OHMYGOSSIP — Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson has “finally learned the importance of self care”.
The 52-year-old star has taken to social media to explain that he’s recently made a concerted effort to find more peace and tranquility in his life.
Alongside a video of Dwayne enjoying a scenic view early in the morning, he wrote on Instagram: “Sitting quietly as the sun rises – to recharge, settle my mind before I leave for tour and the madness begins. The world is loud and noisy, and pulls at us from a million different directions.
“Find your anchor [anchor emoji] that helps you recalibrate your soul and protect it at all cost. After all these years I’ve finally learned the importance of self care. (sic)”
In his video message, Dwayne – who is preparing to head to Germany for a movie premiere – explained that he wanted to share with his followers “what heaven looks like”.
As he panned the camera around, the wrestler-turned-actor said: “Well, there’s a few other things about what morning heaven looks like – I’m going to keep this post clean, but here, check this out – this is my view every morning…”
Dwayne subsequently explained that he tries to find time to “recharge” and “sit in silence”.
The ‘Red One’ star continued: “So peaceful up here. I love coming up here, I’ll just sit up here for 30, 45 minutes, sometimes longer sometimes shorter. Just recharge man, and sit in silence.
“Maybe I’ll turn some music on, maybe I’ll start singing, there’s a bunch of bald eagles who fly around here too, and they’re like ‘Please stop singing, we don’t need that s*** in the morning.’ This is my, one of my anchors. Gotta protect your anchors.”

The 34-year-old TV star recently appeared as a contestant on the show, and Lala has revealed that she enjoyed spending time with the Kansas City Chiefs player, who served as the host of the game show.
The blonde beauty said on her ‘Give Them Lala’ podcast: “It was one of the most fun times I’ve ever had. It was nothing but lightheartedness and giggles.”

The 54-year-old star shared her birthday with her mom Bernadette – who died of lung cancer in April – and Bethenny has now admitted that their “complicated” relationship made it difficult for her to celebrate the occasion.
The TV star wrote on Instagram: “I was born on my mother’s 20th birthday. I was never public about sharing her birthday. Our relationship was complicated at best and it represented pain and shame. Its symbolism was inescapable.
“Birthdays have always been an incredible source of anxiety. Like Goldilocks, too little was too little and too much was too much. The biggest trauma in my life was this mother daughter relationship, and we were tethered to one another on this one day. As a child I would get physically sick every year.”
By contrast, Bethenny admitted that she now feels “lighter” and “happier”.
The TV star also revealed that she feels proud of her age and who she’s become.
Bethenny – who turned 54 on Monday (04.11.24) – continued: “This year, I feel free, lighter, happier as if something has been lifted. It has been profoundly transformative. The award-winning record producer passed away on Sunday (03.11.24), aged 91, and Oprah has now taken to Instagram to express her sorrow, admitting that her “life changed forever for the better after meeting him”.
Oprah wrote on the photo-sharing platform: “My beloved Q. The world’s beloved Q. The one and only Quincy Jones “discovered” me for “The Color Purple” movie in 1985.
“My life changed forever for the better after meeting him.
“I had never experienced, nor have since, anyone who’s heart was so filled with love.
“He walked around with his heart wide open, and he treated everybody as if they were the most important person he’d ever met. He was the Light. No shadows.

OHMYGOSSIP — Keanu Reeves vomited “a couple of times” while shooting stunts for ‘John Wick’.
The 60-year-old actor starred in the original ‘John Wick’ movie back in 2014, and Keanu has admitted that he relished the challenge of shooting the action scenes.
Speaking at an anniversary screening of the movie in Los Angeles, Keanu shared: “I had so many wonderful teachers and guidance and worked with so many talented actors, actresses and stunt people in the sense of it’s such a dance and collaboration and cooperation. So there’s a couple of times where you throw up or puke or whatever, but that’s what makes it good!”
Ian McShane actually praised his co-star for pushing himself to his physical limits.
The 82-year-old actor said: “He pushes the envelope all the time.

OHMYGOSSIP — Goldie Hawn feels “heartbroken” over Quincy Jones’ death.
The record producer died on Sunday (03.11.24), aged 91, and Goldie has paid a glowing tribute to him, describing Quincy as “one of the great loves of [her] life”.
Alongside a throwback photo of them together, Goldie wrote on Instagram: “RIP my darling @quincyjones. I am heartbroken to lose one of the great loves of my life. Sixty years. What a privilege to have known such a remarkable human, a genius, a humanitarian. Damn. I’m gonna miss you. [heart emoji] (sic)”
Goldie, 78, and Quincy were friends for decades, with their working relationship dating back to 1969, when he composed, arranged and conducted the score for ‘Cactus Flower’.
Goldie starred alongside Walter Matthau and Ingrid Bergman in the comedy film, and she won the Best Supporting Actress Oscar for her performance in the movie.
Quincy’s passing was announced by his family on Sunday.
They described Quincy as being a “one of a kind” figure in the entertainment industry.
The family said in a statement: “Tonight, with full but broken hearts, we must share the news of our father and brother Quincy Jones’ passing. And although this is an incredible loss for our family, we celebrate the great life that he lived and know there will never be another like him.

OHMYGOSSIP — Michael Jackson’s children Paris and Bigi Jackson paid their respects as their uncle Tito Jackson was laid to rest on Monday (04.11.24).
The 26-year-old singer and the 22-year-old film expert were among several Jackson family members who attended Tito’s funeral at the Forest Lawn Cemetery in Glendale, California.
Paris and Bigi’s aunt La Toya Jackson, 68, uncle Marlon Jackson, 67, and cousins Jaafar, 28, and Jermajesty, 24, also paid their respects to Tito, who passed away in September aged 70.
The Jacksons star Tito – the older brother of the late King of Pop Michael Jackson, who died in 2009 aged 50 – suffered a fatal heart attack while driving from New Mexico to Oklahoma in September.
Following Tito’s death, Paris shared a picture of him and her late dad Michael on Instagram.
She wrote: “Rest in transition Uncle Tito.”
Iconic group The Jacksons – also made up of Tito’s brothers Marlon, 67, and Jackie, 73, and his son Taryll, 49 – had played several shows this year, with Tito last onstage in Munich, Germany on September 10.
Tito, who was the older brother of the late King of Pop Michael and sister Janet, 58, shot to fame alongside his siblings in the Jackson 5 – who would later become the Jacksons – in the late 1960s and 1970s under the legendary Motown label.
The original lineup consisted of Jackie, Tito, Marlon, Michael, and Jermaine Jackson, 69.
Their best-known hits included ‘ABC’, ‘The Love You Save’, and ‘I’ll Be There’.
Tito was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as a member of the Jackson 5, and the Jacksons received a star on The Hollywood Walk of Fame in 1980.
The singer and guitarist also embarked on a solo career in 2003 as a blues musician.

The 74-year-old star has enjoyed huge success as an actor – but Bill actually “wanted to be in The Rolling Stones” during his younger years.
Bill – who lists Frank Sinatra, Van Morrison and Bob Dylan as some of his favourite artists – said on BBC Radio 4’s ‘This Cultural Life’: “Music is a big part of my life. I listen to music all of the time. It’s constant.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Police have asked prosecutors to consider bringing charges against Russell Brand.
The disgraced comic has been interviewed by cops three times since a joint investigation by the Sunday Times, The Times, and ‘Dispatches’ in September 2023 uncovered multiple allegations of historical emotional and sexual abuse, including rape, against the ‘Forgetting Sarah Marshall’ star, and now a file of evidence has been sent to the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) to see if the claims will be taken further.
The Metropolitan Police confirmed they had had received a number of reports of sexual offences from women following the original investigation.
They added: “A man in his 40s had been interviewed by officers under caution on three separate occasions.
“A file of evidence has now been passed to the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) for their consideration.”
And the CPS confirmed they had been handed a file to consider charges in relation to allegations of historical sex offences.
Detective Superintendent Andy Furphy, whose team is leading the investigation, said: “We have a team of dedicated officers providing specialist support to the women who have come forward.”
“We are committed to investigating sexual offences, no matter how long ago they are alleged to have taken place.
Russell – who has three children with wife Laura Gallacher and was married to Katy Perry from 2010 to 2012 – previously said it was”very, very painful” to be accused of what he “considers to be the most appalling crimes”.
He insisted the allegations were untrue.
He told Tucker Carlson on the controversial presenter’s X show: ” Of course, I deny any allegations of the kind that have been advanced and what I have seen is the significance of family and the importance of beliefs that are transcendent of this.
“I reject the allegations in the strongest possible terms.”
The original investigation alleged the incidents took place between 2006 and 2013, when the ‘Get Him to the Greek’ star had a number of high-profile jobs, including on BBC Radio 2 and Channel 4, and he claimed he had been in a “vulnerable” position because of his lifestyle at the time.
“Attacks like this, accused of what I consider to be the most appalling crimes, is very painful and hurtful. But there are consequences to the foolish way I lived in the past.”

The 27-year-old actress has endorsed Kamala Harris for president and in a social media post about why she cast her vote for the Democrat, she explained she felt the current vice president was the best person to protect the rights of females and members of the LGBTQ+ community.
Sharing a photo of a voting sticker in red, white and blue which had the words “I voted early 2024” written on it, Chloe posted on Instagram: “I voted early and I voted for Kamala Harris. There is so much on the line this election.
“I believe the government has no right over my body as a woman, and that the decisions over my body should come ONLY from myself and my doctor. Kamala Harris will protect that for us.
“I believe in the need for legal protections that protects the LGBTQ+ community as a gay woman,” she wrote. “We need protections in this country and to have access to the care we need and deserve.”
The ‘Kick-Ass’ star then urged her millions of followers to cast their votes as soon as possible.

While this is the first time Chloe has publicly referred to her sexuality, it may not come as a surprise to fans as People magazine reported she has been romantically linked with Kate Harrison since 2018, when they were seen sharing a kiss at Nobu in California.
