OHMYGOSSIP — Will Smith has learned to cultivate a “joyful spirit” with “no women, no drugs, no money”.
The ‘Bad Boys: Ride or Die’ star has found how to carve out happiness after reaching “cliff top”, which he explained he views of having achieved everything he possibly could in his life.
He told the ‘Full Send’ podcast: “People talk about rock bottom and I coined a phrase that there’s a corresponding place, I call it ‘cliff top,’ right?…
“There’s no more sex that’s going to be anything but a lateral move. There’s no more money. There’s, you know, no more success, and it’s a f****** abyss.”
The 55-year-old actor believes once people hit that position, they need to make a decision to look inside themselves and “trust the universe wasn’t created for you to run out of things.”
He added: “And then you realise that the final frontier is getting your inner house in order, right?
“With no women, no drugs, with no money, with nothing, can you cultivate a joyful spirit just with you and you?
“And the undertaking of that work is excruciating.”
Will suggested people need to “exhaust the joys of this world” and then “detox” to get to the right place and find happiness through “peace”.
Asked how to get to that point, he said people needed to “do everything they want to do” and get it all “out of their system first.”
He continued: “Just exhaust the joys of this world and you’re going to have a really, really hard night one night, and you’re going to be laying there by yourself and nothing is going to mean anything to you.
“And then you’ll have to detox. And then as you detox you’ll start to be able to start to look at your mind and realise the monsters in your mind — the same monster that made you climb and reach for those things — is the monster that keeps you from being happy.
“All of that craving, all of that scratching, all of that clawing… and then you’ve got to just make peace with that, dude. And you realise that ecstasy isn’t happiness, peace is happiness, balance.”
Although Will and his wife Jada Pinkett Smith quietly separated some time ago, he recently hailed her as his “ride or die”.
He told ‘Entertainment Tonight’: “It’s funny, I was just talking about this, I have always been blessed that there has never been a time in my life when I didn’t look to the side and have a ride or die right there.
“Jada is one of the most gangsta ride-or-dies I’ve ever had.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Christine Quinn has accused her estranged husband of sending someone to spy on her home.
The ‘Selling Sunset’ star has alleged Christian Dumontet – who is also known as Christian Richard – “willfully violated” the terms of his temporary domestic violence restraining order by allegedly getting an acquiaintance to snoop around the house where she and their three-year-old son Christian Jr. live.
In a court filing submitted on Wednesday (05.06.24) and obtained by People magazine, Christine’s attorney entered video doorbell footage of an “unknown man” at the former marital home on 27 May, and documents stated the same person was seen leaving with Christian from a court appearance earlier this week.
The paperwork alleged: “Mr. Dumontet sent an agent on his behalf to the property to effectively spy on Mrs. Quinn.”
Christine was not home but was notified of the individual’s presence after receiving “an alert on her cell phone that a person was on her property”, having recently installed video surveillance to “ensure that Mr. Dumontet and his agents abided by the terms of the DVRO — to stay 100 yards away.”
The documents added: “She watched an unknown man live from her phone application snooping around her garage and in front of her pool. He was located in an area of the property that was not available to the public.
“Mrs. Quinn did not recognise the person to be associated with Mr. Dumontet; he was a complete stranger.”
The 35-year-old beauty was left “terrified” by the incident and is still in possession of the doorball footage, though she hasn’t filed a police report.
On Tuesday (04.06.24), Christine saw the same man walking with Christian in pictures published by Us Weekly.
The documents continued: “Upon review of the US Weekly article, Mrs. Quinn immediately recognised the May 27, 2024, trespasser in the photographs. The trespasser was photographed next to Mr. Dumontet, wearing the EXACT SAME outfit that he was wearing when he trespassed.
“There is no dispute that this trespasser is an agent and/or associate of Mr. Dumontet.
“The May 27, 2024, trespassing is a clear violation of the DVRO by Mr. Dumontet and constitutes contempt of court. Mr. Dumontet knew he was not permitted to be at the property, and sent his agent there to spy on Mrs. Quinn nonetheless.”
Christine doesn’t plan to press contempt charges at the moment but stressed she will if the alleged visits continue.
The filing added: “Mr. Dumontet is forcing Mrs. Quinn and their son out of the marital home by fear of strange men coming and going as they please. She does not feel safe living there. Thus, Mrs. Quinn will set a future hearing date should these violations continue.”
Christian’s lawyer accused Christine of making “wild allegations”.
Alexandra Kararian told People: “This pattern of wild, seemingly paranoid allegations against Mr. Dumontet evidences an obsession that is highlighted by Ms. Quinn’s multiple filings alleging that she has been unable to locate him and has not heard from him since March.”

The nine-year-old royal hasn’t been “looking forward” to going to Lambrook school in Berkshire – which is also attended by her brothers Prince George, 10, and six-year-old Prince Louis – this week because she has been having her knowledge tested.
In a video obtained by Britain’s HELLO! magazine, Charlotte’s father Prince William told a young fan during a walkabout at a D-Day event in Portsmouth on Wednesday (05.06.24): “Charlotte’s at school, Charlotte’s got exams.
“Yes, she’s got tests – she wasn’t looking forward to it this morning.”
William then crossed his fingers and added: “Hopefully it’s all gone well.”
The 41-year-old royal’s wife Catherine, Princess of Wales, wasn’t with him at the event as she has been undergoing preventative cancer treatment following her major abdominal surgery earlier this year, but William told wellwishers she “would have loved” to have been there with him, his father King Charles and stepmother Queen Camilla.
When one war survivor asked after William’s wife amid her health fight, footage posted on X showed him replying: “She is better, thanks. She would’ve loved to be here today.”
William added at the event, which was hosted by the Ministry of Defence at Southsea Common, he had been speaking with women who worked at Bletchley Park as codebreakers during World War Two alongside Catherine’s grandmother, Valerie Middleton.
The royal added: “I was reminding everyone how her grandmother served at Bletchley so she had quite a bit in common with some of the ladies here.”
He also told one woman at the event: “My wife’s grandmother did the same sort of thing as you. Catherine only found out at the end of her life.”

The 40-year-old country music singer – who has Jolie, eight, and five-year-old Jace with ex-husband Mike Caussin – welcomed son Roman in November 2023 with fiancé Allan Russell and now that she is planning their nuptials, revealed that she is planning to keep things to a minimum on the big day, which will take place in the footballer’s home country.
She told UsWeekly: “[It’s going to be] very, very, very small [in Scotland]. Like, super, super, super, super small. Jolie’s going to be the flower girl. Jace is the ring bearer. And Roman’s just going to be the little pumpkin with his little kilt.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Selma Blair is feeling hopeful for her health after going into remission.
The 49-year-old actress was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2018 before going through a risky two-month hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) in order to try and jumpstart her immune and believes that “no news is good news” following a recent MRI scan.
She told E! News: “I’ve been in remission for a while. I just had an MRI last week. No news is good news. But I did a transplant, and it was amazing to have the bone marrow transplant.”
The ‘Cruel Intentions’ star also noted that she is glad to have gone public with her neurological condition – which affects the brain and causes symptoms, such as problems with vision, arm or leg movement, sensation, or balance – especially now that her fellow actresses Christina Applegate and Jami-Lynn Sigler, who document their own struggles with the disease on the MeSsy podcast.
She said: “They’re being really open about their experiences. I love that they’re doing that. They’re both good friends of mine. I love listening to them hang out and discover.”
Selma first revealed that she was in remission in late 2021 and reflected that she wanted to “tell the truth” about her condition even though it had been a “really hard time” for her.
Speaking in her documentary ‘Introducing, Selma Blair’, she said of her life before the treatment: “It was a really hard time in my life. People don’t say how excruciating, emotionally, it can be to kind of prove you’re not well. But I want to tell the truth about MS. It is important to me that people see what living with a chronic illness is like.”
The ‘Legally Blonde’ actress had to go through treatment that included an aggressive course of chemotherapy and a long recovery that took its toll on her physically and emotionally.
She added: “The severe fatigue is still such a gargantuan boulder in my way.#
“I’m working on it. Little by little, I can do all these things. I mean, I can’t say I could go running, but I can jog down to the mailbox if I were to practice a few times.”

The 52-year-old actress has daughters Lucia, 26, Lola, 21, and 17-year-old Fiona with Peter Facinelli – whom she divorced in 2013 after 12 years of marriage – and admitted that they opted to split the timeshare of their children simply because neither of them had ever imagined that a split would be on the cards.
She told People: “When you first start a relationship with somebody, you don’t think about, what are we gonna do if this doesn’t work out? Like, how am I gonna co-parent with this person? So, we settled on shared custody, 50/50.
“I know for me, there were times when I really emotionally regretted that decision and not fighting harder for more. But at the same time, I knew that having them be 50% of their time with you, their father, was absolutely the best thing for them.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Johnny Wactor died of a gunshot wound to the chest.
The actor – who played Brando Corbin on the ABC soap opera ‘General Hospital’ from 2020 to 2022 – was fatally shot last month aged 37 during a “robbery gone wrong” after he confronted three men apparently tampering with his vehicle and now TMZ has revealed that his death has been ruled as a homicide.
In documents obtained by the outlet, it was noted that “no other significant factors” contributed to his death, and the death certificate revealed that his remains were cremated and transferred to his mother Scarlett in South Carolina.
After his death, Jonny’s family revealed he saved his co-worker’s life when he was shot and killed, in a description that matches that of an incident shared by the Los Angeles Police Department.
His brother Grant told the MailOnline: “We’re Southern, born and raised, and we would never let a female walk to their car by herself. We’re Southern, born and raised, and we would never let a female walk to their car by herself.
“He came across them and he thought his truck was being towed. So he said something to the guys, like, ‘Hey, are you towing?’. Once he turned around, he saw what was happening and he put his coworker behind him. That’s when they shot him.”
Scarlett initially explained to TMZ that Johnny was with a colleague when they saw three men “messing with Johnny’s car” and that the suspects “allegedly tried to steal a catalytic converter”.
She noted that Johnny “did not try to stop” the alleged suspects in their actions, and that even though paramedics rushed to the scene shortly after the shooting, he was pronounced dead in hospital.

The 30-year-old pop star – who has Riley, three, and 11-month-old Barry with husband Daryl Sabara – was on a press tour during the early stages of pregnancy with her youngest child and started the day “beaming of joy” before realising to her horror that she was bleeding while recording a chat with Ryan Seacrest.
Speaking on the ‘Last Meals’ YouTube series, she explained: “That morning I was, like, stoked, beaming of joy, I videotaped it. I did interviews and they were like, ‘How are you?’ and I said, ‘I’m thriving.’ I was so happy. And then, right before my last interview, I look down and I’m gushing blood. I ruined a chair! I go, ‘Oh no,’ and they’re like ‘Okay, Ryan Seacrest is on. Go!’ “I did that whole interview like, ‘don’t cry, don’t cry, don’t cry’ and then got through it. I shut the computer and was like, ‘Hey team I think I’m miscarrying right now.’”
The ‘To The Moon’ hitmaker immediately ran to the bathroom to check herself and then went for a blood test, which confirmed that she had been pregnant longer than she had thought, and the incident had come about as a result of implantation bleeding.
She said: “I went to the bathroom and saw what was happening, and I was like alright I had a baby this morning and now they’re gone. I was like I’m just gonna keep testing, and the pregnancy stick still said positive.
“I got a blood test done, and it’s like the number is zero if you’re not pregnant. My number was 90,000. At six weeks I went in and she goes, ‘Woah, that’s a 10-week-old baby.’ So I was pregnant ever since the [Jimmy] Fallon performance!”

OHMYGOSSIP — Tom Bower has died at the age of 86.
The actor was best known for his roles in ‘Die Hard 2’ – in which he starred as janitor Marvin alongside Bruce Willis in the leading role – and in the historical drama ‘The Waltons’ but passed away in his sleep at his home in Los Angeles on May 30, his brother sister-in-law Mary Miller has confirmed to The Hollywood Reporter.
No cause of death has been announced yet for the star, who is survived by his brother Bobby, his children, Viv and Rob and his grandchildren, Nicole, Jonathan, Lucille and Henry.
According to his sister-in-law, Tom had been a big supporter of the SAG-AFTRA strike, which saw thousands in the industry take to the picket line early this year as they fought for fairer earnings amid the rise of streaming platforms.
She said: “He believed that all actors and all people should be represented in a way that was decent.”
The ‘Light of My Life’ star was married to the German-born Ursula – who spent 40 years working for a law company in LA – from 1972 until her death last August at the age of 1970.
According to Mary, Tom and Ursula had “never spent a day apart” since they tied the knot.
Elsewhere in his career, Tom was cast in supporting roles in films such as ‘The Bad Lieutenant: Port of Call New Orleans’, ‘Undoing’, and hit political series ‘The West Wing’.
His last appearance came with a guest role on comedy drama series ‘Lucky Hank’ as Henry Devereaux Sr in 2023, and just prior to that, he starred in the Netflix horror ‘We Have a Ghost’ alongside David Harbour and Jennifer Coolidge.

OHMYGOSSIP — Emma Roberts has been granted a restraining order against a man who allegedly broke into her home.
The 33-year-old actress – who has three-year-old son Garrett Hedlund with her former partner Garrett Hedlund – has been given a permanent restraining order against a 32-year-old man named Melvin Jeffery Conley, according to documents obtained by TMZ.
The documents also state that Emma’s son is getting protection under the order after she claimed that the alleged intruder mentioned the little one by his name and she was therefore left “concerned about his intentions”.
The ‘Wild Child’ star first filed the complaint in early May, after alleging that the man in question had sought out both her landline and mobile phone number.
According to the outlet, Emma claimed that she had a missed call from a number she did not recognise and had assumed it was a family member trying to reach her.
But when she returned the call, she claimed that an unknown voice answered and addressed her by her first name.
The caller claimed that she had given him permission to enter her property and stay there, something which she has denied ever doing.
The ‘American Horror Story’ actress also claimed that she had received a “strange” text message from Conley and that she is “living in fear that he is going to try and come back to her home”.
As per the documents, the former Nickelodeon star now has protection from Conley for a period of five years and the terms of the order have barred him from coming within 100 yards of her and her son, as well as their home, her work and his school at any point during that time.

The 42-year-old pop superstar claimed to have lost two inches off her weight recently and took to social media on Thursday (06.06.24) to share a video of herself modelling a bathing suit where she shifts in and out of focus.
She wrote on Instagram: “Ok so I’m proud of my white shell bathing suit and that I lost 2 inches in my waist !!! Their meeting was reported by TMZ, which said Jason, 52, currently lives in Vegas, and the Spears siblings “reached out to him to say they were going to be in town and would love to catch up”.

The 40-year-old star has announced via social media that she’s expecting her third child with her husband Taylor Goldsmith.
Mandy revealed the news by sharing a photo of her two sons – Gus, three, and Ozzie, 19 months – wearing white T-shirts that read “Big” and “Middle” respectively.
The actress – who has been married to Taylor since 2018 – captioned the snap on Instagram: “Sometimes life imitates art. The third in our own Big Three coming soon. Can’t wait for these boys to have a baby sister. [heart emojis] (sic)”

Speaking to PEOPLE back in 2021, Mandy explained: “Being a mom has certainly made me aware of how challenging and rewarding motherhood is.”
Despite this, Mandy acknowledged that she’s in a much better and more privileged position than many other mothers around the world.
The award-winning star struggles to even imagine some of the challenges that other moms have been forced to encounter.
Mandy – who first found success as a pop star, before she focused her attention on acting – said: “It truly takes a village. I’m very conscious of how fortunate we are to not have had to struggle to meet Gus’ basic human needs.
“There are so many women, moms and their children, who don’t have that ability and have to overcome challenges I can’t even imagine.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Selena Gomez was planning to adopt a baby before she met her boyfriend Benny Blanco.
The ‘Only Murders in the Building’ actress, 31, has been dating 36-year-old record producer Benny since June 2023, and has now revealed she had family plans when she was single.
She told Time about resigning herself to being alone: “I was alone for five years and I got really used to it. A lot of people are afraid of being alone and I probably tortured myself in my head for like two years being alone, and then I kind of accepted it.”
Selena added she then “came up with my plan”, which was for her to adopt at the age of 35 if she “had not met anyone”
She said about things changing when she met Benny: “It just happens when you least expect it.”
Selena added her new partner has tuned out the “noise” when it comes to “hurtful” things trolls say about her body.
She said: “I know what people can do to people I love. My own fans, who I adore and feel like have shaped who I am, will say the most hurtful things to me about how I live my life.
“But he has the strength in him that none of that noise fazes him.
“It’s really impressive, and I just cherish every moment with him. I don’t know what the future holds, but I do know that he’s not going anywhere anytime soon.”
Selena took her romance with Benny, born Benjamin Levine, public in December, and he told earlier this month how his “next goal” is to have children with the actress.
He told ‘The Howard Stern Show’: “That’s my next goal, to check the box (of having a family.)
“I have a ton of godkids; I’ve got a ton of nephews. I love being around kids.”
Selena’s close friends and family are said to be convinced she and Benny are in their relationship for the long-term.
One insider told ‘Entertainment Tonight’: “She feels very at home and at ease with Benny.
“Their friends, family and loved ones on both sides are all supportive and happy to see what they think could be an amazing and long-lasting relationship between the two of them.”
