OHMYGOSSIP — Limp Bizkit are set to play a huge outdoor show at London’s Gunnersbury Park on August 13.
After headlining London’s Wembley OVO Arena on Monday night (17.04.23), the nu-metal legends have announced they will be returning to the British capital this summer with a stacked line-up.
Electronic rockers Pendulum lead the supporting line-up, alongside rising acts KennyHoopla, Joey Valence and Brae, and Deijuvhs.
Joey and Brae declared: “This will be the greatest show of all time.”
And Deijuvhs said: “[It’s the] biggest show of my career and I get to play on same stage as the G.O.A.T.S Limp Bizkit. Gassed.”
Tickets go on general sale 9am Friday (21.04.23) from www.ticketmaster.co.uk.
Last month, the band began their rescheduled UK and European tour.
Last year, the band postponed the run due to frontman Fred Durst’s “personal health concerns”.
The 52-year-old rapper and his bandmates were forced to reschedule their shows planned for the summer after the frontman was advised by his physician to take an “immediate break from touring” after he ran some health checks.
In a social media statement, the ‘Break Stuff’ rockers said: “For personal health concerns and based on medical advice given by my personal physician to take an immediate break from touring, Limp Bizkit will sadly have to postpone their 2022 UK and European tour. We truly apologise for any inconvenience this may cause to our loyal fans, promoters and support staff. Stand by for further news. Sincerely, Fred and Limp Bizkit.”
In a video message to fans, Fred explained that he needed to undergo further testing to find out exactly what was going on, while he vowed to make it up to fans.
The run, in support of their latest LP ‘Still Sucks’, was to include two nights at London’s O2 Academy Brixton in September 2022.

OHMYGOSSIP — Queens Of The Stone Age have announced three outdoor gigs in the UK.
Josh Homme and co will play Halifax’s The Piece Hall on June 20, before heading down south to play Margate’s Dreamland on June 22, and Cardiff Castle on June 23.
The trio of concerts will mark their first shows on this side of the pond in six years.
The ‘No One Knows’ group will be joined by British indie rockers Coach Party at the three shows.
Tickets go on general sale from 9am on Friday (21.04.23). An artist pre-sale takes place on Wednesday (19.04.23).
The tour news comes amid a challenging period for frontman Josh, who accused his ex-wife, famous musician Brody Dalle, of putting their children in “great danger”.
The 49-year-old musician – who has Camille, 17, Orrin, 11, and Wolf, seven, with Brody – released a statement last month about his ongoing legal battle with the Distillers rocker, accusing Brody and her boyfriend Gunner Foxx of causing them “emotional harm”.
A statement on behalf of Josh – who was married to Brody between 2005 and 2019 – read: “For more than a year after the conclusion of their divorce proceedings, Joshua Homme and Brody Dalle were able to amicably co-parent their three children in a healthy and functional way.
“The situation took a dark turn when Dalle violated the 50/50 custody agreement by withholding the children from seeing their father. Despite multiple orders by the Los Angeles Family Court to return the children, as well as being found in contempt of court, Dalle continued to violate the custody agreement. The situation was exacerbated by the inappropriate actions of her boyfriend Gunner Foxx.
“In March 2022, the Los Angeles Family Court awarded Joshua Homme sole legal custody of all three children, and they are currently under the care of their father and paternal grandparents. Dalle was granted supervised visitation with their youngest child in the interim.
“Joshua Homme will remain the sole legal guardian of all minor children until a custody hearing in the fall of 2023, at which point a more permanent solution will be determined by the Los Angeles Family Court.
“Recent actions by Brody Dalle and Gunner Foxx have not only caused the children emotional harm, but have also put them in great danger.”
The Los Angeles Family Court granted a restraining order against Brody for 23 months.
Last year, meanwhile, Josh was ordered to stay away from Gunner after allegedly threatening to kill him.
The QOTSA star allegedly confronted him at a shopping mall in Thousand Oaks, California.
Gunner was doing Christmas shopping when Josh approached him inside an Apple Store and seemingly challenged him to a fight, according to documents obtained by TMZ.
He alleged that the rocker said: “I’m going to kill you, you f****** p****.”

OHMYGOSSIP — The Heavy Music Awards 2023 will feature an intimate, “unplugged” performance from Lzzy and Joe of Halestorm.
London’s OVO Arena Wembley will play host to the biggest ceremony yet celebrating heavy music on May 26, and the first wave of artists set to perform have been announced.
Halestorm are nominated for four prizes, including Best International Live Artist and Best Album.
Metalcore icons Underoath, Goth punks Creeper, alt-rockers Boston Manor, and Scottish rockers Vukovi, who have a record-breaking five nods this year, will perform a “one-off collaboration” with Scene Queen.
More acts will be confirmed in due course.
The awards will be hosted by Alex Baker, while Alyx Holcombe and Nels Hylton will be bringing all the action from the red carpet.

The annual music ceremony was first launched in 2017 at London’s House of Vans, with a capacity of just 850.
Last year’s event took place at the slightly bigger O2 Forum Kentish Town, which holds 2,300, and now the HMAs are moving on up to the British capital’s second-largest arena.
The likes of Slipknot, Metallica, Bring Me The Horizon and Enter Shikari have been championed by the HMAs.

OHMYGOSSIP — Christine and the Queens has shared his latest song with 070 Shake, ‘True Love’.
The French singer-songwriter has given fans another taste of his upcoming LP ‘Paranoia, Angels, True Love’, which is set to follow on June 9.
Chris and rapper-and-singer 070 Shake – who is known for recently joining forces with RAYE on their mega-hit ‘Escapism’ – previously released the track ‘Body’ last year.
‘True Love’ is the second single from the album, following March’s ‘To Be Honest’.
‘Paranoia, Angels, True Love’ is the follow-up to 2022’s ‘Redcar’.
The 34-year-old star worked with Madonna on the album, and he relished the experience of collaborating with the pop icon, who plays a mysterious character who appears throughout the record.
Chris told the BBC last month: “What is the most emblematic female voice we have in the pop landscape? She has such an imprint on everybody’s subconscious.
“She did a very risky FaceTime when I explained the whole concept and I was like, ‘Do you want to be an actress in this weird musical? To be exactly also the great actress you are?’ Because she’s multifaceted. She’s not even enclosed in one person.
“And she said, ‘Yes!’ I think because she was enticed by the insanity of the whole thing. She was like, ‘You’re crazy. I’ll do it!’
“I sent her lines that I wrote because she’s embodying the character of Big Eye, a very ambivalent ‘being of light’. We don’t really know if it’s AI, a true angel, or maybe my mum?
“Or if it’s maybe me. She has this voice that encloses all of the others and she’s piercing through in the record to just give the wisdom we need.”
Madonna features on three tracks on the new album, and Chris insists he’d be happy to return the favour one day.
He shared: “She sent me the lines and she delivered in such a perfect way. So I had the emotions of a stage director having the best, best performer to direct, and she delivered in exactly the right way.
“I’m truly joyful that she trusted me enough to give me this impeccable piece of theatre. And also, any time she wants me to just do something for her, I’ll be of service all my life.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Harry Styles is among the top nominees for the Ivor Novello awards.
The 29-year-old singer – who shot to stardom as part of One Direction – and his co-writer Kid Harpoon have received three nominations in total for Harry’s critically-acclaimed third studio album, ‘Harry’s House’.
Harry has been nominated for the Best Song, Songwriter of the Year and Most Performed Work awards.
Elsewhere, Little Simz has been nominated for the Best Album gong alongside the Arctic Monkeys, who have been recognised for their seventh studio album, ‘The Car’.
Other big-name nominees include Jack Antonoff and Florence Welch, who are among the contenders for the Best Song gong for ‘King’, while Ed Sheeran has received two nominations in the Most Performed Work category.
Ed, 32, has been recognised for ‘Bad Habits’ and ‘Shivers’, both of which he co-wrote with Johnny McDaid, his long-time showbiz pal.
Meanwhile, Kate Bush’s ‘Running Up That Hill’ is among the nominees for the Most Performed Work accolade, too.
The hit track was actually released 38 years ago, but it witnessed a massive resurgence in 2022 after it featured in the hit Netflix show ‘Stranger Things’.
The single topped the UK charts last year and it also became the singer’s first top ten hit in the US.
The Rising Star award will be won by one of Cat Burns, Ines Dunn, tendai, venbee and Victoria Canal.
Elsewhere, Sting will become a Fellow of the Ivors Academy, the highest honour the Academy bestows.
The chart-topping singer previously admitted to being thrilled about receiving the accolade.
He said in a statement: “Of all the awards in the world of music, the Ivors are for me, the most prestigious.
“Songwriting is a skilled craft and the Ivors Academy are its guild. So, I am delighted and honoured to be offered this Fellowship of the Academy, joining and acknowledging this extraordinary group of fellow songwriters, and all of those who went before us.”
All of the award winners will be announced at Grosvenor House in London on May 18.

OHMYGOSSIP — Roger Waters’ ‘This Is Not A Drill’ show is set to be broadcast around the world.
The 79-year-old musician – who co-founded Pink Floyd – has announced plans to broadcast his show from the O2 Arena in Prague in over 1,500 cinemas across more than 50 countries around the world.
Tom Mackay – the president of premium content at Sony Music Entertainment, who have partnered with Roger for the event – said: “We are excited to give fans around the world the opportunity to experience such an iconic concert performance live on the big screen.”
The musician will be joined on-stage on May 25 by the likes of Jonathan Wilson, Dave Kilminster, Jon Carin, Gus Seyffert, Robert Walter, Joey Waronker, Shanay Johnson, Amanda Belair and Seamus Blake.
The concert will feature some of Pink Floyd’s best-known songs, as well as tracks from Roger’s solo work.
The cinema event will be directed by Sean Evans and will give fans a unique opportunity to enjoy Roger’s acclaimed live show in full cinematic glory.
Tickets for the event will be made available on April 25, and full cinema listings and times will be announced on the same date.

Meanwhile, Roger previously admitted that he loves performing in front of a crowd.

“It never really dawned on me until, I think, 1999. Don Henley asked me to do a charity gig in Los Angeles. It’s about 6,000 people, and I walked up and felt this whoosh of what you could only describe as love from the audience.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Noel Gallagher thought it would be a “good idea” to move away from the experimental sound of his last album after alienating a lot of fans.
The former Oasis rocker acknowledged his 2017 record ‘Who Built the Moon?’ had “split” his fanbase because it was “a bit far out” so he’s hoping to win back his supporters with his upcoming LP ‘Council Skies’.
He told the Daily Star newspaper’s Wired column: “I guess the last album I made, the last proper album, was quite electronic and psychedelic and a bit far out.
“I guess because it kind of split my fanbase. A lot of people loved it, a lot of people didn’t like it.
“I thought it might be a good idea not to make another one like that for a while.”
The ‘Holy Mountain’ hitmaker teased the songs on the record will be “quite reflective” because they were written amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
He added: “The thought process behind it is that I grew up in Manchester.
“It was very grey and industrial and the only colour in your life was the sky when the sky is blue.
“I would daydream. The song ‘Council Skies’ is about that.
“Then, when I wrote that, it suddenly dawned on me that a lot of the album is quite reflective.
“Overall, it’s kind of a reflective story because all of the songs were written in lockdown in 2020 and it was quite a reflective time for everybody, because you were forced to stay at home thinking about what the f*** was going on in the world.”
And Noel is confident the album will do well because he doesn’t think he will have much competition in the charts.
He moaned: “There’s nothing in the charts – it all sounds the same.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Leigh-Anne Pinnock’s debut solo single is “just around the corner” after she jetted to Turkey to shoot the big-budget video.
The 31-year-old singer and her team, who include video choreographer King O’Holi – who worked with the star on Little Mix’s ‘Sweet Melody’ video – headed to Istanbul last weekend to shoot footage for the track, which has been described as an “up tempo pop hit”.
A source told The Sun newspaper’s Bizarre column: “Leigh-Anne’s debut is just around the corner. Her talent is undeniable and so is her work ethic.
“She’s locked in rehearsals now to perfect her moves and to make sure the video is everything and more for her fans.
“The combination of the high energy dance routines and the dramatic scenery and buildings in Istanbul will make for a truly stunning video.”
Leigh-Anne is also said to have enlisted the help of dancer Joy Duckrell, who the star knows from working alongside her with Little Mix in 2020.
Last week, a music insider suggested that Leigh-Anne could go on to replicate the solo success of pop star Dua Lipa.
A source told the publication: “The music she has been working on is really impressive. Leigh-Anne has every chance to follow in the footsteps of Dua and become a superstar in her own right now.
“She is the full package.”
Jade Thirlwall and Perrie Edwards, Leigh-Anne’s Little Mix bandmates, are also set to release new music later this year.
However, the girls are keen to avoid any kind of chart war with each other.
In 2022, Leigh-Anne revealed she was busily working on new material.
The singer promised in a newsletter that she would give fans “as much music as [she] can” when she felt ready.
Leigh-Anne – who was working with producer Hit-Boy – said at the time: “I’ve been working really hard on music that’s coming together slowly but surely. I’m so happy with what we’ve made so far but I know there’s much more to do.
“I’ve been so lucky to work with some incredible songwriters, producers and creatives so far and I can’t wait for you to hear what we’ve made.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Billy Idol performed the first-ever concert at the Hoover Dam earlier this month.
The ‘Rebel Yell’ star rocked the famous concrete arch-gravity dam in the Black Canyon of the Colorado River, on the border between the US states of Nevada and Arizona, on April 8.
The punk rock legend was joined by his long-serving guitarist Steve Stevens, plus the Sex Pistols’ Steve Jones, The Kills’ Alison Mosshart and No Doubt’s Tony Kanal, as they filmed for an upcoming concert film due out later this year.
Just 250 lucky fans got to witness the show.
The ‘White Wedding’ hitmaker is currently on a North American tour.
The history-making gig comes after Idol was honoured with a star on The Hollywood Walk of Fame in January.
The former Generation X frontman admitted it was surreal because he never imagined his career would last “six months”, let alone almost five decades.
In his induction speech, he said: “Initially we did the music back in the mid-’70s during the punk-rock time. There wasn’t much hope or anything. We decided if there’s nothing, there’s no future, we’re going to do what we love. And that’s what I did. I did the music because I loved it. It wasn’t for any other reason, really. Anyway, I didn’t really think doing this would last very long. We thought maybe six months, maybe a year, maybe two years. I could never have imagined something like this. It’s just incredible.”
Meanwhile, the former hell-raiser previously admitted he was reckless when it came to drugs and alcohol back in the 80s because he thoroughly enjoyed the feeling of being “isolated” from humanity and living in his own “dimension.”
Speaking to Australia’s Daily Telegraph newspaper, he said: “You are isolated in the world of drugs, you are kinda in your own dimension. The higher you get, the more isolated you are from humanity. I had a great time (being) like that then.
“Back in the 80s, we were living as if the world was going to end tomorrow. Substances and things like that were par for the course.”
However, the 67-year-old singer now limits his guilty pleasures to “red wine and the occasional joint” because he’s starting to slow down with age.
He explained: “To be doing that now at this age, to be that out of it, would be ridiculous.”

OHMYGOSSIP — ABBA haven’t ruled out the possibility of bringing a mobile version of ABBA Voyage to Glastonbury “in the future”.
The Swedish pop legends welcomed their millionth visitor to witness their spectacular avatar show, which sees virtual versions of the band members depicting the group as they appeared in 1977, on Tuesday (18.04.23).
And there are already talks of replicas of the experience, which is hoped to stay in London at the purpose-built ABBA Arena at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, coming to North America and Asia, and although it’s “too complicated” to take the event on the road at this time, the ‘Dancing Queens’ hitmakers aren’t ruling out bringing the show to Worthy Farm if they can come up with a way of transporting the technology or re-creating it.
Speaking to NME, Bjorn Ulvaeus said: “I don’t think that’s possible, yet.
“It might be in the future. As it is, it’s too complicated because the lighting, the sound, the visuals, everything is integrated and it’s so complicated.”
Speaking on ITV’s ‘This Morning’ on Tuesday (18.04.23), Bjorn said he and his bandmates – Agnetha Faltskog, Benny Andersson and Anni-Frid Lyngstad – hope it will remain in London for years to come.
He said: “London is home for ABBA and I hope that it will become an attraction that stays in London forever.”
On the difficulty of touring the show, he said: “It’s too complicated to tour, but you can build replicas and we are looking at North America and Asia at the moment so quite possibly, there will be replicas. This will be the original.”
ABBA Voyage first opened its doors on May 26, 2022 to critical acclaim.

OHMYGOSSIP — Liam Gallagher says the band Breezer’s songs made using an AI-generated version of his vocals are “better” than most modern music.
The Britpop group’s former frontman has given his seal of approval of the group’s aptly-named ‘AIsis’ project after hearing one of the songs and admitted he sounds “mega”.
Breezer used their own original songs and interpreted what Oasis would sound like if they released music now using AI.
Asked if he’d heard the album, the ‘Some Might Say’ hitmaker, 50, replied on Twitter: “Not the album heard a tune it’s better than all the other snizzle out there. (sic)”
Responding to another fan, he said: “Mad as f*** I sound mega.”
The ‘Wonderwall’ singer’s reaction to the AI version of his voice comes after an AI duet between Drake and The Weeknd was pulled from Spotify and Apple Music due to a copyright claim.
The megastars were cloned on ‘Heart On My Sleeve’, which was met with wide praise from fans of the Canadian artists.
However, Universal Music Group was less than impressed and asked the song to be taken down from Deezer and Tidal, TikTok, Spotify and YouTube.
In a statement, UMG, which publishes both artists on Republic Records, hit out at the fraudulent use of AI.
It read: “The training of generative AI using our artists’ music (which represents both a breach of our agreements and a violation of copyright law) as well as the availability of infringing content created with generative AI on DSPs [digital service providers], begs the question as to which side of history all stakeholders in the music ecosystem want to be on: the side of artists, fans and human creative expression, or on the side of deep fakes, fraud and denying artists their due compensation.
“These instances demonstrate why platforms have a fundamental legal and ethical responsibility to prevent the use of their services in ways that harm artists. We’re encouraged by the engagement of our platform partners on these issues-as they recognise they need to be part of the solution.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Indie legend Miles Kane recruited ‘Inbetweeners’ actor James Buckley for his new music video.
The 37-year-old musician has unveiled his upcoming album ‘One Man Band’ alongside the release of the lead single ‘Troubled Son’.
And the 35-year-old actor – who is best known for playing the foul-mouthed Jay Cartwright on the E4 sitcom classic – cameos alongside Miles in the accompanying promo for the tune.
Speaking of the opening track, Miles said: “It’s about the struggle we all have in life.
“Sometimes we have our s*** together and sometimes we don’t. This is me acknowledging my faults and my fears and showing the journey I’m taking as I try to figure it all out.”
It turns out Miles and James are good pals and they were basically filmed getting drunk with pals for the video, which was shot at London boozer The Young Prince.
Miles told NME: “He’s my mate. I’ve known him probably since my first album and we had just been out a couple of weeks before. Then he just came down for that video! They’re all my mates, all in the pub – we went for a day and just got p*****.”
The singer-songwriter returned to his roots in Liverpool to reconnect with his family and ended up remembering why he fell in love with the guitar all those years ago.
He shared: “Making the album back in Liverpool with my family really helped to bring this out of me.
“We left no stone unturned. Sometimes you have to go backwards to go forwards, and this album helped me rediscover why I picked up a guitar in the first place. This album is like a brand new, yet somehow familiar leather jacket. A comforting melting pot of all the music that has inspired and continues to inspire me every day.”
Miles reunited with his longtime collaborator, James Skelly of The Coral, who oversaw production, on the follow-up to 2022’s ‘Change the Show’.
The Last Shadow Puppets rocker also worked with the likes of Blossoms’ Tom Ogden and Keiran Shudall of Circa Waves on the tracks.
‘One Man Band’ is released in full on August 4.

OHMYGOSSIP — Rising boy band Here At Last are releasing a stripped-back cover of Niall Horan’s solo tune ‘Heaven’.
The popular five-piece – comprising Zach Loizou, Tommy Lyon, Pedro Santos, James Thomas and Ryan Burns – have put their own spin on the former One Direction star’s latest track and will unleash it on Friday (21.04.23), along with a re-release of their original tune ‘Tongue’.
In a statement, the group said: “When we heard Niall Horan’s single Heaven, we knew we had to make a cover of it. We have slightly slowed it down into more of a ballad which allowed us to play around with the vocals a little. With this, we are re-releasing ‘Tongue’ and as it is a fan favourite, we are excited to see people go back and listen to what started our careers.”
The cover news comes with the announcement that HAL will embark on a UK tour this October.
They will kick off the ‘Happy You’re Here’ UK Tour in Glasgow on October 20, before visiting Birmingham, Manchester and Bristol, and wrapping on October 25 at IndigO2 in London.
The band – who sold out their last tour, which included a stop at London’s Shepherd’s Bush Empire earlier this year – commented: “The ‘Happy You’re Here’ Tour has been so anticipated ever since our show at Shepherd’s Bush Empire in February. We had the best time and can’t explain how excited we are to get on the road again. We will be going to cities we haven’t been to yet including Birmingham and Glasgow. The idea behind our tour name was to emphasise the fact that without the fans travelling to shows and showing us support online that none of this could be possible. We are incredibly grateful for all their support and this will can’t wait to give them the best show yet.”
Tickets go on general sale on Friday 28th April from LiveNation.co.uk. They will also be available from O2 Priority pre-sale from the 26th April and a Live Nation pre-sale from the 27th April.
Within a few years of forming, Here At Last have attracted three million followers on TikTok and 100 million likes.

OHMYGOSSIP — Jessie Ware channelled Madonna on her new album ‘That! Feels Good!’.
The 38-year-old singer worked with The Queen of Pop’s producer Stuart Price on her upcoming fifth studio album, while she also sang down the same microphone the ‘Vogue’ hitmaker used to record her 2005 hit club music record ‘Confessions on a Dance Floor’.
Speaking to Rolling Stone UK, Jessie – who is featured on the cover of the latest digital issue of the magazine – said: “Stuart had worked with Madonna, and so she was in my mind, too. It’s hard to forget when you’re holding the same mic that Madonna recorded Confessions on a Dance Floor on to not feel like maybe you are hopefully going to be a bit blessed by something.”
The ‘Pearls’ singer says her follow-up to 2020’s ‘What’s Your Pleasure?’ is intended to be listened to from start to finish.
She explained: “I’m in my Age of Aquarius. I feel the most confident I’ve ever felt, stepping into making music. I really want to celebrate the beauty of an album, and what an album can represent. I really appreciate the traction I get off streaming sites, and all of that. It’s amazing, don’t get me wrong. But the romantic in me wanted that person to put this album on their vinyl, and just listen to it. And that’s it. I want to be able to cherish that experience, and savour that.”
Elsewhere, Jessie shared how much she enjoyed opening for Harry Styles on a few dates on his ‘Love On Tour’ run.
She said: “That was what was so nice about being on tour with Harry Styles. It came at the end of the touring cycle for What’s Your Pleasure?, where I felt so comfortable with the songs and the show. When people come to a show, you want them to escape for a bit. And they were not there for me, they were there for Harry Styles, but I wanted to get them a bit more. And they were wonderful.”
‘That! Feels Good!’ is released on April 28.

OHMYGOSSIP — Foo Fighters have announced their first album since the passing of beloved drummer Taylor Hawkins.
Dave Grohl and co will release ‘But Here We Are’ on June 2, and they’ve also shared the raw new single ‘Rescued’.
The follow-up to 2021’s ‘Medicine at Midnight’ is described as: “A brutally honest and emotionally raw response to everything Foo Fighters endured over the last year.”
The ‘Everlong’ rockers reunited with producer Greg Kurstin on the 10-track collection, which signals their new era.
A press release adds that the album is “informed by decades of maturity and depth.”
It continues: “‘But Here We Are’ is the sound of brothers finding refuge in the music that brought them together in the first place 28 years ago, a process that was as therapeutic as it was about a continuation of life.”
Taylor was tragically found dead in his hotel room in Colombia, in March 2022, aged 50, hours before the band was due to play a festival in Bogotá.
No cause of death was given.
It comes after the group previewed new heavy music on social media just days ago.
The ‘Best of You’ hitmakers vowed to be “a different band going forward” following the devastating loss of Taylor.
In a letter to fans, they shared: “As we say goodbye to the most difficult and tragic year that our band has ever known, we are reminded of how thankful we are for the people that we love and cherish most, and for the loved ones who are no longer with us.
“Foo Fighters were formed 27 years ago to represent the healing power of music and a continuation of life. And for the past 27 years our fans have built a worldwide community, a devoted support system that has helped us all get through the darkest of times together. A place to share our joy and our pain, our hopes and fears, and to join in a chorus of life together through music. Without Taylor, we never would have become the band that we were — and without Taylor, we know that we’re going to be a different band going forward.
“We also know that you, the fans, meant as much to Taylor as he meant to you and we know that when we see you again — and we will soon — he’ll be there in spirit with all of us every night.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Rita Ora’s upcoming album ‘You and I’ documents the chapters of her relationship with her director husband Taika Waititi.
The pop superstar will release her eagerly-awaited follow-up to 2018’s ‘Phoenix’ on July 14.
Rita, who has co-written each of the tracks on the record, said in a statement: “This album really means a lot to me.
“It’s like my diary of the last few years, it’s my sound and it just feels so true to me and who I am today.”
As well as announcing the new LP, the 32-year-old singer has also shared her and Fatboy Slim’s re-working of his 90s hit ‘Praise You’, ‘Praising You’, which is available to stream on all major platforms now.
The pair’s collaboration comes after they had a chance meeting in the fields of Glastonbury festival.
Norman Cook aka Fatboy Slim recalled: “From a chance meeting late one night in the Naughty Corner at Glastonbury a friendship and collaboration grew that on paper may look unlikely. Yet here it is, and it has a life of its own!”
The 59-year-old ‘Right Here, Right Now’ hitmaker praised Rita for breathing “new life” into the song.
He told her in an interview with The Big Issue out now: “While we’re blowing smoke up each other’s a****, you breathe new life into it. I’ve listened to that tune an awful lot and it is easy to get jaded about it, but you’ve definitely taken it in a different direction for me.”
Rita wrote from the perspective of being head-over-heels in love.
She said: “The way I wrote it was being madly in love with someone and having fun with that person. When you love a person you do praise them. You feel like they can do no wrong. So that’s what my version of the record is about.
“And dancing in your feelings, because it’s the best feeling in the world.”
The promo to accompany the tune is helmed by Academy Award winner Waititi, 47, who Rita tied the knot with last year.
The video sees “Rita audition with a group of dancers for the role of their dreams.
“Rita leads the troupe through their haphazard routine, slowly winning over the judges in what turns into a massive Studio 54-esque number complete with glamorous outfit changes and stellar choreography.”
Fatboy Slim makes a cameo in the clip, which tips the hat to Spike Jonze’s original 1999 ‘Praise You’ promo.
Fans can watch the video on Facebook as a premium music video and on Instagram today (19.04.23), before it’s published on sites including YouTube from April 28.
Rita will give ‘Praising You’ its live debut at the Eurovision Song Contest semi-final in Liverpool on May 9.
The star will also perform a show-stopping medley of some of her biggest hits.
‘Praising You’ follows the release of Rita’s solo single ‘You Only Love Me’ earlier this year, which marked the singer’s first release on BMG, and both tracks are on the new album.
The ‘Anywhere’ singer poured her heart and soul into the emotional pop song about “feeling vulnerable at the very start of her romantic journey.”
Her other half’s voice memo is played at the start of the track.
