OHMYGOSSIP — Sir Paul McCartney duetted with a video of John Lennon on the opening night of his ‘Got Back’ tour.
The Beatles legend thrilled crowds in Spokane, Washington as he performed the band’s classic song ‘I’ve Got a Feeling’ with footage of Lennon from Peter Jackson’s ‘The Beatles: Get Back’ documentary in the background.
Paul revealed that Jackson had isolated the late music icon’s vocals after getting the idea of having Lennon “sing” along with the band.
McCartney recalls the ‘Lord of the Rings’ filmmaker texting him: “We can extract John’s voice, and he can sing with you. (I replied) ‘Oh, yeah!”
The 79-year-old musician also dedicated the song ‘Here Today’ to Lennon, who was shot dead in 1980 aged 40, and told fans that he regretted that he hadn’t “properly told (Lennon) he loved him while he had the chance”.
McCartney also paid tribute to fellow Beatles bandmate George Harrison by using a ukulele that the late singer had given him to play the tune ‘Something’.
The gig marked McCartney’s return to the stage following the pandemic and he was overjoyed to be performing once again as he treated the crowd to hits from the Beatles, Wings and his solo career.
He said: “They said ‘get back’, and we got back. And it feels cool.
“You’ll have to give me a moment to myself, just to let me take this in.”
Meanwhile, Paul previously revealed in his book ‘The Lyrics: 1956 to Present’ that “eroticism” was the “driving force” behind many of his early songs – including the 1963 Beatles single ‘I Want to Hold Your Hand’
Paul wrote: “There was an eroticism behind it all. If I’d heard myself use that word when I was 17, there would have been a guffaw. But eroticism was very much a driving force behind everything I did. It’s a very strong thing. And, you know, that was what lay behind a lot of these love songs. “I want to hold your hand” [and probably do a lot more!]”

OHMYGOSSIP — Liam Gallagher would rather “jump off a f****** roof” than be known as a “pop star”.
The former Oasis rocker is set to release his third solo album ‘C’mon You Know’ next month with two sold out shows already set for Knebworth in June, and he admitted he doesn’t care about getting radio play.
He told Mojo magazine: “I’m Liam Gallagher. Why do I worry? That’s what I want to do. I don’t want to be a pop star. The thought of that makes me want to jump off a f****** roof!
“I’m not arsed if it gets on the radio. Sometimes these mixes take all the rawness out. Does it have to be mixed? ‘Well, yeah, that’s how music works, especially if you want it on the radio…’
“Get the levels right, but don’t smother it. It doesn’t need a perm. Leave it. But then it won’t get on the radio and everyone will start crying, won’t they?”
The 49-year-old musician revealed he’s still keen to make a “proper punk record” one day, and he insisted it was his original plan for his upcoming LP.
He said: “I still want to make an out-and-out Stooges album. No keyboards. No Beatlemania. A proper punk record. That’s what this one was going to be but I’m a sucker for a ballad and a nice melody.”
However, he had similar goals for the new album before he got sidetracked, and he said he needs to shut out his main influences to push himself towards a different sound.
He added: “I need to have a word with myself. I need to limit myself to guitar, bass and drums. Ten songs, in your face – but good songs. Staying away from twee melodies.
“But it’s totally down to me. I have no discipline once I hear a nice, flowery melody. I need a total Beatles ban. And a Stones ban.
“Next time, I’m just gonna get in the studio with a band and bash it out. Not even mix it. Just have it as it’s coming off the desk.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Julian Lennon has had a “love-hate relationship” with the Beatles classic ‘Hey Jude’.
The 59-year-old musician – the son of John Lennon and his first wife Cynthia – has revealed that the song serves as a “dark reminder” about his parents’ divorce after it was written for him by Sir Paul McCartney.
Speaking on the SiriusXM radio show ‘Debatable’, Julian explained: “I wasn’t really aware of what was going on except when I started seeing Yoko (Ono) around, obviously that made a bit of an impact and apparently I struggled with the separation a great deal at five.
“I would have raging moments of being a screaming child but those moments haven’t stuck with me.
“For me it has always been about moving forward, protecting mum the best that I could and making her proud, keeping an eye on her, arms around her, protecting her all the way up until the end, she was my priority.”
The ‘Too Late for Goodbyes’ hitmaker also explained how the track inspired the name of his latest album, titled ‘Jude’.
Julian explained: “The album allowed me to explain what ‘Hey Jude’ meant to me because the fact of the matter is it was a love-hate relationship, I thought I had heard it enough.
“I am thankful to Paul for writing it and putting some hope behind what was to come, but the downside of it was it was a dark reminder of what actually went down at that time, the separation.”
Lennon revealed how he was filled with pride after watching the recent Fab Four documentary ‘The Beatles: Get Back’.
He said: “After watching the documentary there was such pride seeing dad the way I used to know him as a kid, remembering him and seeing him being a goofy b***** but also being such a great writer, performer and singer.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Wynonna Judd is still expected to attend the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum’s medallion ceremony on Sunday (01.05.22).
The 57-year-old singer announced on Saturday (30.04.22) that her mother and The Judds bandmate Naomi Judd had passed away at the age of 76 but she and her family urged the organisation to carry on with the ceremony despite the loss of the music legend.
And a representative for the Hall of Fame confirmed Wynonna is still planning to attend for The Judds’ induction, though plans for public red carpet arrivals have been scrapped entirely.
Kyle Young, CEO of the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, said in a statement to Billboard: “We are shocked and saddened to learn of the death of Naomi Judd, who enters the Country Music Hall of Fame tomorrow as a member of mother-daughter duo The Judds…Naomi overcame incredible adversity on her way to a significant place in music history. Her triumphant life story overshadows today’s tragic news.
“Her family has asked that we continue with The Judds’ official Hall of Fame induction on Sunday. We will do so, with heavy hearts and weighted minds. Naomi and daughter Wynonna’s music will endure.”
Eddie Bayers, Ray Charles and Pete Drake are among those also set to be inducted in Nashville on Sunday.
Meanwhile, a host of country stars have paid tribute to Naomi following the news of her death.
Carrie Underwood hailed her a “true legend”.
She said: “Country music lost a true legend…sing with the angels, Naomi!!! We’re all sending up prayers for the Judd family today…”
Referencing The Judds’ appearance at the 2022 CMT Music Awards just a few weeks ago, Maren Morris posted: “Rest In Peace, Naomi Judd. Honored to have witnessed “Love Can Build a Bridge” just a few short weeks ago.”
Travis Tritt has been left “heartbroken” by the news.
He said: “This is heartbreaking news! Naomi Judd was one of the sweetest people I’ve ever known. I had the honor of working with her in movies and numerous musical events. My deepest heartfelt condolences go out to her family.”
And Crystal Gayle is feeling “deeply saddened” by the loss of such a “special” person.
She said: “I am deeply saddened by the loss of my friend and fellow Kentuckian, Naomi Judd. Naomi was always so special to be with. She accomplished so much and she will be missed and loved forever. My prayers go out to Naomi and her family.”

OHMYGOSSIP — The Rolling Stones frontman Sir Mick Jagger reads two books at a time.
The 78-year-old rock legend is an avid reader and always aims to enjoy two tomes at once; one fictional novel and a factual book.
Mick doubles up on his reading in case one book bores him.
He said: “I try to read one fiction book at the same time as a non-fiction book.
“Sometimes it’s hard to find a book that holds your attention.”
When it comes to the topics he chooses to read about the ‘(I Can’t Get No) Satisfaction’ singer is fascinated by historical books about the military empires which ruled Europe, with his most recent completed book being about the Ottoman Empire that controlled much of Southeastern Europe, Western Asia and Northern Africa between the 14th and 18th century.
Revealing the last book he read in an interview on German radio, Mick said: “It was about the history of the Ottoman Empire. I’ve read quite a few books on empires, it’s quite an interesting subject so I’ve read quite a lot about the Roman Empire compared to the Greek Empire. “There’s a lot of studies about comparative empires. I didn’t know much about the Ottoman Empire and it was so much in Europe itself, so I found out a lot of things about it that I didn’t know, some horrific and some very interesting culturally. It was an interesting read, I thought.
“For instance, when the Sultan was getting old and was going to die all of his sons would assemble in what is now Istanbul and normally the eldest one would be made Sultan and he would kill all his brothers. That ended in 1700.”
Mick recently unveiled the first track he has ever written to be a TV theme.
He has penned ‘Strange Game’ for Apple TV+ series ‘Slow Horses’ and he was delighted to be asked to contribute by composer Daniel Pemberton and director James Hawes as he had read the Mick Herron books on which it is based.
Jagger previously said: “It’s a quite popular series of books, so I knew what it was about.
“I knew the vibe really well, so as soon as sent the track to me, I just dashed off a few pages of notes of what I thought it was about. It came very, very quickly, which is always a good sign.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Snoop Dogg has recorded vocals for his BTS collaboration.
The 50-year-old rapper has teased his collaboration with the K-Pop stars over the last few months and he’s now revealed he’s completed his part of the song but it is up to the ‘Butter’ hitmakers as to when fans will get to hear it.
Speaking to The Buzz, he said: “You gotta talk to them, but my parts are in.”
Snoop reflected on his previous K-Pop collaborations with the likes of Psy, Girls Generation and 2NE1.
He said: “I’ve been experiencing the K-pop experience for a long time, connected to the music world [and] scene.
“I got a record with a group called 2NE1 back in the day. Come on now, it’s what I do.”
The ‘Drop It Like It’s Hot’ hitmaker first revealed in February that he’d been asked to work with BTS, though nothing was confirmed at the time.
He said: “I got a group named BTS that’s waiting on me to do a song with them right now and I’m trying to figure out if I got time to do that s***”.
Snoop told how his nephew had made him realise just how big the group are.
He added: “[He] showed me five mother****** who look like the Asian New Edition.
“I said, ‘OK'”
The following month, the ‘American Song Contest’ host confirmed the collaboration was happening.
He said: “The BTS experience you keep talking about. I’m going to let them tell you about it.
“It’s official like a referee with a whistle. I love that entertainment world.
“It’s good music. It’s [a] vibe. I make good music. They make good music.
“And we end up doing this. This is what it’s always about, bringing our worlds together.”

OHMYGOSSIP — The late Naomi Judd’s daughters, Wynonna and Ashley Judd, attended The Judds’ induction into the Country Music Hall of Fame on Sunday (01.05.22), one day after she passed away at the age of 76.
The music legend’s girls attended the ceremony in Nashville, Tennessee.
Struggling to hold back the tears while accepting the honour on behalf of their mom, Ashley said: “I’m sorry that she couldn’t hang on until today.”
Wynonna – who shot to fame alongside her mother as part of duo The Judds in the 1980s – vowed: “Though my heart is broken I will continue to sing.”
The ‘Have Mercy’ singer died after a battle with “mental illness”.
In a statement posted to Instagram on Saturday (30.04.22), Wynonna and Ashley said: “Today we sisters experienced a tragedy. We lost our beautiful mother to the disease of mental illness. We are shattered.”
The sisters did not elaborate on the exact cause of their mother’s death but said they are “navigating profound grief”.
The statement continued: “We are navigating profound grief and know that as we loved her, she was loved by her public. We are in unknown territory.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Dave Stewart thinks he “works so well” with Sir Ringo Starr.
The 69-year-old musician – who is best known for being part of pop duo Eurythmics along with Annie Lennox – has teamed up with the Beatles legend, 81, to produce many of his solo albums and explained that the pair are usually on the same page when it comes to recording.
He said: “Ringo and I mess around playing together all the time. If I haven’t properly worked a song out yet, I’ll play on a 12-string guitar and record Ringo on my iPhone while he’s playing in the drum room in his house. We work so well together because we’ve got the same approach, that it’s about the dynamics.”
Ringo – who shot to fame in the 1960s alongside Sir Paul McCartney and the late John Lennon and George Harrison in the legendary Liverpool band – most recently teamed up with the ‘Sweet Dreams’ hitmaker to play the drums on Dave’s song ‘One Morning’, which is part of the upcoming stage musical, ‘Ebony McQueen’, and Dave went on to explain that Ringo knows how to be the “ideal accompaniment” on a track.
Speaking to Classic Pop Magazine, he added: “Ringo was already playing on the song from us working it out together. You can’t hear my strumming, just Ringo playing really loud. You can tell it’s Ringo straight away, because he knows how to be the ideal accompaniment. I’m so pleased it’s on that song, because it’s the most positive track I could write: ‘One morning, it’ll be better than it ever was.’ I really believe in the line: ‘One morning, you’ll give more than you’re receiving…”
Dave – who has also worked with the likes of Sir Mick Jagger and Bob Dylan, as well as up-and-coming artists, since his days with Eurhythmics – added that he is always “excited” to help other artists.
He said: “Helping other musicians is what excites me, whether it’s Mick Jagger or Otto, a 22-year-old brilliant singer who lives in a disused post office in Wales who I’ve signed to my record label, Bay Street. Everyone has a good time when musicians get excited.
“Ringo is still excited, and he’s a funny guy, too. Whenever he rings me, he always asks, ‘Is Mr Busy there?!”

OHMYGOSSIP — Fontaines DC want to collaborate with Lana Del Rey.
The band’s vocalist Grian Chatten is a huge fan of Del Rey and would jump at the opportunity to write and record music with her.
He told NME: “I just want to write some tunes with her. Her music leans into an era of cinema that I love, and she writes in a way where people can find stories in her music. I honestly think we’d do a really good tune together.”
Along with Del Rey, the band – which also features guitarists Carlos O’Connell and Conor Curley, bassist Conor Deegan and drummer Tom Coll – would love to work with rapper Slowthai.
Chatten said: “Slowthai has got an incendiary quality. It’s just so refreshing to work with somebody who has an incredibly open mind. His charisma reminds me of something that I read about Mick Jagger before, where those around him would be able to identify his distinctive voice in an instant. That’s what Slowthai is becoming.”
And, surprisingly, the band admitted they could go in an entirely new musical direction in the future.
Chatten explained: “We could probably throw away the guitars eventually, and the music will still sound like us. I don’t think people would be that mad if we decided to do that, either.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Roger Daltrey believes the music industry has been “stolen” from artists.
The 78-year-old Who frontman thinks musicians are being “robbed blind” by their record labels, who have much less to do in the digital age but still take the same percentages, and by streaming services, who issue low royalty payments.
He said: “Musicians cannot earn a living in the record industry any more. That is ridiculous, and they’re being robbed blind by streaming and the record companies, because the old deals with record companies that existed in the Seventies, Eighties and Nineties, they’re still working on the same percentage breaks.
“And of course, they don’t do any work. They just press a button and it goes out on digital, whereas before they had to manufacture, they had to distribute, they had to do all that stuff. They’re doing bugger all and taking all the money, and the musicians are getting nothing.
“Our music industry, I think, has been stolen.
“I think we really do have to be concerned when young musicians can’t earn a living writing music. The streaming companies pay so little in the beginning and then the record companies take 85, 90 per cent of that. You need a billion streams to earn 200 quid. That’s the reality.
“We’ve given our music industry to a lot of foreign-owned companies, and the money’s not coming here any more. We used to lead the world in that, pay an awful lot of tax. It’s terrible.”
In 2012, the ‘Won’t Get Fooled Again’ hitmakers sold the publishing rights to their catalogue for a rumoured $100 million because they don’t want to cause legal issues when they die.
Roger told the Independent Newspaper: “Who wants to leave a family with those kind of headaches?
“B***** that, sell it all! … We’ve had the money and spent it.”
Despite his advancing years, the veteran rocker has no desire to retire.
He said: “I’ve always said about this business, ‘You don’t give it up, it gives you up.’ I’m going to do it as long as I can, but then one day it will give me up and I won’t be able to do it. Simple as that; I make no apologies.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Sting doesn’t believe “any grown man” can be in a band.
The 70-year-old singer was a member of The Police from 1977 until 1983 before the trio – which also included Stewart Copeland and Andy Summers – went their separate ways and the ‘Every Breath You Take’ hitmaker believes staying in a group for too long stops an artist from being able to “evolve”.
He told MOJO magazine: “I don’t think any grown man can be in a band actually.
“A band is a teenage gang. Who wants to be in a teenage gang when you’re knocking 70? It doesn’t allow you to evolve.
“You have to obey the rules and the gestalt of the band. As much as I love the Stones and AC/DC, it’s hard to see growth in their music.
“For me, the band was merely a vehicle for the songs and not the other way round.”
If things had gone differently for Sting and his 1985 solo debut album, ‘The Dream of the Blue Turtles’, had flopped, he “hopes” he wouldn’t have returned to the band.
He said: “Both Andy and Stewart had made albums without me so it was my right too.
“I recruited a band from the jazz world and I was lucky it was a hit.
“I have no idea what would have happened if it hadn’t been a hit.
“Would I have gone back to the band and eaten humble pie? I hope not.”
The ‘Fields of Gold’ singer – whose real name is Gordon Sumner – reunited briefly with his former bandmates in 2003 for their Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction and again in 2007 for a reunion tour, but he insisted he won’t be doing it again as there’s still a “power struggle” between them.
He said: “It was hugely successful but I wouldn’t do it again. That would be a bridge too far.
Asked if he regretted the tour, he added: “No, absolutely not. I mean, it was hard because the power struggles were still very apparent but we got through it and people loved it, they really did…
“We always communicate on birthdays. We have separate lives but it’s very cordial. I’m very grateful for those guys and their immense talent, and their patience with me. I love them.”

OHMYGOSSIP — John Legend found the first night of his Las Vegas residency “pretty, pretty special”.
The ‘Ordinary People’ hitmaker kicked off his concert series at Zappos Theater at Planet Hollywood Resort Casino on Friday (22.04.22) night and he loved getting to “connect” with his audience on a new stage.
He said: “It was pretty, pretty special…
“It’s an epic show. I love it. I’ve never done a show this big, but you know, we had to do it big for Vegas
“I think I always have the most fun just connecting with the crowd and being so close and intimate with them. So I think that’s my true favourite, but I’ve done that before. I’ve never done the Vegas set before, and that was really, really fun to put together.”
Although he had a brilliant time, John is planning to continue to tweak the show as time goes on so he can appeal more to casual fans.
He explained to People magazine: “I think one of the interesting things is figuring out what your audience is going to be like, because when I’m on tour I feel like the audience is more core fans.
“When you do Vegas, I think it’s a lot of people who are more kind of casual fans, and so it’s interesting trying to think about what they’ll want when you don’t know them as well. So we’re trying to give the best show we can, and we are trying to make people really happy when they leave.”
The 43-year-old singer – who has Luna, six, and Miles, three, with wife Chrissy Teigen – joked it is “good for [his] ego” that his children are fans of his music.
He laughed: “It’s good for my ego that my kids want to listen to me a lot. They love other artists too, but in the car they’ll request me a lot.
“Luna likes a lot of girl pop and R B. She likes Rihanna, Ariana Grande, Selena Gomez and people like that. Chrissy and Luna’s tastes are similar.
“Miles, honestly, if you ask him who his favourite artist is, it’s me. I’m probably second or third for Luna.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Billie Eilish teamed up with Paramore frontwoman Hayley Williams for a surprise duet at Coachella on Saturday night (23.04.22).
The pop star was performing her headline set on the second weekend of the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in California.
She wowed the crowd by introducing Hayley as her special guest before belting out 2007 Paramore hit ‘Misery Business’.
Billie teased fans about the possibility of a surprise performance after performing ‘Your Power’ with her brother Finneas with an empty second stool on the stage.
The singer told the audience: “Oh, look! An empty seat. Who’s that for?” before bringing out Hayley.
The performance marked Hayley’s first appearance at the music festival and she shared her delight with the crowd saying: “This is my first Coachella, whoa.”
The pair finished the performance with a hug, with Hayley telling the star: ”Thanks for sharing this with me. This is sick!”
Billie then added: “Absolutely what on Earth could be cooler than that? I’m dead serious.”
The choice of song may have come as a surprise to Paramore fans as Hayley had previously announced her band would no longer be performing the track.
She suggested some of the lyrics no longer felt appropriate and vowed to “move away” from the tune.
Speaking at a ‘Paramore’ show back in 2018, Hayley explained: “This is a choice we made because we feel like we should.
“We feel like it’s time to move away from it for a little while.”
Coachella came to a close on Sunday night (24.04.22) after two weekends with sets from acts including The Weeknd.
The musician was drafted in to perform just two weeks ahead of the massive gig after headliner Kanye West pulled out.
Other artists who took to the stage during the 2022 event included Harry Styles, Swedish House Mafia and Doja Cat.

OHMYGOSSIP — The late Eddie Van Halen left over $1 million to a music education charity in his will.
The veteran rocker – who passed away in 2020 aged 66 – gave an unspecified donation to Mr Holland’s Opus Foundation (MHOF), with the non-profit organisation hailing the seven-figure sum they received as “transformative.
The charity, which is named after the titular character in 1995 movie ‘Mr Holland’s Opus, provide school-aged children from low-income backgrounds access to musical instruments and other opportunities to enjoy music education and Eddie’s donation will provide a “significant [increase to] the non-profit’s capacity to support music programmes across the country.”
MHOF CEO Felice Mancini added in a statement: “Eddie’s support and friendship over the years meant the world to us and to his fans. His passion for music and our work created a strong bond, which is evident in his extraordinary bequest.
“To know how much our foundation meant to Eddie is intensely humbling and gratifying to all of us – and we know that Eddie’s family is confident that his powerful legacy and values live on through our efforts.”
Before his death, the ‘Jump’ rocker had been a big supporter of the organisation and in 2012, he donated 75 guitars from his personal collection.
His son Wolfgang – who donated the proceeds from the sale of his 2020 debut solo single, ‘Distance’, to MHOF – has vowed to continue his father’s links to the charity.
He said: “Mr. Holland’s Opus Foundation and the work they do for music education was always something that was important to my father.
“I am incredibly proud to help facilitate this donation as he wished. Mr. Holland’s Opus are champions for our musicians of the future and it is my privilege to continue supporting that mission and carrying on my pop’s legacy.”

The ‘Everything’s Electric’ hitmaker has enjoyed huge success as a solo artist since Oasis disbanded in 2009 but he finds the process of recording and changing songs written for him by other people “boring” and would prefer to have bandmates around him to collaboratively produce new tracks.
He admitted to MOJO magazine: “It’s boring as f***, to be fair. It ain’t what it’s meant to be.
“I’d much rather be in a band, all bashing it out together. But as long as it sounds good, that’s all that matters.”
The 49-year-old star doesn’t “overthink” the lyrics to his songs and though he’s happy for people to analyse the tracks, he’s not sure there’s much point.
Discussing ‘More Power’, the opening track on Liam’s upcoming album ‘C’Mon, You Know’, he said: “I don’t wish I had more power. It’s just a song. I don’t want more power!
“I know who I am, I’m very happy with what I’m about. It was probably directed at someone else. Maybe they want more power? I don’t know.”
He then added: “I’m happy for other people to dig into them, get your spade out, but for me a song is a song.
“I don’t overthink it. If it sounds good and I sound good when I sing it then it’s all right with me. If it sounds forced, I f*** it off. “I know a lot of people want that muso s*** but I’m not interested.”
The ‘Wall of Glass’ singer still wants to make a “proper punk record” one day so thinks he should “ban” himself from listening to his usual influences before he starts work on his next album.
He said: “I still want to make an out-and-out Stooges record. No keyboards. No Beatlemania. A proper punk record.
“That’s what this one was going to be but I’m a sucker for a ballad and a nice melody…
“I need to limit myself to guitar, bass and drums. 10 songs, in your face – but good songs. Staying away from twee melodies.
“But it’s totally down to me. I have no discipline once I hear a nice, flowery melody. I need a total Beatles ban. And a Stones ban.
“Next time, I’m just gonna get in the studio with a band and bash it out. Not even mix it. Just have it as it’s coming off the desk.”

OHMYGOSSIP — JLS are planning to record new music this year.
The ‘Beat Again’ hitmakers – which include Marvin Humes, Aston Merrygold, Oritsé Williams, and JB Gill – embarked on their long-awaited reunion tour last year, and though they’ve no plans to hit the road again in the near future, they will be getting back together in the recording studio to work on the follow-up to 2021’s ‘2.0’.
J.B. told HELLO! magazine: “We probably won’t tour again this year, but with the success of ‘Beat Again’ and our latest album, I’m sure we’ll be working on new material soon.”
And J.B. – who has Ace, seven, and Chiara, three, with wife Chloe – knows it is only a matter of time before the group perform live again, because their children are their biggest fans.
He laughed: “The kids love seeing their daddy up on stage so we don’t really have a choice whether we do another JLS tour or not.”
Marvin recently admitted he’d struggled to get in shape for the physical demands of being on tour.
The 35-year-old star – who reunited with his bandmates Aston Merrygold, 33, Oritsé Williams, 35, and JB Gill, 34 for the ‘Beat Again Tour’ last month – admitted that he struggled in rehearsals because he hadn’t danced “in eight years”.
He said: “I had a bad everything, two bad knees and a problem with my achilles. I haven’t danced more than a two-step in eight years!
“I go to the gym but it is a totally different thing. It was like being a footballer getting match fit! I felt the fittest I have ever been on the tour, so it is all downhill from here.”
