OHMYGOSSIP — The Black Eyed Peas, AJ Tracey and Joel Corry have been announced for Newcastle-upon-Tyne’s LooseFest.
Will.i.am and co lead a stellar lineup for the two-dayer taking place on July 30 and July 31 at the city’s sprawling Town Moor common.
Joining the ‘Where is the Love?’ hitmakers, Ladbroke Grove rapper and ‘Head and Heart’ hitmaker are the likes of Example, Dimitri from Paris, Sigala, Patrick Topping, and Clean Bandit.
Festival-goers can expect a “huge festival production” across five stages, plus the very best street food and fun fair rides.

OHMYGOSSIP — Gorillaz will be joined by the likes of Turnstile, Nia Archives and Willow Kayne at All Points East.
Damon Albarn and Jamie Hewlett’s animated band will make their UK festival exclusive at London’s Victoria Park on August 19 and will be joined by some of the hottest acts of the moment.
Hardcore punks Turnstile, jungle star Nia and pop star Willow are all set to perform.
The last lineup announcement also sees the addition of rapper Knucks, Afro-French Cuban musical duo Ibeyi, electronic afro-funk outfit Ibibio Sound Machine, and LA rockers Kills Birds.
IDLES, Yves Tumor, Self Esteem, Femi Kuti, Obongjayar, NewDad, Remi Wolf and Gabriels were previously confirmed.
Jim King, CEO of European Festivals at AEG Presents, said: “We’re so excited to head back to Victoria Park this August and open up our 2022 event with Gorillaz.

OHMYGOSSIP — Judas Priest cancelled their concert in Massachusetts at the last minute on Monday night (04.04.22), due to “non-COVID related illness”.
The heavy metal band was due to perform at the Paul E Tsongas Arena in Lowell, but had to cancel at short notice due to a member of the group taking poorly.
A tweet by Priest read: “SHOW CANCELLED APRIL 4
“It is with regret we announce that unfortunately tonight’s show at Paul E Tsongas Arena, Lowell, MA is being cancelled due to non-covid related illness. We hope to be able to make this show up in the near future. Refunds available at point of purchase.”
Clips from their concert at the Premier Theater at Foxwoods Resort Casino in Mashantucket, Connecticut on April 2, appear to show frontman Rob Halford struggling.
The 70-year-old singer was diagnosed with prostate cancer amid the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 but is in remission.
Rob updated his ‘Confess’ autobiography to include his diagnosis in order to encourage men of a “certain age” to get themselves checked out regularly.
He said: “It’s in remission. I count my blessings — thanks to God. It was a time when … You know, timing is everything in rock and roll and heavy metal. And, of course, this was going on during the pandemic — the initial stages of the pandemic — so the world was completely closed down.
“Priest would have been on a bit of a hiatus anyway, because we had just been around the world three times with [Priest’s latest album] ‘Firepower’, so we were gonna be on a kind of a break although we were writing for the new album.
“And so I was able to take care of three things, really — promote [my autobiography] ‘Confess’, do some writing with the band before I came back [home] to Phoenix, and then get this cancer business sorted out.”
He then urged: “It’s just a miracle what they can do with health care these days; it’s absolutely remarkable. So in my story, my main message is to guys everywhere around the world, when you get to a certain age, it’s very important that you get your prostate checked, your bloodwork checked, get a colonoscopy.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Sir Paul McCartney’s childhood home in Liverpool is opening its doors to aspiring musicians.
The Beatles legend, 79, and his brother Mike McCartney, 78, grew up in the terraced house at 20 Forthlin Road in Allerton, and the National Trust, who owns the modest property, is giving budding musicians the chance to step inside the place where McCartney and the late John Lennon started their songwriting partnership.
As part of The Forthlin Sessions, musicians are being invited to write and perform inside the house.
It’s all in celebration of Macca’s 80th birthday in June, and the 60th anniversary of the Beatles’ hit ‘Love Me Do’, which was penned by the pair in the living room.
The property has been made to look as it was when they lived there as kids.
Mike said: “I hope some of the magic rubs off on them.”
He added: “I was 12 when my mum died and my dad had to bring up two boys so the house was in a sorry state.
“If you had a bath you were joined by the ceiling because all the paint would flake down.
“The armchair springs stuck out and ripped our clothes to shreds.”
Macca previously revealed he loved recording in the bathroom because of the great acoustics.
Former Scaffold star Mike recalled: “You could hear them crafting the songs. I would be in another room and would hear them composing.
“Our kid would play music all round the house, including in the bathroom.”

OHMYGOSSIP — The Foo Fighters have cancelled all tour dates following the death of bandmate Taylor Hawkins.
The rock star was found dead at the age of 50 Friday (25.03.22), after reportedly suffering cardiovascular collapse and now his former bandmates Dave Grohl, Nate Mendel, Pat Smear, Chris Shiflett and Rami Jaffee have taken the decision to cancel all remaining tour dates, which were due to take place throughout the remainder of 2022.
In a statement, the band said: “It is with great sadness that Foo Fighters confirm the cancellation of all upcoming tour dates in light of the staggering loss of our brother Taylor Hawkins. We’re sorry for and share in the disappointment that we won’t be seeing one another as planned.
The ‘Best of You’ rockers went on to urge fans to use the time to pull together and appreciate the “music and memories” together as they grieve.
They added: “Instead, let’s take this time to grieve, to heal, to pull our loved ones close, and to appreciate all the music and memories we’ve made together. With Love, Foo Fighters.”
Details regarding refunds for ticketholders are yet to be announced.
The official cancellation of the tour – which was due to visit Manchester’s Emirates Stadium and the London Stadium in summer 2022 as well as several venues around the world – comes just days after the band announced Taylor’s death on social media.
The band wrote on Twitter: “The Foo Fighters family is devastated by the tragic and untimely loss of our beloved Taylor Hawkins. His musical spirit and infectious laughter will live on with all of us
forever. Our hearts go out to his wife, children and family, and we ask that their privacy be treated with the utmost respect in this unimaginably difficult time.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Sir Paul McCartney is yet to plan his Glastonbury set.
The Beatles legend is set to headline the world-famous music extravaganza’s Pyramid Stage on Saturday, June 25, and while he’s yet to decide the setlist, the ‘Hey Jude’ hitmaker teased there will be plenty of surprises.
Speaking to Metro Radio, Macca said: “Yeah, to tell you the truth we don’t know exactly what we’re going to do yet, but we are definitely planning on having a few tricks up our sleeve…”
The ‘Band On The Run’ rocker also recalled performing on that very stage at Worthy Farm back in 2004, and described the view of the masses in the crowd as a “battle scene”.
He added: “My best memory was that moment we walked out on stage, when we performed there in 2004. The sheer size of the crowd, and the banners and the flags that they all hold up which reminded me of the battle of Agincourt.
“The crowds at Glastonbury have always reminded me of a medieval battle scene – it looks very heraldic, and to see this iconic scene and particular Glastonbury ‘look’ was very exciting.”
The ‘Let it Be’ hitmaker was due to perform in 2020, before the event was called off due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Organiser Emily Eavis said: “When he finally confirmed, we were beyond [excited].
“For us, having Paul McCartney is obviously a dream, a huge moment in our history. It means the world getting Paul McCartney to Glastonbury.”
McCartney will be 80 when he takes to the stage.
Billie Eilish and Kendrick Lamar are also set to headline on June 24 and June 26, respectively, while Diana Ross is set to play the Sunday afternoon tea time legends slot.
Diana – who initially shot to fame as part of The Supremes – previously expressed her excitement about performing at Glastonbury.
She wrote: “I’m so excited and grateful to finally know that I’ll be seeing you at #Glastonbury while on my UK Thank U Tour celebrating my new album of songs! See you at @glastonbury on Sunday, June 26, 2022 [stars emoji] #dianarossthankyou (sic)”
The ‘I’m Coming Out’ hitmaker was originally due to make her debut at the festival in 2020, but her planned appearance was scrapped because of the coronavirus pandemic.
Now, though, she’s set to perform on the Pyramid Stage in front of one of the event’s largest crowds.
The first line-up announcement also featured the likes of Olivia Rodrigo, Lorde, Megan The Stallion, Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds, Wolf Alice, Years and Years, Charli XCX, Crowded House, Celeste, Arlo Parks, Doja Cat, and Haim.
Glastonbury takes place in Somerset between June 22 and June 26.

OHMYGOSSIP — Concert for Ukraine raised £12.2 million for the DEC humanitarian appeal in Ukraine.
The two-hour televised fundraiser – which aired on ITV and STV – took place at Resorts World Arena Birmingham on Tuesday night (29.03.22), and featured performances from the likes of Ed Sheeran, Camila Cabello, Becky Hill, Snow Patrol, and Manic Street Preachers.
Ukrainian singer Jalama, who won the 2016 ‘Eurovision Song Contest’, gave a rousing rendition of her hit ‘1944’, with each performer choosing a song for its meaning and message.
Snow Patrol opened the show with ‘Run’, while Tom Odell performed ‘Another Love’, which has become a symbol of resilience and hope for Ukrainians amid the war.
Becky wowed with her hair-raising rendition of The Source Candi Staton’s ‘You Got The Love’.
Camila put her own spin on Coldplay’s ‘Fix You’, before being joined on stage by Ed for their duet of ‘Bam Bam’.
The latter had earlier performed ‘Perfect’ and ‘Bad Habits’.
The Manics poignantly opted to perform ‘If You Tolerate This Your Children Will Be Next’, the 1998 song inspired by the Spanish civil war, which took its name from a Republican propaganda poster with the title of the song as a warning.
Anne-Marie, Emeli Sande, Gregory Porter, and Paloma Faith also took to the stage.
The evening also saw global megastar Billie Eilish and her brother Finneas – who couldn’t attend – share a message of support from the US.
The newly-made Oscar winner said: “Hi everyone, we are so sorry we can’t be there tonight but we still wanted to offer all of our love and support to everyone performing and most importantly to express the support and solidarity with the millions of people who’ve been forced to flee their homes and leave everything behind.”
Finneas added: “The charities delivering humanitarian aid are doing a vital job so we want to say thank you to them and thanks to you for giving whatever you can.”
The star-studded benefit ended on a positive note, with Nile Rodgers and Chic getting everyone up on their feet for the unifying ‘Everybody Dance’ and ‘We Are Family’.

The ‘We Belong Together’ hitmaker is featured on a new cut of the 23-year-old rapper’s hit along with DJ Khaled, and Latto has been spilling all the details about recording the A-List collaboration.
She tweeted: “I was sooooo nervous.
“I was like what do I say y’all lol but the conversation just floweddd and she was so genuine and I definitely was overthinking. We was sipping on her liquor Black Irish and just kicking it fr. (sic)”
Latto had wanted to get the megastar on the remix for months and finally plucked up the courage to reach out to her.
She told one Twitter user: “I originally thought Mariah for the remix back in like November when it first started going up but didn’t think I could get her realistically. “Fast fwd I said f*** it and reached out. She was down. (sic)”
‘Big Energy’ features on Latto’s acclaimed second studio album, ‘777’, which dropped last week.
Meanwhile, Latto recently insisted the explicit lyric “big d*** energy” is nothing to do with “what’s in your pants” and is in fact about self-love.
She explained in a recent interview: “It’s a cool way to bring self-love back into the community and to women, specifically.
When you make these uplifting songs, people think it has to be corny and it doesn’t … It can be in a cool way where you don’t even realize you’re practicing self-love when you listen to this song but you are in a fun, exciting, fresh way. OHMYGOSSIP — Tom Odell feels “free” and “so liberated” since leaving Columbia Records.
The ‘Another Love’ hitmaker – who was first signed by the major label in 2012 – has returned with his new single, ‘Best Day Of My Life’, and admitted the “relief” of becoming an independent artist can be felt throughout his new music.
He said: “I feel so free, so liberated to be an independent artist.
“Honestly, there’s a huge amount of relief in this music, of just getting to do exactly what I want to do.
“I wanted to not cram in as many hooks as I could, not have the chorus at the front of the song, just create an environment where people can sit with the music and breathe.”
The 31-year-old singer-songwriter’s last album for Columbia was 2021’s ‘Monsters’, which reached the Top 5 in the UK.
He said of the new track: “I guess the idea behind this song was from my experience of sadness.
“After you’ve been through a really hard time there are these incredible peaks of euphoria, these moments of almost uncontrollable joy, which you’re almost suspicious of.”
Tom has been open about his struggles with his mental health in the past and hopes his music helps others going through their own battles.
He previously explained: “In 2019, my anxiety got so bad that I had to stop making music for a while. there was a period when it felt like I couldn’t leave the house without having a panic attack.
“I wrote this song, ‘monster’, about trying to overcome my struggles with those mental health problems. It makes me super sad to listen at moments because it brings back some tough times, but I am super proud of it and hope it resonates with people who are dealing with similar struggles. This first version is the song in its purest form, which I wanted you all to hear first, as the lyrics mean so much to me.”

OHMYGOSSIP — A new 20-track Sex Pistols compilation is being released as a companion to the Disney+ series ‘Pistol’.
In celebration of Danny Boyle’s six-episode limited series on the streaming service, the notorious punk rockers are releasing 20 of their recordings from 1976 to 1978 on ‘The Sex Pistols: The Original Recordings’ for the first time in more than two decades.
The release includes the hits from 1977’s highly influential ‘Never Mind The B*******’ LP; ‘God Save The Queen’, Anarchy in the UK’, ‘Pretty Vacant’, and ‘Holidays In the Sun’.
The anti-establishment purveyors’ 1977 hit ‘God Save The Queen’ was infamously banned by the BBC, and narrowly missed out on the number one spot in the Official UK Chart.
What’s more, for the first time in chart history, due to its notoriety, charts bosses refused to list its title, while many record shops refused to stock the record.
The collection also features covers from ‘The Great Rock Roll Swindle’ album, the soundtrack to the Pistols’ 1980 post-split documentary of the same name.
Plus, a host of B-sides in ‘I Wanna Be Me’ (the flipside of ‘Anarchy…’), ‘Satellite’ (the b-side of ‘Holidays In The Sun’) and ‘Did You No Wrong’ (from ‘God Save The Queen’).
The compilation will be available as a double vinyl, digital and CD and limited edition double transparent green vinyl and also limited edition yellow vinyl, and collectors’ cassettes.
‘Pistol’ is based on guitarist Steve Jones’ 2017 memoir ‘Lonely Boy: Tales from a Sex Pistol’.
Toby Wallace plays Steve Jones, Jacob Slater is drummer Paul Cook, Anson Boon is frontman John Lydon, Christian Lees is bassist Glen Matlock, and Louis Partridge is the late bass player Sid Vicious.
The cast also includes Sydney Chandler as Chrissie Hynde, Talulah Riley as Vivienne Westwood, Maisie Williams as punk icon Jordan, Emma Appleton as Nancy Spungen, and Thomas Brodie-Sangster as Malcolm McLaren.
The compilation is released on May 27, while ‘Pistol’ premieres on Disney+ and Hulu on May 31.

OHMYGOSSIP — J-Hope has recovered from COVID-19 and will perform at the Grammys.
The 28-year-old singer had tested positive for coronavirus on March 23, but fortunately, he’s made a “full recovery” in time for the K-Pop boy band’s performance at the awards ceremony at Las Vegas’ MGM Grand Arena on Sunday (03.04.22).
The band’s record label Big Hit Music said: “J-Hope has been administering self-treatment at home since last Wednesday […] and as his quarantine has concluded, J-Hope can resume his activities starting from today.
“He experienced mild symptoms of a sore throat during his quarantine, but he is recovering fast.”
Confirming his appearance at the Grammys, the label added: “J-Hope is scheduled for departure to participate in the Grammy Awards activities and he will adhere to COVID-19 guidelines for air travel during his departure.
It has been confirmed that there is no issue regarding his participation in the Grammy Awards.”
The music star credits getting plenty of shut-eye and eating well with aiding his “speedy recovery”.
J-Hope shared with fans on the Weverse platform: “Throughout isolation, I ate well and slept well. And that helped with my speedy recovery.
“I had a lot of concerns because I ended up testing positive during an important time with a lot going on.”
He added: “I’m sorry for getting back to you so late. Since I’m done isolating, I’ll be back on track in no time once I complete any and all of the remaining procedures.
“During these trying times, when every day is different, I hope ARMYs would please take good care of yourselves and stay healthy.”
J-Hope’s recovery from the virus comes after bandmate Jungkook tested positive on Tuesday (29.03.22).
The other members of the band – completed by Jin, Suga, RM, Jimin and V – have all had COVID.

The 31-year-old rapper recently paused a show after a box landed next to him, and despite thanking the fan for the flower ring, he has requested that gig-goers refrain from sending gifts and other objects flying across the stage in case he slips on them.
Sharing a clip from the recent concert, he tweeted: “Stop throwing your s*** on stage.
“I don’t want it.
“Now mid-show I gotta move it, what’s the logic? F****** stop. Thanks.”
He went on: “I don’t understand the logic of throwing your s*** up here.
“Not only for safety reasons. But bro, I don’t want your s***. I don’t want it.
“Like, not even being funny. Every show someone throws something up here, and I don’t understand the logic. Why do you think I want your s***?”

Meanwhile, Tyler recently revealed he is considering dropping his stage name because he thinks his real name is “actually cool”.

I’m getting older, and I think when people get older, they start realizing s*** and liking things they didn’t like. You just start changing. So, I think my version of that is looking at my name and saying, ‘Oh, this is actually cool.’ ”
The ‘IGOR’ hitmaker got his stage name from a MySpace page he made when he was 13, where he would upload drawings, photos and beats he’d made.
And once his career began to pick up, the name followed.
He continued: “I’m 17, in high school, and around LA, that name’s getting around, and I kind of just kept it as my stage name. It’s really dumb, but it stuck with me, so it just works.”
The ‘EARFQUAKE’ rapper has been embracing his last name for several years now, as he started putting it on his album covers, and said he’s going to keep the tradition going.
He added: “I didn’t know anyone else that had a name similar to it. I always thought my last name was weird, but whatever. I started f****** with it more around 2016, and then I started putting it on my album covers … I think I’m going to keep that going. I really f*** with that name now, it looks really cool in all caps.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Doja Cat has doubled down on claims she is retiring from music.
The ‘Say So’ hitmaker had told fans she was quitting her career on Twitter last week and later apologised for her outbursts on the micro-blogging site, which prompted Florida’s MIX 105.1 radio station to tweet: “Ok so maybe @DojaCat isn’t retiring. @PikeTaylorRadio,” alongside an article about the apology.
However, the ‘Woman’ hitmaker re-tweeted the post and insisted: “yes the f*** I am.”
The Grammy nominee had said she was “quitting” the music business after coming under fire from some fans in Paraguay, which prompted her to rant and apologise for not giving a “good enough show” in Brazil.
Following this, she changed her Twitter name to “i quit”.
Screenshots from the deleted tweet – which were posted by fans online – show Doja responding to fans who were upset about standing in the rain to meet her after the show was cancelled due to a storm.
In reply, Doja wrote: “This s*** ain’t for me so I’m out. Y’all take care.”
She wrote: “There was a storm in Paraguay, the show got canceled. When I left the next morning, there wasn’t one person outside the hotel waiting for me. Let that sink in …I regret spending all the time I did getting ready that day for the show I’ve been busting my a** every day to put on for you but god bless. (sic)”
In another deleted tweet, Doja said “music is dead” and requested people to unfollow her.
She wrote: “It’s gone and I don’t give a f*** anymore. “I f***** quit, I can’t wait to f***** disappear and I don’t need you to believe in me anymore. Everything is dead to me, music is dead, and I’m a f***** fool for ever thinking I was made for this is a f***** nightmare. Unfollow me.”

OHMYGOSSIP — John Lennon’s son Julian Lennon has announced his seventh studio album, ‘JUDE’.
The title is a nod to the Beatles’ hit ‘Hey Jude’, which Sir Paul McCartney penned for five-year-old Julian following his parents’ separation.
Julian’s mother is Lennon’s first wife Cynthia Powell – whom the late frontman divorced in 1968 on the grounds of adultery after he left her for his second wife Yoko Ono.
Julian has hailed the collection – which he co-produced with Justin Clayton – as a “coming-of-age” tale of his life.
He said: “Many of these songs have been in the works for several years, so it almost feels like a coming-of-age album.
With great respect for the overwhelming significance of the song written for me, the title JUDE conveys the very real journey of my life that these tracks represent.”
Ahead of the LP’s release later this year, the Grammy-nominated artist will release the singles ‘Every Little Moment’ and ‘Freedom’ on April 8.
The 58-year-old singer-songwriter recently signed a new global recordings agreement with BMG.
The photographer, author and philanthropist commented: “After working on new music for the past few years, I am happy to have found the perfect partner in BMG, to help me bring this work to light.”
BMG EVP Global Recordings Fred Casimir said: “Julian is a unique artist working across multiple art forms with a clear humanitarian and ecological perspective, which dates back decades. There is sometimes a long wait between Julian Lennon albums, but having heard this one, I’m convinced it was worth the wait.”
‘JUDE’ will arrive more than a decade after Julian’s last studio album, 2011’s ‘Everything Changes’.
Julian is Lennon’s eldest son.
The music legend – who was fatally shot, aged 40, outside his New York City apartment in the famous Dakota building by Mark David Chapman in December 1980 – also had a son, Sean Ono Lennon, 46, with widow Yoko.
Meanwhile, Julian recently sold an NFT of handwritten sheet music for ‘Hey Jude’ for almost £60,000.
McCartney’s notes as an NFT made £56,750 at auction last month.

OHMYGOSSIP — Keith Urban has released his euphoric new song, ‘Nightfalls’.
The 54-year-old singer is back with his first single since his mega-hit with Pink, ‘One Too Many’, from the 2020 album ‘The Speed of Now Part 1’.
Keith co-wrote the new track with the man behind hits for the likes of Adele and Foo Fighters, Greg Kurstin, and Madonna collaborator Mozella.
Speaking of the track, he said: “Writing ‘Nightfalls’ with Greg Kurstin and Mozella was pure joy. Two summers have gone by with no way to tour and the desire to have that feeling again inspired every part of this song and recording. In a world so full of real struggles and fractures, I wanna try and bring something to help us exhale and be in the moment – if only for 3 mins and 41 seconds.”
The uplifting tune has been released ahead of Keith’s UK leg of his ‘Speed Of Now Tour’, which kicks off on April 28 at Birmingham’s O2 Academy.
The jaunt also sees Keith perform in North America and his native Australia.
Meanwhile, the country-pop star recently recalled the “panicked” phone call he received asking him to replace Adele after she postponed her Las Vegas residency.
Nicole Kidman’s husband stepped up after the ‘I Drink Wine’ singer was forced to cancel her shows at Caesars Palace in Sin City at the last minute after COVID hit her crew and they were “absolutely destroyed” by delivery delays.
He said: “We got a very panicked call one night, asking if we could fill in a bunch of shows and it worked out perfect. We were able to do it.
“I love that room. The stage is literally an arena, it’s insane.”
The musician scheduled five gigs between March 25 and April 2 at the world-famous Colosseum inside the iconic venue.
Adele’s run was due to kick off on January 21 but she shared an emotional video the day before and admitted she was “embarrassed” by the delay.
She said: “I’m so sorry, but my show ain’t ready.
“We’ve tried absolutely everything we can to put it together in time and for it to be good enough for you, but we’ve been absolutely destroyed by delivery delays and COVID. Half my crew and team are [ill] with COVID and still are, and it’s been impossible to finish the show.
“I’m gutted — I’m sorry it’s so last minute, we’ve been awake for over 30 hours trying to figure it out and we’ve run out of time. I’m so upset and I’m really embarrassed and so sorry to everyone that traveled to get [to the show]. I’m really, really sorry.”
The ‘Can I Get It’ singer is yet to reschedule the dates.

OHMYGOSSIP — Drake has hinted new music is on the way.
The ‘God’s Plan’ rapper recently took to his Instagram Story to share a snap from the studio, sparking speculation he’s working on his first new music since 2021’s ‘Certified Lover Boy’.
The studio teaser comes after Nicki Minaj revealed she “discussed” having Drake executive produce her new album.
The rap megastars have collaborated repeatedly over the years; including on the tracks ‘Make Me Proud’, ‘Only’, ‘No Frauds’, ‘Seeing Green’, and more recently, ‘Papi’s Home’ from Drake’s latest LP.
Nicki, 39, told fans during a Twitter Q+A that the 35-year-old hip-hop superstar could have a special role for her follow-up to 2018’s ‘Queen’.
Asked by one follower how long it takes to come up with lyrics, the ‘Super Bass’ hitmaker responded “Few mins. What’s funny is- that was originally 1 of the many lines I had on Seeing Green. My SG verse was just way too long so I kept creating new edits and sending back and forth to Champagne Papi [Drake]. Cuz he was like Wayne verse already long as well, so we gotta try to shorten the song. (sic)”
Quizzed on whether she and the ‘Nonstop’ rapper have any more music on the way, she replied: “We actually discussed him EP’ing this new album. That was b4 Seeing Green even came out. (sic)”
‘Seeing Green’, which also featured Lil Wayne, was released in May 2021.
The ‘Anaconda’ rapper didn’t confirm if Drake will actually executive produce the record.
Further details regarding the album are slim.
Nicki’s recent singles include ‘Do We Have A Problem?’ and ‘Bussin’, both of which featured Lil Baby.
