KT Tunstall worries about AI influence

OHMYGOSSIP — KT Tunstall feels concerned by the rise of AI technology.
The 48-year-old singer fears the potential influence of AI in the music industry – but KT also trusts that humans can still recognise heartfelt music when they hear it.
The ‘Suddenly I See’ hitmaker told Sky News: “If you look at all the songs that have stayed in popular culture from the ’50s, ’60s, ’70s, ’80s, there were tonnes of songs coming out then as well that haven’t been remembered, but the ones that we all still sing at karaoke, the ones we still play, are the ones that are lived, real, authentic experiences by the writers. And that emotion comes through.
“We recognise as a fellow human being that they’re talking about something we’ve gone through and something we understand. And a robot’s never going to do that.”
Similarly, Kings of Leon star Caleb Followill recently admitted that he feels “scared” of AI technology.
The 42-year-old star confessed to feeling a “little nervous” about AI’s ever-increasing influence on the music industry – although Caleb joked that he’s “kind of an old man”.
The musician told Sky News: “I am scared of it though, I think, maybe, a little bit.
“I’ve seen some stuff that makes me a little nervous.”
Caleb also feels that AI isn’t needed in order to recreate the Kings of Leon sound.
Caleb – who co-founded the band more than 20 years ago – explained: “As far as music, it doesn’t take AI to sound like us, my god.
“We’re still learning how to play, so our skill level is still very much achievable by just human beings. It’s not going to take aliens or artificial intelligence.”

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs accused of drugging and raping student in new lawsuit

OHMYGOSSIP — A woman has accused Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs of drugging and raping her multiple times when she was a student.
April Lampros has filed a lawsuit against the 54-year-old rap mogul, who she claimed showered her with gifts and flowers after they met in New York, but things took a darker turn when they met up in a bar in 1995 and ended up back in his hotel room.
The former Fashion Institute of Technology student claimed Diddy plied her with alcohol and when they returned to the rapper’s room at the Millennium Hotel, she began to feel ill and as if “the walls were closing in” on her as the ‘I’ll Be Missing You’ hitmaker allegedly started to force himself on her, and though she was still conscious, she was unable to defend herself when he began raping her.
April woke the following day “nude, sore and confused.”
Months later, Diddy got back in touch and began pursuing her again by offering access to music industry events.
According to TMZ, her lawyer wrote: “[She was a] hopeful yet naive college student and took Mr. Combs at his word and believed that the first rape was a possible mulligan and decided to give him a second chance.”
But as they walked to his car in a parking garage when going out for dinner, the ‘Coming Home’ hitmaker allegedly forced his date to perform oral sex on him and was unconcerned when an attendant saw them.
April claimed she then started turning down Diddy’s invitations, which prompted him to develop a “mobster persona” as he grew angry, calling her repeatedly and threatening to blacklist her in the industry.
In 1996, April was “ordered” to Diddy’s apartment, and on arrival was introduced to his then-partner, the late Kim Porter. The accuser claimed the musician forced ecstasy down her throat then demanded she had sex with Kim while he masturbated, before he allegedly raped her again.
The woman broke things off in 1998 but then had a clash with Kim at the restaurant where she worked, which she alleged led to her getting fired after Kim told the restaurant owner she had tried to poison her and Diddy would shut down his business if he didn’t dismiss his employee.
According to the lawsuit, the pair ran into one another one last time at the Rockefeller Center around the end of 2000 and Diddy – who was dating Jennifer Lopez at the time – went back to April’s apartment where he allegedly suddenly “violently grabbed her and forced himself onto her” but he left when she fought him off.
Elsewhere in the suit, April claimed last year someone told her then-boyfriend he had seen a video of her having sex with Diddy, and she has now been told their encounter was recorded without her knowledge and shown the footage to multiple people.
She is suing the ‘Victory’ rapper for sexual assault, battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress and also lists Bad Boy Records, Arista and Sony Music Entertainment as defendants, arguing the companies enabled him to commit the crimes.
Diddy was hit with a wave of lawsuits in late 2023 and early 2024, including allegations of sex trafficking and sexual assault.
The cases remain active, and he has denied all claims against him.

Sean Kingston arrested hours after mother as warrant issued for ‘numerous fraud and theft charges’

OHMYGOSSIP — Sean Kingston was arrested on Thursday (23.05.24) after a warrant was issued for “numerous fraud and theft charges”.
The 34-year-old singer – whose real name is Kisean Anderson – was performing in California when he was detained, hours after a South Florida mansion he was renting was raided and his mother, Janice Turner, 61, was taken into custody.
The Broward Sheriff’s Office told PEOPLE in a statement: “This evening, police in Fort Irwin, California, arrested Kisean Anderson, aka Sean Kingston without incident on a Broward Sheriff’s Office arrest warrant for numerous fraud and theft charges.
“According to investigators, he will be booked into jail in San Bernardino, Calif.”
The Sheriff’s Office confirmed the warrants were served at a Southwest Ranches property in Florida following an ongoing investigation.
Before his arrest, Sean wrote on his Instagram Stories: “People love negative energy! I am good and so is my mother!
“My lawyers are handling everything as we speak.”
According to The New York Post newspaper’s Page Six column, Sean was arrested during his gig on US Army base Fort Irwin, which is in the desert and around 150 miles away from Los Angeles.
The ‘Beautiful Girls’ singer was booked to perform for the United States Army’s Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) Programs.
The arrests are said to have been made following a lawsuit between Ver Ver Entertainment and the singer.
In the lawsuit, which was filed in February, the company are alleging breach of contract and fraud over the purchase of a 232-inch Colossal TV and a sound system, which is thought to be worth around $110,000.
According to documents seen by the publication, Sean is said to have promised to make promotional videos about the products with his good friend and ‘Eenie Meenie’ collaborator Justin Bieber.
It claims in the lawsuit: “[Kingston] made these false statements to induce Plaintiff into a 232-inch installing Colossal TV and sound system with as small a down payment as possible.”
According to the publication, it was agreed for Sean to send a $30,000 down payment and then a second payment of $47,827.16, as well as make social media posts, which would be worth more than $38,000, about the TV and sound system.
But it is alleged he didn’t keep his agreement, after the system was installed, about the second payment or promo videos.
Attorney Robert Rosenblatt, who is representing the rapper and his mum, admitted he is “aware of some of the allegations”.
He added: “We look forward to addressing these in court and are confident of a successful resolution for Sean and his mother.”

Celine Dion ‘almost died’ during battle with Stiff Person Syndrome

OHMYGOSSIP — Celine Dion “almost died” during her battle with Stiff Person Syndrome.
The 55-year-old singer – who was diagnosed with the with the autoimmune neurological disorder, which affects the muscles, in autumn 2022 – will document her health battle in a new feature-length documentary called ‘I Am: Celine Dion’ but shortly before it is released, a new interview with Hoda Kotb will debut on NBC, and the presenter admitted she was shocked by the struggles the ‘My Heart Will Go On’ hitmaker has faced.
Speaking on ‘Today with Hoda and Jenna’ on Thursday (23.05.24), Hoda said: “It was so jarring to me and moving, I couldn’t believe what they were able to capture in that documentary.
“Céline Dion at some point, she is now much better, but at some point she almost died, which is something she says.”
A trailer for the documentary was also released this week.
Celine says at one point in the promotional clip: “I’m working everyday. But I have to admit, it’s been a struggle.”
The ‘Because You Loved Me’ singer recently admitted she undergoes different therapies almost every day but she will never be “cured” of her condition.
She told France’s Vogue magazine: “I’m well, but it’s a lot of work. I’m taking it one day at a time.
“I haven’t beat the disease, as it’s still within me and always will be.
“I hope that we’ll find a miracle, a way to cure it with scientific research, but for now I have to learn to live with it. So that’s me, now with Stiff Person Syndrome.
“Five days a week I undergo athletic, physical and vocal therapy.
“I work on my toes, my knees, my calves, my fingers, my singing, my voice… I have to learn to live with it now and stop questioning myself.”
And though Celine – who has Rene-Charles, 23, and 13-year-old twins Nelson and Eddy with late husband Rene Angelil – doesn’t know if or when she will perform again.
Asked if she would be back on stage, she said: “I can’t answer that… because for four years I’ve been saying to myself that I’m not going back, that I’m ready, that I’m not ready.
“As things stand, I can’t stand here and say to you: ‘Yes, in four months.’
“I don’t know… my body will tell me. On the other hand, I don’t just want to wait.”

Kelly Clarkson and ex-husband Brandon Blackstock settle lawsuit

OHMYGOSSIP — Kelly Clarkson and her ex-husband Brandon Blackstock have settled their lawsuit.
The former couple were locked in a legal battle after the 42-year-old singer filed a cross-complaint against her ex in March that sought to affirm or expand the $2.6 million award the California Labor Commission granted her last year, after it was found the 47-year-old producer had charged her for business deals he wasn’t licensed to seek.
The previous judgement only covered the period up to 2017, and in documents filed two months ago, Kelly was seeking an order that would require the return of “any and all commissions, fees, profits, advances, producing fees or other monies” which she paid to Brandon’s father’s company, Starstruck Entertainment, as far back as 2007.
Now, the pair filed on Wednesday (22.05.24), in the Los Angeles County Superior Court, to have the lawsuit dismissed, according to documents obtained by DailyMail.com.
Kelly and Brandon – who have children River, nine, and Remington, eight, together – are said to have agreed to a settlement, but exact figures are not known.
In the complaint filed in March, talk show host Kelly was suing for judicial intervention related to labour code violation, claiming she believed Brandon – who had an appeal on the original rule pending – and Starstruck breached the Talent Agencies Act for the entire period of their working relationship.
Documents obtained by Rolling Stone stated: “Based on the wrongful acts and conduct of Starstruck, all agreements between the parties, should be declared void and unenforceable, no monies should be paid by cross-complainants to Starstruck, and all monies previously paid by cross-complainants to Starstruck should be disgorged from Starstruck, forthwith.”
But Brandon’s legal representative branded the lawsuit “morally, ethically and legally wrong”.
Bryan Friedman said: “It is morally, ethically and legally wrong to attempt to get monies back from your ex-husband who not only helped her as her manager but who used those earnings on their children and Kelly and Brandon’s lifestyle during the marriage.”

Jessica Biel reveals her son looks like her twin

OHMYGOSSIP — Jessica Biel says her son looks like her twin.
The actress, 42, who has her boy Silas, nine, with her husband Justin Timberlake, 43, made the admission when her friend Kelly Ripa, 53, joked on the ‘Let’s Talk off Camera’ podcast Jessica should “have a daughter” as it isn’t “fair (she) should rob another woman of having that face”.
Jessica replied: “Honestly, I already gave my face to my son Silas. He and I have the same face.”
Jessica also explained on the show why she and Justin choose to keep Silas and his three-year-old brother Phinneas’ faces off of social media.
She said: “We get hammered (by paparazzi) in the west coast. That’s why we don’t live there anymore to try and create some normalcy.”
Jessica lives in Montana with ‘Sexy Back’ singer Justin and added: “We understand that our job has this major public facing element, but these kids didn’t choose this. I don’t want to expose them in a way until they have an ability to make the decision for themselves.
“I just don’t want (my children’s exposure) to be on my account. No disrespect to anyone who feels comfortable doing that, that’s just our family choice. Maybe it’s a mistake. I don’t know.”
Jessica and Justin, who have been married since 2012, only show the back of their kids’ heads on their Instagrams.
The actress gave birth to Silas in April 2015 but kept her pregnancy with Phinneas secret until after his arrival.
Justin has told ‘The Ellen DeGeneres Show’ about his boy at the time: “He’s awesome and so cute, and nobody’s sleeping. We’re thrilled and couldn’t be happier. Very grateful.”
Phinneas’ July 2020 arrival came a year after Jessica and Justin’s marriage was thrust into the headlines after Justin was seen holding hands with his 34-year-old ‘Palmer’ co-star Alisha Wainwright.
Justin issued a public apology, and Jessica recently said on ‘The View’ her marriage is a “work in progress”.
She added: “It’s constantly trying to find the balance, trying to find the time we can connect.”
Jessica also said about how she and Justin stay in touch when they are separated by work: “Thank goodness for Zoom and FaceTime.”

‘Home Alone’ star Daniel Stern reveals why he had furious bust-up with Bono

OHMYGOSSIP — Daniel Stern had a bust-up with Bono.
The 66-year-old actor – best known for playing crook Marv Munchins alongside Joe Joe Pesci, 81, in 1990 film ‘Home Alone’ – confronted the U2 frontman, 64, after he got infuriated about a late-night party the rocker was throwing at a neighbouring house in Malibu, California.
Daniel revealed the row in his new memoir – titled ‘Home and Alone’ – and said he thought Bono, born Paul David Hewson, and his party friends were “pretentious a**holes” as they were blaring music into the early hours.
He said about the noise reaching nightclub levels before he exploded: “By one in the morning, I was out of my mind.”
Daniel said he called a neighbour, and added: “It turned out he had rented the house to Bono (yes, that Bono), who was having a birthday party for his daughter.
“I called the police and told them that there was an unlawful party going on and that I was going over there to shut it down and I hoped they would join me.
“I hopped in my truck . . . and headed in . . . I lost it.
“I started ranting, ‘Shut the f****** music off’. Families with children are trying to sleep and instead we all have to listen to this s***** music all night long? Shut it off! You don’t even live here, you f****** pretentious a**holes.’
Daniel said security at the party tried to stop him ranting – and admitted he can who said he can seem “pretty insane and scary when I lose my s***”.
He added local police shut the party down after he erupted.
A blurb for Daniel’s book says: “Inspiring as it is humorous, Stern weaves a compelling tale of an artistic hippie-child of the ’60’s, who by age 13 had hitchhiked his way across the Eastern half of the USA.
“By age seventeen he had dropped out of high school and was living on his own in New York, and by 19 he was starting a family of his own.
“His insights into marriage, children, parents and parenting are not only hilarious, but packed with subtle wisdom.
“But the real surprises are in Stern’s off-screen roles as a bronze sculptor, cattle rancher, avocado farmer and public servant.
“The hard work and commitment he has put into his on-screen successes are applied with the same intensity to every aspect of his life.
“From creating monumental public art projects and founding a ‘Boys and Girls Club’ to visiting troops in Iraq and learning to birth a cow, he has lived it all.
“‘Home and Alone’ with Daniel Stern is for anyone who needs reminding that nothing is impossible if you put your mind to it.”

‘I’ve put cancer in the corner’: Sarah Ferguson, Duchess of York doing ‘very well’

OHMYGOSSIP — Sarah Ferguson, Duchess of York, has “put cancer in the corner”.
The 64-year-old author underwent a single mastectomy after being diagnosed with breast cancer last June and in January this year, she was also found to have developed skin cancer, but she is now “doing very well” and is happy with her recovery so far.
She told People magazine: “This evening I am doing very well. I think that we’ve managed to get cancer in the right place rather than cancer ruling me. I’ve put cancer in the corner.
“I think you always have to be aware. I think it’s great to get checked for breast cancer [and] melanoma. I think you just have to be very candid about it.
“I think a lot of people get very frightened to talk about these things. I’m very happy with my mastectomy and my breasts and just to talk about it.”
Sarah – who has daughters Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie with ex-husband Prince Andrew – praised the royal family for offering support and showing “unity” to one another during difficult times, including the cancer diagnoses of both King Charles and Catherine, Princess of Wales.
Asked if she’s been able to offer support to Charles and Catherine, she said: “I think family unity is key… I think the key to life is that we all support each other.
“And also forgiveness is a great thing. I think forgiveness of yourself, and forgiveness of others.”
The duchess’ eldest daughter praised her “phenomenal” mother earlier this month and insisted Sarah was “thriving” despite her recent health woes.
Speaking on ‘‘This Morning’, Beatrice said: “She’s such a phenomenal icon. As a mum she’s been amazing.
“She’s been through so much and her sense of purpose and resilience really keeps me going.
“She’s doing really well, thank you Josie. She had a bumpy health scare last year but she’s all clear now.
“But I think at 64, she’s thriving. She’s been through so much, but now she’s coming into her own.
“We are just reminded when any parent or individual has a health scenario, you really need to get the checks you need as early as you possibly can.”

Kelly Osbourne wants to ‘squeeze out’ multiple children

OHMYGOSSIP — Kelly Osbourne wants to “squeeze out” as many children as she can.
The 38-year-old star and her partner Sid Wilson welcomed son Sidney into the world 15 months ago and she’s found motherhood to be life-changing so can’t wait to have more kids.
She told People magazine: “It’s the best adventure I’ve ever been on. I can’t say enough good things about being a mom. It’s just changed everything about my life.
“I want as many kids I can squeeze out before it’s too late.”
The former ‘Fashion Police’ surprised herself when it came to Sidney’s birth because she usually has a low pain threshold, but she focused all her efforts on getting her little boy out because he had the umbilical cord wrapped around his neck.
She said: “I’m such a wimp, I can’t handle pain. But [when it came to his birth] it was the weirdest thing, Something came over me and I became a different person. I was just like, OK, let’s do this.”
“I got him out in four pushes.
“Before we started pushing, he turned and the cord got wrapped around his neck.
“So when we got going, the doctor was like, ‘Ok, we’re going to have this person and we have to do this quickly.’ So I was like, ‘Ok, we’re doing this, I’m going to get him out and in four pushes he popped out.'”
Kelly was “frightened” people would mock her when she gained weight during her pregnancy so she deliberately “hid” herself away.
She said:”I saw what they did to Jessica Simpson and I thought it was disgusting.
“I was so frightened that would happen to me too that I hid.
“I just didn’t want pictures out there. I didn’t want to face it, and have people be like, ‘Oh she’s a moose!’ So I just cut the problem out.”

Jason Alexander nearly walked away from ‘Seinfeld’ when his character was written out of an episode

OHMYGOSSIP — Jason Alexander nearly quit ‘Seinfeld’ as his character wasn’t getting enough exposure.
The 64-year-old actor played George Costanza on the sitcom from 1989 to 1998 – picking up seven consecutive Primetime Emmy Awards nominations and four Golden Globe Awards for his work – and his co-star Michael Richards, who played kooky neighbour Kramer on the show, has now told how he almost walked away from the job during series three of the series.
Michael tells in his new autobiography, ‘Entrances and Exits’, Jason got frustrated in 1991 while filming the episode ‘The Pen’ – which sees Jerry Seinfeld’s character Jerry and their friend Elaine, played by Julia Louis-Dreyfus, visit Jerry’s parents in Florida.
Michael and Jason were both left out of the episode, which Michael said he accepted with “equanimity” as it also happened during season two.
He revealed: “But Jason threatens to quit after learning that he’s also not in the episode. He’s furious.”
But Michael admitted he understood Jason’s point of view, adding: “Jason came onto the show with the most confidence of anyone. He had won a Tony Award on the New York stage, not an insignificant achievement, and until the table read for ‘The Pen’, he has assumed that ‘Seinfeld’ is a buddy show, starring him and Jerry.
“But this business breeds both massive egos and incredible insecurity, and this episode is one of those ego-jarring wakeup calls.”
The 2016 book ‘Seinfeldia: How a Show About Nothing Changed Everything’ revealed Jason snapped at head writer Larry David about being left out of ‘The Pen’: “If you write me out again, do it permanently.”
When Larry – who went on create hit sitcom ‘Curb Your Enthusiasm’ – tried to explain how difficult it was to make room for four main characters in every episode, Jason is said to have told the comic: “Don’t tell me your problems. If you don’t need me here, I don’t want to be here.”
Jason has also confirmed the story, telling ‘Access Hollywood’ he blew up at Larry, now 76.
But he added: “Thank God he didn’t say ‘Take a hike,’ because I would have had no life and no career.”

Kiefer Sutherland reveals reason he’s hooked on Greggs sausage rolls

OHMYGOSSIP — Kiefer Sutherland is hooked on Greggs sausage rolls.
The ‘Young Guns’ actor, 57, who also fronts a country rock band, says he reckons the grease in the UK pastry chain’s biggest selling product keeps his vocal cords lubricated for his live gigs.
Kiefer – who was born in London but raised in Canada – told the Daily Mirror: “Grease is not a good word, but there’s enough around a Greggs sausage roll to lubricate your voice quite well, and quite nicely.
“I’ve found it helpful on more than one occasion. (Me and my band) go there so much (when we’re in Britain.)”
Kiefer – whose parents are actor Donald Sutherland, 88, and the late actress Shirley Douglas, who died in 2020 aged 86 due to complications linked to pneumonia – admitted he loves gorging on calorie-packed Greggs’ sausage rolls despite it getting harder and harder for him to stay in shape.
He said about his fitness struggle in the lead up for two new action films – ‘Stone Cold Fox’ and ‘Sierra Madre’: “As you get older, you know, every 10 years it gets a little harder for the body to define muscle.
“It gets harder for the body to process… your metabolism changes. You have to make adjustments.
“I hate the feeling of the beginning of a workout. And I love the feeling when it’s done. I run a lot, and that’s kind of the foundation of everything.
“I’ve got my version of a lightweight workout there that hopefully keeps you trimmer – light weights, heavy rotation, things like that.”
Kiefer also claimed due to his workouts he burns off calories from the likes of sausage rolls “pretty quick” due to amount of energy he uses on stage at his music shows.
The actor’s grandad Tommy Douglas is famed for introducing a national healthcare system to Canada.
He shot to fame with his role as a gang leader in 1986 movie ‘Stand By Me’, with his parts in ‘The Lost Boys’ and ‘Young Guns’ establishing him as part of a 1980s “brat pack” of actors with Hollywood veterans as parents, including Emilio Estevez.

Lenny Kravitz is ‘ready’ for love

OHMYGOSSIP — Lenny Kravitz is “ready” for love.
The ‘American Woman’ singer – who turns 60 on Sunday (26.05.24) – is “just open” for a relationship and although he finds it hard “not to look” for a partner, he thinks the best approach to finding a significant other is to put the situation to the back of his mind.
Asked if he has a partner or is looking for one, he told ‘CBS Mornings’ presenter Gayle King: “It’s hard not to look. You know when you desire something you’re looking for it, right? But I find that when you don’t look is when you find it.
“And I’m at a place where I’ve said this for several years, ‘I’m ready. I’m ready. I’m ready.’ I wasn’t ready. I thought I was ready, right?’
“But, I can say that I’ve have never felt how I feel now.”
Lenny insisted he doesn’t feel the need to “work” at his reputation for being cool and sexy.
Gayle asked: “Are you aware of the effect you have on people or is this something that you have to work at?'”
He replied: “I don’t work on it at all. And I don’t think about it but I am aware of people’s reaction.’
The ‘Fly Away’ hitmaker grew up to be a “people pleaser” but his daughter Zoe Kravitz – who he has with Lisa Bonet – has taught him the importance of setting his own boundaries.
He said: “I think I was raised – not purposely, but to be a people pleaser. Where I put a lot of people’s feelings before mine. Because I want to see folks happy. And that can be detrimental if you go overboard with that.
“For some reason, I’m still that 16-year-old kid trying to get the record deal.”
“That’s something that I’ve been exercising and growing in. Where no is necessary – at times. And this is something that I actually learned from my daughter. She’s so good at creating her boundaries. And boundaries are healthy, you know? But that generation, they don’t have time to play.”

Madonna ‘didn’t know’ her own address

OHMYGOSSIP — Madonna “didn’t know” where she lived when she resided in the UK with Guy Ritchie.
The ‘Hung Up’ hitmaker and the ‘Gentlemen’ filmmaker were married from 2000 to 2008 and spent most of their time together in the director’s mansion Ashcombe House in Wiltshire, South West England, but the Queen of Pop had no idea of her specific address because she was so used to being driven everywhere.
Eventing champion William Fox-Pitt was contacted by Madonna asking for riding lessons and he recalled to the Daily Telegraph newspaper: “She Googled me and said she wanted some lessons, but didn’t have a horse.
“I asked her where she lived and she said she didn’t know.
“I told her I’d never heard of anyone not knowing where they lived but she said she had only been driven there and we established it might be somewhere near Salisbury. But she ended up coming to Hinton St Mary for lessons.”
The Olympic veteran had a “good relationship” with the ‘Vogue’ singer but she didn’t always listen to instruction and he was left terrified one day when she fell off her horse and he was convinced she was “dead”.
He said: “I regularly had to pinch myself. We had a good relationship, she was a good learner but she didn’t always want to learn. There were days when she just wanted to go for a ride. But it was a big risk [because of who she was] not to fall off.
“After she’d built an indoor school at Ashcombe, she got me over to see her new horse.
“She was brave but not really a jump rider and she fell off. I didn’t know where to look. She was lying on the floor, didn’t move and I was thinking, ‘oh my god, she’s dead’.
“Then she proceeded to come alive very quickly. And vocally.”
Madonna was furious that William’s priority was to look after the horse, not to clean her off so she could hide the fact she’d fallen.
He said: “She then stormed over to me. She was covered in the arena surface. She didn’t want anyone to know she’d fallen off and I said it was a sure giveaway if she was covered head-to-toe.
“As you do in those situations, if someone isn’t dead, your first instinct is to catch the horse. ‘Don’t be getting the horse!’, she bellowed. ‘Deal with me. Get this s*** off of me’. I said, ‘I can’t do that’, but she said, ‘You get it off of me – you got it on me, you get it off of me. Don’t tell a soul!’ I said, ‘I’m just glad you’re alive’.
“I was gently dusting her down, trying to do it almost without touching her. ‘You’re not doing it properly’, she said. ‘Do it properly’. So I ended up having to brush it off her breasts and thighs hoping no one was looking, and thinking, ‘what in god’s name am I doing?’ It was a moment. That was the last lesson I ever gave her.”
William thinks the 65-year-old star has given up her horse hobby for good now.
He added: “I think when she divorced Guy and went back to America she gave up riding.”

Daisy Ridley developed ‘leaky gut’ in response to ‘stress’ of ‘Star Wars’ attention

OHMYGOSSIP — Daisy Ridley ended up with a “leaky gut” because of the “stress” of her sudden ‘Star Wars’ fame.
The 32-year-old actress became a household name when she was cast as Rey in 2015’s ‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens’ and her body developed a “very physical” response to the extreme emotions she was experiencing as a result of suddenly being thrust into the spotlight.
She told The Times about suffering from ulcers: “Oh, God! Essentially, it was a leaky gut.
“I was just knackered. I’d never travelled that much, or done press junkets, and my body deals with stress in a very physical way, so my gut was manifesting an emotional reaction to travelling around the world, people saying hello to me in the street. And me going, ‘What’s going on?’
“And worrying – ‘Oh s***, should it be me?’ or ‘Am I good enough?’. And I only really felt I was by the third film, ‘The Rise of Skywalker’. By then, I felt, ‘OK, I was chosen for a reason.’ But it took a long time. It was super intense.”
Daisy tried to shut out other people’s opinions and just focus on her own work.
Asked how she coped with the stress, she said: “By focusing on the job at hand, rather than the feedback because, whether that was positive or negative there was a feeling of vulnerability.
“And I have a wonderful family and home life so I could come home and sit with my mum and cuddle the dog.”
The actress can next be seen playing Trudy Ederle, the first woman to swim the English Channel in ‘Young Woman and the Sea’ and she’s still nursing injuries from filming.
She admitted: “I’m still injured. From a scene when I’m being dragged unconscious. I pulled something, sort of in my chest and armpits. It was two years ago, still not right.”
Despite the subject of the film, Daisy wasn’t a strong swimmer when she signed up for the project.
She said: “My thing is to get in the water and flap my hands a bit.”
Asked to clarify that she could swim, she replied: “No, I couldn’t do front crawl.”
The British star went on to train four times a week for four months ahead of the final Channel swim, a shoot which took nine days and was very “intense.
Daisy said: “That was intense. I told everyone I was scared of the open water and they thought I was lying.”
Her character was thrown apples for sustenance while swimming, but even those didn’t help.
She added: “I’m allergic to apples. They make my lips bubbly and I can’t breathe.”

The Bon Jovi frontman, 62, is thrilled he and The Beatles singer, 81, regularly get together with their families to hang out, and said he’s overjoyed his wife Dorothea Hurley is also close to the ‘Yesterday’ songwriter’s 64-year-old spouse Nancy Shevell.
Speaking to AARP – The magazine, Jon showed off a photo of himself and Paul chatting at a picnic table in the grounds of his home in the Hamptons and said with disbelief: “We do this all summer. I’m sitting there with a f****** Beatle. He comes to my house often, I go to his beach house often, and our wives are very close.”
Jon added he’s most impressed by how Sir Paul is still enthusiastic about making music in his 80s.
He said: “(He goes), ‘Oh, I’ve got new stuff!’ At 81. Crazy.”
But Jon himself may keep working for just as long as he thinks he is only getting better as a songwriter as he gets older.
He said: “I have a grander palette to write from. More life experience. I think that every record reflects somehow who I am at that time.”
The ‘Always’ hitmaker has no desire to write the way he used to.
He said: “‘Don’t try to be what you used to be.’ I don’t want to be the kid from ‘Slippery When Wet’. I have no desire to be that kid.”
Jon is still recovering from vocal surgery and though he doesn’t know if he’ll ever be able to handle a lengthy tour again, he’s looking forward to getting back out on stage and having a good time.
He said: “Whether or not I can ever do a 100-show tour again, I don’t know.
“But if I can have joy on the stage on night one, that would be great.”
