Priscilla Presley’s ex-business partners accuse her of trying to ‘ruin’ their lives

OHMYGOSSIP — Priscilla Presley’s former business partners have accused her of trying to “ruin” their lives.
They hit out after Elvis Presley’s ex-wife’s lawyer Marty Singer filed a lawsuit on 18 July claiming a woman named Brigitte Kruse – and a string of others – took advantage of the 79-year-old and stole $1 million from her as part of financial abuse.
Brigitte’s legal team have now told People in a statement the filing is “retaliatory” for one filed from them against Priscilla in 2023.
They said: “The suit filed is a retaliatory lawsuit due to the one filed by Priscilla’s business partners last year.
“We are confident that the facts will speak for themselves and justice will prevail.
“It saddens all of us who dropped our lives to provide aid to a woman who needed help and she is now attempting to use her celebrity status to ruin the lives of kind, hardworking people.”
“We will continue to focus on our business and look forward to our day in court. The truth will come out by way of evidence and not rumours.
“There will be no further comment at this time as we respect the judicial process.”
Along with Brigitte, Priscilla’s attorney’s filing also named Kevin Fialko, Vahe Sislyan, Lynn Walker Wright and Priscilla Presley Partners.
It claimed Brigitte, who is the founder of Kruse GWS Auctions, controlled her finances and forced her into a form of “indentured servitude” by “gaining her trust”.
The suit said Brigitte also isolated Priscilla from “the most important people in her life”, and duped her into “believing that they would take care of her” personally and financially.
It added: “They convinced (Priscilla) that all of her former advisors were either deceitful or incompetent, and that she was leaving millions of dollars on the table as the result of their mismanagement.”
The documents also claim by “isolating” Priscilla and “immersing themselves in every aspect of her life”, the defendants were able to “fraudulently induce” her into giving them power of attorney, control over her family and personal trusts, and “control over her bank accounts”.
Priscilla met Brigitte through mutual connections to discuss selling Elvis memorabilia, according to the court documents.
Brigitte then allegedly “quickly” embedded herself in Priscilla’s life and they began working together by the end of 2021.
Priscilla claims she created companies on Brigitte’s advice where her associates received 80 per cent of her income and she was left with minority shares in the company.
She also claims that the defendants withdrew $40,000 from the bank account of her son Navarone Garcia for “no legitimate reason”.
Priscilla is seeking to have the license and operating agreements for the “sham” companies taken back and to block the defendants from having access to her financial accounts.
Brigitte sued Priscilla for an alleged breach of contract in 2023 after they formed Priscilla Presley Partners.

Katie Price vows never to ‘hit rock bottom again’

OHMYGOSSIP — Katie Price has vowed never to “hit rock bottom again”.
The former glamour model, 46, opens up about her life’s many ups and downs in her latest autobiography – using it to confess she took cocaine and drank before her 2021 road smash that saw her flip her BMW onto its side on 28 September on a country road near her West Sussex home.
She told Channel 5 News on Monday (22.07.24) night in a chat with news presenter Dani Sinah about how she has since turned things around thanks to understanding her ADHD: “Now I’m doing really, really good. I’ve learned a lot about myself, a lot about mental health and obviously being diagnosed with the severe ADHD, learnt a lot about that, which I wish I knew years ago because certain situations that have happened in the past I just reacted how I thought, you know, I reacted.
“Whereas now, if you put me in the same situation, I react different.
“I know how to control my little outbursts and triggers, things like that, but it has been really bad and I think in this industry cause I’ve had a lot of real life trauma events, and you just put it at the back of you cause it’s quite a fast-paced this industry.
“And you end up not dealing with the problems at the time and they build up, build up, build up and before you know it, it becomes noise in your head, and then you just can’t cope with it, you think there’s no light at the end of the tunnel and then that caused depression, then a breakdown, suicidal, ended up at the Priory, the psychiatric hospital twice.
“And then started to realise, get to the root of each trauma that I’ve had, knowing how to deal with it – doesn’t mean to say you forget it, but you learn to deal with them.”
After Katie’s road accident three years age, the mother-of-five tested positive for alcohol and cocaine, and admitted drink-driving while disqualified and driving without insurance.
She added: “I’m only human at the end of the day, and it takes a toll on you, and in a way, I’m not glad that it’s happened, but it’s happened and I know that I would never ever hit rock bottom again, because now I know how to deal with issues.”

Selena Gomez’s boyfriend boasts he has ‘hottest chick in the game wearing my chain’

OHMYGOSSIP — Selena Gomez’s boyfriend has boasted he has the “hottest chick in the game wearing my chain”.
Music producer Benny Blanco, 36, and Selena have been an item since June 2023 and he celebrated her 32nd birthday on Monday (22.07.24) by giving the singer and actress a jewel-encrusted necklace in the shape of his first initial.
Selena showed off her diamond-covered ‘B’ necklace – a 14-karat gold, diamond-studded piece from Los Angeles-based brand Baby Gold, which sells for $600 – in a photo posted on Instagram.
Benny commented on the image: “I got the hottest chick in the game wearing my chain” – in reference to Jay-Z’s lyric from his ‘Public Service Announcement’ track.
Selena and Benny have posted a series of loved-up snaps online, and most recently publicly showed their romance was going strong by cuddling up for a photo to mark the Fourth of July celebrations.
They had reunited when the shot was taken after Selena was away filming.
Their image was posted on Selena’s Instagram and showed Benny wrapping his arm around her chest and hugging her from behind as she sat at a garden table.
Selena had been away before it was taken attending the Cannes Film Festival to promote her film ‘Emilia Perez’ and filming the latest series of her hit show ‘Only Murders in the Building’ in New York.
Selena recently said she was planning to adopt a baby before she met Benny.
She told Time about resigning herself to being a single mum: “I was alone for five years and I got really used to it. A lot of people are afraid of being alone and I probably tortured myself in my head for like two years being alone, and then I kind of accepted it.”
Selena added she then “came up with my plan”, which was for her to adopt at the age of 35 if she “had not met anyone”.
She said about things changing when she met Benny: “It just happens when you least expect it.”
Selena took her romance with Benny, born Benjamin Levine, public in December, and he has told how his “next goal” is to have children with the actress.
He said on ‘The Howard Stern Show’: “That’s my next goal, to check the box (of having a family.)
“I have a ton of godkids; I’ve got a ton of nephews. I love being around kids.”

Miriam Margolyes fears running out of money by the time she needs carers

OHMYGOSSIP — Miriam Margolyes is worried she “won’t have enough money” to pay for carers as her health worsens.
The 83-year-old actress – who suffers with spinal stenosis – is still working on the likes of ‘Call the Midwife’ as well as recording videos for fans on Cameo, and she has opened up on the reason behind her continued commitments.
She told the Radio Times magazine: “I’m worried that I won’t have enough money for carers when I finally get paralysed or whatever it is that’s going to happen to me.”
According to the NHS, spinal stenosis is the “narrowing of the spinal canal”, which can caused “compression of the spinal nerves”, leading to “back and/or leg pain”.
The ‘Harry Potter’ star – who also released her memoir ‘Oh Miriam!’ last year – is “saving up” the money from her various lucrative projects to help in the future.
She explained: “I’m saving up cash so that I can pay people to look after me and my partner [Heather].
“We don’t have children, so I need to make sure I’m going to be looked after in the way that I’ve become accustomed.”
Next month, she will be shown travelling on a mobility scooter in three-part BBC series ‘Miriam Margolyes: a New Australian Adventure’, and she initially ordered the show’s bosses to avoid showing her struggling until she realised it could help others.
She said: “When I started kind of failing physically, I remember saying to directors and producers, please don’t show me clambering out of a car or climbing upstairs on my hands and knees.
“I didn’t want people to see that because I was embarrassed to see myself looking so pathetic.”
Meanwhile, Miriam recently revealed she has pulled in £365,000 from Cameo alone since COVID-19, offering birthday messages, pep talks, roasts, advice or simply answering a question for at least £135 per clip.
Appearing on ITV daytime show ‘Loose Women’, she said: “One day I will need carers. I want to be comfortable and I want them to be properly paid for.
“It is really because I want to make money though and they pay me to do it.”

‘It’s a nightmare’ Rob Delaney wrote book about late son Henry to make it clear how ‘awful’ grief is

OHMYGOSSIP — Rob Delaney wrote a book about his late son, because he wanted to make it clear how “awful” grief is.
The 47-year-old actor tragically lost two-year-old Henry following a battle with brain cancer in 2018, and he penned a tome about his boy to convey the “nightmare” reality of losing a child, but admitted the reader can “glean hope” from his family being “OK now”.
Speaking on the ‘Today’ show, he said: “I always thought there’s a lot of stuff written about grief where people are kind of like, ‘And then one day the sun came out again.’ And I was like, ‘Yeah, enough of that.’
“It’s a nightmare and I figured the best thing I could do was sort of elucidate how awful it is.
“And let the reader glean hope by seeing that my family is OK now, but I didn’t want to prescribe it like, ‘It’ll all be fine.’ Cause a lot of things aren’t fine.”
The ‘Catastrophe’ star admitted he “loves to talk” about his late son.
He added: “In 2018, my son Henry, he died of a brain tumour that he was diagnosed with right around his first birthday.
“And yeah, he died in the beginning of 2018 and he was just the sweetest little most wonderful guy.
“We say that about all of our kids but Henry was better than other children.
“And he was so funny and his brain tumour was in the back of his head near his brain stem, so it brought him a lot of physical disabilities ‘cause that stuff is controlled back there.
“But his frontal lobe was fine so he was very funny and smart and charming and gorgeous and flirty and silly and brilliant.
“He learned sign language cause he couldn’t talk cause he had a tracheostomy.
“I love to talk about him. He’s my son, I’m his dad.
“His brothers miss him, his mom misses him, and he’s part of our family, so I don’t know how to not talk about him.”
Earlier this month, Rob told how he would love to buy the home his son died in.
Speaking to Lauren Laverne on ‘Desert Island Discs’, Rob said: “We don’t live there any more but when we moved out I asked the landlord, ‘Listen, if you are ever going to sell this place will you let me know first because I would like to buy it’, so when I’m 81 I can crawl in here and die, in the same room that my son died in, that my other son was born in.”

Keanu Reeves admits he is always thinking about death

OHMYGOSSIP — Keanu Reeves is always thinking about death.
The 59-year-old actor admitted that while he is “hopeful” that the end of his life isn’t painful, he can’t help thinking about it and it actually serves as a “reminder” to appreciate what is around him.
He told BBC News: “I’m 59, so I’m thinking about death all the time. Hopefully it’s not crippling, but hopefully it’s sensitized [us] to an appreciation of the breath we have, and the relationships that we have the potential to have.”
Meanwhile, Keanu recently admitted that he “didn’t write” any of his new novel.
The ‘John Wick’ actor has teamed up with one of his favourite authors, China Miéville, on ‘The Book of Elsewhere’, which is inspired by his own ‘BRZRKR’ comic books and features the series’ protagonist, immortal warrior Unute aka B, but he left penning the story to his collaborator.
He admitted to The Guardian newspaper: “I didn’t want to write the book. I wanted another creator to take that journey. So, ultimately, China has written the novel. It’s not, like, we could look at page eight and say, ‘Oh, I wrote this section.’ I didn’t write any of the novel.’”
The pair first met face-to-face in Berlin in 2021, and went through China’s first draft in a series of Zoom meetings, with the 51-year-old author admitting it took him some time to grasp Keanu’s ideas, but ultimately he realised the 59-year-old star’s suggestions were “absolutely right”.
He said: “What I felt he was particularly perspicacious about was questions of character – which shouldn’t be a surprise because of the acting.
“But the way we talk about things structurally, and in terms of character, isn’t necessarily the same. We don’t come with the same vernacular.
“So there was a process where I had to learn to understand what was being put to me. I remember a couple of times when you were saying things about B, and I was like, I know I’m not getting what he’s saying.
“Then after a couple of goes around – oh, OK, I get it. And every time that happened – I can think of three times very particularly – I was, like, oh: he’s absolutely right.”

The former ‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ star – who is mother to Paris, 43, Nicky, 40, Barron, 34, and Conrad, 30 through her marriage to businessman Richard Hilton – recently revealed her sibling had been having a mix of “good and bad” days since the split.
She said: “You know, there’s good days for Kyle and then there’s tough days. And I am there talking to her every day, several times, and I wanna be there for her. It’s very scary after almost 28 years. She’s been married her whole life. And the four children. It doesn’t matter what age. It’s heartbreaking.”
Mauricio recently told his daughters he did “everything possible” to save his marriage and that he had an “amazing” relationship with Kyle, who also has Farrah, 35, with first husband Guraish Aldjufrie.
Speaking in a clip from the season two premiere of ‘Buying Beverly Hills’, he told them: “I had an amazing 26 years with your mom, and I wanted to do everything possible to just save it. I’m not going to be asking you what you’re doing, I don’t want you to be asking me what I’m doing. We are separated…'”

Jennifer Meyer inspired by Gwyneth Paltrow amid Tobey Maguire divorce

OHMYGOSSIP — Jennifer Meyer took inspiration from Gwyneth Paltrow during her divorce from Tobey Maguire.
The 47-year-old jewellery designer split from the ‘Spider-Man’ actor in 2016 after nine years of marriage, and she has opened up about how the Goop founder’s own breakup from Coldplay singer Chris Martin helped her come to terms with the difficult experience.
Appearing on the ‘Broad Ideas with Rachel Bilson Olivia Allen’ podcast, she said: “Right when Tobey and I were starting to break up, I watched what Gwyneth Paltrow was doing with Chris.
“This ‘conscious uncoupling’ that everyone was sort of making fun of. I got to see it firsthand, and it was the most beautiful thing I had ever witnessed two human beings go through.
“I was taught that divorce is ugly. I was taught that divorce was bad and it would never be good.”
Jennifer realised she and Tobey could find something positive in their split after seeing Gwyneth and Chris be “so loving and kind and open”.
She recalled: “I just witnessed their beautiful breakup, and I was like, ‘You guys are an example for every couple who is breaking up.'”
Through Gwyneth, Jennifer and Tobey were introduced to Dr. Habib Sadeghi, who coined the concept of ‘conscious uncoupling’.
Going through such an experience helped the former spouses, who have children Ruby, 17, and Otis, 15, together.
She explained: “Tobey is my best friend now. We travel together, we do every holiday together, I’m so lucky.
“I literally have the best ex-husband in the world and I hit the jackpot. I honestly don’t know what I would do without him in my life. I ride for him so hard. He’s so phenomenal.”
Tobey is even on good terms with Jennifer’s boyfriend, but she admitted their positive arrangement is the result of “a lot of work”.
The couple tied the knot in 2007 in Kona, Hawaii, in front of a small group of family and friends, and she filed for divorce in October 2020, after four years of separation.

Jerry Ferrara thinks Encourage revival would be closer to Three Men And A Baby

OHMYGOSSIP — Jerry Ferrara thinks an ‘Entourage’ reboot would be more like ‘Three Men And A Baby’.
The 44-year-old actor played Salvatore ‘Turtle’ Assante in HBO’s hit comedy drama, which ran from 2004 to 2011 and starred Adrian Grenier (Vincent Chase), Kevin Connolly (Eric Murphy) and Kevin Dillon (Johnny ‘Drama’ Chase) – and he has suggested a potential revival would be closer to Leonard Nimoy’s 1987 comedy starring Tom Selleck, Steve Guttenberg and Ted Danson.
Father-of-two Jerry told E! News: “Me and Kevin Connolly were texting last night, we were talking about all going and grabbing some dinner, reminiscing a little bit.
“We all have kids now. People talk about the reboot – it’d be like ‘Three Men And A Baby’ almost!”
While there are no immediate plans for a revival of the show, which ended after eight seasons with a feature film in 2015, he refused to rule it out.
He added: “I’ve learned to never say never, because just when I always say, ‘Ah, it’ll never happened’ is usually when it does.”
Despite the Escalade car playing a big role in the show, Jerry has admitted he “kinda learned how to drive” on set.
He recalled: “As an East Coast guy, I didn’t really drive that much in New York growing up. I kinda learned how to drive on the Escalade, for better or worse.
“I did always love those scenes where I would look at the call sheet and you’d say, ‘OK, we’re starting off today with driving. It’s the four of us, in the Escalade, ripping on each other’.
“We’d be in the Escalade for 12 hours. Our friendship was formed a lot in the Escalade.”
The show was co-executive produced by Mark Wahlberg, and said to be roughly based on his life as a Hollywood star.
He previously suggested any potential reboot would probably now reflect his settled life, including exercising early and going to church.
He told Page Six: “I don’t know if that’s going to happen but I would definitely support it…
“It would look like an older group of guys probably doing things more like me, going to church and you know hopefully having families and getting up early and working out.
“[A reboot] might not be as exciting as when they were running the night clubs and running all around Vegas.”

RHONJ star Teresa Guidice reveals her secret to a successful marriage

OHMYGOSSIP — Teresa Giudice thinks “respect” is the key to a successful marriage.
The 52-year-old reality star split from her first husband Joe Giudice in 2020 after more than two decades together but tied the knot with Luis Ruelas, 49, in 2022 and upon their anniversary admitted that it has all been “very easy” for them.”
She told E! News: “He’s amazing. He’s great. I guess when you’re in love it’s very easy. And you just got to respect each other and always stay in your love bubble.”
The ‘Real Housewives of New Jersey’ star also noted that there have been a slew of false rumours put about about her husband – who had been previously married to Marisa Dimartino Ruelas – since they got together but is using her airtime on the upcoming season of the reality show to prove conclusively that they were all wrong.
She added: “Since I’ve met Louie, there have been people that have been putting out false narratives out there and I prove it in black and white and you’ll see that. We see who’s been putting out lies out there.”
The loved-up pair started dating in July 2020 and bought their first house together just over a year later before getting engaged in October 2022 during a trip to Hydra Island in Greece.
Teresa and Joe who have daughters Gia, 23, Gabriella, 19, Milania, 17, and 14-year-old Audriana – had separated long before then after they pleaded guilty to financial fraud in 2014.
In December 2015, Teresa was released from federal prison after serving 11 months of a 15-month sentence for wire, mail and bankruptcy fraud.
Her then-spouse was sentenced to a 41-month prison term in March 2016 for the same crimes.

The 46-year-old reality star split from NFL player Kroy Biermann – with whom she has Brielle, 27, Ariana, 22, KJ, 13, Kash, 11, and 10-year-old twins Kaia and Kane – in May after 12 years of marriage and while she has made some “really great friendships” during the production of her new show ‘Surreal Life: Villa of Secrets’ admitted that the whole experience made her reevaluate her role as a mother, especially after becoming estranged from her own parents.
She told ‘Entertainment Tonight’: “I made some really great friendships, and through these friendships, including Josie [Canseco], I learned so much from her and Macy [Gray].
“Having O.T. [Genasis] there made me feel safe and reassured. Initially, I was very nervous, but having him there helped me realize it was going to be okay. “This experience gave me the time to think about what I truly want and the changes I need to make.
“My own parents did things that caused a rift, and I haven’t spoken to them for years. It’s one thing to mess with me, but don’t mess with my kids. Going through this experience, I questioned who I could trust. But to breathe and get that release was one of the most incredible days of my life. I needed the clarity that release gave me.”
The former ‘ Real Housewives of Atlanta’ star noted that people “have no idea” what is really going on in her life amid the split and while she has “no idea” what will happen in the future, she just wants to “get to know” herself again.
She added: “People have no idea what’s really going on. I will remain as quiet as I can throughout this process for my children’s sake. I don’t know what the future holds. don’t know what the future holds for me in that regard. I am happier now than I’ve been in a long time. You know, I have stepped out of my comfort zone in so many situations that have been life-changing, just like the ‘Surreal Life’. The whole experience as you watch, you’ll see, and I just feel like I love Kim. You know, I’ve had, I had to like get to know Kim again throughout this process and really fall in love with Kim and choose Kim. Choosing Kim is not an easy thing for me.
