OHMYGOSSIP — Kim Kardashian West and Kanye West were the victims of swatting on Saturday (04.03.17).
Police were reportedly called to the couple’s Beverly Hills mansion after receiving a complaint about a “possible suspect inside the home with a gun” but it turned out to be a hoax.
Southern California Monitoring Association, which uses a radio scanner to monitor police activity, first reported the incident by tweeting: “#LAPD WEST LA: Possible SWATTING call at the Kardashian Home.”
“#LAPD WEST LA: Home Invasion with suspect shot at Kim Kardashian home. Reported cleaning girl shot by suspect. Might be SWATTING call. Caller disconnected as officers entered house. Appears Kim Kardashian home is victim of SWATTING call. Officers did breach door to enter.”
And the LAPD confirmed to Us Weekly that there wasn’t a crime at the home.
Swatting is the action of making a hoax call to the emergency services in order to send a response team to another person’s address and a number of celebrities have fallen victim to the trend in the past, including Justin Timberlake, Ashton Kutcher and even Kim’s mother Kris Jenner.
In 2013, after Kris was targeted, Kim tweeted: “Just got a call from my mom telling me about this prank call that someone was shot in their home & 15 swat team & 3 helicopters showed up!
“These prank calls are NOT funny! People can get arrested for this! I hope they find out who is behind this. Its dangerous & not a joke! (sic).”

OHMYGOSSIP — Warren Beatty has been praised for how he handled the Oscars Best Picture drama.
The 79-year-old actor and his ‘Bonnie & Clyde’ co-star Faye Dunaway, 76, were given the wrong envelope at the Academy Awards last month, leading Faye to mistakenly announce ‘La La Land’ as the winner, instead of ‘Moonlight’ and Oscars producer Michael De Luca believes Warren is the “unsung hero” of the night.
Referring to when Warren hesitated and showed Faye the card with the winner’s name, he told The Hollywood Reporter: “I actually think Warren Beatty is the unsung hero here, completely heroic. I think he was showing her [Dunaway] the card, like, ‘hey are you seeing what I’m seeing? I think a mistake’s been made here.’ To me, they are heroes and completely in the clear.”
And Michael believes PricewaterhouseCoopers accountant Brian Cullinan, who handed Warren the wrong envelope, and his colleague Martha Ruiz, could have done more to smooth things over.
He said: “If I was in that job, and I know I’m Monday morning quarterbacking, which I detest, but I feel like if it’s my one job, if I heard the wrong name, I’d walk directly to Warren Beatty and say ‘you got the wrong envelope, here’s the right envelope,’ and make a charming moment out of it.”
Michael also revealed director Steven Spielberg called him to congratulate him on an excellent show, despite the controversy.
He said: “I did get one instant phone call from Steven Spielberg, who said he watched the show with friends at a screening room and thought it was great, and it was a real pep talk. I love him for it, it was really appreciated.
“I would have loved the story to be ‘Moonlight’, this little film that has nobody traditional in it but celebrates African-American LGBT culture, won best picture. It’s a tremendous landmark and underdog story, and that should have been the lead story.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Khloé Kardashian is “unbelievably happy” with Tristan Thompson.
The 32-year-old reality TV star is so smitten with the basketball star – who will turn 26 on March 13 – that she is even skipping her best friend Malika Haqq’s upcoming birthday celebrations to spend time with him on his special day.
Malika – who will be 34 on March 10 – told Us Weekly: “She is so unbelievably happy and I couldn’t be happier for her. [She’s doing] amazing.
“My real goal is to celebrate my birthday every year somewhere where I haven’t been, so it starts this year. It’s a complete girls’ trip to the Dominican Republic. Khloé is not going to make it. Her boyfriend’s birthday is actually March 13, so she will be with him, but we are going to connect and celebrate together.”
Meanwhile, Malika recently split from ‘Jersey Shore’ star Ronnie Magro after just a few weeks of dating but insists she is happy to be single.
She said: “I’m very single. We don’t speak [anymore]. I wouldn’t say it’s on bad terms, but it’s not all that comfortable.”
Malika previously enjoyed a brief flirtation with Khloe’s younger brother Rob – who is now in an on/off relationship with Blac Chyna, the mother of his four-month-old daughter Dream, but admitted she rarely sees him these days.
She said: “I haven’t seen Rob in a very long time, but I look forward to seeing him. We need to set it up so I can see him and the baby too. … I hear he’s on a great path. I hear good things.”

OHMYGOSSIP — New footage appears to show Louis Tomlinson’s girlfriend being attacked by two other females at LAX.
The One Direction singer was arrested after an altercation with a paparazzo at Los Angeles International Airport on Friday (03.03.17) but in new footage, obtained by RadarOnline, his girlfriend Eleanor Calder appears to have been physically threatened by two people before Louis rushed to her aid.
The clip shows Louis first intervening after the photographer took pictures of Eleanor and invaded her personal space. While she walked away, Louis tried to grab the man’s camera. The pair then appeared to struggle before Louis tripped and brought the photographer down with him.
Louis can be heard shouting “what the hell is happening?” and “can we get some help?” before rushing over to help Eleanor, who was pushed into a corner by the two females.
Airport security then intervened and Louis and Eleanor walked away.
Louis’ lawyer Martin Singer said: “The paparazzi provoked and caused the altercation that occurred with Louis. It’s not the first time that a paparazzi has created an altercation with a celebrity. While the altercation was going on with the paparazzi, three other individuals were attacking his girlfriend during this incident and he came to her defence.”
TMZ reported that Louis, 25, was later arrested and booked for simple battery. He was released on $20.000 bail but is due to appear in court in Los Angeles on March 29.

OHMYGOSSIP — Ariana Grande’s stage invader “just wanted a hug”.
15-year-old Phil Conley surprised the star by rushing on to the stage during the Philadelphia leg of her ‘Dangerous Woman’ tour last week but he insisted he just wanted to “say hi” to Ariana and get a cuddle.
He told TMZ: “We went up to the stage where they have a fence and she put her hands out when she was singing and she looked at us so I got the feeling she saw me. And at the end of the part where she was singing ‘Moonlight’, I thought the concert was over so I said that I wanted to meet her and just say hi and hug her.
“I was about to jump when the security guy walked by so I waited until he passed and then I jumped and I was on stage.
“I didn’t want to interrupt her song and ruin the concert so I stayed back and the security guards got my attention because they were all yelling at me.
“I think I scared her a little but she smiled and that’s when the security guy picked me up.”
In video footage, which emerged online, Ariana, 23, was seen kneeling at the front of the stage singing her ballad ‘Moonlight’ and surrounded by faux smoke when the young man crept up behind her and nervously tried to get her attention.
Security guards could then be seen storming the stage and attempt to grab the intruder before he dodged them and ran out of shot.
However, within moments, the seasoned professional resumed her song.
Ariana took to Instagram following the show to “thank” her Philly fans and made no mention of the incident.

OHMYGOSSIP — Viola Davis will receive the Harvard Foundation 2017 Artist of the Year Award.
The 51-year-old actress – who took home the award for Best Supporting Actress for her role in ‘Fences’ at the Oscars last month – will receive her award at a ceremony at Harvard’s Cultural Rhythms Festival on Saturday (04.03.17).
Meanwhile, Viola recently admitted she fears that her five-year-old daughter Genesis will grow up to be “entitled”.
When asked how she balances wanting Genesis to have more than she did as a child, and wanting her to appreciate what she has, Viola said: “You just listed my number one fear, which is entitlement. I never had a house; I do shop at Target, I buy all her clothes at Target or H&M. And maybe, if I’m feeling really good, Nordstrom Rack.”
And Viola said her husband and actor Julius Tennon, 63, helps her keep Genesis grounded as he always “holds her accountable” for the things she does.
Viola – who has been married to Julius since 2003 – said: “Julius is really tough. He has two beautiful children and seven grandkids. I came into a relationship where he already had children and grandchildren and raised his kids on his own, so he’s tough – he toes the line, but in a very loving way.
“He holds her accountable. Me, not so much – I’m the softie. Really, entitlement. Listen, there are poor kids who are entitled. So I pray.”
And Viola said she decided to have a child with her husband because she wanted her life to “mean something deeper”.
She explained: “I wanted my life to mean and be something deeper. That’s when the urge came, and the urge was just very, very, very, strong. So I have a kid now and she is just the light of our lives.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Adele almost fell over on stage at her concert in Brisbane, Australia, over the weekend.
The 28-year-old singer hit a “dodgy note” after she tripped on her custom-made Zuhair Murad gown, while climbing up some steps on stage and had the audience laughing as she explained what had happened.
According to Daily Mail Australia, Adele said: “I don’t know if you saw, but after you did your sing along to the Hello chorus, I nearly tripped up those stairs did you see me, Oh My God!
“I’ve never worn a dress like this, I’m basically celebrating ‘Beauty and the Beast’ coming out… but I forgot to lift it up and tried to run up and nearly fell over.
“I’m sure you heard my dodgy note afterwards, I f*****g s**t myself.”
Adele also joked about the heat in Brisbane, saying: “I’m sure you’re not sweating because you’re used to it.
“You also haven’t got your face on a 40 foot high screen in front of this many people.”
And she explained that she doesn’t use air conditioning because it affects her vocal chords, adding: “So I’m basically sweating like a pig all day long.”
Meanwhile, Adele recently hit out at those who compared her green Givenchy Grammys gown to that of the animated ogre Fiona from the ‘Shrek’ film franchise.
She said: “Before the Grammys I had this dress right, I wore this green dress, everyone said I looked like Fiona from Shrek. I don’t f***ing care. It was Givenchy Couture, they can say what they want.
“I worked out. Obviously I’m a large lady and I like eating food very much, but I was working out twice a day to fit into that Givenchy dress because it was quite tight. I was running a very long time to get fit for this but it never worked.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Bobby Brown paid tribute to his late daughter on her 24th birthday on Saturday (04.03.17).
The New Edition singer took to social media to share a number of pictures of Bobbi Kristina Brown, who passed away in July 2015 at the age of 22, six months after she was found unconscious in a bathtub at her home in Atlanta, Georgia.
Bobby captioned the pictures of his daughter: “TODAY WE CELEBRATE YOU BABY GIRL #BOBBIKRISTINABROWN (sic).”
He also shared a link to the website for The Bobbi Kristina Serenity House, which has been set up to raise awareness and funds for victims of domestic violence and he wrote: “LOVE YOU I MISS YOU & WITH EVERY BREATH OF EVERYDAY I WILL HONOR YOU HAPPY BIRTHDAY KRISSI (sic).”

Last year Bobbi’s boyfriend Nick Gordon was ordered to pay her family $36 million, after being found legally responsible for her death.
During the civil trial, the judge heard testimony from Bobbi’s famous father, as well as some of her friends, as he assessed the losses and attempted to place a value on the deceased’s life.
He said: “To determine the value of a life is pretty difficult. So the court has been back there primarily struggling with that particular issue.”
The damages awarded in the case – which alleged Bobbi Kristina died due to a violent altercation” with Nick, “after which he placed her in a bathtub, unconscious, after he injected her with a toxic mixture” – included $15 million for present value of life, $13.8 million for pain and suffering as a result of assault, $250,000 in punitive damages, $1.37 million for assault and battery and $1.575 million for money taken from an account, including allegedly stolen rings.
New Edition singer Bobby – who had Bobbi Kristina with late ex-wife Whitney Houston – said he was pleased with the outcome of the case, but urged prosecutors to press ahead with criminal proceedings.
He said in a statement: “I am pleased with the outcome of today’s court proceedings. I do know that Mr. Gordon will be unable to slander my daughter’s name in the future or obtain any benefits from the use of Krissy’s name.
“Finally, I do need for the District Attorney’s Office to step up and begin the criminal prosecution of Mr. Gordon. The delay in that matter is of great concern to me and my family. We need for District Attorney Howard to act now.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Louis Tomlinson has been released on $20,000 bail after being arrested at LAX on Friday (03.03.17).
The 25-year-old One Direction singer was taken into police custody following an altercation with a paparazzo at baggage claim, after he and his girlfriend Eleanor Calder flew in to Los Angeles International Airport from Las Vegas.
A source told TMZ that the paparazzo “was too close for Louis’ comfort, so he allegedly pulled the photographer to the floor by his legs. The photographer fell backwards and struck his back and head on the floor.”
Louis’ girlfriend also reportedly got into a physical altercation at the airport, with a woman who started recording her as she tried to leave.
And a source told The Sun: “Louis was really upset. After being filmed he told the snapper to stop, but he didn’t take kindly to the request.
“The row turned into a scuffle causing airport security to pull them apart.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Brad Pitt missed the Oscars to work on a sculpture.
The 53-year-old actor was one of the producers on Best Picture winner ‘Moonlight’ but was noticeably absent from the Academy Awards last weekend, and it has now been claimed he skipped the ceremony because he’s tied up with an art project.
A source told The Hollywood Reporter that the ‘World War Z’ actor had been at the Los Angeles studio of British artist Thomas Houseago for almost 10 days working on the piece, though it is unclear what form the finished work will take.
Brad and his estranged wife Angelina Jolie – with whom he raises six children – were avid art collectors during their marriage, with pieces by the likes of Banksy, Ed Ruscha and Schoony part of their $25 million collection.
And the ‘Moneyball’ star is also known for his love of architecture and design.
His friend, director Andrew Dominik, previously said: “I never wanted to be rich until I met Brad. Because he knows what to do with it.
“You go to the homes of most movie stars and they’re like really, really nice hotel rooms. Brad lives in pieces of art.
“There’s a breeze blowing through every window. As soon as you walk through the door, you feel stoned.”
Brad – who teamed up with Frank Pollaro for a high-end furniture collection in 2012 – also loves spending quiet time in galleries and museums.

OHMYGOSSIP — Thomas Sadoski already thinks Amanda Seyfried is an “incredible mom”.
The couple are expecting their first child together and while the ‘Newsroom’ star admitted he is “more terrified” than he’s ever been at the prospect of parenthood, his worries have been eased by how capable his fiancée is and he couldn’t be more “proud” of her.
He told Us Weekly magazine: “I am more proud of Amanda than I’ve ever been of anybody in my entire life because she’s been an incredible mom already, and we haven’t even gotten to go time yet.
“She’s just so thoughtful, careful, loving, caring, giving, kind, generous, fun, funny. You can see it all going in there.
“And that level of attention that is being paid already, with all of that focus and energy and that kindness and goodness of spirit and heart, it’s an amazing thing to witness.”
The 40-year-old actor first met Amanda when they starred together in 2015 play ‘The Way We Get By’ and their romantic relationship began when they filmed movie ‘The Last Word’ last year.
And Thomas admitted he had long been an admirer of Amanda’s work before they collaborated together, and starring alongside the 31-year-old beauty only made him more impressed by her.
He said: “First and foremost, she’s one of the artists in this business that I have a tremendous amount — and have had a tremendous amount — of respect for for a very long time.
“[Working with her] did nothing but sort of reinforce my belief that she is an incredibly courageous, incredibly dedicated and incredibly soulful artist.”
Meanwhile, Amanda recently admitted she is “ready” to give birth.

OHMYGOSSIP — Dame Joan Collins used to own a “huge collection” of camel memorabilia.
The ‘Time of Their Lives’ actress developed an obsession with the mammals not long after she first moved to Hollywood and had begun collecting palm tree pictures, which also featured the he creatures.
She said: “The camel. I think it started when I first came to Hollywood aged 20 and I became enamoured of palm trees. I started collecting pictures of palm trees and a lot of them had camels in them. I thought, ‘That’s a really different animal’, and I started collecting camels in brass, silver, ceramics and paintings. I’ve got rid of it now, but I had a huge collection. I like dromedaries too.”
The 83-year-old actress is feeling very thankful that the people who used to live next door to her and husband Percy Gibson have now moved away because she couldn’t bear the smells of their household.
Asked the worst smell in the world, she said: “It used to be my next-door neighbours, but luckily they’ve moved. It was the smell of their cooking, and they left their garbage out.”
And when she is at home, Joan loves to make spaghetti bolognaise for her family.
She told Empire magazine: “[My signature dish is] spaghetti Bolognese. I learnt to make it when I was making ‘Esther And The King’ in Rome. It’s my go-to dish when I have my children and grandchildren over, and it’s fabulous. You simmer it for a very long time, with plenty of onion, tomatoes and olive oil.”
And the glamorous star also likes to design her own clothes.
She revealed: “I design clothes. I would say I design a good 50 per cent of my clothes.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Arnold Schwarzenegger wishes he could go back in time to stop himself having an affair.
The 69-year-old actor’s marriage to Maria Shriver – with whom he has children Katherine, 27, Christina, 25, Patrick, 23, and 19-year-old Christopher – broke down in 2011 when he admitted he had fathered a child, Joseph, then 14, with their maid Mildred Baena, and while he knows he can’t change the past, he is still trying to move on from his mistake.
He told Men’s Journal: “You do think about it every so often. And I can beat myself up as much as I want — it’s not gonna change the situation. So the key thing is, how do you move forward? How do you have a great relationship with your kids?
“You can’t go back — if I could, in reality, be Terminator, of course I would go back in time and would say, ‘Arnold … no.’
“You know, it’s always easy to be smart in hindsight. That’s not the way it works.”
The ‘Terminator’ actor also opened up about being beaten by his father, Gustav, when he was younger, but insists he doesn’t feel like he was singled out and thinks his dad acted the way he did because he was still traumatised from World War II, in which he suffered a spinal wound.
He said: “Those who were in the war were affected deeply, not just because they lost but also because of the tremendous amount of punishment that a man goes through in those battles.
“What happened to me happened to other kids.
“I didn’t feel like, ‘Oh, I’m getting treated differently.’ ”
While Arnold would turn back time if he could, he previously insisted he didn’t regret any of the mistakes he’s made in his life.
Asked if he’d do anything differently if he could go back in time, he said: “I don’t know if I would change anything. I’d leave it alone, even with the mistakes I made.
“Overall – even with the failures – my life has been blessed and I am a happy person and I wouldn’t change my life with anyone else’s.”
Instead, the former ‘Celebrity Apprentice’ host – who is now dating Heather Milligan – tries to learn from his mistakes.
He added: “I’ve learned to be positive; and to get up and make sure that you undo as much of the damage that you can and that you think twice before you make mistakes. And think about what effect they have on other people.
“Everyone has their setbacks and everyone had times when they fell.
“What I did all the time is just get up and not whine about it.”

OHMYGOSSIP — David Beckham and Ed Sheeran left a pub after being taunted by rival sports fans.
The former England captain and his oldest son Brooklyn, who turned 18 on Saturday (04.03.17) were enjoying a drink with their friend and neighbour on Thursday (02.03.17) when a group of Wales fans, who had just watched ‘Don’t Take Me Home’, a documentary about their national soccer team’s 2016 World Cup campaign, began singing and mocking the retired player.
And in the end, the trio decided got tired of the attention and decided to cut their night short.
A source told The Sun newspaper: “The boys were enjoying a catch up when suddenly the pub was taken over by Welsh fans at around 8.30pm.
“They tried to remain discreet wearing beanies and caps but the supporters recognised them and sang Welsh anthems, buoyed by the fact the pub was decked in Welsh flags.
“It started to get a bit annoying, forcing Becks to call it a night.
“He couldn’t be bothered with it.”
On Friday (03.03.17), 41-year-old David warned he will be posting “many photos” of Brooklyn this weekend to mark his milestone birthday.
David – who also has children Romeo, 14, Cruz, 12, and Harper, five, with his wife Victoria Beckham – shared a photo of his oldest child as a toddler on Instagram and wrote: “This little man turns 18 tomorrow so as you can imagine I have many photos to post so here we go … Happy 18th eve to my handsome young man and best friend … @brooklynbeckham @victoriabeckham #18mañana (sic).”

OHMYGOSSIP — Gigi Hadid’s mother Yolanda Hadid taught her the importance of “hard work” in the modelling industry.
The 21-year-old model – who is currently the face of Tommy Hilfiger and has recently released her second collection under the brand – was warned about the ups and the downs of the fashion world by the 53-year-old former model, who told her that if you don’t put the hours in and make an effort with your appearance there will always be another girl who is “more beautiful” and “harder working” than you that will take the job.
Speaking to Italian newspaper Corriere della Sera about her mother’s influence on her work, Gigi said: “One of the reasons why I have to thank her is that I’ve come to the fashion industry world without illusions: she told me everything to prepare me. She told me about casting in terrible and humid basements in London. She told me about other models who cut your tail during the night before the show. When the supermodels of the 90s say that we are not like them they say something true. We were born in different times but we work hard too. In different ways. I was one of the first ones who started this thing, who started to communicate through social media, but I made it with my mentality, or actually the mentality my mom gave me.
“If you are not the girl who is working harder than the other girls there will be one more beautiful than you, one who is going to work harder than you.”
One of the things the fashion muse – who is dating former One Direction star Zayn – prides herself on, is being a “pleasant person” who people want to work with, which why she feels she has landed her “dream” jobs over the years.
She previously explained: “Being a pleasant person in general, then more opportunities come to you. Half the stuff I’ve done in the last few years I never would’ve dreamed of.”
