SZA admits her BBL surgery was ‘unnecessary’ – but she loves shaking her booty

OHMYGOSSIP — SZA was “mad” when she piled on the pounds during her recovery from a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL).
The ‘Saturn’ singer underwent the cosmetic procedure to enhance the shape and size of her buttocks and though she admits she loves twerking her voluptuous booty, in hindsight, she admits it was “unnecessary” to have a BBL.
She told British Vogue: “I’m so mad I did that s***.
“I gained all this weight from being immobile while recovering and trying to preserve the fat. It was just so stupid.
“But who gives a f***? You got a BBL, you realise you didn’t need the s***. It doesn’t matter.”
SZA insists she is not put off doing anything else to her body, but she admits she should focus on her “mental health” first.
She said: “I’ll do a whole bunch more s*** just like it if I want to before I’m f****** dead because this body is temporary. It just wasn’t super necessary – I have other s*** that I need to work on about myself… I need to get my f****** mental health together…”
Despite having regrets about having the surgery – which removes fat from other areas of the body – SZA loves how it looks.
She added: “But I love my butt. Don’t get me wrong. My booty look nice. And I’m grateful that it looks pretty much… I don’t know, sometimes natural, but I don’t even care. It’s something that I wanted. I’m enjoying it. I love shaking it.”
The 35-year-old singer has been open about her struggles with her mental health and previously revealed she has three different therapists.
Since becoming one of the biggest stars on the planet with her album ‘SOS’, the ‘Kill Bill’ hitmaker has found it difficult to adjust to being in the spotlight and admits she has lashed out in “frustration” due to the immense pressure she is under, which is so debilitating it makes her not want to leave the house.
She told Zane Lowe on Apple Music 1: “So I’ve been really trying to get my spiritual hygiene together because I realised as of recent that a lot of this [redacted] is not normal. And I didn’t know how to process that experience. And I was having a lot of lashing out and a lot of frustration. And there’s a lot of opinions, a lot of entitlement to your space, a lot of entitlement to your time, a lot of expectation.”
Instead of taking medication, she has been going down the spiritual cleansing route.
She shared: “I have three different kinds of therapists. I have a hypnotherapist, I have a talk therapist, and then they tried to give me a psychiatrist, but I’m not taking any of those drugs.”

Jax Taylor ‘blindsided’ Brittany Cartwright over divorce

OHMYGOSSIP — Jax Taylor “blindsided” his estranged wife Brittany Cartwright when he moved ahead with plans for a divorce.
The reality TV stars split earlier this year, and Brittany was the one to file paperwork to officially end the marriage, but Jax has now revealed he was the one who initially suggested they make their split official during his stint in rehab.
During an appearance on Bravo’s ‘Hot Mic’ podcast, he explained: “The second weekend of rehab, I emailed Brittany and said: ‘I’m getting a mediator’.
“People don’t realise that I’m the one that initiated this. So when I emailed her, and I got a mediator, and I put that, I emailed Brittany, she was like: ‘Oh, no, I’m getting a divorce lawyer.’ And I was like: ‘Okay, whatever’. But I was like: ‘Why don’t we just get a mediator? Like, why don’t we save some money? We’re not going after each other financially. There’s no reason to spend all this money.’”
He went on to insist he thinks Brittany wanted to be the one who “served papers publicly”.
Jax, 45, added: “I think she wanted to be the first one to serve me papers publicly. I think she wanted to get ahead of it while I was in there. I think she wanted to be the first to publicly say: ‘I’m divorcing him’, when, in all honesty, I was the one that initiated it.”
He continued: “It needed to happen. I just think that I blindsided her a little bit. I think she really, really wanted me to work on the marriage. I think that was her goal. And I just was so checked out. By that time, I was just really checked out. I just couldn’t come back anymore.”
It comes after Brittany, 35, admitted she’s endured the “hardest year” of her life, and she hopes telling her story will help other women to “find their strength”.
In a post on Instagram, Brittany wrote: “This has been the hardest year of my life and this is just part of my story. At the end of the day I am learning as I go and trying to be a strong as I possibly can for my son.
“I hope I can help other women who go through things like I have gone through, to find their strength because it’s no where near as easy as it looks. (sic)”
The former couple met in 2015 and married in 2019. They are parents to a three-year-old son named Cruz.

Gwen Stefani was given a ‘second chance at life’

OHMYGOSSIP — Gwen Stefani was given a “second chance at life” when she met Blake Shelton.
The No Doubt star was left broken-hearted following the breakdown of her 12-year marriage to rocker Gavin Rossdale – the father of her three sons – but she found happiness again when she was introduced to country singer Blake while they were working on ‘The Voice’ together.
She told the Guardian newspaper: “Meeting my husband [ Blake Shelton] felt like a second chance at life, because when my family fell apart, it was a catastrophe.
“How do you pick yourself up from that? But God put this other person there to love me.”
Gwen and Blake went on to marry in 2021 and the pop star penned their duet ‘Purple Irises’ about their blooming romance.
She added: “I know this sounds weird, but Blake and I came together in gardening. We have a house together in Oklahoma and during the pandemic we came across this very old building on the land and there were some purple irises, which someone must have planted centuries ago, but they’ve survived.
“I wrote the song ‘Purple Irises’ about that and how it feels to find true love and the insecurities of not wanting to lose it.”
It comes after Gwen revealed her childhood “dream” was to be married and she felt crushed by her divorce.
She told People magazine: “Something that I wanted since I was a little girl is to be married and have this love that I saw my parents have and have babies. “That dream was completely ruined; it was crushed, and I had to figure out how I was going to move forward and make a new dream, and God putting Blake in my life was just that miracle.”
Gwen confessed her spilt from Bush frontman Gavin was made even more painful as she had hoped to imitate the “perfect example” of love set by her parents.
The ‘Don’t Speak’ hitmaker – who has sons Kingston, 18, Zuma, 16, and Apollo, 10, with her former husband – added: “Especially growing up with this perfect example of love between my parents. They met when they were 15, and they fell in love, and then they had us (children), and they made us feel like we were everything to them.
“And when you have a family and it’s the opposite of that, it breaks up … I didn’t know what to do or how to protect my children. And I’m still working on that.”

“It’s Jack, the horse that I’d ridden in ‘Bridgerton’, who I had an amazing relationship with.
“People say, don’t work with kids and animals. But if it’s Jack, I’d say, ‘Take the job. He’s a legend.’ ”
The clip came shortly after Jonathan reflected on the way he had “built a trust and a rapport” with Jack.
He told ‘The Popcorn Podcast’: “He’s incredibly focused and can deliver a very sort of stable scene partner.”

Melissa Joan Hart makes frank admission about motherhood: ‘It’s heartbreaking…’

OHMYGOSSIP — Melissa Joan Hart suffers from “mom guilt”.
The 48-year-old actress has Mason, 18, Braydon, 16, and 12-year-old Tucker with her husband Mark Wilkerson but has always “found it “heartbreaking” to leave her children behind so she could go to work and has even sometimes turned down opportunities so she could be at home.
She told FoxNewsDigital: With a TV show like ‘Melissa and Joey’, you don’t know if it’s gonna be a half a year, a whole year, five years. So you take it a year at a time and make your decisions as a family as you go.
“So for the first two years, I lived in California, and they were in Connecticut. They would come out and visit, we wouldn’t go more than two weeks without seeing each other, but that was really, really hard on me.
“So it was all sort of, like, year by year, sort of: Where should we be? How are we gonna do this as a family? And making decisions about my career, and balancing out with our family.
“And, you know, sometimes I turned down jobs just to stay at home and just so the kids could be at home, or sometimes I would leave for chunks of time, which was heartbreaking and really hard for me.”
“It was really difficult. But you know that mom guilt is real.”
‘The Bad Guardian’ star – who enjoyed massive success in the 1990s when she played the title roles in both ‘Clarissa Explains It All’ and ‘Sabrina, the Teenage Witch’ – believes that all parents feel the same way no matter what their job is.
She said: “That’s the thing about my job; I get to be a full-time parent when I’m not working. Right now, I’m in West Virginia. I’m away from them for three weeks, but they know it’s [these] three weeks, and then the next three weeks we’re all together.
“We’re going away together for Thanksgiving.
“But mom, guilt, I think, is real; parent guilt is real across the board, I think, no matter what you’re doing. But I do try to look at the blessing of the fact that I get to be home, driving them to school [or] be there for their birthdays.”

Melania Trump refused to give her phone number to Donald Trump on first meeting

OHMYGOSSIP — Melania Trump refused to give her phone number to Donald Trump on their first meeting – insisting he hand over his digits to her.
The former model “politely declined” to give Donald, then 52, her number after he asked for it after speaking with Melania, then 28, at a Kit Kat Club party in New York in 1998.
In an extract from her new book ‘Melania: A Memoir’, serialised by The Times newspaper, she reveals: “He was accompanied by a beautiful date, so initially, I dismissed our conversation as mere pleasantries … When his companion left for a moment, he asked me for my phone number. I politely declined his request. He was a little surprised. ’Give me your number,’ I said. With a hand gesture, Donald called over his bodyguard. His big shoulders leaned in as he listened to him, before discreetly writing a note on a sleek business card.
“Donald took the card and handed it to me. ‘Call me,’ he said with a smile. I tucked the card into my clutch before his date returned to the table.”
Following on from a photo shoot in the Caribbean, she returned to her New York apartment, and left a message on the property tycoon’s answering machine.
Donald, 78, called her back where they developed a “palpable” connection.
In the book, the Slovenian-born beauty revealed the pair – who married in 2005 and have an 18-year-old son Barron – spent their first date, “a mix of business and pleasure”, at his expansive Seven Springs property in Bedford, New York.
Melania continued: “It was a crisp Sunday when he picked me up in his black Mercedes.
“The house in Bedford sits on 230-acres of land at the end of a long driveway. ’It’s like a French chateau,’ I said. ‘Do you live here?’ No, I don’t actually live here, I’m just here to make sure everything is okay,’ he said with a smile.
“He mentioned his plans to turn the property into a golf course.
“We walked through the rooms, him giving me a tour while also inspecting the place.
“Looking back, it was a very ‘Donald’ first date – a mix of business and pleasure.”
Melania, 54, “found that aspect of him intriguing right from the start”, and believes that the 47th President of the United States “appreciated that [she] had knowledge and experience under [her] belt” from her career.

Whoopi – who stars alongside the likes of Sunny Hostin, Alyssa Farah Griffin, Ava Navarro and Sara Haines – said on the show: “I appreciate that people are having a hard time. Me, too. I work for a living.
“If I had all the money in the world, I would not be here, okay? So, I’m a working person, you know?”
Whoopi subsequently revealed that other members of her family are in a similar position.
She explained: “My kid has to feed her family. My great-granddaughter has to be fed by her family. I know it’s hard out there.”
Meanwhile, Whoopi previously claimed that she knew she’d become an actress from the age of three.

Whoopi had no obvious path into acting as a child, but her mother always encouraged her to follow her ambitions.
The movie star shared: “She was just odd enough to recognise the oddity in her child.”

Zendaya feels ‘extra safe’ working with Tom Holland

OHMYGOSSIP — Zendaya finds filming with Tom Holland to be a “strangely comfortable” experience.
The 28-year-old actress stars alongside Tom, 28, in the ‘Spider-Man’ film franchise, and Zendaya has revealed that she relishes working with her real-life boyfriend, explaining that she feels “extra safe” with Tom.
Zendaya told Vanity Fair’s 2025 Hollywood Issue: “It’s actually strangely comfortable. It’s like second nature, if anything. You feel extra safe with the person you’re acting beside. I love working with him.
“He’s so talented, and so passionate about what he does. He always gives things 1,000 percent, even if he’s absolutely worn down. I really appreciate that about him. It feels pretty normal. That’s how we met. Literally, at a chemistry read.”
Zendaya has already enjoyed significant success as an actress and as a singer.
But the ‘Euphoria’ star insists she’s not especially strategic about her career choices.
Zendaya said: “It’s not a strategic thing.
“I feel like the right parts find you in the same way you find them. Sometimes you might be developing something and it just falls through.
“I remember many years ago, there was a project I was working on that fell through. We were supposed to shoot, and then a month before, it fell apart. And then I got this script for ‘Euphoria’, and that ended up shooting in its slot. I was like, ‘Oh my God, thank God that movie fell apart!’ But at the time we were like, ‘S***.’ There was really a reason for all of it. I try to go with my feelings.
“Honestly, it’s really hard to get me to finish a script, because I get sidetracked really easily. When something can make me read it to the end and keeps me engaged, then I know that it’s something that I want to do.”

“I just saw him last week and we were talking through some projects, so we definitely have a really great working relationship. We would absolutely love to work on something else together.”
‘Anyone but You’ became a big success despite having a modest opening at the box office. Sydney has now credited her fans for the film’s success.
She explained: “It was all because of the fans.

OHMYGOSSIP — Paul Mescal felt under pressure while filming ‘Gladiator II’.
The 28-year-old actor stars alongside the likes of Pedro Pascal, Joseph Quinn, Connie Nielsen, and Denzel Washington in the new historical action film, and Paul has admitted to feeling a weight of “responsibility” during the shoot.
He told Variety: “I do feel the pressure, and I do feel the desire for this to make money.
“The box office needs a shot in the arm, and if films like ‘Gladiator II’ aren’t doing it, it would be concerning. So I do feel a responsibility.”
The original ‘Gladiator’ movie was a huge hit with fans and critics, earning more than $400 million at the box office back in 2000.
Paul has previously rejected the chance to star in various “big studio, franchise-y” movies. But the actor relished the opportunity to be part of the ‘Gladiator’ legacy and to work with Sir Ridley Scott, the award-winning director who helmed the original movie.
Paul said: “I wasn’t like, ‘I need to do this.’ It was really just Ridley and ‘Gladiator’, and I felt like I was ripe for this kind of big film.
“I played sports growing up; I know what it is to throw myself around. I look Roman. All of those things. And it’s Ridley Scott!”
Paul has enjoyed a meteoric rise in recent years, after starring in the hit TV mini-series ‘Normal People’ in 2020. But the actor revealed that he intends to return to making independent films in the future.
Reflecting on his long-term ambitions, Paul said: “The centre of my career is independent films, and everything else comes as a result. But that’s where I will return.”
