“feels like sometimes there is heartache everywhere i look, within me and around me

“if I am a part of your life and i disappear sometimes,

“;))) (sic)”

Camila – who embarked on a solo career after quitting Fifth Harmony in 2016 – said on the ‘Armchair Expert’ podcast: “I don’t think I would’ve changed when I started [ in the music industry], because so many parts of my personality today are because of the tools and the skills and … some adaptive and some maladaptive mechanisms that I had to develop to survive and thrive.
“For example, I’m really into Buddhism. That would have never happened, because I need those tools – being calm and being able to pull through. But also, it carries over to other life stuff where I feel like I’m wiser than I would have been.”

To love it well, I’ve found a system that has worked wonders for me, a hack of sorts through decades of working with the very best people in the industry, and silly amounts of trial and error. The interview – their first since their explosive 2021 tell-all with Oprah Winfrey – came as the couple were revealed to be embarking on a tour of Colombia later this year, where they will help to set out plans to tackle cyberbullying through their Archewell Foundation.

The 53-year-old actor has Isabella, 18, Gia, 15, and Stella, with his wife Luciana Barroso – who also has a daughter from a previous relationship – and when it comes to his daughters’ dating lives, he only wants to “build self-esteem” but has no qualms about “playing up” to the age-old nature of being an overbearing father.
Speaking on SiriusXM, he told Andy Cohen: “Oh, man. I don’t know. I wouldn’t deign to give anybody advice other than I just try to listen and be helpful. I mean, ultimately, it’s about building self-esteem.
“I’m fine. I’m cool with [being an overprotective dad]. You know what I mean. That’s like an old trope that I think people, you know, like to play up. You know, dads like to joke about it amongst each other I think, sometimes, but no.

Cuba Gooding Jr. opens up on taking ‘accountability’ for past convictions amid career comeback

OHMYGOSSIP — Cuba Gooding Jr. has been “dealing with accountability” for his sexual assault convictions.
The 56-year-old actor pleaded guilty to a 2018 incident in which he touched a waitress in a nightclub without consent and after complying with the terms of a conditional plea agreement has admitted that he is still “passionate” about what he does amid a career comeback with his new Christian-themed film ‘The Firing Squad.’
He told US TV show ‘Extra’: “It’s one of those things where I know that I’m here for a reason, and I know that and as long as I do what I do and I’m good at what I do and I’m passionate about what I do, God’s will be done. We are dealing with accountability or what is appropriate, what is accessible. I’ve walked my journey and understood that there are things and there’s people and reactions in society that are shifting…
“Life is about adjusting… People feel that I’m accessible to them, so I come in contact with all kinds of people, from people who adore you to people who are offended by you, people who feel you’re aggressive. And you have to learn that as you walk on this path, you must stay neutral.”
The ‘Boyz n the Hood’ star also noted that he has always had to make sure of his “intention” in life because, ultimately, he is “accountable” for his actions in the past and he is aware that he is not in control of what others might say about him.
He added: “When people interpret what’s going on with you or what you’re being exposed to, you have to make sure that you know your intention. You have to be accountable for your own actions, and I have been. I have been. People have spoken positive and negative, but I can’t control that.”

Halle Berry accuses ex-husband of refusing co-parenting therapy

OHMYGOSSIP — Halle Berry has accused her ex-husband of refusing to attend co-parenting therapy.
The ‘Union’ actress has failed in a bid to have a court to intervene in the agreement she has with Olivier Martinez – who she split from in 2015 after two years of marriage – over their nine-year-old son after alleging he hasn’t been attending sessions with the co-parenting coach to “resolve disputes and conflicts between them in an effort to successfully co-parent”.
In a filing submitted to the Superior Court of California in Los Angeles County obtained by People magazine earlier this week, the 57-year-old star accused her former spouse of having “unilaterally terminated” the meetings without telling her or the coach and argued he had “chosen to repeatedly violate agreements and court orders with careless regard”, which “harms” their son and their own “already strained relationship.”
Halle had asked the court to “enforce Olivier’s compliance” with the agreement by 29 July and have him be ordered to attend at least one more meeting before the end of last month and then continue with their previously-agreed schedule for August.
However, Judge Shelley Kaufman turned down the request on Thursday (01.08.24) dur to a “lack of exigent circumstances,” meaning she didn’t deem it to be an urgent or emergency matter.
The ‘Bruised’ star – who also has 16-year-old Nahla with former partner Gabriel Aubry – noted the pair had signed the agreement on 29 May and were supposed to complete individual sessions of therapy before beginning joint meetings, with the therapist then able to contact necessary third parties such as Maceo’s school and other therapists during the process.
She wrote: “None of that has occurred. In fact, not a single conjoint session has been scheduled and not a single third party has been contacted.”
Halle alleged the 58-year-old actor had taken “the summer off” and pushed back the sessions until September as he was returning to his native France in July and had arranged for his brother to visit him in Los Angeles over the following month.
The filing pointed out that the sessions are via Zoom, so it shouldn’t matter where either of them are in the world.
In addition, the ‘Kidnap’ actress alleged Olivier “refuses to complete the necessary paperwork that would allow the coparenting therapist to speak to necessary third parties” and suggested he had recommended the therapy classes as a tactic to “delay intervention at all costs” and “interfere with Halle’s relationship with Maceo without repercussion.”
Halle – who claimed she had tried to settle the matter personally before bringing it to the court – finalised her divorce from Olivier last August, with the pair agreeing to share joint legal custody of their son.
In addition, the actress agreed to hand over $8,000 a month in child support as well as “4.3% of any income she receives above $2,000,000” in additional maintenance.

Tom Cruise to help close Paris Olympics with epic stunt

OHMYGOSSIP — Tom Cruise will take part in an epic stunt to close the Paris Olympics.
The ‘Mission: Impossible’ actor will reportedly play a key role in the Closing Ceremony on 11 August to pass the flag to Los Angeles for the 2028 Games, and has already pre-recorded part of the visual spectacular.
Sources told TMZ that Tom will abseil down from the top of Stade de France, landing on the stadium field while carrying the official Olympic flag, before the televised broadcast then cuts to a previously-recorded film, with the first two minutes depicting the 62-year-old actor’s flight to the US before skydiving down to the Hollywood sign.
The film will then show Tom passing the flag on to other Olympians, including a cyclist, a volleyball player and a skateboarder as they travel through the next Games’ host city.
The Los Angeles portion of the stunt was filmed on a Saturday morning in March and insiders admitted they had expected the ‘Top Gun’ star to be spotted and leak the information before now.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, an early plan involved a large party at Will Rogers State Beach that would see the handover of the Olympic flag, but it was scrapped due to police concerns over an extended closure of the Pacific Coast Highway, and challenges relating to obtaining the necessary permits from the California Coastal Commission.
Logistics for the French half of the stunt are still being arranged and it may be that the ‘Eyes Wide Shut’ star uses a stunt double for the actual abseil.
Tom is said to have been the driving force behind the spectacle and approached the International Olympic Committee himself about doing a series of stunts to bring the Paris and Los Angeles Games together.
In 2004, the ‘Vanilla Sky’ actor helped carry the torch through LA as part of a global relay ahead of the Athens Olympics.

John Mayer injures finger

OHMYGOSSIP — John Mayer has taught himself to play guitar with three fingers after suffering an injury.
The ‘Gravity’ hitmaker’s left index finger has been left unusable for the foreseeable future after he damaged the digit in the door of his truck, but he was determined not to let down fans who want to see him at Dead + Company’s residency at the Sphere in Las Vegas this month so he’s taken the time to amend his playing and he’s now feeling confident.
Sharing a photo of his injured finger, he wrote on Instagram: “Last Thursday I injured my left index finger (truck door), and the first thing that went through my mind was ‘I really need that finger in a week.’
“I need all my fingers, but the left index is the team captain of my fretting hand. It will heal just fine, but will be out of commission for a while. In the meantime, I have spent every day practicing guitar using the other three fingers and I think I have it sounding pretty good!”
The 46-year-old musician apologised for his “misadventure” but he is looking forward to the she shows.
He added: “I’ve always felt like every part of me belongs to these shows, and it’s my responsibility to return to the stage each night without screwing up the equipment, and I’m sorry for the misadventure here. The power of the music and the love for these shows will prevail! See ya tonight.”
John’s close friend Andy Cohen is among those set to see the guitarist in action this weekend.
He commented: “See you this weekend. Gonna be GREAT.”
The band performs a different setlist for each night of the residency, so John will have had to work extra hard to get up to speed without the use of his index finger.
