OHMYGOSSIP — Amber Heard says Johnny Depp’s request for $100,000 in court sanctions is “outrageous”.
The 53-year-old actor – who wed the blonde beauty in 2015 – filed documents last month seeking the sum of money in order to pay for his legal bills, after the pair reached an agreement in August which stated he would pay the ‘Danish Girl’ actress $7 million as part of their divorce settlement.
In new court documents obtained by E! News, Amber claims that the request is “contemptible and shocking”, as she still hasn’t received any of the money promised to her.
The documents read: “I am now told that Johnny is taking outrageous steps of seeking legal fees from me because I have asked the court to enforce the settlement agreement that we reached four months ago.
“I am told that Johnny somehow claims I am the one who is delaying settlement rather than the other way around. These claims are contemptible and shocking.”
The new documents come after the 30-year-old actress accused the ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’ star of dragging out their court case.
She said: “Johnny seems to wish to prolong this proceeding as a means of punishing me … I want my life back. I want to be divorced from Johnny now.”
It comes after Johnny claimed Amber is seeking more money in their settlement in order to “extend her fifteen minutes of fame”.
Legal documents submitted by Johnny state: “Amber is now courting renewed media attention with this unnecessary Request for Order. Her application is not only a blatant attempt to extend her fifteen minutes of fame but also a waste of the Court’s limited time and resources and an embarrassing grab for addition and unwarranted attorney’s fees.”
Whilst Amber claimed: “I have been committed to a quick resolution of this matter so that I can be divorced from [Depp].”

OHMYGOSSIP — Kim Kardashian West is reportedly feeling “a lot of fear” after 16 people were arrested in connection with her robbery in Paris.
The 36-year-old television personality was held at gunpoint and robbed of her jewellery in the French capital in October, and an expert psychologist has now claimed the news of the arrest of 16 people who are alleged to be involved with the incident could “trigger old feelings” such as “fear and anxiety” for the brunette beauty.
Psychologist Steven Ornstein said: “The arrests will absolutely trigger old feelings and stir up a lot of fear and anxiety.”
The news comes after it was recently revealed that the ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’ star may be subjected to the ordeal again as French police want her to watch video footage of those arrested in order to help them catch the criminals.
A source said recently: “Kim will now have to watch a video of all the men. The video is being sent to the United States, where she will have to watch it with American officers working with the French.”
And whilst Steven says Kim – who has two children, North, three, and Saint, 13 months, with husband Kanye West – may have trouble dealing with the “painful memories” of her ordeal, facing those responsible could be the start of a “healing experience”.
He told HollywoodLife.com: “I’m sure there is a sense of relief on one level, but on another level it means Kim has to deal with all of these painful memories again, especially if she has to go back to Paris and face those who have been arrested. But in the long run, it could end up being a healing experience for her.”
French news outlets reported on Monday (09.01.17) that 16 people had been arrested in connection with the robbery after police identified them through DNA which was found on some of the recovered items.

OHMYGOSSIP — Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have agreed to handle their divorce privately.
The Hollywood stars – who announced their split in September 2016 – have confirmed they will keep the precise details of their divorce confidential by using a private judge, and have also insisted they will work together to reunify their family.
A statement obtained by PEOPLE magazine read: “The parties and their counsel have signed agreements to preserve the privacy rights of their children and family by keeping all court documents confidential and engaging a private judge to make any necessary legal decisions and to facilitate the expeditious resolution of any remaining issues.”
Brad and Angelina – who are parents to Maddox, 15, Pax, 13, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, and twins Knox and Vivienne, eight – are eager to ensure that their much-discussed separation does not have a damaging impact on their children.
The statement explained: “The parents are committed to act as a united front to effectuate recovery and reunification.”
In recent weeks, Brad and Angelina – who filed for divorce on the grounds of irreconcilable differences – have clashed in filings in Los Angeles Superior Court.
However, both parties recently agreed to seal records concerning their children.
Meanwhile, news of Brad and Angelina’s agreement comes after the 53-year-old actor made a surprise appearance at the Golden Globe Awards on Sunday (09.01.17).
The ‘Allied’ actor has stayed largely out of the public eye since splitting from Angelina and was greeted with huge cheers when he presented an introduction package for Best Motion Picture – Drama nominee – and eventual winner – ‘Moonlight’, which was produced by his own company Plan B.

OHMYGOSSIP — Scarlett Johansson and her daughter bond over singing.
The ‘Captain America: Civil War’ star – who has two-year-old daughter Rose with her husband Romain Dauriac – regularly sings with her little girl.
She said: “I sing a lot, all day, probably much to her annoyance. Sometimes it’s songs she doesn’t want to hear, so she’ll just go, ‘No, no, no! Not that one.’ I’m like a jukebox, just press ‘skip.’ Next! … She’s got a good ear! She sings along with me.”
The 32-year-old actress was absent from the Golden Globes on Sunday evening (08.01.17) and instead spent the time with her daughter.
She added to Entertainment Tonight: “I missed the Golden Globes! I was too busy, you know, trying to make, like, mac-and-cheese, and, ‘Are we going to watch the Tinkerbell movie or Strawberry Shortcake? My world is all into that right now.”
Meanwhile, Scarlett previously admitted she thinks Rose will “freak out” when she watches her performance as a “punk rock” porcupine named Ash in animated musical comedy ‘Sing’.

OHMYGOSSIP — Carrie Fisher and Debbie Reynolds’ official cause of death has been confirmed.
The ‘Star Wars’ actress – who passed away just a day before her mother Debbie tragically died – suffered a heart attack, which caused her untimely death.
However, the Los Angeles County Coroner’s Office will be doing more tests to confirm what actually caused the heart attack.
And Debbie – who was 84 when she died – passed away after suffering an intracerebral haemorrhage, which was caused by a ruptured blood vessel that lead to bleeding in her brain. The death certificate, obtained by TMZ, also lists hypertension as an underlying factor in Debbie’s stroke.
The news comes after the pair were remembered during a special tribute at the Golden Globes on Sunday evening (08.01.17).
Carrie’s half sister Joely Fisher attended the ceremony and was both “proud and sad” when she saw the sweet tribute for the late actresses.
She said: “I think about their unparalleled and incomparable careers [when I see tributes like this].
“The Globes are honouring best of performances of the year, and the best in life. I’m proud, and sad, and feeling the same sort of chasm on the planet that everybody else is. I decided to make it out of my house today to [honour] my girls. I’m gonna go celebrate the ladies. I think we’re all super-proud.”
Carrie and Debbie were laid to rest next to each other at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, with a small coffin of Carrie’s ashes buried next to her late mother as per both of their wishes.
There are also plans for a public memorial to be held later in the year.
Todd Fisher, Carrie’s brother and Debbie’s son, revealed: “Everybody’s as settled as we can be, and we’re not going to go any further. We’ll have a bigger service down the road for the public and all the family friends, but this was a private family service and we’re – it was fitting and it was beautiful.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Elle Fanning stays off social media to leave a “little mystery”.
The ‘Neon Demon’ star – whose older sister Dakota, 22, is an actress too – tries not to post too much on Instagram as she doesn’t want the public to think about her when they see her on screen.
She told the new issue of Elle magazine: “I recently turned my Instagram public on my 18th birthday, but I still don’t post everything I do, and I’m not on Twitter or Facebook. You have to leave a little mystery.
“With old movie stars, all you saw were rare interviews where they only shared what they wanted to – that’s what made them so interesting. You could separate the characters from the women, so if you watch them on screen you’re not thinking about what they had for breakfast.”
Meanwhile, Elle previously admitted she won’t be opening an account on Twitter because she thinks there are too many arguments on the social media platform.
She confessed: “Well, my parents never let me have a Facebook account. And I had a private Instagram, but I was always a little intimidated by it.
“I have never had a Twitter account. People just argue on Twitter and I want to stay away. I guess I like Instagram because I am a visual person.”
Elle has been in the acting business since she was three and would love to pursue her passion for photography if she went back to school.
She added: “If I do go back to school one day, which I think I will, it will be for photography … [But Hollywood] feels very normal to me. I’ve always been on movie sets, and I have learned so much. I really hope to be a director one day, to feel so free to invent stuff …To have something that’s mine, my own thing that I pour myself into, that’s my dream.”

The ‘How To Get Away With Murder’ star – who presented her close pal with the Cecil B. DeMille Lifetime Achievement Award at the event on Sunday evening (08.01.17) – says the ‘Florence Foster Jenkins’ actress knew she would be creating some uproar with her comments about President-elect Donald Trump.
Speaking to reporters on Sunday evening, Viola said: “She told me she was going to p**s off some people of so I was bracing for impact. I love it! I feel like anyone who was the mouthpiece of anything progressive, whether it was Martin Luther King or John F. Kennedy, Mahatma Gandhi or whatever, p****d people off.
“She’s earned the right to say that and I think all of us felt a sigh of relief. Sometimes you need the first person to dive in there and have the courage and the bravery to give a mouthpiece to what we were all feeling. OHMYGOSSIP — Elle Fanning says Nicole Kidman gives her the best advice.
The 18-year-old actress has revealed some of the sweet words of support the 49-year-old star has given her.
She said: “Nicole Kidman told me, ‘Find your tribe and they’ll always be behind you.’ I like that.”
And the ‘Neon Demon’ star admits she is “jealous” of people who have a load of friends but still appreciates the three or four she does have as they are “really close” to her.
She added to the upcoming issue of ELLE magazine: “I’m not someone that has a lot of friends. I see people who have many friends and get really jealous. I have a good core of three or four friends who are really close to me.”
Meanwhile, Elle previously admitted she didn’t really have any good friends until she was nine-years-old.
She said: “I had no friends – friends like, best friends. I’d never gone to a sleepover or anything, because you know, I was working …
“I was socially reaching out. But it was definitely scary. The ‘Shake It Up’ star opened up about her battle with acne as she confirmed she is partnering with skincare brand Bioré.
She told People magazine: “I’ve struggled with my acne a lot, I always post it on my Snapchat. But I’m excited about this partnership. I hope I help somebody out there because I’m spreading the word.”
It comes soon after Bella shared a no make-up selfie despite not having the “perfect skin to be considered socially acceptable”.

OHMYGOSSIP — Ed Sheeran will appear on James Corden’s Carpool Karaoke in 2017.
The ‘Castle On The Hill’ hitmaker has confirmed he is set to make an appearance on the popular segment of James’ ‘The Late Late Show’ at some point in the next 12 months.
Speaking on Capital on Monday evening (09.01.17), he said: “There’s so many things I’m not allowed to talk about. On Friday I literally had my manager sit me down and be like, ‘Don’t talk about this, don’t talk about this’ so I’m really dodging …
“I’ve been in touch with James Corden about this for three years because he wanted me to do the first one and I just wasn’t around and I can confirm that at some point this year I will be doing a carpool karaoke.”
Asked by the show’s host Roman Kemp if he thinks James would be able to keep up with the raps, Ed replied: “Yeah well that’s the thing, I know the whole thing is singing to your tune, but I think I’d feel a bit awkward singing to my song. I think I will just want to put on some Biggie … Well I want to put on something really, like really awkward and dirty, like Biggie’s song ‘Big Booty’ and just hear James Corden sing along to that.”
And the 25-year-old singer also opened up about working with Justin Bieber on ‘Love Yourself’ but admitted he didn’t even ever remember writing ‘Cold Water’.

OHMYGOSSIP — J.J. Abrams says the Golden Globes tribute to the late Carrie Fisher was “beautiful”.
The ‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens’ director gushed about the late actress – who passed away on December 27 at the age of 60 – as he attended the HBO Post Golden Globes party on Sunday evening (08.01.17).
Speaking to reporters at the event, he said: “It was beautiful and not long enough.
“She was extraordinary and it’s impossible to to really quantify the impact she had on not just legions of movies and books, but also her friends. The wisdom, the wit, the heart. She was like no other, so she’s deeply missed.”
It comes after J.J. Abrams penned a tribute to the ‘Star Wars’ actress, who he described as “beautiful, tough and wonderful”.
In a handwritten note posted on his Twitter account soon after her tragic death, he shared: “You didn’t need to meet Carrie Fisher to understand her power. She was just as brilliant and beautiful, tough and wonderful, incisive and funny as you could imagine. What an unfair thing to lose her. How lucky to have been blessed with her at all.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Billy Bob Thornton is “so insecure” about his acting career.
The 61-year-old actor – who took home the gong for Best Actor in a TV Series, Drama at the Golden Globes on Sunday evening (08.01.17) for his role in ‘Goliath’ – admits he was genuinely shocked to receive the recognition.
He said: “I’m so insecure that I always think every time is my last time, so I always enjoy it.
“I think if you look at this way, if you always believe your best stuff’s ahead of you, then you can kind of keep on your game. And I try to believe that.”
And the ‘Fargo’ star particularly loves attending the Golden Globes as he feels it is more laid back than other Hollywood award ceremonies.
Speaking to E! News at the Amazon Golden Globes After Party, he added: “This is always fun because it’s so loose. People aren’t all edgy here. Sometimes you go to award shows and there’s a competitive thing and it’s kind of stiffer.
“This one everyone goes in there and has a couple of cocktails and sit back and enjoy the show. [Jimmy] Fallon’s a funny guy, so it’s usually fun.”
Meanwhile, Billy previously opened up about why he felt it would have been “safer” for him to stay in his native Arkansas and work in a factory but opted for a film career in the end as he wanted to “make something” of himself.

The 28-year-old model has confessed she would love to star in the iconic role but has one condition – that Idris Elba would be the one playing James Bond.
She said: “The only way I would be able to be a Bond Girl is if Idris Elba was James Bond. He is just so fine.
“He’s confident. He is sexy and he looks like the type of man that just takes charge.”
And Ashley – who tied the knot with film director Justin Ervin in 2010 – is so keen to take on the part that she quipped she wouldn’t even charge producers for making an appearance.

A source told Us Weekly magazine: “Kim will now have to watch a video of all the men. The video is being sent to the United States, where she will have to watch it with American officers working with the French.”
It comes after it was reported earlier on Monday (09.01.17) that 16 people had been arrested in connection with the robbery after police identified them through DNA which was found on some of the recovered items.
And Kim will no doubt be pleased by the arrests as only a month ago, it was reported that police were “nowhere near” finding out who committed the crime.
A police source said at the time: “Two months on and we’re nowhere near finding who the robbers are. You could call it strange, but actually it can take months, even years to solve a heist mystery. There’s a lot that goes on beyond the initial evidence collecting. It can take a long time.”
Kim has been taking time out of the spotlight after the incident and it is said to have “really changed” her.
A source said: “Taking time off after the robbery has really changed Kim. And for the better. She initially was just too shocked and traumatised to deal with anything but her kids.
“As time went on, she realised that she actually loved her slower life. She feels very grateful that she has been able to spend the past few months just focusing on her kids. Kim thinks they are growing too fast and she has enjoyed spending more quiet time with them.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Tom Daley cooks all the time for his fiancé Dustin Lance Black – because the filmmaker’s meals are too unhealthy.
The 22-year-old British Olympic diver – who began dating the 42-year-old filmmaker in early 2013 before they got engaged in October 2015 – has just released his own cookbook ‘Tom’s Daily Plan’ and has revealed he has taken control of the kitchen at their London home in a bid to keep them both in good shape.
Although Oscar winner Lance can make many delicious dishes like fried chicken and various barbecue delights, Tom can’t eat the calorific treats too often because they are so fattening.
When asked who the better cook is out of them both, the Plymouth-born hunk told BUILD Series: “Me, definitely. We’re both good at different things. He’s very good at Southern American comfort food, so the fried chicken. He’s really good on the barbecue. But he doesn’t necessarily know how to cook the healthiest of meals.
“So I tend to do all the cooking. I’m in charge of breakfast and dinner. He sorts out his own lunch because I’m at the pool all day.”
And the Rio Games bronze medallist is watching his diet more than ever, as he prepares for competition this year and the couple’s upcoming 2017 wedding.
But Tom is adamant he will never follow a fad diet again because it is damaging to his body as a top level athlete.
Recalling one low-carb eating plan he tried, he said: “The first thing I did was cut out carbohydrates. As an athlete that’s just about the worst thing you can do. I learnt the hard way. He has five-year-old Flynn with ex-wife Miranda Kerr and seeing the 33-year-old beauty go through a long labour to deliver their tot provided him with an increased admiration and respect for mothers everywhere.
He said: “No single moment has had such a profound effect on my life as when I held my son after his mother had endured 27 hours of labour.
“That should teach any man the meaning of respect for mothers the world over.”
