OHMYGOSSIP — Hayley Atwell’s ‘Conviction’ has been cancelled.
The 34-year-old actress stars as Hayes Morrison in the legal drama currently airing on US television channel ABC, but it has now been revealed that the broadcaster will not be picked up for any addition episodes.
According to TheWrap.com, the network will still produce the 13 episodes it had originally ordered, but no new episodes will be commissioned and the series will not be continuing.
Created by Liz Friedman and Liz Friedlander, ‘Conviction’ followed the story of Hayes – the daughter of a former President – who is forced to take a job as the head of the Conviction Integrity Unit in Los Angeles after her nemesis Conner Wallace (Eddie Cahill) blackmails her with the threat of jail time for cocaine possession which could harm her mother’s Senate campaign.
Alongside her team of lawyers, investigators, and forensic experts, Hayes is then tasked with examining cases where there’s suspicion the wrong person may have been convicted.
In addition to Hayley and Eddie, the drama also starred names such as Shawn Ashmore, Merrin Dungey, and Emily Kinney.
The cancellation comes after ABC recently decided to also cut down on the episode order for ‘Notorious’ – another legal drama starring Piper Perabo and Daniel Sunjata.
‘Conviction’ aired its fifth episode on Monday (07.11.16), and although the programme was watched by 3.6 million viewers, it is unclear as of yet whether the show will retain its Monday night slot, or whether it will be moved in the wake of its cancellation.
For Hayley, the news comes after she suffered a similar set back on another ABC show ‘Agent Carter’, the short-lived Marvel series which lasted just two nine-episode seasons.

OHMYGOSSIP — Brad Pitt has made his first public appearance since he split from wife Angelina Jolie.
The 52-year-old actor looked noticeably thinner as he smiled and posted for pictures with his friend and ‘Ocean’s Eleven’ co-star Julia Roberts at a private screening for upcoming movie ‘Moonlight’ – which is produced by Brad’s Plan B company – in Los Angeles on Tuesday (08.11.16).
The ‘Fight Club’ star donned a plaid shirt, jacket and jeans for the screening, at which his appearance was unannounced.
Brad – who has children Maddox, 15, Pax, 12, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, and twins Knox and Vivienne, eight, with Angelina – is expected to walk the red carpet at the premiere of his new movie ‘Allied’ in California on Wednesday (09.11.16).
And talk show host Wendy Williams has given him some advice to minimise the impact of his appearance on his bitter custody battle.
She advised him to briefly praise his kids and only give red carpet interviews to Nancy O’Dell from ‘Entertainment Tonight’ and ‘Extra’ correspondent Mario Lopez.
She said: “Brad, here’s what you should know. We know you’re not going to be walking with Angelina because you guys are divorcing.
“We know you’re not going to be walking with your children, because depending on what you read, some of them might not like you so much. And the others are adjusting and it will take them time.
“You shouldn’t walk with your co-star [Marion Cotillard]. That french lady who is pregnant. Who a lot of people who accused you of having an affair with in the beginning.
“Anyway, the point is that winning an Oscar – Brad – only talk to Nancy O’Dell or Mario Lopez and I’m going to tell you why.
“Because Mario Lopez is so politically correct. He is perfection Ken Doll personified and he will not offend you, so you stop for him on the red carpet and Nancy O’Dell. And then keep it walking.

OHMYGOSSIP — Carrie Underwood met her husband Mike Fisher at a fan meet-and-greet.
The 33-year-old singer has revealed that she first met the Nashville Predators ice hockey player, 36, at a fan signing event in 2008, when he tracked her down in order to ask her on a date.
Appearing on ‘The Tyler Oakley Show’, the host asked asked the ‘Before He Cheats’ hitmaker if she had ever made out with a fan, adding: “Wouldn’t you hope that your husband is a fan of you?”
The blonde beauty then revealed: “Yeah! No, he was! I met him at a meet-and-greet.”
Carrie and Mike married in 2010, and the couple now share a 20-month-old son Isaiah whom the country singer has previously said surprises her with “something new” every day.
Asked whether the highlight of her year would be a professional or personal moment, the ‘Church Bells’ singer said: “There’s a lot of intertwining of the two. The [‘Storyteller Tour’] has been absolutely amazing, but Isaiah’s been there the whole way so it’s all colliding. Every day he does something new, every day is wonderful with him.”
And although the ‘Jesus, Take The Wheel’ musician loves to shower her son with love, she is also conscious of making time for her husband and putting extra effort into working on their marriage.
She said previously: “Sometimes you have to make more of an effort to be with each other because it’s really easy to put all of your time and energy into your baby.

OHMYGOSSIP — Darren Aronofsky bribed students to vote for Hillary Clinton by offering FaceTime calls with Jennifer Lawrence.
The ‘Hunger Games’ actress’ director boyfriend was seen at the Duke University in North Carolina on Tuesday (08.11.16) rallying around to get votes for the 69-year-old American politician, who ultimately lost out to Donald Trump in the US election.
One fan took to Twitter to share a picture of the 47-year-old actor holding his phone with the 26-year-old beauty in a dressing gown video messaging a fan on the video conferencing app.
Alongside the picture, the user with the Twitter handle @EthanUdell, wrote:”I just casually FaceTimed with Jennifer Lawrence. Darren Aronofsky is the man (sic)”
Ethan said Darren and his beau shared banter over the phone about how the Jennifer should “volunteer to save the country”.
He told Us Weekly magazine: “She was super cool and friendly. They cracked a couple of jokes.
“Someone cracked a joke about how with this election coming up we need her to volunteer as tribute to save the country.”
Another Twitter user wrote: “When Jennifer Lawrence’s boyfriend is on campus bribing students to go vote in exchange for a FaceTime with her (sic)”
The ‘Black Swan’ filmmaker had also offered lifts to the college’s ballot office.

Ethan told E! News: “Darren flew in this morning from New York to try to get more students to vote, since North Carolina is a swing state and duke had its lowest student early voting numbers since 2008. They walked around promoting voting all day.

OHMYGOSSIP — Ariana Grande was “in tears” after Donald Trump was announced as the new President of America.
The 23-year-old singer has admitted she was reduced to tears when she heard the news of the 70-year-old Republican’s victory on Tuesday (08.11.16), who has been vying with Hillary Clinton to be named the 45th US President, and the star is “utterly” terrified of what America may become with Donald as leader.
The ‘Dangerous Woman’ hitmaker took to social media to share her disappointment.
She tweeted: “well this is utterly terrifying.
“I am in tears (sic).”
However, the brunette beauty isn’t the only one to be disappointed by the news of the businessman’s success.

OHMYGOSSIP — Robbie Williams was disappointed when an X-rated story he told on TV was axed.
The ‘Let Me Entertain You’ hitmaker relayed a story about once letting a stranger pleasure herself in the bedroom of his rented castle during a recent appearance on ‘The Graham Norton Show’, but he tale has now been wiped from the internet.
He said: “They have taken it down, they have taken it off. Because it’s the BBC and there were complaints. I think there are MPs asking questions.
“Free the Maureen!”
But the star has no regrets over telling the tale because at least people will remember him for it in years to come.
He added to The Sun newspaper: “I have very much learned with the Graham Norton thing, with the story I told on there.
“So many TV shows were unmemorable, nobody really remembers performances on the Brits.
“Unless you fall over, like Madonna, nobody really remembers it. And I kind of realised it early on.
“You had to do something and say something that’s memorable, that sticks out. People are still talking about that moment now so, ‘Tick!’ ”
While some of his fans were left shocked by the story, Robbie’s mum gave him her seal of approval after the episode.
He said: “My dad didn’t say anything, but my mum sent me an email like five days later which was like, ‘I saw you on Graham Norton, I thought you were very funny.’

OHMYGOSSIP — Tyga has splashed out on a diamond necklace for his girlfriend Kylie Jenner.
The 26-year-old rapper – real name Michael Stevenson – took to Instagram on Tuesday (08.11.16) to share a picture of his beau wearing the small glittering chain which featured the phrase “T Raww”, his other nickname, in diamond lettering.
Alongside the photo, the ‘Rack City’ hitmaker simply wrote: “Feel me”
While there is no price tag attached to the newest piece of bling, Tyga’s newest splurge on his 19-year-old girlfriend comes after the ‘1 of 1’ musician recently faced a string of repossessions and money troubles.
In September, it was reported that Tyga’s mother was at risk of getting her Range Rover repossessed after the rapper failed to keep up the $1,000-a-month repayments on the $60,000 Evoque model.
Previously, Tyga’s own Ferrari was seemingly repossessed, while he was also recently the subject of a $200,000 lawsuit filed by jeweller Jason of Beverly Hills due to an allegedly unpaid purchase of a watch and chain in 2013, and has had action taken against him by more than one landlord for unpaid rent.
Tyga’s repayments were due to be settled in debtor’s examination last month, however after just two hours of grilling, the ‘Ayo’ rapper asked for the questioning to end because he felt he was too sick to proceed.
The legal representative for the opposing party explained: “Considering there are a number of documents we asked him to produce that he had not brought with him and the fact that we still have a lot more questions to ask, we have agreed for him to return with the documents on November 1 for the remainder of the examination.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Cara Delevingne has got a snake tattooed on her hand.
The 24-year-old model is a big fan of inkings and her tattoo artist Doctor Woo has shown off her latest design, a skeletal serpent which goes from the side of her hand and up her middle finger.
Woo – also known as Brian Woo – captioned the Instagram image with snake emojis and tagged Cara’s social media page into the post.
But it’s not yet known what the meaning behind the tattoo is.
The star was said to have been left devastated when she split from St. Vincent, aka Annie Clarke, in August.
The couple dated for 18 months but called time on their romance due to their hectic work schedules but they’re still very much in contact with each other and are still thought to be pals.
A source previously said: “Cara and Annie still care about each other, but pressures of the long-distance romance just became too much.
“The cracks were beginning to show on Cara’s birthday in August when Annie wasn’t there for her party. They decided to call it a day but remain pals and are hoping they can work things out as it’s no doubt they really love each other.”
But Cara is thought to have turned her attentions to singer Héloïse Letissier and is “brushing up” on her French as a result.

OHMYGOSSIP — Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have reportedly not signed a new custody agreement.
The 52-year-old actor and his estranged wife, 41, were reported to have put pen to paper on a new custody agreement for their six children – Maddox, 15, Pax, 12, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, and eight-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne – just days ago, however new sources suggest the conclusion they reached was merely a continuation of the temporary agreement they had previously come to.
A source told New York Post’s Page Six column: “There was no new agreement signed … [it] was simply an extension of the pre-existing, completely voluntary temporary arrangement they had previously agreed to.
“It makes no sense because Pitt filed for joint custody on Friday … days after this supposed ‘new’ agreement. There were absolutely not any child-care advisers of any kind imposing or in any way involved with this decision.”
In the previous statement – released by the ‘Maleficent’ star’s representative on Monday (07.11.16) – it was reported that the children would remain in the care of their mother, whilst the ‘Fury’ actor would continue to have “therapeutic visits” as advised by “childcare professionals”.
The statement read: “We can confirm that childcare professionals have encouraged a legal agreement accepted and signed by both sides over a week ago. In accordance with this agreement, the six children will stay in their mother’s custody, and the children will continue therapeutic visits with their father. This has been determined by childcare professionals to be in the children’s best interest.
“We are not in a position to discuss the details. We hope now that it is clear that the events which led to the dissolution filing involved minor children and their well being, there will be understanding of the sensitivity of the family situation. We believe that all sides are committed to healing the family and ask for your consideration during this difficult time.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Molly Sims is expecting a baby boy.
The 43-year-old actress and her husband Scott Stuber are set to welcome a little son into the world early next year and their other children Brooks, four, and Scarlett, 17 months, are thrilled.
Taking to her YouTube account on Tuesday (08.11.16), the blonde beauty uploaded a video of her lifting the lid on a box filled with blue balloons as she exclaimed: “We’re having a boy!”
Brooks added: “We’re going to have a baby brother.”
And, although he’s still a few months away from meeting his little brother, Brooks has already chosen a name for his sibling.
Molly said: “Brooks is really excited to be having a baby boy. He’s already named it Jack and the Beanstalk-Batman. That’s his full name. It’s been really sweet to see him so involved.”
And the trio aren’t the only ones excited about having another little boy toddling around the house, as Molly’s spouse Scott almost burst into tears when he was told he was having a son.
Molly explained: “When they first told my husband we were having a boy, I swear he almost started crying.”
The couple – who got married in 2011 – have already picked out a few names they like, but are waiting until they meet the little bundle of joy next year to make their final decision.
She said: “I love Wesley and Finley and Dutch and Wilder.”
Molly hasn’t had the easiest pregnancy so far as she’s been experiencing “crazy” sickness and can’t keep food down.
She said recently: “I’ve been crazy sick. I wake up in the morning, I feel like I wanna vomit. I have lunch and wanna vomit, and wanna vomit at dinner … and then when I go to bed, I still want to vomit. I have vomited at grocery stores, I have vomited in my house, I have gagged on my toothpaste.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Katie Price is “desperate” for another baby.
The 38-year-old former glamour model already has five children Harvey, 14, Junior, 11, Princess, nine, Jett, three, and Bunny, two, from three different relationships, but is determined to keep popping them out until doctors tell her she can’t have anymore.
A source told Closer magazine: “Katie’s desperate to have a baby. It was heartbreaking for her to have to deny the recent rumours when all she wants is to be pregnant again.”
The TV star has also started the formal process to adopt a newborn baby and she is looking to held a tot from overseas.
She said recently: “I’ve always said I want to adopt a child, I’ve got five of my own and I’m still going to continue to have my own. I just think it’s the right time for me now to adopt a child, I want to adopt from abroad as well … I would like a newborn, because I’ve got my kids. If I had an adopted child, that was say five, and that child had problems – behavioural problems not disabilities – then I don’t want it to affect my other kids.”
Katie is also adamant she wouldn’t have an issue giving a home to a child with special needs because she’s used to caring for Harvey, who has various challenging medical conditions.
She explained: “I just love to mother and nurture and that’s why I want a newborn, to see them grow up. I’m not bothered about it being a boy or a girl and if there was something wrong I would keep it, I wouldn’t care.”
Katie – who was previously wed to Peter Andre, the father of Junior and Princess – insists her husband Kieran Hayler, with whom she has Jett and Bunny, supports her wish but doesn’t understand why she wants to adopt while she can still carry more babies herself.
She said: “Kieran doesn’t understand, he’s like, ‘Why would you adopt when you can still have your own?’ But I’ve always wanted to adopt, I’ve got 11 bedrooms and they need to be filled and I don’t mean that jokingly, I’m very hands-on with my kids.”
Since she went public with her adoption plans, an orphanage in Bulgaria has already contacted her to ask her to take a child.

OHMYGOSSIP — Yolanda Hadid thinks her battle with Lyme Disease is similar to HIV.
The 52-year-old reality TV star was diagnosed with the condition – a bacterial infection spread to humans by infected ticks – four years ago, along with her two children Bella and Anwar Hadid, and believes people should be “pulling together” to find a cure, like they are for the lentivirus, which attacks the immune system.
Speaking at an event in Sydney, according to News.com.au, she said: “We all pull together so beautifully for HIV. Lyme is three times more prevalent right now, it’s a world-wide epidemic, the first case was diagnosed in 1972… yet we haven’t done anything about it.”
However, Dr Brad McKay doesn’t agree with Yolanda’s statement.
He said: “If HIV isn’t treated, people die. If Lyme Disease isn’t treated, then people can feel unwell for a very long time.”
Yolanda – who is also the mother of Gigi Hadid – is planning to release ‘Believe Me: My Battle With the Invisible Disability of Lyme Disease’, which details her life since her diagnosis, in February.
Her publishers St. Martin’s Press said in a statement: “While doctors continued to dismiss her pain and friends debated about her health diagnosis, Yolanda realised her mission and higher purpose of her journey is to use her newfound platform to educate, and bring awareness to the stigma surrounding chronic Lyme in order to bring hope to other sufferers who have been misdiagnosed and battling the invisible disability of chronic disease in general.”
The ‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ star previously claimed her diagnosis changed the “dynamic” of her relationship with husband David Foster, whom she split from in December last year.

The 17-year-old model – the daughter of Johnny Depp and his ex-wife Vanessa Paradis – has admitted she has a habit of tugging at her feet until they make a disturbing noise and she can pull her fingers back until they rest on her forearm.
Speaking in a new video by Britain’s Vogue, she said: “My fingers are really, like, flexible. I can crack my toe muscle too.”
And her talent doesn’t stop there as the brunette beauty can speak both French and English, and she says the words that feature in her dreams are dependent on which country she is in.
She said recently: “It really depends on where I am. Sometimes I dream in French when I’m in France. It depends on the dream and the theme of the dream. I really don’t know, the human brain does things that I don’t completely understand. It is not like all my dreams are about really coherent stories.”

The 31-year-old singer – who is joined in the band by her sister Lisa – briefly dated the ‘Orange is the New Black’ actress in 2008 but has admitted, despite eight years passing by, she’s always had feelings for her and is thrilled they’re back together.
Speaking on Australia’s Nova’s Fitzy and Wippa on Tuesday (08.11.16), she said: “We adore each other. We’ve supported each other through the last eight years of our lives, personally and professionally we’ve really grown together.”
And Jessica believes she has her band’s new single ‘On Your Side’ to thank for her new rekindled romance with Ruby.
She explained: “We were talking about the music video, [Ruby’s] such an incredibly creative person. She connected very deeply with this song. We fell into being in it together and creating this characters who play out this quite dramatic love story.

OHMYGOSSIP — Rob Kardashian isn’t looking forward to the birth of his daughter.
The ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ star can’t wait to meet his and his fiancée Blac Chyna’s first child, who is due over the next few days, and, although he wants to be there when the model goes into labour, he’s terrified the little one’s bloody entry into the world will make him “pass out” in the delivery suite.
A source told the HollywoodLife.com: “One thing Rob is not looking forward to, and will 100 percent avoid, is looking at the birth process. He will be in the room, holding [Chyna’s] hand and all that good stuff, but he will be doing it with his eyes closed or looking at the ceiling. He is afraid he will pass out.”
The 28-year-old model – whose real name is Angela White – has reportedly booked in for a Cesarean section at Cedars-Sinai in Los Angeles, where her fiancé’s sisters Kim Kardashian West and Kourtney Kardashian have also given birth over the years.
And, if he does collapse at the sight of blood, Rob will certainly have somewhere to recuperate as the luxurious maternity suite features three beds, two bathrooms and a lounge area.
It’s believed the couple – who have been dating since the beginning of this year – have been offered a mega-money deal to film the birth for a baby segment on their show ‘Rob & Chyna’.
However, Chyna – who already has four-year-old son, King Cairo with her ex-boyfriend Tyga, who is now dating Rob’s younger sister Kylie Jenner – is reportedly still deciding whether to let the cameras get really intimate footage of the birth.

The Little Mix singer has sparked rumours she’s split with the Rixton star after he vanished from her account listings on Tuesday (08.11.16).

“I’m not going to be bridezilla. But we have no wedding plans yet. We haven’t got any time and also, Jake and I feel like we have loads of things we want to do together before we start [married] life.”
The ‘Shout Out To My Ex’ singer, 25, previously praised her beau for helping her come out of her shell and improve her self-confidence.
She said: “Jake is incredible. He’s made me feel like a different person.”
While Jesy and Jake aren’t rushing to tie the knot, they have been hard at work in the studio together, collaborating on new music.
The brunette beauty explained recently: “We’ve been in the studio together trying to write songs, which was really exciting. We haven’t written any love songs yet – we’re just trying to get a hit. We work well together but we probably won’t duet yet – maybe in a few years.”
