‘Like triplets, but not’: JoJo Siwa shares unusual family plans

OHMYGOSSIP — JoJo Siwa wants to use three surrogates to have “triplets”.
The 21-year-old singer has been considering her plans for the future, noting that being “gay as s***” will give her more to consider when it comes to having a family, and she’s already settled on an unconventional approach to becoming a mother.
Speaking on Cosmopolitan’s ‘If It Were Me’ video series, she said: “Because I’m gay as s***, I have to plan a pregnancy much different than a straight person.
“I actually want to take three eggs, fertilize three eggs, and have three surrogates. So technically, they’ll all be the same batch, but they would all be born separately.
“I’m gonna have my surrogates, my babies. Maybe their birthdays will land on different days, and they can be like triplets, but, like, not.”
And the former ‘Dance Moms’ star has even chosen names for her future children and pledged to “break up with” or “divorce” a partner who didn’t agree with her choices of Freddy, Eddy, and Teddy.
She added: “That is something that I talk about very early on with partners.
“I’m like, ‘Just so you know, there are three children, and their names are Freddy, Eddy and Teddy. I will have as many more as you want, however many more, but FET is coming, and they will be here in three years, whether you like it or not.’
“Those are my nuggets, and no one comes before my nuggets.”
The ‘Karma’ singer previously admitted she “can’t wait” to have children.
Speaking on ‘The Best Podcast Ever’ last year, JoJo said: “On the personal side of my life, since I was 12, I cannot wait to be a mom. I cannot wait to have babies. I want to have so many!
“I feel like I’ll have kids pretty early — but obviously, me having kids is a lot bigger process.”

Rory Feek marries his daughter’s teacher

OHMYGOSSIP — Rory Feek has remarried, eight years after the death of his wife.
The 59-year-old country singer was left devastated when his spouse and musical partner passed away in March 2016 after battling cancer but he’s now found happiness again with a woman named Rebecca, who is his 10-year-old daughter Indiana’s teacher.
In a post on his blog dubbed ‘the wedding singer’, Rory revealed he and Rebecca had married on 14 July “under a beautiful timber-frame pavilion” in Greycliff, Montana, with friends and family gathered at short notice for the celebrations.
Though the couple had “committed to be together”, they hadn’t felt they could “seriously” discuss getting married until Indiana herself suggested it, and Rory was moved to tears when she did.
He wrote: “Although we knew marriage was a possibility, it wasn’t something that either of us felt like we could seriously talk about. Mostly because up until that time Indiana only saw Rebecca as ‘Miss Rebecca’ her schoolteacher and our friend.
“And although she had become much more than that to me, I was very careful to let Indy ‘figure it out’ on her own. And honestly, I wasn’t really sure if she ever could, or would, at all.
“Her love for her Mama is so great and so big in her life. Neither Rebecca or I wanted to hurt that in any way. And so we just waited and watched to see if it might ever occur to Indiana that Rebecca could be more than just a friend to her Papa, and to her.
“And then one morning in late March when Rebecca came to the farmhouse to take Indy to school we all said a little prayer together to start the day, and then they headed out the door as they usually do. But a few moments later, they came back in the kitchen and Rebecca said, ‘Rory, Indiana just asked me something that I think you need to hear.’
“I asked Indy, and she told me that she said, ‘Ms Rebecca, I think you should marry Papa…’
“Of course, I was happy, but caught off guard and told her that that was something we’d all have to start praying about.
“And then Indy looked at me and said, ‘and I told Miss Rebecca that my Mama’s been gone a long time. And if she marries you, maybe she could be my new mother…’
“Needless to say, as I wiped away some tears, I told her I thought that was a wonderful idea. And after more prayer and conversation. We settled on a plan and a date…”
Rory – who also has daughters Heidi and Hopie from a previous relationship – surprised his wife at their wedding with a song called ‘I Do’, with him sharing footage of his performance, as well as the ceremony, online.
But Rebecca’s pleasure on hearing the song wasn’t his favourite part of the day.
He wrote: “And although surprising Rebecca by singing a song I wrote for her at the wedding was a wonderful, I think by-far my and her favourite moment of the wedding was this one.
“When Indiana was given the gift of having a Mama in her life again. And Rebecca was given the gift of being a mother. And we became a family.”

Paloma Faith had ‘sexual liberation’ after having kids

OHMYGOSSIP — Paloma Faith wanted to have “a lot of sex” after having her children.
The ‘Only Love Can Hurt Like This’ singer – who released the tome ‘MILF: Motherhood, Identity, Love and F******’ – has admitted she didn’t have an orgasm until three years into her sex life, but she had a “sexual liberation” after giving birth and appreciating how amazing the female body is for what it goes through during childbirth.
Speaking on ‘I Weigh with Jameela Jamil’, the mother-of-two – who has two young daughters with her ex Leyman Lahcine – said: “I was three years sexually active before I had an orgasm, and I believed it not to be possible because a lot of what I was taught about my sexuality came from a male ideal; that the female organism would be the same as the man’s.
“I think it’s really disappointing that we are raised like that and many women have gone their whole lives without having an orgasm. I think that is really sad.
“Then we get to this point, once I had my children, I feel like I had a sexual liberation, like a sexual awakening after having kids where I was just like, my body has done this amazing thing and I was like, really in touch with it. I felt, I really wanted to have sex a lot afterwards.
“I was like, ‘Yes, this is my time’. But then I felt like the whole world made me invisible. It was like “I had this sexually invisible cloak on.
“God forbid that a mother could ever be sexy. And I looked back on my twenties of like the gorgeous body and all the fake orgasms. I just thought, Oh god. I’m never gonna do that again.
“Now I am just gonna be like aiming high and having really amazing physical experiences, because I am really sort of proud of my body in a sense that is quite hilarious because now I’ve got cesarean scar and nipples that look like gnarled dog toys because of breastfeeding, when actually before it was amazing but it’s not anymore.
“I actually prefer it because now I am like, ‘Yesss!’
“I think that is an amazing empowering thing that women should not feel ashamed of.”

Armie Hammer declare he’s not a cannibal: ‘You have to have actually eaten somebody’

OHMYGOSSIP — Armie Hammer has declared he is not a cannibal as he’s never eaten anyone.
The ‘Call Me by Your Name’ actor, is battling to resurrect his career and clear his name after he was hit by a string of allegations in 2021 including emotional abuse, manipulation and rape – and the infamous accusation he harboured cannibalism fantasies.
He was asked by Piers Morgan, 59, on the presenter’s YouTube show, if he was a cannibal – with Armie replying: “You know what you have to do to be a cannibal? You have to have actually eaten somebody.”
The actor also confirmed he had not eaten anyone.
Armie insisted during the chat on ‘Piers Morgan Uncensored’ the allegations stemmed from consensual sexual acts and role playing.
The actor did admit in the talk to branding his ex-girlfriend Paige Lorenze with a knife – but insisted there “wasn’t even blood”.
He said about Paige’s 2021 allegation he used a knife to “brand” her with his initial ‘A’ near her private parts while they were dating for four months in 2020: “I wouldn’t say brand, no. There was a scenario that we talked about beforehand, that we had discussed where, you know, I would basically take a little, tiny point and just kind of trace the letter ‘A’ – just like the tip of a small knife.
“I mean, there wasn’t even blood in the situation. It was more like a scrape… It’s along the lines of couples getting their own initials tattooed on each other.”
When Piers, 59, said using a knife on someone is “a bit different to a tattoo”, Armie insisted it was “less permanent”.
He added: “I guarantee it was such a small thing.”
Influencer Paige, 26, told Page Six about the knife incident: “I kind of sat back and let it happen. I didn’t really know what to do or say… as sad as that is, I wanted him to like me and feel like I was down for what he wanted.”
Paige claimed Armie wanted her to show off her bruises and be “proud” of the marks.
She added: “I said, ‘How am I supposed to see other people when I have bruises?’
“He said, ‘That’s the point’. I think it was a part of marking and branding.”
Paige also said Armie wanted her to be his “little slave” and shared his bondage fantasies with her.
In January 2021, Armie was accused of “mentally, emotionally and sexually” abusing his ex-girlfriend Effie Angelova, 26, when she was 20 years old. He denied her rape claim and insisted their sexual encounters were consensual.)
His ex Courtney Vucekovich has also accused him of cannibalism, telling Page Six he allegedly told her he “wants to break my rib and barbecue and eat it” – a claim Armie also denied.
Six months before the allegations, Armie’s 42-year-old wife Elizabeth Chambers – with whom he has daughter Harper, nine, and seven-year-old boy Ford – filed for divorce.

J Lo’s actor husband Ben Affleck, 51, reportedly wasn’t there.

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs makes Instagram comeback to wish oldest daughter happy 18th birthday

OHMYGOSSIP — Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has made an Instagram comeback to celebrate his oldest daughter’s 18th birthday.
The embattled 54-year-old Bad Boy Records founder – who is facing a string of sexual assault cases – scrubbed his page on the platform clean in June, and removed the apology video he posted in May to say sorry after hotel footage emerged of him beating his 37-year-old former girlfriend in 2016.
But he’s now back on the site to pay tribute to his girl Chance Combs.
He captioned a photo of the teen – who he had with Sarah Chapman – showing her on the beach in a crochet dress: “My babygirl turned 18 today.
“I’m so proud of you Chance. I love you. @myfancychance (black heart, praying hands, star, lightning and star emojis.)”
Combs also shared a throwback photo of him and Chance taking a nap together.
Chance – who is studying at the NYU Tisch School of the Arts – thanked her dad for the post, and said on social media: “Thank you (red heart, double-pink heart emojis.) I love you.”
After Combs wiped his Instagram, he left a bio on his account that says: “Listen to ‘The Love Album: Off the Grid’”, with a link to the Grammy nominated record.
The message is still there, with his post about his daughter the only one on his profile.
Combs also hasn’t posted on his X profile since 4 February, but his profile remains live.
His Threads account is also still public, but he hasn’t been active on the site since August 2023.
Combs was hit by allegations in November 2023 from his long-term former girlfriend Cassie Ventura who accused him of rape, physical violence and more in a lawsuit.
The former couple settled the following day for an undisclosed amount.
Combs then apologised in a video posted online when hotel surveillance footage from March 2016 surfaced showing him kicking, dragging and throwing an object at the singer.
He is being sued by multiple women for sexual assault, and has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing via his lawyer.
Along with daughters Jessie and D’Lila, the rapper had King with Kim Porter, who was killed by pneumonia aged 47 in 2018.
He also raised her son Quincy from her previous romance with Al B. Sure!, 55, and co-parents son Justin, 30, daughter Chance and 19-month-old daughter Love, who he had with his exes Misa Hylton, Sarah Chapman and Dana Tran, respectively.

Richard Simmons told fans he wanted to fly them to moon for star-gazing in caption on last photo

OHMYGOSSIP — Richard Simmons told fans he wanted to fly them to the moon for star-gazing in a caption on his last photo – which showed him in an orange NASA spacesuit.
The fitness guru was found dead at his home on Belfast Drive, Los Angeles, after emergency workers responded to a 911 call from his housekeeper on 13 July, with his passing coming a day after he turned 76 and four months after he told fans he had been diagnosed with skin cancer.
His employees have now taken to X to share the final photo and post he made before he was found dead, saying he pre-prepared his social media posts for them to share with fans.
They said in a statement on his official X account: “From Richard’s staff: Hello everyone. Richard worked very hard on his posts for you.
“He had many ideas and would work ahead… going back to each one making changes until he had it just like he wanted before posting.
“As you know, on the weekends, he would just share a photo with a caption. He always chose his photos and wrote his captions for the upcoming weekend by Friday.
“So we have the post Richard planned to share with you last Sunday. We thought you’d want to see it.
“Here is the post Richard had planned for you for Sunday July 14, 2024. ‘Let me fly you to the moon so we can gaze among the stars. Love, Richard.’”
Richard’s photo showed him with grey hair in his spacesuit in front of a psychedelic-style technicolour background.
He reportedly fell in his bathroom the night before his death and refused to seek medical attention.
A housekeeper is said to have helped him into bed the night of July 12 and that same worker found him unresponsive the next morning.
Law enforcement does not believe foul play is involved in his death but the investigation into the manner and cause of his death is still ongoing.
Richard was laid to rest in a private funeral at the Pierce Brothers Westwood Village Memorial Park and Mortuary in Los Angeles on Friday (19.07.24.)
His older brother Lenny Simmons told People in a statement provided by his longtime publicist, Tom Estey, said: “Our beloved Dicky was laid to rest this morning surrounded by only family and closest friends.
“We pray for your continued love and support during this very difficult time.”
Lenny asked his late brother’s fans to “remember him for the genuine joy and love he brought to people’s lives”.
He added Richard “truly cared about people” as he “called, wrote and emailed thousands of people throughout his career to offer help”.
Lenny concluded: “So don’t be sad. Celebrate his life.”

President Joe Biden finally drops out of White House race

OHMYGOSSIP — President Joe Biden has finally dropped out of the White House race.
After weeks of resisting furious calls by democrats – and his former A-list supporters including George Clooney – for him to ditch his US presidential campaign, the 81-year-old dramatically announced on Sunday (21.07.24) he was bowing out.
He shared his decision in a letter posted on his X account.
It read in full: “My Fellow Americans, Over the past three and a half years, we have made great progress as a Nation.
“Today, America has the strongest economy in the world. We’ve made historic investments in rebuilding our Nation, in lowering prescription drug costs for seniors, and in expanding affordable health care to a record number of Americans.
“We’ve provided critically needed care to a million veterans exposed to toxic substances. Passed the first gun safety law in 30 years.
“Appointed the first African American woman to the Supreme Court. And passed the most significant climate legislation in the history of the world. America has never been better positioned to lead than we are today.
“I know none of this could have been done without you, the American people. Together, we overcame a once in a century pandemic and the worst economic crisis since the Great Depression.
“We’ve protected and preserved our Democracy. And we’ve revitalized and strengthened our alliances around the world.
“It has been the greatest honour of my life to serve as your President. And while it has been my intention to seek re-election, I believe it is in the best interest of my party and the country for me to stand down and to focus solely on fulfilling my duties as President for the remainder of my term.
“I will speak to the Nation later this week in more detail about my decision.
For now, let me express my deepest gratitude to all those who have worked so hard to see me re-elected.
“I want to thank Vice President Kamala Harris for being an extraordinary partner in all this work. And let me express my heartfelt appreciation to the American people for the faith and trust you have placed in me.
“I believe today what I always have: that there is nothing America can’t do – when we do it together. We just have to remember we are the United States of America.”
Joe concluded the post with a handwritten signature underneath the typed letter.
He stepped aside amid questions over his physical and mental capabilities to serve following his disastrous presidential debate performance against Donald Trump, 78, as well as repeated memory lapses during public addresses.
Democrats are now in a race to get behind a new presidential nominee with less than four months until voting day in November.
Joe was pulled from the campaign trail last week after he was diagnosed with Covid, after saying he would pull out of the race if a doctor told him a “medical condition” had emerged.

Tony Bennett’s daughter still doesn’t feel she’s had ‘time to grieve’ a year after crooner’s death

OHMYGOSSIP — Tony Bennett’s daughter still doesn’t feel as if she has had “time to grieve” a year on from the crooner’s death.
The ‘I Left my Heart in San Francisco’ singer died aged 96 after an Alzheimer’s fight on 21 July, 2023, and his girl Johanna, 54, has now opened up about how she is still processing her emotions since his passing.
She told People in a joint interview with her sister Antonia: “(I’ve been) really looking back and trying to understand what my grief process has been.
“For me, I don’t really feel like I’ve had the time to actually grieve.
“You have this idea of everything stops, and you’re allowed to go cry somewhere or something like that for days or months or something.
“Everything seemed to speed up for me. I just feel like I had to put everything aside, and then every once in a while, it would slam me in the face.”
Johanna added she was overcome with grief during one of her first social outings after father-of-four Tony’s death.
She said: “Everyone was like, ‘Oh, nice to see you. I haven’t seen you in a while’, and just being normal.
“Then there was one person that it hit them that it was the first time that they’d seen me since dad had passed.
“All of a sudden, this look of shock and concern comes over this one person’s face and was like, ‘Are you OK?’
“I was like, ‘Well, I was until right now!’
“It bubbles up in weird ways. I happen to live in New York in the neighbourhood that he lived in for many years, so it’s a weird reminder sometimes.”
Antonia, 50, who is a singer-songwriter, said she has had a similar experience to her sister as she “got really busy” after his death and may not have processed her grief.
She added: “Sometimes you put yourself on autopilot because you feel like you need to put one foot in front of the other.
“People have told me in the past that it is difficult because after the first year, people stop asking you if you’re OK or how you’re doing or whatever, but that’s actually the first moment in which you really start to feel it.
“It waxes and wanes and it comes like a roll of (waves.) It’s complicated, I guess.
“It’s been complicated for me to just allow myself to feel everything. “Sometimes things come up and you’re in social situations, you really don’t want to be having those types of feelings because it feels too vulnerable out in public all the time to be doing that.”
Three-times married Tony had two sons with his wife Patricia Beech and his daughters with his second, Sandra Grant, who he divorced before getting hitched to Susan Crow in 2007.

OHMYGOSSIP — Gisele Bündchen is “looking forward to what is ahead” after toasting her 44th birthday with her twin sister.
The catwalk icon has moved on with her 34-year-old martial artist boyfriend Joaquim Valente following the breakdown of her 13-year marriage to retired NFL player Tom Brady, 46, after they finalised their divorce on 28 October, 2022.
She has now posed with her twin sister Patricia Bündchen for a snap to celebrate their joint birthday, and said in a caption of a set of snaps of them on an exotic holiday: “Grateful to be celebrating one more year around the sun with my super sis.
“Thank you everyone for all the love and birthday wishes.
“Feeling blessed to be surrounded by so much love. Looking forward to what is ahead (praying hands and red heart emojis.)”
The first photo in her carousel celebrating her birthday on Saturday (20.07.24) showed the siblings smiling while embracing each other as they sat at a table decorated with flowers.
The next photo showed former Victoria’s Secret model Gisele relaxing on a boat in a bikini with her arms around a loved one, followed by a snap of a plate of shiny multicoloured chocolate truffles.
Another photo in the set showed a table laid with crystal glasses and cutlery, followed by another three snaps if Gisele hugging another loved one while standing on the beach as the sun set.
The Bündchen twins were also snapped blowing out candles on their birthday cakes.
They had matching candles in the shape of the number ‘44’, and Gisele’s post sparked a flood of well wishes from her famous friends.
Model Karen Elson, 45, said: “Happy birthday sweetheart”, while celebrity hairstylist Harry Josh added: “Happy birthday ladies.”
Gisele and her boyfriend Joaquim first met in December 2021 but did not start dating until June 2023.
The pair were spotted together in Miami and Costa Rica in 2022 though she repeatedly denied they were anything more than friends.

Anthony Michael Hall found it ‘so cute’ when newborn son peed on him ‘like fountain at Caesar’s Palace’

OHMYGOSSIP — Anthony Michael Hall found it “so cute” when his son peed on him “like a fountain at Caesar’s Palace”.
The father-of-one ‘Breakfast Club’ actor, 56, has 13-month-old son Michael Anthony Hall II with his actress and ex-model wife Lucia Oskerova, 33, and opened up about his newborn’s toilet habits as he talked about how he is handling the ups and downs of first-time fatherhood.
He told People: “The reality of it kicks in quick. So it was actually funny because my son, my wife and I brought him home from Cedars.
“He was born on June 1st, last summer, and literally without fail, and I’m not even kidding his first diaper change… of course, he sprouts on, he just starts whizzing, just like Caesar, like a fountain at Caesars Palace.
“It’s so cute, right?
“So you can imagine the visual, just a nice arcing little pee on the way over to the (diaper changing) table, and it was so funny.
“So he broke us in quick.”
Michael – probably best known for starring alongside the 1980s’ ‘Brat Pack’ gang of actors including Emilio Estevez, Judd Nelson, Molly Ringwald, Judd Nelson and Ally Sheedy in John Hughes’ 1985 high school detention drama ‘The Breakfast Club’ – added it is “the greatest joy” to raise his boy.
He went on: “The thing that I love most about my son is just listening to him chuckle and laugh.
“So when he gets into these little laughing fits, it’s the greatest feeling. It really is great.”
But he added about his ongoing diaper run-ins: “This morning, when I tried to change my son’s diaper and he stood up and it was all over.
“I was trying to change his little poopy diaper this morning, and he stood up, and literally, the diaper fell and I looked down and it wasn’t pretty.
“I started laughing at myself at this point. I’m like, ‘What am I? How can I get upset? He’s just growing’.
“He’s like a year now, so he’s starting to lunge and he’s standing up on his own. He’s about ready to walk any second.
“Changing a toddler is like trying to wrestle, because your kid is just moving 180 degrees in every direction, climbing up over you.”

Kim Cattrall denies rumours she’ll make comeback in ‘Sex and the City’ franchise

OHMYGOSSIP — Kim Cattrall has denied rumours she will make a comeback in the ‘Sex and the City’ franchise.
The 67-year-old actress found global fame playing sex-crazed publicist Samantha Jones in the series, and reprised the role in the second season of ‘SATC’ follow-up series ‘And Just Like That’.
But she has denied gossip she will return again for a new run of ‘AJLT’ – by writing the line on Instagram in response to a fan query if she was on her way back into the show: “Aw that’s so kind but I’m not (kiss emoji.)”
Kim has opened up about not wanting to be part of the new show, telling Variety in 2022 she didn’t like how her character was represented in the script for the never-produced third movie in the ‘SATC’ series.
She branded the portrayal “heartbreaking” in her chat with the magazine, and spoke of the hardship of playing a character for decades.
Kim added: “Everything has to grow, or it dies. I felt that when the series ended, I thought, ‘That’s smart, we’re not repeating ourselves’.
“And then the movie to end all the loose ends. And then there’s another movie. And then there’s another movie?”
Kim had also previously said she wouldn’t come back to ‘AJLT’, with her last appearance in the franchise in the second ‘SATC’ feature film in 2010.
Kim starred as Samantha for six seasons of ‘SATC’ alongside Sarah Jessica Parker, 59, as Carrie Bradshaw, Cynthia Nixon, 58, as Miranda Hobbes and Kristin Davis, 59, as Charlotte York Goldenblatt.
Samantha was seen settling down in season four of the original series with artist character Maria Reyes, revealing to her on-screen friends over dinner: “Yes ladies, I’m a lesbian.”
She was then written out of the show, but not killed off.

Lily Allen cut short theatre trip to get intimate with David Harbour

OHMYGOSSIP — Lily Allen left the theatre early to have sex with David Harbour for the first time.
The 39-year-old singer had been on a few dates with the ‘Stranger Things’ actor when they decided to take in a stage show, but they cut short their evening when the 49-year-old star began stroking the ‘Smile’ hitmaker’s hand in an “intense” way and made it clear he wanted them to get “intimate”.
Speaking on her ‘Miss Me?’ podcast, Lily recalled: “We went out on a couple of dates.
“We’d been out for dinner a couple of times and then the third time I went out with him we went to the theatre to go and see ‘The Lehman Trilogy’.
“It’s a very long play, it’s in three parts, there’s two intervals. I think it was in the first bit of the play, the first third, he just like grabbed my hand and started like stroking it – almost like f****** it with his hand or something.
“It was the most intense thing. I was like very English, ‘Ooh my goodness, this person likes me – they want to be intimate with me.’
“And then he like whispered in my ear – I guess it was obvious the first third was coming to a crescendo – he was like, ‘Shall we just like get out of here?’
“It was really hard to get tickets to this play as well. And then we left – and the rest was history.”
Lily admitted she found David’s actions in the theatre “hot”.
She added: “It was very intense. I hadn’t really had that (before).
“It’s not very British is it, like on the third date, like literally grabbed my hand and started stroking me.
“And it was in an environment that it was like I couldn’t like say anything. I was like, ‘Oh God’. It was hot.”
The couple went on to marry in 2020 after over a year of dating. Lily is also mother to Ethel, 12, and 11-year-old Marnie from her marriage to Sam Cooper.

Daisy Edgar-Jones believes in showing ‘healthy sex’ on screen

OHMYGOSSIP — Daisy Edgar-Jones thinks it is important to show “healthy sex” in TV shows and movies.
The 26-year-old actress – who shot to fame playing Marianne opposite Paul Mescal as Connell in ‘Normal People’ – believes it is vital for the younger generations to see intimacy should be “safe and respectful” and for such media to encourage positive conversations.
She told The Sunday Times’ Culture magazine: “I remember watching ‘Sex Education’ and thinking I would have valued having that as a kid.
“It felt healthy, frank, truthful, and ‘Normal People’ allowed consent to be a natural part of the conversation about things being loving, about female pleasure.
“It’s important to witness healthy sex on screen because you’ll understand yourself better.
“I mean, I certainly found watching it myself challenging. Many cups of tea were made.
“But Connell is Marianne’s first partner and how he treats her is so respectful. That was a big thing.
“People said that it allowed them to have conversations with their children and I hope that safe, respectful and complicated sex is still explored.”
In the wake of the #MeToo movement, Daisy told how before every job she starts, the cast and crew gather for an “anti-harassment Zoom” to discuss what they should look out for and who to raise any issues with.
She added: “There is a hierarchy. And you’re working with people who have lots of power who may not hire you again, so it can feel like you can’t come forward if you need.
“But I feel lucky. I knew to ask for an intimacy coordinator, for instance.”
The ‘Twisters’ actress feels pressure from being famous in a social media age because she worries about “saying the wrong thing” and it damaging her career.
She said: “I find social media daunting. And I worry about saying the wrong thing. I want to articulate myself, but also …
“If I make mistakes, they have more eyes on them… They are more defining.
“And maybe that’s where some self-doubt stems from because, bloody hell, I’ve only just begun.”

Danny Dyer meditates every night

OHMYGOSSIP — Danny Dyer meditates every night.
The former ‘EastEnders’ actor – who has previously been in rehab for drug abuse – always looks for the “joy” in life and finds it important to let everything go at the end of the day so he’s ready to get up and “attack” whatever comes next.
He told The Observer magazine: “You’ve got to try and squeeze as much f****** joy out of life as you possibly can.
“Because the one thing I learned when I was going through some crazy times is that your f****** brain is your worst enemy. It questions us all the time and we can’t escape it.
“[I take 10 minutes to meditate every evening] and just completely concentrate on my breath, and let all the f****** s*** go, then have a good night’s sleep and then attack the day again.”
The 46-year-old actor had therapy when he was in rehab and learned many of his struggles were a result of “abandonment issues” due to his father walking out when he was nine to live with his other secret family, and his grandfather dying of cancer shortly afterwards.
He said: “There’s little holes. You’ve got stuff missing within your soul and you don’t know why and you try and fill it with drugs or drink and it doesn’t work.
“And so I learned from going to therapy that I had abandonment issues from men.”
But the ‘Football Factory’ star went “off the rails” when his mentor, Harold Pinter, died in 2008.
He said: “I pushed my ‘f***-it button’. It was about destroying relationships before they could f*** me over. Which is why I sort of went a bit crazy.”
Danny – who has children Dani, 27, Sunnie, 16, and 10-year-old Arty with wife Jo – has noticed his physical appearance changing as he’s got into his 40s, but he’s determined to continue enjoying life.
He said: “I started to notice I was going bald, but I realise that’s part of the ageing process. I understand I’m starting to be the shape of an avocado. But that’s what a middle-aged body is. And I’m accepting it.
“I smoke and I drink, I like to enjoy life, and I don’t want to become a person who calls potatoes ‘carbs’. I don’t want white bread to be the enemy.
“So I’m a middle-aged man and I enjoy it.
“It’s weird getting older, because you become aware of how long you’ve got left. I reckon I’ve got another half my life to go and I intend to enjoy it.”
