Patsy Kensit hospitalised with pneumonia

OHMYGOSSIP — Patsy Kensit has been hospitalised with pneumonia.
The ‘EastEnders’ star offered her gratitude to the NHS “heroes” looking after her as the actress revealed she was forced to skip a skiing holiday due to her illness.
The 54-year-old actress wrote on Instagram: “No skiing for me as I’ve got pneumonia – so spa and steam and thermals up to my eyeballs…
“Thank you to the amazing NHS for taking care of me on the 29th of December at A+E in Southport you are the true hero’s of this planet. Health is paramount! (sic)”
Recently, the former ‘Emmerdale’ star labelled her upcoming role as ‘EastEnders’ character Emma Harding, the mother of Lola Pearce (Danielle Harold), as a “dream”.
Patsy said: “I’m so excited to be visiting Walford for this storyline. It has always been a dream of mine to appear in ‘EastEnders’.
“The cast, producers, writers and crew have been wonderful, and I’ve had a ball. Thank you so much for having me.”
In 2019, Patsy – who has son Lennon, 23, with her Oasis star ex Liam Gallagher and son James, 29, with her Simple Minds ex Jim Kerr – detailed her desire to follow the late Dame Barbara Windsor’s “strong matriarch” footsteps to the soap.
She said: “I’d love to do ‘EastEnders’, my father was involved in organised crime in the East End, so I grew up around villains and that kind of backdrop. I can pull a pint and say, ‘You’re barred’.
“I do think that! I’m not insulting Barbara Windsor because I think she’s so wonderful. But I’d like to play a really strong matriarch.”

Ant and Dec trademark Limitless Win game show

OHMYGOSSIP — Ant and Dec have trademarked their hit game show ‘Limitless Win’.
The TV presenting duo could be set to release the likes of computer games, books, and puzzles with the popular ITV programme’s name and branding.
According to the Daily Mirror newspaper, the ‘I’m A Celebrity’ co-hosts’ production company Mitre Studios Ltd lodged an application with the Intellectual Property Office, and it has now been passed, giving them legal protection for the next 10 years.
But they will not be creating any ‘Limitless Win’ gambling applications.
A spokesman for the duo said: “‘Ant and Dec’s Limitless Win’ will not be creating gambling machines, phone betting apps, lottery scratch cards, bingo games or any gambling applications based on the programme.”
‘Ant and Dec’s Limitless Win’ – in which contestants answer questions correctly to climb an endless money ladder, or answer incorrectly and lose everything – will return for a second series on Saturday (07.01.23).
Last February, the show was commissioned for a second series while the first season was still on air.
Ant McPartlin said at the time: “We are thrilled that ‘Limitless Win’ has been a hit with the viewers and is coming back for more.
“We’re beyond excited to be able do it all over again and we can’t wait to find new contestants to play the first TV show with a limitless jackpot!”
Declan Donnelly added: “We’re already preparing ourselves for another series of nail-biting drama, jeopardy and tension as we present more questions you can’t help but Google!
“We’re expecting more, and higher, dizzying climbs up the Limitless money ladder. We can’t wait.”
The first two episodes of the show saw big wins, with NHS workers Will and Kathryn taking away £500,000 and father and son Tony and Zee closely following with £250,000.
Katie Rawcliffe, ITV Head of Entertainment Commissioning, said: “‘Ant Dec’s Limitless Win’ has quickly become an audience favourite, with families up and down the country playing along from home- from searching their kitchen cupboards to identify the length of a Pringles tube to Googling the width of Michael Jordan’s handspan.
“It was a no-brainer to have the high stakes game show return.”

M3GAN had reshoots to get PG-13 rating

OHMYGOSSIP — ‘M3GAN’ required reshoots to get a PG-13 rating.
The new sci-fi horror film tells the story of a killer doll that becomes overprotective of a young girl and director Gerard Johnstone explained how some scenes were toned down to make sure that the movie could be seen by younger audiences.
The director told Total Film magazine: “Making it PG-13 was something that happened after the fact, but it was always close to PG-13 anyway.
“It seemed kind of a mistake not to embrace it. I even remember thinking early on, ‘This could be PG-13, and some of my favourite films like ‘Drag Me to Hell’ are PG-13.’ So we made the decision to go PG-13 and actually reshot a couple of things.”
Johnstone felt that the reshoots actually improved the quality of the film, which stars Allison Williams and Violet McGraw, and pointed out that other successful horror flicks such as ‘Get Out’ have had the “tamer” rating.
He said: “What I was really stoked about is that when we reshot those scenes, they were more effective. It’s like, ‘Yes, you do have to cut away at certain times’, but it’s fun having to rely on sound and suggestion so much.”
Johnstone explained that he realised during filming that the changed scenes would make more of an impact on those watching the movie.
He recalled: “I remember turning to my sound designer after a re-do and just saying, ‘Holy s***, that’s worse.’ We were trying to get this PG-13 rating and I was like, ‘That is so much worse than what we had before.'”

Nitin Ganatra: Soaps have a problem competing with streaming giants’ money

OHMYGOSSIP — Nitin Ganatra says soaps have a “problem” competing against wealthy streaming giants.
The former ‘EastEnders’ star – who is best known for playing Masood Ahmed in the BBC One soap on and off from 2007 to 2019 – hopes the residents of Walford will be around for years to come, but believes it will become even tougher to compete against the likes of moneybags streamers, such as Apple TV and Netflix.
He said: “Soaps are dramas and I’d like to think they will continue.
“But the problem they have got is they’re competing with the money.
“The money is Apple TV, Netflix, Hulu, and all of these new streaming channels.”
Nitin thinks soaps need to “increase the quality and increase the intrigue” if they are to hold off the competition from streaming giants.
He added to The Sun newspaper’s TV Biz column: “Of course, these shows on streaming giants haven’t been going for 35 years, four times a week, like the soaps.
“But with soaps, I think you have to increase the quality and increase the intrigue.
“You have to make it look gorgeous because dramas on Netflix, even low-budget, look beautiful. They look stunning.”
Masood was last seen in Albert Square in February 2019 when he swapped Walford for Australia, and eight months later Nitin admitted there is “still much to find” in his character.
He said: “Masood is lovely, I love him. I think there is still much to find in him.
“I have a lot of respect for ‘EastEnders’ and the way they really work hard at producing stories that keep people interested.
“So who knows? One day I’ll go back, if they want me.”

Lorraine Kelly undergoes keyhole surgery

OHMYGOSSIP — Lorraine Kelly underwent keyhole surgery on her shoulder over the festive period.
The ‘Lorraine’ presenter admitted she had a “really quiet” Christmas and new year because she was recovering after going under the knife, but insisted she is “all fine”.
She said: “I had the most quiet one ever as I had a wee operation on my shoulder, it’s been annoying me for ages.
“Thank you to Professor Levy and his brilliant team because, oh my goodness, keyhole surgery is incredible.
“I just had to remove some calcification and a little bit of bone and, yeah, I’m doing my physio and I’m all fine. But we had a really quiet one at Christmas and New Year.”
The 63-year-old star has been doing recovery exercises, and admitted she is “getting there”.
Asked by Dr Hilary Jones if she had a little drink “for the pain”, she said: “Yes, you said it was alright to have one or two.
“I was actually very, very well behaved and I’m fine and I’m doing lots of different exercises, I’m getting there.
“How amazing is keyhole surgery? It’s extraordinary.”
Lorraine also thanked her husband Steve Smith, and daughter Rosie Smith, 28, for looking after her.
Speaking on her ITV show, she said: “Rosie and Steve looked after me and Rosie obviously takes after me in the cooking department, not.”
In 2012, Lorraine nearly died when she suffered a horse riding accident after falling from an equine, leaving her with a deep wound in her thigh.
She said at the time: “A couple of millimetres one side or another then the artery would have gone. I would have died.”

M. Night Shyamalan claims that good endings are simple

OHMYGOSSIP — M. Night Shyamalan claims that it is simple to provide a movie with a good ending.
The 52-year-old director is famous for his major eleventh-hour plot twists in his work and he stressed that good filmmakers should make sure that all bases are covered when wrapping a project up.
Shyamalan – who has directed films such as ‘The Sixth Sense’ and ‘Old’ – told Jake’s Takes: “What you’re left with at the end of the movie should tell you what you saw… When you stick the landing you’re giving them the keys to how to interpret everything that you watched, and I’m not just talking about plot.
“I’m talking about tone and the approach… When it’s blurry, or you pick only one aspect of it, it throws you off because it’s not speaking to the whole piece, the whole story.”
The filmmaker is known for his guarded approach when making his projects and explained how has had to put more “thought” into keeping stories under wraps as his career has progressed.
He said: “It’s something I give a lot of thought to now. In the earlier iteration of my career, I would make the film and hand it over to marketing but that’s not been the case with my last four movies.”
Shyamalan worries that film studios give audiences too much information about motion pictures and thinks that those behind the camera should be in control of the process.
The director said: “They are starting the story with you first before I get to tell the story. As we are telling the same story we should be in sync.”

Richard Madeley struck down by month-long ‘superbug’

OHMYGOSSIP — Richard Madeley was struck down by a month-long “superbug” in December.
The 66-year-old TV presenter has never felt like he did over Christmas, and believes there could be a new strain of coronavirus around.
Speaking on ‘Good Morning Britain’ – while guest hosting the ITV show alongside Susanna Reid – he said: “I had that [superbug] all Christmas for a month, never had anything like it before. In fact, I’m beginning to wonder if there’s a new strain of COVID going around.
“I took a test every week, it was always negative, but I can’t help thinking that’s what I had.”
Last month, Richard suffered a nasty fall after tripping in icy conditions, as he headed to Whiston Hospital in Prescot, Merseyside, to film a special ‘Good Morning Britain’ episode about the struggling NHS.
But fortunately, Richard recovered in time to co-host ‘GMB’ from the hospital alongside Kate Garraway.
He told viewers at the time: “I fell over this morning getting out of the car, a full-on fall!”
Kate then said: “Richard nearly didn’t make it on air. It was very tense.”
Richard added: “A lot of people walking into hospitals all over the country where it’s freezing cold with fall accidents.
“That is really pushing the pressure up.”
Richard took part in ‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!’ in 2021, but he was forced to leave the show early after he left the COVID-19 secure bubble of Gwrych Castle in Wales – where the show took place when Australia was out of bounds due to coronavirus travel restrictions – to go to hospital for medical attention.
The star later insisted he was as “fit as a fiddle”.
Just days afterwards, he told co-hosts Ant and Dec: “I feel as fit as a fiddle and I am fit as a fiddle. And you know if it wasn’t for COVID I’d be back there sort of eating rice and beans.
“I had to leave… it’s a COVID situation. It’s still biting our bums isn’t it? What happened was, I had just a funny little turn quite sort of late in the morning.
“ITV are so good with duty of care. They were adamant. They said ‘No, we have to make sure that you’re OK.’ I said, ‘But I am OK.’ They said, ‘We have to make sure.’ So I went to the local hospital – I was only in there for about an hour and a half – I was given really thorough checks and I was given a completely clean bill of health, I’m absolutely fine. No matter what you might have read, I’m absolutely fine.
“But I did hang on after I was discharged for about 20 minutes because I went to the canteen, seriously, and had a bacon butty. That was my first port of call for a bacon butty. And a huge cup of tea, it was amazing.
“I ate hospital food, exactly. I’m absolutely fine. As I say, if it wasn’t for Covid, I’d still be in the game. I’m gutted. I’m gutted, I really am.”

Hotel Boss reality show to ‘search for the next Basil Fawlty’

OHMYGOSSIP — TV producers are to search for a real-life Basil Fawlty in an upcoming reality show.
The new series, which currently has the working title ‘Hotel Boss’, will look for the country’s best hotel managers, and in doing so will uncover some of the worst in the process.
Cynical and snobbish hotelier Basil Fawlty was a fictional character played by John Cleese in iconic British sitcom ‘Fawlty Towers’.
An insider told The Sun newspaper’s TV Biz column: “The new programme, which has the working title of ‘Hotel Boss’, will put wannabe winners through their paces with a series of challenges, to see if they can deliver five-star service to some tricky customers.
“Some will appear triumphant while others are likely, if not expected, to fail miserably. Either way, it promises to be great entertainment.
“And it can’t fail to conjure up hilarious memories of Basil, who will go down as one of the worst hotel bosses in history.”
TV production company South Shore is behind the pilot, and is also the brains behind shows such as ITV’s ‘Cooking with the Stars’.
The pilot is yet to be filmed, but if successful it is though ITV and Channel 4 could both be keen to snap it up.
‘Fawlty Towers’, which was written by John and Connie Booth, was broadcast on BBC Two from 1975 to 1979 with 12 episodes airing across two series.
In 2019, it was named the best British sitcom of all time by a panel of comedy experts compiled by the Radio Times magazine.

This Morning agony aunt Deidre Sanders loses husband days after MBE news

OHMYGOSSIP — This Morning’s Deidre Sanders’ husband died last month.
The agony aunt was awarded an MBE for her services to charity and mental health in the New Year Honours List, and she appeared on the show to speak about the recognition, but admitted it was tinged with sadness because her significant other Rick, Deidre’s husband of 55 years, passed away just before Christmas.
However, Deidre was pleased she was able to share her MBE news with Rick before his death.
She said: “A special thing for me, a lot of you know my husband died just before Christmas on 16th December, but this call came through a week before he died, so that was really, really special for me.
“I went and got the email and I could share it with him and say what had happened.
“I was with Rick for 55 years so it was really great. He was always a great tease, so he had to get in a few digs first, but he did the next day tell my daughter and tell me just how proud he was so that was really, extra special.”
Deidre admitted her MBE would’ve always felt “bittersweet” if she had received the news after his passing.
Speaking on ‘This Morning’, she added: “It was lovely that we could share that, I think had he died before I got that news, it would have always just been a bittersweet thing so it’s lovely that we could share that.”
She also advised viewers: “I think the important message I want to get across is that we’ve all got problems at some point in our lives.
“Nobody is immune to problems and it’s OK to ask for help, it’s really important to ask for help. You do those around you a favour if you ask for help so that’s one of the great messages I’m happy to get across…”

Love Island’s Jacques O’Neill rushed to hospital after foot injury

OHMYGOSSIP — ‘Love Island’ star Jacques O’Neill was rushed to hospital after fracturing his foot.
The reality star, 23, took to Instagram on Monday (02.01.23) to share a picture of his leg propped up in a brace on a table.
He wrote in the caption: “Was hoping for a better 2023, but starting the year with a fractured foot. Heads gone. (sic)”
The reality star entered the ‘Love Island’ villa on day seven of the show last summer, but he chose to leave the island after 30 days to focus on his mental health after admitting he hadn’t been feeling himself on the ITV2 show.
After departing the programme, Jacques described his stint on the show as one of the “worst decisions of his life” after he was faced with backlash for kissing Cheyanne Kerr during the Casa Amor stage of the show, despite being coupled up with paramedic Paige Thorne at the time.
Just before his departure, Jacques’ family revealed he was diagnosed with ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder) as a child.
The rugby league player later admitted he was frustrated to find out this had become public knowledge, but it ended up being a blessing in disguise.
He said: “When I got out, I was so ready to delete that, I was so angry with my mum. I was like, ‘Why have you put that out? It’s looking like an excuse for my behaviour.’
“With me I’m very like … I deal with everything, it’s not about ADHD. We struggle, people with ADHD will understand me, we struggle a lot different to someone without ADHD.”
After initially being sent death threats, he was then inundated with messages of support following his diagnosis.
He added: “When I first came out, it was very different for me. I was scared, very scared of life and what was to come next for me.
“When I was in that holding villa after I left, I just wanted my mum, all I wanted to do was just be with my mum and just go into hiding. I was getting so much hate, me and my mum were getting death threats and everything.
“I started getting loads of people contacting me and saying I’m an inspiration with the ADHD side and a bit of a role model.
“I was getting fully grown men messaging me saying, ‘Love you, you’re an inspiration,’ I was overwhelmed with it all.
“If it wasn’t for the people supporting me or giving me that love, I’d be in such a bad place, I can’t thank them enough really.”

Kym Marsh: Strictly taught me a lot about myself

OHMYGOSSIP — Kym Marsh’s ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ stint taught her to give herself “more credit”.
The former ‘Coronation Street’ star took part in the latest series of the BBC Latin and ballroom show alongside pro partner Graziano di Prima, and she was eliminated during the quarter finals in musical week.
Recalling her time on the programme, Kym said: “I learned new skills, new things about myself, lost a fair bit of weight and met some amazing people.
“I never saw myself as some-one who was up there with the best dancers, but the whole experience taught me to give myself more credit.
“I’m proud of what I achieved. I’ve always been open about my struggles with anxiety, and there were times on set where it threatened to take hold. I was nervous but discovered I could beat it and take control.
“That’s the lesson I’ll cherish most. I’ve realised how far I’m able to push myself and overcome things I might think I’m too weak to do.”
Kym – who has children, David, 27, and Emilie, 26, with ex Dave Cunliffe and Polly, 11, with ex-husband Jamie Lomas – wants to continue setting a good example for her children by working hard.
She added to Prima magazine: “I want to keep working hard, setting a good example to my kids and spending time with my grand-children.
“The past few years have been about setting my sights high and challenging myself – and I’m going to continue to do that. I want to keep testing my limits and proving my capabilities.”

Rian Johnson open to Knives Out Muppets crossover

OHMYGOSSIP — Rian Johnson has considered a ‘Knives Out’ movie featuring the Muppets.
Fans of the murder-mystery movies have called for the puppets to feature in the third installment and the director confirmed that he has given the concept some “serious thought”.
Rian told Netflix Tudum: “It’s a joke that I thought was pretty brilliant, and I ended up giving (it) some serious thought. As much as I take the murder mystery genre seriously, I take the genre of a Muppet movie seriously.”
Johnson believes that Daniel Craig’s sleuth Benoit Blanc could clash with the sensibilities of The Muppets.
The 49-year-old filmmaker said: “I think those two things have very different rules. You can either have a Benoit Blanc mystery that has Muppets in it, but they’ll feel out of place. Or you can have a Muppet movie that Benoit Blanc is in, but it’ll feel like a Muppet movie.”
Rian stressed that he wouldn’t want to “compromise” either franchise and confirmed that Blanc will only be investigating humans for the foreseeable future.
He said: “I wouldn’t want to compromise either of them. And I feel like in order to make it well and make it work, you’d have to make a choice and compromise one or the other. If I ever make a Muppet movie, I just want to make a great Muppet movie.”
Johnson has helmed the sequel ‘Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery’ but admitted that he was not happy with the film’s full title as he wanted the two flicks to exist independently of each other.
He explained: “I’ve tried hard to make them self-contained. Honestly, I’m p***** off that we have ‘A Knives Out Mystery’ in the title. You know? I want it to just be called ‘Glass Onion’.
“I get it, and I want everyone who liked the first movie to know this is next in the series, but also, the whole appeal to me is it’s a new novel off the shelf every time. But there’s a gravity of a thousand suns toward serialised storytelling.”

Tim Burton struggled to understand Jack Nicholson on Batman

OHMYGOSSIP — Tim Burton couldn’t understand Jack Nicholson on ‘Batman’.
The 64-year-old director helmed the 1989 superhero flick that featured Nicholson as the Joker and recalled how he found it impossible to grasp the actor’s “abstract” speaking patterns.
Tim told Empire magazine: “Jack has a very abstract way of speaking. So he would say things to me and I’d go, ‘Yeah, I get it,’ and then I’d go to someone, ‘What the f*** was he just talking about?'”
Burton did claim that he was able to understand Jack on a primal level and they used “caveman-style communication”.
The ‘Edward Scissorhands’ director said: “So there was this weird communication: non-linear, non-connective… But it was very clear to me. I felt like we had a good sort of caveman-style communication.”
‘Batman’ was Tim’s biggest movie at the time and he felt “supported” by Nicholson “in a very deep” manner.
The filmmaker explained: “I was young and dealing with a big studio, and he just quietly gave me the confidence to do what I needed to do. And him being a voice of support had a lot of resonance with the studio. It got me through the whole thing. It gave me strength.”
Meanwhile, Tim refuses to watch his own films and compares seeing clips of his work to attending a funeral.
Speaking last year, he said: “I don’t really watch my movies. It was strange seeing the clips. I got quite emotional.”
Burton sees each of his movies as representing a period of time in his life and finds it strange seeing them again.
He said: “It feels like each film you do is part of your life and is very deep and meaningful so it’s like watching your life flashing before your eyes – that’s why I likened it to a funeral in a way, in a beautiful way, it captures moments of your life.”

Jacqueline Jossa planning EastEnders return

OHMYGOSSIP — Jacqueline Jossa is set to return to ‘EastEnders’.
Earlier this month, the 30-year-old actress briefly reprised her role as Lauren Branning for the first time since leaving the soap in 2018, when her character returned for Dot Cotton’s funeral, and Jacqueline is reportedly keen to make a permanent comeback.
It has been revealed that Jacqueline had a meeting with executive producer Chris Clenshaw about Lauren’s return to Albert Square.
A source told The Sun newspaper: “Jacqueline hugely enjoyed reprising her role as Lauren for Dot’s funeral. ‘EastEnders’ was a huge part of her life and she absolutely loves her character.
“She had a conversation with ‘EastEnders’ boss Chris Clenshaw when she was back filming and made it clear she would be up for Lauren returning to Walford.
“Naturally it all depends on storylines and obviously Jacqueline would need to make it fit around her family life.
“But her two daughters are older now and going back on set made her realise just how much she missed ‘EastEnders’.
“She hopes that something can be rustled up for Lauren and that she can return full time at some point in the future.”
Jacqueline – who has two children with her husband Dan Osbourne – recently revealed she was nervous about returning to set.
She said: “I was really nervous because, no matter what, it’s always such a big thing to be at ‘EastEnders’. But when I got there, it didn’t feel like anything had changed. It just felt like being back at home. The two episodes are very emotional from top to bottom because there are so many layers.”

Stacey Solomon will give birth next month

OHMYGOSSIP — Stacey Solomon is eight months pregnant.
The 33-year-old star revealed earlier this week that she and husband Joe Swash are expecting another baby and now she’s admitted she will give birth next month after not finding out she was expecting until she was “a lot further along” than when “you usually tell people” but still wanting time to enjoy the news in private first.
She wrote on Instagram: “Coming soon… Much sooner than we thought.
“When we found out we still wanted to have that first few months you usually would to adjust and get excited and enjoy it to ourselves, but that didn’t leave us with very long left.
“So this time next month we will be getting ready to say hello to a whole new pickle… So grateful.
“While we had some time off we thought we better take some memories before it’s too late.”
The ‘Loose Women’ star – who has Zachery, 14, and Leighton, 10, from previous relationships and Rex, three, and 14-month-old Rose with Joe, as well as being stepmother to her husband’s 15-year-old son Harry – had earlier admitted her pregnancy had come as a “real surprise”.
She said in a video message thanking fans for their wellwishes: “Hello everyone, I just wanted to come on here and say thank you for all your lovely messages. Your comments and everything, I’ve been reading through them, they’re just so nice.
“Sorry I’ve been so quiet I’ve just been trying to spend as much time as possible with this lot,’ as she pans the camera to one of her little ones playing with a toy.
“So me and Joe got a couple of days off for Christmas and New Years, and we just try and give them loads of attention but I just wanted to say thank you so much – you’re honestly so lovely and so kind.
“We actually found out way later than we would usually, so we’re a lot further along than when you would usually tell people!
“So we are really, really nervous and it was a real surprise but we’re so grateful and really excited for what’s to come!(sic)”
Stacey also dismissed speculation from fans that she knew she was pregnant when she and the former ‘EastEnders’ star got married in July.
She wrote in the comments: “For those saying you knew when we got married, well you could have let us know Poirot.”

Anna Kendrick shares similarities between her abusive relationship and Alice Darling role

OHMYGOSSIP — Anna Kendrick says her past experience in an abusive relationship affected her ‘Alice, Darling’ role.
The 37-year-old actress – who stars in the movie about a woman trapped in an abusive relationship who is the subject of an intervention staged by her two closest friends – revealed she suffered psychological abuse in her previous relationship and said her former partner convinced her she was a “monster”.
She told the Los Angeles Times: “That was a big part of my problem. ‘Well he never hit me, and I’m not really afraid that he’s going to hit me. How do I discern between normal conflict and abuse? Why is my body in so much fear all of the time? Why do I wake up feeling like he’s in bed next to me and wondering, ‘OK, do I have 30 seconds before I start performing or … ?’
“He’s so convinced that I am a monster that I can’t see how I am not.
“You don’t have to believe that it might get physical for you to feel like you’re allowed to leave, that you deserve to be treated better, deserve to feel safe.”
Anna also praised an unnamed friend for helping her to gain a sense of perspective about her situation, just as Alice does on vacation with pals.
She said: “That was the first thing that made me drop back into my body in a year and a half; somebody just doing the one thing he couldn’t do, which was telling me, ‘You’re right, I’m sorry, you’re not crazy.’ I’m so grateful to that person and the gift [they] gave me.
“I don’t know how to describe it other than feeling like one of those dorky CGI ghosts in ’90s movies that suddenly enter back into your body, and you wake up, and you’re like, ‘Oh my God, I’m here. Oh! I’m hungry for the first time in forever.'”
