Doja Cat denies engagement to Stranger Things’ Joseph Quinn

OHMYGOSSIP — Doja Cat has denied being engaged to Joseph Quinn.
The ‘Paint The Town Red’ hitmaker, 28, sparked speculation that the 30-year-old ‘Stranger Things’ actor had popped the question when she showed off a giant ring whilst performing at the iHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas on Saturday (21.09.24).
Whilst holding out her hand performing ‘Agora Hills’, she sang: “Rub it in their face, put a rock on her hand.”
However, Doja has put to bed the engagement rumours in a since-deleted post on X, writing: “no, im not engaged its a David Yurman ring with no rocks in it. (sic)”
The pair fuelled romance rumours after they were spotted on a date in London recently.
Doja and Joseph are said to have packed on the PDA at the Coach and Horses pub in London’s Soho, two years after she declared an interest in the star.
An eyewitness told The Sun newspaper’s Bizarre column: “It very much looked like they were together. They were acting like a couple.
“He had his arm around her, then she put her arm around him. He kissed her on the head at one point.
“It was just them together, deep in conversation for ages. She was puffing on a vape and looked really happy.”
In July 2022, Joseph’s ‘Stranger Things’ co-star Noah Schnapp revealed Doja had asked him to set her up with Joseph.
Noah shared a screenshot of their chat on TikTok, in which Doja had written to him: “Noah can you tell Joseph to (hit me up) … wait no. does he have a gf (girlfriend)? (sic)”
The actor then responded by telling her to contact him directly, writing: “LMAOO slide into his dms. (sic)”
However, Doja insisted she was struggling to find his social media pages, writing: “Doesn’t have a DM to slide in.”
Noah then found one of Joseph’s pages and sent Doja a link, adding: “Right here ma’am.”
However, things turned sour as she later took to Instagram to brand Noah, who was 17 at the time, a “weasel” in a foul-mouthed rant, after he shared their private messages.
Part of her message read: ” I think that … to be fair, let’s try to be chill about it. Like Noah is a kid, but, I don’t even know how old he is, but he can’t be over – like there’s no way he’s over 21.
“But when you’re that young, you make mistakes. (sic)”
She went on to call the actor – who plays Will Byers in the Netflix show – a “snake”, and insisted she wasn’t comfortable with the way he shared her private messages publicly.
She added: “I’m not saying that that encapsulates his entire personality – like I don’t imagine Noah that way. Maybe he is, like a whole snake. But I didn’t see him that way. I made an assumption that he was gonna be chill about it and he went and shared information that I didn’t feel comfortable with him sharing.”
Noah later admitted he had said sorry to Doja after he shared their private messages.
He told Variety: “Yeah, I mean, look, I’m super unserious on social media and pretty goofy, so I posted that not thinking too much of it, but obviously it hurt her feelings.
“So, as I should, I apologized and she was totally OK with it, and was like, ‘I’m sorry how I reacted.’
“It was all good. I love her. I’m like the biggest fan of her music, and I told her that. I was like, you’re literally my role model. It’s all good.
“People make such a big deal out of everything when it’s on the internet, but, like, in reality, it’s like a two-minute thing.”

Demi Moore put ‘so much pressure’ on herself to lose baby weight

OHMYGOSSIP — Demi Moore put “so much pressure” on herself to lose her baby weight after giving birth to her daughter Scout.
The 61-year-old actress has revealed she would cycle 60 miles a day while filming her movie ‘Indecent Proposal’ which was being made just months after she welcomed her second daughter with then-husband Bruce Willis in 1991 – and Demi admits she pushed herself way too hard in a bid to slim down.
In an interview with ‘CBS Sunday Morning’, Demi explained: “I was feeding her [Scout] through the night, getting up in the dark with a trainer … biking all the way to Paramount, even on location where we were shooting; then shooting a full day, which is usually a 12-hour day; and then starting all over again,.
“I think [Scout] was, like, five or six months old when we were shooting … I put so much pressure on myself … I did have experiences of being told to lose weight. And all of those, while they may have been embarrassing and humiliating, it’s what I did to myself because of that …
“Even just the idea of what I did to my body, it’s so crazy, so ridiculous.”
Demi – who is mum to Rumer, 36, Scout, 33, and Tallulah, 30, with ex-husband Bruce – went on to admit losing her baby weight didn’t actually “matter that much” really but at the time it was massively important to her.
She explained: “Yeah. But you look back and you kinda go, ‘Did it really matter that much?’ Probably not! But at the time, I made it mean everything.”
When asked what she thinks when she looks in the mirror now, Demi admitted she has good and bad days. She said: “It fluctuates. Some days I look and I’m like, Wow. That’s pretty good.
“And some days, I catch myself dissecting, hyper-focusing on, you know, things that I don’t like. The difference is, now I can catch myself. I can go, Yeah, I don’t like that loose skin. But, you know, it is what it is. So, I’m gonna make the best of what is, as opposed to chasing what isn’t.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Jamie Foxx walked his daughter Corinne down the aisle at her wedding.
The 56-year-old Hollywood actor was a proud dad as Corrine tied the knot with her partner Joe Hooten on Saturday (21.09.24) – 17 months after the ‘Ray’ star suffered a “medical complication” which left him fighting for his life in hospital.
The wedding was revealed by actress Garcelle Beauvais – who worked with Jamie on ‘The Jamie Foxx Show’ – who posted pictures of the nuptials on Instagram and wrote: “Last night we got to witness celebrate the love of @corinnefoxx and @joe.hooten. Your love and respect for each other is palpable. Corinne you looked stunning.”
Jamie – who has made a good recovery after his undisclosed medical crisis – was seen looking emotional as he held onto Corinne’s arm as they walked down the aisle together at the wedding. The bride wore am off-the-shoulder white dress with a floral motif on the shirt and held a bouquet of white roses.
Corinne, 30, is Jamie’s daughter with TV producer Connie Kline while he is also dad to another daughter, Anelise, 15, with his ex Kristin Grannis.
Corinne met Joe while they were both students at the University of Southern California and they reconnected and started a relationship after they graduated.
She previously told wedding website Over the Moon: “I was bold and liked an old picture of Joe on Instagram. He instantly messaged me and asked me out on a date. Our first date was actually on a sailboat, where Joe was living at the time.”
The couple announced their engagement last December and Jamie went on to admit he was thrilled about the news. In a post on Instagram, he revealed Joe had let him know he was planning to propose to Corinne and had his “tissues” ready for their big day.
He wrote: “When you whispered to me a while back that you were gonna ask my baby girl to marry you. I had tears of joy in my soul … and @corinnefoxx you have … and have always had a special place in my heart … you deserve love abundantly …so again congratulations you too … can’t wait to walk you down that [aisle].
“You have a great soul in @joe.hooten. I LOVE YOU BOTH DEARLY … I have my tissues ready.”

Eva Mendes admits her kids ‘don’t care’ about her films

OHMYGOSSIP — Eva Mendes admits her children “don’t care” about her movies.
The 50-year-old actress and her husband Ryan Gosling have daughters Esmerelda, 10, and Amada, eight, together, and she admitted even getting her kids to watch scenes from her films has become a battle.
Asked if they have seen her movies or know what she did, she told ‘The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon’: “They haven’t but they don’t care.
“I tried to show them a scene from ‘Hitch’ that I was actually proud of because I’m scared of deep, dark water. And I had to do this physical comedy stunt thing in the Hudson.”
One of her daughters was scared, and she wanted to show them the video as a way of showing their mother facing her own fears.
However, she said: “Anyway, they were not impressed at all.”
However, they did take an interest in their dad’s appearance in ‘Barbie’ last year, which Eva described as “beautiful”.
She added: “That was beautiful because the girls were such a huge part of that.
“They were such a huge part of him saying yes, taking the role because there’s like 30 Barbies sitting in the house and there’s one Ken. So he’s like, there’s something here.”
Eva hasn’t appeared in a movie since starring in her husband’s directorial debut ‘Lost River’ a decade ago, and she isn’t sure if she’ll ever be tempted back into acting.
Asked if she’d return to Hollywood, Eva told ‘Good Morning America’: “I don’t know. If there’s interesting roles. I left at a time where, 10 years ago, I kind of felt like I did it, ya know, I just worked with Ryan Gosling. He’s like the best.
“It was such a high off my career to work with him and what we created together that I was like, this is a good time to ‘Seinfeld’ it and just walk out. So, who knows?”
And the ‘Other Guys’ actress previously insisted it was a “no-brainer” for her to step back from acting to focus on raising her daughters and other pursuits.
She told ‘Today’ in March: “It was like a no-brainer.
“I’m so lucky, and I was like, if I could have this time with my children — and I still work, I just didn’t act, because acting takes you on location. It takes you away.
“It was almost just like a non-verbal agreement that it was like, ‘OK, [Ryan’s] going to work and I’m going to work. I’m just going to work here.’ ”

Elle King and Dan Tooker back together

OHMYGOSSIP — Elle King has reunited with Dan Tooker.
The ‘Ex’s and Oh’s’ singer split from her fiance – who she met in 2019 and got engaged to the following year – last year but they have decided to give their relationship another try for the sake of their three-year-old son Lucky after taking time apart to “grow”.
Elle told People magazine: “We’re back together.
“We had to grow. I don’t know. I’ll try anything twice.
“[Lucky has] definitely brought me and his dad back together just because, what are we doing?
“We have everything that both of us have ever wanted right here. Let’s put our weapons down. Come on. This is it. This is life. It doesn’t get better than this. This is worth trying. This is worth wiping a slate clean. This is worth all the effort in the world.
“My family, this is what deserves all the energy and effort.”
To mark their fresh start, Elle, 35, and the 33-year-old tattoo artist have bought a new home in Nashville.
Elle said: “We’re starting fresh. We just bought a really gorgeous new house in the mountains of Nashville.
“It’s happy, it’s beautiful. I’m very happy, I’m very content, which is nice, and I don’t know if I’ve ever really felt that, so it’s a blessing.”
The ‘Drunk (and I Don’t Want to Go Home’ singer previously admitted her son had made her a “much more empathetic, grateful person”.
Asked about parenthood, she told People magazine: “I love it. I love what he has transformed me into, which is a much more empathetic, grateful person.
“I try to wake up every day and practice that gratitude attitude.
“I’ve always wanted to be a mom and he is the best gift. So I know that when I go home tonight, I’ve got the best trophy in a little chunky monkey baby boy.”
And Elle hopes her son’s optimistic name helps with his fortunes in the future.
She said: “I was born to lose, but I named my son Lucky so hopefully he’s got a different shot in life.”

Nicole Kidman longed to be small and curvaceous

OHMYGOSSIP — Nicole Kidman used to dream of being short and “curvaceous”.
The 53-year-old actress spent years being mocked for her appearance but grew in confidence as her statuesque frame saw designers scrambling to dress her for high profile events.
Speaking on new Disney+ series ‘In Vogue: The 90s’, Nicole recalled: “I mean, I was a red-headed, fair-skinned girl who was almost 5’11 at the age of 14.
“I would get teased, and it wasn’t kind.”
Of becoming a fashion favourite, she added: “Can you believe it? My whole life, I wanted to be 5’2″ and curvaceous and suddenly, being 5’11” and completely sort of skinny and flat chested was like, ‘Great, we can dress you.’
“Every time I was given access to that whole world, you feel like a little girl who’s been given the chance to step into this sort of fantasy world.”
Nicole was particularly delighted when John Galliano reached out to dress her in Dior for the 1997 Academy Awards.
She recalled thinking: “I grew up watching Audrey Hepburn and Katharine Hepburn and Grace Kelly — all these women whose style was created with the designers that they’re affiliated with.
“They just loved fashion.
“So I remember thinking, but of course, this should be brought into Hollywood now, and we should be wearing the things that are made in these gorgeous little salons in Paris.
“Because that’s what they used to do, so why aren’t we still doing it?”
In 2022, the ‘Perfect Couple’ actress caused a stir when she graced the cover of Vanity Fair’s annual Hollywood issue in a daring ensemble featuring a super-short Miu Miu mini skirt and matching crop top with her outfit dividing fans and attracting criticism online.
Reflecting on her controversial look, she later insisted she likes to take risks when it comes to fashion and doesn’t think about the consequences.
She previously told Australia’s Stellar magazine: “I make the most random, crazy choices. I call them ‘teenage choices’ because I just don’t ever think of consequences,
“Part of my brain just doesn’t think like that. I just go, ‘Oh, I’m going to wear that; it reminds me of my school uniform.’ Or, ‘Oh my God, yeah, I’d love to do that.’ I try to (stay) in that place because I think otherwise you get scared or worried.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Don Johnson splashed out on “several different blings” for his wife for their 25th anniversary.
The ‘Miami Vice’ actor celebrated the marital milestone in April this year and he was happy to spare no expense when it came to treating Kelley Phleger in honour of the occasion.
Asked about his anniversary celebrations, the 74-year-old star told People magazine: “Oh my gosh. We had a big dinner and a big party… and I bought her bling, man. Several different blings.”
Don – who has Atherton, 24, Jasper, 22, and Deacon, 18, with Kelley, as well as Dakota, 34, with first wife Melanie Griffith, and Jesse, 41, with former partner Patti D’Arbanville -and his wife are “so in tune” with one another and have built a shared understanding over the years.
Asked the key to their long marriage, he gushed: “Oh, we are just so in tune with each other that there’s an unspoken like trust and kindness and respect with us. And those are the keys.”
While, Don’s daughter Dakota is an actress, he previously admitted the ‘Fifty Shades of Grey’ star never asks him for career advice – and she doesn’t need it either.
Speaking on ‘Late Night with Seth Meyers’, he previously said: “She doesn’t need any advice from me.
“She doesn’t really call me for advice. She calls me to say, ‘Gosh, I would see you, but I’ve got three pictures that I’m shooting at the same time.’ ”

“I went, ‘OK, you know what that means? You won’t be on the payroll anymore.’ ”
The ‘Knives Out’ star asked his daughter how she was “going to manage”, and she replied: “Don’t you worry about it”.
And Don’s question was answered less than a month later.
He said: “Three weeks later she had nailed down that part in David Fincher’s ‘The Social Network’.
“And the rest is, shall we say, cinema history.”

George Clooney and Brad Pitt found it ‘easy’ to work together on ‘Wolfs’

OHMYGOSSIP — George Clooney and Brad Pitt found it “easy” to work together on their new movie.
The 63-year-old actor appears alongside his long-time friend Brad, 60, in the new movie ‘Wolfs’, which tells of loan fixers who get assigned to the same job, and he has said they are great co-stars as he feels so comfortable working with his old pal and knows he won’t have to come to the role expecting to “hit a curve ball”.
George told People: “I’m too old to hit a curve ball, but I think that’s an automatic, too. Never going to be a straight answer or straight delivery.
“No, from the minute we got there, it was just easy to do it again.
“The fun part is that all the dialogue of us talking on top of each other was pretty easy to do because it was fun.”
George and Brad have famously co-starred in movies such as the ‘Ocean’ trilogy and the Coen brothers’ comedy ‘Burn After Reading’.
The former ‘E.R.’ actor has insisted he and Brad were paid “millions and millions and millions of dollars less” than it was reported for starring together in ‘Wolfs’.
A report from The New York Times said the A-listers were paid more than $35 million each for their work in the action comedy.
But George said at the Venice Film Festival ahead of the thriller’s world premiere: “(It was) an interesting article and whatever her source was for our salary, it is millions and millions and millions of dollars less than what was reported.
“And I am only saying that because I think it’s bad for our industry if that’s what people think is the standard bearer for salaries.
“I think that’s terrible – it’ll make it impossible to make films.”
George’s comments come amid Apple’s decision to not give ‘Wolfs’ a wide cinema release in the US.
Instead, the streamer chose to show it on a limited number of movie screens for one week before making the film available on its online service on 20 September.

Brad Pitt ‘super in love’ with jewellery designer girlfriend Ines de Ramon

OHMYGOSSIP — Brad Pitt is “super in love” with girlfriend Ines de Ramon.
The 60-year-old ‘Fight Club’ actor is thought to have been dating the jewellery designer, 34, for two years – but the pair only made their first public appearance together at the premiere of his new film ‘Wolfs’ at this year’s 81st Venice Film Festival – and a source has now said the pair are getting very “serious”.
They told Us Weekly: “They’re super in love. It is a big deal (they took their romance public in Venice.)”
Another insider told the outlet the pair bonded because they are both “hippies” at heart and share passions for art and music.
They said: “Brad loves introducing Ines to his friends because she’s such a joy to be around. She brings out the best in Brad.
“(Things are) serious between Brad and Ines. He’s very committed to her and their future.”
Brad and Ines have reportedly spent this summer holidaying in the grounds of the French winery that is at the centre of a dispute between him and his ex-wife Angelina Jolie, 49.
He has been embroiled in a long and bitter legal battle with the ‘Maleficent’ actress over how she sold her share in the Château Miraval vineyard where they got married.
A source recently told Page Six Brad has been “getting in plenty of quality time” with Ines at the French retreat.
The insider added: “He is living his life. Angelina has already done the worst thing she can do, which is separating the kids from their father.”
Brad claims he gave his ex Angelina half the winery as a wedding gift, with the condition that if she ever wanted to sell it she had to offer it to him first.
But the ‘Maleficent’ actress sold her share to a third party and Brad claims it was a breach of the deal.
He and Angelina have also been caught in a custody battle over the six children they have together – Maddox, 22, Pax, 20, Zahara, 19, Shiloh, 18, and 15-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne.
The former couple’s divorce is still pending, but they are both legally single.
Page Six reported their relationship is “so acrimonious” organisers of the Venice Film Festival, where both had films running, spaced out the premieres so there would be no run-ins between the warring pair.
Ines was previously married to ‘Vampire Diaries’ actor Paul Wesley, 42, for four years from 2019 until 2023.

Gigi also included a photo of her daughter’s rainbow birthday cake in the post, adding in a caption: “Cake 4 bday breakfast always.”

“I want horses eventually, I would like to get some horses, too.”

Matthew Reeve, 44, spoke about his happiness over the release of ‘Super/Man: The Christopher Reeve Story’, which is billed as giving a “powerful and honest look” at the star who played a hero – then became one as a stem cell and spinal cord treatment and research campaigner after a horse-riding accident left him paralyzed and in a wheelchair in 1995.
Matthew told People the film would bring his father’s story to audiences unaware of his work, and said it “means everything” to him.
He added: “It’s a real honour to just be in a position to help tell his story for the best of my own memories.”

Matthew’s sister Alexandra, 40, added in the chat about watching her father in the film: “I remember parts of it from when we were young. I mean, we would go out to the playground or Central Park and kids would come up, and I remember there’s that element of being really proud, but also saying, ‘Hey, can you pay attention to me?’
“But dad and Dana also just worked so hard for us to have a normal upbringing and really kind of creating this bubble of normalcy for us that I think has stood us well in life and in a way protected us from some of those dynamics.

After they split, the actor married actress and singer Dana Reeve and they had his youngest son Will Reeve, now 32, before Dana was killed by lung cancer in 2006 aged 44.
