OneRepublic will release new single ‘Rescue Me’ on Friday (17.05.19).
Ryan Tedder and co served up a graphic teaser for their first new music since their Galantis feature on ‘Bones’ earlier this year, which features eery music and sees a boy stood in front of a giant waterfall.
The clip posted on their Twitter page was simply captioned: “Rescue Me 5.17.19.”
Prior to the collaboration with the Swedish electronic dance duo, the group released the 2018 tracks ‘Connection’ and ‘Start Again’ featuring Logic.
The former track was accompanied with a moving promo directed by Joel Pront and choreographed by Matthew Peacock, which was shot at The Oculus, which is New York City’s newest addition to the 9/11 memorial and gave the release a profound feeling.
Focused on the differences between the digital world and reality, the clip starts in black and white before later bursting into full colour as they perform in the middle of the building.
In the chorus of the anthemic track – which also featured in Jeep’s annual Summer of Jeep campaign – Tedder sings: “Can I get a connection? Can I get, can I get a connection?”
The band had fans take part in the shoot as extras for the live performance.
Meanwhile, Ryan admitted last year that the ‘Stop and Stare’ hitmakers – who released their last album ‘On My Way’ in 2016 – had “hit a wall” after a decade on the road.
The 39-year-old musician said the ‘Counting Stars’ group had burned themselves out and became “victims of our own ambition” by pushing themselves too hard, and that’s why they decided to take a three-month hiatus in 2017.
Speaking in 2018, he shared: “We reached our 10-year anniversary last January, and we celebrated by taking three months off!
“We went in too hard with too many things and we eventually become victims of our own ambition.
“In a decade, I don’t think any one of us has patted ourselves on the back.
“We operate under the assumption that it could all be gone tomorrow, that the very next song you put out could be a complete disaster.
“I think for a lot of artists it takes hitting the wall before you realise where the wall is.
“You’re running in the dark and then it hits you.
“Now that I know where that wall is, I believe and pray that I’ll never hit it again.”
