Billy Ray Cyrus’ expletive-filled rant to Firerose leaked

OHMYGOSSIP — Billy Ray Cyrus branded Firerose “dumb” and “selfish” in an expletive-filled rant.
The ‘Achy Breaky Heart’ hitmaker’s estranged wife has accused the 62-year-old singer of subjecting her to months of “extreme verbal, emotional and psychological abuse” and a new audio tape seems to back up her allegations as he berated her during a row that appeared to be related to his timings for a performance.
Audio obtained by DailyMail.com and Us Weekly magazine hears Billy say: “I needed to leave two hours ago.”
Firerose replied: “No you didn’t, you can still leave.”
Her spouse then yelled: “Get the f*** out of here. I had to go when I was ready to go. If you had just shut the f–k up …”
The Australian singer then urged the country star to “please stop screaming” at her, which only further infuriated him.
He ranted in response: “If you would’ve left it the f*** alone. If you would’ve left it alone when I told you, it’s done. Now I’m really f****** p*****. You once again showed me you will not listen. I don’t know who the f*** you think you are but you will not f****** listen.
“This ain’t about your BRCA, this ain’t about your surgery, this ain’t about nothing. This is about you being a f****** selfish b****.”
The ‘Some Gave All’ singer then declared he didn’t think his wife was “real smart”.
He added: “I’ve changed my damn mind on that s***. What you are is a selfish b****.
“You cannot continue to walk all over me and think that I’m going to go out in public with your dumb a** and f****** have you do this s*** anywhere you want in front of whomever.”
Firerose then asked if her spouse was referring to “screaming at me right now,” and he replied, “This would not be happening if you were to just shut your f****** mouth. Look what a f****** mess you’ve made. What a dumba** f****** thing to do.”
The 35-year-old beauty insisted she just wanted the country star to be “happy” but he retorted: “No. F*** you. F*** you. You know better than that. F****** idiot.”
Firerose previously claimed she found Billy Ray’s rants “terrifying”.
She told the New York Post newspaper’s Page Six column last month: “He would rage at me, shout at me at the top of his lungs. He would terrify me, yelling, ‘You stupid dumb f****** b****, crazy w****.
“It was illogical and insane and terrifying.”
And after Billy Ray’s lawyers made public a handwritten note allegedly from his estranged wife in which she begged for “a chance to make this right”, Firerose insisted it didn’t mean he hadn’t been abusive.
She said: “He’s attempting to use my loving notes as proof that he could not have been abusing me because I love him. But it’s because you love them that you tolerate this behavior.
Billy Ray has previously “vehemently” denied allegations that he was abusive toward Firerose and he himself is accusing her of abuse in his own court documents.

Vanessa Williams quietly divorced three years ago

OHMYGOSSIP — Vanessa Williams quietly got divorced three years ago.
The 61-year-old actress – who has children Melanie, 37, Jillian, 35, and 31-year-old Devin with first husband Roman Hervey II and Sasha, 24, with second spouse Rick Fox – married Jim Skrip in July 2015, but she’s now revealed her marriage to the businessman came to an amicable end in 2021 and she’s very content with her current single life.
Asked if she’s currently in love, she told People magazine: “I’m doing what I love, and I’m in love with life. There is not one person that I’m in love with, but I’m in love with everybody.
“I love my freedom. I love being alive, having options in my life, and being surrounded by beautiful things, great people, and wonderful opportunities.”
The former ‘Ugly Betty’ star – who is set to appear in ‘The Devil Wears Prada’ in London’s West End – is “pretty open” to potential suitors and insisted it wouldn’t be difficult to get her attention.
She said: “My orbit’s not like you need a special pass to get in. I finish my show, I go out and sign autographs and I talk to people. I’m pretty open.”
Not only have Vanessa and Jim remained on good terms, she’s also got fond memories of former NBA player Rick, in particular when he had a cameo appearance in ‘Ugly Betty’ after their 2004 split.
She recalled: “I said, ‘Would you play my bodyguard?’ And he’s like, ‘Sure.’ So he shows up and everyone’s like, ‘Oh my God, they’re divorced, but they’re playing together in Ugly Betty’.
“That’s a perfect example of the past, the present, the personal, the business, the show business, working together, and knowing that can all be synchronistically aligned and work.”

Hailey Bieber gets upgrade to engagement ring

OHMYGOSSIP — Hailey Bieber has confirmed her engagement ring has been upgraded.
The Rhode Skin founder – who is expecting her first child with husband Justin Bieber – shared a string of photos during a trip to Japan in May, and eagle-eyed fans noticed she was sporting new jewellery on her finger as well as her original engagement band on a different finger, and while she’s confirmed the Lorraine Schwartz piece has been “elongated”, she insisted the dramatic speculation the rock is more than 10 carats bigger than her first ring was wide of the mark.
She told W magazine: “Actually, this is only one carat bigger. It’s just elongated.
“They’re going off with their own stories about it. I don’t like it. I didn’t want to talk about it.”
The 27-year-old beauty is tired of the scrutiny her high-profile relationship has always faced and she admitted that, six years after she and the ‘Peaches’ hitmaker first tied the knot, unfair speculation about the state of their marriage still “hurts” as much as ever, even after working with a therapist to “compartmentalise” the negative comments.
She said: “People have made me feel so bad about my relationship since day one. ‘Oh, they’re falling apart. They hate each other. They’re getting divorced.’ It’s like people don’t want to believe that we’re happy.
“I used to try to act like it hurts less and less. I’ve tried to think that you get used to it at a certain point, that this is what’s going to be said and this is how people are going to be. But I realize that it doesn’t actually ever hurt any less.”
Hailey was just 21 when she got married and while getting hitched at a relatively young age was right for her, she doesn’t think it’s what all women ought to do.
She said: “I wouldn’t tell a 21-year-old in the chair right there, ‘I think you should get married.’ It’s really each individual’s experience.”
The model is trying to minimise her time online during her pregnancy because she doesn’t want to get freaked out by stories online.
She said: “The Internet is a scary place for a pregnant woman.
“You see so many stories—traumatic birth stories, traumatic experiences—and I know that that’s very real. But I don’t want to scare myself.”

Chet Hanks felt ‘worthless’

OHMYGOSSIP — Chet Hanks grew up feeling “completely worthless”.
The 33-year-old actor – who is the son of Hollywood stars Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson -was desperate to make friends when he was young but struggled to connect to people because they expected him to be “arrogant” due to his famous parents, and he didn’t want to present a “meek and timid” front to combat their preconceptions.
Speaking to his celebrity housemates on ‘Surreal Life: Villa of Secrets’, Chet said: “I’ll tell you something about my childhood. People think that being Tom Hanks’ son, like, I would grow up feeling like I was the s***.
“I actually grew up feeling completely f****** worthless.
“People treated me like, ‘You must think you’re better than me’ when I didn’t. I just wanted to be friends with everybody and be treated like everybody else.
“But what am I supposed to do? Walk through the doors and be all meek and timid? That was a mind f*** for me to deal with.
“If you do walk in through the door and you’re like, ‘Here I am motherf*****’ then it’s like, ‘Oh look at you arrogant son of a b****.’ I did internalise all that negativity. Maybe I am f****** worthless, you know what I’m saying?”
Chet had to “battle” to get the confidence to meet people.
He said: “It was a battle for me mentally and emotionally just to be able to walk outside, look someone in the eye and say, ‘What’s up? I’m Chet.’”
The former ‘Empire’ actor has previously been treated for addiction and he recently admitted life has become “extremely easy” since he got sober almost three years ago.
He told People magazine: “I’m ready for people to see that I’m just a regular guy. That’s why I signed up for ‘Surreal Life: Villa of Secrets’. It was honestly one of the best experiences of my life, and I’m not just saying that. I had a blast, and I would do it again in a heartbeat.
“There was a little drama, but not much!
“One hundred percent. None of this would be possible without sobriety. It’s not difficult at all. What’s difficult is when you’re trying to manage your life and you’re not sober, that’s what’s difficult. When you just commit and decide and you stick to it, it’s not even something that you negotiate with. It’s just a non-negotiable. And life becomes extremely easy.”

Jack Osbourne backs Donald Trump

OHMYGOSSIP — Jack Osbourne plans to vote for Donald Trump after being impressed by his response to an assassination attempt.
The 38-year-old star previously declared the former president needed to be “slapped”, but he’s now made a U-turn and confirmed he will be backing the Republican to return to the White House later this year after his “strong” and defiant stance in the wake of a gunman opening fire at a campaign rally earlier this month.
He admitted on ‘The Osbournes’ podcast: “But I got to say it’s probably not going to be a popular statement amongst mainstream, but, like, I’m voting for him after that.”
Jack made his comments as he, sister Kelly and their parents Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne discussed the actions of gunman Thomas Crooks, who struck Trump in the ear, killed firefighter Corey Comperatore and left two others injured before being taken out by Secret Service agents.
‘Paranoid’ rocker Ozzy admitted he had been stunned by the news.
He said: “When I first heard about it, I thought, ‘It’s not real. It’s not for real.’ And thank God the guy was a bad shot.
“But he killed a man.”
Sharon added:”Heartbreaking.”
Kelly agreed: “Horrible, the innocent people that got hurt and killed.”
The family expressed their shock at security gaps that led to the incident, and Ozzy also noted guns: “are so easy to come by in America.”
In the wake of being shot, Trump stood up and waved his fist in the air, telling his supporters to “Fight, fight, fight” as his security team led him off stage.
Impressed Sharon said: “He’s as strong as an ox.”
Jack agreed: “Yes. But I look at it like this, a president should be a leader, a president should be strong, a president should be able to kind of walk through anything. He gets shot in the ear, stands up, raises his fist while they’re trying to drag him off the stage. He doesn’t want to leave the stage.
“I’m like, OK, like he might not be totally full of s*** because someone who’s full of s*** if they get shot, the f****** facade fades real quick, and you start seeing someone’s true colours.”
Back in 2015, Jack hit out at the former ‘Apprentice’ star.
He told radio host Meghan McCain: “I was like, ‘OK, dude, you need to get slapped.”

Billy Ray Cyrus ‘knew something wasn’t right’ with Firerose

OHMYGOSSIP — Billy Ray Cyrus has insisted he was at his “wits’ end” when he unleashed a tirade of verbal abuse towards Firerose.
The ‘Achy Breaky Heart’ hitmaker has seemingly confirmed leak audio of a row with his estranged wife – who has accused the 62-year-old country star of subjecting her to months of “extreme verbal, emotional and psychological abuse” – is genuine before accusing the Australian singer of being a “fraud”.
He wrote on his Instagram Story: “Hell yeah I was at my wit’s end.
“As every day went by, I started realizing something was wrong. And that’s before I knew she was a fraud.’
“I just knew something wasn’t right. That was before I knew she was David Hodges ex-wife. That’s before I knew her parents last name. I had no idea she was arrested for felony residential burglary.
“I saw before my very own eyes, everything I thought I knew about her, was a life. She was trying to take over my career, my life and usurp the Cyrus name for own gain. See you in court.(sic)”
In the audio recording, obtained by DailyMail.com and Us Weekly, Billy Ray branded Firerose “dumb” and “selfish”.
He ranted: “If you would’ve left it the f*** alone.
In the wake of the end of their seven-month marriage, Firerose accused her estranged spouse of “extreme verbal, emotional and psychological abuse”, while the ‘Somebody Said a Prayer’ singer responded 10 days later and claimed he had been the victim of physical, verbal and emotional abuse within their union.
He later alleged the 35-year-old singer “had been conducting a campaign to isolate” him from his family, including stopping him from communicating with one of his daughters — while Firerose alleged she had been subjected to “systematic isolation” and forced to live by “very strict rules.”

Karlie Kloss reveals her favourite Taylor Swift song

OHMYGOSSIP — Karlie Kloss has praised Taylor Swift’s “classic” music.
The 31-year-old model – who has previously dismissed speculation she had fallen out with her old friend- loves her pal’s new album ‘The Tortured Poets Department’ but her favourite track features on the 34-year-old star’s 2014 album ‘1989’.
Asked if she has a favourite song from ‘TTPD’, Karlie told Yahoo! Life: “I’d say the whole album. I mean, her music is classic.”
And then asked her favourite Taylor track overall, she replied: “She’s got so many hits. I definitely love ‘Shake It Off’.”
Karlie – who has sons Levi, three, and 12-month-old Elijah with husband Jared Kushner – was seen in the crowd for Taylor’s ‘Eras’ show in Los Angeles in August 2023, but she admitted she’s had to sit out some concerts she wanted to see.
She said: “I was trying to make it to the Billie Eilish tour. I had a baby last summer, so I was very sad to miss Beyoncé.”
The Koding With Klossie founder is a keen runner but although she’s a big music fan, she would rather listen to podcasts when she’s pounding the pavement.
Asked what’s on her running playlist, she said: “I love an audiobook or a podcast. I feel like it keeps my mind busy as opposed to checking the time.
“There’s this podcast that I’m recently obsessed with called ‘Acquired’.
“They do deep dives into businesses — two-hour long episodes.
“They did a really great one on Hermes and on LVMH, and NVIDIA.”
Karlie previously admitted she feels “really lucky” to call Taylor a friend.
She said on ‘Watch What Happens Live’: “Taylor’s incredible, and I feel really lucky to call her a friend and she’s one of the hardest-working women…She’s so talented.”
Rumours of a rift between the pair even go back to 2017, when sources squashed claims of a falling out, saying they simply hadn’t been spending as much time together because their respective careers had been so hectic.
An insider said: “Taylor and Karlie are doing well as friends. They had no falling out what so ever. They still speak but have been slammed with crazy schedules on both sides.
“Karlie had many prior commitments – that’s why she was not involved in a few of Taylor’s music projects like she was last year. They are still good friends though.”

Iggy Azalea takes swipe at Playboi Carti: ‘I’m very much a single mother’

OHMYGOSSIP — Iggy Azalea has claimed she is “very much the only parent” to her son.
The ‘Fancy’ hitmaker has four-year-old Onyx with Playboi Carti but she insisted her former partner is not involved in their little boy’s life at all.
Speaking to Jesse Tyler Ferguson on his ‘Dinner’s On Me’ podcast, she said: “I’m very much a single mother. I’m very much the only parent, no disrespect, but yes, I am not co-parenting really, and that’s just the reality of it. It’s one, it’s 24/7.”
The 34-year-old rapper also admitted that she’s stepped back from her career in recent years in order to prioritise her son because she wants to be there to take him to school and give him “confidence”, rather than travelling the world with her music.
She said: “I no longer want to be traveling around everywhere. I want to take my son to school. I want him to have memories with me and give him that time. It’s really important to me.
“I owe my success in large part to my mother because she spent so much time with me and she just really gassed me up and made me think I was a superwoman genius, dancer extraordinaire, painter extraordinaire, chef, whatever it was. And it’s important to me, even when my son’s only four, that I know I’m there, instilling that confidence in him and just helping guide him.
“It’s my job as a parent. I think if you’re going to have a child, you should be prepared to do that and engage in that way. And I really want to. I toured two years with my son on a bus and it was time for that to end.”
Back in 2022, Iggy dismissed claims by her former partner – who she split from in late 2020 – that he took “care” of her and their little boy financially during an interview with XXL magazine.
She took to X, which was then still known as Twitter, to post: “Take care of me? Lmaooooo let’s not get carried away now. I laughed. A lot.
“You’ve been mislead. I don’t f*** with a man I’m not even remotely on good terms with claiming he pays my bills. I pay my bills. Secondly saying nice things for an interview sounds great but in real life he talks to me like s*** so badly I had to stop all direct contact. (sic)”
The ‘Work’ hitmaker shared that Carti’s team had been wanting her “silence” about the interview but wanted to make it clear his words were “not reflective” of reality.
Iggy said: “His team has been calling about the interview, hoping for my silence because they know what my reaction would be. I do appreciate being called a great mom but when that’s not reflective of what he has to say in real life I’d much rather be left out of being mentioned at all.”
Iggy’s comments came after her ex shared: “I’m a father. You know what I’m saying? You know how it is having kids. I just got responsibilities. I pay a lot of bills. I take care of a lot of people. I take care of my mom. I take care of my family. I take care of my baby mom [and] I take care of my son. There’s a lot of people I take care of. So, it’s like, I gotta keep doing it.”

Pete Townshend hooked on online shopping

OHMYGOSSIP — Pete Townshend is addicted to online shopping.
The 79-year-old rocker believes “everybody is an addict” but The Who guitarist doesn’t think being hooked on splurging on Amazon is as damaging as when he was hooked on alcohol and drugs.
Speaking on the ‘What It Takes’ podcast, Pete said: “I go on Amazon and I buy things that I’ve already got. I don’t know why I do that. It’s an encumbrance. I’ve got an electric toothbrush, why did I buy another one?
“I think everybody is an addict, so I don’t blame addiction on anything but the fact I’m a human being.
“So if I have addictions now, and I think I do, although they’re not alcohol and drugs, it’s because I’m a human being. I need dopamine.”
The ‘My Generation’ hitmaker has now been sober for over 30 years and he believes the glorification of drink and drugs when his band were in their prime led to stars – including his bandmates Keith Moon and Jon Entwistle – dying too young.
He said: “Keith, in one show in San Francisco, he took two elephant tranquillisers before he got on stage to perform with us.
“Literally, went one, two, three, four, and collapsed. The idea that it was all a fantastic game…
“I just drank. I had an experience later in life with drugs, I had my little stab at it, but it was a very short period.
“As of today, I haven’t drunk alcohol for nearly 32 years.”
Pete previously claimed taking heroin helped him do “dangerous, radical” things.
Reflecting on the struggles in his relationship with The Who’s manager Kit Lambert when he was writing his infamous ‘lost’ rock opera ‘Life House’ in 1970, he told The Times newspaper: “I’ve used heroin myself and it doesn’t disable you.
“It mostly means you don’t enjoy food or sex, but also that you don’t give a f*** and that can allow you to do dangerous, radical things.
“Kit was in New York, forging a new career for himself. I was noodling about with The Who, trying to make a record to equal ‘Tommy’, and he just wasn’t interested.
“He didn’t like my interest in spirituality, which came after some serious LSD crashes, and he was strangely disdainful of my marriage. I was with this very pretty woman who wore flowery dresses, lived in a house by the river, we had two pretty little daughters . . . and he sneered at it.”

Christina Hall accuses Josh Hall of taking her money

OHMYGOSSIP — Christina Hall has accused Josh Hall of transferring $35,000 of her own money into his personal bank account.
The former couple split earlier this month after three years of marriage and the divorce has already turned contentious, with the ‘Flip or Flop’ star filing court documents calling for the return of her money from her estranged spouse.
In documents filed in Orange County Superior Court in California and obtained by ‘Entertainment Tonight’, Christina wrote: “Josh was able to divert over $35,000 of my separate property rental income into his account,
“I am asking for Josh to account for the funds taken and return them to me as those funds are specifically used to pay any loans, obligations, property taxes, insurance, and maintenance for these rental properties.”
The 41-year-old star explained she owns rental homes in both Franklin and Nashville in Tennessee and claimed Josh contacted her property manager via text on 8 July, a day after they filed for divorce.
She accompanied her filing with a screenshot of the purported messages, which read: “Hi. For June payments, can we please get it sent to a different account when it’s time? Thank you.”
Christina – who stated she learned about the messages on 21 July – claimed the phrasing “Can we please” was inaccurate because she “had no personal contact with Josh on July 8, 2024”.
She added: “I would not have asked him to send himself my money the day after I told him we are getting divorced.”
She claimed the property manager compiled with the request as they thought she had “authorised the change of accounts and asked for account details and Josh provided his own Wells Fargo Bank account.”
Christina – who has three children from previous relationships – has requested a judge order Josh to return the money, and also asked for exclusive use of their Newport Beach residence.
She acknowledged the California house is jointly titled in both their names but argued the funds used to purchase the property came from the sale of another house in Dana Point,, which she claimed she owned.
Christina also revealed she plans to have a “full forensic accounting” carried out to examine finances “for the entire term” of her marriage to Josh.
She wrote: “I understand that at some point this court may require that I pay some spousal support to Josh and reasonable attorney’s fees to his counsel.
“However, it is my belief that this is a simple case with straightforward accounting over a short period of time, any fees and costs should be minimal.
“Like all hard-working mothers, my life revolves around my children and my work. It is my understanding that Josh has his own income and therefore he should not need any spousal support from me.
“He has sufficient assets of his own to pay his own attorney’s fees and costs.
“Quite frankly I am shocked and concerned by the fact that he has diverted over $35,000 of my separate property money to his separate account on July 8, 2024. The fact that this is the same date he now alleges to be our date of separation, even though it is actually July 7, 2024, makes it clear why he chose the next day.
“[This makes me wonder] what else I am not aware of as it relates to his financial situation and that is why I am having a full forensic accounting performed for the entire term of our marriage.”

John Schneider and Dee Dee Sorvino are married

OHMYGOSSIP — John Schneider and Dee Dee Sorvino have got married.
The ‘Dukes of Hazard’ actor found love with the television personality following the deaths of their respective spouses, Alicia Allain Schneider and Paul Sorvino, and tied the knot in Las Vegas on Tuesday (23.07.24), they announced in a press release.
In addition to their recent nuptials, the couple are planning to enjoy an official wedding celebration at The Hollywood Museum – where they first met – on 1 August.
John announced earlier this year that he had embarked on a relationship with Dee Dee and hailed their romance “a miracle”.
Speaking on ‘Grace Begins, The Podcast’, the 64-year-old star said: “God sent a widower to a widow and a widow to a widower who [gets] it, who understands. Because I tell you what, I was ready to give it up, all of it — everything.
“Then just when I thought the very notion of dating or holding another hand was repulsive, I met this one, that crazy dame over there.”
Alicia died of breast cancer in February 2023 and John, 63, previously admitted he would always “carry” his grief with him.
He told Fox News Digital: “It’s going to be rough. Grief is a funny thing. Grief will sneak up on you and smack you in the back of the head. Truly, when you least expect it. But usually right as you’re having a great time. It’s almost like grief says, ‘No, no, no, no, no. You’re not going to smile today, you’re not going to laugh today’ But, you know, the notion that grief will ever go away is silly.
“Grief will never go away. It’s just something we learn to carry. And I’m learning. Not a lesson I ever wanted. Not a skill I ever wanted to acquire. But, you know, here it is. So I’m making the best of it.
Meanwhile, Dee Dee was left heartbroken when her spouse Paul passed away in July 2022, with the ‘Goodfellas’ star’s death attributed to natural causes, having “dealt with health issues” in recent years.
She said in a statement at the time: “Our hearts are broken. There will never be another Paul Sorvino, he was the love of my life, and one of the greatest performers to ever grace the screen and stage.”

Rita Ora won’t ‘ever get used’ to Taika Waititi marriage

OHMYGOSSIP — Rita Ora doesn’t think she’ll “ever get used” to being married to Taika Waititi.
The ‘Hot Right Now’ hitmaker married the 48-year-old director in August 2022 and she’s very excited about her future plans with the ‘Jojo Rabbit’ filmmaker, both personally and professionally.
Speaking on Apple Music 1’s ‘The Rebecca Judd Show’, she said: “She put a ring on it. He put a ring on it. Well, I mean, I forced him to put a ring on it.
“I don’t think I’ll ever get used to it. It’s good though, because that’s my guy. We create together, we inspire each other, we have a lot of plans to do so many projects together, which I think people are going to be genuinely surprised about.”
The 33-year-old actress is working on new music and hopes it makes people feel “uncomfortable”.
She said: “This is actually sonically the only kind of more Rita-like sound you’ll hear with this upcoming project.
“I’m actually working with some really interesting people. I don’t want to say it yet because I feel like I want it to be a surprise that is way more different than I think people would expect from me.
“My whole vision is to kind of make people feel a little bit uncomfortable. That’s my vibe.”
And after her recent role as the Queen of Hearts in ‘Descendants: The Rise Of Red’, Rita is excited for a “really different” part she has in the pipeline.
She said: “This movie that I’m about to shoot, it’s pretty great. I can’t really explain it. It hasn’t actually been announced yet, but it’s a great role.
“It feels really different for me. I’m into this whole action, Liam Neeson, female vibes. But I love just doing things that are going to surprise people again.”

Britney Spears reaches out to estranged sons

OHMYGOSSIP — Britney Spears has been “reaching out” to her estranged sons.
The 42-year-old singer shares Sean Preston, 18, and Jayden James, 17, with her former husband Kevin Federline but they have a strained relationship due, in part, to the boys’ reported embarrassment about their mum’s raunchy social media posts.
A source told Us Weekly: “Britney has been reaching out to her sons more and wants to start spending more time with them when they are ready.”
Sean and Jayden moved to Hawaii with Kevin, 46, and his wife Victoria Prince, 41, plus their two children, in 2023.
It is thought at the time of her sons’ move to Hawaii Britney did not object.
In June, Kevin – who split from Britney in 2007 after three years of marriage – denied he had relocated to the island to take advantage of a legal loophole that would extend Britney’s child support obligations.
He insisted his wife landed a job offer at a university, while he had DJ opportunities.
Kevin has largely maintained primary custody of the boys due to Britney’s controversial 13-year conservatorship, which left her life and financial affairs and decisions in the hands of her father before it was ended in November 2021.
In her 2023 memoir ‘The Woman in Me’, Britney said she “went along” with the binding agreement so she could have access to her sons, saying in the book:
“Because I played by the rules, I was reunited with my boys.”
Meanwhile, speaking after it was reported Britney enjoyed a Mother’s Day phone call this year with her sons after a long period of estrangement, Kevin’s attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan told Page Six: “Obviously a reconciliation or reunification is somewhat complex and can be a process that takes some time.
“And the phone call was a good sign and a step in the right direction, but it’s a process that takes more than just a phone call to accomplish.”
The lawyer denied widespread reports Britney had travelled to Hawaii to reunite with her boys.
Mr Kaplan added: “While Kevin supports the boys having a relationship with their mother and is glad that the boys did finally have a phone conversation with her around Mother’s Day, the reports that she flew to Hawaii and met with them are inaccurate.”

Kendall Jenner reveals her hopes for the next decade and insists she ‘would love’ to be a mother

OHMYGOSSIP — Kendall Jenner “would love” to be a mother.
The 28-year-old model – who shot to fame when she and her family started appearing on ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’ in 2007 – while she is the only member of her immediate family to have not had a baby yet, she is hopeful that will come about in the next decade but still wants to be in the public eye.
She told Vogue France: “I dream, above all, of longevity. Even when I’m older, I hope people will still think of me. I’d like to stay in the limelight as the years go by. I would love to have a family, become a mother and have children.”
Kendall – who is currently dating rapper Bad Bunny – recently admitted that she has always admired supermodel Christy Turlington and her approach to her career and hopes to follow in her footsteps by making sure her personal life stays a priority.
She said: “I spent a lot of time looking at her face as a kid. She seemed so calm and collected. I really appreciated her energy through it all. And it feels like life outside modelling and family were really important to her.
“Relationships mean so much to me, and I can’t wait to have a life with someone one day, to have kids, to create a family. Christy just gives good vibes. Maybe she cared a little bit less! I think that’s really cool.”
Kendall has also claimed that she is “excited” to one day be a mother but doesn’t feel as if now is exactly the right time for that.
She told WSJ: “I’m excited for that time in my life. I just know it’s not right now.”

Danny O’Donoghue gave up drinking and found God after death of bandmate

OHMYGOSSIP — Danny O’Donoghue gave up drinking and found God after the death of his bandmate Mark Sheehan.
The Script frontman admitted he went on a massive drinking binge when Mark died last year after a short illness but therapy and religion helped him to cut it out.
Speaking on the ‘How To Fail’ podcast, he explained: “I’ve never been into hard drugs but I smoked a bit over the years, but alcohol was a big one and depression was a massive one.
“Because Mark passed away, I’ve had this epiphany, I guess. I called a therapist straight away.
“I said, ‘If I stay in Dublin much longer, this is just so bad for me’. I cut it short, went home to the UK where I have my studio and where my girlfriend lives.
“I said, ‘That’s it, I’m finished drinking, I’m finished smoking, I’m finished with any stimulant like caffeine – anything’.
“That was 27th December. I gave up everything that day.”
Danny, 43, also revealed that he “went back to church”.
He said: “On top of that, I bit the bullet and I went back to church. When you’re a teenager and in your twenties, it’s sex, drugs and rock ’n’ roll, and that’s the last thing you’re thinking of. I know that I’m smart enough to know that I’m dumb enough to know that I’ll never know.”
Meanwhile, Danny previously revealed that music has helped him to heal following Mark’s death.
He told Virgin Media One’s ‘Six O’Clock Show’: “I had writers block, a mental block because I could not articulate what was going on because everything comes into question, not just should we carry on as a band, but is there a God? Why? There is no answers to these questions.
“I was trying to contemplate on the lyrics and the only thing I could write about Mark was ‘like a shooting star across the sky, in a second you were gone, but why do stars that light up twice as bright, only burn for half as long.’ It was the first time I got that thorn out of my side, what I wanted to articulate about the guy. Its always the great ones that go too soon – partly explains why I am still here.
“From there the floodgates opened for me creatively and musically… Music to me is healing and it is an incredible gift to have to go to in your darkest moments.”

She said: “I was really channeling my sister Kourtney [Kardashian Barker] and someone that I work with. And everyone, when it came out, they were like, ‘That is Kris Jenner all the way.’ And I was like, ‘I guess I had that preparation already, but it’s not what I was thinking.’ But I so see it now,”
