Cardi B’s Indiana concert pulled due to ‘security threat’

OHMYGOSSIP — Cardi B was forced to axe her Indiana concert moments before she was due on stage, due to a “security threat” made against her.
The ‘Bodak Yellow’ hitmaker had been in rehearsals and was getting ready at the Bankers Life Fieldhouse arena on Tuesday night (30.07.19), when the “unverified threat” was made and it’s currently being investigated by the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, who reassured gig-goers that there was “no immediate threat to public safety”.
The IMPD tweeted: “This evening, there was a scheduled concert at Bankers Life.
“We were notified of an unverified threat to the artist and the artist canceled this evening’s concert – there is no immediate threat to public safety, this not an active incident. Ongoing investigation.”
Cardi was devastated to cancel the show but said her “safety” and her fans’ “must come first”.
She wrote on her profile on the micro-blogging site: “Dear Indiana people I’m so sorry for today .I will like to let you know I was at the venue I was even rehearsing a new move I been excited to do on my show. Haim reveal what inspired new track Summer Girl

OHMYGOSSIP — Haim’s new song ‘Summer Girl’ was inspired by a cancer diagnosis.
Danielle Haim has opened up about what the song means to her, as she revealed her partner was diagnosed with the disease a couple of years ago but is now thankfully all in the clear.
Writing on social media, she shared: “summer girl is out … I wrote it around the time my partner was diagnosed with cancer a couple years ago… (he’s in the clear now!) we were touring on and off at this time and every time we were on the phone with each other or when I would come home in between shows, I wanted to be this light that shined on him when he was feeling very dark. I wanted to be his hope when he was feeling hopeless. so I kept singing these lines – I’m your sunny girl/I’m your fuzzy girl/I’m your summer girl – over the bass line. summer girl stuck. (sic)”
And it “all clicked” when a friend came up with a saxophone solo for it.
She added in a lengthy post: “fast forward to a couple months ago – I remembered this demo and pulled it up from my phone. we were kinda joking about how the doot doot doot part reminded us of [Lou Reed song] walk on the wild side… it’s very inspired by Lou and we kept it that way. I brought it back to my partner Ariel – where the inspiration first started – and he put some finishing touches on it and here we are! (sic)”

Paul McCartney can’t remember how to play every Beatles song

OHMYGOSSIP — Sir Paul McCartney has admitted he doesn’t remember how to play all of The Beatles’ songs.
The 77-year-old music legend puts a lot of time into re-learning their back catalog, because there is so much material he’s penned over over the years that he’s forgotten some of the notes.
McCartney is quoted by the Daily Mirror newspaper as saying: “I have to re-learn everything.
“I’ve written an awful lot, you can’t retain them all. “We go in rehearsal and I’m, ‘Oh yeah, that’s how it goes.'”
The ‘Let it Be’ hitmaker even surprises himself at how “clever” he was with their songs.
Asked if he thinks their music is “pretty good”, he replied: “I do, I really do.
“Some of the old songs you say, ‘Oh, that’s clever, I wouldn’t have done that.’
“It’s exciting to think that still works.
“We were a little rock and roll group from Liverpool, it just kept going.”
Despite forgetting the odd notes and chords, McCartney isn’t going to retire anytime soon.
The ‘FourFiveSeconds’ hitmaker is currently writing a children’s book, which is being published in September, and is working on a stage version of the musical ‘It’s A Wonderful Life’.
And he will “hopefully” be working on another record.
He said: “Writing music is still a thrill – out of nowhere you produce a rabbit. If you get one you like it’s a great feeling.”
The music legend has no plans to follow in the footsteps of Sir Elton John by quitting touring the world, as getting on stage each night still brings him so much joy.
However, the ‘Come On To Me’ hitmaker previously admitted he did contemplate calling it a day in 2007, when he was 65.
That year, Macca completed just a mini six-date tour of intimate shows in the US and Europe to promote the release of the ‘Memory Almost Full’ album.
Asked if the thought has ever crossed his mind, he said: “Inevitably you do, I mean, I had those thoughts at 65.
“Which is a while ago. ‘Cos 65 is the retirement age. In my world, in the working class.”
When reminded that it has been pushed back to 66 now, he added: “Oh they moved it? Hey, they can move it as far as they like, I don’t mind.
‘Cos my work is play. Seems to be working OK.”
The ‘Hey Jude’ hitmaker released his 17th solo album, ‘Egypt Station’, in September – his first album in five years, following 2013’s ‘New’ – and he wrapped his ‘Freshen Up’ world tour earlier this month.

Machine Gun Kelly wants Eminem collaboration

OHMYGOSSIP — Machine Gun Kelly has suggested he should collaborate with bitter rival Eminem.
The rappers have been locked in a feud ever since the latter star hit out at the ‘Bad Things’ hitmaker on the track ‘Not Alike’ on his surprise LP ‘Kamikaze’ last year.
Kelly released a response in the form of ‘Rap Devil’, which features the line, “Mad about somethin’ I said in 2012/Took you six years and a surprise album just to come with a diss/Homie we get it, we know that you’re the greatest rapper alive”, and it was later revealed the the diss tracks were produced by the same person, studio wizard Ronny J – whose credits include rappers Lil Pump and the late XXXTentacion.
Now appearing on Complex’s ‘Everyday Struggle’, Kelly said: “Put us on a track, see who comes harder.”
The ‘The Dirt’ star took the spat to another level when he poked fun at Eminem’s age during his Orlando gig in September.
MGK – whose real name is Richard Colson Baker – kicked off his set by shouting, “F**k Marshall Mathers,” before he added: “The real Slim Shady can’t stand up.”
Eminem admitted he first dissed MGK because he accused him of hindering his career.
The ‘River’ rapper explained that he released ‘Not Alike’, which includes the line: “Now you wanna come and f**k with me, huh? / This little c**k-sucker, he must be feeling himself”, after his rival rapped about banning him from his radio station ‘Shade 45’.
However, he insisted that he’s not interested in wrecking MGK’s because there are “better” rappers out there and his name doesn’t even pop up in the list.
Eminem said: “The reason that I dissed him is because he got on – first he said, ‘I’m the greatest rapper alive since my favourite rapper banned me from ‘Shade 45,’ or whatever he said, right? Like I’m trying to hinder his career. I don’t give a f**k about your career. You think I actually f***in’ think about you? You know how many f***in’ rappers that are better than you? You’re not even in the f***in’ conversation.”
The ‘Without You’ hitmaker previously admitted his beef with Kelly isn’t about him calling his daughter Hailie “hot as f**k” in 2012.
He teased that his problem with the young star is “a lot more petty” than anything he’s ever said about the 23-year-old beauty on Twitter, after he hit back with ‘Not Alike’.

Brian Wilson set to return to road after mental health struggle

OHMYGOSSIP — Brian Wilson is returning to the road after struggling with his mental health.
The Beach Boys legend was due to head out on the ‘Pet Sounds’ and ‘Greatest Hits Live’ tours in June, but he postponed the dates because he needed to take some time off to work on his issues.
However, he has now confirmed that he is feeling “much better” and will begin the rescheduled shows on August 7 in New York.
In a post on Facebook, he said: “Thank you to everyone for your cards and best wishes.
“Your concern and love just blows me away.
“I’m feeling much better and I look forward to seeing you when we start up our tour on August 7!”
The ‘Good Vibrations’ hitmaker had penned an emotional letter to fans and admitted he had been “struggling with stuff in my head and saying things I don’t mean”.
He wrote: “I had every intention to do these shows and was excited to get back to performing. I’ve been in the studio recording and rehearsing with my band and have been feeling better. But then it crept back and I’ve been struggling with stuff in my head and saying things I don’t mean and I don’t know why. Its something I’ve never dealt with before and we can’t quite figure it out just yet.”
Brian has been open with his battle with mental illness for “many decades”, and said that although he’s still able to live a “wonderful, healthy life”, it wasn’t “good for [him] to be on the road” at the time.
He added: “It is no secret that I have been living with mental illness for many decades,” he wrote. “There were times when it was unbearable but with doctors and medications I have been able to live a wonderful, healthy and productive life with support from my family, friends and fans who have helped me through this journey.”
The 77-year-old musician previously postponed his tour last year to have surgery on his back, and said in his recent update that while he feels physically stronger than ever, he’s been left “mentally insecure”.
Writing on his website, he explained: “As you may know in the last year or so I’ve had 3 surgeries on my back. The surgeries were successful and i’m physically stronger than i’ve been in a long time.
“However, after my last surgery i started feeling strange and it’s been pretty scary for awhile. I was not feeling like myself. Mentally insecure is how I’d describe it. We’re not sure what is causing it but i do know that it’s not good for me to be on the road right now so I’m heading back to Los Angeles.”

Liam Gallagher changes Shockwave lyrics to mock Noel and Bono

OHMYGOSSIP — Liam Gallagher once again mocked his brother Noel Gallagher’s friendship with U2’s Bono at a recent gig.
The former Oasis frontman changed the lyrics to his recent hit, ‘Shockwave’- the lead single from his upcoming second solo album, ‘Why Me? Why Not.’ – during his performance at Carcassonne Festival in France earlier this week to make a dig at the pair.
Instead of singing: “Backstabbed all your friends/And yes it’s all about who you know”, Liam could be heard in a video of the set posted on social media, belting out: “Backstabbed all your friends and yes it’s all about you and Bono.”
The ‘Wall of Glass’ hitmaker previously mocked Noel for supporting Bono and co and claimed that he once labelled the Irish rockers “corporate muck”.
The 56-year-old musician supported the ‘Beautiful Day’ group for two nights at Twickenham Stadium with his High Flying Birds when the ‘With or Without You’ hitmakers brought their 30th anniversary tour of ‘The Joshua Tree Tour’ to London in 2017.
Noel joined U2 for a performance of Oasis classic ‘Don’t Look Back In Anger.
However, his support of U2 irritated his younger sibling ever since it was announced and Liam took to Twitter again to slam his estranged family member and former bandmate.
Referencing a lyric from ‘Champagne Supernova’, the 45-year-old rocker tweeted: “Corporate muck rkid yousde to call U2. funny eh, how many special people change, as you were LG x (sic)”
When asked by a fan on Twitter if he would be heading to Twickenham to watch them in action, Liam launched into one of his trademark tirades.
The fan tweeted: “Are you going to see U2 at the weekend? If you are, catch the support act, I’m hearing good things about them.”
To which Liam replied: “I’d rather eat my own s**t than than listen to them bunch of beige f***s as you were.”
The ‘River’ singer then described U2’s brand of music as “toff rock”.
Feeling pleased with his online put downs, Liam tweeted: “It’s good to be back never went away you clowns just got the tools now to shine a light on you FAKES (sic)”
Ending his angry tweet spree, he posted: “Not scared of bingo and his naff band you can’t bull shit a bullshitter ain’t that the edge … Beware of bongos farts ha ha (sic)”
Liam also accused his sibling – whom he has barely spoken to since Noel quit Oasis in 2009 – of “brown nosing” Bono, The Edge, Adam Clayton and Larry Mullen Jr. to get the gig.
He wrote: “I see all that brown nosing is finally starting to pay off NO SHAME LG x (sic)”

Blink-182 EP to feature Pharrell Williams and Lil Uzi Vert

OHMYGOSSIP — Blink-182’s new EP will feature Pharrell Williams and Lil Uzi Vert.
The chart-topping band – which features Mark Hoppus, Travis Barker, and Matt Skiba – will release their album ‘Nine’ in September but they are also planning an EP next year.
Mark told Alt105.7: “That is the plan – we have a lot of stuff that we didn’t put on the record that we kind of set aside for an EP after the album comes out.
“It’s some collaborations – we did a track with Pharrell and Lil Uzi Vert, and we have some other stuff in the works as well that we’re planning on putting out.”
The band have not released an album since ‘California’ in 2016, but Mark insists their new music will be much more frequent.
He said: “The whole idea with Blink now is to keep writing, keep recording, keep putting out music – I think that it’s really exciting to live in this age where you can kind of record and release music very easily.”
Travis previously insisted that their new record will have the same “vibe” as their 2003 self-titled debut, in that “anything goes”.
He said: “It’s kind of anything goes.
“It’s the same vibe that was going on when we did [2003 eponymous album] self-titled.
“Literally, anything goes.
“I think we’re creating one of the most important Blink albums. I’m really proud of it.”

Lewis Capaldi wants Dolly Parton collaboration

OHMYGOSSIP — Lewis Capaldi wants to collaborate with Shawn Mendes and Dolly Parton.
The 22-year-old singer/songwriter admitted he would be open to working with Shawn because the ‘If I Can’t Have You’ hitmaker is so successful but Dolly, 73, is his dream duet partner.
Speaking to Jason King and Kelly Brook on Heart Breakfast, he said: “Of course I’d work with Shawn. Not only because he makes hits and I would love the money. I’d love to sing a song with Dolly Parton.
“Yeah I’d love to do a sing with Dolly Parton. And plus like Lil Nas had Billy Ray Cyrus and I could do Dolly Parton.”
Lewis also explained that Shawn, 20, started following him on Instagram after Lewis revealed he carries a shirtless picture of Shawn in his wallet.
He said: “Shawn Mendes followed me on Instagram yesterday. Was it yesterday or the day before? Basically I did as thing, it was like a ‘what’s in my bag’ sort of thing on YouTube. And one of the things that I pulled out was my wallet and I said ‘I can’t go anywhere without my wallet’ and I pulled out my wallet – a big picture of Shawn Mendes in his pants. And I was like ‘I can’t go anywhere without this’. And when I pull it out I go ‘I wanna follow where she goes’. And yeah, then they asked me ‘have you ever met Shawn?’ and I say ‘no and I don’t think I will after me doing this’. But no he followed me and he reposted it and was laughing away!”
Tune in to Heart Breakfast weekdays from 06:30 – 10:00.

Woodstock 50 has been cancelled

OHMYGOSSIP — Woodstock 50 has officially been cancelled.
The event was supposed to take place in August to honour the 50th anniversary of the original Woodstock festival, but on Wednesday (31.07.19) Variety magazine confirmed the festival has officially been cancelled, just weeks before it was due to begin.
Variety cited multiple sources, and said that stakeholders and vendors were notified by organisers on Wednesday that the festival would no longer be taking place.
The news comes after funding agency Dentsu Aegis Network claimed in April that the event – which was originally due to see the likes of Miley Cyrus, Jay-Z, Chance the Rapper, and The Killers take to the stage – would be cancelled.
In a statement, the agency said: “It’s a dream for agencies to work with iconic brands and to be associated with meaningful movements. We have a strong history of producing experiences that bring people together around common interests and causes which is why we chose to be a part of the Woodstock 50th Anniversary Festival. But despite our tremendous investment of time, effort and commitment, we don’t believe the production of the festival can be executed as an event worthy of the Woodstock Brand name while also ensuring the health and safety of the artists, partners and attendees. As a result and after careful consideration, Dentsu Aegis Network’s Amplifi Live, a partner of Woodstock 50, has decided to cancel the festival. As difficult as it is, we believe this is the most prudent decision for all parties involved.”
However, at the time, festival organisers disputed those claims.
In a separate statement, the organisers said: “Woodstock 50 vehemently denies the festival’s cancellation and legal remedy will (be) sought.”
The cancellation follows the news that Miley Cyrus, The Raconteurs, The Lumineers, Santana, and Pussy Riot all pulled out of the event recently.
Jay-Z, The Black Keys, Dead & Company, and John Fogerty of Creedence Clearwater Revival also cancelled their appearances at earlier stages.

Corey Taylor: Slipknot scavenged for food during first tour

OHMYGOSSIP — Corey Taylor says Slipknot used to go “scavenging for food” when they first started touring.
The heavy metal band’s frontman recalls the ‘Wait and Bleed’ hitmakers’ first-ever run in 1999, when they played Ozzfest, and admitted they lived off “cans of tuna fish” and fish-shaped cheese crackers.
He said: “I can remember waking up every morning and scavenging for food.
“We lived off of cans of tuna fish and a giant bag of goldfish crackers that someone had just left in our bus.
“I mean, it was the size of a pillow – so we lived off of that for about a month.”
Corey insists the group “didn’t care” about the tiredness and full-on schedule that goes with touring, because they were so focused on making it big in the industry.
He said: “We didn’t care about being tired. We didn’t care about the travel, we didn’t care about anything other than doing it.
“We had waited our whole lives for this shot and when the opportunity came, we knew that it didn’t stop with that. We had to earn it all, and that’s still the way it is to this day.”
And Corey insists Slipknot’s attitude to touring is no different today, which makes him feel “proud”.
Speaking on Full Metal Jackie’s radio show, he added: “The work ethic, basically is still there. None of us are as young as we used to be.
“That work ethic will always be the same, as long as this band is this band. That’s something I’m very proud of.”
Slipknot will drop their sixth studio album, ‘We Are Not Your Kind’, on August 9th, and Corey recently admitted it contains some of the “darkest writing” he has done in years.
He said: “It’s very dark. It’s some of the darkest writing I’ve done in years.
“In the Slipknot index, this album would sit somewhere between [2001 second album] ‘Iowa’ and [2004 third album] ‘Vol. 3: (The Subliminal Verses)’.
“Lyrically, it has the force of ‘Iowa’, but musically it has the heaviness but the experimentation as well.
“It was very important for us to go somewhere crazy and make something insane.”

Iggy Azalea slams streaming

OHMYGOSSIP — Iggy Azalea blames streaming for her album flop.
The ‘Fancy’ hitmaker admitted she was feeling “defeated” after her LP ‘In My Defense’ failed to do well in the US charts, debuting at #50.
She wrote on Twitter: “I think sometimes I feel defeated because I look at the chart and see how much streaming impacts it, and think, ‘How can I win when I’m up against THAT?’ But I also feel like: ‘Okay, and?’ There are two options. Quit. Or shut up and just keep fighting. So I’ll keep on fighting! (sic)”
Iggy had previously insisted she “doesn’t give a f**k” if just 42 people buy her new album.
Asked by a fan if she’s excited for the album to be out in the world, she replied on Twitter: “Yes & I just want to say now, I don’t give a f**k if only 42 ppl buy it. All 42 of y’all getting another album next year. I’m not stoppingggg (sic)”
And Iggy feels she is “outspoken” through her music and channelled that through with her latest offering, ‘In My Defense’.
She said: “I thought it was reminiscent of my life because I feel like I’m always defending myself, whether it’s on the internet or the person that everybody thinks they know a lot of information about so this kind of might be the perfect title for my album. I’m always very outspoken; people don’t doubt that about me but I usually like to do all of my speaking on the internet and have a bit of a ramble but I think it’s good to put it all into your music, which is what I did this time around and it has worked quite well.”

Liam Gallagher wants his sons to form band together

OHMYGOSSIP — Liam Gallagher’s sons are planning to start a band together.
Gene, 18, – whose mother is Nicole Appleton – and Lennon, 19, – Liam’s son with Patsy Kensit – are both keen musicians and Liam is hopeful they will come together to form a band like he and his now-estranged brother Noel did with Oasis.
Speaking on the Humans Of XS Manchester podcast, Liam said: “They’re both eyeing each other up…from across the room. Gene has got a little band and Lennon has got a little band, they’re sort of working it out.
“They’re both playing guitar, I’ve not heard them sing yet, so that’ll be a surprise when they open their mouths and let me have it.”
However, Liam admitted that Gene and Lennon have very different musical styles.
He explained: “Lennon’s music is a bit more spaced out, like early Verve, pretty chilled.
“Whereas Gene is more like in your face, Arctic Monkeys style. Go for it I say.”
But he believes that their differences could lead to a great balance.
He said: “Yeah, I definitely see myself in them. Gene has got a chip on his shoulder, Lennon is a bit more chilled, so it’s equally balanced.”
Liam also has daughters Molly Moorish-Gallagher, 21, with Lisa Moorish, and six-year-old Gemma with Liza Ghorbani but says won’t be having any more with his girlfriend Debbie Gwyther.
He said: “Even with [daughter]Molly she’s got a bit of temper on her as well. I think the three of them have turned out all right, man. I think a lot of kids from mad-head parents turn out all right, it’s the parents that are uptight – they are the ones that seem to breed d***heads.
“I’m done, me and Debbie are cool with that. I think we’re sorted on that.”

Ricky Wilson says TV career saved Kaiser Chiefs

OHMYGOSSIP — Ricky Wilson thinks his TV career saved The Kaiser Chiefs.
The 41-year-old musician signed up as a coach on the TV talent show The Voice in 2013 and although he was accused of selling out, Ricky believes it was a healthy thing to do for the sake of his band’s future.
He told BBC.com: “I thoroughly enjoy going on TV and stringing sentences together and sitting on a sofa next to Giles Brandreth.
“There’s a lot of people who don’t like doing that, who think it gets in the way of the music. But if other bands had someone like me in them, they’d do a lot better.”
The band have just released their seventh album ‘Duck’ and Ricky admitted that in the past he has struggled to come up with melodies for their tunes.
He said: “It’s a lot of pressure. There’ve been a few in the past where the band think it’s the best thing they’ve ever done and I’m like, ‘I’ve got nothing’.”
Ricky has been more honest than ever on the latest album, admitting on the track ‘Golden Oldies’ that buying a puppy made him unsure if he will ever become a father.
He said: “The puppy’s now three-and-a-half but I still haven’t got an answer. I’m thinking about children more and more but “I find it quite uncomfortable talking about it, because I just don’t know.
“But then, that’s what the song’s about… And the great thing about being in a band is you can write songs and it might help you answer those questions.”
He also shares his thoughts on ageing in the track ‘The Battle For Seattle’, referencing two of Seattle’s most famous characters.
He explained: “When I was a teenager, I thought I was Kurt Cobain, but then you get old and you see, no, you’re Frasier Crane.
“You are just desperate to settle down. So desperate that it’ll never happen.”

The Offspring had an ‘amazing time’ reuniting with producer Bob Rock

OHMYGOSSIP — The Offspring had an “amazing time” working with long-time producer Bob Rock on their first album in seven years.
Frontman Dexter Holland has teased that the band’s first studio effort since 2012’s ‘Days Go By’ has “a lot fo pretty fast stuff” and surprising tracks on there and gushed about how great it was to reunite with the studio wizard again.
Dexter said: “We’ve had an amazing time in the studio with Bob.
“We have history with him — he knows what works for us and how to get the best out of us.
“Save for a few small things, we’re pretty much wrapped and excited to get these tunes out there. “We have a lot of really fast stuff on there, plus a couple of things that you might not really expect from us.”
And guitarist Noodles added that the new material is much like their old stuff too.
He added: “People keep asking me what it sounds like and I say, it sounds like … us.
“It’s all there — the melody, the powerful drums, bass and guitar. We dig it. You’ll dig it.”
A release date and album title is yet to be revealed by the band.
The ‘Pretty Fly’ hitmakers previously revealed that they were contemplating releasing their latest music on two separate albums as there’s a wide array of songs on the latest record, some of which are more “left field” than the group’s usual sound.
Noodles said: “I think there’s a record’s worth in there, but we’re thinking that maybe the songs are just a little too different. We know there’s a song or two on every record that comes out of left field for us, but it’s more than just a couple this time.
“Right now, we’re entertaining the idea of doing two records – one where we can put all of these, and another of straight-up Offspring songs.”

Shawn Mendes ‘can’t believe’ Chance The Rapper collaboration

OHMYGOSSIP — Shawn Mendes “can’t believe” he was given the opportunity to feature on Chance The Rapper’s debut album.
The 20-year-old singer and the 26-year-old rap star joined forces to collaborate on the track ‘Ballin Flossin’, which features on Chance’s album ‘The Big Day’, and Shawn relished the experience of making the record.
He wrote on Twitter: “Cant believe I get to be a part of this album @chancetherapper you’re truly the best man thank you! #BallinFlossin (sic)”
The Twitter post came shortly after Chance revealed how their collaboration unfolded.
He shared: “I’ve known him for about four or five years.
“I met him at a show I played a long time ago, and we just never got some music together. He was in Chicago a few weeks ago and I had this house beat I was working on, and he came through the studio and was like, ‘I love this one.’ He laid the vocals and it was incredible.”
Chance also spoke glowingly about Kanye West, describing him as an “amazing friend”.
The rapper revealed Kanye was a major influence behind his new album, even though the outspoken musician doesn’t feature on the record.
Chance said: “He’s one of the most supportive people in my life.
“I went and spent some time with him a couple weeks before the album dropped. He just gave me some ideas. We’ve spent a lot of time on the phone in the past two days. That’s fellowship and it’s strengthening each other.”

Anne-Marie plays hotel set after Korean show is cancelled

OHMYGOSSIP — Anne-Marie played an impromptu hotel set after she was forced to axe her performance in South Korea, due to a “structurally unsafe” stage.
The ‘2002’ hitmaker was scheduled to play the Holiday Land Festival in Paradise City on Sunday (28.07.19) and was left “annoyed” after the performance was called off.
In a video posted on her Twitter page, Anne-Marie explained: “Hello everyone.
“I don’t really know what’s going on, but I’ve been told that the stage I was performing on was structurally unsafe so I’m not going to be able to go on.
“I’ve been waiting for confirmation this whole time. I know that one stage has already been shut down, but yeah, I’m not allowed to go on.
“I’m so annoyed. I’m just gonna cry in my room the whole night.
“But I will be back to see my Korean fans, I love you so much.
“I’m so sorry about today, but it wasn’t up to me.
“And if it was up to me, I’d still be down there performing, but I’ve been told not to do it.”

She tweeted: “KOREA. Rubik lounge at Paradise City Main Hotel 11.30pm TONIGHT.
“BE THERE. I AM PUTTING ON A SHOW!!!!!!! (sic)”
When asked if a ticket was required to gain entry, Anne-Marie replied: “Dont need tickets EVERYONE IS WELCOME! (sic)”
