OHMYGOSSIP — Dominic Cooper says being in Mamma Mia! gave him an incorrect impression of making movies.
The ‘History Boys’ star said the 2008 movie musical gave him the impression that “acting is just going around in boats” on Greek islands.
The 43-year-old actor told Collider: ” To go off to an island in Greece and sing every so often would be very important, but unfortunately it just doesn’t happen that often. That happened so early on for me, I thought that was just the way it would be. I thought, “Oh, I see, acting is just going around in boats and you live in Greece and you swim every day. You have a couple of days, here and there. Oh, I see.” I was brought back down to earth very quickly after that.”
Dominic made this revelation while discussing the possibility of a follow-up to the 2018 sequel ‘Mamma Mia 2: Here We Go Again’ after he was “relieved” to hear about Abba – whose music provides the soundtrack – bringing out a new album last year.
He said: “I was relieved to hear they’d (ABBA) written a new album. It’s funny you say that because it’s true, with how wonderful and how different something like that is, and the joy that brings to people. Again, it does take a different amount of energy and it does take a different amount from you.”
The ‘Miss You Already’ star did send out a text to the producer, immediately” after ‘Voyage’ was released but didn’t find out an answer.
Dominic said: “I did send out a text to the producer, immediately when that album got so well reviews and I’d heard a couple of the songs I’d heard. I was like, “That’s phenomenal! They’re doing some new music again! Excellent!” But who knows? I don’t know. The last one took 10 years to come around. In 10 years’ time, I don’t know what I’m gonna look like, so I don’t know whether anyone would that in 10 years’ time, if I’m still around.”

Sonic The Hedgehog 2 breaks box office record for best video game adaptation

OHMYGOSSIP — ‘Sonic The Hedgehog 2’ has broken a box office record for the highest-grossing debut for a video game adaptation.
According to Variety, the sequel to the 2020 film based on the SEGA game outsold ‘Morbius’ and ‘Ambulance’, grossing over $71 million dollars in its opening weekend.
That’s significantly more than the original, which earned $58 million in comparison.
It’s no surprise that a third movie in the live-action series was recently confirmed, while Idris Elba, the voice of Knuckles, is getting his own spin-off series on Paramount Plus.
Paramount announced: “#SonicMovie3 is officially in development from @ParamountPics and @SEGA! Plus, next year a new original #Knuckles series with @IdrisElba is coming to #ParamountPlus. #SonicMovie2 hits theaters April 8! (sic)”
In light of Jim Carrey, who plays Dr. Ivo Robotnik, recently announcing he is planning to retire, ‘Sonic 2’ producers Toby Ascher and Neal H Moritz, have ruled out recasting the character for the third film.
Toby told IGN: “Jim Carrey is always a member of the Sonic family and he’ll always have a place in these movies and TV shows as long as he’d like to be around.
“We love Jim and he’s so special, and what he does with Robotnik is so incredible. We would love him as long as he’d like to be there with us.”
Neal added: “And I have a feeling that he loves Robotnik so much that I don’t think he’ll be able to walk away from it.”
Asked if they’d get another actor to take on the role, the latter replied: “No, we wouldn’t even try.”
The 60-year-old Hollywood star insisted he’s “done enough” with his career and is ready to lead a “quiet life” out of the spotlight, though he admitted being offered a “really important” project could change his mind.
Asked about Dolly Parton’s recent comments that she’d love Jim to play her music partner Porter Wagoner in her biopic, he said: “Well, I’m retiring. Yeah, probably. I’m being fairly serious.
“It depends, if the angels bring some sort of script that’s written in gold ink that says to me that it’s going to be really important for people to see, I might continue down the road but I’m taking a break.
“I really like my quiet life and I really like putting paint on canvas and I really love my spiritual life and I feel like, and this is something you might never hear another celebrity say as long as time exists – I have enough. I’ve done enough. I am enough.”

Mark Wahlberg: Father Stu was my most important film to date

OHMYGOSSIP — Mark Wahlberg says his latest movie ‘Father Stu’ was his most important film yet.
The 50-year-old actor has revealed he partly financed the new movie, which he has dubbed a passion project for him, as he spoke about the importance of bringing movies that “challenge” him as an actor.
Speaking on The Today Show, he added: “I want to make movies that challenge me as an actor, that surprise audiences, that entertain people. I want to make people laugh. I want to make people cry. If people really recognise the power of the film, then maybe those things will happen, you know? We’ll see. But you know, again, if this movie does a lot and it does a lot of business, it’ll do a lot for people and then we’ll be able to do a lot with the success of the film to help others.”
It comes after Mark revealed he had to gain 30 pounds for the role, but wanted to do it in a “healthy” way.
He explained to CBS Sports: “I would love to sit here and say – you know, chocolate chip cookies are my favourite – so I’d love to say that I had some chocolate chip cookies and wine at the end of the day, but I had to eat and consume so many calories, and tried to do it in a healthy way, that by the time it came to having a little cheat meal, you didn’t wanna do anything other than just lay down. It felt so bad. But the journey – the spiritual journey, the physical journey – were such critical parts to the story.”

Jim Carrey: Nothing will top the original Star Wars films

OHMYGOSSIP — Jim Carrey believes that no-one can “do better” than the original ‘Star Wars’ films.
The 60-year-old actor acknowledges that while George Lucas’s space franchise – which began with an original trilogy back in 1977 and has since spawned both a prequel and sequel trilogy as well as a host of television series – has gone on to “great stuff”, nothing will improve on those early blockbusters.
He said: “You can’t get better. That’s the thing is like you can do other great ‘Star Wars’ stuff. Because it’s just such an amazing, you know, an amazing well of material and ideas. But that first series of films was a mythology, like [writer] Joseph Campbell said, it was a perfect mythology.”
The ‘Sonic the Hedgehog 2’ star went on to claim that his favourite movie in the series is ‘The Empire Strikes Back’ – which was the second movie to be released overall – and revealed that he would listen to the soundtrack as a teenager whilst reading horror novels by Stephen King.
He told Collider: “‘Empire Strikes Back’ has a special place for me. Because there was a time I think I was about 14 or 15. When that came out that I got the soundtrack that John Williams, and I would put it on my headphones. While I was while I was reading late at night, I was reading Stephen King novels. And I would mix mediums I would I would read Salem’s Lot with the with the soundtrack to ‘Empire Strikes Back’. And so it has all these wild memory connotations. For me, that is wonderful.

The Pact is returning for a second series

OHMYGOSSIP — ‘The Pact’ is returning for a second series.
The BBC series – which initially aired as a six-part series focussing on four friends who work in a 100-year-old family brewery and have to deal with a manager addicted to cocaine – is to return to screens once more and shooting has started once again in Wales.
Executive producer Rakie Ayola said: “I’m thrilled to be working again with Little Door and BBC Wales leading this talented cast to bring Pete’s wonderfully mysterious story to life. As an Exec-Producer on this series, it’s hugely important to me to see the wealth of opportunity this production is offering both to established talent and those new to the industry both behind and in front of camera.”
The original series starred the likes of former ‘Coronation Street’ star Julie Hesmondhalgh and ‘Midsomer Murders’ actor Jason Hughes but this time will focus on social worker Christine (Rakie Ayola) who is grieving for a family member when a stranger arrives in town with a big secret.
The series also stars former ‘Waterloo Road’ actress Elizabeth Berrington, ‘Line of Duty’ star Lisa Palfrey as well as Christian Patterson, Matthew Gravelle and Aaron Anthony.
Head of Commissioning for BBC Wales, Nick Andrews said in a statement: “The Pact gripped the nation, its impact spread like wildfire dominating BBC iPlayer’s most popular lists. When asked if we would go again, it was a very easy decision to make. Pete McTighe’s writing has more twists and turns than a bowl of spaghetti – we were absorbed by the characters and the story. It’s brilliant to be going again and fans can be reassured that you’ll be guessing the ending right up until the final credits.”
The series – which is written and created by Pete McTighe – is due to air on BBC and BBC iPlayer later this year.

Derry Girls creator hasn’t ruled out a spin-off movie

OHMYGOSSIP — ‘Derry Girls’ creator Lisa McGee feels like the show is “complete” – but hasn’t ruled out a spin-off movie.
The Channel 4 sitcom – which follows a group of Northern Irish teenage girls growing up during The Troubles – has become a hit since its debut in 2018, and will conclude after three seasons this month.
Speaking to Radio Times magazine, Lisa said when asked if ‘Derry Girls’ could head to the big screen in the future: “You never know what will happen in 10 years’ time, but as a writer, you just know when it’s complete. I’ll miss them, but I feel like I got to take those characters exactly where I wanted to take them.”
The show stars ‘Bridgerton’ actress Nicola Coughlan, Saoirse Monica Jackson, Louisa Harland and Jamie-Lee O’Donnell.
Lisa previously admitted she didn’t plan to ever pen more than three seasons.
She said: “It was always the plan to say goodbye after three series.
“‘Derry Girls’ is a love letter to the place I come from and the people who shaped me.
“It has been an honour to write it and I will be forever proud of everything it’s achieved.
“I’d like to thank the people of Derry and Northern Ireland for getting behind us.
“Who knows if Erin, Clare, Orla, Michelle and James will return in some other guise someday, but for now this is it for us and we’re excited to start filming this series with our incredible cast and crew to hopefully take our loyal fans on one last adventure.”
The final season premieres on April 12.

Michael Bay says filming his two-second cameo in Coyote Ugly was ‘painstakingly long’

OHMYGOSSIP — Michael Bay has said that filming his two-second cameo in ‘Coyote Ugly’ was “painstakingly long.”
The 57-year-old director – who is behind Hollywood blockbusters such as ‘Armageddon ‘, ‘Pearl Harbor’ and the ‘Transformers’ series – appears for a fleeting moment in the 2000 comedy but only agreed to do it if director Jerry Bruckheimer had “his s*** together.”
He said: “Jerry Bruckheimer called me. He said, “Would you be in this movie?” I said, “All right. I’m working, but if this director doesn’t have his s*** together,” I don’t know if you can say that word… It’s going to be fast ”
In the movie – which launched Piper Perabo into stardom when she played aspiring songwriter Violet Sanford and gave LeAnn Rimes a chart-topper with soundtrack hit ‘Can’t Fight the Moonlight’ – Michael is seen in the titular bar as an intrusive reporter who is told “No pictures!” and revealed that the two-second cameo had to be pushed back from the initial day of filming.
He told ScreenRant: And I get there, and it’s painstakingly long. And then he had to bring me back the next day. And literally, I’m like, ‘You got to get me out of here.’ But I’m in that. Yeah.”
The behind-the-scenes revelations come just months after it was confirmed that Michael will produce the upcoming American remake of 2011 Indonesian action film’ The Raid’ for Netflix.
Netflix tweeted: “A reimagining of Gareth Evans’ THE RAID is coming to Netflix. From writer/director Patrick Hughes producer Michael Bay, the film is set in Philadelphia’s drug-infested ‘Badlands’, where an undercover DEA task force climbs a ladder of cartel informants to catch a kingpin.”

Brittany Snow ‘didn’t care’ what the critics thought of her when she was younger

OHMYGOSSIP — Brittany Snow “didn’t care” what the critics thought of her when she was younger.
The 36-year-old actress was discussing her leading role role in the critically panned slasher movie ‘Prom Night’ from back in 2008 and admitted that “in hindsight” she is more likely to care about critical reception these days.
She said: “I’m really glad that I was at an age where there were so many other things that I was worried about as opposed to what critics thought of me. I was 21 and I really didn’t care about what the critics said. Now, in hindsight, in my 30s, I care a lot more I think.”
However, the ‘Hairspray’ actress went on to admit that the movie – which tells the story of high school student Donna who witnesses her teacher murder her entire family – did “really well” at the box office and still values the experience.
She told Collider: “But I knew that it did really well at the box office, I knew that it was the number one movie for many, many weeks and I knew going into doing Prom Night that it wasn’t going to be Schindler’s List. I think there’s a way of making an experience feel like it was more about the experience than the result. And I did feel like that with Prom Night.”
The’X’ star then went on to explain that the movie – which was loosely based on the 1980 film of the same name – even led to her gaining one of her “best friends” who attended her wedding to pro surfer Tyler Stanaland.
She said: ” I made one of my best girl friends in that movie who was in my wedding. A lot of good came from that and so I guess it was a lesson in not caring about the results of something.”

The Cube is not airing this year

OHMYGOSSIP — ‘The Cube’ will not air in 2022.
A spokesperson for ITV has confirmed the rebooted game show – which has been hosted by Phillip Schofield since 2009 – will not be back on screens this year.
They told TV Zone: “There are no immediate plans for ‘The Cube’ to return this year, however, its doors are not closed.”
‘The Cube’ originally featured a single contestant each time, who had to complete a series of mental and physical challenges inside a Perspex cube, with a maximum prize offering of £250,000.
The show originally aired until 2015, before returning as ‘The Million Pound Cube’ in 2020, and swapping back to the original name last year.
‘The Million Pound Cube’ saw two contestants take on the challenges with the top prize of £1 million.
Phillip said at the time: “‘The Cube’ is such a cracking format but with the players now in teams and a whopping million-pound prize fund, it now means this high-pressure environment has just got tougher. I can’t wait to be reunited with the legendary Perspex Cube!”
While the show sees members of the public take part, there was also a celebrity special.
Former ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ professional Kevin Clifton was among those to take part and admitted he was “nervous”.
The 39-year-old star signed up with his girlfriend Stacey Dooley, 35, to win £250,000 for charity, but he felt overwhelmed trying to bag the huge sum of money.
He said: “I was nervous from the beginning, which Stacey picked up on straight away. Even as we walked up to meet Phillip on set, I could feel my nerves.
“Stacey suggested I do the first challenge, though she was also confident she could potentially do it, as she said it would help calm my nerves. And she was right.”

Matt Lapinskas joins the cast of Hollyoaks for Mallorca special

OHMYGOSSIP — Matt Lapinskas has joined the cast of ‘Hollyoaks’ for its upcoming Mallorca special.
The former ‘EastEnders’ star – who played Anthony Moon in the BBC soap between 2011 and 2012 – has been spotted filming on-location at the Spanish holiday resort.
The 33-year-old actor – who was a runner-up on ‘Dancing On Ice’ in 2013 – shared on Tuesday (05.04.22) that he was on the way to a new job.
In a video posted on his Instagram from the lounge at Gatwick Airport, he told his fans: “Fun times. Let’s go. Peace.”
Matt is with the rest of the cast on the Balearic Islands, where they will shoot the special scenes for Luke Morgan’s and Cindy Cunningham’s big storyline.
Luke (Gary Lucy), who was diagnosed with Pick’s disease, otherwise known as frontotemporal dementia, spontaneously booked a joint stag and hen do for him and his fiancé Cindy (Stephanie Waring) ahead of their wedding.
His impulsive actions caused an uproar in the community, as he used the money that was raised as a donation towards his medical trials.
Cindy is determined to tie the knot before his dementia worsens.
Earlier this week, ‘Hollyoaks’ aired a flash-forward scene which showed the harrowing storyline come to its tragic end.
The scenes, which will air at a later date in June, showed Luke’s son Ollie grief-stricken as he attends his dad’s funeral.
Ollie was in floods of tears as he stood over Luke’s coffin that lay in the Morgan family dining room, which read: “In loving memory and celebration for the life of Luke Morgan.”
Ollie said: “I love you, dad.”

Joel Dommett to return as host of The National Television Awards

OHMYGOSSIP — Joel Dommett is set to host The National Television Awards for the second year running.
The 36-year-old comedian will once again lead proceedings at London’s OVO Arena, Wembley on September 15, after impressing organisers last year.
In a statement, Joel said: “I’m so happy to have been asked back. There’s already been some terrific TV this year, so I can’t wait to see which shows the viewers pick as their winners. Plus, I’ve always wanted to shout the immortal words ‘Hello, Wembley!’…”
This year’s ceremony – which will be broadcast on ITV – will see the introduction of “new categories, exclusive live performances and surprise VIP guests.”
‘The Masked Singer’ host Joel followed in the footsteps of David Walliams, Dermot O’Leary, Sir Trevor McDonald and Eamonn Holmes in hosting the awards.
The 2021 event was a momentous occasion for presenting icons Ant and Dec, who were named TV Presenter of the year for the 20th year in a row.
Taking to the stage, Ant McPartlin said: “We were talking in the car on the way here and the first year we won an NTA, Tony Blair was the prime minister and Newcastle United qualified for the Champions League. It just goes to show how long ago it was.
“But do you know what? This one means the most. Twenty years. This is really, really special. You have no idea how special this is.”
While Dec Donnelly added: When you get to 20, you can’t help but stop and look back at the first time we won in 2001, and so much has changed in both our lives since then but one thing that hasn’t changed is how unbelievably grateful we are that you take time year after year to watch both of us.”
Elsewhere, BBC hit drama ‘Line of Duty’ came away with two awards for Returning Drama and Special Recognition, while New Drama went to ‘It’s A Sin’, and ‘Coronation Street’ bagged the Serial Drama gong.
There were also two further wins for the ITV soap, which came away with a Serial Drama Performance award for Mollie Gallagher’s performance as Nina Lucas, and a Newcomer trophy for nine-year-old Jude Riordan as Sam Blakeman.

Moon Knight was ‘made like a Marvel movie’

OHMYGOSSIP — ‘Moon Knight’ was made “like a movie” and was never called a series on set.
The Disney+ series – which is part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe and acts as a spin-off to the comic book film franchise – stars Ethan Hawke as charismatic antagonist Arthur Harrow and director Mohamed Diab is “sure” that it will go to the big screen but it was never called a TV show on set.
He said: ” One day. I’m sure [it will come to the big screen]. It’s made like a movie, just so you know. There isn’t a day that we call it a TV show. We call it a movie.”
The 43-year-old director went on to admit while the possibility of second season of the show – which also stars Oscar Isaac in the the title role of a Jewish-American mercenary with dissociative identity disorder – is uncertain due to the “secrecy” of Marvel bosses, he is “sure” that the story will be “staying for a long time” in whatever medium.
He told Collider: I want to let you in a secret. Marvel is so secretive that what’s your experience is what my experience is. I know nothing. And sometimes you ask yourself, “Did I do a bad job?” But I think this is the way they do it. Thank God they love the show.
What I’m absolutely sure of that Moon Knight is staying, staying for a long time, in my opinion. That’s just a prediction. He’s so interesting that I think he’s going to stay, but what’s going to happen next? Is he going to be a another season? Is it going to be a film? Is he join someone else? My guess is yours.”

UK entrant Sam Ryder does not ‘fear’ the Eurovision scoreboard

OHMYGOSSIP — Sam Ryder is too “enthusiastic” about being the UK’s ‘Eurovision’ entrant to “fear” the scoreboard.
Despite the country’s long history of scoring in the bottom half of the singing contest on many occasions and James Newman’s failed attempt last year, the TikTok star does not wish to dwell on the past and is thrilled to get to compete with his single ‘Space Man’.
He said: “I have made myself have a better relationship with fear.
“Going into ‘Eurovision’, I don’t want to have any fear around the scoreboard.
“As a UK artist, people say things like, ‘Are you scared of this?’ and the answer is no. I am so enthusiastic because I am such a fan of ‘Eurovision’ and my friends and family are such fans. So it’s an honour and a privilege to be included in it.”
The 31-year-old singer – who boasts 12 million followers on the video-sharing app – insisted he’s not paying any attention to his competition as he wants to “enjoy” this time.
Speaking on the fan YouTube channel Wiwibloggs, he added: “I haven’t read or looked at anything. I told myself at the beginning, ‘I am not going to do that.’ I just want to enjoy the process.
“I don’t think that’s going to help elevate the feeling. I don’t need to read about it.”
The annual competition will take place Turin, Italy following the victory of Italian rock band Måneskin during the 2021 contest, which was held in Rotterdam.
The ‘Tiny Riot’ singer also explained that he will “do the best job [he] can” but knows that anything else is beyond his control and vowed to only remember his “gratitude” for the opportunity.
He said recently: “As long as I can go to ‘Eurovision’ and know in my heart of hearts I’m going to do the best job I can then everything else is out of my control. Music is about sharing and connection. The only thing I have in my power to do is remember kindness, gratitude for the opportunity and empathy.
Sam was chosen to represent the country after Tap Music – the company behind the careers of pop stars such as Dua Lipa and Ellie Goulding – came on board to find a new act to represent the UK after James received zero points for his song ‘Embers.’
Tap representative Ben Mawson said: “We don’t want to see ‘Eurovision’ as a boom or bust night for the artist. We want to see this as a platform for development for a career .”

Morbius director Daniel Espinosa is ‘proud’ of what he does despite criticism

OHMYGOSSIP — Morbius director Daniel Espinosa is”‘proud” of what he does.
The 45-year-old filmmaker was at the helm of the Marvel Comics superhero movie – which stars Jared Leto in the title role but since its release at the beginning of April has been panned by critics – and admitted that while he has a lot of “self-hatred”, he is “always trying” to improve.
He said: “When I did my first feature it was a small movie called ‘Babylon Disease’. I remember one day going home on the subway and I had a few drinks so I was a bit drunk. Someone nudged me on the train and said, ‘I have to tell you what’s wrong with the second scene in your feature,’ and I was like, ‘Well, okay.’ The point I’m making is that it’s a strange thing to make something that is so public. Look, I have a lot of self-hatred so I have a lot of criticism of my own work. I’m always trying to focus on being better. But I am also proud of what I do. There are parts in all of my movies that I’m really proud of.”
The film – which tells the story of a scientist who suffers from a rare blood disease and attempts to cure himself by becoming a vampire – was delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic and Daniel hinted that reception could have been different if it was released earlier.
He told Insider: “I really like to have things happen quickly. I really do. There’s something about the instinctual idea, it has a certain value. Prolonged processes are very problematic both on an emotional level and in practicality of what you do.This picture, if it came out earlier, who knows what would have happened.”

Rachel Riley calls for more to be done to end ‘invasive and disgusting’ abuse online

OHMYGOSSIP — Rachel Riley has opened up being on the receiving end of “invasive” and “disgusting” abuse from online trolls.
The ‘Countdown’ host – who has half a million followers on Instagram – has been met with hundreds of unsolicited images and videos of a sexual nature in her inbox.
The 36-year-old mathematician has described the explicit content she received as stomach-turning and revealed that alongside the messages she also had strangers trying to call her, as well as Photoshop her face onto a porn star performing a sexual act.
She told the MailOnline: “It really makes me not want to go into my DMs at all because it’s revolting. It’s astounding to know that strangers are sending porn – it empowers them to know that it’s gone to your inbox – they get off on it.
“On Instagram, any old pervert can privately send you something that should be illegal. If they did it on the street, they’d be arrested.
Teenage girls could receive this stuff while no one else knows because it’s behind closed doors. It’s invasive and disgusting.”
Rachel, who is an ambassador of the CCDH (Centre for Countering Digital Hate), said that unfortunately for women in the public eye this is a common thing and social media platforms aren’t doing enough to combat the abuse.
She added: “For women in the public eye, receiving a constant stream of rude, inappropriate and even abusive messages to your DMs is unfortunately inevitable, and the fact that this happens away from the public eye, makes it all the more intrusive.
“I just think all social media are not fit to regulate themselves, clearly. They’ve got the technology to identify that this content is revolting, but these users still have the technology to send unsolicited images to you.
“Instagram and other platforms have a duty to keep the woman who their sites safe, but at the moment there isn’t enough being done to protect them.”

The 63-year-old brainbox – who is best known as The Governess on ‘The Chase’ and ‘Beat The Chasers’ – took part in an episode of ITV’s ‘DNA Journey’, which aired on Tuesday (05.04.22), on which it was revealed she comes from royal lineage.
Anne was told her 20 times great-grandfather was King of Scots Robert the Bruce, making Queen Elizabeth II her 19th cousin removed.
The revelation isn’t new to Anne, who was once told this piece of information by her grandmother, however, the quizzer was skeptical and she used to take everything she said with a pinch of salt.
Anne said: “My aunt said she was a romancer and she’d embroider life a bit, so I always felt that anything from my grandmother had to be taken with a pinch of salt.”
The royal link can be traced back to her mother’s side all the way back to 1370, when one of her ancestors had married Robert the Bruce’s daughter Princess Elizabeth. But fearing she would turn into a snob, she refused to indulge discussions with her daughter about her royal heritage.
She added: “My mother was always deeply disapproving of the idea of anyone knowing about their ancestors. She’d say, ‘it doesn’t prove a thing, dear’.
“As a child I was always curious about this stuff and my mother was always very repressive.
“I think it was because on my mother’s mother’s side there’s quite a bit of posh, and my mum thought I’d grow up to be a terrible snob. But I’ve already grown up to be a terrible snob, so really there’s nothing to hide.”
Anne’s ‘Chase’ co-star, Shaun Wallace, aka The Dark Destroyer, joked he wouldn’t be referring to Anne as her royal highness.
He quipped: “You’re a closet royal! Don’t be lording it over me now.
“I’m not calling you Queen Anne on The Chase — I refuse.”
