OHMYGOSSIP — Wallice will be releasing her EP ’90s American Superstar’ next month.
The ‘Wisdom Teeth’ musician will be dropping it on 8 May, which is “about a fictional relationship”.
the 22-year-old pop star said in a YouTube video:“‘90s American Superstar’ is about a fictional relationship in which my partner is showing very LA ‘dating a musician’ type behaviour.”
Wallice feels the “chorus makes it a break up song” but it is also a “diss track” and brimming with “emotions”.
The chorus makes a breakup song, and the verses make it a diss track.”“The first verse has six ‘90s movie references, and looks inwards at a breakup and what I did wrong. The second verse is blaming the other person – so it’s kind of a rollercoaster of emotions.”
The ‘Hey Michael’ singer says the extended play is a concept record that looks “into the celebrity life that lots of musicians and the LA entertainment industry crowd seeks. It’s fun to think about, ‘what if I was famous? and how fame can change people. Especially since I grew up in LA– I love it here, but it’s a strange place and it can feel like everyone is just looking for their big break.”
She added: “To me, the EP plays with that perspective and the way people think about that dream. By exploring the idea of fame, I think the EP is a fun way of saying everyone is human. We all have aspirations, bad qualities and egos, but even if you’re famous (which by the way– I’m not in any way), that doesn’t make you better or worse than someone who isn’t. ”

OHMYGOSSIP — DJ Khaled isn’t driven by awards and accolades.
The ‘I’m The One’ hitmaker will be receiving a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame soon, and whilst he is very grateful for the honour, he insists things like that don’t define his career, but he feels very “blessed”.
He said: “Everybody who puts out great work loves greatness to come back. Now, am I driven by awards or other accolades? No. That I came from nothing, that I made it this far, and that I keep going and I keep growing – that’s what drives me. Being a father of two children drives me. Being a good man drives me – being there for my family and my children.”
And the 46-year-old star is grateful for all his “blessings”.
Speaking to Variety, he added: “I’m grateful for blessings that God gave me. Getting this star is a blessing. Getting the call where you got a Walk of Fame star, a Grammy or a No. 1 album – I wake up every day saying that ‘We’re No. 1!'”
He describes his most recent album, ‘Father of Asahd’, as his “biggest album”.
The DJ said: “As a body of work, this is my biggest album. A classic album from top to bottom. My whole career I’ve put out timeless records. I’ve been part of your life, and everybody’s life, for a long time. I’m the guy who made ‘All I Do Is Win,’ I’m the guy who made ‘I’m the One’ and ‘Wild Thoughts’ and ‘Shining’ – I can keep going. Usually my albums, I would have two, three big singles and a great album. This album, from top to bottom, everything was a single.
“It’s not only about numbers. It’s about the impact in the culture. OHMYGOSSIP — The Saints’ Chris Bailey has died, at the age of 65.
The Australian rocker sadly passed away on Saturday (09.04.22), and tributes have poured in for the late musician.
A Facebook statement by the punk rock band read: “It is with great pain in our hearts that we have to inform you about the passing of Chris Bailey, singer and songwriter of The Saints, on April the 9th 2022.
Chris lived a life of poetry and music and stranded on a Saturday night.
Family and friends.”
A cause of death is not known at this time.
His ex-bandmate Ed Kuepper wrote: “Very sad to confirm the news about Chris Bailey dying on the weekend. Chris and I met when we were about 14 during detention at Oxley High School and became close friends which later developed into what I always thought was an extremely strong artistic partnership.”
The frontman was born in Kenya to Irish parents and spent seven years of his life in Belfast, before moving to Brisbane, Australia.
There, he would meet Ed and drummer Ivor Hay at school and they formed Kid Galahad and the Eternals in 1973.
A year later, they switched the band name to The Saints and Ivor became the bassist following the arrival of drummer Jeffrey Wegner.
However, the sticksman quit in 1975 and Ivor once again resumed his role as drummer, while Kym Bradshaw became bass player.
A year later, the group had their first hit with 1976’s ‘(I’m) Stranded’, which is one of the most influential punk records, released ahead of vinyl debuts by the Sex Pistols, Buzzcocks, The Damned and The Clash.
The band released 14 studio albums, the most recent being 2012’s ‘King of the Sun’.
The Saints were inducted into the Australian Recording Industry Association (ARIA) Hall of Fame in 2001.
Among those to pay tribute to Chris is Guns N’ Roses bassist Duff McKagan, who wrote: “Rest In Peace Chris Bailey. 21 years is a long, long time-to be in this prison when there ain’t no crime. Saints forever! (sic)”
Warren Ellis of Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds said: “Chris Bailey. One of the best singers. The Saints one of the best bands. Vale and thank you Chris.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Jade Thirlwall will reportedly drop her surname when she launches her solo career.
The Little Mix star is said to be planning to follow in the footsteps of Girls Aloud star Cheryl by going by just Jade.
An insider told The Sun newspaper’s Bizarre column: “Jade is going all out to make sure her solo career takes off.
“After talks with bosses, she’s decided a mini-revamp is the way to go and will be dropping her surname to simply be known as ‘Jade’ moving forward.
“It worked for Cheryl so they see no reason why it wouldn’t work for Jade.”
The source also suggested it’s likely Jade will launch her career in the summer, though nothing is concrete as of yet.
They added: “There are no plans set in stone yet but a summer launch for her career is looking more than likely.
“It goes without saying she’s incredibly loyal to the girls but they are all looking to the future and life after the group and working on their own projects now.”
It was recently revealed that Jade, 29, had signed to Harry Styles’ management.
The star inked a deal with Full Stop Management – also home to the likes of Lizzo, Mark Ronson, and Saweetie – and is tipped to have huge solo success like the former One Direction star.
Jade has also been in the studio with Jax Jones.
The ‘House Work’ hitmaker spilled: “I was in the studio with Jade and she is mega-cool and super-talented. She is also such fun to be around.
“We wrote something really cool so hopefully that can come out too.”
Jade recently admitted it will be “very emotional” wrapping Little Mix’s last tour before their hiatus.
The pop star is feeling “nervous” about returning to the stage for ‘The Confetti Tour’ alongside bandmates Perrie Edwards and Leigh-Anne Pinnock this weekend, for what marks the trio’s first run since 2019’s ‘LM5: The Tour’.
Speaking on Charli XCX’s Best Song Ever podcast on BBC Sounds, she confessed: “I am a bit nervous. It has been so long since I have been on a stage.
“I feel I am a bit . . . not out of shape, but we love to throw the kitchen sink in. We love a dance routine.”
The ‘Heartbreak Anthem’ hitmaker went on to admit that while emotions will be high when the girls play the last date at London’s The O2 arena on May 14, she accepts that “change has to happen in life”.
She added: “It is a weird phase of such a huge phase of my life. I’m sure the last night of the tour will be very emotional.
“Change has to happen in life, you have to embrace it and make those moves.”
Little Mix have insisted their break will not mark a permanent end for the group.

After dropping several teasers on social media about the promo for the track from his latest album, ‘Dawn FM’, the 32-year-old megastar has shared the visual, which sees him and the 27-year-old South Korean model and actress – who shot to fame on the hit Netflix survival drama – partaking in karaoke.
Hollywood star Carrey also makes a creepy appearance at the end of the video; as his narration plays out, the actor is seen staring at The Weeknd through a magnifying glass.
The 60-year-old actor – who recently announced he’s likely retiring from acting – says in the monologue: “Don’t you dare touch that dial, because like the song says, you are out of time.
“You’re almost there, don’t panic. There’s still more music to come before you’re completely engulfed in the blissful embrace of that little light you see in the distance.

OHMYGOSSIP — Metallica’s charity has donated $500,000 (£382,000) towards food supplies for Ukrainian refugees.
The heavy metal legends’ All Within My Hands Foundation made a generous donation to the World Central Kitchen, the non-profit providing meals to victims of the war amid the humanitarian crisis.
Drummer Lars Ulrich said: “The work that Chef José Andrés and the dedicated World Central Kitchen cooks do on the frontlines in a humanitarian crisis is nothing short of incredible.
“We are inspired, humbled, and beyond proud to support their teams currently in six European countries serving the millions of Ukrainians who have been forced to leave their homes.
“WCK represents everything that Metallica and our All Within My Hands Foundation stand for by providing meals with dignity and hope worldwide.”
However, they are not done raising money just yet, with the ‘Nothing Else Matters’ rockers setting a target of $1 million by June.
The band has teamed up with artist Andrew Cremeans on a t-shirt with money raised from the sale of each top going to the non-profit’s #ChefsForUkraine campaign.
What’s more, James Hetfield and Kirk Hammett are putting the guitars they will use for their rendition of ‘The Star-Spangled Banner’ at Metallica Night on May 24 under the hammer to boost coffers.

OHMYGOSSIP — Memorabilia belonging to members of Joy Divison, New Order, The Smiths and more will go on display at Manchester’s new British Pop Archive.
The John Rylands Research Institute and Library has announced a “first of its kind” national collection at The University of Manchester, which is dedicated to the preservation and research of popular culture, is set to open its doors on May 19, 2022, until January 15, 2023.
The BPA will launch with ‘Collection’, a “distinctively Manchester-flavoured exhibition” which will exhibit artefacts from the city’s cultural landscape such as iconic Manchester-based soap ‘Coronation Street’ and famous musicians from the city in an effort to “tell the story of a vibrant city” that has “art, culture and music at its heart.”
A press release added: “The exhibition features iconic items from British pop history, many of which have never been seen by the public. Highlights include personal items relating to The Smiths, New Order, The Haçienda, Factory Records, Granada Television and Joy Division.”
These include Joy Division and New Order’s manager Rob Gretton’s “original written vision for the band, Ian Curtis’ handwritten lyrics to Joy Division classics such as ‘She’s Lost Control’ and ‘Atmosphere’, original posters for Sex Pistols’ legendary gigs at The Lesser Free Trade Hall, Manchester and important works by designer Peter Saville that set the visual template for Factory Records. The complete corporate archive of Granada Television is a major resource of a ground-breaking company.”
Professor Christopher Pressler, John Rylands University Librarian and Director of The University of Manchester Library, said: “The John Rylands Research Institute and Library is one of the acknowledged great libraries of the world. This position is founded on our astonishing special collections and archives. Whilst we continue to work on materials in every format and every language from five thousand years of human history it is critical that we also engage with our own time. The British Pop Archive is part of our desire to reach into areas not always associated with major research libraries, including pop music, popular culture, counter-culture, television and film. This is a national archive held in Manchester, one of the most important centres of modern culture in the world.”
Mat Bancroft, Curator of the British Pop Archive, said: “We launch the British Pop Archive with a Manchester focused exhibition full of unique and unseen artefacts. These materials tell the story of a vibrant city with art, culture and music at its heart. More than that they foreground the creative catalysts, musicians, producers, artists, designers and writers who have instigated this repositioning of landscape – to propose media as the new cultural capital of the city.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Olivia Rodrigo treated gig-goers to a cover of idol Avril Lavigne’s 00s’ hit ‘Complicated’ at the opening concert of her ‘Sour Tour’.
The 19-year-old singer paid tribute to the pop-punk queen with the rendition of her 2002 smash hit at her show at Portland’s Theater of the Clouds on Tuesday night (05.04.22).
Before performing the cover, Olivia said: “This next song is a song I really love by the pop-punk princess herself.”
As well as storming through tracks from her chart-topping debut studio album, ‘Sour’, including ‘brutal’, ‘drivers license’, ‘happier’, ‘deja vu’, and an encore of ‘good 4 u’, the teen phenomenon also belted out a rendition of Veruca Salt’s ‘Seether’.
The pair have been getting to know each other this awards season, and Avril recently credited Olivia with reviving “rock-and-roll on the charts”.
The ‘Bite Me’ rocker presented the ‘good 4 u’ hitmaker with the Songwriter of the Year prize at the Variety Hitmakers ceremony recently, and she hailed her record-breaking LP for helping to bring punk rock back into the mainstream.
Avril said at the bash in Los Angeles: “This year we were introduced to a new artist whose debut album marked a major return for rock-and-roll on the charts.
“From ‘Driver’s License’ to ‘Good 4 You’ to ‘Deja Vu,’ Olivia’s singles from her album ‘Sour’ are part of the collective psyche of 2021, and she wrote every single one of them.”
And Olivia thanked Avril, 37, for inspiring her.
She gushed: “I am such a massive fan of you, I look up to you so much, so this is so surreal for me. Thank you for the love and support.
“I’ve been writing songs since I was like five years old and my favourite part about all of this is that feeling of writing a song that perfectly captures how I feel better than any conversation could have. So to accept an award for songwriting is really meaningful to me.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Ed Sheeran has received three nominations for this year’s Ivor Novello Awards.
The 31-year-old pop star has received two nominations in the PRS for Music Most Performed Work category.
Ed is also nominated for the Songwriter of the Year award, although he faces competition from Raye, Dave, Adele and Coldplay.
Adele, 33 – who released her long-awaited album ’30’ last year – is also in contention for the Best Song Musically and Lyrically gong for ‘Easy On Me’.
Elsewhere, Inflo – who is one of the most influential producers in the world – leads the list of nominees with four nods in total.
The acclaimed hitmaker has received three nominations in the Best Album category and one for the Best Contemporary Song gong.
Laura Mvula is also competing for the Best Album prize and the 35-year-old star is thrilled that her record, ‘Pink Noise’, has been recognised.
Laura made the album during lockdown after being dropped by her record label.
Reflecting on her journey over recent months, she said: “Sometimes it was hard to imagine getting to the finish line, so to know that it has made some impact in such strange times is really exciting for me.”
The Ivor Novellos are the most prestigious songwriting awards in the UK, and Laura is delighted to see such a diverse list of nominees this year.
She explained to the Guardian newspaper: “They need to know that they can do whatever they want to do, especially when it comes to creativity and the arts. I’m genuinely thrilled to feel empowered and celebrated, and to be a symbol of something that is needed and positive in this ever-changing climate.”
Meanwhile, Ashaine White, Luz, Matilda Mann, Naomi Kimpenu and PinkPantheress have all been nominated for the Rising Star award.
The ceremony will be held at Grosvenor House in London on May 19.

OHMYGOSSIP — Jack White was given advice on playing guitar by Prince .
The 46-year-old star – who is best known as a member of rock duo The White Stripes – revealed that he once got the chance to meet the late music legend at a show and claimed that the ‘Purple Rain’ hitmaker was impressed by his song ‘Another Way to Die’, which he had written for James Bond movie ‘Quantum of Solace’ back in 2008 and performed with Alicia Keyes.
He said: “The phrase he had said to me was like, ‘No one is going to tell you how to play your guitar, Jack.’ And he talked about the James Bond song I had just done. And he said, ‘I really like it.’ .”
The ‘Screwdriver’ singer went on to explain that he was thrilled to hear that because of how “divisive” reactions can be when penning a Bond track, but Prince – who died of an accidental drug overdose back in 2016 – reassured him that the track was “really strong.”
Being interviewed by Zane Lowe on Apple Music 1, he added: “And I said, ‘Oh, that’s great. Because some people, it’s like making a song for ‘Star Wars’ fans or something. You’re throwing yourself into the sea of… It’s a very divisive track.’ And he goes, ‘Oh, I thought it was real strong.’”
Jack – who formed The White Stripes along with now ex-wife Meg back in 1997 but – went on to launch a solo career following their split in the late 2000s but had initially abstained from making comment about it and revealed he only felt the need to do so upon releasing his debut album ‘Blunderbuss.’
He added: “I had a feeling, maybe it’d be healthier for me and her and for the fans … Because I’m about to release a solo record and if I hear someone say, ‘Well why didn’t you just make a White Stripes record? I don’t want to hear that. So that was one of the reasons for the health part of it.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Geezer Butler has completed the first draft of his autobiography.
The Black Sabbath bassist revealed a year ago that he was halfway through his memoir, which he has penned for his grandkids, and while giving an update on his progress, the 72-year-old rocker asked his followers to help him choose a title for the tome.
Sharing some of the names he’s come up with, he tweeted: “Just turned in the 1st draft of my book so I’m now thinking of titles. So far, I have:
Into the Void
Basses Loaded
Past Forward
What The Butler Did
Bassic Instinct
Feel free to send me which of those you think would suit my #autobiography. (sic)”
The book is “about growing up in Aston, Birmingham and how Sabbath came about.”
Speaking about the memoir last year, he said: “I started out because when my parents died, I always wished I’d asked them a lot more things than I knew about.
“I don’t really know much about my mum and dad, ’cause they were always just there. So, I started writing a memoir for my grandkids to read, and that’s been fun going through stuff — old times and growing up in Birmingham, and all that. I’m right in the middle of doing that at the moment.”
The tell-all tome will likely be filled with tales about Ozzy Osbourne and co’s cocaine-fuelled antics.
On the time the ‘Paranoid’ rockers lived together in Los Angeles in 1972, Geezer recalled: “We used to have bucket loads of cocaine there, and we had this big bowl in the middle of the table, full of cocaine.
“One day Ozzy noticed this button below one of the windows; He kept pressing it, ‘I wonder what this does?’ The next thing, the police turned up – it was a panic button. And there was us with this great big bowl of cocaine in the middle. So, we dumped all the cocaine down the toilet and ran upstairs to get rid of our own stashes. The coppers went ,‘What’s the problem?’ Oh, nothing… ‘OK, see ya…’ And we’d dumped about five grams of cocaine down the bog!”
The band were notorious for their wild live shows and Geezer previously recalled how he was “nearly blinded” when a Sabbath fan threw a giant cross on stage.
He shared: “I’ll never forget that. I think it was in San Francisco. Somebody threw this massive bloody brass cross at us, about 18 inches.
“It hit me in the eye. Nearly blinded me. But I kept it.
“There’s also a painting someone gave us in Russia, with us as Samurai warriors. Gloriously hideous. We look like four versions of Ken Dodd.
“They found the jacket I wore on our ‘Vol. 4’ album sleeve. And my silver six-inch platform boots, with red crosses up the sides. God knows how I wore them.”
Black Sabbath – which was also made up of guitarist Tony Iommi and previously drummer Bill Ward – formed in 1968 and bid farewell with their final gig in their hometown of Birmingham’s Genting Arena in 2017.

OHMYGOSSIP — Normani always felt “very overlooked” in Fifth Harmony.
The 25-year-old singer starred in the chart-topping girl group alongside Ally Brooke, Dinah Jane, Lauren Jauregui, and Camila Cabello – but she admits it wasn’t easy being the “only black girl in a group”.
She shared: “For someone that’s always felt very overlooked and being the only black girl in a group, mentally was a lot for me. There were times that I didn’t feel seen, and felt unimportant, and my vocal ability wasn’t just as amazing.
“To come out of that, speaks to, I feel, my resilience, but also the people that have been riding with me since day one. I’m just so grateful for it.”
Normani is now loving life as a solo artist and she’s reassured fans that her new songs are all “coming in the summer”.
Speaking about her new album, she told ‘Entertainment Tonight’: “It will definitely be worth the wait. I hope you guys love it just as much as I do.
“I’ve obviously spent some years on it … I just hope that they feel closer to me, honestly. That’s the beauty in music. People can interpret it however they want, but once it’s theirs, I hope they enjoy it.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Joan Jett is determined to “connect with and support” young female artists.
The 63-year-old star is close to the likes of Miley Cyrus, and Joan is always keen to offer advice and support to up-and-coming artists.
She explained: “I always try to make sure that I connect with and support [young women] in any way I can.
“Most of the time they’re going through the same things that I’ve been through many times over.”
However, Joan feels a bit uncomfortable talking about her own legacy in the music industry.
Joan – who is best known as the frontwoman of Joan Jett and the Blackhearts – told the Guardian newspaper: “When people say ‘punk queen’, I’m, like, you got Patti Smith, man, you can’t compete with that.
“I want to be ‘a’ one rather than ‘the’ one, otherwise the only way is down. There’s this Maya Angelou quote which says: ‘People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did but people will never forget how you made them feel.’ I just wanna make people feel good.”
Joan is the eldest of three siblings – but she credits her work ethic to her parents.
The singer – whose mother was a secretary and her father sold insurance – said: “I never saw them sitting around being lazy. They instilled in me that I could do whatever I wanted to do, but I’d have to work hard at it.”
Joan’s parents actually bought her a horse during her younger years, and that experience taught her some important life lessons.
She shared: “We weren’t a rich family so I don’t know how they did that. But I’d travel about 40 miles on the weekends and I would take lessons in exchange for cleaning the stables. And I learned something from that.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Mandy Moore’s new single is a celebration of the “quieter, simpler moments” in life.
The 37-year-old star has released a nostalgic new single called ‘Little Dreams’, and she’s explained what inspired her to make the track.
She said: “I wanted to write a song about how a life is comprised of these seemingly mundane moments that ultimately all piece together to form something greater.
“It’s about the little things we look back on with such nostalgia when we’re reflecting on a particular point in time: the walk you took with someone right after it had rained, or the drive when someone introduced you to a record that wound up becoming one of your favourites.
“It doesn’t always have to be about the flashy things that scream out to us – it’s all those quieter, simpler moments that are worth recognising and celebrating too.”
Mandy released her debut album, ‘So Real’, in 1999. And although she’s subsequently enjoyed success as an actress, she’s always been keen to return to her musical roots one day.
She previously shared: “The last few records I had out were not successful. But it’s in me. Music is in me. I have to sing, I have to be onstage.”
Mandy also admitted that she struggled to connect with some of her early hits.
The singer – who also plays Rebecca Pearson in the NBC drama ‘This Is Us’ – said: “Sometimes I really wrestled with songs.
“I didn’t like ‘Candy’ initially. I think I recorded it several times. But I remember thinking, I don’t connect to this song in a way I had with other songs that I was recording for that first album.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Camila Cabello’s new single was inspired by her mom’s advice.
The 25-year-old singer joined forces with Ed Sheeran to make ‘Bam Bam’, and Camila has revealed her mom’s influence over the new tune.
She shared: “I started writing this song with my collaborators a few months back and we had this chorus idea about what it’s been like in my late teens and early 20s falling in and out of love and ups and downs of that.
“Also reminding myself, as my mom has told me many times, ‘That’s life.’ You’re on the ground crying on the bathroom floor and then you’ll have feelings for another person again, and you’ll be crying on the bathroom floor again. And that is the cycle of change. Things just change, you never know what’s around the corner.”
Camila loved working with Ed, 31. But, at one point in time, she feared he might walk away from the project.
She told ‘Entertainment Tonight’: “When I sent the song and he said, ‘I love, let’s definitely do this,’ I just felt like, ‘This is too good to be true, he’s going to change his mind.’ He didn’t and he has been so exciting about it throughout.”
Camila split from Shawn Mendes in 2021, but the duo have subsequently remained firm friends.
The 23-year-old singer also recently acknowledged that heartbreak is a big inspiration for them both.
He said: “She knows me and I know her, and ultimately, we both are writers and we both know what it is to make music and what the bigger picture of making art is. We’re supportive of that, always.”
Shawn has also been forced to learn “how to cope” without the brunette beauty by his side.
He shared: “You’ve got to give yourself a lot of grace to kind of be a little bit of a mess, and that’s okay. And then, you have to look around at the people who are there and not the people who aren’t.”

The ‘Don’t Go Yet’ hitmaker – who left the girl group in 2016 to pursue a solo career – admits she doesn’t “blame the girls for what went down”.
She sings: “Everybody says they miss the old me/I been on this ride since I was 15.
I don’t blame the girls for how it went down, down.”
Her exit came amid reports of tension between her and the other four members, but Camila later insisted her relationship with Normani, Ally Brooke, Dinah Jane and Lauren Jauregui is much better than it was.
Speaking in 2018, she said: “I just don’t like beefs or drama. I feel like we’re in a really good place right now, me the girls. I saw Normani at the Billboard Music Awards and we just caught up. I told her I’m super excited for her. I don’t remember the last time I saw the other girls but I told her to say the same to the girls. I feel like there’s been enough time and distance away from the situation that I feel like we’re all genuinely in a good place right now and honestly there’s just no time in life for that stuff. What’s the point?”
The song is featured on Camila’s new LP, ‘Familia’, out now.
Camila, 25, found writing the record to be a “cathartic” experience.
The brunette beauty – who split from Shawn Mendes in 2021 – explained: “For me, my process is really cathartic.
“It’s me kind of singing anything that I think about and feel into a microphone. I do like seven takes of that. I do that for like 25 minutes, and then me and my collaborators talk about it. Then we are like, ‘Oh, you said this, that was really cool.’ We brainstorm, we fill it in and then that becomes a song.”
Meanwhile, Camila also explained that she’s turned to meditation and therapy as a means of navigating the ups and downs of life.
She said: “As I get older, I find more and more resources, so for example, meditation and talking to a therapist.
“Also talking to my friends, like literally just being like, ‘Guys, I’m feeling like this. And this is fear, and I’m feeling sad about this.’ Really being open with people. Going for walks. I feel like that’s kind of the key to getting older.
“Those feelings are gonna come and I think you just gather more and more tools to kind of cope with them in a healthy way.”
