Rob Lowe is ‘triggered’ by the memory of his son moving to college: ‘I was like a wreck’

OHMYGOSSIP — Rob Lowe was “like a wreck” when his eldest son moved to college.
The 60-year-old actor has Matthew,31, as well as John, 28, with Sheryl Berkoff and recalled just how “brutal” it was to experience one of his kids flying the nest for the first time.
He told People: “It brought up a lot of stuff. And I thought, why is this affecting me so deeply? Because Sheryl was, I mean, not unaffected, but she wasn’t me.
“I mean, I was like a puddle. I had to wear dark glasses on the plane because tears were streaming down my [face] the whole time couldn’t look at him sitting in his chair, in his little seat with a little book bag. I couldn’t do it… It’s triggering.”
“I was a wreck…I’ve realized it’s very, very, very common because people talk to me about it now all the time.”
The ‘Parks and Recreation’ star first opened up about the experience of his son moving out just over a decade ago when he published his memoir ‘Love Life’ in 2014 and noted that life seems to repeat itself across the board as his eldest returned from college.
He wrote: “It’s become something that year after year after year since I wrote it, gets passed around to parents who are sending their kids away for the first time… I love nothing more than when dads come up to me and they’re crying and they go, ‘Your thing about sending your kid to school, I read it and then I sent my kid to school and I cried in my car.
“And I love that because it reminds me how alike everybody is.
“Now, here we are however many years later, and you realise that was not the end. They’re back and they’re not going anywhere.”

TI and Tiny awarded 71m in toy row

OHMYGOSSIP — T.I. and Tameka ‘Tiny’ Harris have been awarded a staggering $71 million damages.
The ‘Live Your Life’ rapper and his wife won their third court trial against toy company MGA Entertainment on Monday (23.09.24) after the firm were accused of violating the couple’s OMG Girlz music group’s intellectual property rights with their L.O.L. Surprise! O.M.G. dolls and the pair are elated to see “justice has been served”.
T.I. told Rolling Stone magazine: “I think justice was served. I think it’s a testament to the relentlessness and resilience of my wife, daughter and nieces. We’re just happy we were able to come out on top and fight for creatives and our intellectual property that large corporations seem to think is just public domain and free for all to come and grab and use.”
Jurors awarded the 43-year-old rapper – whose real name is Clifford Harris – and his wife $17.9 million in real damages and $53.6 million in punitive damages and Tiny, 49, admitted they weren’t expecting such a settlement.
She said: “I mean, wow. They did more than I thought they would.
“I would have been happy with whatever. They blessed us more than beyond. We wanted to thank the jurors so bad, but we didn’t get the opportunity.”
The couple’s legal team praised the stars for being determined to get justice.
Their lawyer told E! News: “We were proud to represent the OMG Girlz, Tiny, and T.I., who had the courage to stand up for themselves and fight a billion-dollar corporation’s intimidation and insults with grace, perseverance, and a determination to protect their intellectual property and the rights of other creatives.”
They praised the couple for having the determination to see that a “remarkable jury did the fair, just and right thing by holding MGA Entertainment fully accountable for trade dress infringement and for misappropriation of name, likeness, and identity.”
Following the three-week trial in California, jurors found 13 L.O.L. Surprise! O.M.G. dolls had “infringed on the trade dress and misappropriated the name, image, and likeness” of T.I. and Tiny’s OMG Girlz band.
They also found that a 14th doll violated the group’s trade dress, while another misappropriated the band’s name, image and likeness.
The couple had started OMG Girlz – which included Tiny’s daughter Zonnique ‘Star’ Pullins, Bahja ‘Beauty’ Rodriguez and Breaunna ‘Babydoll’ Womack – in 2009 and alleged seven of the L.O.L. Surprise! dolls had copied the group’s looks at “very specific public events or in publicised photos”.
MGA’s founder, Isaac Larian, had branded the pair “extortionists” and insisted OMG Girlz had played no role in the appearance of their dolls.

Kim Porter’s kids blast death speculation

OHMYGOSSIP — Kim Porter’s children have slammed “horrific theories” surrounding her death.
The model-turned-actress died of pneumonia in November 2018 but in the wake of her former partner Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ arrest on sex trafficking charges, rumours have spread that her passing was linked to the rap mogul’s alleged misconduct, with another of her ex-boyfriends, Albert Joseph Brown aka Al B. Sure! calling for an investigation into her death.
However, Kim and Diddy’s children, Christian, 26, and 18-year-old twins D’Lila and Jessie, as well as their half-brother Quincy Brown – whose father is Albert – have now released a statement blasting the speculation.
They wrote: “We have seen so many hurtful and false rumours circulating about our parents, Kim Porter and Sean Combs’ relationship, as well as about our mom’s tragic passing, that we feel the need to speak out…
“Our lives were shattered when we lost our mother.
“She was our world, and nothing has been the same since she passed. While it has been incredibly difficult to reconcile how she could be taken from us too soon, the cause of her death has long been established. There was no foul play.
“Grief is a lifelong process, and we ask that everyone respect our request for peace as we continue to cope with her loss every day.
“We are deeply saddened that the world has made a spectacle of what has been the most tragic event of our lives. Our mother should be remembered for the beautiful, strong, kind, and loving woman she was. Her memory should not be tainted by horrific conspiracy theories.
“We ask that everyone please respect our mother, Kim Porter, and hold her legacy in high regard so that she may rest in peace. It’s what she deserves. We love you and miss you Mommy. Quincy, Christian, Jessie and D’Lila.”
And although a book was released earlier this month titled ‘KIM’S LOST WORDS: A Journey for Justice, From the Other Side’, which was supposedly on a hard drive Kim sent to record producer Chris Todd and then published under the pseudonym Jamal T. Millwood, her kids insisted she never wrote a memoir.
They said in the statement: “Claims that our mom wrote a book are simply untrue. She did not, and anyone claiming to have a manuscript is misrepresenting themselves. Additionally, please understand that any so-called ‘friend’ speaking on behalf of our mom or her family is not a friend, nor do they have her best interests at heart.”

Richard Harris’ son Jared Harris slams Harry Potter reboot series: ‘Why do it?’

OHMYGOSSIP — Jared Harris “doesn’t understand” why the ‘Harry Potter’ books are being made into a television series.
The 63-year-old actor is the son of the late Richard Harris – who famously played Professor Albus Dumbledore in the first two blockbuster adaptations of JK Rowling’s magical book series – and doesn’t want anything to do with the HBO reboot that recently went into the casting stages.
Asked if he would like to take on the role made famous by his father, he told The Independent: “No, thank you! Also, I mean, why do it? I don’t understand. The films were fantastic – leave them alone.”
Richard initially accepted the role of the Hogwarts headmaster in ‘Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone’ at the behest of his granddaughter, and also starred in the second instalment ‘Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets’ but passed away in 2002 at the age of 72 and was replaced by Sir Michael Gambon for the remaining six films.
The team behind the new series is looking for a new trio to take on the roles of Harry Potter, Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger with children from the UK and Ireland invited to audition
The casting call reads: “We are currently only able to consider children who are aged 9-11 in April 2025, and a resident of the UK or Ireland.
“Please only apply if you meet the brief.”
This suggests filming will be underway in seven months, which matches the timeline it took to cast Daniel Radcliffe in the title role back in 2000, when he was 11 years old.
Emma Watson and Rupert Grint – who played Hermione and Ron in the original films – were 10 and 12 when they were cast.
The brief adds: “We are committed to inclusive, diverse casting.
“For every role, please submit qualified performers, without regard to ethnicity, sex, disability, race, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other basis protected by law unless otherwise specifically indicated.”

Adam Brody praises ‘great wife’ Leighton Meester

OHMYGOSSIP — Adam Brody thinks he “picked someone good” with Leighton Meester.
The ‘Nobody Wants This’ star has been married to the 38-year-old beauty for a decade and although he acknowledged maintaining a relationship requires “sacrifice and humility”, he admitted they got off to a good start because the ‘Gossip Girl’ star is so great.
Asked on ‘Today with Hoda and Jenna’ what the “magic” of his relationship is, Adam, 44, gushed: “Oh, pick someone good. Be lucky and be in love with someone who’s great and then just kind of listen to them.
“If you’re with someone great, you’re on third base.
“Not that it doesn’t take sacrifice and humility and you have to grow together and you have to be willing to grow, because you’re not going to be able to stay 100 percent right where you are. But if you’re with someone wonderful, I think you’re on third base.”
The couple are parents to nine-year-old daughter Arlo and a four-year-old son whose name hasn’t been publicly disclosed and Adam thinks he is the “perfect balance” when it comes to being a “helicopter” dad or head of a “free-range” home.
He said: “Of course, I’m going to feel like it’s the perfect balance of all of it.”
The former ‘O.C.’ star and his wife adopt a policy of being “honest” with their kids and have “some very truthful conversations” with them “for better or worse”.
He added: “There is a helicopter, you know, to keep them safe. I’m not overly strict but I see the sharp edges, literally. And their heads aren’t gonna… I want to keep those heads maintained.”
Adam previously explained he and Leighton act as “each other’s managers” and never make career decisions without the other’s input.
He told Dax Shepard’s ‘Armchair Expert’ podcast: “Everything is run through each other.
“We are each other’s managers, and we also have the same two agents… We are in each other’s s*** in that way, and we even did a movie together a couple of years ago.”

Sir Richard Branson: ‘Schools haven’t changed much since Victorian times…’

OHMYGOSSIP — Sir Richard Branson doesn’t think schools have changed much since the Victorian era.
The 74-year-old businessman has admitted to achieving low grades in his education because of his struggles with dyslexia – which affects the ability to read and write – and now that he is working with the with the Open University on a series of courses designed to help those with similar problems, has insisted that the approach to schooling today is not too different from what it was almost 200 years ago.
He told The Times: “I used to get lots of big red Us when I was at school so we’re going to reclaim the U. The idea is to make it a bit more of a school of life and encourage a different type of thinking.
“If teachers from the Victorian era came into a classroom today, they wouldn’t notice much of a difference so I think a lot of kids will find this useful.
“The education system caters for about 20 per cent of people in classrooms; for the other 80 per cent it’s fairly irrelevant. This will be more relevant.”
The Virgin boss – who is now worth an estimated £2.4 billion – will offer interviews with neurodiverse business leaders and campaigners to students as part of two new courses at the virtual university, and he teased that that is just the start of his plans.
He added: “This is the beginning and we hope it will grow. In time the courses will go on to cover everything from intelligence to banking. There won’t be any testing. The UK does more testing than any other country in the world. We don’t believe in that. We want people to be inspired.”

Julianne Hough underwent ‘soul retrieval’

OHMYGOSSIP — Julianne Hough finally “let go” of her dead dogs after undergoing a soul retrieval ceremony.
The ‘Dancing with the Stars’ host was left devastated almost five years ago when her canine companions Lexi and Harley passed away after being attacked by coyotes and she struggled with her grief until she attended an energy retreat and learned about the concept of soul fragmentation.
Speaking on ‘The Jamie Kern Lima Show’, she said: “When something really tragic happens, and a piece of your soul gets fragmented and it goes with whatever happened.”
The 36-year-old star felt a piece of her soul had fragmented following the deaths of her dogs and a piece of her was still with her pets.
She said: “I did a retrieval of bringing my soul back and also giving their piece of them back to them too.”
“I realised, ‘Oh, I’m holding them back.’ They need to be able to move forward and move on.”
Following the process, Julianne felt “very whole” for the first time since Lexi and Harley’s passing and it inspired her writing the song ‘Tiny Oceans’, which stemmed from her new novel ‘Everything We Never Knew’, which features a main character named after one of her dogs.
She said: “In the book, Lexi goes through a loss and so I wrote this song, very intentionally about my soul fraction or fragmentation, and that loss with my girls, and the worst kind of pain I’ve ever experienced of grief.”
The ‘Rock of Ages’ star was away at a bachelorette party when she found out her dogs had died.
She recalled: “I had just arrived that night and went to sleep, and I woke up before my phone even rang and I knew. And I picked up the phone, and my assistant at the time was just like screaming.”
But after rushing home to have the dogs’ bodies cremated, Julianne could still feel them with her.
She said: “My brother just stopped the car and the sun was pouring in, and I was totally feeling them and they were kissing me. And I was with them—I felt their souls so clearly. And that was so beautiful.”

Savannah Chrisley has ‘so much fear’ over her mother’s resentencing: ‘Not holding out much hope…’

OHMYGOSSIP — Savannah Chrisley has “so much fear” over her mother’s resentencing.
The 27-year-old reality star is best known for appearing alongside her parents Todd and Julie on ‘Chrisley Knows Best’ but they were put behind bars after being found guilty of 12 counts of tax evasion and fraud but as Julie – who was initially sentenced to seven years in prison – gears up to face a resentencing on Wednesday (25.09.24), Savannah has admitted that she wants to be “honest” about how she feels without “jeopardising” things.
Speaking on her ‘Unlocked with Savannah Chrisley’ podcast, she said: “There is so much fear in my life right now pertaining to Mom’s resentencing on the 25th that I don’t know what to do. And I don’t want to jeopardise her freedom because of things that I say. Now, I have been very, very open and honest about my feelings and where I stand, and the injustices.
“But when it comes to her whereabouts and her treatment and all of those things, I have to be careful before her resentencing because the rest of our lives are in the hands of this federal judge, so anything that I say can be held against me and my family.”
Savannah also noted that she is “not getting [her] hopes up” ahead of the day, even though she thinks the case has “a lot of power” in terms of bringing her mother home.
Savannah previously revealed that she had a “full on breakdown” as she adjusted to her new life as carer for her siblings and struggled to understand how her mother had managed to act as a primary caregiver for so many years.
She said: “I had a full-on breakdown. I was trying to find Chloe proper clothes to go and visit my parents and find her hair stuff. I just sat down on the floor and started crying. I am not my mother. How am I going to do this? I don’t feel that I am worthy or capable enough of doing the job she’s done for all her life.”

Ed Burns opens up about his kids flying the nest: ‘It’s bittersweet…’

OHMYGOSSIP — Ed Burns “hasn’t faced” the fact that his kids have left home yet.
The 56-year-old actor has Grace, 20, and 18-year-old Finn with his wife Christy Turlington, 55, but the pair have been left with an empty nest now that both of their children have moved out and even though he is pleased for them, he has found the whole thing to be a “bittersweet” time.
He told Fox News Digital: “It’s funny, Christy and I were laughing that we both made sure that we were each incredibly busy this fall, so we haven’t had to really face it. It’s been bittersweet.
“Obviously, we’re so happy that the kids are happy and off starting their journey and loving their college experiences.
“But you can’t help but miss them like crazy.”
But the ’27 Dresses’ star has managed to keep busy by writing a book and subsequent promotion tour for his debut novel ‘A Kid From Marlboro Road’, which charts the ups and downs of an Irish-American family living in New York in the 1970s as told by a boy in his early teens.
He said: “I had never really thought about writing a novel, other than maybe when I was a senior in high school. I had a great creative writing teacher. She read a short story of mine, and she’s the one who encouraged me to be a writer. She said, ‘That’s what you should study in school.’ But when I got to school, I started studying film. I fell in love with filmmaking and screenplays.
“For 30-plus years, I have been thinking about writing a story like this one. I thought the story I was going to write was about the last generation of latchkey kids..”

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley learned to take control from Jason Statham

OHMYGOSSIP — Jason Statham taught Rosie Huntington-Whiteley to take control of her career.
The 37-year-old model-and-actress has been in a relationship with the 57-year-old action star – with whom she has seven-year-old son Jack and a two-year-old daughter – since 2016 and she learned a lot from seeing him advocate for himself and manifest his dreams
Speaking on the ‘Reign with Josh Smith’ podcast, she said: “When I started, you kind of join an agency and they take control of your kind of diary and your schedule and you’re sort of told what you’re going to do and when you’re going to do it. That worked for a period and in a way it kind of works when you’re really young because you’re still sort of leaving the nest of mum and dad where you kind of have been told what to do.
“But I think around my sort of early mid twenties, there was definitely a point, and I remember it was actually Jason, who is a great advocate for himself, but also really been such a backbone of strength and support for me as well, because he’s taught me so much.
“It was a reminder for me of, ‘No, no, no, I’m In control and I’m in control of some of this.’…
“I also live with someone [Jason] who uses manifestation and self belief as a real tool and I know it’s really infectious.”
The ‘Mad Max: Fury Road’ actress admitted finding balance between work and home can be difficult, but she has now set rules that mean she doesn’t take on jobs during the school holidays, and she tries to be around for as many of the “small things” in her children’s lives as possible.
She said: ““I think creating boundaries is, as a mum, a real struggle… For me when I’m with my children I try to be really present. When I go to work, I try to be really present, but there’s not a fine balance.
“There are periods where I’m really wanting to work more or, you know, I’m away and I’ve really missed the children. And then I’ll know I come back and I clear time.
“So what’s great is Jack is in school now, I make sure I take off all of the holidays, which is actually an enormous amount of time but that’s great because it allows me to really have these periods of time where I can very much focus.
“And it’s the small things as well, like day to day, like making breakfast together, the school run, school pickup, bedtime, bath time, story time, those moments, sitting down, eating together, going to the park and just making sure I’ve got those moments in there.
“As Jack’s getting older, my daughter is two, but as he’s getting older… it’s finding those little things where you build that connection with them every day.”

Mariska Hargitay suffered ‘secondary trauma’ due to dark Law + Order plots

OHMYGOSSIP — Mariska Hargitay has suffered “secondary trauma” as a result of her long-running role on ‘Law + Order: Special Victims Unit’.
The 60-year-old actress – who has played Olivia Benson on the NBC drama series since 1999, making her alter ego the longest-running life-action character in primetime TV history – admitted it can be hard to shake off the show’s tough plots surrounding abuse and domestic violence and she’s not always managed to “protect” herself from the dark themes.
Speaking to Selena Gomez for Interview magazine, she said: “That’s been a process. When I started the show, I wasn’t aware of how deeply it would go into me. My husband Peter is always like, anytime I go anywhere, my first question is, What’s the crime rate here?’ So it’s on the brain.
“There’s been times when I didn’t know how to protect myself, and I think I was definitely a victim of secondary trauma from being inundated with these stories and knowing that they were true.
“Those were the parts that I didn’t know how to metabolise, just because of the sheer volume of it.”
However, Mariska noted there has been a positive side to the gritty role because it inspired her to create the Joyful Heart Foundation in 2004.
She added: “That’s also why I started Joyful Heart [Foundation], so I would feel like, well, at least I’m doing something about it…
“I learned that one in three women will be assaulted, and one in six men.
“That’s when I started going, ‘I have to do something,’ because the show was obviously tackling the subject matter, but when I learned the statistics, I said, ‘Why isn’t everyone talking about this?’ And if I didn’t know, I figured nobody knows what an epidemic violence against women is.”
The actress is amazed she’s been on the show for so long.
She said: “It totally feels crazy. I’m in denial about it. During, I call it the school year, there’s so much to do and so many problems to fix and so many scenes to shape. And when there’s so much to do, you just do it.
“There’s not a lot of time in terms of sitting around thinking about it.
“I feel a little bit like I woke up one day and it was 25 years later.”

JoJo: ‘I have been on both sides of the coin of being hurt and hurting someone’

OHMYGOSSIP — JoJo has been on “both sides of the coin” when it comes to infidelity.
The 33-year-old singer – whose real name is Joanna Levesque – admitted she has hurt people and been hurt in relationships and has some regrets over how she has acted.
Speaking about her new memoir ‘Over the Influence’, she told PEOPLE: “I feel so sad that I have hurt people, even though in writing [the memoir], I was like, ‘Wow, I see how the pain I was in caused me to inflict pain into my relationships’.
“But it’s a part of my story, and I think that it feels empowering to talk about all of it — the good, the bad, the gross, the shameful, the embarrassing. It feels better to do that than to pretend.”
JoJo – who abstained from sex while recording 2020’s ‘Good to Know’ album after cheating on an ex-boyfriend – added: “You can’t just say you want to change. You have to change so much about the way you do things and the situations you put yourself in.
“I can confidently say I’m no longer somebody who engages in those behaviours, and I never will, because I’ve seen the cost. I never want to hurt someone I love ever again.”
JoJo shares details of infidelity by an unnamed ex-fiance in the book but insisted she didn’t want it to be a tell-all.
She said: “I wanted to be thoughtful and classy, and I wanted to take the high road. I didn’t want to put too much out there, but I wanted to speak honestly while still being respectful.
“I think my ex is a wonderful person, and I also believe that me ending that engagement allowed me to unlock a new chapter of my life that I’m really grateful for.
“I really had to sit with myself and journal and ask myself what type of woman I want to be. I have been on both sides of the coin of being hurt and hurting someone, and I just wanted to leave it on an up note.
“I still am looking forward to having a partner and a family, but I’m not in a rush. I would much rather be single right now, learn how to really love myself and take care of myself and those around me.”

Alec Baldwin’s legal team slam prosecutor in Rust case

OHMYGOSSIP — Alec Baldwin’s legal team have accused the prosecutor in his involuntary manslaughter case of “continued abuse of the judicial process”.
The 66-year-old actor was standing trial in July over the death of Halyna Hutchins – who was fatally shot on the set of ‘Rust’ in 2021 – when Judge Mary Marlowe Sommer dismissed the case after his legal team argued prosecutors had hidden evidence relating to the passing of the cinematographer, but Kari T. Morrissey then sought to have the charges revived a few weeks later.
While the judge dismissed the prosecutors request earlier this month, she filed an amended motion on the same day and Alec’s team are now seeking to have that dropped too.
In documents filed on Friday (20.09.24) and obtained by People magazine, Alec’s lawyers accused Kari of “continued abuse of the judicial process.”
They wrote: “She repeatedly violated the State’s disclosure obligations, buried evidence, lied about it at trial, and then lied about her reasons for lying about it.
“Not only has the State failed to present any new information to warrant reconsideration, but the new information that has emerged since trial only underscores the strength and necessity of the Court’s judgment.
“The Court should ‘ensure the integrity of the judicial system and the efficient administration of justice’ by striking and denying the State’s motions.”
The former ’30 Rock’ star’s team insisted the court should strike the state’s defective motion and the motion for reconsideration should be denied as the state’s misconduct was “egregious”.
They wrote: “The court should deny the State’s Amended Motion, or in the alternative, strike the Amended Motion as untimely and award Baldwin attorneys’ fees.”
Alec was indicted by a New Mexico grand jury in January after the gun he was holding during a 2021 rehearsal on the set of ‘Rust’ discharged, killing Halyna and injuring the film’s director, Joel Souza.
The Hollywood star has subsequently maintained that he didn’t pull the trigger of the gun or know why it contained live ammunition.
Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, the film’s armourer, was jailed for 18 months in April after being found guilty of charges connected to the incident.
‘Rust’ resumed filming and finished its shoot in May 2023, saying in an Instagram post marking its completion: “It’s been a long and difficult road. But we reach the end of the trail today.”

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs seeks to have sexual assault civil case dismissed

OHMYGOSSIP — Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has asked for a sexual assault lawsuit filed against him to be thrown out.
The 54-year-old rap mogul – who was arrested earlier this week on sex trafficking charges and is facing a number of separate civil suits – has sought the dismissal of Crystal McKinney’s allegations against him, arguing the statute of limitations has run out.
According to TMZ, lawyers acting on behalf of Diddy, Bad Boy Entertainment and Daddy’s House Recording have submitted a response to the lawsuit, arguing that the claims under the Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Law expired in 2010, seven years after Crystal claimed the alleged incidence took place.
Though her lawyers cited a local government ordinance which created a revival period for claims, the ‘I’ll Be Missing You’ hitmaker’s team insisted New York State law would take precedence and that states time has run out.
In addition, the letter argued Diddy’s companies can’t be sued because they didn’t facilitate the alleged misconduct, so they can’t be held liable.
Crystal filed her lawsuit in May and accused the rapper of drugging her when he invited her back to his music studio after they met at a Men’s Fashion Week event in New York City in 2003.
The former model, who was aged 22 at the time, said the singer and several of his entourage were drinking and smoking marijuana at the studio.
She admitted she smoked with them, describing the weed as “very powerful” and claimed in her suit the joint she had may have been laced with another drug.
Combs then allegedly ordered her to follow him into the bathroom, where Crystal says he forced himself on her by kissing her and shoving her head to his crotch before ordering her to perform a sex act.
The woman said when refused, the ‘Last Night’ hitmaker pushed her head down again and forced her into the act.
Crystal adds in her lawsuit she later lost consciousness and woke up in a taxi, where she realised she had been sexually assaulted.
She states she was then blacklisted from the modelling industry and blamed herself for “sabotaging her own career”,
Crystal – who is seeking undisclosed damages from Combs – attempted suicide in 2004 and was hospitalised, according to her filing.
Meanwhile, Diddy is currently behind bars in Brooklyn and will likely remain there until he stands trial in his sex trafficking case after being denied bail twice.
He pleaded not guilty to allegations of sex trafficking on Tuesday (17.09.24).
The rapper appeared at a court in Manhattan after being charged with racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion, and transportation to engage in prostitution.
Asked during a court hearing how he pleaded to the charges, Combs replied: “Not guilty.”

‘A bad marriage will age you!’: Don Johnson says marrying right keeps you young

OHMYGOSSIP — Don Johnson thinks a good marriage will keep you young.
The 74-year-old actor wed his wife Kelley Phleger, 56, in 1999, and has now emphasised finding the right partner is the key to avoiding draining stress.
He told People magazine: “A bad marriage will age you!”
The ‘Miami Vice’ actor – who has 41-year-old Jesse with his former partner Patti D’Arbanville, 34-year-old Dakota and his 39-year-old stepson Alexander Bauer with his ex-wife Melanie Griffith, and Atherton, 24, Jasper, 22, and 18-year-old Deacon with Kelly – heaped praise onto his “amazing” spouse, and said his six children also played a big part in keeping him in such good shape.
He joked: “Keep moving. How else do you think I have six kids? That I can name anyway.”
Don provided an update on his children and said they were “doing alright”.
He added: “They’re all out of the house, but they always come back.
“Some of them never leave! And honestly, you don’t want them to leave. At least I don’t.”
The ‘Knives Out’ star shared that spending time with his family was far more important to him than working, and so would often try to choose smaller roles to prioritise his loved ones.
He explained: “Work-life balance is an interesting thing as an actor because movies eat your life. Television shows eat your life.
“Luckily, I’m at a place where I can pick and choose roles, and sometimes I often prefer the supporting role because I still get joy out of what I do, but I don’t always want to work those long hours and be away from my family.”
Looking back at his time in the spotlight, Don admitted he found his fame to be overbearing, and pondered whether his struggles to being a public figure were similar to that of Elvis Presley’s.
He lamented: “For a long time, I couldn’t even go anywhere.
“I had to isolate. They know where you are. We had security 24/7.
“One day, I reflected on Elvis and thought, ‘Isn’t this kind of the way Elvis lived and died?’ Not that I’m comparing myself to Elvis, but in terms of him not being able to have a personal life.
“So, I learned to manage it and vowed not to let it imprison me.”
