Karlie Kloss' 'nerdy passions' led her to launch Kode with Klossy

OHMYGOSSIP — Karlie Kloss’ “nerdy passions” inspired her to launch Kode with Klossy.
The 24-year-old former Victoria’s Secret Angel launched the scholarship scheme for young adults interested in computer science in 2015 and she has revealed she has always been “fascinated” by how things worked and was eager to understand the “secret language” of coding, which encouraged her to set up the technical programme.
Speaking to Fast Company magazine about her career and inspiration, the blonde beauty – who is currently studying at New York University – said: “I like knowing how apps and hardware work and why.
“As a model, I was meeting all these entrepreneurs and was fascinated by the things they were building. But I couldn’t understand how [these products] worked. What did they know that I didn’t? What secret language was this code thing? I follow my nerdy passions, even if they are kind of unexpected.
“Creative problem solving, it takes a while to get something to work. It takes a while before you can build an app or even write your first line of code. But these skills – seeing a problem and finding the solution using code – are so important. [They] help you understand how to think about things. It’s a valuable skill set even if you don’t become an engineer.”
And the model – who has starred in campaigns for renowned fashion houses such as Coach and Nike – has admitted her father, Kurt Kloss, played a large influence on her as she grew up watching him work long hours and late nights.
She explained: “I am the daughter of an emergency-room physician, and I’ve watched my dad work 12-hour night shifts for as long as I can remember. It’s inspired me and is definitely a part of who I am and the way I live.”

The glamorous couple appeared to be in their element as they rocked up on the red carpet ahead of the star-studded ceremony, held at The Beverly Hilton in California, on Sunday (08.01.17) night full of excitement, but rather than following the rest of their celebrity pals to various after-parties, they opted for a match of ‘Settlers of Catan’ at home.
Taking to her Instagram account after the ceremony, Kristen uploaded a photograph of her and Dax huddled over the table in their lavish event ensembles alongside the caption: “Let the after party begin. @daxshepard @goldenglobes @settlersofcatan #GoldenGlobes #settlersofcatan (sic)”

The stunning blonde actress said: “We have a strict 8 o’clock start for game night tonight. If anybody knew what was up, they’d all be playing a game night as well.”
In ‘Settlers of Catan’ – which was designed by Klaus Teuber and first released in Germany in 1995 – multiple players must assume the roles of settlers, each attempting to build and develop holdings while trading and acquiring resources and each individual player is awarded points as their settlements grow; the winner is the first person to reach 10 points.
More than 22 million game sets have been sold around the world and it has been translated into 30 different languages.

Billy Bob Thornton believes Goliath 'needs' a second series

OHMYGOSSIP — Billy Bob Thornton believes there “needs” to be another season of ‘Goliath’.
The 61-year-old actor played the role of lawyer Billy McBride in the American series, a performance for which he won the Best Performance by an Actor in a Television Series – Drama prize at the Golden Globes – is desperate to do a follow-up to the drama series because he believed there is much more “potential” for the characters.
Speaking about plans for a second series, he said: “If I told you I’d have to kill you! They would like to do another season. I know that much. Once they see what the potential is – I honestly believe there’s more potential than what we did the first season. I think we need to know where this guy came from and what it is that made him who he is. I think another season could unfold that could lead the audience down this path. I know Amazon wants to do it.”
And the star – who was previously married to actress Angelina Jolie – has revealed he was grateful to work with a “very good crew” on set of ‘Goliath’.
He added: “There was a very good crew on ‘Goliath’.”
Meanwhile, Billy has admitted it would have been “safer” for him to work in a factory in his hometown of Arkansas but he decided against it because he wanted to “make something” of himself and that’s why he pursued an acting career.
He explained to PEOPLE: “Maybe it was safer to work at the factory back home but if you wanted to make something of yourself, you’re willing to go take the chance. A lot of people in the entertainment business get called privileged and yet … I came out here in poverty and spent a decade trying to eat. Those kind of things get to you.”

Sylvester Stallone invests in boxing studio

OHMYGOSSIP — Sylvester Stallone has invested in a new boxing studio.
The 70-year-old actor – best known for his portrayal of big screen pugilist Rocky Balboa in the ‘Rocky’ franchise – has become an investor in a new boxing studio named Rumble, which will open its first location in New York City on Monday (09.01.17).
According to the New York Post newspaper, Rumble is reported to be the “most anticipated group-fitness concept since SoulCycle” and was created by Catch co-founder Eugene Remm and entrepreneur Andy Stenzler.
Sylvester – who was also co-hosted the first season of boxing reality show ‘The Contender’ alongside retired ring legend Sugar Ray Leonard – is expected to make an appearance at the launch of the studio alongside other as-yet unnamed stars.
Rumble has already planned two more studio openings in New York City this year, with expansion on the West Coast of America already underway.
It isn’t just Sylvester who has caused a buzz this week, as his three daughters – Sophia Stallone, 20, Sistine Stallone, 18, and 14-year-old Scarlet Stallone – made history as the first women to share the Miss Golden Globe honour at the Hollywood awards ceremony on Sunday night (08.01.17).
The trio of siblings – who were announced as the recipients of the accolade in November – were chosen for the honour because they have each achieved “success” in their chosen field.
Miss Golden Globe 2015 Greer Grammer said at the time: “Each of the lovely young women in this triad have had success as they try to pursue their dreams. One is an art history major as USC, another is interested in fashion and a modelling career and another excels in a variety of sports and social activities.”
Sylvester – who also has a son Seargeoh, 37, and was father to Sage who tragically died in 2012 at the age of 36 – proudly walked the red carpet at the Golden Globes at the Beverly Hilton hotel with his girls and their mother, his stunning wife Jennifer Flavin.

Roger Moore calls for UK ban on wild animal circuses

OHMYGOSSIP — Sir Roger Moore has called for wild animal circuses to be banned from touring the UK.
The James Bond legend has written a letter on behalf of PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) urging British Prime Minister Theresa May to introduce legislation banning the shows to end the abuse and imprisonment of creatures such as elephants, tigers, lions and other mighty beasts.
The 89-year-old actor – who is a committed animal rights advocate – has promised the Conservative leader that if she does finally put an end to the shows then he will join her for a toast to the outlawing of the circuses with a couple of bottles of vintage champagne.
In the piece, published in the Sunday People newspaper, he writes that other countries around the world have put an end to wild-animal circuses, while “ever-so-civilised, animal loving Britain still allows these archaic exhibitions simply because of a lack of action on the part of Downing Street … Popular legislation to prohibit circuses from keeping tigers in see-through boxes called cages and carting them about the land has been dragging on for aeons, because the Prime Minister holds the key and won’t give it up. Wilfully allowing such cruelty is unforgivable”.
Making his offer to Mrs. May of sharing a celebratory drink with her, the ex-007 star added: “Madam Prime Minister, it’s time – past time – to do the right thing by animals and the public and finally bring in a ban on this outdated form of so-called ‘entertainment’. I will put a bottle of Dom Pérignon ’52 or Bollinger ’69 on ice for the occasion and gladly pop the cork with you!”
Moore follows the likes of Michael Sheen, Martin Freeman and former Conservative politician Ann Widdecombe in teaming up with PETA (PETA.org.uk) to raise awareness of the plight of animals in circuses – who spend most of their lives in cages and are stopped from engaging in their natural behaviours.

Jessica Biel can't find fault with husband Justin Timberlake

OHMYGOSSIP — Jessica Biel can’t find any flaws with her husband Justin Timberlake.
The 34-year-old actress and the pop superstar tied the knot in October 2012, and Jessica has now revealed that despite nearing their fifth wedding anniversary she is yet to find a single thing that the ‘Can’t Stop the Feeling’ hitmaker isn’t good at.
Speaking on ‘The Ellen Degeneres Show’ on Monday (09.01.17), the ‘Total Recall’ actress said: “Literally every year we’re married I’m looking for that thing that he really sucks at.”
And it isn’t just ‘The Illusionist’ star who loves gushing about her significant other, as 35-year-old Justin previously said he had a “new appreciation” for his wife after she gave birth to their 21-month-old son Silas.
He said: “It changes everything. You literally wake up and look in the mirror and go, ‘I have no idea what I’m doing!’
“It’s crazy. This new appreciation for both of them, her and him, it’s humiliating and it’s humbling at the same time … You watch her realise she has a gear she [thought she] didn’t have and then you go, ‘Woah, yeah.’ ”
The loved-up pair recently sparked speculation they could be expecting a second child recently when they were spotted dancing at a basketball game as Justin cradled Jessica’s stomach with his hands.
Ellen took the opportunity to clear up the rumours and phoned the ‘Cry Me A River’ hitmaker during Jessica’s appearance on the programme to ask him about the potential baby, to which Justin jokingly said: “I can’t wait to find out whose it is!”

Kurt Russell and Goldie Hawn enjoy date night

OHMYGOSSIP — Kurt Russell and Goldie Hawn enjoyed a “date night” at the Golden Globe awards.
The couple – who have been together for 34 years – don’t often attend high-profile red carpet events, but made an exception on Sunday (08.01.17) to celebrate the 71-year-old actress’ movie comeback in ‘Snatched’.
Kurt said: “It is like date night, we don’t do this very often and you have to wear a tie…
“She’s gone back to work after 15 years and wanted to present tonight.”
Goldie added in a joint red carpet interview with ‘Extra’ host Mario Lopez: “It was sort of like that, you know.”
The Golden Globes paid tribute to the late Carrie Fisher and her mother Debbie Reynolds – who died a day apart last month – and the ‘Private Benjamin’ actress recalled working with the ‘Star Wars’ star on ‘Shampoo’ when Carrie was just a teenager.
She said: “Carrie was a very beautiful young girl. I only really knew her really in her younger years. She was 17 when she did ‘Shampoo.’ She was an interesting, smart [girl], well above her years at that time.
“I got to meet her a little later on. I can’t say I was a good friend of Carrie’s, but this is quite a love story and it makes us think about a lot of things.”
Goldie previously opened up about her successful family life and admitted the key to being happy is to “constantly work” on her relationship.
She shared: “We have our ups and downs like everybody else. You have to want to stay together, and we really want to. Therefore you work to be together.
“The ups and downs of life are there. It is not always happy. What we want to help children with is, just because you feel sad or happy or depressed doesn’t mean that is who you are. We want them to know, ‘I am really sad right now but I am not a sad person.’ I always wanted to understand the causes of happiness. I’m a bit of a scientist I guess you could say.”
And whilst Goldie and Kurt have been together for a long time, they have no plans to marry.
She said: “A lasting relationship isn’t about marriage. It’s about compatibility and communication. Intention is the key. It’s also about not losing yourself in each other. Being together, two pillars holding up the house and the roof, and being different, not having to agree on everything, learning how to deal with not agreeing.”

Joely Fisher proud of Golden Globes tribute

OHMYGOSSIP — Joely Fisher felt “proud and sad” when she saw the Golden Globes tribute to Carrie Fisher and Debbie Reynolds.
The 49-year-old star – who is the half-sister of the late ‘Star Wars’ actress – decided to “celebrate” the lives of the screen icons at the ceremony (08.01.17) and was overwhelmed by the montage put together by producers, which mixed family footage with memorable moments from their career.
Speaking to ‘Entertainment Tonight’ at the HBO Golden Globes after-party, she said: “I think about their unparalleled and incomparable careers [when I see tributes like this].
“The Globes are honouring best of performances of the year, and the best in life. I’m proud, and sad, and feeling the same sort of chasm on the planet that everybody else is. I decided to make it out of my house today to [honour] my girls. I’m gonna go celebrate the ladies. I think we’re all super-proud.”
Meryl Streep also paid tribute to Carrie as she picked up the Cecil B. DeMille Award.
She said: “As my friend, the dear, departed Princess Leia, said to me once, ‘Take your broken heart and make it into art.’ Thank you.”
And Joely thought the sentiment was “incredible”.
She said: “That’s an incredible line, it’s an incredible thought. I hope that we’re all able to do that.”
After the special tribute segment aired, Debbie’s son, Carrie’s brother Todd Fisher, thanked awards bosses for the moment.
He tweeted: “Thank you @goldenglobes for taking a moment and honoring my girls.(sic)”

Justin Theroux's Globes dash home

OHMYGOSSIP — Justin Theroux left the Golden Globes as early as he could – so he could watch it on TV.
The ‘Leftovers’ actor was one of the presenters at the ceremony on Sunday (08.01.17) but was keen to get away from the Beverly Hilton hotel as soon as possible in order to join wife Jennifer Aniston and their friends for a viewing party in their pyjamas.
Speaking to ‘Entertainment Tonight’ at HBO’s Globes after-party, he said: “I’m actually trying to get home.
“I almost skipped this interview because I got my girl and some friends in their pyjamas who have delayed the show an hour so I can get back and watch the end of it with them.”
The 45-year-old star admitted it was a very strange experience skipping the red carpet and just arriving for his spot, instead of sitting and watching the ceremony as a guest as the “energy” of the room took him by surprise when he stepped on stage to present ‘The Night Manager’ star Tom Hiddleston with Best Actor in a TV series – Drama alongside Anna Kendrick.
He admitted: “It’s the first time I’ve come to the show and have not done the red carpet.
“I just came to present, so I kind of did the dumb thing where I just showed up to present, and you kind of get rushed into the back door.”
“And you’re not really prepared for the size of the event, and all the energy in the room.
“So I kind of came in and was not prepared. There’s a benefit to walking and sitting down, having some food, and then continuing on.”

Chrissy Teigen not impressed by Golden Globes food

OHMYGOSSIP — Chrissy Teigen wasn’t impressed by the food at the Golden Globe awards.
The ‘Lip Sync Battle’ star attended Sunday (08.01.17) evening’s ceremony with her husband John Legend and felt the catering at the prestigious event should have been more substantial.
Asked what the food was like on Twitter, she replied: “F**kin finger sandwiches (sic)”.
And the 31-year-old beauty – who has eight-month-old daughter Luna with the ‘All of Me’ singer – was also unimpressed by her husband’s dance moves.
Asked why she was caught on camera shaking her head, she replied: “John’s horrific dancing.”
But one thing that did spark a smile in Chrissy was arriving at her seat to discover organisers had misspelled her spouse’s surname.
Sharing a picture of glum-faced John holding his ‘John Ledgend’ place card, she wrote on Twitter: “Bahahaha loser (sic)”
And the Sports Illustrated model was also thrilled to see ‘Atlanta’ win Best Musical or Comedy TV Series and enjoyed young ‘Lion’ actor Sunny Pawar’s appearance on stage.
She tweeted: “YES ATLANTA (sic)” and “SUNNY YESSSSS.(sic)”
Chrissy caused a stir by sitting down on the red carpet, even conducting an interview with E! News’ Ryan Seacrest and greeting nominees Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone from her crouched position.
But she insisted she’d made the right move as she’d spend so much of the evening on her feet.
Asked about her sitting on the red carpet, she replied: “It’s a long night!”
And the stunning star found it easy to choose her gown for the occasion because she prefers to limit her options.
She admitted to People: “I don’t like to try on too many things.”

Donald Glover has a son

OHMYGOSSIP — Donald Glover revealed he has a son during his Golden Globes Awards acceptance speech.
The fiercely private actor and his girlfriend, whose name is unknown, were reported in October to have welcomed their first child into the world earlier in 2016, and the ‘Atlanta’ star spoke about his family for the first time as he picked up the Best Actor in a Comedy Series prize at the ceremony on Sunday (08.01.17).
He said: “I really want to say thank you to my son and the mother of my son for making me believe in people again and things being possible, so thank you.”
The 33-year-old star made the audience at the Beverly Hilton hotel laugh with his speech, when he described them all as “magical” and told of how he’s astonished his father with his achievements.
He said: “I grew up in a house where magic wasn’t allowed, so everybody in here is magical to me, like every time I saw a movie or a Disney movie or heard your voices or saw you, I was like, ‘Oh, it’s from people.;
“We’re the ones who, in a weird way, tell a story or a lie to children, so they do stuff that we never thought was possible.
“My dad used to tell me every day you can do anything you want and I remembered thinking as a kid in first grade, ‘You’re lying to me.’ But now I do stuff and he’s like, ‘I didn’t think that was possible.’ ”
Earlier in the evening, Donald – who also created ‘Atlanta’ – also sparked laughs when he accepted the award for Best Comedy Series.
He joked: ” really want to thank Atlanta, and black folks in Atlanta, for real – just for being alive and doing just amazing and being amazing people.
“I couldn’t be here without Atlanta and I really want to thank The Migos, not for being in the show but for making ‘Bad and Boujee.’ That’s the best song ever.”

Serena Williams says love can be a 'magical' thing

OHMYGOSSIP — Serena Williams thinks love is a “magical” thing.
The 35-year-old professional tennis player – who previously dated Drake, Common and Grigor Dimitrov – announced on social media in December that she was engaged to Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian, and just weeks later she has now said she believes love is something “you may only experience once”.
Asked to define love, the sports superstar said: “Love is magical. It’s something that you may only experience once in life.”
And despite her fiancé whisking her away to Rome to recreate the first time they met in order to ask her to marry him, Serena claims the most romantic thing a man has ever done for her “hasn’t happened yet”.
When asked for Vogue.com’s ’73 Questions’ video segment about the most romantic gesture she has received, she said: “That hasn’t happened yet.”
Last month, Serena revealed the happy news of her engagement on her verified Reddit account, with a poem which read: “I came home. A little late. Someone had a bag packed for me. And a carriage waited. Destination: Rome. To escort me to my very own ‘charming.’ Back to where our stars first collided. And now it was full circle. At the same table we first met by chance. But by choice. Down on knee. He said 4 words. And I said yes.”
Serena – whose older sister Venus Williams, 36, is also a champion tennis player – previously revealed she wants to have children “some day” but still feels like she is too young.
She explained: “I definitely want to have kids one day. That’s something I’ve always wanted since as long as I could remember. And the older I get, the more I’m like, ‘I’m too young!’ ”

Meryl Streep slams Donald Trump at the Golden Globes

OHMYGOSSIP — Meryl Streep blasted US President-elect Donald Trump in her acceptance speech at the Golden Globe awards.
The 67-year-old actress used almost her entire time on the podium as she picked up the Cecil B. DeMille lifetime achievement award on Sunday (08.01.17) to deride the upcoming commander-in-chief, though she didn’t mention him by name.
She said: “Hollywood is crawling with outsiders and foreigners, and if you kick us all out, you’ll have nothing to watch except for football and mixed martial arts, which are not arts,” Streep said. “But who are we, and what is Hollywood anyway? It’s just a bunch of people from other places.”
And referencing the time Trump appeared to mock a disabled journalist in November 2015, she said: “There was one performance this year that stunned me – it sank its hooks in my heart. Not because it was good; there was nothing good about it. But it was effective and it did its job. It made its intended audience laugh, and show their teeth.
“It was that moment when the person asking to sit in the most respected seat in our country imitated a disabled reporter.
“It kind of broke my heart when I saw it, and I still can’t get it out of my head, because it wasn’t in a movie. It was real life.”
She went on to claim Trump’s actions have legitimised bullying.
She added: “This instinct to humiliate, when it’s modelled by someone in the public platform, by someone powerful, it filters down into everybody’s life, because it kinda gives permission for other people to do the same thing.
“Disrespect invites disrespect, violence incites violence. And when the powerful use their position to bully others, we all lose.”
The ‘Florence Foster Jenkins’ star’s speech was met by cheers and a huge outbreak of support on Twitter.
Talk show host Ellen DeGeneres posted: “There has never been anyone like Meryl Streep. I love her. #GoldenGlobes (sic)”
Filmmaker Judd Apatow wrote: “We will need a lot of people as clear and brave as Meryl Streep if we are to fight the corruption, bad ideas and lies of Donald Trump. (sic)”
Bollywood starlet Priyanka Chopra – who was a presenter at the show – also praised he speech and took to Instagram to share a photo her with Meryl when she met her backstage at the Beverly Hilton hotel.
Sharing the selfie with the ‘Devil Wears Prada’ star, she wrote: “Quoting my favourite #MerylStreep, as I call an end to this night … when u have a broken heart … make art. You are astounding. #fangirl (sic)”
Actresses Gina Rodriguez, Emmy Rossum, and Laverne Cox were also impressed by Meryl’s words.
Gina simply wrote: “Meryl, you give me life.”
Emmy posted: “HAVE NEVER LOVED MERYL MORE. BRAVO. WELL SAID.”
And Laverne shared: “Everything she said. Thank you #MerylStreep for you work and everything you said tonight. #empathy.”
But the former ‘Apprentice’ star was unconcerned by Meryl’s words, dismissing her as a “Hillary lover” in a brief phone interview with the New York Times.
He said he hadn’t heard her remarks but insisted he was “not surprised” to come under attack from “liberal movie people”.

John Travolta's character role play

OHMYGOSSIP — John Travolta pretends to be his characters when at home with Kelly Preston.
The 62-year-old actor’s spouse “makes” him indulge in role play of his screen alter egos “all the time” when they are alone together.
Asked if she first saw John’s portrayal of lawyer Robert Shapiro in ‘The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story’ on TV, Kelly said: “No I saw it at home. I would make him do it.”
And when ‘Extra’ presenter Mario Lopez quipped they were doing “a little role-playing”, she said: “All the time. I make him play all the characters. You kidding me?”
John – who has children Ella, 16, and Benjamin, six, with his 56-year-old wife – didn’t get to speak to Shapiro when working on the series, but was still able to undertake extensive preparations.
Speaking on the red carpet at the Golden Globe awards on Sunday (08.01.17), ahead of the show winning two prizes, John explained: “I watched all the video news, whatever was available — I just studied that. There were three different books, he was a part of each book. He also reminded me of other people I knew.
“So I could do a mixture of characteristics I thought was him, does that make sense?”
And the ‘Grease!’ star also took the time to remember the late Carrie Fisher – who died aged 60 last month – admitting he had always felt an affinity towards her.
He said: “Carrie and I kind of became famous around the same time. I was doing the movie ‘Carrie’ when she was doing ‘Star Wars,’ [‘Welcome Back Kotter’] was already on the air.
“I kind of felt like I grew up with her. We had similar eras of becoming discovered, so I feel like a bit of my history is gone.”

French police arrest 16 people for Kim Kardashian West robbery

OHMYGOSSIP — French police have reportedly arrested 16 people in connection with Kim Kardashian West’s robbery in Paris last year.
The 36-year-old television personality suffered a horrific ordeal in October when she was tied up, gagged and had jewellery worth $8.5 million snatched from her hotel room at gunpoint, and it has now been reported that a group of suspects have been apprehended after traces of DNA were found on some of the recovered items.
An exact number of those arrested is not yet officially confirmed, as a police source told Agence France-Presse that 16 people have been arrested, while Europe 1 and RTL Radio said 15 people were being held.
The news of the arrests will no doubt come as good news for Kim – who has two children North, three, and Saint, 13 months, with rapper Kanye West – as it was reported last month that police were “nowhere near” finding out who committed the crime.
A police source said at the time: “Two months on and we’re nowhere near finding who the robbers are. You could call it strange, but actually it can take months, even years to solve a heist mystery. There’s a lot that goes on beyond the initial evidence collecting. It can take a long time.”
Meanwhile, Kim recently opened up about the terrifying moment she thought she was going to die in a preview clip for ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’, which returns to E! in March.
Kim said: “They’re going to shoot me in the back. There’s no way out. It makes me so upset to think about it.”
Following the robbery, Kim took some time out of the spotlight and friends say it has helped her to cope.
An insider explained: “Taking time off after the robbery has really changed Kim. And for the better. She initially was just too shocked and traumatised to deal with anything but her kids.
“As time went on, she realised that she actually loved her slower life. She feels very grateful that she has been able to spend the past few months just focusing on her kids. Kim thinks they are growing too fast and she has enjoyed spending more quiet time with them.”

Aaron Taylor-Johnson and Amy Adams' daughters have sleepover

OHMYGOSSIP — Aaron Taylor Johnson and Amy Adams’ daughters had a sleepover during the Golden Globe awards.
The 26-year-old actor paid tribute to wife Sam Taylor-Johnson,
their kids Wylda, six, and Romy, four, and stepchildren Angelica, 19, and Jessie, 11, as he picked up the Best Supporting Actor In A Motion Picture prize for his work on ‘Nocturnal Animals’ but it seems Wylda may not have even seen him win on TV as she was having fun with her friend Aviana, also six.
He told ‘Entertainment Tonight’ backstage at the Beverly Hilton hotel: “Yes, my daughter and Amy’s daughter are good friends so they’re hanging out. A little sleepover!”
And Aaron – who starred alongside Amy in ‘Nocturnal Animals’ -admitted he hadn’t even had chance to let his children know he’d triumphed.
He said: “I didn’t even bring my phone out this evening!”
As for celebrating, the actor – who was joined at the event by his 49-year-old wife – had no idea what the night had in store for him.
He said: “I’m just going to be here, be in the present, enjoy what it is.
“I have no idea! Never been in this position before, so hopefully it won’t get too ugly.”
During his speech, Aaron thanked his loved ones for their support during filming, admitting the dark role had made him “not very pleasant” to live with.
He said on stage: “I want to thank my wife for being there with me and supporting me through this. Thank you for putting up with me, Jesus. I was not very pleasant in this role.
“You’re my soulmate and I love you very much. I’m blessed. I have four beautiful daughters… I have my parents watching tonight. Thank you.”
