Tom Clare and Zara Deniz Lackenby-Brown call time on Love Island romance

OHMYGOSSIP — Tom Clare and Zara Deniz Lackenby-Brown have called time on their ‘Love Island’ romance.
The 23-year-old footballer and the 25-year-old model had been coupled up on the ITV2 reality show but went their separate ways in Sunday’s (29.01.23) episode after he had suggested that Zara’s rival Olivia Hawkins had the “best face” during a game of truth or dare.
Zara broke down in tears during the episode and told Tom to “move from me” after she was infuriated with his decisions during the game.
The pair agreed to end their romance and remain as friends after Zara claimed that she was giving him “mad ick”.
When asked by fellow Islander Lana Jenkins if she was alright, Zara said: “No, I just can’t be a****. All the girls picked Tom. Liv picked Tom like twice. He picked Liv’s face. I’m not just some f****** booty to you.
“He’s giving me mad ick. If you don’t like me, move from me. I just don’t understand it.
“One minute he’s saying he’s all for me then he wants to get to know other people? Why is he saying he likes her face?
“At this point, it’s actually exhausting.”
Speaking in the Beach Hut, Tom admitted that the break up will serve as a “wake up call” for him.
He said: “The initial attraction is there with me and Zara but, will it last?
“I don’t want drama, I want someone to come home to and they’re lifting me up and boosting me, it’s probably been a bit of a wake up call for me tonight, i needed it.”
‘Love Island’ continues tomorrow (30.01.22) at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX and can be seen in Ireland on Virgin Media Two and Virgin Media Player.

“I honestly feel so grateful. I didn’t organise anything because firstly I didn’t think we’d have time.
“But also I felt like I maybe shouldn’t have one because I’ve been so lucky to have showered so many blessings already. Silly I know but hormones will do that to ya I suppose.”
Stacey then added: “I’m so grateful to my family friends and everyone who’s made me remember how lucky we are to get to do this again and how every miracle can have a celebration. To the moon and back always”.
Guests at the bash included Stacey’s close friend Sophie Hinchcliffe – known as Mrs Hinch – and the shower featured a flower wall, balloons and a cake decorated with teddy bears.

Infinity Pool based on director’s real holiday from hell

OHMYGOSSIP — Alexander Skarsgard’s new horror movie ‘Infinity Pool’ is based on director Brandon Cronenberg’s real life holiday from hell.
The film stars Skarsgard as an author who finds himself trapped on a particularly disturbing vacation and Cronenberg – son of legendary director David Cronenberg – has now revealed it was partly inspired by his own trip to a resort in the Dominican Republic 20 years ago.
He told The Hollywood Reporter: “I did draw on some experiences I had, the one time I did go to a resort about 20 years ago, for when I started building out the particulars of the resort compound, the barbed wire fencing and so on. A lot of that was taken from reality. It was vacation that I found to be particularly menacing …
“It was the Dominican Republic and it was very surreal. They would bus you in in the middle of the night. You wouldn’t see any of the surrounding country at all because it was dark. They just dropped you into a compound surrounded by razor wire fence, it was much like in the film. There was a fake town where you could shop, but not outside the compound. There was a Chinese restaurant, there was a horrible disco.”
He added one scene in the film involving an ATV did actually happen during his holiday and he was left with plenty of questions about his trip.
Cronenberg went on: “At the end of the week, they bus you back to the airport during the day, and you see this incredible poverty surrounding the resort. That contrast is horrible but also completely surreal. You realise you’ve never been to the actual country.
“Where were you? … Was it some alternate dimension that had broken through in this host country? Was it a tacky Disneyland mirror of reality? That to me was alarming but also felt like a great setting for characters not dealing with conventional consequences.”

Phoebe Waller Bridge is working on a ‘Tomb Raider’ series at Amazon, say reports

OHMYGOSSIP — Phoebe Waller-Bridge is working on a ‘Tomb Raider’ series for Amazon, according to reports.
The ‘Fleabag’ star and creator is currently adapting the classic 90s video game series as a part of her newly renewed deal with Amazon Studios.
The Hollywood Reporter reported that the 37-year-old writer is tipped to pen the scripts and serve as executive producer but is not expected to feature in the role.
The outlet claims that Phoebe – who also created the smash hit series ‘Killing Eve’ – will be working alongside Ryan Andolina and Amanda Greenblatt on the development side of the show. The news comes after her and Donald Glover’s ‘Mr and Mrs Smith’ reboot was axed following claims of creative differences.
Last week, it was also reported the ‘Crashing’ star was in the midst of another project for Amazon, a television version of the Claudia Lux novel ‘Sign Here’.
The 1996 video game prompted a number of sequels – before being revived in 2013 and promises last year of another version – and a 2001 movie starring Angelina Jolie as the games’ protagonist Lara Croft, which proved successful enough to warrant a sequel in 2003. Alicia Vikander assumed the role of the assassin in the 2018 remake. Other actress have made their desire known to potentially tackle the role of Lara, such as ‘The White Lotus’ star Aubrey Plaza
After the director Edgar Wright mistakenly thought she was tipped to play her during promotion of ‘Emily the Criminal’, the 38-year-old actress said: “Look, I have no idea what the future holds for me, but I love it. It was so funny when [Edgar] texted me that because I didn’t realise how strikingly similar those photos are.
“Emily is carrying a purse strap and Lara Croft has a gun holster; those are very different. It’s very weird and totally accidental, but I’ll take it.”

Recently, the 55-year-old actress – who is has three kids Henry, 15, and 16-year-old twins Hazel and Phinnaeus with her film producer husband Danny Moder, 53 – recently met Eddie Redmayne, who gushed about meeting the star of his “favourite” film, ‘Pretty Woman’, via their mutual pal, Jessica Chastain.
The 41-year-old actor told Laverne Cox at the recent Critics Choice Awards: “It’s definitely true — I am obsessed with Julia Roberts.
“I told Jessica that ‘Pretty Woman’ was one of my favourite movies, and Jessica took it upon herself to try and force Julia to come and say hi,” he quipped.
“The result? “[Jessica] made it very intimidating, because you wanna be cool when you meet Julia Roberts, and that was not happening.”

Susanna Reid drinks eight cups of coffee before presenting Good Morning Britain

OHMYGOSSIP — Susanna Reid drinks eight cups of coffee before presenting ‘Good Morning Britain.’
The 52-year-old journalist – who has fronted the ITV breakfast show alongside a variety of co-hosts such as Piers Morgan, Ed Balls, and Richard Madeley since 2014 – sets her alarm at 3:45am in order to get up for work but later has a nap in the afternoon and refuses to drink caffeine after lunchtime.
She said: “Thankfully, I love my job so I do bound out of bed. I think if you can have a nap, if you have the luxury of being able to do that, and I get myself back into bed, I find that that makes it better. I drink about eight cups of coffee. Or nine. I don’t drink a full mug though, it’s just little sips. They’re brilliant in the green room, aren’t they? But no caffeine after midday. I would not even have a cup of tea after midday because it would interrupt my sleep.”
The former BBC Breakfast presenter – who has Sam, 21, Finn, 19, and 18-year-old Sam with ex-partner Dominic Cotton – went on to add that she doesn’t “obsess” about constantly waking up in the night and believes that as long as she is in bed, she is having adequate rest.
Speaking on ITV’s’ Lorraine’, she added: “I don’t get rigid about my naps, I just Of course, sometimes when you’ve got small babies you get up then because that’s the alarm. Don’t obsess if you keep waking up. I tell myself that as long as I’m in bed, I’m resting. You don’t actually need to be sleeping. If I’m feeling nervous or anxious, I’ll visualise putting those feelings in a box and leaving them. That really works for me. If I’m feeling worried about things, I allocate – I’m not going to worry about that now in the middle of the night, I’m going to worry about it at five o’clock tomorrow afternoon. Usually, when you get to five o’clock the next afternoon, you’ve forgotten about it!”

Amanda Holden and Alesha Dixon ‘delay signing new Britain’s Got Talent contracts’

OHMYGOSSIP — Amanda Holden and Alesha Dixon are reportedly hesitant about sign new ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ contracts.
The 51-year-old star and Alesha, 44, have both starred on the ITV show for more than a decade, and they’re said to be frustrated that new judge Bruno Tonioli is being offered the same salary.
A source told The Sun newspaper: “Amanda has been on ‘BGT’ for 17 years, while Alesha is going into her eleventh year. They don’t think it’s fair a newcomer could walk into the show and be handed the same deal as them.
“It’s a bit of a headache for ‘BGT’ given filming for the next series begins at the London Palladium on Tuesday.
“Bruno was still ironing out his contract on Friday too so it’s all very much down to the wire.
“Negotiations over pay and the minutiae of the contracts are expected to go on throughout today.”
Bruno has been heavily tipped to replace David Walliams on ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ in recent weeks.
A report recently claimed that the 67-year-old TV star – who previously appeared on the ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ judging panel – has been lined up to join the ITV show, after beating Alan Carr to the coveted role.
A TV insider said: “For almost two months Alan may have been the favourite to take over from David, but Bruno was always Simon Cowell’s preferred choice.
“Not only does he have years of judging experience under his belt from his time on ‘Strictly’, he will bring an outrageous brand of comedy that ‘BGT’ needs on the panel.
“In so many ways this is already the perfect job for Bruno as it sees him return to a glitzy showbusiness favourite that fits in with the rest of his work.”

Julie Hesmondhalgh: Why I’ll never be cast as a doctor

OHMYGOSSIP — Julie Hesmondhalgh says her accent is the reason she will “never” be cast as a doctor or a lawyer.
The 52-year-old actress – who is best known for having starred as knicker stitcher Hayley Cropper on Manchester-based soap opera ‘Coronation Street’ from 1998 until 2014 – claimed that those who hail from working-class areas such as Liverpool or Birmingham are more likely to end up in roles such as a drug addict while those who use Received Pronunciation is still used to suggest a character has had a “good education.”
She said: “Need someone to play a sex worker or a drug addict? Get a Scouser in! Someone thick as pigs***? Brummies, Bristolians – take your pick! Received pronunciation is still the go-to accent to indicate a good education!”
The National Television Award winner went on to add that because of her natural Lancashire accent, she will “never” be considered for a role of a professional such as a doctor or a lawyer although she has found herself being cast as a “respectable” working-lass character.
Writing in her new book ‘An Actor’s Alphabet’, she added: “I’ve noticed my thick east Lancashire accent lends itself to being cast in toles from the ‘respectable’ working-class but rarely doctors or lawyers.”
Speaking about her new book, Julie previously explained that she had “always loved” acting but believed that the idea of going into the arts felt like a “frivolous” career choice.
She said: “I always loved acting, but when it came to deciding about careers, I was so consumed with the idea of being of service to the world that to go into the arts felt frivolous to me. I had no sense that art could actually have a purpose beyond pure entertainment.”

I don’t know if I’ll make a full recovery, says Eamonn Holmes

OHMYGOSSIP — Eamonn Holmes doesn’t know if he’ll ever make a full recovery from his terrifying fall.
The 63-year-old TV presenter underwent spinal surgery last September and just over two weeks into his recovery, he fell backwards down a flight of stairs at his home in Weybridge.
Eamonn – who is married to fellow TV star Ruth Langsford – shared: “There’s no connection between my waist and my legs, so I need a frame, crutches or a wheelchair to get around. The knee can give way at any time.
“I’m better than I was, and I am getting better all the time, but the scary thing is that, at the moment, I don’t know if I’m going to get back to how I was.
“I would give anything just to be able to walk my dog or play a round of golf like I used to.”
Despite this, Eamonn still doesn’t know the cause of his back troubles.
The former ‘This Morning’ presenter told the Daily Mail newspaper: “People kept asking what it was about, as if I’d had a skiing accident or something. The answer is I honestly don’t know how it happened.”
Eamonn was found to have had three protruding discs, and the issue had a dramatic impact on his quality of life.
The veteran broadcaster – who has been married to Ruth since 2010 – said: “I still thought it would go away, but it didn’t. The knock-on effect was that I lost a lot of use in my right leg.
“I got epidural injections, which helped to a degree, but didn’t cure the problem. I started using a stick, so life was already becoming more curtailed.”
Eamonn was eventually contacted by former S Club 7 member Jo O’Meara, who been through a similar experience.
He recalled: “She got in touch to say she had the same disc problems I did and had just had surgery with a German surgeon. I asked if she could pass on his details, because by now I was desperate.”
Eamonn went under the knife in late September, after he made contact with the surgeon.
He said: “It went well – the doctor tidied things up, and generally the pain has gone, which is brilliant. The flip side is that it has now left me with an issue in my left leg, which would collapse unexpectedly.”

Alex Wolff starring in A Quiet Place: Day One

OHMYGOSSIP — Alex Wolff has been cast in ‘A Quiet Place: Day One’.
The 25-year-old actor will reunite with ‘Pig’ director Michael Sarnoski in the spin-off prequel to the ‘A Quiet Place’ films.
Wolff will star alongside Lupita Nyong’o and Joseph Quinn in the film. Plot details are currently under wraps but the previous two movies in the series are set in a post-apocalyptic world overrun by blind monsters with ultra-sensitive hearing that leaves a family struggling to survive in silence.
Sarnoski will direct ‘A Quiet Place: Day One’ from a script written by Jeff Nichols that is based on an original idea by John Krasinski. Michael Bay, Andrew Form and Brad Fuller will produce for Platinum Dunes alongside Krasinski for his Sunday Night banner.
The movie is set to be released in cinemas in March 2024 and it is hoped that the project sets up ‘A Quiet Place’ universe that can be explored in the years to come.
A third picture in the original franchise is currently in the pipeline with Krasinski returning to direct. It is expected to hit screens in 2025.
John has worked with his wife Emily Blunt on the horror series and revealed that he put his marriage at risk with outrageous stunts he asked her to perform in the sequel ‘A Quiet Place: Part II’.
He said: “Emily’s [stunt] is so real. I think I put my marriage on the line when I put her in the car. That’s true.
“Like when I was explaining to her on set all the things that were going to happen and I said, ‘You’re going to hit this stunt man, that car is going to come three feet from you and then this bus is actually going to clock at 40 miles an hour,’ her face fell and she went, ‘But not really.’ And I went, ‘No, no, the bus is coming at you at 40 miles.’ That’s a real bus, and that bus hits that car and all that is totally real.”

Rainn Wilson and Lil Rel Howery cast in Code 3

OHMYGOSSIP — Rainn Wilson and Lil Rel Howery are to star in ‘Code 3’.
The duo have completed deals to both feature in and executive produce the buddy action comedy that will begin production in Los Angeles next month.
The movie is being directed by Christopher Leone and follows a day in the life of two overworked, underpaid and burnt-out paramedics.
One member of staff is so tired out by the job that he is forcing himself to resign but he must complete one final 24-hour shift to train his replacement. Everything that could happen on the job – from the mundane to the extreme – does happen on his final shift.
Leone has written the script for ‘Code 3’ along with former paramedic Patrick Pianezza. Wayfarer Studios are financing the project and have tapped Angela Cardon to oversee the film.
Wayfarer Studios President Jamey Heath said: “‘Code 3’ is a fresh buddy action comedy from Patrick and Christopher that will take the audience on an introspective journey. It demonstrates how our interactions with strangers can have profound impact.
“We are beyond excited for this film and the fact that Rainn and Lil Rel are on board is fantastic. The two will inject humour and levity into this provocative story and Wayfarer Studios is thrilled to partner with Circle of Confusion and Silver Heart Productions to share this story.”
Rainn’s previous credits include ‘The Office’ and ‘Weird: The Al Yankovic Story’ but he doubts that he will ever be a leading man because of his “weird face”.
The 57-year-old star said: “When you put a camera on someone, you’re seeing a lot of what’s already there.
“With me, it’s like – I don’t even want to go directly for ‘odd’ – but I’m an offbeat-looking guy who probably has a comedic side, just because I have this big, weird face. I’m never going to be Josh Brolin no matter how much I want it.”

Carol Vorderman: Monogamy isn’t for me!

OHMYGOSSIP — Carol Vorderman “doesn’t want to settle down” with anyone.
The 62-year-old TV star – who has children Katie, 32, and Cameron, 26, with ex-husband Patrick King but was also previously married to Christopher Mather – revealed last year that she has a circle of “special friends” as opposed to one sexual partner and admitted that the reaction was “universally positive” as she insisted she does not want a traditional relationship.
She said: “Well it was very interesting because I kind of talked about if off-the-cuff because we were talking about mature dating. The reaction was almost universally positive. There were a lot of women in their fifties and sixties – and their daughters – ringing in and saying ‘This is a liberation for me.’ They did say ‘Aren’t you brave?’ I didn’t think it was brave at all, just honest. One particular mother and daughter emailed in and said that ‘My mum started crying when we were watching this because she had been divorced and made me feel like I had failed and people around me had said ‘Haven’t you found someone else to love you?’
When I was in my twenties, I wanted to find somebody, get married, and have children. From my fifties – I live with my children now but they’re grown up – I have a busy house and a life which is very full and happy.
“It has come about naturally. I don’t want to settle with anybody. My life is a cake. I have fantastic friends. I love my job, I love the business of education and I have people who love me. The male-female relationships are sort of the icing on the cake, rather than the fundamental basis of it. ”
The former ‘Countdown’ star went on to add explain that her mother had expected her to have been married and settled down while she was still a university student but insisted she would never put that belief onto her own children as she explained her own intimate relationships come about as a result of friendship and noted the number of marriages that end in divorce despite the convention of monogamy being “drummed into” the population from a young age.
Speaking on Monday’s (23.01.23) ‘This Morning’, she added: “They have their lives as well, but I never ask about that. Women are brought up to be carers. When I was young, society’s rules were very different to what how they are now. I was born in 1960 and all women had only had the vote about 30 years earlier. It was a time of liberation and we had the Pill but if a woman who wasn’t married and had a child, that child was called something very bad. At the age of 18, I was already at Cambridge, but my mother sat me down and said ‘It’s about time you settled down and get married.’ You’d never think of doing that to your children [today]! So society has changed.
“It starts with friendship and there’s an extra frison, I would say. In fairness, I’ve always been accused of being too independent when I was in other relationships. Maybe what I choose wouldn’t suit a lot of people but I think some version of it would work.
“The facts of living in the UK are that half of first marriages end in divorce, three-quarters of second marriages end in divorce and 40 percent of adults in the UK are single so a lot of those are made to feel lonely when they don’t need to be because it’s drummed into you from a young age, even the Disney stuff these days, is still ‘You meet your Prince and live happily ever after.’ I’m sure they do have [other special friends], I don’t talk to them about that.”

Patsy Palmer: I want to enjoy every second of Dancing on Ice

OHMYGOSSIP — Patsy Palmer wants to enjoy “every second” of ‘Dancing on Ice.’
The 50-year-old actress – who is best known for having starred as Bianca Jackson on ‘EastEnders’ on a sporadic basis since the early 1990s – is currently taking part in the ITV skating competition alongside professional partner Matt Evers and explained that she wants to find the “courage” to enjoy the opportunity rather than letting it go by.
“I’m really trying to enjoy every second because as we know we do things over the years for work and they go by in a flash they’re amazing experiences but you’re never going to get them again and you spend so much time being nervous and petrified that you look on them and you think ‘I just wish I’d found the courage to enjoy that’ and that’s what I’m trying to do. It’s working a little bit. I love [Matt], we’re friends now and he is a beautiful human being.
The former ‘Masked Singer’ contestant went on to add that she wants to “keep trying” throughout her time on the show and reflected that she felt “really sad” that footballing legend John Fashanu became the first celebrity eliminated from the competition because he had “put so much” into skating before explaining that turning 50 was her inspiration to sign up to the show in the first place .
Speaking on ITV’s ‘Lorraine’, she added: “I want to just keep trying and trying. It is baby steps. There’s no point trying to push yourself to more than you can do. I feel sad that John went out because I wanted to see his journey. He had everything about him that wanted to improve. His age, he’s very big and that’s challenging. BUt he had put so much into this. You hope oyou can stay in long enough but there’s a lot of factors. One is that it’s very physical so it’s dangerous so anything can happen. You can get injuries. We’ve had a couple of spectacular falls!
“When I turned 50 last year, I was shocked. I woke up and was not sure it was right. I didn’t feel 50 and was like ‘I’m not having it!’, I’m just going to enjoy myself so I decided to do everything I can to enjoy myself. Everyone was saying do it. And I’m learning a lot about myself!”

The 52-year-old TV presenter was diagnosed with breast cancer in September 2021, and Julia admits that she’s been on an “interesting road” ever since.
She shared: “I’ve learned a lot about myself over the past year-and-a-half with my cancer diagnosis and how to handle that and what to do in adverse circumstances.
“Yeah, it’s been an interesting road, emotionally and physically.”
Julia – who has already undergone a mastectomy to have a tumour removed – has detailed her experiences in an upcoming self-help book called ‘Walk Yourself Happy’.
She told MailOnline: “It’s going to be called ‘Walk Yourself Happy’, or something similar, and it’s a celebration and an exploration of walking and how we can use walking to enhance and improve our mental and physical health … mental health being the main thing.
“There are, I think, anxiety and mental health of things that certainly post-pandemic, people are talking about a lot and we’re becoming much more conscious of and it’s important to try and find tools that we can all use and utilise to regulate ourselves and to help ourselves and that’s what the core of the book is about.”
Julia has found writing the book to be a “cathartic” experience.
The TV star – who has specialised in documentaries and consumer affair shows during her career – said: “I’m in the middle of it, so I can’t tell you if it’s been fully cathartic yet, but it certainly is, and it’s a lovely feeling to sit down at the beginning of the day with an empty page and then have 5,000 words or whatever it is at the end of the week to read back on it.
“You do remember things when you sit down to remember them. I think it’s more about how you remember things.”

Sean Wilson remains open to a Coronation Street comeback

OHMYGOSSIP — Sean Wilson is open to making a ‘Coronation Street’ comeback.
The 57-year-old actor – who starred on the ITV soap between 1985 and 2005 – has revealed that he’d still love to reprise the role of Martin Platt.
He shared: “I made it clear that I could be turned but now it’s 2023 and nothing has happened.
“The writers decided to send me to New Zealand so maybe they’re trying to tell me something.”
Since leaving the show, Sean has explored his own passion for cheese-making, which prompted him to set up the Saddleworth Cheese Company in 2009.
The company has become a huge success, and the former actor admits that ‘Coronation Street’ played a key role in his new career.
He told the Manchester Evening News newspaper: “When I worked on ‘Corrie’ I had my own pad and I was lucky enough to be friends with chefs through ‘Coronation Street’ and I learned about cheeses, which started in France.”
Sean is now set to release a cheese-themed cookbook called ‘Cheddar Gorged’.
And the former soap star feels very proud of what he’s managed to achieve since leaving ‘Coronation Street’.
He said: “We’re very keen to pigeonhole people but we’ve got a big brain between our ears and lots of interests.
“My reason for writing the book is that we all have a piece of cheddar in our fridge and yet don’t know anything about it, and it’s the nation’s favourite cheese and becoming the world’s favourite cheese.”
Despite this, Sean admits that he remains open to the idea of returning to ‘Coronation Street’.
Asked about the possibility of returning to the cobbles one day, he replied: “I am busy writing books, but of course I would give it some thought.”

Jennifer Connelly reflects on Top Gun: Maverick success

OHMYGOSSIP — Jennifer Connelly believes everything came together on ‘Top Gun: Maverick’.
The 52-year-old actress starred in the long-awaited ‘Top Gun’ sequel as Penelope Benjamin, the love interest of Tom Cruise’s Captain Pete ‘Maverick’ Mitchell, and thinks that everybody involved in the film gave their best to make it so successful.
Jennifer told IndieWire at the Sundance Film Festival: “I think, honestly, it’s a really well-made movie. I think everyone did a really good job. I think Joe Kosinski is a great director. It’s a huge undertaking, and I think that it’s hard to make that kind of movie well, and I think he did a spectacular job with it.
“With what they accomplished, you can feel that the flying sequences are real. It’s a huge achievement and executed so expertly, and I think that’s really exciting to see.”
She added: “The story is really solid, Tom Cruise is extraordinary. It just really came together, and I think the overall feeling of it is celebratory and uplifting and satisfying.”
Jennifer’s latest project is the film ‘Bad Behaviour’ in which she stars alongside Ben Whishaw.
She plays a former child star whose attempts to find meaning draw her into the orbit of a shady guru (Whishaw) and the star praised director Alice Englert for creating three-dimensional characters.
The ‘A Beautiful Mind’ actress said of her alter ego Lucy: “She’s really complicated, you know? She’s not all good, she’s not all bad, but she does some very, very bad things.
“And I loved that Alice wrote a story that had room for these characters to behave in complicated ways as they parse through their issues.
“I loved that it had a sense of humour, I thought it was very funny. And I loved that at the core, I think she was someone who was looking for enlightenment and looking to transcend the suffering and all the pain.”
