OHMYGOSSIP — Jenna Ortega was sent explicit images of herself as a teenager.
The 21-year-old actress had become a star on the Disney Channel in the late 2010s and recalled feeling as if she had to have a social media presence but was sent “dirty” fake images of herself from followers, and is now “terrified” by the ever-evolving concept of artificial intelligence.
Speaking on ‘The Interview’ podcast with the New York Times, she said: “I hate AI. . Did I like being 14 [years old] and making a Twitter account because I was supposed to, and seeing dirty edited content of me as a child? No. It’s terrifying. It’s corrupt.
“It’s wrong, it’s disgusting. Here’s the problem, though. We’ve opened Pandora’s box. Well, it is what it is. It’s out there now. We’re gonna have to deal with the consequences.”
The ‘Beetlejuice Beetlejuice’ star noted that she ended up deleting her social media account on X – which was, at the time, known as Twitter – after this behaviour went on for several years, and only got worse once she found worldwide fame in the Netflix hit ‘Wednesday’.
She said: “One of the first actually, the first DM that I ever opened myself when I was 12 was an unsolicited photo of a man’s genitals, and that was just the beginning of what was to come. I ended up deleting about two, three years ago because the influx, after [‘Wednesday’] had come out, of these absurd images and photos.
“They’re just so repulsive, and I already was in a confused state that I just deleted it because it was unnecessary, and I didn’t need that.
“I would make political statements or, just personal ones or just talk about excitement for jobs, and then I was greeted with this stuff. And it was just disgusting, and it made me feel bad. It made me feel uncomfortable.
“It’s awful. … So one day, I just woke up and I thought, ‘Oh, I don’t need this anymore.’ So I dropped it!”

OHMYGOSSIP — Sam Asghari doesn’t want to “get involved” with the Britney Spears biopic.
The 30-year-old actor was married to pop megastar Britney, 42, from 2022 until 2023 and after it was revealed that Universal Pictures had secured the rights for a big screen adaptation of her memoir ‘The Woman In Me’, Sam has given the project his blessing but doesn’t want to star in it himself.
He told Access Hollywood: “I don’t get involved with other people’s projects creatively but I think a lot of producers who are gonna be involved in it, th are gonna do justice by this amazing legacy that she had.”
When the ‘Jackpot’ star and Britney started their relationship, the ‘…Baby One More Time’ hitmaker had been under a conservatorship that gave her immediate family control of her multimillion-dollar fortune and various aspects of her life but that was terminated less than a year before she tied the knot with Sam.
Her parents did not attend the ceremony, and instead, the guest list was made up of A-listers like Madonna, Selena Gomez, and Paris Hilton
Despite the marriage lasting just over a year, Sam recently insisted he just wants the “best” for his ex-wife.
He told E! News: “You learn so much from being in relationships in general. I appreciate all the amazing experiences that I got.

OHMYGOSSIP — Pattie Mallette has “thanked the lord” for her first grandchild.
The 49-year-old Canadian is the mother of pop star Justin Bieber, 30, and after he and his wife Hailey Bieber, 27, announced on Friday (23.08.24) that they had welcomed son Jack Blues Bieber into the world, Pattie took to social media to congratulate them.
She wrote on Instagram: “Oh my heart! Welcome, baby Jack. I love you so much! Thank the lord. What a miracle!” and emblazoned her post with a string of emojis.
Pattie then took to X – which was previously known as Twitter – to share another congratulatory message aimed at the couple.
She wrote: “Congratulations @justinbieber Hailey! I love you forever, baby Jack!”
The ‘Baby’ hitmaker confirmed the news that he had become a dad with a snap of the newborn’s foot held by his mom.

The Rhode Skin founder and the ‘Sorry’ singer announced in early May that they were expecting a child – and revealed Hailey was six months along at the time, making her due date sometime in early August.
Hailey didn’t announce their big news until she was six months pregnant as she was able to hide her small bump using “big jackets”.
She told W magazine: “I was honestly able to keep it quiet because I stayed small for a long time. I didn’t have a belly, really, until I was six months pregnant, which was when I announced it. I was able to wear big jackets and stuff.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Mel B jokingly threatened to “remove her mother from her property” after she took over the DIY duties.
The 49-year-old pop star posted a series of video clips to her social media page on Saturday (24.04.24), in which her mother Andrea was seen redecorating the walls and was then outside doing up the garden, with the Spice Girls singer deeming that she had taken thongs “too far” by that point.
She captioned an Instagram Story: “I’m going to have to remove my mother from my property. It’s going too far now, ffs!”
Earlier in the afternoon, the ‘I Want You Back’ hitmaker explained to her followers that her mother had come round to help her with the domestic tasks and seemed to have gone back on her word when she initially claimed it wouldn’t be a “competition” between the pair.

The 39-year-old singer revealed that two of his fans were so enthusiastic that they would come to each and every gig no matter where it was in the world and found the whole thing to be quite “disconcerting”, especially as they would wait for him at his tour bus.
Speaking on the ‘Things People Do’ podcast, he said: “There used to be these two girls that would turn up to every single one of my gigs and at one point I was like, ‘How did you get here from there?’
“You’d be playing in Brixton and then you’re doing a gig in, like, Switzerland and they’re there. Rah! They’d always be waiting outside the tour bus… that frightened me a little bit.
“You’re tired, you probably only had a few hours sleep because it’s bumpy then you open the door and you’re like, ‘Oh, f****** hell, hello!’ It’s a bit disconcerting.

Meanwhile, the ‘Human’ hitmaker – whose real name is Rory Charles Graham – adopted his unorthodox stage name during his teenage years but almost a decade after he released his it single, admitted that it sounds “so stupid”, although one of its advantages is that it is rather unforgettable.
He said: “I grew up on blues music and they all had funny, silly names. I always thought it sounded like a blues name. Now I’ve had points where I kind of regret that name because it’s so stupid.

OHMYGOSSIP — Paloma Faith “went a bit psychotic” worrying she had brought the wrong baby home.
The 43-year-old singer has two daughters aged eight and three with her ex-husband Leyman Lahcine and was really “freaked out” when her youngest – who was conceived via IVF – was born blonde and was genuinely worried that her biological child had gone to a different family because her own colour is naturally dark.
She told The Sun on Sunday newspaper: “My hair colour is naturally dark, and my ex-partner is fully Algerian, but this baby was blonde, and it was really freaking me out.
“I went a bit psychotic, because after being in the clinic, I was thinking: Whose baby is this?
“I was really worried, and I rang the clinic and asked, ‘Is there a chance . . .’ I was worried that my actual child might be living in ­Hampstead with a family and having horse-riding lessons.”
The ‘New York’ songstress noted that there had been a “disassociation” with the child to begin with, especially after having her first naturally, and was “really worried” because the little one looked so different to her sister.
She said: “Because of the disassociation after having a baby through fertility treatment, then a planned caesarean . . . then they took that baby away from me, because she couldn’t breathe very well for six or seven hours.
“Therefore I didn’t have that first connection and then I looked at her and was like: ‘Where’s mine?’ Especially because the first one looks Arabic, so I’d had an Arabic baby already, and I was like, ‘Where’s the other Arabic one?’ I was really ­worried.”
But Paloma was quickly reassured by the medical team that she did in fact have her biological child and insisted that even if she didn’t, she still “really loves” her all the same.
She said: “Apparently, they pre-made all the pots first, so it has your name on it before whatever goes into it. Who knows? It might not be my child, but I really love her, so I’m keeping her!”

OHMYGOSSIP — Samantha Cope is “not afraid of the tears” that will come amid her divorce from Joey Lawrence.
The 48-year-old actor tied the knot with Samantha, 37, in May 2022 and has daughter Dylan, 19 months, with her but they called recently called time on their marriage and she has vowed to “let the tears flow” as part of the healing process.

After obtaining legal documents, TMZ reported that Samantha “checked the box to block the court’s ability to award either of them spousal support ” and that she has asked for “sole physical custody of their daughter” until she reaches the age of three, at which point she will permit her to stay with her dad for up to “two nights per week”.
Samantha also notes that she does not want ” non-family members around Dylan while she’s visiting her father” unless she permits it.

The 28-year-old singer is the daughter of rap star Eminem, 51, and his ex-wife Kim Scott, and as she listened to her dad’s self-penned track ‘Mockingbird’ – which deals with break-ins, drug addictions, and custody disputes – admitted that growing up her parents managed to keep her away from “bad things” in life.
Speaking on her ‘Just a Little Shady’ podcast, she explained: “The older I get the less I can listen to any of the songs. I will say, like, watching the video back and listening to the songs, I feel like my parents did such a good job growing up where I didn’t realise how bad things were.
“Now as like, an adult in hindsight, it’s so scary to think about. OHMYGOSSIP — ‘Ted Lasso’ is set for a season four return.
The Apple TV+ show about an American soccer coach originally ended its run in 2023 after three seasons but the series’ studio Warner Bros. Television has been considering a fourth season.
Deadline reports that the studio has picked up the options on Hannah Waddingham, Brett Goldstein and Jeremy Swift, the three original cast members who were contracted under UK acting union Equity.
The studio is expected to start reaching out to those contracted under SAG-AFTRA, including co-creators/executive producers Jason Sudeikis and Brendan Hut, along with Juno Temple and others.
There is some confusion over whether Phil Dunster, who played likeable rogue Jamie Tart, will appear as he is currently working on both Prime Video’s ‘The Devil’s Hour’ and Apple’s ‘Surface’.
If contract negotiations with the actors are successful, early preparations are also being made to open a writers room with an option for an early 2025 start.
Co-creator Bill Lawrence previously insisted that new episodes of ‘Ted Lasso’ would be contingent on Sudeikis’ participation.
He told Collider: “Whatever Jason feels like doing and whatever his decision is, we’re all down with it. Not only is he the star, he’s the head writer, and he’s also the dude whose life just has to be completely overhauled and moved to a foreign country with young children.
“It’s a big deal. So, as a fan, if someone’s like, ‘Oh, it’s gonna happen again,’ I’ll go nuts. As a partner, I’m down for whatever he wants to do.”

The 56-year-old Broadway star will play the socialite in the new Stephen Schwartz musical ‘The Queen of Versailles’ – which is based on the 2012 documentary of the same name and follows Jackie and her billionaire husband David Siegel as they build a $100 million home in Florida amid the country’s economic struggles – but was worried about “hurting” the former model with her portrayal.
She told Vogue: “I’m not gonna lie, I was very trepidatious. Even though she’d given us the rights, I was worried she might be hurt once she saw the way we told her story. Before she saw the show I even pulled her aside and said, ‘Jackie, I want you to know that I really do love you and I’m nervous because I’ve gotten to know you and don’t want you to think we’re trying to hurt you. After Taylor, 34, completed the European leg of her ‘Eras’ tour last week, she jetted back to the United States where she and Travis enjoyed a romantic reunion at her Rhode Island mansion.
Photos obtained by TMZ show the loved-up pair standing on a balcony overlooking the ocean.
The Daily Mail also posted photographs of the pair with Travis’s NFL teammate Patrick Mahomes and his family, as well as Travis’ brother Jason Kelce and wife Kylie Kelce.
Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds later joined the gathering.
Taylor and Travis, 34, were last spotted in public together when he attended her concert in Gelsenkirchen, Germany, in July before returning to the US for training camp with the Kansas City Chiefs.
Taylor is currently on a two-month hiatus from her tour before her next set of North American dates kick off.
Meanwhile, Travis previously spoke about balancing their wish for privacy with his desire to share how proud he is of his girlfriend.

The 36-year-old actor shot to fame when he played of Artie Abrams in the Fox musical comedy-drama series ‘Glee’ in 2009 and has continued to be active in the industry with TV and film roles as well as appearing on reality shows such as ‘RuPaul’s Secret Celebrity Drag Race’ but finds it hard to comprehend that all that “magical timing and luck” came his way in the first place.
Speaking on the ‘Work in Progress’ podcast, he explained: “My interests from when I came out of the womb, it makes sense. But the fact that anybody can find success in what they love to do, is mind-boggling. You can be prepared, you can do all the things that you needed to do but it still takes a little sprinkling of magical timing and luck.
“The fact that that has happened to me a couple of times is mind-boggling. My parents have been visiting the past two weeks, so there’s been a lot of nostalgia and looking back. We used to come out to LA for acting things so there’s been a lot of introspective reflection these past two weeks!”
The ‘Boychoir’ star also recalled that he would idolise pop culture icons when he was a child and try to emulate their performances but that his true goal in life before finding acting was to become a weatherman on breakfast television.
“I was nine years old when ‘Titanic’ came out belting out ‘My Heart Will Go On’, I just had to. I just had to do it. Or I would be in front of the TV learning the dance routines to N*SYNC, Britney Spears and Michael Jackson. Or…there was this cheap video camera, one Christmas, some toy video camera came out and I used to film myself doing ‘Good Morning America’, as the news anchor doing the weather, which is what I really wanted to do.
“I learned everything about the weather, I read books on the weather, because I was so scared, and if I knew about it, I could see the signs that a tornado was forming!
“It did happen, we would go to Florida for vacation and I would see the storms coming and be like ‘We have to get inside home!’ Really uplifting! I was such a fun kid…just paranoid all the time. So yeah, I would film myself make maps of the United States.”

The 44-year-old comedian revealed he and wife Cerys Morgan secretly welcomed a son three months ago.
He told The Times: “I wake up at 8 o’clock most mornings, have a shower, then head to the station for a train into London. After 12 years of living in Primrose Hill we’ve moved out to Beaconsfield. We have a three-month-old son and a new puppy. My wife, who is a doctor, works in a hospital nearby. So we’re giving this new life a spin.
“Six months ago my evenings would have been spent getting ready to go out and perform in front of a thousand people, but now evenings find me sitting on the sofa watching TV with my son on my chest.
“I’m tired a lot. It’s funny, when you become a parent everybody compliments you on your baby, but they will freely turn to you and say that you look like s***, that your face should be on a government watch list or something.

OHMYGOSSIP — Travis Kelce has urged Taylor Swift to “strengthen her security” after the ‘Eras Tour’ terror threat in Vienna.
The NFL star – who has been dating the ‘Love Story’ hitmaker for over a year – has reportedly told his girlfriend to strengthen her security setup after she was forced to cancel three shows in Vienna, Austria, due to a planned terror attack.
An insider told Life and Style: “Travis is advising her to make her own safety a top priority and wants her to get even more security.
“It’s been so horrible, he hated having to sit back and do nothing but wait. He wanted to rush to her side to protect her but obviously he couldn’t do that.

It was a more hectic pace than we’d done before, and I’m so proud of my crew/fellow performers for being able to physically perform that show and build our massive stage, take it apart, and make magic with so few days in between for recovery and travel.

“Walking onstage in London was a rollercoaster of emotions.
“Having our Vienna shows cancelled was devastating. The reason for the cancellations filled me with a new sense of fear, and a tremendous amount of guilt because so many people had planned on coming to those shows. But I was also so grateful to the authorities because thanks to them, we were grieving concerts and not lives. I was heartened by the love and unity I saw in the fans who banded together.”
