OHMYGOSSIP — Pete Doherty’s new single with Frédéric Lo was penned while he was “white-knuckling it with drugs”.
The Libertines and Babyshambles rocker has shared the new track, ‘You Can’t Keep It From Me Forever’, with the French musician and composer, taken from their upcoming joint LP, ‘The Fantasy Life of Poetry & Crime’.
And former addict Pete – who completely overhauled his lifestyle and hasn’t touched heroin since 2019 – has revealed the uptempo number is inspired by his bid to beat his addictions and the “self-sabotaging” feeling that it wouldn’t be long before he would be back to his old ways.
On what inspired the lyrics, he told NME: “I suppose it’s a not-even subconscious yearning for things.
“I’ve been clean since December 2019, so at the time of writing this I was really white-knuckling it with the drugs and feeling like it would only be a matter of time before I went back to it.
“It hasn’t turned out to be that way, but there was that kind of kicking out at the new way of being clean and feeling like it was temporary.
“You can apply that to any kind of yearning, but to me it was specifically about that. Time passed, and I’ve managed to somehow keep on the straight and narrow, if it is indeed straight and narrow.
“That’s the honest answer, but it seems silly to give that answer now, though. If it really was such a necessity then I would have just gone out and used. I suppose this is just a smarmy, self-sabotaging sort of thing, but just in the role of a narrator.”
The 42-year-old musician – who lives in France with his new wife Katia de Vidas – is looking forward to performing the guitar tune live at the pair’s upcoming UK and European shows, which will be announced in due course.
He said: “It reminded me a little bit of early Morrissey or some of the early Suede stuff, with an old-school catchy guitar.
“I never get bored of singing this song. I’m really going to enjoy singing it live. There’s just something so uplifting about it.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Nile Rodgers says Johnny Marr is like a “brother” to him.
The Chic legend, 69, and the former Smiths star, 58, have been close pals for years and the former has admitted he always feels “cool” whenever he’s in the same room as the ‘ This Charming Man’ hitmaker.
Nile gushed: “Johnny is fearless. If it sounds like a good idea? He’ll try it. When we first met and we wanted to play together, we were going to play either ‘South African Man’ or ‘Footstompin’ Music’!
“I feel just as cool with Johnny if we are together in the same place at the same time.
“We don’t even have to pick up instruments, we could just talk and hang out.
“But once we were in a dressing room somewhere for a half hour or so, he played my guitar and I played his guitar.
“It was so cool, man.”
The pair are so close that Nile knows he can turn to his fellow musician if he ever needed help with personal matters.
The ‘Le Freak’ hitmaker told Uncut: “I can bring anything to him, no matter what the topic is, I don’t feel that anything is taboo.
“That is when you realise that someone is like your family. He’s like my brother.
“If I were having a really bad day – which I don’t do, by the way – I could call up Johnny and get into it with him.
“That’s nothing to do with music, it has something to do with being a human being. That’s brotherhood.
“He’s one of my favourite people and favourite musicians in the world.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Olly Alexander says he and his Years & Years bandmates always argued about the “direction” of the group.
Last year, it was announced that Olly, 31, had split from Mikey Goldsworthy and Emre Türkmen and would be going forward with Years & Years as a solo project and Olly admitted time in the group was difficult as the trio found it hard to agree on anything.
He told NME: “We could never really agree on what we liked in the music and what direction we wanted to go in, so that made the songwriting process difficult.
“It was never lyrics; [Goldsworthy and Türkmen] would never touch lyrics. It was just, like, general direction: how ‘poppy’ something was gonna be. Pop was, like, a dirty world, which is a little crazy.”
However, he acknowledged that the disagreements helped to make the music better, saying: “Arguments over music can really help you make something good, and I think it did with us. Like, I really love all the music we made, but it always came with its own complications.
“You’re kind of in a relationship when you’re in a band. I mean, I’m still in a relationship with these people, but it’s just a different one now. It was like a break-up, and then you have to speak about it in interviews.”
However, the break-up was not acrimonious as Goldsworthy is due to tour as part of Years & Years’ live band.
Olly said: “Mikey’s just the best person to have on the road because he just plays his Switch and has bants with the lads.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Marc Almond is filled with “anxiety and angst” whenever he starts a Soft Cell project.
The synth-pop pioneers release their first album in two decades, ‘Happiness Not Included’, next month, and while Marc has admitted he still has a great “spark” with bandmate Dave Ball, he always feels uneasy going into the studio.
The 64-year-old musician added how their last studio effort, 2002’s ‘Cruelty Without Beauty’, was a “disappointing experience”, and they felt compelled to head back into the studio resurrect the “magic” they create.
He said: “Whenever I do anything with Soft Cell, I’m always full of anxiety and angst.
“But I thought, ‘It would be kind of great to do it now’ – the last one, [2002’s ‘Cruelty Without Beauty’] ended up being quite a disappointing experience, and I thought, ‘Well, this will be a chance to do something that does kind of get it more right.’
“And what it all boils down to is, I just really like writing songs with Dave.
“I still feel this spark there of some magic happening.”
Marc also quipped that he’d previously felt like he “hijacked” Dave’s band because he penned all their songs at the start.
He added: “I kind of hijacked his band really, because Dave wrote all of the lyrics at first.”
The duo went their separate ways with one final gig at The O2 in London in 2018, before reuniting to record the new material.
And the ‘Tainted Love’ hitmaker has insisted there has never been any animosity between them.
He said: “I think it’s great, the way it turned out.
“There was no animosity and no fights and no fall out.
“The trouble with that is, because you’ve got a 17-year gap, other people will come in and fill the space that you left – you bring something out and someone goes, ‘Oh it sounds like the Pet Shop Boys or Erasure or Depeche Mode.”
As for making new music, Dave revealed he has some ideas up his sleeve, but Marc has admitted he doesn’t see him working on another Soft Cell record for a few years yet.
Dave said: “I’ve not discussed this in-depth with Marc, but I’m working on some ideas already for the follow-up, various things which are all top secret.
“I don’t think we’ve got that much time, otherwise, we are both going to be in our mid-to-late-seventies.”
And Marc – who has also had a successful solo career, selling more than 30 million records worldwide – said: “I’m just not sure at the moment.
He told MOJO: “If I did another Soft Cell album, It wouldn’t be for quite a few years.
“But too many times in my life I’ve said, ‘Never say never’, and I always regret it.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Adele has paid tribute to her “gracious” fans after postponing her Las Vegas residency.
The 33-year-old singer was forced to postpone her shows at Caesars Palace at the last minute after COVID hit her backstage team, and she has praised her fans for their support.
She tweeted: “I have the best fans in the world! Your graciousness and love tonight is overwhelming! Thank you.”
And, it has been revealed that Adele “will do everything she can” to reschedule her Vegas residency as soon as possible.
A source told The Sun newspaper: “There are two slots in this year’s calendar, from the end of February to the start of May, and from the middle of June to the middle of September. But if they can’t work then it could be 2023 by the time they’re rescheduled.
“The rest of the weekend dates in the year are taken up by other acts including Sting and Rod Stewart.
“She is expected to still be a part of The Brit Awards next month and she has two headline gigs at Hyde Park on July 1 and 2.
“Adele’s schedule is mammoth and it makes rescheduling a challenge but she is devoted to her fans and will do everything she can to get them back in the diary quickly.”
Adele announced the decision to postpone the shows just hours before she was due to take to the stage.
The London-born star posted a video on her social media channels explaining the cancellation.
The ‘Easy on Me’ hitmaker said: “I’m so sorry but my show isn’t ready.
“We’ve tried absolutely everything we can to pull it together in time and for it to be good enough for you but we’ve been absolutely destroyed by delivery delays and COVID. Half my crew, half my team, are down with COVID – they still are. It’s been impossible to finish the show.
“I can’t give you what I have right now and I’m gutted. I’m sorry it’s so last minute.
“We’ve been awake for over 30 hours now trying to figure it out and we’ve run out of time. I’m so upset and I’m really embarrassed and I’m so sorry to everyone that’s travelled.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Eddie Vedder says Pearl Jam will work with Andrew Watt on their next album.
The ‘Alive’ group’s frontman had the famed record producer – who has worked on records with the likes of Ozzy Osbourne, Post Malone and Miley Cyrus – oversee his new solo LP ‘Earthlings’ and anticipates the studio wizard producing their follow-up to 2020’s ‘Gigaton’.
He said: “We’ll make a record with Andrew, I believe. We’ve already talked about it.
“You know, the pandemic came right as we were leaving for a tour on the ‘Gigaton’ record.
“And we had a lot of shows planned.
“Then, in between, I think we’ll be recording, because now we’ve got a healthy ambition to do so.
“I think we’ll move quick for a year or two, then I can see us slowing down for a little bit.
“We have the ability to play better than ever, but also know what we want to maintain the health of the group and want to keep coming back.”
‘Earthlings’ features a host of music legends, including Sir Ringo Starr, Sir Elton John, Stevie Wonder, plus Red Hot Chili Peppers drummer Chad Smith and their former guitarist Josh Klinghoffer.
And Eddie’s late father, who died when he was 13, makes a moving posthumous appearance.
He shared: “I didn’t really get to know my real father.
“I met him maybe three or four times as a kid, but he was, you know, a friend of the family. It would have been nice to have been in a room with him at some point before he died when I was 13. It would have been nice to share that I knew that he was my pop, but it didn’t happen.
“But the crazy thing that did happen was that about 10 years ago, the Chicago Cubs, some of their old timers get together and play baseball for about a week, and I would go down there every other year and hang with these guys, learn about the game more so I can teach my kids more, you know, I coach baseball.
“One of the ex-players, this erudite badass trumpeter, who used to play third base, his name is Carmen Fanzone.
“He also became head of the Musicians Union in Los Angeles – an incredibly cool individual. I saw Carmen playing the horn in a little club in Arizona, and this guy playing keyboards with him had been best friends with my dad.
“Two years later, he brought me some photos of them in little basement studios.
“Then a couple years after that, he brought me five songs of my dad singing, on a disc. I carried that disc around for two, three months in my suitcase, not ready to hear it.
“Finally, I got the guts, and after a couple bottles of wine played it one night in Argentina. And he was good. It was incredible – like he left a message for me.”
Speaking to MOJO, the rocker concluded: “I thought of the record like a setlist – by the end, that’s when you start bringing out special guests. We had Stevie and Elton, Ringo was an incredible addition … and then my pop gets to be on a record with those guys, which is not too shabby.”

OHMYGOSSIP — The Fugees have cancelled their long-awaited reunion tour.
The ‘Ready or Not’ hitmakers – comprised of Lauryn Hill, Wyclef Jean and Pras Michel – had planned to go on the road late last year to celebrate 25 years of their classic 1995 album ‘The Score’ but the shows were delayed to this year to ensure “the best chance that all cities on the tour will be fully open” amid the coronavirus crisis, and now the trio have announced they will no longer be taking place at all.
The band said in a statement shared to Instagram: “We anticipate and understand disappointment but our anniversary tour will not be able to happen.
“The continued Covid pandemic has made touring conditions difficult, and we want to make sure we keep our fans and ourselves healthy and safe.
“And idea sparked to honour and celebrate this 25th anniversary of The Score but we see now it may not currently be our time for revisiting this past work, We’re grateful for the special night we did get to share with some of you in New York, with that rare live moment.”
The ‘Killing Me Softly’ group “hope” to reconsider the possibility of a tour “sometime soon” but won’t commit to new dates now.
They concluded: “If opportunity, public safety, and scheduling allow, we hope to be able to revisit this again sometime soon. THANK YOU for all your love and support throughout the years.”
The group split in 1997 to pursue successful solo careers.
Lauryn, 46, wrote and produced tracks for the likes of Whitney Houston, Aretha Franklin and Mary J. Blige and released her acclaimed debut solo album ‘The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill’ in 1998.
Wyclef, 51, also produced for other artists and released his debut album ‘The Carnival’ in 1997, which featured multiple appearances from his former bandmates.
Pras, 48, released the popular single ‘Ghetto Supastar (This Is What You Are)’ featuring Ol’Dirty Bastard and Mya for the 1998 film ‘Bulworth’.
The Haitian hip-hop trio reunited to film the music video for ‘Just Happy to Be Me’ in 1998, for ‘Sesame Street’ special ‘Elmopalooza’, as well as the Grammy-winning soundtrack album.
In September 2004, they reunited on stage for a concert in Brooklyn, and a year later, the group played a 12-minute set at the 2005 BET Awards.
After much speculation regarding a new album, the song ‘Take It Easy’ leaked online, and went on to be released online in September 2005.
Regarded as one of the most influential groups of the 90s, Fugees have sold over 22 million records worldwide.

The former ‘Lizzie McGuire’ star has revealed she is itching to get back into the studio and give fans new music but admitted she’s not ready just yet, as she wants to make sure what she puts out into the world is “authentic” to her current situation.
The mother-of-three – who has son Luca, nine, with ex-husband Mike Comrie, and daughters Banks, three, and Mae, nine months, with spouse Matthew Koma – told Cosmopolitan: “I’m not working on music right now but I have been talking to my husband about getting into the studio and starting to stretch the muscles a little bit.
“I really want to, but I need time to figure out what I’m saying, what kind of record I’m making, and who it’s for.
“But, yes, I want to.
“You know how annoying it is to go to a concert, and they don’t play the hits? I want to serve people what they want, but I also want it to be authentic to who I am now, and that’s very complicated.”
The ‘So Yesterday’ singer’s husband is a singer, songwriter, DJ and record producer, who penned Grammy-winning hit ‘Clarity’ by Zedd.
Hilary’s last studio album was 2015’s ‘Breathe In. Breathe Out.’
Elsewhere in the interview, the ‘How I Met Your Father’ star revealed her daughter Banks is obsessed with her 2015 track ‘Sparks’ and always demands she plays it on the way to preschool, much to her embarrassment.

The two iconic bands are at the top of the bill of the inaugural event at Las Vegas Festival Ground on October 22 with a line-up featuring a host of beloved pop punk and alternative rock acts.
Announcing their involvement, Paramore simply tweeted: “we’ve missed you. we’re playing When We Were Young Fest in Vegas on Oct 22nd. (sic)”
Fans can register now for the pre-sale, while the lineup reveal also includes the likes of Bring Me The Horizon, Avril Lavigne, Taking Back Sunday and Jimmy Eat World.

Meanwhile, guitarist Frank Iero previously revealed MCR had a lot planned before the delays.
He said: “I can’t wait, man. I really can’t. It’s such a weird experience to be like, ‘Hey alright all of this stuff that we’ve been working towards and these well-made plans,’ and all of a sudden it’s like, ‘Ah hurry up and wait.’
“But it happens …The plan is to make it seem like you didn’t put any work in, you didn’t prepare for anything like f****** James Dean. You just want to be cool without even trying.”

OHMYGOSSIP — A1 stars Ben Adams and Christian Ingebrigtsen are going head-to-head in a bid to represent Norway at the 2022 ‘Eurovision Song Contest’.
The boy band stars – who shot to fame as members of the ‘Caught in the Middle’ group and had a string of hits in the late 1990s and early 2000s – have submitted their entry bids for the upcoming contest in Turin, Italy, in May.
According to The Sun newspaper’s Bizarre column, Christian, 44, has put forward his song ‘Wonder of the World’, while Ben has penned the track ‘Titans’ for Norweigan singer Vilde.
If either of them is successful, they won’t be the first boy band stars to compete on ‘Eurovision’.
Westlife’s Nicky Byrne made it to the semi-final of the 2016 competition in Stockholm with his song ‘Sunlight’, while ‘All Rise’ hitmakers Blue represented the UK in 2011.
Lee Ryan, Duncan James, Anthony Costa, and Simon Webbe managed to make it to 11th place with 100 points with their song ‘I Can’ in 2011.
Meanwhile, The Rasmus just released their entry bid, ‘Jezebel’.
After it was announced that the ‘In the Shadows’ rockers had entered Finland’s annual Eurovision selection contest, Uuden Musiikin Kilpailu (The New Music Competition), the group released the heavy groove-laden track, which is one of seven entries for the country.
Lauri Ylonen and co teamed up with songwriter and producer, Desmond Child – whose credits include Bon Jovi, Aerosmith and Alice Cooper – to co-write and produce the song.
Lauri, 42, said: “It was awesome to work with Desmond again. He really knows how to put a hit song together. Jezebel is about a girl who takes what she wants, without asking. A free spirit.”
The UMK winner and Finland’s next ‘Eurovision Song Contest’ participant will be chosen at the UMK22 event in Turku Logomo on February 26, 2022.
‘Eurovision’ 2022 is set for Turin after Italy’s Maneskin won last year, with the final scheduled to take place on May 14.

OHMYGOSSIP — A public vote for The BRIT Awards with Mastercard’s four new genre categories will open on Thursday (20.01.22).
The music ceremony has teamed up with TikTok to help decide the first-ever winners of the Alternative/Rock Act, Dance Act, Hip Hop/Grime/Rap Act and Pop/R&B Act accolades.
There are 20 nominees across the four new prizes, including Adele, Becky Hill, Central Cee, Ed Sheeran, Glass Animals, Joel Corry, Little Simz, Sam Fender, Tom Grennan, and Wolf Alice.
Fans are being invited to make their vote for their favourite acts over on the TikTok app via a “voting hub” between 12pm GMT tomorrow and 6pm GMT on February 3.
A press release states that: “Users will be able to cast up to ten votes per category, per day, with vote limits resetting at midnight GMT every night for the duration of the voting window.”
There will also be exclusive content from artists on the BRITs’ official TikTok account, and music-lovers are invited to get involved by using the hashtag #BRITsTok.
So far, the likes of Nathan Evans, Raye, Wolf Alice, Griff, Holly Humberstone, A1xJ1, Joy Crookes and Joel Corry have been getting in on the action.
Adele leads the nominations this year.
The London-born star has been nominated in the Album of the Year, Artist of the Year, Song of the Year and Best pop/R&B categories after releasing her new album ’30’ in November.
Adele, 33, is joined on four nominations by Dave, Ed Sheeran, and Little Simz.
Dave is in contention for the Best hip-hop/grime/rap, Song of the Year, Artist of the Year and Album of the Year gongs.
Ed, 30 – who released ‘=’ in October – has also been nominated for the Album of the Year, Artist of the Year and Song of the Year accolades, as well as the Best pop/R&B gong.
Little Simz, 27, is up for the Best hip-hop/grime/rap, Album of the Year, Artist of the Year and Best New Artist awards.
Meanwhile, the Best International Artist accolade will be contested by Billie Eilish, Doja Cat, Lil Nas X, Olivia Rodrigo and Taylor Swift.
Holly Humberstone has already been announced as the winner of the coveted Rising Star award, following in the footsteps of artists such as Adele and Sam Smith.
What’s more, the upcoming ceremony will feature a new selection of gender-neutral categories, after the organisers decided to scrap the best male and female categories and create a broader group of nominees.
The BRIT Awards 2022 with Mastercard take place Tuesday 8th February at The O2 arena, exclusively broadcast on ITV and ITV Hub and hosted by Mo Gilligan.

The former Oasis rocker is due to release his third solo album, ‘C’mon You Know’, on May 22, and he’s also gearing up for his return to Knebworth, to mark the 25th anniversary of Oasis’ huge outdoor shows at the venue in August 1996.
And now, the ‘Wall of Glass’ hitmaker has told his 3.5 million Twitter followers to prepare themselves for some major news.
Poking fun at his estranged brother and former bandmate, Noel, he wrote: “Big announcement tmoz and I mean BIG bigger than my nose bigger than rkids rite said Fred f***ing massive so stay tuned LG x (sic)”
When one follower asked if he’ll be supporting U2, the 49-year-old rock legend – who previously mocked Noel for supporting Bono and co and claimed that he once labelled the Irish rockers “corporate muck” – quipped back: “Stop smoking taytos they should be supporting ME. (sic)”
‘C’mon You Know’ is set to follow his first two solo records ‘As You Were’ and ‘Why Me? Why Not.’
Liam has dedicated a “naughty little tune” to his 54-year-old rival sibling on his new album.
He spilled: “Right there’s a new one called … this next single is going to be called ‘Better Days’ and it’s full of sunshine.
“And then there’s another one ‘I Wish I Had More Power’ and it’s dedicated to Noel. Yeah, it’s a naughty little tune, but it’s lovely.”
The warring brothers have been at loggerheads ever since Oasis split in 2009 after a bust-up between the pair backstage at their final gig in Paris.
Liam previously revealed his track ‘Paper Crown’ from his debut solo LP ‘As You Were’ was about the 54-year-old guitarist.
The ‘River’ star appears to diss Noel on the chorus of the ballad with lines such as, “now you’re feeling the fear”, which could be interpreted as Liam saying his brother fears him doing better than him with his solo music.
He said before performing the track live: “Thank you very much. I’d like to dedicate this one to my brother.”
And he has previously used his music to attack his brother.
On ‘BE’, the second album by ‘Beady Eye’ – the band he formed with the other final members of Oasis in the wake of the breakup – Liam penned ‘Don’t Brother Me’ which contained lyrics mocking Noel’s solo career and his friendships.

OHMYGOSSIP — Boyzlife have unveiled their second album.
After releasing covers of hits by their respective boy bands accompanied by Royal Philharmonic Orchestra on their debut studio album ‘Strings Attached’ in 2020, Boyzone’s Keith Duffy, 47, and former Westlife singer Brian McFadden’s follow-up is set to feature original material by the pair.
‘Old School’, released on May 6, includes the previous single ‘The One’, which was co-written with Guy Chambers – who co-wrote several songs on Brian’s 2004 debut solo album ‘Irish Son’.
In a statement, the 41-year-old star said: “Keith and I grew up in the 80s and 90s, the sound of that era is what made us want to be musicians in the first place.
“When we first started talking about making this record as Boyzlife’s first studio album, we naturally talked about those influences a lot and have loved bringing these familiar sounds into our studio sessions and onto this record.
“Working with our producer Jackson has been an extremely creative process, we went into the studio with lyrics ideas, worked together to find a melodic sound to go with the lyrics and built the songs from there.
“Some things just fit into place and others get chopped and changed until we all agree we are on the right track. We are very excited about this album and can’t wait for people to hear it.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Silk Sonic have announced a Las Vegas residency.
The ‘Smokin Out The Window’ hitmakers – comprising Bruno Mars and Anderson .Paak – are set to bring ‘An Evening With Silk Sonic’ to the Dolby Live theatre in Sin City between February 25 and April 2.
The 13-date run is named after the pair’s acclaimed debut studio album of the same name.
Anderson, 35 – whose real name is Brandon Paak Anderson – said on social media: “The terms is locked and Vegas might not ever be the same Jack!!”
“You’re invited to the hottest show in sin city!”
Bruno said: “Its happening! The sexiest party of the year! Them Silk Sonic Boyz are performing Live in Las Vegas! (sic)”
The duo – whose spark for a collaboration came after spending time on tour together in 2017 – made their live TV debut together at the Grammy Awards in March 2021.
Meanwhile, Bruno previously admitted the pair argue “all the time” about their music.
The ‘Uptown Funk’ hitmaker explained that while they don’t always see eye to eye, they usually learn from any clashes.
He said: “Yeah, [we disagree] all the time! That’s the beauty of it though. Being able to have a conversation.
“The truth is, every time we disagree that means it’s wrong, because when it’s right, it’s unanimous. You’re just fighting to fight.
“I know what you’re gonna ask, ‘Who’s normally wrong?’ Most of the time, it’s Andy! [laughs]”
Sometimes, Silk Sonic songs just came together perfectly though, and debut single ‘Leave The Door Open’ was one of those moments.
The 36-year-old singer recalled: “That one was a blur, but I do remember you being outside and I brought a guitar out and I started playing chords.
“It started off on an acoustic guitar, and we were just going back and forth… That one just kinda built from all different angles.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Harry Styles’ Australian and New Zealand leg of his ‘Love On Tour’ run has been axed.
The ‘Golden’ singer has been forced to abandon his shows Down Under this year, which were originally set to take place back in November 2020, before being postponed amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
A statement from Live Nation in Australia read: “Due to the continuing challenges for international touring, the Harry Styles ‘Love On Tour’ is unable to be rescheduled for Australia & New Zealand in 2022.
“The current arena tour will be cancelled whilst we work towards a new tour, with all ticket holders receiving a full refund accordingly.”
In a message to his fans, the One Direction star added: “To everyone in Australia and New Zealand, I can’t believe it’s been four years. I can’t wait to see you again, but unfortunately it is just not possible at this time. I will be sharing news soon about new shows. I love you all so much. I miss you, and I can’t wait to see you.”
The 27-year-old pop star is however set to hit up 32 cities across the UK, Europe and South America this year.
Harry is also set to play his first-ever stadium shows, including London’s Wembley Stadium on June 18.
He wrote on Instagram: “I’m so happy to announce that ‘Love On Tour 2022’ is finally coming to the UK, Europe and South America. “I’m so excited to see you. Thank you, I love you. H.”
The run kicks off on June 11 in Glasgow, before heading to Manchester, London and Dublin, and going across the Channel to Europe. The ‘Watermelon Sugar’ hitmaker will then head to Latin America.
Harry has a bunch of special guests joining him, including Mitski in the UK, Arlo Parks in Dublin, Wolf Alice on some European dates, and Koffee in South America.
Tickets for the new dates go on sale on January 28 from 9am via Live Nation.

OHMYGOSSIP — Lana Del Rey and Miles Kane have “so many songs” they could make an album.
The ‘Video Games’ hitmaker and The Last Shadow Puppets star – who is set to release his new solo album ‘Change The Show’ on Friday (21.01.22) – recorded a bunch of tunes in 2018 during the sessions for his LP ‘Coup de Grace’, and they also ended up forming a supergroup with Loren Humphrey, Tyler Parkford and Zach Dawes.
In the end, Lana took the demo for ‘Dealer’, which features Miles’ vocals, and included it on her most recent LP, ‘Blue Banisters’.
He said: “We did so many songs.
“I think I was sort of flirting about putting it on an album, then she was, and then I got a call a few months back where she said she wanted to stick [‘Dealer’] out.
“That was the one song from the demos we did that had something really special, and it’s so real. The way she comes in and soars on her vocal is something that I think nobody has ever heard before. I like that she’s just kept it as the original demo we did when we wrote it.”
Miles, 35, says there is plenty of material left over that could be turned into a record.
He added to Far Out magazine: “There’s quite a lot, y’know.
“Probably enough for an album, we’d still need to finish some bits off, but there’s definitely some completed tunes.”
Lana, 36, previously revealed she and Miles had formed a band together, but they later axed the supergroup.
She said: “I’ve done so much with Miles. I think at first me and Miles and some of the guys in The Last Shadow Puppets were working on a side project and had our own band.
“This was December through March. I didn’t have a world tour planned and they didn’t have anything either cos Alex [Turner] is working on his stuff, but, after listening to the songs, I felt like the songs were probably for Miles’ solo stuff.
“Him and [The Last Shadow Puppets bassist] Zach Dawes are working on that.”
