OHMYGOSSIP — Shia LaBeouf’s marriage might not have been official.
The 30-year-old actor livestreamed his wedding to Mia Goth on Monday (10.10.16), but it seems the ceremony may have been all for show. The pair apparently wed in Las Vegas, but a tweet from the account for Clark County Nevada – where the city is situated – claims they have no record of a marriage license for the couple.
The account tweeted: “Our records show no marriage license for Shia LaBeouf & Mia Goth. A commitment ceremony was performed #Vegas (sic)”
The “commitment ceremony” that reportedly took place instead is composed of a public affirmation of a couple’s love without any legal binding.
It was previously reported that the couple got hitched at the Viva Las Vegas Wedding Chapel, and opted for a combined theme wedding of Elvis Presley and Hawaiian.
The ceremony was officiated by a man dressed as Elvis, who couldn’t resist throwing in the odd reference to the late King of Rock n’ Roll.
In the livestreamed video of the ceremony, he said: “Mia and Shia, do you promise to adopt each other’s hound dogs? Not to wear your blue suede shoes in the rain? To always be each other’s teddy bear? And to give each other a hunka hunka burning love? Promise? Alright, well by the power invested in me – The King – I now pronounce you to be man and wife. Now Sir, you may kiss your lovely bride.”
As of yet, there is no news as to whether the pair intend on undergoing an official wedding.
Shia and Mia met on the set of ‘Nymphomaniac: Volume II’ in 2012, and have been dating on and off ever since. Engagement speculation first started circulating in March when Mia, 22, was seen at a Miu Miu show during Paris Fashion Week with a ring on her finger.
Neither of the pair made their engagement public knowledge, and in July 2015 it was speculated that the couple had split after the ‘Holes’ actor was caught on tape threatening Mia.

OHMYGOSSIP — Miley Cyrus doesn’t think her relationship with Liam Hemsworth is “strong enough”.
The 23-year-old musician has reportedly called off her engagement with the ‘Hunger Games’ actor as she has fears their bond won’t stand the test of time.
A source told Life & Style magazine: “Miley said she didn’t feel like their relationship was strong enough to continue with the [wedding] plans. Liam was completely devastated and still is. He won’t talk to anyone about it and doesn’t want to believe it’s real.”
The news comes after Liam, 26, had reportedly been trying to get the ‘Wrecking Ball’ hitmaker to tone down her party life style, and the blonde beauty was tired of him “making her hide who she truly is”.
The source added: “She was screaming at him, telling him he was holding her back and making her hide who she truly is.
“She’s told friends and family that she doesn’t think their personalities mesh anymore. She’s a free spirit and full of energy and she’s starting to find Liam a little boring.”
There’s still hope for the duo though, as this isn’t the first time they’ve hit a rough patch in their relationship. The pair ended their previous engagement in 2013, after having dated for four years when they met on the set of ‘The Last Song’.
Meanwhile, the ‘We Can’t Stop’ singer – who identifies as pansexual – recently confessed that her first relationship was with a girl, and claimed she “didn’t understand” her sexuality when she was growing up.
She said: “My whole life, I didn’t understand my own gender and my own sexuality. I always hated the word ‘bisexual’, because that’s even putting me in a box.
“I don’t ever think about someone being a boy or someone being a girl.
“Also, my nipple pasties and s**t never felt sexualised to me.
“My eyes started opening in the fifth or sixth grade. My first relationship in my life was with a chick. I grew up in a very religious Southern family. The universe has always given me the power to know I’ll be OK.
“Even at that time, when my parents didn’t understand, I just felt that one day they are going to understand.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Lil Wayne worked as a suicide prevention aide whilst in Rikers Island jail.
The 34-year-old rapper spent eight months at the New York prison complex in 2010 after he was convicted of possession of a firearm the year before, and has revealed he briefly took up the role during his stay.
Writing in his memoir ‘Gone ‘Til November: A Journal of Rikers Island’, the star said: “The job is basically to monitor the top tier [of the jail] for an eight-hour shift and if someone wants to hang up (meaning to kill themselves), to not negotiate with them or try to talk to them out of it, but just to alert and officer.”
And the ‘Sucker for Pain’ rapper also revealed that the compensation for doing the job was dependent on a very important factor.
He wrote: “You get paid $50 if you stop the person from actually hanging themselves and $25 if you find them hung up. Yeah, it’s that real.”
However, the ‘Mirror’ musician admits his stint in the job – which often saw him patrolling the top tier every night until six in the morning – didn’t last for long, as he left his position in order to focus on his own wellbeing.
The news comes after the rapper took to Twitter last month to hint at his retirement. The star – real name Dwayne Michael Carter Jr. – admitted to feeling “defeated” and said he was “done”.
He wrote: “I am now defenseless and mentally defeated & I leave gracefully and thankful I luh my fanz but I’m dun
“ain’t lookin for sympathy, just serenity … I’m good y’all don’t trip (sic).”

OHMYGOSSIP — Kim Kardashian West has “flashbacks” to the night of her Paris robbery.
The 35-year-old star was involved in a horrific ordeal when she was tied up, put in a bath and had more than $10 million worth of jewellery stolen from her by five masked, armed men in Paris, France, last week, and a source close to the beauty has revealed she “still has a long way to recover”.
Speaking to E! News, the source said: “Kim is doing better but she still has a long way to recover from the robbery. She has been receiving some professional counselling. Her friends and family have been really supportive. Her sisters and mom have been checking on her every day.
“Kim is very paranoid still when she is alone. She has been having flashbacks and hasn’t been sleeping well. Her security is always around her now.”
And whilst the ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’ star finds being around her children – North, three, and Saint, 10 months – is a good distraction, the beauty and her husband Kanye West aren’t telling the tots what happened.
The insider said: “Being around her children is the biggest distraction for her mind. North West is aware her mum is sad and not herself, but Kanye and Kim are trying not to talk about it around her.”
Despite Kanye, 39, deciding to continue on his ‘Saint Pablo Tour’, the rapper makes sure to check in with his wife as often as he can, and stays by her side “when he isn’t working”.
The source added: “Kanye has been by her side when he isn’t working and calling her nonstop to check in on her.”
The update on Kim’s condition comes after her sister Khloé revealed the star wasn’t “doing that well”.
She said: “She’s not doing that well. It’s incredibly traumatic what happened to her, but our family is super close and great and we’ll get through it together.
“We do appreciate all of your guys’ love and support. It will take time. It was horrible what happened to her.”

The 24-year-old model has taken to Instagram to stand in solidarity for the 41-year-old actress – who split from her husband Brad Pitt last month – saying she admires “anyone who transforms their pain into power”.
The blonde beauty shared a picture of the ‘Maleficent’ star as part of the ‘Girl Up’ campaign, which urges social media users to share their “girl hero” in order stand up for female empowerment.
The ‘Suicide Squad’ actress captioned the photo: “My admiration for Angelina Jolie is endless, I also admire anyone who transforms their pain into power. I admire unruly activists. I admire her continued involvement with the UN as a goodwill ambassador. She is ruthless, determined and unforgiving in her efforts to make a difference for Refugee’s. OHMYGOSSIP — The mother of Jim Carrey’s late ex will drop his wrongful death lawsuit if he releases his sexually transmitted disease (STDs) test results.
The 54-year-old actor was recently hit with a second lawsuit after Brigid Sweetman – the mother of Jim Carrey’s former girlfriend Cathriona White – claimed her daughter took her own life after the star gave her three STDs.
Now, Brigid – along with Mark Burton who filed the first wrongful death lawsuit against Jim – has said she will drop the charges against him, but only if he can prove results of the test he took in 2013 said he was clean.
In a statement released on Wednesday (12.10.16), she said: “Jim Carrey and his attorney have told the world that Carrey has never had STDs and he has never tested positive for STDs. They have called me and Mark ‘shams’ for claiming otherwise.
“I am demanding they immediately release the full 2013 lab results so people can judge for themselves who is telling the truth and who is lying.”
Brigid claims that the ‘Bruce Almighty’ star – under the alias Jose Lopez – and Cathriona both received test results in 2013, and it was then that her daughter discovered she had tested positive for two different types of herpes, as well as chlamydia.
The lawsuit then claims that Cathriona was struggling emotionally before she overdosed on Ambien, Propranolol, and Percocet.
Brigid said: “If they publicly release and publish the full Quest Diagnostics lab report for the blood sample Carrey gave on Jan. 28, 2013 at 11:40 a.m. under the name Jose Lopez and if it shows Carrey did not test positive for STDs, I will immediately dismiss the case and apologise.
“But if it shows differently, and it will, then Carrey and his attorney must admit they have lied to the media and the public. The public has a right to know when they have been lied to.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Felicity Jones has admitted coming to terms with Anton Yelchin’s death has been “devastating”.
The 32-year-old actress starred alongside the late actor in the 2011 film ‘Like Crazy’, and had formed a close friendship with the 27-year-old star – whom she called a “unique soul” – until his untimely death in June this year when his Jeep Cherokee rolled down the driveway of is LA home and crushed him against a gate.
Speaking to The Hollywood Reporter magazine, Felicity said: “It’s been devastating. It doesn’t feel like there’s any justice or there’s no way of understanding it, really. It’s just been a very difficult time for his family. They’re very dignified, beautiful people. He was just like no one else. He really was a unique soul.”
The ‘Inferno’ star joins a long list of stars who have paid tribute to the late actor, with ‘Star Trek’ co-star Chris Pine having spoken out in tribute to Anton at the screening of ‘Star Trek Beyond’.
He said: “This has been a very difficult tour, because we recently lost a good friend of ours who is in the film, and it feels so weird to have to go out and sell this film after the loss of someone very close. We’ll miss him greatly.”
And for Felicity – who has recently been filming re-shoots for ‘Rogue One: A Star Wars Story’ in which she stars as Jyn Erso – her film roles have given her a chance to focus her energy on something else, in an attempt to move on from her grieving.
The beauty admitted that there’s “nothing unusual” about filming re-shoots even for productions like ‘Star Wars’, and she understands the need to put the costumes back on after the edit.
She said: “I’m sure if you picked up the phone and called every single large, technical movie and said, ‘You ever gone in and done reshoots?’ they’d all say, ‘Oh God, yes.’ So why has it turned into a big story? Because it’s ‘Star Wars’, and they put a spotlight and scrutinise every single thing that gets done. But it was always planned and nothing unusual.”
“Obviously when you come to the edit, you see the film come together and you think, ‘Actually, we could do this better, and this would make more sense if we did this. I’ve done it so many times. I mean, you wouldn’t just give your first draft on this story, would you?”

OHMYGOSSIP — The production company behind ‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens’ has been fined £1.6 million for injuring Harrison Ford.
The 74-year-old actor was badly injured filming for his role as Han Solo in the science fiction franchise at Pinewood Studios in London, England when a door on the Millennium Falcon spaceship fell open and broke his leg.
Foodles Productions pleaded guilty for breaching health and safety legislation on two counts at Milton Keynes magistrates court in July, and have now been handed the hefty fine at Aylesbury Crown Court.
Tim Galloway – the divisional director for the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) said in a statement: “This incident was foreseeable and preventable and could have resulted in more serious injury or even death.
The power and speed of the door was such that, had Mr Ford or anyone else had been struck on the head by the door as it closed, they might easily have been killed.
It was only the almost instantaneous actions of the prop operator in hitting the emergency stop that prevented the door from continuing to press down on Mr Ford as he lay on the floor.”
During a previous court appearance, a spokesperson for HSE said upholding health and safety rules was “vital” to “protecting the reputation” of the film industry in the UK.
The source said: “The British film industry has a world-renowned reputation for making exceptional films. Managing on-set risks in a sensible and proportionate way for all actors and staff – regardless of their celebrity status – is vital to protecting both on-screen and off-screen talent, as well as protecting the reputation of the industry.”
Meanwhile, Harrison previously opened up about the injury. He said at the time: “Now we had lots of money and technology and so they built a f***ing great hydraulic door which closed at light speed and somebody said, ‘Ooh I wonder what this is?’
“And the door came down and hit me on my left hip because I was turned to my right. And then it flung my left leg up and it dislocated my ankle and as it drove me down to the floor, my legs slapped on the ramp up to the Millennium Falcon and broke both bones in my left leg.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Jodie Marsh had ex-husband James Placido “removed” from her house in April prior to her arrest over harassment claims.
The 37-year-old star is in the midst of a row with her former husband over money she says is owed to her father, and was charged with harassment without violence on Tuesday (11.10.16).
Now, a spokesperson for the model has said she discovered a “number of things” about her former flame after she had him “removed” from her house in April.
The source said in a statement: “Jodie removed James Placido from her house back in April 2016, since his removal Jodie has discovered a number of things about him.
“Jodie was arrested four months ago and charged last night with the offence of harassment for texts she sent to Mr Placido.
“Jodie completely denies the charges of harassment and looks forward to going to court, not only to prove her innocence but so that the full truth can finally come out.
“We have not further comment at the moment, other than Jodie has some very exciting projects coming up and she is forever grateful to her loyal fans for all their support at this time.”
Jodie has had an ongoing feud with her estranged spouse since their split and previously revealed she is doing “much better” now they called time on their romance.
She said: “Considering the hell he put me through, I’m happier now. I’m over the shock of what happened and think, ‘Thank God I’m not with him.’ I’m much better off without that. It’s a relief. I don’t need a guy to be happy in life.
“I can’t say [what caused the split], but put it this way, I would have been happier if he’d cheated on me. I could have coped with that. My fans know me. They know that I wouldn’t have been madly head over heels in love with somebody, for it to end in an instant, without a very very very big reason.
“I wouldn’t be telling people, ‘This is my soul mate’, for it to end overnight so suddenly. There’s obviously a massive, massive reason. I genuinely thought that was it for life.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Joe Jonas had “half” an erection while filming DNCE’s steamy new video for ‘Body Moves’.
The 27-year-old singer insists it would have been difficult not to be aroused while shooting the saucy clip with model Charlotte McKinney.
Writing as part of an AMA on Reddit, he admitted: “There was definitely some half chubbing going on during the video.
“I wouldn’t say a full blown boner, but I would say a haflie.
“I mean it’s kind of hard not to in that situation especially when you’re trying to be intimate, and also they put us in an elevator, me and Charlotte McKinney who I’m sure Reddit is very familiar with.
“They put her in an elevator with me and then they had kind of a hidden camera filming this whole time, and I had a great time doing the video.”
Joe was left shocked and baffled earlier this week when a fan arrived at his house with all her belongings and announced she was going to move in with him.
He said: “This woman was sitting outside my house in a car for a while and her car was completely full of furniture and clothes and my friend went up to the car to ask what was going on and she said that she was waiting for me and said that she was moving in and that she was waiting until I got home to start unloading her stuff from her car.”
The ‘Cake By the Ocean’ hitmaker lives with his brother Nick and enjoys it because the 24-year-old singer-and-actor is away a lot – and he gets access to his younger sibling’s wardrobe.
He said: “It’s nice because he’s been travelling and I’m home alone all the time.
“I get this nice sized house, just chilling.
“Also, when he comes into town, he came into town this past weekend, our housekeeper put a bunch of his new clothes in my closet and he left town to go finish filming ‘Jumanji’, so I don’t have to go shopping. I just have a bunch of Nick’s free new clothes now.”
And when he does have time off, Joe is “addicted” to playing DNCE’s own video game.
He admitted: “It’s actually insane, I’m addicted to my own game. It tells me, ‘Hey, would you like to buy more lives?’ and I’m like… dammit, so pretty much am I paying myself?”

OHMYGOSSIP — Jamie Dornan finds raising his family in London “stressful”.
The Northern Irish actor and wife Amelia Warner divide their time between an abode in the city and a country house in the Cotswolds, and he prefers their rural retreat because it gives Dulcie, who turns three next month, and her six-month-old sister – whose name hasn’t been made public – more freedom.
He said: “I find London quite stressful to raise my kids. We like to be able to leave our door open and let our three year old run in the garden and muck around and express herself.”
The 34-year-old actor has fond memories of his own “serene” childhood in the coastal town of Holywood.
Speaking to L’Uomo Vogue magazine, he said: “I had a really f***ing lovely, very middle class sort of serene upbringing despite the madness that was happening in our country at the time.
“I wouldn’t have changed any aspect of my childhood.
“I mean, I lost my mother when I was 16 so of course I would change that, but you know in terms of my actual childhood, people are amazing back home.”
The ‘Fifty Shades of Grey’ star had always been “intrigued” by acting but was never sure he’d make money from it.
He said: “I did a lot of acting in school and did amateur dramatics back in Ireland. It always intrigued me, I always enjoyed doing it but then saying, ‘I want that to pay the mortgage’ is a very different thing.”
Jamie’s breakthrough role came as serial killer Paul Spector in drama series ‘The Fall’ and he’d love to continue playing the sinister character for the rest of his life.
He said: “‘The Fall’ has been very good to me and given the opportunity, I’d play that character for the rest of my life.
“It’s kind of awkward to say, as he’s such a horrible person but I do care for him and inhabiting his very sick mind for some reason.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Selena Gomez has reportedly entered rehab.
The 24-year-old star is said to be staying at a facility in Nashville, Tennessee, to “focus on her mental health”, just weeks after announcing she was taking some time off after suffering from “anxiety, panic attacks and depression” because of her lupus condition.
A source close to the singer told Us Weekly magazine: “Selena is dealing with lupus, but this break is to focus on her mental health. She can go to a very dark place.”
Multiple sources confirmed to the publication that the ‘Good For You’ hitmaker has been recovering at the treatment facility, which is described as a “private and quiet place”, but “super intense”.
It is not known when Selena – who went to rehab for the first time in 2014 after undergoing chemotherapy to combat the chronic autoimmune disease in 2013 – might return to the studio.
A music industry source added: “She was supposed to be recording, but she hasn’t told anyone when she’ll be back in studio.”
In August, Selena cancelled the remaining 34 dates on her ‘Revival Tour’ to maintain her “health and happiness” and manage the side effects of lupus.
She said at the time: “As many of you know, around a year ago I revealed that I have lupus, an illness that can affect people in different ways.
“I’ve discovered that anxiety, panic attacks and depression can be side effects of lupus, which can present their own challenges.
“I want to be proactive and focus on maintaining my health and happiness and have decided that the best way forward is to take some time off.
“Thank you to all my fans for your support. You know how special you are to me, but I need to face this head on to ensure I am doing everything possible to be my best. I know I am not alone by sharing this, I hope others will be encouraged to address their own issues.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Pamela Anderson has called on the UK’s Prime Minister to ban wild animal circuses.
The ‘Baywatch’ beauty – who is an active animal rights campaigner – has pleaded with Theresa May to stop “embarrassingly archaic” circus animal acts being allowed to perform, insisting they should have “no place” in modern Britain.
In a letter written on behalf of PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals), Pamela wrote: “One of the things that I love the most about the UK is its strong reputation as a nation that opposes cruelty to animals.
“That’s why my mouth dropped when I learned that Britain still has not banned wild animals from circuses.
“With all due respect, Brexit is complicated, but kissing circus animal acts goodbye is easy as pie.
“Animal acts are embarrassingly archaic and have no place in modern Britain – or anywhere else.”
The 49-year-old actress is keen to meet up with the Prime Minister to discuss the issue face-to-face.
She added: “I’m currently in the UK and would welcome the chance to meet with you about this issue.”
Several other stars, including Martin Freeman and Michael Sheen, have also pleaded with the government to prohibit wild animal circus acts.
This comes after Pamela – who has two sons, Brandon, 20, and 18-year-old Dylan from her marriage to Tommy Lee – joined the fight against fish farming, urging people to choose wild salmon over farmed products.
She said: “The bottom line is that fish farms in the oceans are polluting the oceans. Please take this into your own hands and simply say no to farmed salmon.
“I learned about the fish farms and how devastating they are.
“Even my mother said, ‘By eating farmed salmon, aren’t I helping wild salmon?’ That’s a misconception.”

OHMYGOSSIP — ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ has finished filming season 12 – without Kim Kardashian West.
The Kardashian/Jenner brood wrapped up filming for their latest season of the popular E! Show, which saw Khloé Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian, Scott Disick and Kylie Jenner celebrate the finale by taking photographs in a photo booth on Tuesday (11.10.16) without their 35-year-old sibling, who plans to stay off the radar after being robbed at gunpoint in France.
The former ‘Kocktails with Khloé’ host shared a collage of black and white images with her and her relatives on her Instagram account, which she captioned with a string of heart emojis.
And in the corner of each photograph, it read: “That’s a wrap! KUWTK 12.”
Kylie also took to social media to share images of her with her older sisters.
She captioned the upload: “my forevers (sic).”
Meanwhile, it has been reported the ‘Selfish’ author – who has three-year-old daughter North and 10-month-old son Saint with her rapper husband Kanye West – has no “big plan” to return to the show following the attack, which took place in her apartment in the French capital during Paris Fashion Week earlier this month.
Speaking to ET Online about the television personality, a source said: “There is not a big plan in place for her comeback. It’s only been a week. She is still staying off the grid and away from everything.”
Although Kim – who has remained silent on social media since her terrifying ordeal – is not coping well after the incident, Khloé is hopeful she will overcome her terrifying ordeal.
The 32-year-old reality star said: “She’s not doing that well. It’s incredibly traumatic what happened to her. But our family is super close and great and we’ll get through it together and we do appreciate all of your guys’ love and support. It will take time.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Minnie Driver was assaulted in a bar when she was 17.
The 46-year-old actress was on vacation in Greece when a guy “punched” her after she refused to dance with him when he grabbed her.
She recalled: “This guy came, and he kind of elbow grabbed me and he said, ‘You’re going to dance with me.’ And I said, ‘No.’
“And I pulled my arm away from him and he grabbed me by the back of my hair and I tried to kick him and he punched me.”
Though the man was arrested after police were called, the British star didn’t feel the male officers took the situation as seriously as they should.
Speaking on SiriusXM’s StandUP! with Pete Dominick, she added: “They’re like, ‘Sure if you want to come back to Athens and press charges,’ but the way they presented it was, this guy was just having a good time and if you’d gone along with it, it would have been fine.
“‘If you’d just danced with him, you wouldn’t be in this position that you’re in now.’ And I think that’s the way it’s framed for most young women.”
The ‘Good Will Hunting’ star – who has seven-year-old son Henry with former boyfriend Timothy J. Lea and is dating father-of-two Neville Wakefield – believes all young women experience unwanted advances at some point and finds it frustrating that the incidents are “belittled”.
She said: “When you’re 17, 18, you’re going out, the idea of unwanted male attention is something that you’re supposed to put up with because it is somehow your role that a guy can come and touch you.
“He can put his hand way too far down the small of your back so that his hand is kind of going into your butt and that that’s alright. That you can be shepherded, herded, touched, mauled.
“I think young women have been belittled when they’ve said something. I remember getting called a ‘prude.'”

OHMYGOSSIP — Janet Jackson has officially confirmed her pregnancy.
The 50-year-old singer announced six months ago she was postponing her tour to “have a family” with husband husband Wissam Al Mana and has subsequently been spotted with a growing baby bump, but has never commented about the news until now.
She told People magazine: “We thank God for our blessing.”
It was previously revealed Janet had been suffering from morning sickness but was thrilled to be pregnant.
A source said: “Janet is super excited. She’s doing great. Janet feels really strong and is just so excited for the baby to come. She feels like this is one of the best things ever to happen to her.”
The ‘That’s the Way Love Goes’ hitmaker – the sister of the late Michael Jackson – has been on bed rest.
An insider said recently: “She is doing OK and resting until she is due.
“[Janet] is aware of complications, but as of now doctors say she is OK.”
And, although she’s still a little while off from meeting her baby, Janet and her spouse, whom she married in 2012, have already started thinking about names for the little one.
A source explained: “Her support system is extremely strong. She is taking things easy these days and is feeling well but not overdoing it in any capacity of her life. Janet is staying healthy for her and her baby.
“She’s been praying for a child for a very long time. She’s already in the process of thinking of baby names.”
The ‘Together Again’ singer’s older brother Jermaine recently said he thinks she’ll be the perfect mother to her child.
He said recently: “She’ll be a great mother because she is very tough, very strict. But I tell her, ‘If you need any parenting skills or baby skills, let me know because I’m the best diaper changer there is on this planet, still to this day.'”
