OHMYGOSSIP — Chrissie Hynde tells her fans to “f**k off”.
The Pretenders frontwoman openly admits she is horrible towards her own supporters, but regrets snubbing them almost immediately afterwards and insists she reacts in such a way because she is “embarrassed”.
She said: “I’m a bitch to my fans. If anyone recognises me I tell them to f**k off. I suffer for it, believe me, but I’m just embarrassed and I don’t know how to react.
“I always forget I’m that guy because I was 28 before I ever got recognised and I had 10 years on the streets, looking after myself.
“Now when anyone looks at me I say, ‘What the f**k are you looking at?’
“Then they walk away deflated and I think, ‘S**t. They were only being nice.’ ”
Chrissie, 65, insists she tries to shy away from her fans in public because she doesn’t enjoy the attention and simply wants to lead an “ordinary life”.
She added to The Times newspaper: “When it comes down to it I want to live a very ordinary life.
“Ordinary is the golden mean for me.”
Despite trying to lead a run of the mill life, the star admits she hasn’t looked at her bank account since 1973 when she had $500 in it after enlisting the help of a manager to deal with her finances.
She said: “I came over here in 1973 with $500 and I’ve never looked at my account since.
“The first thing I did when I formed a band was get a manager because I knew I’d never deal with any of that stuff.”
Chrissie – who has daughters Natalie, 33, from her relationship with Ray Davies and Yasmin, 31, from her marriage to Jim Kerr – previously revealed she was sexually assault aged 21 but was vilified after suggesting women can be at fault if they are raped.

OHMYGOSSIP — Justin Timberlake says being a father has “changed everything”.
The ‘Mirrors’ hitmaker – who welcomed Silas Randall into the world 18 months ago with his wife Jessica Biel – has a “new appreciation” for his other half since the arrival of their son.
He said: “It changes everything. You literally wake up and look in the mirror and go, ‘I have no idea what I’m doing!’
“It’s crazy. This new appreciation for both of them, her and him, it’s humiliating and it’s humbling at the same time … You watch her realise she has a gear she [thought she] didn’t have and then you go, ‘Woah, yeah.'”
And the 35-year-old actor believes he wouldn’t have been able to pen his hit track ‘Can’t Stop the Feeling!’ if he didn’t become a father.
Speaking on The Today Show, he added: “I would have never written a song like ‘Can’t Stop the Feeling!’ [if I wasn’t a father].
“I don’t know that it was directly inspired to be something that my son could listen to of mine, because there’s a lot of music he can’t … at least not yet … [but he was an influence].”
Meanwhile, Justin previously revealed he has a different outlook on life since welcoming Silas into the world.
He said: “I’d be leaving out the whole truth if I didn’t say having him shaped what the song actually is. [Having a child] gives you a different insight. It’s like ‘The Matrix,’ man. You open a door and there’s this whole other world on the other side of it. And you look back through the door at the other world and you’re like, ‘What was I doing there?'”

OHMYGOSSIP — Prince William and Prince Harry thought Sir Rod Stewart was “so well deserved” of his knighthood.
The 71-year-old singer was bestowed with the recognition by William at Buckingham Palace yesterday (11.01.16), and his wife Penny Lancaster – who was in attendance with their sons Alastair, 10, and five-year-old Aiden – revealed what the royal told her husband.
She said: “He did say, ‘My brother are I think you are so well deserved to get this honour.’ ”
The ‘Maggie May’ hitmaker was so excited about being knighted he sang about the occasion in celebration as he, Penny and their sons travelled to a hotel the day before the “incredible” event.
She said: “It was just the most incredible, unforgettable day. It started with us panicking that we wouldn’t get to the Palace on time because we live two hours out of London so we decided to take the kids and stay in a hotel the night before.
“On the way to the hotel, Rod was singing ‘I’m getting knighted in the morning.’ ”
The occasion was also a highlight for Alastair and Aiden who were bursting with pride after Rod received his recognition.
Speaking on ‘Loose Women’, she added: “I read a story to Aiden the night before about Paddington Bear going to London to visit the queen at the Palace so when we pulled up he said, ‘We’re here, where Paddington Bear was. We’re going inside.’
“We were so proud, and when daddy came back and sat with us the boys were just hanging onto him for dear life. They just didn’t want to let go.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Chrissie Hynde has warned women to beware of men because they are “weak” and “can’t control themselves”.
The 65-year-old star was previously slammed for suggesting women can be at fault if they are raped after revealing she was attacked aged 21, but insists she “doesn’t give a f**k” about being vilified for sharing her own sexual assault experience.
She said: “I have to be honest, I don’t give a f**k. First I didn’t know, because I don’t read my press, but when I kept being questioned about it I said, ‘If you’re going to walk around in your underwear, drunk, you’re asking for it.’
“And they really jumped on me for that. Because the idea in this climate of pseudo-empowerment is that no means no. Well, I have news for you, girls. A stiff d**k means yes.
“What I’m saying is that women think men are in control all the time, but men are weaker than women. And don’t mess with these guys because once it’s unleashed they can’t control themselves.
“That’s too profound for most people. I’ll get into real trouble if I start saying things like that.
“The point is: I shouldn’t have been there and I was. Why? Because I didn’t want to go home.

OHMYGOSSIP — Mel C suffered from depression in the 90s.
The ‘Wannabe’ hitmaker has revealed she struggled with her mental health when she was part of The Spice Girls as she found it difficult to get a “sense of normality and reality”.
She said: “I think what happened to us was so unique and it was so amazing, but there’s loads of repercussions that come with it. Getting some sense of normality and reality, I found that hard and I did suffer from some depression for some time. It’s something that I’m aware of and learning more about mental health. And I think people are talking about it more.
“It’s incredible to hear the statistics. Lots of people aren’t seeking help and they’re suffering in silence. I think it’s really important to talk about it. I can’t blame my time with the Spice Girls. I think it was just my life experience being a bizarre one. It kind of threw me into a bit of a spin. I’ve learned a lot from that and I’ve learned how to take care of myself now.”
Nowadays, the 42-year-old singer is feeling much more “liberated and courageous”.
She added to Paper magazine: “I feel very liberated in that I care less about what people think. I feel more courageous than I did when I was younger.
“All of us young people are so concerned with what people think, and then you realise when you get older that you can just worry about yourself. You can just chill out and enjoy. I like that about being older.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Jodie Marsh has been “arrested and charged” with harassment.
The 37-year-old star is in the midst of a row with her former husband James Placido over money she says is owed to her father but she “strenuously denies” the allegations of harassment made against her.
Taking to Twitter, she wrote: “You thought I was a bad girl cos I’m covered in tattoos and ride Harleys….. now I’m the ULTIMATE bad girl #arrested
“To sum up; I have been arrested and charged with “harassment” … I’m a very bad girl….. (sic)”
Whilst her manager added in a statement: “The allegations of harassment against @jodiemarsh are due to her texting her husband asking about thousands of pounds he owes to her father …
“Jodie strenuously denies these allegations and we think that they are utterly ridiculous … Jodie’s father has started his own proceedings to try to reclaim the money he is owed by Jodie’s ex. (sic)”
Jodie has had an ongoing feud with her estranged spouse since their split and previously revealed she is doing “much better” now they called time on their romance.
She said: “Considering the hell he put me through, I’m happier now. I’m over the shock of what happened and think, ‘Thank God I’m not with him.’ I’m much better off without that. It’s a relief. I don’t need a guy to be happy in life.
“I can’t say [what caused the split], but put it this way, I would have been happier if he’d cheated on me. I could have coped with that. My fans know me. They know that I wouldn’t have been madly head over heels in love with somebody, for it to end in an instant, without a very very very big reason.
“I wouldn’t be telling people, ‘This is my soul mate’, for it to end overnight so suddenly. There’s obviously a massive, massive reason. I genuinely thought that was it for life.”

The 33-year-old actor and his brunette girlfriend – whose name is not yet known – welcomed their first child into the world earlier this year, an insider has confirmed to Us Weekly magazine.
However, the little one’s sex, name and information on the delivery have been kept tightly under wraps ever since.
The couple – who have kept details on their relationship private – set tongues wagging in May when they were spotted out together in New York City with a newborn baby stroller.
The family outing came just five months after Donald’s partner was spotted with a burgeoning baby bump in Hawaii in January.
The news that Donald has become a father will no doubt come as a surprise to fans as he’s just finished a press tour for his series ‘Atlanta’, in which he stars and executive produces, and has made no hint that he and his girlfriend now have a child.

The ‘Midnight Sun’ star has no holds barred when it comes to her social media accounts but she admits she is struggling to get her boyfriend Tyler Posey to do the same.

The ‘Lewis’ actor and 30-year-old model have reportedly struck up a romance after developing a friendship on TV’s ‘Bear Grylls: Mission Survive’ last year.
A source said: “It’s very early days but both Laurence and Vogue consider themselves an item. They’re enjoying spending time together and have had some great nights out. It’s very recently turned into a romance because they get on so well.”
The pair first started getting close in April, a month after Laurence, 38, separated from his wife Billie Piper – with whom he has seven-year-old son Winston and a six-year-Eugene – and they hit it off because they have both been through major break-ups and Vogue was able to comfort Laurence.

OHMYGOSSIP — Amy Adams believes the gender wage gap in Hollywood will improve if society’s outlook on women changes.
The 42-year-old actress accepts that because of her sex she has to negotiate her wages, however, she strongly believes that if women were appreciated more that would be notable in their salary.
Speaking in the latest issue of Elle UK magazine, she explained: “The negotiation comes to a standstill and I have to make a choice, which a lot of women do.
“I can walk away. But I choose not to … this is an issue not just about women’s pay; we need to work on how women are viewed in society and then the pay will be reflected in that.”
The ‘Arrival’ star – who has six-year-old daughter Aviana Olea with husband Darren Le Gallo – also said that precious time with her only child is her priority now and when she does get offers for movies she has to think about whether it is worth the time away from her little girl.
She added: “Right now time is more important to me. So that’s what I negotiate because any time I’m working, I’m not spending with my daughter.”
Amy starred in ‘American Hustle’ last year and at the time she admitted she knew about the pay gap between herself and her male co-stars before signing up to the project.
She said: “Yeah, I did [know]. I didn’t speak about it before and I’m probably not going to speak about it forever, because I disagreed with … not Jennifer per se, but people who had opinions on how women should go about negotiating …

The ‘Equals’ star – who has just made her directing debut – has gushed about how content she feels in her job.
Speaking on The Today Show, she said: “I’ve never been happier. I love acting. I don’t think there’s a huge distinction between the two, for me. I found my next level and I’m ready to go.”
And the 26-year-old actress is also very content in her personal life and insists she isn’t “ashamed” of her sexuality.

OHMYGOSSIP — Robbie Williams has arthritis in his back which has hampered his energetic dancing.
The 42-year-old musician has revealed that he suffers from the common condition – which causes pain and inflammation in a joint – and it has hindered his ability to dance and play football.
Speaking to the Evening Standard newspaper, the ‘Let Me Entertain You’ hitmaker said: “I’ve got arthritis in my back so I can’t put my foot through a ball. I have very tight hamstrings, barely existent calves. I dance like a drunk dad at a wedding. But I’ve got to do something to fill the time on stage.”
The former Take That member has shared his diagnoses at an opportune moment, as Wednesday (12.10.16) will mark World Arthritis Day, which aims to encourage people to live their lives to the fullest by sharing personal stories from those successfully living with the condition.
Meanwhile, the ‘Angels’ singer – who has previously suffered from drug addiction and the mental illness neuroses – has admitted that his family has helped him overcome his demons. Robbie is father to daughter Teddy, four, and son Charlie, two months, whom he shares with his wife Ayda.
He said: “Having kids has completely focused my attention away from my neuroses and addictions. My life is tenfold better for it. Daddy goes to work and it all makes sense. This is my job. It’s not a normal job. And having children has made it all make sense.”
And for Robbie – who recently returned to the public eye with his new single ‘Party Like a Russian’ – the biggest worry he has right now is whether or not his music goes down well in the charts.

OHMYGOSSIP — James Arthur wanted to commit suicide when Simon Cowell dropped him from his label.
The ‘X Factor’ winner was subject to controversy in 2013 after he found himself in a Twitter feud with Micky Worthless which saw him use derogatory homophobic language toward the rapper, and ultimately got him kicked from his spot with label Syco.
Now, the 28-year-old singer has turned his life around and is happily back on Simon Cowell’s roster, but he has admitted the consequences of his actions have had a lasting impact.
Speaking to the Evening Standard newspaper, the star said: “If I was ever near a balcony, or in my car, I’d have an image of me jumping over or driving off the road. But then I’d think, ‘Don’t do it, you’ve got sisters, you’re the man of the family.’ But there was many a time I thought of it.”
The ‘Recovery’ musician was involved in a number of Twitter feuds after winning the talent competition, including spats with ‘X Factor’ alumni Matt Cardle and One Direction, but admits he never once thought it might affect his career.
He said: “When I was firing away on Twitter no one was calling me up to say: ‘You’re wrecking your career’. Nobody.”
And even when James picked himself back up and penned ‘Say You Won’t Let Me Go’ and got the call from Syco asking to resign him, he thought for a moment he “could stick the finger up” to the label and go it alone.
He said: “I probably shouldn’t say this, but there was a part of me that thought: ‘F**k you, I might have a hit single here and I don’t need Syco. I could stick the finger up to them’. But they said: ‘Please let us back in. We want to be part of this amazing story’. And it made sense to me. I’m a sucker for that story. Syco are notorious for dropping people, so what a compliment it is for them to re-sign me. So I thought, ‘Let’s do the full circle’.”
