Drake shares heartfelt handwritten letter from his son

OHMYGOSSIP — Drake’s son thanked him for “giving [him] such a good life” in a sweet heartfelt letter.
The ‘Family Matters’ singer was touched by the declaration of love from seven-year-old Adonis – who he has with artist Sophie Brussaux – and shared the blue and red handwritten message on his Instagram Story on Thursday (07.11.24).
The brief letter read: “Thank you for giving me such a good life and a good family.
“I love you dad.
“Adonis to Dad.”
In his song ‘Champagne Poetry’, the 38-year-old rapper branded himself as “co-parent of the year” after he and Sophie have been working on their amicable co-parenting relationship following his first birthday.
Adonis – who speaks French and English – splits his time living in France with his mom, as well as in Los Angeles and Toronto with his dad.
Drake revealed in June 2018 that he had a son and he previously admitted it was “freeing” to open up about his little boy.
He said: “I posted those pictures. It was great for me. It was great to just share that with the world and I just felt like … It wasn’t even anything I talked to anybody about or anything I planned. I just woke up one morning and I was like, you know what? This is just something that I want to do. I want to be able to go places with my son and share memories with my son. I don’t want to feel like just because of a life choice I made to be a ‘celebrity’ that I got to make everybody live under this blanket. So, I just wanted to free myself of that.”
Earlier this year, the ‘Hotline Bling’ hitmaker put on a ‘SpongeBob SquarePants’-themed birthday party to mark Adonis turning seven.
They were snapped in front of a Bikini Bottom backdrop, as his boy donned a bright yellow t-shirt, and the Grammy Award-winner rocked an orange ‘Fox Racing’ long-sleeved shirt.
The picture carousel also highlighted Adonis playing football with his friends, as well as jumping in a bouncy castle.

King Charles reflects on his ‘advancing years’

OHMYGOSSIP — King Charles’ “advancing years” mean he feels less of a need for birthday celebrations.
The monarch turns 76 on 14 November and has written a personal letter to the Military Wives Choirs to express his “warmest possible gratitude for your very kind early birthday present” after they recorded new single ‘November Sunday’, which was release last week, to mark the occasion.
According to the Daily Telegraph newspaper, Charles told the group he had been “deeply touched by your wonderfully thoughtful tribute”.
He added: “While those of us of a certain age may feel the need for any such birthday celebrations is in inverse proportion to our advancing years, I am nonetheless deeply touched by your wonderfully thoughtful tribute.”
The king also reflected on the “joy” he experienced as a member of a choir during his school days and thanked the group for their support for their loved ones in the military, as well as for one another.
He wrote: “I also wanted to thank you for your steadfast support not only for your loved ones serving in our military, who sacrifice so much time away from you and your families to protect us, but also for one another.
“Having sung in a choir myself when I was at school, I know the joy of performing together can create close-knit friendships and support groups, and I remain a firm believer that music has a unique power to unite and inspire us all.”
Caroline Paxton, the chair of trustees at the Military Wives Choirs, admitted the group were delighted to receive “such a thoughtful letter”.
She added: “All of us at the Military Wives Choirs wish our King the happiest of birthdays.
“With singers in our network ranging from 21 to 81, we wholeheartedly embrace the belief that age is just a number and not a constraint, with each passing year bringing new opportunity and possibility.
“At the heart of our charity is our commitment to community and mutual support, which we cultivate through the joy and unity of singing together.
“’November Sunday’ is a heartfelt tribute, and we are delighted that His Majesty was touched by it.”
The song features 100 singers from 41 Military Wives Choirs across the UK.

Jordana Brewster to receive 32,500 a month in child support

OHMYGOSSIP — Jordana Brewster’s ex-husband has been ordered to pay her $32,500 a month in modified child support.
The 44-year-old actress – who has sons Julian, 11, and Rowan, eight, with Andrew Form – split from the film producer in 2020 after 13 years of marriage and, months after they reached a shared custody agreement in April, a court has now clarified financial arrangements between the pair.
According to documents filed in California and obtained by Us Weekly, Andrew, 52, has been ordered to hand over the monthly sums, as well as give Jordana a one-off payment of $100,000 within 10 days.
In April, the ‘Fast X’ actress and her estranged husband – whose wife Alexandra Daddario gave birth to their first child last month – agreed that Jordana will have custody of their boys during the week, while Andrew will get to see them at weekends.
The children will stay permanently in the Santa Barbara area so the ‘Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning’ producer can spend time with them, and his ex-wife had to provide a housing allowance for up to three years.
Julian and Rowan were born via surrogate and the ‘Faculty’ actress – who is also stepmother to her husband Mason Morfit’s four children – recently explained she has been happy to help other women through the process.
She told People magazine: “I had moms reach out to me and say, ‘Hey, can you walk me through this?’ Or, ‘Can you help me with this?’
“And I think life is all about paying it forward. And so if I can help someone because of the struggles I went through, I’m more than happy to do that”.
Jordana previously went public with her journey to being a mom back in 2015 and revealed she often felt “awkward” when having to explain her situation.
She told Yahoo Parenting: “I didn’t really have a choice about being open, since it was obvious I wasn’t pregnant. And for me it wasn’t a choice, I needed to use a surrogate. But I didn’t feel judged, it’s more like I felt awkward.
“Sometimes I feel a little left out when other moms talk about what their birth experience was like, and I feel the loss of not having carried or having been able to carry [a baby]. But luckily I keep my circle tight and close, so I never feel judged …
“There are so many women who are young and have to go through IVF and feel like they can’t talk about it, and that’s really unfortunate.”

Jennifer Lopez hails cancelling tour as the ‘best thing she’d ever done’

OHMYGOSSIP — Jennifer Lopez hailed cancelling her tour “the best thing she’d ever done”.
The 55-year-old singer-and-actress pulled the plug on her ‘This Is Me…Live’ shows just weeks before they were due to begin in June and though she has apologised to fans, she doesn’t regret taking a break from work to spend quality time with her 16-year-old twins Max and Emme – who she has with ex-husband Marc Anthony – amid the breakdown of her marriage to Ben Affleck.
Speaking on Friday’s (08.11.24) episode of ‘The Graham Norton Show’, she said: “I took the summer off to be home with the kids, which is the best thing I have ever done.
“It was not like me to do that, so I always want to apologise to the fans.”
The ‘On the Floor’ hitmaker told how she’d had an emotional encounter with a fan the day before who told her she didn’t need to say sorry for the cancellation.
She said: “Actually, something very touching happened when I was coming out of the hotel yesterday. A fan came up to me and said, ‘I had tickets to come and see you.’ When I apologised, he said, ‘Don’t say sorry we love you.’ I started crying straight away.”
The stunned ‘Unstoppable’ star was then told that, by coincidence, the fan in question was in the audience for the show.
Offering a hug and another apology, Jennifer told him: “Was that you? I don’t believe it.”
When she announced the cancellation of the tour, the ‘Jenny From the Block’ hitmaker admitted the decision had left her feeling “completely heartsick”.
In a Live Nation newsletter, she wrote at the time: “I am completely heartsick and devastated about letting you down. Please know that I wouldn’t do this if I didn’t feel that it was absolutely necessary.
“I promise I will make it up to you and we will all be together again. I love you all so much. Until next time …”

Cillian Murphy says rewatching Peaky Blinders is ‘heartbreaking’

OHMYGOSSIP — Cillian Murphy finds rewatching ‘Peaky Blinders’ “heartbreaking”.
The 48-year-old actor is to reprising his role as Tommy Shelby in an upcoming movie, ‘The Immortal Man’, so has been watching old episodes of the drama – which ran for six series between 2013 and 2022 – as part of his preparations and though he found the storylines enjoyable when he was able to detach himself, it wasn’t an easy watch because of the scenes involving his late co-star Helen McCrory, who died of cancer in 2021.
When asked about rewatching the show, he told Britain’s GQ magazine: “Since I started producing — I was a producer on ‘Peaky’ — you kind of have to. It kind of takes the curse off of it. It was very nice watching it, because it was actually quite a good show.
When asked if he can distance himself from the show, he added: “A little bit.
“It was also quite heartbreaking, you know, because I was watching Helen McCrory, and we lost her.
“But you can distance yourself from it, and look at and say, ‘Right, that’s the atmosphere we want. That’s the look we need, that’s the silhouette, and that’s the energy we need from it.’ We need to turn it up for the movie, obviously.”
Despite playing Tommy for so many years, the Oscar-winning star insisted it isn’t “easy” to get back into character but after a few weeks, it is like a “second skin”.
He said: “You have to figure it out again. It’s not easy. You can’t just switch him on and off. It takes a moment. It takes more than a moment, it takes a few weeks to get back to it. I have to watch some of it to remember what it’s all about. But then when you get into it, it does become like a second skin because I’ve been playing him for like 12 years or something.”

Christina Haack replaces Josh Hall with Ant Anstead on new show

OHMYGOSSIP — Christina Haack is is filming a new TV show with Ant Anstead.
The 41-year-old presenter had supposed to be making ‘The Flip Off’ with Josh Hall, but following their recent acrimonious break-up, it seems she is now working with her ex-husband – who she divorced in 2021 after two years of marriage – as they were seen with a film crew earlier this week.
A source told E! News the former couple had shared several “light-hearted” conversations during filming.
The onlooker added: “Even when cameras weren’t rolling, they seemed very chummy.
“It appeared they had really good rapport with one another.”
Christina’s first ex-husband, Tarek El Moussa – the father of her children Taylor, 13, and eight-year-old Brayden – and his wife Heather Rae El Moussa are also working on the show but were not pictured.
Christina recently blasted Josh for his “outrageous” demand for $65,000 in spousal support.
In documents obtained by People magazine, she wrote: “Josh Hall is requesting $65,000 per month in spousal support from [Christina] on a 2 year, 9 month marriage, which is outrageous when he is self-supporting.”
She also claimed Josh had “just paid over $70,000 to pay off the lease” on a Bentley and therefore “has no need for spousal support.”
But Josh has hit out at the filing, arguing the “legal declarations” made by the 41-year-old beauty were “riddled with lies and assumptions”.
He also blasted Christina’s lawyer, Matthew S. DeArmey.
He wrote: “Interesting tactic for someone who is a licensed attorney and took an oath of integrity. Pretty sure making provably false statements to a judge is unethical.”
A representative for Josh also denied he had asked for the hefty amount of spousal support.
The representative said: “This filing is riddled with provably false statements. For one, Josh never requested $65,000 in support. That’s false.”
Josh did request spousal support in his initial divorce petition on 15 July, though he did not specify an amount.
In response, the HGTV star asked that neither party be allowed to receive support.

Cori Broadus was ‘scared’ after suffering stroke

OHMYGOSSIP — Snoop Dogg’s daughter was “scared” when she suffered a stroke.
Cori Broadus – who suffers from autoimmune condition lupus – was hospitalised in January this year after suffering a health scare and she’s recalled questioning why her health was in such “decline” while busy planning her wedding to Wayne Deuce.
In a clip from upcoming three-part E! series ‘Snoop Dogg’s Fatherhood: Cori and Wayne’s Story’, she reflected: “My health was declining.
“Doctor comes in, ‘Cori, you had a stroke.’ I’m hurting, I’m scared. Why is this happening to me?”
The trailer also showed the 25-year-old bride-to-be and her partner stressed from trying to plan a wedding for 750 guests, with Cori’s desire for $10,000 shoes, a helicopter and a performance from Justin Bieber leading to conflict.
Cori noted: “I’m a princess, so the princess gotta do it big.”
But she later said in the trailer: “Me and Wayne are in some deep trouble.”
And during a clip from a couple’s therapy session, Wayne ominously says: “There’s no point in talking. Should I even get married?”
Cori spent a week in hospital after suffering a stroke at ‘The Underdoggs’ premiere, and kept her followers regularly updated.
Alongside a photo of herself in her hospital bed, Cori wrote on Instagram at the time: “I had a severe stroke this am. I started breaking down crying when they told me. (sic)”
Days later, she announced her kidneys were already “improving so much”.
She wrote on her Instagram Stories: “God is working overtime you hear me! My kidneys were doing terrible … doctors came in this AM and said they are improving so much (sic)”
And then she was relieved to learn a CT scan of her chest had come back “normal” so she would be allowed to leave hospital.
She wrote on her Instagram story: “I can prolly cry. Omgggg thank you thank you for the continuous prayers, love etc.(sic)”

Saoirse Ronan wants to do an A Star is Born karaoke with husband Jack Lowden

OHMYGOSSIP — Saoirse Ronan’s husband Jack Lowden keeps disappointing her by refusing to perform a “cheesy karaoke duet” of her choice.
‘The Outrun’ actress wants to channel her inner Lady Gaga with Jack playing her Bradley Cooper on a duet of ‘Shallow’ from the movie ‘A Star Is Born’ – which starred Gaga, 38, and Cooper, 49, as two singers who fall in love.
Appearing on ‘The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon’ on Thursday (07.11.24), Saoirse said: “I’ve been desperate for myself and my husband Jack to do a cheesy karaoke duet.
“It’s ‘Shallow’ from ‘A Star is Born’. I want him to be my Bradley, and I’ll be his Gaga.
“And he won’t do it. He hasn’t committed.
“And I’m sort of like, well, what’s marriage for? You know what I mean? What are we doing here?”
Saoirse, 30, and Jack, 34, started dating in 2018 and got married in 2024 in a wedding ceremony in Edinburgh, Scotland.
Jack worked as a producer on ‘The Outrun’ and was instrumental in convincing her to take on the role of Rona, a young woman recently out of rehab for alcoholism who returns home to the Orkney Islands in Scotland to see her father.
Saoirse says Jack – who co-starred with her in 2018 historical drama ‘Mary Queen of Scots’ – is coming round to the idea of collaborating with his wife more on screen and stage.
She told USA Today: “Jack didn’t want to for a long time, but I’ve now convinced him that’s a great idea.
“I’d really like to do something together on stage.
“Jack is a lot calmer than I am. He’s my voice of reason.
“But as a duo, we’ve both been on film sets our whole lives, so we have an appreciation of what we’re asking actors to do. We always want them to feel safe.”
‘Fighting with My Family’ star Jack admits working with his wife ends the problem of them being separated for long periods due to their acting commitments.
He told The Times newspaper: “Making work together solves that problem, so that’s another reason why we want to do more together.
“’The Outrun’ gave us such a taste for it. And it can be a lonely thing, this profession.”

Celebrity hairdresser Trevor Sorbie dies at the age of 75

OHMYGOSSIP — Celebrity hairdresser Trevor Sorbie has died at the age of 75.
The famed stylist, who shot to stardom after creating the Wedge Cut in 1974, has passed away following a battle with terminal bowel cancer, his team have announced.
On his Instagram account, Trevor’s team posted: “It is with heartfelt emotion that we share the passing of our esteemed founder, Trevor Sorbie MBE.
“Trevor passed away peacefully with his family and beloved dog by his side. Trevor’s journey, marked by unparalleled creativity and kindness, has left an indelible mark on the world of hairdressing and beyond.
“From pioneering The Wedge five decades ago to establishing our first salon in 1979, Trevor’s vision set new standards and continues to inspire generations. As we commemorate 45 years of Trevor Sorbie salons, we remain steadfast in upholding the passion, artistry, and dedication that he embodied.”
The statement concluded there would be no funeral for the hairdresser, and urged fans to instead donate to four charities that were “close to his heart”.
It continued: “Honouring Trevor’s wishes, there will be no funeral. In lieu of flowers, we invite you to support four charities: Marie Curie, Cancer Research UK, Rowans Hospice and My New Hair, all close to his heart.
“We also plan to celebrate his remarkable life and contributions with a special event next year and will share details in due course.”
Trevor – who was diagnosed with bowel cancer in 2019 – had confirmed in October he had only weeks to live due to the disease spreading to his liver.
After being told his condition had worsened, the hairdresser was offered chemotherapy treatment to help extend his life, though he bravely decided to turn it down because he couldn’t “face any more of [being in] that poison”.
Born on 13 March 1949 in Paisley, Scotland, Trevor’s family moved to England where he was bullied at school, so he dropped out to become an apprentice at his father’s barber shop.
In 1979, the young hairdresser opened the first Trevor Sorbie salon in London’s Covent Garden, before expanding the company to Manchester, Brighton, Bristol, Richmond and Hampstead.
Over the course of his illustrious career, Trevor won the British Hairdresser of the Year award four times, and helped transform the fashion world through his trend-setting styles like Sculpture, the Wolf Man and the Wave.
Trevor had also styled the hair of a myriad of celebrities, including including The Beatles, Dame Helen Mirren, Grace Jones, and The Beach Boys, though previously insisted his “biggest accolade” was being made an MBE in 2004 by Queen Elizabeth II.
Last year, the Fellowship for British Hairdressing launched a prize in his name dubbed the Trevor Sorbie Award for creative and commercial innovation.

‘I don’t know what it’s gonna do to my mental health…’ Ella Purnell can’t watch certain Yellowjackets episode

OHMYGOSSIP — Ella Purnell hasn’t watched the ‘Yellowjackets’ episode where her character’s dead body is eaten.
The 28-year-old actress plays Jackie in thriller series ‘Yellowjackets’, which follows a high school girls’ soccer team that becomes stranded in the Canadian wilderness after a plane crash in 1996.
Ella’s alter ego Jackie Taylor died in the Season One finale after freezing to death.
The start of Season Two sees the team resort to eating Jackie’s corpse but Ella has admitted that she has deliberately not seen this episode, because she worries about what her reaction might be.
The ‘UFO’ actress said at a recent fan expo in Chicago according to Deadline: “I’m gonna tell you a secret: I actually haven’t watched that episode because I don’t know what it’s gonna do to my mental health.
“I don’t really want to risk it, so I haven’t seen it.”
Ella also went on to explain that she found it “disconcerting” to see her cast mates taking pictures with the corpse of her character when they were filming Season Two.
Speaking at a recent Fan Expo in Chicago, she said: “Yeah, it was weird. I knew it was gonna happen, I kind of put two and two together. But I was filming ‘Fallout’, and the schedule was very, very demanding. I was exhausted. And I was getting the scripts for Season Two but I wasn’t maybe reading them as quickly as I should have been, because I had a lot going on.
“And I just woke up one morning, and I had all these pictures from my ‘Yellowjackets’ castmates of them taking selfies with my charred corpse. You know when you wake up and you don’t know where you are? It was like that but on steroids, because I woke up and I was like, ‘Am I dead? What’s happened?’ So, it was a little bit disconcerting.”

Beyonce becomes most nominated artist in Grammy history

OHMYGOSSIP — Beyonce has become the most-nominated artist in the history of the Grammy Awards.
The 43-year-old star has actually overtaken Jay-Z, her husband, after receiving 11 nominations for the latest awards.
The celebrity duo – who have been married since 2008 – were previously tied on 88 nominations each, but Beyonce has now managed to pull clear of her husband, as she received the most nominations for the upcoming awards show.
Beyonce is among the nominees in the Best Album and Best Country Album categories for ‘Cowboy Carter’ – the country-inspired record that she released earlier this year – while ‘Texas Hold ‘Em’ has been nominated for the Song of the Year accolade.
Beyonce has never won the Album Of The Year prize, despite being nominated in the category on four previous occasions. And earlier this year, Jay-Z actually slammed the Grammys for overlooking Beyonce for the top award.
The rap star said: “I don’t want to embarrass this young lady. But she has more Grammys than everyone and never won Album Of The Year. So even by your own metrics, that doesn’t work. Think about that. The most Grammys; never won Album Of The Year. That doesn’t work.”
Beyonce will face competition for the coveted award from Andre 3000, Sabrina Carpenter, Charli XCX, Jacob Collier, Billie Eilish, Chappell Roan and Taylor Swift.
Taylor’s nomination in the Album category means she’s overtaken Barbra Streisand to claim the all-time record. The 34-year-old star – who released ‘The Tortured Poets Department’ in April – has now been nominated for the prestigious gong six times.
Elsewhere, Charli, Billie, Kendrick Lamar and Post Malone have all received seven nominations each.
Charli – who released her ‘Brat’ album in June – has been nominated for Record Of The Year, Best Pop Solo Performance and Best Pop Duo.
Taylor, Sabrina and Chappell all have six nominations each, with the latter two earning nods in the so-called big four categories – Album Of The Year, Song Of The Year, Record Of The Year, and Best New Artist.
Sabrina, 25, has enjoyed a breakout year with her recently-released ‘Short n’ Sweet’ album, while Chappell has had a meteoric rise since releasing ‘The Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess’ in 2023.
Meanwhile, The Beatles are among the contenders for Record Of The Year with ‘Now And Then’. The single was released in November 2023, after John Lennon wrote the first bars back in 1978.

James Van Der Beek caught off-guard by cancer diagnosis

OHMYGOSSIP — James Van Der Beek was stunned by his cancer diagnosis.
The 47-year-old actor was diagnosed with stage 3 colorectal cancer in August, and James has now admitted to being caught off-guard by the news.
Speaking to PEOPLE, James shared: “It was just a change in bowel habits.
“I thought, I probably need to change my diet a little bit. Maybe I need to stop coffee. Maybe I need to not put cream in the coffee. And then I finally took that out of the diet, and it didn’t improve, and I thought, all right, I better go get this checked out.”
James was initially relaxed about the situation, assuming it would be easy to remedy.
He shared: “I felt really, really good as I was coming out of anesthesia that I had finally done it and looked into it. And as I was coming out of the haze, the gastroenterologist said – in his most pleasant bedside manner – it is cancer.”
James was in “amazing cardiovascular shape” when he was diagnosed with cancer, and he’s confessed to being shocked by the news.
He said: “I’m very healthy. I was in amazing cardiovascular shape.
“I tried to eat healthy as much as I could, as far as I knew at the time. Though I’ve since learned a lot about what actually eating healthy is.”
James previously revealed that he has been “feeling good” and is remaining optimistic about the situation.
The actor – who is best known for playing Dawson Leery on the hit TV series ‘Dawson’s Creek’ – told PEOPLE: “I have colorectal cancer. I’ve been privately dealing with this diagnosis and have been taking steps to resolve it.”

Sophia Loren: I don’t plan to retire

OHMYGOSSIP — Sophia Loren doesn’t have any plans to retire.
The 90-year-old actress still loves working and despite her age, Sophia doesn’t have any intention of walking away from the movie industry.
The veteran film star – who is one of the last surviving major stars from the Golden Age of Hollywood cinema – told Deadline: “I don’t want to think about legacy. I want to think about my next movie.
“I’ll think of legacy once I retire and I hope never to retire.”
Sophia has never had a career “plan B” and the actress has insisted she doesn’t take “the easy way out”, either.
The ‘Two Women’ star explained: “The secret is never to have a plan B so that when you are faced with an obstacle you find insurmountable, you don’t end up taking the easy way out, you take a deep breath, push on and find the right solution to your problem as you have no choice but to move forward. No Plan Bs, only a Plan A.”
Sophia became a global sex symbol in the 1950s – but the actress never actually gave it much thought.
She said: “Frankly, being a sex symbol has never defined me, I am who I am.
“I am not naive, I am aware of the fact that some people respond to me in such a way but I’ve never given it much thought.
“What I have given much thought to has always been being true to my craft and being part of stories that can move and inspire people, and in that respect, Hollywood has always been a great source of inspiration for me. The craft and pursuit of excellence is the currency of the people in this city. It is both aspirational and inspirational.”

‘I’d outlaw air fresheners in cars…’ Elizabeth Hurley reveals the laws she’d make if she was a Queen

OHMYGOSSIP — Elizabeth Hurley would “outlaw air fresheners in cars” if she was Queen of England.
The brunette beauty plays Queen Helena Henstridge in TV series ‘The Royals’ has outlined the laws she would rubber stamp if she was in charge of giving Royal Assent.
When asked by The Guardian newspaper what laws she would pass to make the UK a happier or unhappier place, she said: “My favourite part of playing the Queen in ‘The Royals’ was saying ‘walk away’ when anyone annoyed me and watching them dutifully scurry off.
“I’d like to make that a house law at home. If I were the real Queen, I’d outlaw air fresheners in cars – they’re all disgusting.
“I’d pass a law obliging food manufacturers to put large UPF stickers on ultra-processed foods, so we wouldn’t have to spend hours squinting at ingredient lists.
“I’d ban prison sentences for white-collar criminals and make them give back to the community instead – imagine if Lester Piggott [the late professional jockey and trainer] had had to spend years teaching inner-city kids to ride horses.
“And I’d lock up violent criminals for longer.”
The 59-year-old star – who played Vanessa Kensington in 1997’s ‘Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery’ – is still shining bright as an actress, and is fronting Debenhams’ 2024 Christmas advertising campaign in the UK.
Called ‘Duh, Debenhams’, it highlights how festive shopping can be a “seamless experience” when customers buy on the retailer’s website.
Elizabeth said: “I loved being part of the Debenhams Christmas campaign, especially as I am lazy and do most of my shopping online.
“I never need much persuading to shimmy around in a sequined dress while spraying glorious perfume on myself.
“Plus, I stole the faux sheepskin rug I’m draped over in the ad, so I’ll be lounging on that a lot this year.”

Kristin Cavallari and Mark Estes ‘are on good terms’

OHMYGOSSIP — Kristin Cavallari is “on good terms” with Mark Estes.
The 37-year-old reality TV star and Mark recently reunited at a bar in Nashville, and an insider has now revealed that there’s no lingering animosity between the celebrity duo, despite their break-up in September.
The source told PEOPLE: “Everyone’s on good terms.”
Kristin and Mark dated for seven months, and they were recently seen together at Kid Rock’s Big Ass Honky Tonk Rock N’ Roll Steakhouse. The former couple were joined on their night out by Kaleb Winterburn, who stars alongside Mark in the music group Montana Boyz.
The evening was the first time Kristin and Mark have been spotted together since their split.
Despite this, Kristin recently revealed that she’s “dipping [her] toe back in the dating pool”.
The blonde beauty said on her ‘Let’s Be Honest’ podcast: “Here’s my thing. I think I’m just so f****** over Hollywood in general.
“I’m having people reach out to me right now, and I’ve had a couple, like, big people in Hollywood reach out to me … But there is nothing in me that wants to go out with these people. Whereas three years ago, I would have been like, ‘Okay. Yeah.'”
Kristin previously insisted that the 13-year age gap between herself and Mark wasn’t an issue. But she’s now keen to date someone her own age, and ideally, someone with a lower profile, too.
The ‘Very Cavallari’ star – who was married to former NFL player Jay Cutler between 2013 and 2022 – said: “I wouldn’t say it’s a deal breaker, but I am not looking to date anyone in entertainment. And, like, I will never date anyone from the DMs ever again because it attracts the wrong type of guy.”

Chappell Roan reveals how Bohemian Rhapsody inspired her success

OHMYGOSSIP — Chappell Roan’s recent success has been inspired by ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’.
The 26-year-old singer – who released her debut studio album, ‘The Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess’, in September 2023 – has admitted that her career was transformed by the 2018 musical drama film, which focused on the life of Freddie Mercury, the lead singer of Queen.
Speaking at an event at the Grammy Museum in Los Angeles on Thursday (07.11.24), Chappell shared: “Why I even really switched so hardcore into pop was because I watched the Queen movie with Rami [Malek].
“That scene whenever they’re performing Live Aid and performing ‘Radio Ga Ga’ … that changed my career. It pivoted and I was like, ‘I will do like whatever it takes [to recreate that].'”
Chappell recalled being wowed by Rami’s character and his relationship with the audience.
She explained: “I just would do anything to feel that way in a crowd. I thought to myself, how do I do something that like? I can look out and have everyone do the same thing like that. It was so powerful.”
Chappell has actually made a concerted effort to create songs “that would be amazing live”.
The singer explained that she wants to “interact with the audience” during her own live performances.
Chappell – who has been nominated for the Album of the Year gong at the Grammys – said: “I knew the whole time I just wanted to write songs that would be amazing live, to interact with the audience.
“I genuinely think that’s why this project has caught on fire this year. It’s been my year of performing live. These songs were never meant to be hidden on an album somewhere.”
