OHMYGOSSIP — Fearne Cotton knows her marriage will never be “perfect”.
The 35-year-old presenter has penned a touching letter to her 18-month-old daughter Honey, and in it she opened up about her “gorgeous” life with musician spouse Jesse Wood and hailed him as her “soulmate”, though she acknowledged that, like every relationship, there are minor flaws.
Fearne – who also has four-year-old son Rex with her husband – wrote in Britain’s Cosmopolitan magazine: “Married life to your dad is gorgeous.
“I have found my soul mate and a very lovely one at that… He is kind, caring, open, honest and very funny… Yes, he leaves his pants on the bathroom floor and the cupboards open after he has made a cup of tea, but hey, that’s marriage.
“No set-up will ever be perfect because life is not supposed to be that way. Speak openly to your partner and always listen. Love them with every inch of your heart, but only if they shower you in the same. Find someone who makes your heart sing and illuminates all your best bits.”
And Fearne also advised her daughter to stay away from men who want to change her when she gets older.
She continued: “You should never have to put up with someone who tries to change you.
“I once dated someone who asked me not to have any more tattoos, which, as you can imagine, made me instantly go out and get a massive one inked on my back.
“He wasn’t happy, and I couldn’t understand it because it was my body. Women have come way too far in the world for that sort of submission.”
And when Honey does encounter heartbreak, Fearne doesn’t want her to deal with it in the ways she has done in the past.
She wrote: “”Looking back, I have been thrown big lumps of heartache to digest and have processed them in many different ways. Sometimes I have shut myself off from the world and wallowed in sad music and darkened rooms, while on other occasions I have gone out partying to shake away all of the pain.
“I would suggest somewhere in the middle of the two. Don’t fast-track into party mode too soon because you could find yourself alone, drunk and a bit lost, as I have many times over the years.”

OHMYGOSSIP — David Letterman thinks comedy could spark the downfall of President Donald Trump.
The 69-year-old former talk show host wishes people would stopped being shocked by the US leader’s statements and instead focus on “protecting” themselves from him.
And David insists jokes at Trump’s expense – such as Alec Baldwin’s infamous ‘Saturday Night Live’ impressions – are the perfect way to pile on the pressure as they distract the president from other issues.
He said: “I’m tired of people being bewildered about everything he says, ‘I can’t believe he said that.’
“We gotta stop that and instead figure out ways to protect ourselves from him. We know he’s crazy. We gotta take care of ourselves here now.
“Comedy’s one of the ways that we can protect ourselves. Alec Baldwin deserves a Presidential Medal of Freedom. Sadly, he’s not going to get it from this president.
“[Trump] has such thin skin that if you keep pressure on him — I remember there was a baseball game in Cleveland, and a swarm of flies came on the field and the batters were [swatting flies] while the pitcher was throwing 100 miles an hour.
“Well, that’s Alec Baldwin and ‘Saturday Night Live’. It’s distracting the batter. Eventually Trump’s going to take a fastball off the sternum and have to leave the game.”
While David – who quit late night TV in 2015 after 33 years – insists he has no desire to get back on screen, he admits he would love the chance to confront the president about “lying” and give him a “bit of a scolding”.
He told New York magazine: “I would just start with a list. ‘You did this. You did that. Don’t you feel stupid for having done that, Don? And who’s this goon Steve Bannon, and why do you want a white supremacist as one of your advisers? Come on, Don, we both know you’re lying. Now, stop it.’
“I think I would be in the position to give him a bit of a scolding and he would have to sit there and take it. Yeah, I would like an hour with Donald Trump; an hour and a half.”
And the outspoken star also claimed the president has a “mental disorder”.
Discussing the merits of social media, he said: “The idea of Twitter: Trumpy — my son, Harry, and I call him ‘Trumpy’ — has really got something with it.
“Rather than a laughable expression of ego run amok, it could be a useful tool.
“If we get a president sometime soon who does not have a mental disorder, Twitter will be useful.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Melanie C has defended Louis Tomlinson following his recent arrest.
The One Direction star was released on bail after an altercation with a paparazzo and two girls at Los Angeles International Airport on Friday (03.03.17), and the former Spice Girls singer sympathises with him because she has been in a similar situation where the “frenzied” attention left her unable to think clearly.
Speaking on ‘Good Morning Britain’, she said: “It can be quite traumatic, that sounds a little overdramatic.
“There are times, I should imagine with Louis and what the boys have been through, that they have been at the height of their success and they are constantly pursued.
“And I think you come into an environment like that and it’s quite frenzied and it’s quite chaotic and you have a fight-or-flight response sometimes.
“I know it’s a very long time since I’ve been in that situation but I had one time many years ago.
“It was towards the end of my time with the Spice Girls, and I was pursued in a car and I actually ended up hitting another car because you don’t think.
“You’re not in a sensible frame of mind, you are in that fight-or-flight response.
“I really feel for Louis. Obviously he needs some protection and he shouldn’t really have been left in that situation.
“You have to try and control yourself as much as you can but we are all human.”
Following the incident, Louis – who was with his girlfriend Eleanor Calder – was arrested and booked for simple battery. He was originally released on $20.000 bail but won’t have to pay out unless he fails to attend court in Los Angeles on March 29.
His lawyer Martin Singer said: “The paparazzi provoked and caused the altercation that occurred with Louis. It’s not the first time that a paparazzi has created an altercation with a celebrity. While the altercation was going on with the paparazzi, three other individuals were attacking his girlfriend during this incident and he came to her defence.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Tinie Tempah used to be “very nervous” of fame.
The 28-year-old musician has admitted he never used to be able to handle his celebrity status and the recognition he would receive from the public if he took public transport, although now he has embraced it and believes people are “more intimidated” by him.
Speaking about how he handles his fame to Eurostar Metropolitan magazine, the ‘Written In The Stars’ hitmaker said: “I took the tube to the airport the other day. I used to be very nervous of fame: shy, head down. Now I’ve realised people are more intimidated by me than I am by them.
“I’m like a spider on the Underground.”
And the vocalist has revealed he has studied up and coming artists every moment of the day so he can “absorb everything” about them, including the jokes they make, to help him develop his own music and stand out as an individual artist.
Tinie – who has been working on his latest album ‘Youth’ – explained: “Even when I go to bed, I’m still thinking about this. I watch every single type of musician, everything about them: what they wear, how they talk, what their videos like, what jokes they make. I watch and absorb everything.
“I’m not trying to be like an American rapper, I’m doing it my own way.”
And Tinie – whose full name is Patrick Chukwuemeka Okogwu – has hinted he doesn’t want to be a celebrity known for “scandals”, and has likened himself to a tortoise because he would rather progress slowly with his future than do something to tarnish his title for the sake of being known.

OHMYGOSSIP — Ronaldo invited Ed Sheeran to his home to show off his dance routine to ‘Thinking Out Loud’.
The 40-year-old Brazilian professional footballer – whose full name is Ronaldo Luís Nazário de Lima – is believed to have asked the ‘Shape of You’ vocalist to come to his mansion in Sao Paolo, to put on a special performance him and his girlfriend, Celina Locks, had practiced to his 2014 hit single, according to The Sun Online.
Speaking about the unforgettable moment after his concert in the popular city in 2015, which was the first time the pair had met, the flame-haired musician said: “I met Ronaldo and he came to my concert and invited us to his house which has a club in it.
“We went there and he showed me my dance routine from the ‘Thinking Out Loud’ video.
“He had learned it with his girlfriend, which was amazing.”
And the 26-year-old singer songwriter – who is currently dating Cherry Seaborn – is already excited to see the sportsman and his partner in the future, because he thinks he is “cool”.

The 24-year-old musician was “really excited” for her 17-year-old sibling to take to the stage and perform her single ‘Make Me (Cry)’ at the music extravaganza, which took place at The Forum in Inglewood, California, over the weekend, and the blonde beauty proved her support to Noah by wearing a sign with “I Love Noah Cyrus” emblazoned across it as she introduced the act.
Speaking at the bash, the ‘Wrecking Ball’ hitmaker said: “I am really excited. This next performer is, without a doubt, the coolest person I know. Her voice is amazing, her songwriting is beautiful and relatable.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Keith Duffy was reportedly “attacked” in a nightclub by six men.
The 42-year-old musician – who is known for being in the band Boyzone alongside Mikey Graham, Ronan Keating, Shane Lynch and the late Stephen Gately – is believed to have been assaulted by a group of males at a VIP area in Lillie’s Bordello in Dublin, Ireland, in the early hours of last Sunday morning.
Speaking about the ordeal, a source told The Mirror Online: “He got a few digs – there were a few of them. There was six on one.”
And it has been reported the brawl broke out after his wife, Lisa, was bombarded by verbal abuse, which led the ‘No Matter What’ hitmaker to intervene and defend his partner, with who he has 20-year-old son Jay and 16-year-old daughter Mia with.
The source explained: “Six guys surrounded him in the club after Lisa came running looking for him.
“She was upset by the behaviour of these guys.”
It is believed security at the club eventually stepped in, but by which time the vocalist and his partner had already left to go home.
The incident is believed to have “really upset” Keith’s wife, because it was “unprovoked” and came out of nowhere.
An onlooker said: “Lisa was really upset. They just set on Keith, there was no reason for it, it was unprovoked,’ said an onlooker.”
Earlier in the evening Keith and Lisa had enjoyed a family meal with their oldest child at Saba restaurant to celebrate his new acting role in ‘Handsome Devil’.
And, prior to the attack, Keith had gushed about his brood and how impressed he was by his latest movie.
He previously tweeted: “Ok so, I had no idea what to expect @handsomefilm I’m blown away @Jay_Duffy96 Your Aunty Steo would be so proud as is your father ! #tears (sic).”
Meanwhile, neither Keith or Lisa have commented on the attack.

OHMYGOSSIP — Louis Tomlinson appeared to accidentally cause a photographer to fall when he grabbed his camera in an airport row.
The former One Direction star was released on bail after an altercation with a paparazzo and two girls at Los Angeles International Airport on Friday (03.03.17), and video footage shows the singer lunging for Karl Larssen’s equipment to stop him taking pictures of girlfriend Eleanor Calder, before he seemingly fell as he bent to pick something up, knocked into the photographer, causing him to land flat on his back.
A source observed: “Louis got into an argument with the photographer when he refused to stop taking ­pictures of Eleanor.
“When he eventually walked away they bumped into each other and got tangled up.
“It’s clear that no assault took place.
“The video shows that.”
Louis then walked away but had to wade in when Eleanor got involved in an altercation with some female fans.
In video footage obtained by RadarOnline, Louis can be heard shouting “What the hell is happening?” and “Can we get some help?” before rushing over to help Eleanor, who was pushed into a corner by the females.
Louis attempted to intervene and pull the women off his girlfriend, and as he did so, hit the ground himself.
A source told The Sun newspaper: “He spotted Eleanor being attacked and rushed over to split them up.
“Eleanor had spotted them filming and asked them to stop, which is when they started fighting her and pushed her into a corner.
“Louis pulled them apart and in the process went flying on to the ground himself.
“All he was doing was defending his girlfriend.
“His focus was getting Eleanor and himself to safety.”
And video footage has also emerged of one of the females in the incident revealing her intentions to put the One Direction star in jail after the altercation.
The clip begins with the woman and her friend answering police questions.
She said: “I was with the girl over here, I had the phone here.
She then spoke on her phone to a friend, before realising she was being filmed, and smiled at the camera and said: “Yeah I’m gonna press charges… Yeah he’s going to go to jail”
Asked what happened, she said: “The guy socked me.
“She just pulled my phone, we started fighting, then the guy just grabbed me and threw me to the floor and he socked me and that’s it.”
She then showed the camera a small cut on her left eye.
The ‘Just Hold On’ hitmaker was later arrested and booked for simple battery. He was originally released on $20.000 bail but won’t have to pay out unless he fails to attend court in Los Angeles on March 29.

OHMYGOSSIP — Shannen Doherty is feeling “great and lucky”.
The former ‘Beverly Hills 90210’ is much stronger after completing chemotherapy and radiotherapy treatment for her battle with breast cancer and was delighted to host the Animal Hope and Wellness Foundation’s Gratitude Gala on Saturday (04.03.17) and walk the red carpet with the charity’s founder, Marc Ching.
She told People magazine: “I feel great. I feel great, I feel like lucky.
“Lucky that I’m here, lucky that I’m standing next to Marc, lucky that I get to be a part of this foundation, lucky that we get to be a voice tonight for the voiceless and just lucky.”
Despite being praised for her bravery during her cancer fight, Shannen insists she isn’t an inspiration.
She told ‘Entertainment Tonight’: “I don’t consider myself an inspiration. Marc is an inspiration to me, that’s an inspiration.
“I think what he faces on a daily basis makes my cancer look mild, because that’s something that chemo doesn’t get rid of and radiation doesn’t get rid of — what he bears witness to.
“So, you know, if I inspire someone, great. But this man is my inspiration.”
After the gala, which took place at W Hollywood in California, the 45-year-old star’s husband, Kurt Iwarienko, shared an extract from his wife’s speech, in which she spoke of how inspired she felt by the animals rescued by AHWF.
Kurt wrote on Instagram: “The animals Marc rescues touch my heart. I see the ones he saves…. I see their spirit, I see their drive to live, and most importantly their ability to forgive and to once again love. I see all of this, and I gotta tell you, I am so humbled. They’ve encouraged me to face adversity with the same strength and grace they display in the face of destruction.(sic)”
He added: “This was from her speech last night hosting a charity gala for @animalhopeandwellness in Hollywood.

The ‘Chained to the Rhythm’ hitmaker was left embarrassed after realising she’d posed for photographs on the red carpet at the iHeart Radio Music Awards at The Forum in Inglewood, California, on Sunday (05.03.17) with food caught in her back teeth and wished someone had warned her beforehand.
She shared an extreme close-up photo of her teeth on Instagram and captioned the image: “Currently taking applications for real friends who aren’t afraid to tell me there’s quinoa in my teeth.”
The 32-year-old beauty – who recently split from boyfriend Orlando Bloom – recently had her long locks chopped into a platinum blonde pixie crop and wants to “redefine what it means to be feminine” with her new do, which was inspired by the short crops sported by Miley Cyrus and Scarlett Johansson.
After radio host Elvis Duran commented on her new look at the awards, she said: “Yeah, if you’re going this extreme it should, hello! I’m trying to get more attention, obviously. You can just grow it back.

OHMYGOSSIP — David Cassidy has revealed he is suffering from laryngitis on top of dementia.
The 66-year-old pop legend performed with his band at their final concert at B.B. King Blues Club & Grill in Manhattan on Saturday (04.03.17), and before singing his debut single ‘I Think I Love You’, he told the crowd he’d like to be remembered as the person who brought “light and love” to his fans, whilst also sharing he’s suffering with inflammation of the voice box.
He told the crowd: “I’m not sure if it was Dr. Phil or someone recently asked me, ‘What do you want your legacy to be?’
“I guess the fact that everything I’ve done in my life was to bring light and love into all of the world that I was able to touch because you gave it back to me a 100k times.
“So this. Also long as I have breath left in my body – ignoring my laryngitis, I’m going to sing this song for the rest of my life. And it is something that I treasure, I know many of you do as well, it had such an impact on my life. I don’t know how to describe it.”
David previously insisted he “certainly wasn’t intoxicated” when he was seen falling offstage during a gig last month and doesn’t like going out as much now as he worries people will get the wrong end of the stick.
Speaking to Dr. Phil McGraw, he previously said: “When friends of yours or family members begin to say to you, ‘Remember, I just told you this two days ago,’ and there’s no memory of it, that’s when I began to be very concerned.
“I certainly wasn’t intoxicated, and it has nothing to do with why I’m leaving [the industry]. Certainly, my dementia has contributed to the reason why I don’t want to go out, and I don’t want to hear, ‘Well, he looked like he was drunk.’ … I wasn’t.”
David opened up about his battle with dementia, a condition which is marked by memory disorders and personality changes, and the struggle of witnessing his own mother Evelyn Ward “disappear” into dementia until her death at the age of 89.
He said: “I was in denial, but a part of me always knew this was coming … I want to focus on what I am, who I am and how I’ve been without any distractions. I want to love. I want to enjoy life …
“In the end, the only way I knew she [his mother] recognised me is with one single tear that would drop from her eye every time I walked into the room. … I feared I would end up that way.”
David has struggled with substance abuse in the past and did a stint in rehab in 2014 to help him deal with his demons, most likely prompted by when he was charged with driving under the influence (DUI) in November 2010 and again in August 2013 and January 2014.

OHMYGOSSIP — Louis Tomlinson has reportedly told pals he was just “protecting his girlfriend” after he was arrested and charged at LAX airport.
The former One Direction star was released on bail after an altercation with a paparazzi and two girls at Los Angeles International Airport on Friday (03.03.17), and according to an insider, the 25-year-old singer was simply stepping in to break up the brawl between the overzealous fans and his girlfriend Eleanor Calder.
A source told The Mirror Online: “Those girls were attacking Eleanor and Louis rushed in and pushed them away. He is adamant everything he did was to protect his girlfriend and that is what he has been telling his friends.”
The incident occurred at baggage claim at the Los Angeles airport, when Louis tried to stop a paparazzo from taking pictures of Eleanor, 24.
As he tussled with the photographer, Louis tripped and appeared to accidentally drag the snapper to the floor with him, with the man claiming he hit his head.

OHMYGOSSIP — Thomas Rhett has adjusted his tour bus to accommodate his children.
The 26-year-old musician is expecting his first baby and is adopting another child with his wife Lauren, and because the vocalist is desperate to “integrate” his brood into his life he has made alterations to the vehicle by fitting it with a crib so his family can accompany him on his travels.
Speaking to ET Online about the preparations he has made ahead of the birth, the dark haired hunk said: “We’ve already added a crib to our tour bus.
“We’re trying to make all the right alterations to make sure that our kids can come out [on tour].
“I wish I got a break, but I doubt it’s going to happen. We’re just going to try to integrate them into our lives as much as possible and try to just create as much of a normal lifestyle as possible.”
And the vocalist is bracing himself for the sleepless nights to come when his baby arrives by getting as much rest as he can now.
He explained: “I’m getting all the sleep I can right now, because I know that I’m about to not sleep ever.”
Thomas – who married his partner in 2012 – thinks it is “so nice” he and his spouse do not have to keep the pregnancy a secret anymore and Lauren is free to “rock” her burgeoning baby bump, although they are keeping details of the adoption under wraps.
The ‘Die A Happy Man’ hitmaker said: “It was really hard [to keep it a secret]. You know, she’s almost 18 weeks now, so we’ve kind of had to keep it a secret for a long time, but now it’s so nice that she can rock that awesome baby bump.
“The adoption is final, but we’re trying to keep as much of that under wraps as possible until she’s back home. Just for safety purposes and all that. But we’re so excited to have two kids running around our house in the next five or six months.”

The 41-year-old singer – who makes up one fifth of the popular band Steps alongside Faye Tozer, Claire Richards, Lee Latchford-Evans and Ian ‘H’ Watkins – has revealed the group, who confirmed they were getting back together earlier this year, had to keep details of their return and their new album “hush-hush” for over 24 months, although she still “can’t believe” they are finally reuniting again to mark their 20th anniversary.
Speaking about joining forces with the team again, which will see them release their fifth studio LP ‘Tears on the Dancefloor’ next month, the brunette beauty said: “We’re all excited! We can’t believe the day is nearly here after having to keep everything hush-hush for the last two years.
“This is two years in the making. We really wanted to celebrate twenty years of Steps – we’re very proud of it – and fans seemed to want that also. So it started two years ago with the five of us, then we met our new management who’ve just been fantastic.”
Lisa is over the moon she is back with the band because it has been “the biggest part” of her life.
She explained: “We’ve all had different chapters in our lives but the constant for everybody is Steps. It’s been the biggest part of my life – I mean, it’s literally been half my life! Steps means the world to me.”
And the ‘5, 6, 7, 8’ hitmakers believe their upcoming record will take them into a “new era”, which will see them re-gain the support of their existing fans but also gain new supporters.
Lisa told Popjustice.com: “I think nostalgia knows know age. And while a lot of this is about nostalgia, I do feel like the album takes us into the new era. I’d hope there’ll be a crossover where initially there’ll be fans coming back, but what I’m also excited about is new people coming along too.
“I think Steps have evolved, we’ve grown up together, we’re celebrating twenty years, and it’s all very fresh.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Kristen Stewart has “grown out” of feeling uncomfortably shy.
The ‘Twilight’ star grew up in the spotlight and admits she “used to try too hard” but says her nerves have settled down now.
She said: “I’d definitely lost my nerve. I used to try too hard, because I was nervous. I felt so uncomfortable addressing the public. I’ve just grown out of it.”
And whilst her starring role as Bella Swan in the fantasy film series propelled her to fame, Kristen insists she has “never felt bogged down” by the movie and feels it has shaped her “enormously”.
She added: “I really never felt bogged down by Twilight … Every step turns you into the person you are, and yeah, Twilight shaped me enormously. Not just those movies, but the subsequent effect. It made my involvement in Sils Maria more interesting, for sure – ironic and meta.
“I don’t view the whole Twilight blow-up as being generally traumatic. It would take someone with a really unhealthy amount of ego to be upset that everyone doesn’t love them. It would be silly to say I don’t care what people think of my work and who I am, but stuff is polarising, period.”
And the 26-year-old actress is keen to “push herself” going into the future.
She told The Sunday Times’ Culture magazine: “I want to push myself. In my life, when I’m emotional about something, I’m an extreme person.
“Subtlety is not my go-to. I just don’t want to fake anything, but the best opportunities for me are whenever I feel a little bit scared.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Sir Patrick Stewart thinks about death “every day” now.
The ‘Logan’ star admits he has thought more about mortality since his friends – which includes Alan Rickman and Alan Howard – passed away in the last few years.
He said: “It really has been absolutely brutal. There have been individuals who I’ve not been able to fully absorb: Alan Rickman, Roger Rees, Alan Howard. They were my contemporaries. My friends …
“[I think about mortality] every day now. It’s giving me a focus that I haven’t had before … My wife is half my age. So we talk frankly about it, her career, my career, how we use our time. I mean, why not? We’ve got to face it.”
And the 76-year-old actor – who is married to Sunny Ozell -also opened up about his childhood, which saw his father turn to the bottle to cope with his shell shock.
He told The Sunday Times newspaper: “Nobody ever talked about it. Nobody knew; my mother, I don’t think she knew that he was shell-shocked. Nothing justifies violence against women or children. Nothing. But it puts it into a context that at least makes it understandable …
“It took me years to finally be able to say that this is part of who I am. Now I’m either going to benefit from it, or I’m not. I’m going to take it on board and not deny it and say it never happened …
“One of the great things about living in Los Angeles is you’ve got access to five-star therapists. They’re everywhere … There’s all this s**t there, but that’s one of the fortunate things about being an actor: no experience is ever wasted.”
