OHMYGOSSIP — Zakk Wylde has no beef with Dave Grohl.
Ozzy Osbourne’s long-serving guitarist and co-writer infamously slammed the Foo Fighters frontman in 2001, for writing a song that he had to play guitar on for the Prince of Darkness.
He fumed at the time: “If I ever run into Dave Grohl, I’m gonna kick his f***in’ ass, because I think he sucks, and he wrote this cheese-d**k song for Ozzy that I have to f***in’ play on, and I’ll never forgive him for that …”
However, the 54-year-old musician has insisted he dissed the former Nirvana drummer before they actually met, and there is no bad blood between them as they were able to laugh it off.
Asked if things are awkward between him and the 52-year-old star, Zakk told Classic Rock magazine: “Nah. Dave’s awesome. That was before I met him.
“It was like: ‘Why is someone on the outside of our camp coming in here to help us out.’
“That’s what I was thinking back then. It’d be like me stepping in to write songs for Nirvana or Foo Fighters.
“We had a chuckle about it after I met him.
“I got up and jammed at his birthday a couple of years ago.
“Dave’s an amazing musician and a sweetheart. I love him.”
Dave later addressed Zakk’s comments and admitted he would be “p***ed too” if someone else wanted to write songs for his bands.
He said: “If I were Zakk Wylde … He’s an amazing guitar player, there’s no question about it, the guy’s an incredible guitar player. If my singer wanted other people to write the songs, I’d be f***ing p****d too. I’d be really p****d off, I’d be like, ‘Wait a second, I can write music. Why are you asking someone else?’ So I understand why he’s p****d off.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Ronan Keating didn’t think he was good-looking enough to land a place in Boyzone.
The 44-year-old singer has recalled turning up to his audition and feeling intimated by how much “better looking” the other guys were.
He shared: “I remember turning up.
“There were 300 guys there, and I remember looking around thinking, ‘I’m never going to get in this band.’
“Everybody looked better than me.
“I thought, ‘I’ll never make it through.’ I was wrong.”
Ronan went on to have chart-topping success along with his bandmates – Keith Duffy, Mikey Graham, Shane Lynch, and the late Stephen Gately – after they were put together in 1993 by Louis Walsh.
But the ‘Life Is A Rollercoaster’ hitmaker confessed that he doesn’t miss their outfits and the dance routines.
He said: “No, definitely not.
“I miss the guys, I miss the lads and our little bubble, our little world.
“But no, I don’t miss the costumes and the dancing routines!”
Ronan – who is set to play Cornbury Festival in Oxfordshire on July 10 – also revealed that his tour rider is practically the same, other than he’s swapped out bourbon for a more sophisticated choice of red wine.
He told Heat magazine: “Red wine, water and some chocolate.
“That’s really my rider now.
“Back then, it was Jack Daniel’s and cheese plates – oh no, I do get a cheese plate now.
“It was more Jack Daniel’s and sweets.
“I don’t have much of that anymore.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Timbaland has compared The Weeknd’s new album to Michael Jackson’s ‘Thriller’.
The prolific music producer – who worked on Jackson’s second posthumous album ‘Xscape’ in 2014 – was blown away by The Weeknd’s ‘Dawn FM’ and compared it to Michael’s iconic 1982 record.
Speaking on Instagram, he said: “This album’s different, yo. This s*** right here, this on some ‘Thriller’ s***. Trust me when I tell you. And the way he dropped this s***, yo… congrats. This s*** is amazing.”
‘Dawn FM’ features Tyler The Creator, Oneohtrix Point Never‘s Daniel Lopatin and Lil Wayne, along with narration from actor Jim Carrey on the album’s outro.
He can be heard saying: “You are now listening to 103.5, Dawn FM. You’ve been in the dark for way too long. It’s time to walk into the light and accept your fate with open arms.”
Speaking about the album, Jim said on T witter: “I listened to Dawn FM with my good friend Abel @theweeknd last night. It was deep and elegant and it danced me around the room. I’m thrilled to play a part in his symphony.”
And The Weeknd – whose real name is Abel Tesfaye – replied: “Thank you for being a part of this. It’s kismet. Full circle.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Judas Priest have no plans to stop making albums.
Frontman Rob Halford has insisted recording new music and performing it live is what “sustains” the heavy metal band.
Although there is no release date for the follow-up to 2018’s ‘Firepower’, the 70-year-old rocker has reassured fans that it’s on the way at “some point”.
He said when asked if they will ever quit the studio: “Look at the Stones, look at Aerosmith, look at Elton – you know, it’s what defines us.
“Your music defines you.
“And what’s important is that your music has to define you at the place that you’re at now.
“So, the material that we have now, that we’ll be working on, again, will be a reference point.
“This will be Judas Priest in 20-blah, blah, blah … when it’s released.
“This is a reinforcement of everything that you know about us and love about us, but in a new presentation.
“But at the core of the heart of it will be a connection that threads all the way back to sleeping in the van, because we couldn’t afford the day shift, at the Rocka Rolla studio.
“And that’s the joy – that’s the joy of it.”
Rob insisted they could quite easily sit back and become a heritage act, but making new music fuels them to carry on.
He added to Goldmine magazine: “Look, we don’t need to make another album.
“We haven’t needed to make another album because you’ll hear, ‘If you don’t play ‘Breaking The Law’, I’m going to tear the roof off the building. If you don’t play ‘Living After Midnight’ or ‘Painkiller’ …’
“So, we have the songs.
“We’ve always had the songs for a long time now, but the thrill for us is to take these – as of right this moment – unheard tracks, we cook them, we finish them off, record them, and we can’t wait to show them off live at some given point in the future.
“We need that. We need that part; it sustains us.
You know, Picasso never stopped painting until his final days.
“You can’t put a plug into the creative force. It’s just the wrong thing to do.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Louis Tomlinson is busy rehearsing for his 2022 tour.
The 30-year-old singer/ songwriter – who found fame as a member of boyband One Direction – was previously forced to postpone a number of dates on his debut solo tour due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
However, dates have been rescheduled for 2022 and Louis can’t wait to get on the road.
He tweeted: “Hope everyone’s doing alright! Working hard rehearsing for the tour. It’s going to be special!
“Also I’m late but happy new year!! This finally is our year! FAITH IN THE FUTURE (sic).”
Meanwhile, it was previously revealed that Louis had broken the Guinness World Record for the most tickets sold for a livestreamed concert by a solo male artist, for his lockdown ‘Live from London’ charity concert.
In December 2020, Louis sold 160,000 tickets worldwide for the gig, which was filmed in London and streamed on the concert platform Veeps.
Louis shared the proceeds between four charities Crew Nation, FareShare, Stagehand and the Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice.
His touring crew also received a portion of the proceeds.
The set list included tracks from Louis’ debut solo album ‘Walls’ along with some One Direction tracks.

OHMYGOSSIP — Woodstock co-creator Michael Lang has died at the age of 77.
The concert promoter – who organised the iconic music festival, which saw 32 popular music acts perform outside in sporadic rain in 1969 – sadly lost his battle with a rare form of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma on Saturday (08.01.22), a family spokesperson confirmed.
In a statement, Michael Pagnotta wrote on Twitter: “We are very sad to hear that legendary Woodstock icon and long time family friend Michael Lang has passed at 77 after a brief illness. Rest In Peace”(sic)
At the age of 24, Michael worked with partners Joel Rosenman, Capitol Records’ Artie Kornfeld and John P. Roberts on the 1969 festival, which took at Max Yasgur’s 600-acre dairy farm.
It has since gone on to be recognised as a significant moment in music performance history and featured the likes of Richie Havens, Santana, Janis Joplin, the Grateful Dead, Sly and the Family Stone, and The Who as star performers throughout its three-day run.
In 2019, Michael recalled: “I booked the three hottest bands at the time — Jefferson Airplane, Canned Heat and Credence Clearwater Revival. That gave us immediate credibility and the word got out and then suddenly the stone was rolling downhill. Then we started adding bands left and right. I remember when David Geffen walked into our office with a test pressing of Crosby, Stills and Nash. He put it on the turntable and made a deal right there on the spot. Same thing with Joe Cocker. We heard his voice and booked him pretty quickly.”
After Woodstock, Michael created his own record company and revived Woodstock for a 25th-anniversary event in 1994, and a 50th-anniversary event in 2019 was set to take place, with the likes of Miley Cyrus headlining, but was ultimately cancelled.
Speaking of the “community” spirit of the festival, Michael once said: “In 1969, people came to have three days of peace and music and to experience community. That what’s made it so special … The one thing that people have always said to me when they approached me about how Woodstock changed their life was that it changed how they related to other people.”

OHMYGOSSIP — The Pussycat Dolls have claimed they only found out about their tour cancellation via Nicole Scherzinger’s Instagram post.
On Friday (07.01.22), the 43-year-old singer announced that the ‘Don’t Cha’ hitmakers’ comeback gigs had been axed due to the surge in COVID-19 cases.
However, in a joint statement on their own Instagram Stories over the weekend, Carmit Bachar, 47, and Jessica Sutta, 39, insisted it was news to them and that they were “disappointed” by how they found out.
They wrote: “We want to say how incredibly disappointed we are to learn of an announcement made on Instagram that the Pussycat Dolls reunion tour is canceled.
“As of now, there has been no official notification of that. (sic)”
The bandmates admitted they had “big dreams” to ensure “all of our voices could be heard”, and while the tour is off, they insisted “it’s not the end of the Dolls story”.
They added: “Either way, it seems as though it’s the end of a chapter to an incredible, life-altering experience full of some awesome memories that we will forever be grateful for.
“To the fans, we love you. Trust us, this is not the outcome we had hoped for. We wanted it as much as you because we appreciate you all so much and it hurts our hearts you had to wait so long for an answer, but unfortunately it’s out of our control.
“We all had big dreams for this brand to expand especially creating the music so all of our voices could be heard, which would be true female empowerment.
“Thank you to all the fans that supported us unconditionally and love us to no end. We will always honor the essence of what the true definition of being a Pussycat Doll is. This tour may have come to an end but it is not the end of the Dolls story. We created a sisterhood that will live on.”
Nicole – who is also joined by Ashley Roberts, 40, Melody Thornton, 37, and Kimberly Wyatt, 39, in the band – had announced on her Instagram Stories hours earlier: “Thank you to everyone who had tickets to see PCD — we are so appreciative of your support and loyalty!
“With the ever evolving circumstances surrounding the pandemic, I understand the decision that the tour dates had to be cancelled.
“I have invested a huge amount of time, creative energy and my own finances into bringing this project back to life, and while I’m naturally incredibly saddened by this decision, I am also very proud of what we were able to achieve in the short amount of time we had together before COVID.
“I can’t put into words the amount of love, admiration and gratitude I have for the other girls in the group, and the fans that have supported us. Stay safe and healthy – Love and blessings. (sic)”
The much-delayed tour was originally due to take place in 2020.
The future of the tour was already placed in doubt when Pussycat Dolls founder Robin Antin filed a lawsuit claiming Nicole was refusing to participate unless she received complete creative control in relaunching the group, as well as a bigger percentage of profits.
However, Scherzinger’s lawyer Howard King described the claims as “ludicrous and false” and alleged the lawsuit was “a desperate attempt to divert blame for her own failures by trying to impose obligations on Nicole that simply do not exist”.

OHMYGOSSIP — Ed Sheeran insists he doesn’t need a BRIT Award to prove he’s a good songwriter.
The 30-year-old megastar has bagged multiple BRITs over the years and will compete against the likes of Adele at this year’s ceremony at The O2 in London on February 8.
Ahead of the awards next month, the ‘Perfect’ hitmaker – whose nominations include Album of the Year for ‘=’, Artist of the Year, Song of the Year for ‘Bad Habits’ and the Best Pop/R&B prize – has insisted that while it’s “super nice” when he does win, it wouldn’t matter to him if he lost because it doesn’t mean he’s “made a rubbish song”.
According to the Daily Star newspaper’s Wired column, Ed said: “The BRIT Awards used to be all that my year would gear up to: release an album, do a single and then we are off to the BRIT Awards and let’s see if we can win.
“‘Shape of You’ was the biggest-selling song in England that year and it didn’t get it.
“So, I’m very much of the frame of mind that I’m just going to keep creating music that I like and every now and then, when stuff happens like that, it’s super nice and I am super happy about it, but if I lose I’m cool.
“If I win then that’s wonderful, but what I’m saying is that If I lost I wouldn’t think, ‘I made a rubbish song.'”
Meanwhile, Ed recently criticised American awards shows claiming they are filled with “hatred” and have an “uncomfortable atmosphere”.
The singer made the comments following his performance of his song ‘Shivers’ at the MTV Video Music Awards in September.
He said: “The room is filled with resentment and hatred towards everyone else and it’s quite an uncomfortable atmosphere.”
The ‘Castle on the Hill’ hitmaker was nominated for four awards at the VMAs but failed to win any and went on to tell of the pressure artists feel to win when surrounded by their management team.
He added: “All the artists are sweet people, but they’re like, surrounded by entourages that want them to win too, so it’s one artist surrounded by ten people and another artist surrounded by ten people and everyone is kind of giving each other the side-eye.”
The multi-million-selling pop star was also quick to note that the “horrible atmosphere” is a trend mostly exclusive to American awards shows, as opposed to ones in his native UK.
He said: “It’s nothing to do with MTV or the show, it’s at all the other awards shows [too.] Billboards, Grammys, AMAs. It’s just lots of people wanting other people to fail and I don’t like that.
“In England, our awards shows are just like everyone gets drunk and no one really cares who wins or loses, it’s just sort of a good night out.”
Ed rounded off his comments by claiming that it is not only him who feels this way about ceremonies in the US.
He said: “People get the same feeling as me at those award shows.
“I’ve spoke to people and they’re like, ‘I just felt really depressed afterward.’ The atmosphere is just not nice. It’s a really, really horrible atmosphere to be in there. I always walk away feeling sad and I don’t like it.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Elvis Costello has begged radio stations to not play his controversial record, ‘Oliver’s Army’.
The 67-year-old musician – whose real name is Declan McManus – has come under fire in recent years for using the N-word in his 1979 hit, and after he tested out an additional verse about censorship at his concerts, he has insisted he doesn’t want radio stations to play the track at all.
He said: “On the last tour, I wrote a new verse about censorship, but what’s the point of that? So I’ve decided I’m not going to play it. [Bleeping the word out] is a mistake. They’re making it worse by bleeping it for sure. Because they’re highlighting it then. Just don’t play the record!”
The musician – who has also had hits with ‘She’ and ‘Good Year for the Roses’, both penned by other songwriters – admitted it would “do him a favour” if it was pulled from the airwaves completely.
He told The Telegraph newspaper: “You know what. It [not playing it] would do me a favour. Because when I fall under a bus, they’ll play ‘She’, ‘Good Year for the Roses’ and ‘Oliver’s Army’.”
Elvis is sure that upon his death, he will only be “celebrated” for writing songs he did not compose, as opposed to his self-penned hit ‘Oliver’s Army’.
He added: “I’ll die, and they will celebrate my death with two songs I didn’t write. What does that tell you?”
Elsewhere, the singer also went on to explain why he was in attendance at the Royal Variety Show in December 2021, despite insisting he’s not “a royalist.”
He said: “I was there to honour my dad. It’s no secret that I don’t have strong royalist feelings, despite accepting a gong [Costello was awarded an OBE in 2019 for services to music], which, as I said at the time, just shows they don’t read my lyrics. My dad sang ‘If I Had a Hammer’ about the dignity of labour, because he was a working man his whole life.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Shania Twain has congratulated Taylor Swift on beating her Billboard Country Albums chart record.
The ‘Shake It Off’ hitmaker surpassed the ‘You’re Still The One’ hitmaker’s 97 weeks atop the chart, meaning she is now the female artist with the most weeks at number one.
And the 56-year-old music icon tweeted a touching message to the 32-year-old pop megastar and highlighted the “hurdles” women have to go through in the male-dominated music industry.
Quoting the lyrics to her hit ‘Man! I Feel Like A Woman’, Shania wrote: “Let’s Go Girls!!!! Proud of you Taylor Swift.
“Historical records are meant to be made and then broken. The baton is meant to be passed on to new generations. Unstoppable young female country artists are [flame emoji] inspite of the hurdles.”
Taylor recently beat another music legend’s record.
The singer’s 10-minute version of ‘All Too Well’ overtook Don McLean’s ‘American Pie’ as the longest-in-length chart-topper in US history.
He said: “Taylor takes the whole new form of entertainment to the peak by making these phenomenal videos and records and doing these massive tours that are successful, and so on and so forth.
“It’s really good for young people who want to get into this business. You can make it as a singer with a guitar if you figure out what Ed [Sheeran] did. And you can make it as a major rock and roll force of nature, which is what I call Taylor Swift, if you want to do that.”
Don, 76, also suggested he’d be open to collaborating with Taylor one day.
He said: “Anything is possible, if it’s done the right way. I’m always interested in doing anything.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Olly Alexander believes it was “inevitable” that Years & Years would become a solo venture.
The 31-year-old pop star is the only remaining member of the pop group, following the departures Mikey Goldsworthy, Emre Turkmen, Noel Leeman, and Oliver Subria – and the ‘It’s A Sin’ actor has admitted he was calling the shots from the beginning because they “didn’t really have a singer”.
He said: “Any separation is difficult, and I think it went as well as it could, with us. They didn’t really have a singer. And I came in, and I was like, ‘No, I’m the singer, I’ll be writing songs.’ So you can see, over that trajectory, perhaps this was sort of inevitable.”
The ‘Desire’ hitmakers originally formed in 2010, and by 2013, Noel and Oliver had left the band, with Mikey and Emre departing last year, three years after they released their second studio album, ‘Palo Santo’.
In a statement, it was announced that Years & Years would “continue as a solo project” with Olly.
And the TV star has insisted that “going [their] separate ways” was the “best thing” in the end.
Speaking to The Guardian’s Saturday magazine, he explained: “Early on, we were more or less on the same ship, trying to steer in the same direction, and then just clearly we weren’t any more. It was definitely the best thing for us, to go our separate ways, rather than try to make it work.”
The ‘Starstruck’ hitmaker hinted creative differences caused a rift between him and his former bandmates, noting that while he “loves” pop, the rest of the band didn’t feel the same.
He added: “Well, I love pop music. I wanted us to play our song on The X Factor, for instance. Not that that ever happened – we didn’t get booked. But that was a huge issue within the group, because that felt like it would be too pop, and that being on TV like that was kind of lame.”
On his decision to keep using the Years & Years moniker for music projects, despite being a solo artist, Olly reasoned: “I just didn’t want to let Years & Years go. I put so much into it. It was a tricky decision in some ways, because I think, possibly, it might have been a bit simpler for everyone if I had just been like, ‘Oh, I’m a solo artist now.’ But I just didn’t want to.”

OHMYGOSSIP — The Weeknd has released ‘Dawn FM’, featuring narration by Jim Carrey.
The ‘Blinding Lights’ hitmaker launched his latest LP with the global 103.5 Dawn FM’ livestream experience on the Amazon Music Channel on Twitch and the Amazon Music App.
The title track sees the Hollywood star play a radio host, who vows “we’ll be there to hold your hand and guide you through this painless transition”, before launching into the synth-heavy track, ‘Gasoline’.
The star-studded collection – the follow-up to 2020’s ‘After Hours’ – also features guest spots from Tyler, the Creator and Lil Wayne, while synth maestro, Oneohtrix Point Never, real name Daniel Lopatin, and Quincy Jones are listed as collaborators.
The latter contributed the heartbreaking and deeply personal passage, ‘A Tale By Quincy’.
The 16-tracker concludes with another spoken-word piece from the 59-year-old actor.
The profound recording includes the verse: “If pain’s living on when your body’s long gone.
“And your phantom regret hasn’t let it go yet.
“You may not have died in the way that you must
“All specters are haunted by their own lack of trust.
“When you’re all out of time, there’s nothing but space.

OHMYGOSSIP — A rare promo tape of Prince‘s ‘The Black Album’ is up for sale.
Originally intended for release in 1987, the late ‘Purple Rain’ hitmaker requested the LP be pulled days before its release because he thought it was “evil”, and it was subsequently replaced with the pop record, ‘Lovesexy’.
However, ‘The Black Album’ would eventually be released in 1994, by Warner Bros. Records, despite 500,000 copies being destroyed at the request of the music legend.
RR Auction house is selling the cassette and the listing states that it comes with “album sleeve proof for Prince’s The Black Album”, while it’s claimed there are “quite possibly” only two copies in existence.
At the time of writing, 17 bids have been made with the price currently set at $3,384.
Bidding ends on January 13.
Three vinyl copies of the record previously sold for upwards of $20,000 (£15,000) each.
Meanwhile, next month court proceedings will take place to establish the exact worth of the ‘Raspberry Beret’ singer’s estate.
According to tax filings from November, it’s estimated to total in excess of $100 million (£75 million).
Prince – who died of a fentanyl overdose at his Paisley Park home in April 2016 aged 57 – didn’t write a will before his passing, which means the case has gone to probate.
In January 2021, The IRS reportedly sought an additional $32.4 million in taxes from Prince’s estate – more than double the original bill.
Prince’s siblings had claimed they had yet to receive any money from his estate.
His sisters Sharon and Norrine and brother John Nelson – the latter of whom died last year – filed a legal claim seeking “payment for services and efforts provided to the estate and said they had spent “considerable time and investment in business matters related to the estate.
They also alleged that although they have not received any money, others have been paid “millions”.
The court documents added that they have had to rely “solely on their pension, social security, personal savings and loans from friends to cover the costs needed to support the Prince Estate despite the millions paid to advisors, attorneys and others approved by the Court.
“As this Court is aware, the Estate has now been on-going for over three years. In this time, millions have been paid to the Personal Representatives, their accountants, attorneys, and legal advisors.”

The country music legend has kickstarted the year with a number of career achievements.
On top of the major streaming figure, the 75-year-old icon has been awarded 47 new sales certifications from around the globe.
And the ‘9 to 5’ hitmaker has quipped that the money she makes from her music is more than enough to “support” her.
In a statement, Dolly said: “I’ve often said that my songs are like my children, and I expect them to support me later in my life. Well, it looks like they are doing just that!
“I am so humbled to have been surprised with this incredible collection of certifications from around the world. I owe a big thank you to my fans, old and new, who continue to be there for me year after year. This is a wonderful way to kick off 2022!”

Just last month, Dolly was left “flattered and honoured” after breaking three Guinness World Records.
The singer broke her own record for most hits on the U.S. Hot Country Songs chart by a female artist with 109 hits and also set new records for the female with the most decades on the U.S. Hot Country Songs chart with seven, and the record for most number one hits on the U.S. Hot Country Songs chart by a female artist with 25 of her songs hitting the top spot.
Dolly said of her achievement: “This is the kind of stuff that really makes you very humble and very grateful for everything that’s happened. I had no idea that I would be in Guinness World Records this many times! I am flattered and honoured.
“I’ve had a lot of people help me get here. Thanks to all of you and all of them for helping me have all of this.
“I’ve loved being able to make a living in the business that I love so much. I’ve been so fortunate to see my dreams come true, and I just hope to continue for as long as I can. You’re going to have to knock me down to stop me!”
Guinness World Records bosses praised the ‘I Will Always Love You’ hitmaker – who set the overall record for most decades with a Top 20 hit on the US Hot Country Songs chart in 2018 – for her “amazing accomplishment.

OHMYGOSSIP — FKA twigs has announced a new mixtape.
Following the release of ‘Tears In The Club’ featuring The Weeknd, the 33-year-old singer – whose real name is Tahliah Barnett – has unveiled the starry collection called ‘CAPRISONGS’.
The ‘cellophane’ star explained how she felt compelled to document her journey “falling in love with music and herself all over again.”
She posted on Instagram alongside the artwork: “Hey i made you a mixtape, because when i feel you, i feel me and when i feel me, it feels good…
“‘CAPRISONGS’ is my journey back to myself through my amazing collaborators and friends.
“It’s my stubborn caprisun ass telling me to work thru my pain by delivering at work, don’t think just go studio and create my saggi moon being the enigmatic temptress craving the club, to dance and to be social and my pisce venus hot mess disastrous heart falling in love all over again but this time with music and with myself. (sic)”
The track-list revealed features from Jorja Smith, Pa Salieu, Daniel Caesar, Rema, Unknown T, DYSTOPIA, and Shygirl.
‘CAPRISONGS’ boasts 17 songs and is released on January 14.
Last month, twigs shared a preview of new music on TikTok on “the first day of capri sun szn (sic)”.
In October 2020, the experimental artist revealed she wrote and recorded an album – a follow up to her 2019 record ‘Magdalene’ – amid the coronavirus pandemic lockdown.
Meanwhile, last year twigs accused actor Shia LaBeouf of sexual battery, assault, and infliction of emotional distress during the course of their brief relationship in 2019.
The singer-songwriter admitted it is a “miracle she came out alive” from her romance with the ‘Transformers’ star, as she detailed the harrowing abuse she claimed she received.
Recounting what happened to her, she said: “It’s a miracle I came out alive … If you put a frog in a boiling pot of water, that frog is going to jump out straightaway. Whereas if you put a frog in cool water and heat it up slowly, that frog is going to boil to death. That was my experience being with LaBeouf.”
The music star wants to open up about her alleged experience in the hope it will help other people in similar situations, admitting it was “pure luck” that she isn’t in it anymore.

OHMYGOSSIP — Two previously unreleased cuts of David Bowie’s ‘Shadow Man’ have been released.
The late music icon “revisited and re-examined” his past material for his lost 2001 LP ‘Toy’ – which combined new tracks with fresh versions of lesser-known tunes from 1964 and 1971.
And today (07.01.22), the ‘Toy (Toy:Box)’ boxset is released along with the ‘Unplugged & Somewhat Slightly Electric’ mix of ‘Shadow Man’ and an early demo recorded in 1970.
Bowie felt compelled to have stripped-back mixes made after hearing the track with isolated vocals and acoustic guitars.
Producer Mark Plati shared: “While we were recording the basic tracks Earl Slick suggested that he and I overdub acoustic guitars on all the songs. He said this was Keith Richards’ trick: sometimes these guitars would be a featured part of the track, and at other times they’d be more subliminal.
“Later, while mixing, David heard one of the songs broken down to just vocals and acoustic guitars; this gave him the idea that we ought to do some stripped-down mixes like that and that maybe one day they’d be useful.”
The expanded collection also comes with previously unseen snaps taken by Frank Ockenfels, as well as alternative mixes and unheard B-sides, and 13 unplugged songs from the album in total.
‘Toy’ – which includes revisited gems like Bowie’s debut single ‘Liza Jane’, as well as ‘You’ve Got a Habit of Leaving’ and ‘Silly Boy Blue’ – was recorded “old school” in Manhattan in 2000, with musicians playing live.
Bowie discussed the unreleased album back in 2001.
He explained: “The songs are so alive and full of colour, they jump out of the speakers. It’s really hard to believe that they were written so long ago.”
Mark – who co-produced the album – previously described the record as a “moment in time captured in an amber of joy, fire and energy”.
He said: “It’s the sound of people happy to be playing music.
“David revisited and re-examined his work from decades prior through prisms of experience and fresh perspective – a parallel not lost on me as I now revisit it 20 years later.
“From time to time, he used to say, ‘Mark, this is our album’ – I think because he knew I was so deeply in the trenches with him on that journey. I’m happy to finally be able to say it now belongs to all of us.”
