OHMYGOSSIP — Mandy Moore’s cat cried “all night” because he hated his name.
The 32-year-old singer hired an animal psychic because her kitty – who was initially called Addison – kept screeching at unreasonable hours and swiftly learnt that he was doing so because he liked to sing and wanted to be named Figaro.
Speaking on the ‘Ellen DeGeneres Show’ on Tuesday (08.11.16), she said: “I called a pet psychic. I tried everything to stop him. He was like a baby keeping us up all night.
“I had a friend who had had a difficult period with his dog and he called a pet psychic. So that was my last resort.
“I called this woman and she told me that their (my cats’) names were Addison and Maddy, my ex-husband had named them after the two ‘Moonlighting’ characters.
“And I was like, ‘OK I don’t understand what’s going on with him.’ And she told me he hated his name, Addison…
“We did it all on the phone. She didn’t see a picture, she didn’t ask me anything about them, I just regaled the situation.
“She said he hates his name and the reason he’s crying all night is because he loves the acoustics in the apartment and he wants to hear himself sing. So he would love for you to change his name. He loves the name Fig, because he loves to sing.”
And, although the psychic’s revelations raised a few eyebrows, Mandy followed her tips and her cat stopped crying immediately.
She explained: “And I kid you not, we started calling him Figaro and the crying at night stopped immediately. It’s crazy!”

OHMYGOSSIP — Kylie Jenner’s dogs have their own bedroom.
The ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ star is determined to give her pet pooches Norman and Bambi – who are Italian greyhounds – the life of luxury while they’re on earth with her and has even built them their own space, complete with a plush bed and fancy fireplace, inside her lavish mansion in California.
Taking to her Snapchat account on Tuesday (08.11.16), the 19-year-old beauty uploaded photo of her furry friends’ abode.
She wrote alongside the shot: “Norman & Bambi’s room (sic).”
It’s not known if her other puppy Penny, who was given to her by her best friend Jordyn Woods for her recent birthday in August, has a separate room or whether she shares with Kylie’s little sausage dog Ernie in a different area of the expensive house.
The dogs also have their own Instagram profile, which features photos of them, and they regularly feature on Kylie’s Snapchat.
Meanwhile, the blonde beauty recently bought a sprawling $4.5 million four-acre property next door to the $6 million luxury home she has in Hidden Hills, California, which she bought in May, meaning she now has an $8 million joint compound.
Her estate agent Tomer Fridman said recently: “To have this is a rarity. She turned this into a trophy estate because it’s two separate houses, but she owns both of them and they are next to each other in a private drive.”
Kylie – who is dating Tyga – also owns a property in a Calabasas gated community, close to where many of her siblings reside, but put the house up for sale for $3.9 million in June.

OHMYGOSSIP — Michael Bublé has pulled out of the BBC Music Awards.
The ‘Haven’t Met You Yet’ hitmaker has cancelled his forthcoming appearance at the annual event, held in London on December 12, in order to be with his three-year-old son Noah and his family following the toddler’s recent cancer diagnosis.
BBC Music director Bob Shennan said on Tuesday (08.11.16): “We send Michael and his family our very best wishes.”
The BBC Music Awards aren’t the only thing the 41-year-old singer had committed to prior to his son’s diagnosis as he also signed up to host the Brit Awards in London next February and the Canadian equivalent, the Juno Awards, in Ottawa in April.
However, in light of the heartbreaking circumstances, it’s believed Michael may decide to cancel his duties there, too.
Michael and his wife Luisana Lopilato, who have been married for five years, announced with a heavy heart via a Facebook post last week that their eldest son is battling the horrific disease and is currently undergoing treatment in the United States.
He said: “We are devastated about the recent cancer diagnosis of our oldest son Noah who is currently undergoing treatment in the US. We have always been very vocal about the importance of family and the love we have for our children.
“Luisana and I have put our careers on hold in order to devote all our time and attention to helping Noah get well.
“At this difficult time, we ask only for your prayers and respect for our privacy. We have a long journey in front of us and hope that with the support of family, friends and fans around the world, we will win this battle, God willing.”
The couple also have eight-year-old son Elias.

OHMYGOSSIP — Eddie Redmayne’s baby daughter “shouts” at him.
The 34-year-old actor’s little girl Iris, whom he has with his wife Hannah Bagshawe, may only be four months old but she’s already worked out how to use her lungs to their full potential as she prefers to screech, in stead of grizzle, when she wants feeding, her bottom changed or just some attention.
Speaking to People.com, he said: “Hilariously she’s learned to shout. She doesn’t cry much, but she’s learned to shout.
“Maybe she wants you to turn the light off. It’s hilarious, she’ll just be sitting there going, ‘Behhhhh!’ Like, what is that noise? From this tiny little thing. She doesn’t sound like a sheep, but it definitely doesn’t sound like a noise that could come from someone so small.”
And, although she’s already very vocal, the ‘Danish Girl’ star loves going in to see her in the morning before he goes to work because she’s so happy.
When asked what his favourite thing is, he explained: “It’s in the morning. If Iris has managed to sleep through the night and then you hear a gentle squeak and you go in [her room] and turn on the light … and the massive grin that’s like, ‘It’s a whole new day.’ That’s probably the greatest thing.”
Eddie seems to have taken to fatherhood like a duck to water but he recently admitted that nothing could have prepared him for being a parent.
He said: “I don’t think anything can prepare you. The amazing thing is everything that everyone tells you beforehand – which is all cliché – is true. You’ve heard it all before and yet when you’re experiencing it, it feels like the first time and you suddenly start telling everyone these things as if they’re completely new and original thoughts. And they’re like, ‘Yeah that’s the cliché.’ But all the things like different parts of your heart opening … it’s really extraordinary. There’s this amazing thing with children – whenever you’re having a bit of a tired moment or something, it’s like she’s always just one stop ahead of you, smiling you along. It’s great.”

OHMYGOSSIP — David Walliams and Lara Stone have split their £19 million fortune.
The former couple have been locked in a bitter legal battle over money since their divorce was finalised 14 months ago, but they managed to reach an agreement at the High Court on Tuesday (08.11.16) – the second day of their trial – after just 30 minutes of private discussions.
Legal representatives for the pair told the judge Mr Justice MacDonald today that they’d reached a settlement, although the authoritative figure has banned the press from publishing the terms of the agreement.
However, he said the media could name the comedian and his ex-wife – who were both in court – and report that a trial was taking place.
The 45-year-old funny man requested to end their marriage in September 2015, citing Lara’s “unreasonable behaviour.”
He was granted a decree nisi the next day, making the marriage null and void six weeks after the date of the initial filing.
The pair – who have an estimated combined wealth of almost £19 million – split six months prior to David filing for divorce.
Around the time their marriage began to break down, Lara – who married David in 2010 at Claridge’s hotel in London – appeared half-naked in a risqué photo shoot alongside Justin Bieber, 22.
Following their divorce, Lara, 31 – who has three-year-old son Alfred with David – was rumoured to be dating Jordan Barrett, 19, after they were spotted canoodling in Cannes, France, earlier this year.
A source said at the time: “The pair of them couldn’t seem to stop laughing as they left, and at the last minute Jordan grabbed Lara’s hand and led her away.
“They seemed very comfortable in each other’s company.”
But Lara isn’t the only one to move on from their doomed marriage, as David is now thought to be romancing Playboy model Emily Agnes.

OHMYGOSSIP — Hilary Duff is scared of being with the same person forever.
The 29-year-old actress is now in a relationship with fitness trainer Jason Walsh following her divorce from Mike Comrie, with whom she has four-year-old son Luca, last year, but she has admitted she doesn’t want to think about getting hitched again in the future because she’s terrified of limiting her options.
Speaking on The Love Bomb podcast, hosted by her ‘Younger’ co-star Nico Tortorella, on Tuesday (08.11.16), she said: “I have dreams and aspirations, but I’ve never really been one of those people who has set dates: ‘I’m this age, so this, this and this needs to happen.’ That’s just not really realistic. I have a kid. My life is very fully, so I feel blessed and lucky. There are still things I want to do and experiences I want to have, and maybe more kids, but it’s not like it needs to happen at this time and I need to be married. All those pressures need to go away. Plus, the idea of being with one person forever is too scary to think about.”
However, the former Disney star would be open to a discussion about tying the knot again if her partner desperately wanted to.
She explained: “I don’t feel the need to get married again. As much as I was ready and excited, you’re like, ‘Oh, next step: We get married.’ That’s kind of the traditional person I’m talking about that’s inside of me. But I don’t feel the need. I got to have the experience and it was awesome. So, I guess if it mattered to someone else that much, I would consider it.”
The blonde beauty hit the headlines in 2014 when she called time on her six-year marriage with the retired professional ice hockey player, before filing for divorce from him a year later, but she’s adamant their break up was actually in a “loving way.”
She said: “It is a sacred thing, obviously. It’s something to be taken very seriously, and I was so happy to be married. I think that I was in a very successful marriage for a long time.
“I never want to have any negative…I mean, that’s hard to say: ‘no negative feelings.’ But we got together based on love and we separated in a very loving way.
“I can’t imagine going through that process with anyone but him, and he continues to be my very good friend. That’s honestly speaking from my heart.

OHMYGOSSIP — Yolanda Hadid’s daughter Bella “motivates” her to find a cure for Lyme disease.
The ‘Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills’ star – who suffers from the disease along with two of her children, Bella, 20, and Anwar, 17 – desperately wants to help discover a way of permanently treating the illness after seeing her daughter “suffer every day” and have to give up her dreams of becoming an equestrian.
Speaking to reporters in Sydney, she said: “It’s something she worked for her whole life but she got too sick and her brain was too effected to continue that journey. She re-tracked, we treated her, and she moved in another direction.
“Thank God it worked out the way it did. But Bella is still suffering every day. That’s what motivates me. We must finds a cure. Nobody deserves to live a debilitating life.”
Meanwhile, the 52-year-old television personality – who also has 21-year-old daughter Gigi Hadid with her first husband Mohamed Hadid – previously praised Bella for dealing with the “invisible disability that rules her life” so well.
She said: “It’s hard for people to understand the invisible disability that rules our life, especially behind the beautiful face that shines so bright on the cover of magazines.”
And the 20-year-old model has nothing but praise for her mother Yolanda and the struggle she has been through in the past five years.
She shared: “I am so proud of my mom. I have seen you in bed, struggling for the past five years of our lives, thinking to myself ‘why would this happen to such an angel? I would cry to myself knowing that there was nothing I could do to help and that there were people going against you and what you are/were going through.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Lindsay Lohan has made a clothing line about her new accent.
The ‘Mean Girls’ star has fulfilled her promise of releasing a range of apparel relating to her new accent, by selling t-shirts, tops and sweatshirts which feature the words ‘I only speak Lilohan’.
She told the DailyMail.com: “Represent and I decided to make the t-shirts to turn mainstream media into something positive for the world and thought it would be a nice thing to do.
“The shirts will support young children suffering and help raise money for Turkey to help with Syrian refugees, I’m very excited we could make this happen! The design was a team effort we all put some ideas into it.”
Lindsay’s creations start at $24.99 and the money raised will be split between two charities – Caudwell Children, which gives support and equipment to help disabled children and their families, and the Disaster and Emergency Management Presidency of Turkey (AFAD), which supports Syrian refugees whilst also helping to protect people from earthquakes.
The listing on the website reads: “Lindsay Lohan, the actress and nightclub owner can now add apparel designer and philanthropist to her resume.

OHMYGOSSIP — Nick Cannon wants to spend every holiday with Mariah Carey and their children.
The 36-year-old star – who has five-year-old twins Moroccan and Monroe with his former spouse – hopes to be able to spend the festive period with his kids, despite his and Mariah’s split.
He said: “I think that’ll be something that we’ll always embrace as a family and as our families expand.
“And continue to make sure that we keep everyone focused on love.”
Nick also insists Mariah – who recently split from her fiancé James Packer – is free to date who she wishes as there are “no hard feelings and ill will” between them.
He added: “It’s kinda the norm. It’s all rooted in love, it’s all rooted in positive energy. There’s no hard feelings and ill will. Ultimately, it’s about putting the kids first and making sure they have the best childhood they could possibly have.”
The former couple recently spent Halloween together, where Nick’s son DJ-ed at the party, which was hosted by Mariah.
He told People magazine: “My son is the biggest ham in the world and loves deejaying. He deejayed the Halloween party, rockin’ the mic. It was crazy. This party was the first time I was like, ‘Man, do your thing.’

OHMYGOSSIP — Mary J. Blige has “finally got her life back” following her split from Martin ‘Kendu’ Isaacs.
The ‘Be Without You’ hitmaker is currently in the midst of a messy divorce with her estranged husband and is relying on her fans to help her get through it.
She said: “I’ve finally got my life back. My fans have saved me. I have to keep going for them … I chose life. At anytime we all go through dark times. You might lose something when you make a positive choice and lose something when you make a negative choice, so for me it’s best to just lose whatever you’re going to lose to get your life back.

“I try to eat right I should be really big because I’m such a foodie. I work out, at least four days a week and I’m very committed to it, because it makes me feel good and happy. I run too, but the most I can do is three miles because I don’t really like running. But I get it done.
“I have a nutritionist and I found out eggs and dairy we’re causing swelling and inflammation. I was working out really hard and losing weight, but around my middle I couldn’t work out what was going on. So I stopped eating dairy for a week and immediately I saw it was the problem. So when I’m home I try to keep it gluten free, keep breakfast kind of lean.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Amy Adams gets anxious when she is teaching her daughter to read.
The ‘Arrival’ star is currently helping her six-year-old daughter Aviana – who she has with her husband Darren Le Gallo – learn to read but admits she isn’t “the best teacher” as she feels her anxiety rubs off on her daughter.
She told Entertainment Tonight: “Ultimately, I’m not the best teacher for her. I want for her so bad.
“She can feel my anxiety and I have to remember to calm down and that she’ll get it in her own time, but we have fun with it. We laugh a lot.”
Meanwhile, the 42-year-old actress previously insisted she would encourage her daughter to become an actress if she wanted to.
She said: “I would support her. I would encourage her to kind of find a great community to get involved with.
“Maybe I’d steer her towards theatre and start there so she’s got a good foundation of work ethic because it takes a lot of work.”
But acting does take its toll on Amy herself as she previously admitted she “felt nauseous” throughout the entirety of the filming of ‘Arrival’ as her character Louise “lived in her belly” for the entire movie.
She said: “I know it sounds strange, but characters live in different places in my body. My character, Louise, lived in my belly, and that may sound weird, but I just had a stomachache the whole time [during filming]. I knew whenever I felt nauseous I was connected with Louise.”
Amy has taken a different approach to her acting career now she is a mother.
She explained: “For me, it just has to be the right time, the right place. I’m most likely not going to be able to go to Budapest and shoot something.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Taylor Swift helped Lorde celebrate her 20th birthday on Monday evening (07.11.16).
The ‘Royals’ hitmaker was joined by some members of Taylor’s infamous girl squad to mark the big day and later took to Instagram to gush about the “three magic years of best friendship” she has had with Taylor.
Captioning a photo, she wrote: “Had the best birthday party i’ve ever had tonight surrounded by my nyc family. all organised by tay who is as she says “a mom with no kids”.

Meanwhile, Lorde recently took to Facebook to pen a lengthy essay about taking some time out of the spotlight.

OHMYGOSSIP — Justin Bieber finds it hard to “connect” to his fans.
The ‘What Do You Mean’ hitmaker admits it can be difficult to talk to his supporters when they’re “screaming and super overwhelming” but says they are “a little bit more sane” now they are older.
He said: “[My fans] start understanding how to act [as they get older]. They actually want to act a little bit more sane so that maybe they get my attention.
“Because at this point, if you’re screaming and super overwhelming, it’s hard for me to connect with you.”
And Mikey Arana, Justin’s director of security, has seen a change in the way the 22-year-old singer’s fans approach the star now.
Speaking in the ‘Bodyguards: Secret Lives from the Watchtower’ documentary, he added: “As fans have grown, they’re more likely to engage Justin in a conversation than to grab him and literally rip him apart.
“I remember when I first started with him – it may sound crazy, but three, four [emotional] little girls – they have so much strength that they would literally rip his shirt, take off his hoodie. And if it’s a big crowd, you could lose him in the crowd … But as the fans have grown with him, so has their approach to be able to just come up to him and go, ‘Hey Justin, how are you?’ and engage in conversation.”
Meanwhile, Justin has come under fire as of late for storming off stage after fans refused to let him speak in between songs.
He shared: “There’s going to be times where I say the wrong thing, because I’m human. But I don’t pretend to be perfect and I hope to God that, you know, I don’t say the right thing all the time because if that was the case then I’d be a robot, and I’m just, I’m not a robot.

OHMYGOSSIP — Warren Beatty didn’t know Ellen DeGeneres was gay when they first met.
The 79-year-old actor’s first encounter with the 58-year-old talk show host was when she appeared on US Sitcom ‘The Larry Sanders Show’ with stand-up comedian Garry Shandling in 1996, and during his appearance on ‘The Ellen DeGeneres Show’ on Monday (07.11.16), the Hollywood legend revealed he was none the wiser to the fact the blonde beauty batted for the other side.
Recalling the episode, Ellen said: “I think you didn’t know I was gay at the time … No, you did.”
And Warren added: “I didn’t. I had no idea. I knew you were happy. I didn’t know you were gay.”
Ellen came out as gay shortly after the episode aired and recently admitted she hit “rock bottom” after she was made fun of for coming out.
The comedienne – who is married to actress Portia de Rossi – was the “punch line of a lot of cruel jokes” when she but is more positive about life now.
She said: “I was the punch line of lots of jokes. I laughed at some, but I realised there’s somebody on the other side of them. It’s cruel. I’ve never liked mean comedy, but that became even more important to me after I was the brunt of it.
“If this isn’t an example of ‘it gets better,’ I don’t know what is. Time is a strange thing. I was at rock bottom and out of money, with no work in sight, but one step at a time, it gets better. It gets much better than better.”
Meanwhile, Warren recently said his transgender son is his “hero”.
The ‘Rules Don’t Apply’ star – who has children Stephen, 24, Benjamin, 22, Isabel, 19, and Ella, 16, with his wife Annette Bening – has admitted he is very proud of his oldest child, who was born Kathlyn but transitioned at 14-years-old, and believes Stephen is a “revolutionary” because of his decision to change gender.

OHMYGOSSIP — Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon’s daughter started planning her wedding when she was four.
The ‘America’s Got Talent’ host and the superstar singer – who divorced earlier this year after eight years of marriage – have five-year-old twins Moroccan and Monroe together, and he was shocked when their daughter started talking about boys and saying she wants to walk down the aisle one day.
He said: “My daughter’s a lot like her mom – loves to sing, loves to dress up. It’s a lot of fun.
“She definitely likes boys, and I’m trying to sway her in a whole different direction. Like, last year she told me she was getting married. I was like, ‘What!? You’re four!’ ”
But Moroccan is yet to think about girls as he appears to be concentrating on his DJ career after landing a gig at a recent Halloween party the family attended.
Nick added: “My son is the biggest ham in the world and loves DJ-ing. He DJ-ed the Halloween party, rocking the mic. It was crazy.
“This party was the first time I was like, ‘Man, do your thing.’ And so he was scratching and talking on the mic. And he’s seen me do it so much that he’s got the hang of it. So I think he’s gonna be taking daddy’s job real soon.”

OHMYGOSSIP — A campaign aiming to raise £100,000 for a David Bowie statue has generated more than £25,000 so far.
A Kickstarter campaign created by music club Friars Aylesbury is hoping to raise the huge sum to put towards a statue of the late musician – who died of liver cancer in January aged 69 – to be placed in the market square in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, south east England.
To mark the achievement of raising a quarter of the total, Holy Holy – a supergroup which performs Bowie songs – will play the late legend’s fifth studio album, ‘The Rise And Fall Of Ziggy Stardust And The Spiders From Mars’ in full at Friars Aylesbury on April 3, 2017.
The group features drummer Woody Woodmansey, formerly of Bowie’s backing band The Spiders from Mars, and his long-time producer Tony Visconti, as well as Heaven 17’s Glenn Gregory.
It will be the first time Woody has played the Ziggy album in the town since Bowie’s show there on July 15, 1972.
Friars Aylesbury had a special place in the late music legend’s heart as he performed world debuts of two of his albums, ‘Hunky Dory’ and ‘The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust And The Spiders From Mars’ at the club in 1971/72.
While £25,000 of the £100,000 has been raised, the campaign is aiming to generate the full amount by December 6, 2016.
Bowie will also be honoured with a festival in Aylesbury Market Square on Saturday (12.11.16) which will run from 12-5pm and only play his music.
What’s more, the star’s final years will be explored in a new documentary called ‘David Bowie: The Last Five Years’.
The episode will air in January 2017, one year after his death, and be directed by Francis Whately.
