OHMYGOSSIP — Russell Crowe will not be charged with battery over his scuffle with Azealia Banks.
The 25-year-old rapper claimed the 52-year-old actor choked and spat on her as he tried to get her out of his hotel suite in October but the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office has now confirmed no further action will be taken against Russell.
A charge evaluation worksheet says a prosecutor felt that a jury would “find the physical escort out of the room was justified to prevent the imminent violence threatened by Banks.”
In the run up to the incident, Azealia allegedly threatened to “stab” his guests in the throat and there was a lack of injuries visible on the rapper.
Meanwhile, Azealia previously called for Russell to offer her an apology for what happened.
She said: “[Russell] feels that he did nothing wrong, so I’m just like, OK, if you want to pay a bunch of litigators and a bunch of people to apologise to me, then I guess that’s what you want to do. You could apologise to me for free now and make this all go away … Even if I were being erratic, you should have enough sense to have me escorted out properly and keep your hands and your spit to yourself.
“Even if I were proven to be telling the truth in this situation, people have built their case up against me, and honestly I don’t have the care or the time to try and fight millions … like, I can’t fight the whole world. I am tired of defending myself. You know, it’s just really unfortunate. People are going to think whatever they want to think about me. Y’all need to think about this damn music.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Sia has split from her husband Erik Anders Lang.
The ‘Chandelier’ hitmaker has gone her separate ways from the film producer after two years of marriage.
In a joint statement released to People magazine, the couple said: “After much soul searching and consideration we have made the decision to separate as a couple. We are, however, dedicated to remaining friends. There will be no further comment.”
Meanwhile, Sia previously admitted she was disappointed she couldn’t show Erik her native Australia because they were constantly being followed by fans.
She said at the time: “It’s kind of disappointing because we can’t do anything. I’m kind of a bit famous. I didn’t realise I’m so famous. It’s crazy but I’m thinking I might rock a [disguise]. I’ve got some plans. We would really like to get out but also the rain is pretty crazy.”
And the 40-year-old singer previously revealed she feels “hunted” by the paparazzi.
She shared: “It’s unpleasant. It makes me feel hunted. My friends were with me the other day when the paps were at the airport and it was like they all got diarrhoea and I had to explain … you go into fight or flight (mode). You feel like prey and they’re the predator and you’re being hunted. Would you like to spend your life feeling like prey? Probably not … It’s just wanting to have a regular life, just like a regular person but still be able to make music and sing. But to do that without having to sacrifice having just a regular life, that’s all I want.”
Sia has used her marriage as inspiration for her music in the past, having penned a song about their relationship.
She confessed at the time: “It’s not really my jam although I did write one right before we got together I like to say is about us. I’m trying to pitch that to Maroon 5 or Bruno Mars. It’s called ‘Step By Step.'”

OHMYGOSSIP — The Kardashians are trying to block Blac Chyna from trademarking Angela Renée Kardashian.
The legal representatives for Kim, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian have filed documents to the United States Patent and Trademark Office to block the 28-year-old model’s company Lashed LLC from trademarking her name with Kardashian tagged alongside it.
The lawyers claim the Kardashians will “suffer damage, including irreparable injury, to their reputation and goodwill” if Chyna’s request is granted.
In the documents, the Kardashians’ attorneys claim the sisters “own and control the rights in the ‘Kardashian’ brand and related trademarks and services marks.”
They continued: “[They have] spent, and continue to invest, a substantial amount of time, resources and money in protecting, advertising and promoting the ‘Kardashian’ marks [and] the public has come to associate goods and services bearing the ‘Kardashian’ marks [with them]. She is deliberately seeking to profit from the goodwill and popularity [of the Kardashians and it is] likely to cause confusion, or to cause mistake, or to deceive consumers.”
However, a source insists there is no bad blood between the Kardashian sisters and Chyna, who is engaged to their brother Rob.
A source told E! News: “Their trademark attorneys automatically oppose anyone trying to trademark ‘Kardashian’. I doubt the girls were even aware. Everyone loves each other. It’s just business.”
Meanwhile, Rob recently took to social media to gush about his baby girl Dream.
Sharing a picture of the little girl, he wrote: “Sleep baby,,,, best thing that has ever happened to me in my life (sic)”
And Rob and Chyna are reportedly busy trying to find a camera-friendly venue for their wedding in the hope they can secure a deal for it to be filmed for television.

OHMYGOSSIP — Vin Diesel is an “old-school Hollywood guy”.
The ‘xXx: Return of Xander Cage’ star has likened himself to Harrison Ford and George Clooney because he is keen to keep an air of mystery about himself despite the “social media age” we live in.
He said: “It’s a social media age and I want to be smart about connecting with my fans, my people. But the truth is I’m an old-school Hollywood guy – like Harrison Ford or George Clooney or even (Marlon) Brando – who doesn’t want my private life out there in certain ways. I think it’s better when people go to see my movies and that there’s some sense of mystery about who I am. Maybe there’s a contradiction there – I’m still figuring it out.”
And the 49-year-old actor – who has Hania, eight, Vincent, six, and 20-month-old Pauline with his partner Paloma Jiménez – also opened up about how he feels his former job as a bouncer affected his first foray into acting.
He added to Men’s Health magazine: “It just didn’t happen that first time, and that difficulty helped shape me, too.
“Back then, I think I was trying to overcompensate for being so big and for having this darkness from being a bouncer – things that were probably getting in the way of me making it as an actor at the time – and I think that pushed me toward writing and directing.”
Meanwhile, Vin previously revealed it was his late friend Paul Walker who inspired him to have children.
He said: “He must’ve been God-sent because he put me on the right path. He set me up. And when we did the first ‘Fast & Furious’, I was already 30 years old or something, but he was a father.

OHMYGOSSIP — John Krasinski feels blessed to be married to Emily Blunt.
The ‘Office’ star – who tied the knot with ‘The Girl on the Train’ actress in 2010 – admits marriage is a “big commitment” but he knew he wanted to wed Emily the day they met.
He said: “I don’t know who meets Emily Blunt and doesn’t hope that you get to become her husband. So, that was pretty immediate for me. But also, my parents have been happily married for many, many years and truly feel like they’re more in love today than they were the day they met.
“Marriage has always been an incredibly sacred thing that you’re hoping gets to come your way and something where you get to share happiness with someone else, so I’ve always respected the idea of marriage and wanted to get married. I will say it’s tough. It’s a big commitment and it’s hard to look at these different people through that lens, because it’s an intense lens to put anybody under. But Emily, through any lens, is someone that you just pinch yourself that you even get to be around her, let alone married to her.”
And the 37-year-old actor admits being a father to Hazel, two, and five-month-old Violet has its “unbelievably hard” parts too.
He added to Entertainment Tonight: “One of the things I found so interesting is it felt like there was this idea before we had kids, every time you’d talk to your friends, you ask them what it’s like and the sort of standard answer, 99 percent of the time is, ‘It’s amazing! You’re going to love it! It’s really special!’ Which it is!
“All those things are true. But no one says that it’s tough and no one says that it’s hard and no one says that they’re scared. I had one friend who actually had a baby while we were shooting a movie together and I remember saying to him, like, ‘Oh, man! How is it being a dad?’ And he said, ‘It’s the best thing that’s ever happened to me and it’s so unbelievably hard.'”

The 30-year-old model and the ‘American Sniper’ star’s relationship has never been better after news broke that Irina is reportedly expecting a child with Bradley.
A source said: “Engagement or marriage may happen under the radar because they are very private people.
“They see themselves spending their lives together and building a family with more than one child. They are in an extremely happy place between the two of them.”
And Irina is said to be taking pregnancy very well but is “more tired than usual” with all the travelling she is doing.
An insider added to E! News: “Irina is doing pretty well. She has some food cravings because she’s pregnant. She is not the kind of woman to count calories, but she has been taking it easy. She’s also exercising in moderation.
“She is more tired than usual. She has been travelling a lot and hasn’t had time to see Bradley but plans on seeing him very soon. They are in communication a few times a day. They are really happy and can’t wait to have their baby.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Bradley Cooper “seems more protective” of Irina Shayk since she has fallen pregnant.
The 30-year-old model is reportedly expecting her first child with the Hollywood actor and Bradley, 41, has apparently become even more chivalrous towards his girlfriend in recent weeks.
A source said: “He has been spotted dropping her off at the airport with kisses as she is about to take off for another job. They are just a very sweet couple.”
Bradley and Irina have been dating since May 2015 and are said to be as happy as ever.
A source told People: “Bradley and Irina both seem very independent and supportive of each other’s careers.”
Irina – who previously dated soccer star Cristiano Ronaldo – is also said to have grown close to Bradley’s family and vice versa.
The model has developed an especially good relationship with Bradley’s mother, who lives with her superstar son.
The insider explained: “They also are very close with their families. After Bradley’s dad passed away [in 2011], his mom Gloria mostly lives with Bradley in L.A.”
In fact, Irina and Gloria often spend time together when Bradley is not around.
The source shared: “Irina was quickly introduced to Gloria and the two seem to get along great. They even spend time without Bradley. They take walks, go shopping or share long lunches.”
Irina – who has yet to confirm her pregnancy – recently revealed she wants children sooner rather than later.

OHMYGOSSIP — Brad Pitt is set to go to court in a bid to keep his custody battle with Angelina Jolie private.
The 52-year-old actor split from the Oscar-winning actress earlier this year, and is now poised to fight for custody of their six adopted children.
The ‘Fury’ actor has requested an emergency hearing and Brad intends to ask the judge to seal all documents related to his and Angelina’s custody battle, according to the gossip website TMZ.
Angelina – who has children Vivienne, eight, Knox, eight, Shiloh, 10, Zahara, 11, Pax, 13, and Maddox, 15, with her estranged husband – reportedly filed the documents because she was worried Brad was trying to change their temporary agreement.
The ‘Maleficent’ star was said to be concerned that Brad would seek to have un-monitored visits with the children, and Angelina is also reported to have consulted with her therapist on the matter, who said it’s too early to sanction such a scenario.
However, Angelina is open to Brad having solo visits provided it is signed off by the therapist.
But Brad is said to view the situation very differently, with sources close to the Hollywood star claiming Angelina has exposed their children to unnecessary stress.
The actor is also baffled by his estranged wife’s decision to file for a private agreement, only to subsequently make it public and cause further strife to their young children.
Brad never had any intention of making their private agreement known to the public, according to TMZ, which says he thinks Angelina’s recent behaviour is proof she is a bad parent.
The emergency meeting has been scheduled for today (07.12.16) and will afford Brad the opportunity to make his point.

OHMYGOSSIP — Scooter Braun has challenged Piers Morgan to match whatever Cruz Beckham raises for charity from the sales of his new debut song ‘If Everyday Was Christmas’.
The ‘Good Morning Britain’ presenter has lashed out at the 11-year-old singer’s parents David and Victoria Beckham for pushing the youngster into fame by allowing him to drop his catchy Christmas carol on Wednesday (07.12.16) to raise cash for charity.
But, although the power couple are refusing to dignify the journalist’s harsh words with a response, Cruz’s manager has jumped to his defence and asked the former ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ judge to dig deep and double the money raised from the single.
Taking to his Twitter account, Scooter – who represents Justin Bieber – said: “He is an 11 year old who wanted to make a song to help other kids. Once again Piers shows why he is a jackass and why his show was cancelled … Some people in this world make a living out of finding the worst in every situation. It means they have a career..not class. Just a career
“@piersmorgan how about you match him dollar for dollar to the charity? Instead of criticizing step up and help these kids the way Cruz is …. @piersmorgan I will take that as a no…no u won’t support charity like an 11 year old will. But u can judge kids when u get paid on BGT?

OHMYGOSSIP — Ashley Graham has called for the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show to have more plus-sized models.
The 28-year-old beauty thinks it’s about time bigger ladies graced the runway at the lingerie giant’s annual catwalk and is waiting for the day they pick up the phone and ask her to sign up.
Asked if she thinks they need to showcase more plus-sized models, Ashley told TMZ: “Oh yeah. I mean when Victoria’s Secret calls me and asks me to be on there runway I am going to say yes. It’s a matter of time.”
Meanwhile, the busty brunette said she still watches what she eats and has a fitness routine so that only her ample assets “jiggle”.
Asked if she diets, she explained: “I eat in moderation and I workout. Only the things that are supposed to jiggle, jiggle.”
Ashley previously admitted that she was told she would never be a cover star because of her size.
The curvaceous model has since defied her critics to cover five magazines in a year and admitted she is focused on having “longevity” in the fashion industry.
Ashley said: “For 10 years I’d been told I was always going to be a catalogue girl, never a cover girl. Well, I got with IMG and did five covers in a year, boom, boom, boom. See, if you have a pretty face doors will open, but your job isn’t just to walk through them, it’s to get invited back.

OHMYGOSSIP — Adele’s appearance on ‘Carpool Karaoke’ is the biggest viral hit on YouTube in 2016.
The popular video clip taken from ‘The Late Late Show’ sees Adele in conversation with host James Corden and singing some of her best-known hits while sat in the passenger’s seat of James’ car on a trip around London.
The video was posted in January this year and has already attracted more than 135 million views online, making it the top-trending clip on the Google-owned website for 2016.
It tops the list ahead of ‘Pen-Pineapple-Apple-Pen’, a 68-second music video by comedian Piko-Taro, which was boosted by Justin Bieber saying the clip was his “favorite video on the internet”.
Other top-trending videos of 2016 included the ‘Lip Sync Battle’ face-off between Channing Tatum and Beyonce and a segment from ‘Last Week Tonight With John Oliver’ in which the British comedian described the US President-elect Donald Trump as “America’s back mole”.
Adele – who followed the likes of Iggy Azalea and Jennifer Hudson in appearing on ‘Carpool Karaoke’ – has helped to turn the segment into a major internet success, with CBS recently striking a deal with Apple for an original series.
Earlier this year, Ben Winston – the executive producer of ‘The Late Late Show’ – paid tribute to Adele and said how “down-to-earth” he has always found her to be.
He said: “She’s a remarkable woman. She is the biggest star, I would say, in the world right now. But yet she’s the most down-to-earth, lovely girl you could meet. I used to produce the Brit Awards when James hosted it, and she was on it a couple of times.

OHMYGOSSIP — Jennifer Lopez has extended her Las Vegas residency.
The 47-year-old singer – who has eight-year-old twins Emme and Maximilian with her ex-husband Marc Anthony – has added extra dates to her ‘Jennifer Lopez: All I Have’ show at Planet Hollywood in Vegas.
The ‘Dance Again’ hitmaker has added 15 additional performances to the show, which has proven to be popular among fans and previously won the award for Best Production Show by readers of the Las Vegas Review-Journal.
The show began in January this year and sees the star perform her greatest hits, including ‘Let’s Get Loud’, ‘Waiting for Tonight’, ‘Dance Again’, ‘On the Floor’ and her R&B hit ‘Love Don’t Cost A Thing’.
The singer has added 12 additional performances in September 2017 and three in October, giving her fans another chance to see the show for themselves.
Her extended residency comes after she recently made headlines when she kissed her ex-husband Marc at the Latin Grammy Awards last month.
The pair performed their chart-topping song ‘Olvídame y Pega la Vuelta’, a classic Pimpinela song, after Jennifer awarded her ex the Person of the Year award.
She told the crowd: “Marc is a living legend. He is a magical and pure artist giving away classics that will stay forever. He will always be many things in my life.”
Jennifer married Marc in 2004 and despite divorcing the acclaimed singer in 2014, the celebrity duo are rumoured to have rekindled their romance.
Speaking at the Latin Grammy Awards, Jennifer – who is making new music with her ex-husband – also said: “I am so excited and really looking forward to this new musical journey and to celebrate my Latin roots with Marc Anthony and the Sony/Magnus family.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Mark Hamill says he was “blissfully unaware” that Carrie Fisher and Harrison Ford were having an affair on the set of ‘Star Wars: Episode IV – A New Hope’.
The actress – who played Princess Leia – finally confirmed romance rumours that surrounded the pair when she published her memoir ‘The Princess Diarist’ last month which details entries in her diary from 40 years ago and included writings on her three-month romance with Harrison when she was 18 and they were shooting the movie in London in 1976 and the then-33-year-old actor was married to Mary Marquardt.
Mark – who portrayed would-be Jedi Knight Luke Skywalker – was close with both Carrie and Han Solo star Harrison but never noticed that they were anything more than just friends in a galaxy far, far away.
Speaking to ‘Entertainment Tonight’, the 65-year-old actor said: “I was blissfully unaware … I was so self-involved at that point, they could’ve been doing it in front of me and I wouldn’t have noticed. I was single and had my own agenda … I think it might have been a distraction if I’d known what was going on.”
Mark – who reunited with Carrie and Harrison for 2015 ‘Star Wars’ film ‘The Force Awakens’ – admits on-set romances are quite “commonplace” but often end in awkwardness for those involved and the rest of the cast.
And the sci-fi star knows from first-hand experience because it happened to him when he had a short-lived relationship with his ‘General Hospital’ co-star Anne Wyndham in the early 1970s.
Mark – who has been married to his wife Marilou since 1978 – shared: “If the relationship doesn’t last and you’re on a TV series and you got four more seasons to go, it can be really awkward. It happened to me. I was with a girl who was playing my sister on a soap opera, ‘General Hospital’.”
In her book, Carrie, 60, spills that Mark almost caught her and Harrison, 74, in the act when he turned up unannounced at Harrison’s apartment when she was there for sex.
She writes: “Once, on one of the rare occasions when we did have a sleepover at Harrison’s apartment, Mark … dropped by unannounced. Clearly I hadn’t just dropped by for brunch.”

The ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’ star is reportedly concerned her husband’s recent breakdown will have a huge impact on their relationship that will alter the dynamic between them.
A source told the new issue of Closer magazine: “Kim’s biggest fear is that Kanye won’t be the same person now and he could change forever. She doesn’t want to lose him but worries they might struggle to recover from this ordeal. But her priority is Kanye and she’s determined to be there for him, no matter what.
“She’s trying to come to terms with how their lives may not return to how they were before.”
Kim – who was robbed at gunpoint in Paris, France, in October – is said to be “on edge” as she struggles to come to terms with the events of recent weeks but is doing her best to be the main source of support to the troubled rapper, who left hospital at the weekend, and their children North, three, and 12-month-old Saint.
The source said: “Kanye is back at home but the situation is hanging in the balance and it’s going to be a long road to recovery.
“It’s frightening for Kim to see her husband in such a vulnerable position. He seems broken. He’s not yet ready for normal life and needs a lot of looking after.
“Kim is not exercising and can barely eat. Instead she prays daily with their pastor and spends most of the day by Kanye’s side.
“She can’t get her head around how unwell he is – she’s so on edge and cries a lot. But she’s hopeful he’ll work through this and be back to his old self soon.”

OHMYGOSSIP — David Beckham pretends his children haven’t received any Christmas presents every year.
Cruz Beckham – the 11-year-old son of David and Victoria Beckham – has revealed that his dad goes through the same routine every December 25 by trying to trick his children into thinking they have not been left any gifts by Santa.
He shared: “We always wake up at 6am. My Dad says, ‘Wait, let me check if there’s presents downstairs.’ After that, he comes up and is like, ‘Oh…there’s none. We all have to go up to bed.'”
Cruz – who has brothers Brooklyn, 17, and Romeo, 14, as well as a five-year-old sister called Harper – recently announced he is to launch a debut single, ‘If Every Day Was Christmas’, in aid of charity.
David, 41, admitted he is “really proud” of his youngest son, who is raising money for Global’s Make Some Noise charity, which aims to change the lives of young people across the UK.
Speaking to the ‘Capital London Breakfast Show’, David said: “I’m really proud. I mean he’s having fun, he’s enjoying it, you know.”
Victoria was part of the Spice Girls, who have sold over 80 million records worldwide and are the the best-selling female group of all time – but her son cited James Arthur and Nathan Sykes as two of his biggest inspirations.
Asked to name his favourite song of the moment, Cruz said: “Well I’d have to pick ‘Say You Won’t Let Go’ by James Arthur.”
Cruz was also happy to dish the dirt on his parents during a game of ‘Mr. and Mrs.’.
Asked which of his parents was more likely to swear, he said: “100 percent my mum!”
And then questioned on whether David or Victoria was more likely to embarrass him, Cruz replied: “Definitely my dad, he is so embarrassing.”
David and Victoria are among the most photographed people in the world, but Cruz revealed that his mother takes considerably longer to get ready to go out.

The 35-year-old actress is to play a character who is expelled from Barbieland for failing to live up to the perfection expected of its residents and will set off on a journey of self-discovery in the upcoming live-action film, which based on the popular Mattel doll franchise.
The plot has been described as a “contemporary spin on beauty, feminism and identity”, but despite this message Amy received an avalanche of criticism on Twitter from users who were angry the curvaceous actress was cast in the movie.
Taking to Instagram on Tuesday night (06.12.16), Amy wrote a lengthy post detailing how the criticism only helped to prove she is a “great choice” for the role.
She wrote alongside a photo of herself in a bathing suit: “Thanks to everyone for the kind words and support and again my deepest sympathy goes out to the trolls who are in more pain than we will ever understand. I want to thank them for making it so evident that I am a great choice.
“It’s that kind of response that let’s you know something’s wrong with our culture and we all need to work together to change it. Anyone who has ever been bullied or felt bad about yourself I am out there fighting for you, for us. And I want you to fight for yourself too!
“We need to laugh at the haters and sympathise with them. They can scream as loud as they want. We can’t hear them because we are getting s**t done. I am proud to lead by example. I say if I’m beautiful, I say if I’m strong. You will not determine my story. I will #thegirlwiththelowerbacktattoo (sic)”
And Amy also pointed out that she can’t be “fat shamed” by people if she knows she’s “not fat”, and isn’t concerned by people’s comments about her body.
She posted: “Is it fat shaming if you know you’re not fat and have zero shame in your game? I don’t think so.
“I am strong and proud of how I live my life and say what I mean and fight for what I believe in and I have a blast doing it with the people I love.
“Where’s the shame? It’s not there. It’s an illusion.
“When I look in the mirror I know who I am. Im a great friend, sister, daughter and girlfriend.
“I’m a badass comic headlining arenas all over the world and making tv and movies and writing books where I lay it all out there and I’m fearless like you can be. (sic)”
