OHMYGOSSIP — Eminem, Stevie Nicks, Jack White and more will appear on the soundtrack for ‘Elvis’.
The highly anticipated Elvis Presley biopic – which has been directed by Baz Luhrmann and stars Austin Butler as the late King of Rock and Roll – is set to be released next month, and details for the accompanying soundtrack have been unveiled.
The ‘Lose Yourself’ rapper, Fleetwood Mac legend, ‘Seven Nation Army’ hitmaker and leading man Butler will all appear alongside “original songs and recordings” by Presley himself.
The collection will see Cee Lo Green dueting with Eminem on a track, while Diplo and Swae Lee have also collaborated.
There will be appearances by the likes of Chris Isaak, Maneskin, Jazmine Sullivan, Pnau, Denzel Curry and more.
Kacey Musgraves is also set to appear, after recently revealing she recorded her own rendition of Elvis classic ‘Can’t Help Falling In Love’.
Luhrmann had tried to stay coy about Kacey’s track, simply telling Variety: “She has a song in the movie — something to do with love.”
However, she later confirmed the song in question to the outlet.
Meanwhile, one track has been unveiled from the soundtrack so far, with Doja Cat’s ‘Vegas’ dropping this month.
It’s an original track composed for the film, and includes elements of Presley’s own music, including ‘Hound Dog’.
Priscilla Presley – who was married to Elvis between 1967 and 1973 – has seen the flick, and recently revealed she and Elvis’ longtime friend Jerry Schilling were both very impressed with Butler’s portrayal.
In a Facebook post, she said: “It is a true story told brilliantly and creatively that only Baz, in his unique artistic way, could have delivered. Austin Butler, who played Elvis is outstanding.
“Halfway through the film Jerry and I looked at each other and said WOW!!! Bravo to him…he knew he had big shoes to fill. He was extremely nervous playing this part. I can only imagine (sic)”

OHMYGOSSIP — BLACKPINK star Lisa felt like she was “bringing the team down” when she “couldn’t sing” during a difficult time.
The dancer and rapper – who is part of the K-pop girl group alongside Jisoo, Jennie and Rosé – revealed she suffered a “rough” year in between 2017 track ‘As If It’s Your Last’ and 2018 hit ‘Ddu-du Ddu-du’, although she didn’t explain why.
She told Rolling Stone magazine: ““I couldn’t sing. When I went to the studio to record, nothing came out.
“I cried. I felt like I was bringing the team down.”
She overcame her struggle with the help of the band’s collaborator and producer Teddy Park.
She added: “Teddy [would push me hard [in the studio]: ‘You can’t? No. Try harder. Go back in there’. Because of Teddy, I overcame that time.”
Meanwhile, the musician pointed to Spanish singer-songwriter Rosalia as a huge inspiration, and Lisa noted how she has more lessons to learn.
She said: “She has her own Spanish culture, that’s inside her person, that influences her music.
“I’m curious to know how much I can expand what I do. Music-wise, dance-wise, I feel like I still have to learn more.”
The group as a whole also opened up about the pressure of being a K-pop trainee act, and while agency YG Entertainment did provide mental health classes and therapy at the time, they didn’t find them particularly helpful and instead focused on their relationships as a band.
Jisoo explained: “We had the same problems, so it was better to talk to each other.”
Last month, YG Entertainment were forced to deny rumours that BLACKPINK were planning a comeback in June, with plenty of speculation surrounding their release schedule.
The label said: “BLACKPINK’s comeback schedule has not been decided yet.
“As for the comeback in June, many people are only speculating that way, but it has not been officially announced.
“However, it is true that we are preparing for a comeback. When a detailed schedule comes out next time, I will tell you the official date.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Justin Bieber took to the stage in Buffalo, New York to condemn “diabolical” racism just hours after a mass shooting in the city.
The singer’s gig at the Keybank Center in Buffalo on Saturday night (14.04.22) took place shortly after a gunman went on a rampage in a supermarket in the city killing 10 people.
Justin opened his show by holding a moment of silence for the victims of the shooting, which police called a “racially motivated hate crime.”
According to Rolling Stone, the singer told the audience: “As you know, there’s been tragedy in the city, but what we’re gonna do tonight, is gonna honour those people …
“As we know, there’s so much division in this world. So much racial injustice. As you and I both know, racism is evil and it is diabolical.
“But what you and I get to do, we get to be the difference makers. We get to be the people who continue to have the conversations with our friends and our family and our loved ones. We continue to be allies.”
The ‘Baby’ star added a video of the gig to his Instagram page and wrote in the caption: “Racism will not prevail God does.
“We stand with you Buffalo and against this racist act of terror.”
Payton Gendron, 18, from Conklin, New York, was arrested in the aftermath of the killings.
He was later arraigned and pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder charges,
Attorney General of New York Letitia James said the shooting was committed by a “sick, demented individual who was fuelled (by) a daily diet of hate”.
She added: “Let us come together as one and let us put aside any differences and let us all stand and remember the words of Dr (Martin Luther) King, that love, only love, will overcome hate.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Wynonna Judd has confirmed she will continue with her upcoming tour despite the death of bandmate Naomi Judd.
Naomi passed away last month at the age of 76, taking her own life after a long battle with depression.
Wynonna and Naomi formed the country duo together, and many had expected the tragedy could spell the end for the band.
‘The Judds’ were due to hit the road again for ‘The Final Tour’ later this year, but Wynonna has now confirmed she plans to continue with the concerts despite losing her mum.
Speaking in a TV special, ‘Naomi Judd: ‘A River Of Time’ Celebration’, which aired in the US on Sunday night (16.05.22), she confirmed the tour will go ahead.
She said: “I will continue to sing. I said I would. So, I’ve made a decision, and I thought I’d share it on national television: that after a lot of thought, I’m going to have to honour her and do this tour.
“I’m just going to have to. Because that’s what you would want. And Bono once told me, give them what they want, not what you want.”
The event took place at the fabled Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, Tennessee and featured country stars including Ashley McBryde, Brad Paisley, Emmylou Harris Allison Russell and Martina McBride.
There were also video tributes sent in by celebrity pals such as Bono, Morgan Freeman, Oprah Winfrey Reese Witherspoon, and Salma Hayek.
The Judds’ ‘Final Tour’ features 10 US dates and special guest Martina McBride. It is due to kick off on September 30 in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
The shows conclude in Nashville at the Bridgestone Arena on October 28.

OHMYGOSSIP — Eminem has been left “speechless” after listening to Kendrick Lamar’s new album.
The rapper’s latest record ‘Mr. Morale The Big Steppers’ was released last week and he’s already won high praise from fellow hip-hop star Eminem.
The ‘Lose Yourself’ star took to Twitter to share his thoughts on Kendrick’s new music, tagging his friend Dr Dre and writing: “This Kendrick album is f****** ridiculous. I’m speechless.”
It comes just months after the pair teamed up at the Super Bowl LVI halftime show back in February, performing with stars including Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg and Mary J. Blige.
‘Mr. Morale The Big Steppers’ is Kendrick’s fifth studio album and features appearances from Ghostface Killah, Blxst, Amanda Reifer and Portishead’s Beth Gibbons.
While he was working on the album, Kendrick described the writing process in a blog post, explaining: “I spend most of my days with fleeting thoughts.
“Writing. Listening. And collecting old Beach cruisers. The morning rides keep me on a hill of silence. I go months without a phone. Love, loss, and grief have disturbed my comfort zone, but the glimmers of God speak through my music and family.
“While the world around me evolves, I reflect on what matters the most. The life in which my words will land next. As I produce my final TDE (Top Dawg Entertainment) album, I feel joy to have been a part of such a cultural imprint after 17 years.”
As well as releasing his album, Kendrick has announced a huge world tour for this year.
The ‘Big Steppers Tour’ kicks off in America on July 19 at the Paycom Center in Oklahoma City before finishing up at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles on September 14 and 15.
He will then take the shows to the UK and Europe in the Autumn before heading to Australia and New Zealand in December.

OHMYGOSSIP — DJ Khaled recorded his new album at home so he could spend time with his family.
The music star is preparing to release his 13th record and teased it’s going to be even “bigger” than anything he has done before.
He opened up about the project during a chat with E! News on the red carpet at the Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas on Sunday night (15.05.22) and revealed it was very much a family affair.
He said: “I am a family man, I’m a father. So of course I work but I’m also involved with my family so my studio’s in my house.
“I work with my family, my kids. I’m with my queen. We have fun. I want pure happiness . I want positivity.”
Khaled went on to admit it’s been a lot of hard work but he’s excited to finally be able to share his new music with the world.
He added: “It’s hard work and a lot of dedication, a lot of hours and sometimes it gets … a good excitement stress because I’m so anxious to put these records together…
“And make some big anthems for the fans and you know the bar is high because I put some good albums out there but this one is big. It gets bigger and bigger.”
The music star has yet to confirm the album’s name or when it is going to be released.
He added of his new music: “I mean it’s going to be a bet. It’s going to be incredible. I’m really excited about it … it just gets bigger and bigger and bigger.”
His last record, ‘Khaled Khaled’, dropped in April 2021 and featured appearances from artists including Cardi B and Jeremih.

OHMYGOSSIP — N-Dubz are back together.
The ‘Playing with Fire’ group – which comprises Tulisa, her cousin Dappy, and their pal Fazer – went on an indefinite hiatus in 2011, but they have reunited and announced they will release new single ‘Charmer’ on Thursday (19.05.22) before heading out on a 10-date arena tour of the UK in November 2022.
The ‘Back To The Future’ concert series will kick off in Newcastle on 7 November and calls at cities including Glasgow, Birmingham, Cardiff and London, before concluding at Manchester’s AO Arena on 19 November.
Tickets go on general sale on Friday (20.05.22) at 10am.
A short teaser clip for the single has been posted on the group’s Instagram account, featuring the trio stepping out of a helicopter to the opening notes of the new song.
In March, Fazer – whose real name is Richard Rawson – teased the ‘I Need You’ group had always planned to get back together “at some point”.
He said: “We never said that we would never get back together, we always said we would at some point – it’s just about time.
“We never said it was off the cards we always said it’s going to come back at some point.
“Right now there’s a lot of sceptical stuff, but we will bring it back at some point.”
And the rapper suggested that N-Dubz wouldn’t need a record label to make a comeback because NFTs make it possible for artists to have full control of their careers.
He said: “NFTs are the way forward for artists when it comes to piracy and getting paid, why would you ever sign to a record label?
“It’s the way forward for artists because it deletes the whole thing of having a record label and it puts the consumers in a position to, theoretically speaking, become the record label.
“They’re financing your careers, they’re financing your videos and everything and in return, they’ll hold stake holds in the percentages.”
N-Dubz’s last studio album was 2010’s ‘Love.Live.Life’.

OHMYGOSSIP — My Chemical Romance played new single ‘The Foundations of Decay’ for the first time ever at their first UK show in 11 years.
The ‘Welcome To The Black Parade’ rockers performed at The Eden Project in Cornwall on Monday night (16.05.22) for their first UK concert since 2011, and the first anywhere since their comeback gig in Los Angeles in 2019.
The band kicked off the night with the live debut of ‘The Foundations of Decay’, having stunned fans by releasing the track out of nowhere last week.
The group – made up of Ray Toro, Frank Iero and brothers Gerard and Mikey Way – also treated fans to tracks from their ‘Conventional Weapons’ compilation, including only the second ever performance of ‘Make Room!!!!’, as well as first time renditions of ‘Surrender The Night’ and ‘Boy Division’.
The latter kicked off the show-closing encore, which also featured ‘I’m Not Okay (I Promise)’ from 2004’s ‘Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge’, and ‘Danger Days: The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys’ anthem ‘The Kids From Yesterday’.
The rest of the setlist spanned their entire career, with ‘Our Lady of Sorrows’ – which featured on 2002 debut ‘I Brought You My Bullets, You Brought Me Your Love’ – appearing alongside fan favourites like ‘Teenagers’, ‘Na Na Na (Na Na Na Na Na Na Na Na Na)’, ‘Thank You For The Venom’, ‘Vampire Money’ and ‘Helena’.
The band will return to The Eden Project for a second night on Tuesday (17.05.22) with more UK days coming this month in Milton Keynes, Warrington, Cardiff and Glasgow.
After the UK run, MCR will move onto Europe and North America before playing in Australia and New Zealand in 2023 as their comeback rolls on.
The group are yet to reveal whether or not ‘The Foundations of Decay’ is a one off single or the precursor to their first album since 2010’s ‘Danger Days’.

OHMYGOSSIP — Paul ‘Bonehead’ Arthurs is “feeling OK” after undergoing his first radiotherapy session, following his tonsil cancer diagnosis.
The 56-year-old guitarist – who was a founding member of Oasis – is to undergo 30 sessions of radiotherapy and two chemotherapy sessions over the course of his treatment, after telling fans last month he has cancer.
He wrote on Twitter: “Quick update, I had my first session of radiotherapy this morning and am now having a course of chemotherapy which will finish at 6am, so it’s an overnight stay at the Christie Hospital. Another session of radiotherapy in the morning, then home. Thirty sessions of radiotherapy and two sessions of chemo in total, so I’ve started and am crossing it off. I won’t bore you with a daily diary, no one wants that, but I’m feelling OK and I’ll probably tweet the usual nonsense as I go along. See you all soon, sorry it won’t be at Knebworth or any of the gigs over summer, but for those of you who are going, have a ball. Much love xxxx (sic)”
Bonehead took to Twitter in April to explain he will be taking a break from his music career while he undergoes “a course of treatment”.
He wrote: “Just to let you all know I’m going to be taking a break from playing for a while.
“I’ve been diagnosed with tonsil cancer, but the good news is it’s treatable and I’ll be starting a course of treatment soon.”
Bonehead is now set to miss all of his scheduled gigs this summer, including Liam Gallagher’s much-anticipated return to Knebworth in June.
He added on Twitter: “I’ll keep you posted how it’s going, I’m gutted I’m missing the gigs with Liam and the band. Have the best summer and enjoy the gigs if you’re going, I’ll see you soon xxx (sic)”
Liam, 49, wrote: “Sending BIG love to the 1 n only Bonehead and his family wishing you a speedy recovery we’re all thinking of you rasta you’ll be back on stage bfore you can say r we doing Colombia LG x (sic)”
Andy Bell, another former Oasis star, has also sent his best wishes to Bonehead, writing: “Get well soon Bone. (sic)”
Bonehead quit Oasis in 1999, saying he wanted to spend more time with his family, but he’s kept working with Liam over the years, including in his band Beady Eye and on other solo projects.

OHMYGOSSIP — Kasabian star Serge Pizzorno says firing Tom Meighan was like seeing your house “burnt down”.
The guitarist took on singing duties to replace the group’s former frontman when he was let go from the band and sentenced to 200 hours of unpaid work in July 2020, after pleading guilty to assaulting his now-spouse, Vikki Ager, during an incident in April that year.
He told The Guardian newspaper: “The summer when Tom left was absolutely heartbreaking.
“It felt like leaving home and coming back and seeing it burnt down, walking round the ashes, seeing old pictures and artefacts and picking things up and sifting through the destruction. It was an intense time.”
The 41-year-old musician admitted it “amazes” him that fans had such “strong” opinions on the decision to sack Meighan from the group.
He added: “It always amazes me how strong people’s opinions are when they don’t know anything about the actual truth.
“There’s way more to it. Who in their right mind would sack a frontman if there wasn’t cause?
“Over the years, there have been some tough moments. I don’t want to go into them because I feel like that’s the band’s business.”
Serge noted he hadn’t spoken to his former bandmate since their post-trial meeting, but he insisted all the group “ever wanted was for him to be happy”.
Referencing his solo career, he said: “So if he’s happy doing that, then great.”
Meanwhile, Meighan – who revealed his first solo track since leaving the band back in October – said at the time that he understands why losing his career has been a “consequence” of his actions while admitting he’s “conflicted” about cancel culture.
He wrote: “If someone feels cancelled, sometimes all you end up doing is pushing their problem into the shadows. It’s just another form of bullying, because you’re not helping them or showing them how to change.
“I agree with consequence culture. It’s important to suffer consequences because of your actions.
“To be given the chance to look deep within yourself and learn how to make changes and to become a better person for yourself and your family has to be a good thing.
“If the consequence of what I did is that I lose my career, I accept that. My career is superficial and it has a shelf life. Breaking the stigma of domestic abuse will not happen if it continues to be treated lightly.”

OHMYGOSSIP — The Who paid tribute to the victims of the 1979 tragedy during their first show back in Cincinnati, Ohio.
The ‘Pinball Wizard’ band returned to the city for the first time since the infamous event, which saw gig-goers crushed as they entered the Riverfront Coliseum during a stampede which left 11 fans dead and more injured.
Roger Daltrey and Pete Townshend were back over the weekend for a show at the TQL Stadium as part of the group’s North American tour.
On Sunday (15.05.22), guitarist Pete told the audience: “I’ve been trying to think of what to say, what would be cool to say, [and] what would be uncool to say.
“Really, there are no words that we can say that can mean [as much as] the fact that you guys have come out tonight and supported this event. Thank you so much.”
As reported by the Cincinnati Enquirer, the group paid direct tribute to those who died with black and white photos of the 11 victims projected onto the screen during ‘Love, Reign O’er Me’, and a full list of names followed the performance.
The band had also waived their free for the gig, and donated all ticket proceeds to local charities.
Meanwhile, the families of nine of the 11 victims were in attendance, and they were given VIP front row tickets for the event.
At the end of the night, the band played ‘Baba O’Riley’ and were joined by students from Finneytown High School, which is where three of the victims of the tragedy studied.
Following the incident in 1979, the school set up its P.E.M. Memorial Scholarship Fund.
Before the band left the stage, Daltrey – who visited the school’s memorial site in 2018 – said: “You never get over it, but you gotta live.”

OHMYGOSSIP — BTS star V has learned to “accept both sides” of himself on new album ‘Proof’.
The K-pop superstars are set to release a three disc anthology collection – including three original songs – next month, including ‘Singularity’ and ’00:00 (Zero O’Clock)’, which he chose with the former holding a special place for him.
In a clip shared on Big Hit Music’s Twitter this week – which was translated from Korean into English subtitles – he said: “I tended to think of Kim Taehyung and the artist V as being separate and thought that I had to choose one or the other, as visually portrayed in the ‘Singularity’ music video.
“That was when I thought hard about who I was as a person and I felt a bit confused.
“Artist V performs on stage, and enjoys himself with ARMY. But Kim Taehyung spends ordinary days with family and friends.”
The song – which is actually performed solo by V – appears on the band’s 2018 album ‘Love Yourself: Tear’.
Years later, V is in a position where he doesn’t feel the need to keep both sides “separate”.
He explained: “Now I’m able to accept both sides of myself, but also keep them separate.
“I’ve lessened the burden of thinking so much, too, just like how the day resets at midnight. But I think all this time I spent pondering is the proof that made me into who I am today.”
‘Proof’ is set to be released on June 10, with the third disc only available on CD as part of the full package.
‘Singularity’ will appear on the anthology collection’s second disc, which features the group’s deeper cuts from their records, rather than the huge hit singles included on the first disc.

OHMYGOSSIP — Echo and the Bunnyman are supporting The Rolling Stones in Liverpool next month.
The ‘Killing Moon’ band – made of founding members Ian McCulloch and Will Sergeant alongside touring musicians Jez Wing, Kelley Stoltz and Stephen Brannan – are set for a huge hometown show when they join the ‘(I Can’t Get No) Satisfaction’ legends at the city’s Anfield Stadium on June 9
In a statement, McCulloch said: “Two dreams in one – there’s nothing like The Rolling Stones, and there’s nowhere like Anfield.
“I can’t explain how unbelievably happy and proud I am that my band Echo And The Bunnymen are going to be opening up for The Rolling Stones, THE Greatest Rock Roll band in the history of time, at Anfield, the Shrine of Life and football…
“The Rolling Stones!!! And at Anfield!!! I feel honoured and blessed… Thank you God.”
Meanwhile, the Stones said they were delighted to be having the Bunnymen on the bill for the concert.
They added: “It’s great to have Echo And The Bunnymen join us as special guests in their home city.
“We can’t wait to be back on stage in Liverpool! Roll on the summer!”
The legendary rockers will be hitting the road as part of the ‘SIXTY’ UK and European anniversary tour, which starts in Madrid on April 1 and will see them play shows in cities like Amsterdam, Paris Brussels and Stockholm.
The tour will also include two performances at London’s Hyde Park as part of American Express Presents BST on June 25 and July 3.
Meanwhile, frontman Sir MicK Jagger previously admitted he has to “learn languages like a parrot” when the band are on international tours.
He said: “Usually at the [international] concerts I do the languages. But I have to learn them like a parrot!”
He explained that while he struggles with German, they are to start their tour in Spain and has found that “much easier” and is good with French after spending so much time there.
He added: “German is not my easiest. We start in Spain, I know a little bit of Spanish so that’s much easier for me.
“French is easier for me. I’ve spent a lot of time in France. I spoke French from when I was a child, from when I was 11, in school and then I used to travel to France. My parents would take me.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Lana Del Rey says her new music is “angry” and “very wordy” after she used an ultra-fast meditative technique to dictate her songs.
The 36-year-old singer has been experimenting with a new method for capturing her vocals, whereby she sings into her Voice Notes app on her phone to capture the rawness.
Lana told the new issue of W magazine: “I’ve been practicing meditative automatic singing, where I don’t filter anything.
“I’ll just sing whatever comes to mind into my Voice Notes app. It’s not perfect, obviously … when I’m automatic singing, I don’t have the time and leisure to think about things in terms of colours. It’s very cerebral.”
The ‘Video Games’ hitmaker explained how there’s not “colour references” like her previous work and it’s literally like she’s typed out what’s going on in her mind.
Lana – whose real name is Lizzy Grant – continued: “In ‘Honeymoon’, there were so many colour references … for this new music, there’s none of that at all.
“It’s more just like: ‘I’m angry.’
“The songs are very conversational. It’s a very wordy album. So there’s no room for colour. It’s almost like I’m typing in my mind.”
Lana sent her “really raw-sounding files” to producer and songwriter Drew Erickson, her collaborator on last year’s ‘Blue Banisters’, to work his magic.
She added: “He’ll add an orchestra beneath the words, matching each syllable with music and adding reverb to my voice.”
The singer drew inspiration for her “meditative” technique from Beat poetry of the 1960s.
She said: “When I found out that Allen Ginsberg wrote ‘Howl’ in a few days, and then I saw Lawrence Ferlinghetti reciting ’Loud Prayer’, I realised that I didn’t have to go slowly to have something be good.
“I could work fast if I wanted to. I also relate to some of the sentiments from Walt Whitman’s work, and Sylvia Plath’s—she wrote with blatant honesty about the experience of being a woman, and the history of hysteria.”
Lana also said her old influences, including California and her family, are still a huge part of her music.
She added about her father Robert England Grant Jr: “My dad is a deep-sea shark fisherman—he has been for 15 years— and he lived on a boat in Providence, Rhode Island, from the age of 15 to 18.
“He was also a storm chaser. In California, earth, wind, and fire are huge. All the elements are taken into consideration with my art, all the time. Which is funny, because people often ask why I sing about California.
“But I usually sing about wherever I am, and it just so happens that California is such a storm centre right now. I mean, I’m from Lake Placid, the coldest spot in the nation. For me, the California landscape never gets old.”
Since releasing ‘Blue Banisters’ in October, Lana has released the standalone single ‘Watercolor Eyes’.
It featured in HBO’s ‘Euphoria’.

The ‘Fleabag’ rocker has announced details of his follow-up to 2020’s ‘Weird!’ and explained that he decided to use his stage name as the title because it encapsulates everything YUNGBLUD stands for; being unapologetically himself.
The 24-year-old musician – whose real name is Dom Harrison – wrote on Instagram: “Everything up to this moment has been a complete explosion of uncensored expression, where I just told the truth and sang about what I felt in that exact moment.
“The difference here is that i have thought and felt this record so deeply. i went to a part of myself that I didn’t know was there. i studied it, i bathed in the emotion, tried to solve the equation and come up with an answer (at least for now) from love to pain, adoration to abandonment, laughter to betrayal.”
He continued: “My message is the same, it will always be; i will continue to be nothing but myself and encourage others to do the same. there is simply no other option. i hope it provides my beautiful family who have followed me throughout this journey answers about themselves but also questions and challenges, but most importantly I hope it fills them with love.”
Thanking his fans for sticking by him through the ups and the downs, he added: “You have provided me with an antidote for the emptiness and loneliness I’ve felt in the past. you have given me a voice. so here is my story. why did i call it “YUNGBLUD”? because nothing in my life has ever made more sense. (sic)”
YUNGBLUD recently released the collaboration ‘Memories’ with WILLOW, which followed ‘The Funeral’ with Ozzy Osbourne.

OHMYGOSSIP — Maneskin feel they’ve proved their critics wrong with their recent success.
The Italian rock band – which was formed in 2016 – have enjoyed a meteoric rise since winning the Eurovision Song Contest in 2021 – and the band think their recent success has justified their stubborn approach.
Damiano David, the band’s frontman, explained: “Everything started well, and then all of a sudden, people started trying to stop us from doing what we thought was the best thing for us.
“That kind of music with that aesthetic, communicating that way and people weren’t agreeing with us. But we kept believing in it and, at the end, they said we were right.”
Ethan Torchio, the band’s drummer, insisted the group have never deviated from their original plan, despite facing outside pressure and criticism.
Ethan told the BBC: “The people who criticised us in the past days now are struggling. And they’re like, ‘You’re the best rock band ever, you’re incredible, you’re great.’ But you never said that before we were famous, so we don’t trust you.”
Damiano added: “Where are those people now? don’t know. I think they’re having tough nights because we made it. I think they have a lot of itches.”
Despite this, Damiano has struggled to deal with his new-found fame.
The singer prefers spending time at home but he’s now having to adjust to his new reality.
He said: “I think it’s hard and every everybody reacts in a different way.
“I struggled a bit because I’m a home guy. and I’m very chilled and I don’t really like to stay away from home for too long. But of course you have to deal with it and find some ways to to feel like you’re at home, even if you’re not. So I learned some tricks that helped me stay focused and healthy.”
