‘This Morning’ dentist Dr Uchenna Okoye killed by brain bleed that can hit without warning

OHMYGOSSIP — ‘This Morning’ dentist Dr Uchenna Okoye was killed by a bleed on her brain.
The hugely popular medical expert – also famed for appearing on Channel 5’s makeover show ‘10 Years Younger in 10 Days’ – died following a “sudden illness” on 15 September, her family said at the time.
A coroner’s report obtained by MailOnline has now revealed she was the victim of a “subarachnoid haemorrhage” – an uncommon type of stroke that can hit without warning.
It was sparked by a blood vessel in her brain bursting, known as a ruptured brain aneurysm, and caused bleeding in the space between the organ and the tissues surrounding it.
A spokesperson for the family of the tragic medic said about the finding: “Dr Uchenna’s sudden death was due to natural causes. We are devastated, and our hearts are broken that her beautiful, full life has been cut so short.
“As a family, our priority right now is to take care of her young daughter and continue her legacy and keep her memory alive.
“A private celebration of her life will be held in the coming weeks.”
Dr Uchenna’s ex-husband and dad to her seven-year-old daughter returned to the UK after the tragedy.
The former couple divorced last year but have been separated for some time.
A close friend told the Daily Mail Dr Uchenna had a “busy week” leading up to her death.
Aneurysms can happen at any time even if sufferers are healthy.
Dr Uchenna’s family announced her death with an Instagram post that said: “It is with the heaviest of hearts that we announce the passing of the much loved and respected Cosmetic Dentist, Dr Uchenna Okoye, who passed away after falling ill at home on Friday 15th September 2023.
“At this time, we ask for your prayers for her young daughter, her family, her team of staff at London Smiling Dental Group and her friends who are all struggling to come to terms with her loss.
“We request that you respect Uchenna’s family’s wishes for privacy at this very difficult time.
“The Uchenna sparkle touched the lives of everyone she met and drew her into stardom on 10 Years Younger makeover show, followed by ‘10 Years Younger in 10 Days’ where her passion and compassion leaps off the screen.
“For the last twenty years, her deep knowledge of dentistry and her incredible chair-side manner made her the go-to spokeswoman for any dental issue and a popular contributor to radio, TV, and women’s consumer press.”
Dr Uchenna qualified at Guy’s Hospital in London and went on to specialise in cosmetic dentistry.
She was one of the few leading dentists in her field to be a member of both the American and British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
Dr Uchenna was also an honorary clinician at St George’s Hospital, London, and sat on the board of the British Association of Cosmetic Dentistry.

Christine McGuinness ‘signs up for Pilgrimage’ as bosses hope for inspiring journey

OHMYGOSSIP — Christine McGuinness has reportedly signed up for ‘Pilgrimage’ as she starts to “shrug off heartbreak”.
The 33-year-old star is said to be taking part in the BBC Two show – which sees a group of celebrities journey along an historic pilgrimage root – and bosses are hoping it will be inspiring for both the audience and the mum-of-three, following her split from Paddy McGuinness last year.
An insider told The Sun newspaper’s TVBiz column: “Since stepping into the spotlight, Christine has bravely let fans into her personal life, from learning she is autistic at the age of 33 and parenting her three autistic children, through to the breakdown of her marriage to Paddy McGuinness.
“’Pilgrimage’ comes at the perfect time for her, as she’s starting to shrug off heartbreak and explore the potential of finding new love.”
It’s said bosses are hoping Christine can “add real heart” to the show through her own experiences, while they would also be happy to see her open up about “her current love life” or her time with Paddy.
The source added: “Traditionally, pilgrimages were taken to explore personal growth towards a place of spiritual awakening and the BBC Two programme has shown to profoundly affect its cast.
“Not only could the experience prove to be incredibly positive for Christine’s own development, bosses hope her journey will add real heart to the programme.
“Any revelations about Paddy or her current love life would of course go down a treat, too.”
Some stars have undergone transformative experiences on the show, with former ‘Geordie Shore’ star Vicky Pattison considering finding God after her trip along the Fatima Ways in Portugal during the 2022 series.
She said at the time: “I’ve always wanted to think that there was something bigger than me but I just didn’t know what it was.
“I still don’t know, but I have a real desire to find out. I think it showed me I’d really love to have faith.”

Martin Scorsese calls for Christopher Nolan and others to ‘save cinema’ from comic book movies

OHMYGOSSIP — Martin Scorsese has called for Christopher Nolan and other directors to “save cinema” from a comic book and franchise culture.
The 80-year-old filmmaker – who has made the likes of ‘Taxi Driver’, ‘Raging Bull’, ‘Goodfellas’, and ‘The Departed’ – has previously claimed Marvel movies “aren’t cinema”, and he has now claimed superhero movies are a “danger” to our “culture”.
In a profile with GQ magazine, he said: “The danger there is what it’s doing to our culture.
“Because there are going to be generations now that think movies are only those – that’s what movies are.
“They [audiences] already think that. Which means that we have to then fight back stronger.
“And it’s got to come from the grassroots level.
“It’s gotta come from the filmmakers themselves. And you’ll have, you know, the Safdie brothers, and you’ll have Chris Nolan, you know what I mean? And hit ’em from all sides. Hit ’em from all sides, and don’t give up.
“Let’s see what you got. Go out there and do it. Go reinvent. Don’t complain about it. But it’s true, because we’ve got to save cinema.”
Scorsese insisted “manufactured content isn’t really cinema” and compared such movies to what an Artificial intelligence (AI)-made film might look like.
When it is suggested cinema could be “anything”, he replied: “I do think that the manufactured content isn’t really cinema.
“I don’t want to say it. But what I mean is that, it’s manufactured content.
“It’s almost like AI making a film. And that doesn’t mean that you don’t have incredible directors and special effects people doing beautiful artwork.
“But what does it mean? What do these films, what will it give you? Aside from a kind of consummation of something and then eliminating it from your mind, your whole body, you know? So what is it giving you?”
As well as Scorsese, fellow legendary filmmaker Quentin Tarantino has also criticised Marvel movies.
Chris Hemsworth – who has played Thor in the Marvel Cinematic Universe – recently admitted it is “super depressing” to hear such criticism from his “heroes”.
He told the same publication: “That’s super depressing when I hear that.
“There goes two of my heroes I won’t work with. I guess they’re not a fan of me.”

Star Trek 4 writer insists long awaited movie is ‘still on the tracks’

OHMYGOSSIP — ‘Star Trek 4’ writer Lindsey Anderson Beer has confirmed the movie is “still on the tracks”.
Fans have been waiting for a new instalment in the beloved rebooted blockbuster film series since ‘Star Trek: Beyond’ in 2016, but updates have been few and far between when it comes to the follow-up.
Speaking to Collider, the ‘Pet Sematary: Bloodlines’ filmmaker said: “”It is, it’s still on the tracks.
“I love that project, and it was another one that I had to hop off of to direct this movie, and that was a hard thing to do.
“But I love that everybody involved with that project.”
Earlier this year, director Matt Shakman – who was set to direct the fourth movie before having to step away after signing up to the upcoming ‘Fantastic Four’ blockbuster – also offered a hopeful update.
He told the same outlet: “I think what they’re still working on is a version of what I have been working on for the time that I was involved.”
Actor Chris Pine is expected to reprise his role as James T. Kirk in the long awaited movie, and he previously admitted he is “frustrated” about being kept out of the loop after it was removed from Paramount’s release calendar following Shakman’s departure.
Back in March, Pine told Esquire magazine: “I don’t know anything. In ‘Star Trek’ land, the actors are usually the last people to find out anything.
“I know costume designers that have read scripts before the actors.”
The ‘Wonder Woman’ actor admits that he and his co-stars were taken by surprise when producer J.J. Abrams announced that ‘Star Trek 4’ was in the works and has become used to a lack of clarity by movie bosses.
He said: “I would say it’s frustrating. It doesn’t really foster the greatest sense of partnership, but it’s how it’s always been.
“I love the character. I love the people. I love the franchise.
“But to try to change the system in which things are created – I just can’t do it. I don’t have the energy.”

‘We’re over the moon as our family is complete!’ Jeremy Kyle to be dad for 6th time

OHMYGOSSIP — Jeremy Kyle is to be a father for the sixth time.
The 58-year-old TV presenter and his wife Victoria – who he married in 2021 – are expecting a baby girl, after welcoming son Oliver, their first child together, into the world in 2020.
Joking about catching up with former Prime Minister and dad-of-eight Boris Johnson, Jeremy – who previously beat testicular cancer – told The Sun newspaper: “Yes, baby number six is incoming, I’m catching BoJo up, to be honest!
“Vic says I need to set up a side business by bottling it because I’m 58 and I’ve only got one testicle, but everyone knows that anyway.
“It’s a baby girl, she’s due early next year, and we’re over the moon as our family is complete.”
While Jeremy admitted his family are pleased for me, he joked his eldest child, Harriet, thinks he “needs sectioning”.
He said: “I personally think it’s my late parents having a laugh from up above, to be honest.”
As well as preparing for a new arrival, Jeremy has landed a new job, as the host of the TalkTV breakfast show, and he admitted it was a “no brainer” to accept the role.
He said: “When I got offered the new TalkTV breakfast show it was a no brainer, because we’re not going to get any flippin’ sleep for the next two years anyway!”
Jeremy – who will co-host the breakfast show with former ‘Coronation Street’ actress Nicola Thorp – previously co-hosted talk show ‘The Jeremy Kyle Show’ from 2005 to 2019 on ITV1.
But the show was axed following the death of guest Steve Dymond.
At the time, Jeremy said: “I don’t want to sound ‘woe is me’, and as I’ve said the whole thing was a terrible tragedy – devastating for Steve Dymond’s friends and family, of course, and for the many people who worked on the show.
“But it did hit me hard. And it’s been awful to feel so scapegoated, and without being able to have my say about the accusations that often seemed to be levelled only at me.
“I’ve felt hunted and made out to be responsible for everything that ever took place around that show. But I was just the face of it.”

BBC to give ‘exclusive access inside the British Army’ with brand new series

OHMYGOSSIP — The BBC will give viewers “exclusive access inside the British Army” with a brand-new series.
Five-part documentary series ‘Soldier’ will air on BBC One and BBC iPlayer from October and will see Lieutenant Wahab, Sergeant McIntosh and Corporal White guide a team of 45 new recruits through their duty on the front line.
Colonel Shaun Chandler, Commander Headquarters Soldier Academy (North) says: “I am delighted that ‘Soldier’ is coming to BBC One and BBC iPlayer. Six months of filming with the recruits and instructors of D1 Platoon at the Infantry Training Centre Catterick has resulted in a fascinating documentary covering infantry training showcasing the recruits growing in strength and confidence as they face their futures as infanteers in the British Army.”
The series was shot over the course of six months at ITC Catterick in North Yorkshire and will document the highs and lows of the new recruits as the war rages on in Ukraine, with TV bosses describing the “transformation” that will be seen on screen as “extraordinary.”
Label1 CEO and co-founder, Lorraine Charker-Phillips, said: “Capturing the recruits’ transformations across the series from civilian to front line soldiers in just six months was extraordinary. We are incredibly grateful for the exclusive access we were given and for the commitment that the trainers and recruits gave to the series that allowed us to tell their stories.”
Jack Bootle, Head of Specialist Factual commissioning at the BBC said: “Soldier takes viewers behind the scenes at ITC Catterick and into the heart of the British Army. I’m delighted to bring this revelatory series to BBC One and iPlayer, and looking forward to viewers watching our new recruits transform from kids to close combat warriors.”

‘I want to do everything properly’ Strictly’s Angela Rippon wants Kai Widdrington to ‘challenge’ her

OHMYGOSSIP — ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ star Angela Rippon has asked her pro partner Kai Widdrington to “challenge” her.
The former ‘Come Dancing’ host is the oldest-ever Strictly contestant aged 78, and while she is well aware she won’t be “as fit or strong” as some of her fellow contestants on the BBC One Latin and ballroom show, she is determined to “do everything properly”.
She told the Radio Times magazine: “I look at the younger people and I know I’m not as fit or strong – that’s just a medical fact.
“But I play tennis, I go to pilates and ballet classes, so I’m pretty fit for someone of my age.
“I’ve told my pro partner, Kai, there are things I can do, and things I can’t.
“I just want to do everything properly. I’ve told him, ‘Challenge me.’ ”
Angela impressed during her ‘Strictly’ debut on Saturday (23.09.23), scoring 28 points out of a possible 40 from the judges, Craig Revel Horwood, Motsi Mabuse, Shirley Ballas and Anton Du Beke.
And she is a “very happy bunny” to be partnered up with Kai.
She added: “I told the producers, ‘I need someone strong, patient and with a sense of humour.’
“He’s got all those qualities, and he’s a brilliant dancer and choreographer. He and his partner, Nadiya Bychkova, are both fabulous.”
Ahead of her debut dance, Angela admitted she had found rehearsals “frustrating” at times.
She told the Daily Mirror newspaper: “I know what I should be doing, I know how it should be feeling, it’s actually making my legs do it to the music. I’m just getting cross and frustrated.
“I’m exhausted. There are bits of me aching that I didn’t know I had.
“I’m enjoying doing it and I’m fine with the bits that I get right. But I get very angry with myself when I absolutely muck it up and do it wrong.”

‘It’s a challenge!’ Ricky Hatton is first contestant confirmed for Dancing on Ice

OHMYGOSSIP — Ricky Hatton is the first contestant confirmed for next year’s ‘Dancing on Ice’.
The 44-year-old former professional boxer admitted he isn’t much of a skater, but thinks he should have “all the attributes to do well” on the ITV1 show, thanks to his previous fighting experience.
Speaking on ‘This Morning’, he said: “If I can hold my nerve in the boxing ring I should be able to hold my nerve in the ice rink. I like setting new challenges and keeping myself busy!”
When asked if he is “much of a skater”, he said: “No, not at all. But being a boxer I have been on my a*** a few times.
“I can’t dance on a solid floor, so I don’t know How I’m going to get on on the ice.
“But it’s a challenge. It’s all about balance, I’ve got good upper body movement and upper body strength. You’re remembering dance sequences and moves and in boxing you’re remembering combinations and stuff like that.
“So I should really have all the attributes to do really well.”
But Ricky admitted his daughters found it hilarious that he has signed up for the show.
He added: “I told my daughters and they found it absolutely hysterical.”
This comes after it was reported Claire Sweeney is expected to sign up for ‘Dancing on Ice’.
The ‘Coronation Street’ actress – who is portraying Cassandra ‘Cassie’ Plummer on the ITV1 soap – looks set swap the cobbles for the ice early next year.
A source told The Sun newspaper’s TV Biz column: “She is a really talented performer and is pretty decent on the ice already.”
S Club’s Hannah Spearritt Gogglebox’s Stephen Webb have also been strongly linked to the ITV1 show.
‘Dancing on Ice’ returns to ITV and ITVX in 2024 with a new cast.

‘I love that kind of movie’: Michael Fassbender was left ‘salivating’ by The Killer

OHMYGOSSIP — Michael Fassbender was “salivating” at the prospect of appearing in ‘The Killer’.
The 46-year-old actor plays the lead role in the new thriller from director David Fincher and felt it was the perfect picture to end his four-year absence from the big screen.
In an interview that took place before the SAG-AFTRA strike, Michael told Empire magazine: “This is the type of film I was salivating to do. There’s suspense and intrigue. A slow drip. I love that kind of movie.”
Michael stars as an assassin who finds himself on the run from his employers when a job goes wrong and he spent time researching real killers to get himself prepared for the part.
He explained: “There’s just trying to understand the mind of a sociopath. I try and put together a lifespan, to where the character is now.”
Fincher demands plenty from his leading men and was impressed with the way Fassbender combined acting ability and discipline during the making of ‘The Killer’ – which is based on a French graphic novel series of the same name and also features Charles Parnell and Tilda Swinton in the cast.
The ‘Fight Club’ filmmaker said: “Michael’s eyes betray a lot. He can hold a lot of conflicting things in his mind and his eyes allow you access to it.
“He’s like Daniel Craig (star of Fincher’s film ‘The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo’) in that way, saying, ‘I can do better.’ Tell him to stop 1/3 inch shorter and he can fine-tune that technical stuff, while on top of that he’s got really good ideas about behaviour.
“He has this gift as an actor, but clamped on top of it is this incredible discipline about how he subdivides his next move.”

‘I’d be really interested in looking at it’: Francis Lawrence is willing to direct another Hunger Games film

OHMYGOSSIP — Francis Lawrence is open to making more movies in the ‘Hunger Games’ franchise.
The 52-year-old director has returned to helm the eagerly-awaited prequel ‘The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes’ and is willing to work on another picture if author Suzanne Collins has some good ideas.
Speaking to Entertainment Weekly, Francis said: “If Suzanne has another thematic idea that she feels fits into the world of Panem – whether that’s with new people or familiar characters like Finnick, Haymitch, whoever – I’d be really interested in looking at it and being a part of it.
“But I don’t have any pull of just going, ‘I would love to do Finnick’s games.’ He’s a great character, but what’s the thematic underpinnings that make it worth telling and relevant?”
Francis helmed three movies in the initial ‘Hunger Games’ story and explained how Collins’ “rich” storytelling made the pictures successful.
The ‘Red Sparrow’ director said: “I liked being part of the series originally because the stories are great.
“But what was always gratifying was that they were always about something. Suzanne always writes from a thematic foundation. The original ones were all about the consequences of war. ‘Songbirds and Snakes’ is about the state of nature.
“That’s what makes them feel rich and not superficial, and I think it’s why they’ve stood the test of time, honestly.”
‘The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes’ features Tom Blyth as Coriolanus Snow – years before he becomes the tyrannical President of Panem – and Lawrence explained that one of the biggest challenges on the project was “humanising” the evil character portrayed by Donald Sutherland in the original films.
The filmmaker told Empire magazine: “To tell a story about, and to create empathy for, a young man who’s going to become the villain of the other books and movies was a really interesting challenge.
“How do we make this person that’s going to be the antagonist of our story the protagonist of our story? How can we get audiences behind him in his struggle, and see him change and be groomed and turned into the Snow of the later series?”

Kevin Clifton lands new Strictly Come Dancing role

OHMYGOSSIP — Kevin Clifton is returning to ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ – nearly four years after departing the show.
The 40-year-old pro dancer will be back on the BBC Latin and ballroom programme’s spin-off show ‘Strictly: It Takes Two’ as the choreography expert, to stand in for his sister Joanne Clifton, who is touring with ‘Shrek The Musical’.
‘It Takes Two’ host Fleur East said on the show: “Choreography corner is a family affair this year isn’t it Joanne?”
Joanne – who won Strictly’s Glitterball Trophy alongside TV presenter Ore Oduba in 2016 – joked: “Yes, it’s someone called Kevin, don’t know if you know him, he came second in 2016 when I won.”
This news comes just a few months after Kevin revealed he was taking a break from “all performing work” to be a dad to his daughter Minnie, eight months, who he shares with his TV presenter girlfriend Stacey Dooley, 36.
In June, Kevin told Digital Spy about his workload: “It went ‘Singin’ in the Rain’, ‘Rock of Ages’, ‘The War of the Worlds’, ‘Burn the Floor’, then I did ‘The Games’ on ITV, ‘Who Do You Think You Are?’ and then back to ‘Singin’ in the Rain’ on tour. Then I started rehearsals for ‘Strictly Ballroom’ the day after I finished ‘Singin’ in the Rain’.
“By the time I finish in mid-July it will have been a 10-month tour of ‘Strictly Ballroom’. So, since we came out of COVID it’s just been back-to-back non-stop.
“So, for the rest of this year I’ve decided I’m going to take a break from all performing work just to be a dad. I just don’t want to miss any of Minnie. So, yeah, my plan is to take a break as soon as this contract finishes.”

EastEnders stars to join Nick Knowles and DIY SOS team for a big build

OHMYGOSSIP — ‘EastEnders’ stars are to join forces with Nick Knowles and the ‘DIY SOS’ team for a big build.
The soap actors will put on their hard hats and head to Harlow, Essex, to help transform a community project by creating a new building for community interest company Butterfly Effect Well-Being, who are currently working out of a portacabin.
Nick said: “This is a special project that does so much to help the community in Harlow and I can’t wait to get stuck in with our ‘EastEnders’ friends and see this amazing build come together.
“As always, we wouldn’t be able to deliver such important projects without the generosity of our brilliant volunteers, so if you have a trade or can help us with materials then get in touch!”
Butterfly Effect Well-Being runs a range of groups, including a men’s meet-up, a singing group and ‘Chill and Chat’ teen sessions, as well as cooking and crafts workshops and holistic therapy classes.
Founder Angela Hannibal set up the project after losing her mum to suicide, after she had struggled for years with poor mental health.
The ‘DIY SOS’ team are now looking for local volunteers who can join forces with them and the ‘EastEnders’ stars to turn an empty building – which was been gifted by the local council, but is in a state of disrepair – into a welcoming hub where the community can seek help and support if they need it.
Catherine Catton, BBC Head of Commissioning, Factual Entertainment and Events, said: “This is a fantastic collaboration between ‘EastEnders’ and ‘DIY SOS; which will transform a truly deserving project.
“We are so looking forward to seeing the build come together for Butterfly Effect Well-Being and helping Angela and her team provide support to even more people.”
The build will take place from Wednesday 25th to Tuesday 31st October 2023.
The ‘EastEnders’ stars taking part in the episode will be announced ahead of broadcast later in 2023.

Fast Show star Arabella Weir has lost her sex drive and ‘it’s brilliant’

OHMYGOSSIP — Arabella Weir says losing her “sex drive” has “been the best thing that’s ever happened to me after my children
The ‘Two Doors Down’ actress has compared her dip in her libido to “being unchained from a maniac” as she no longer feels the urge to chase the approval of men and can direct her energy into her work and other parts of her life.
Arabella says the gradual loss of libido began after she separated from her husband Jeremy Norton, 55, in 2013 after 20 years of marriage and she decided not get a boyfriend.
Speaking on the ‘How to Be 60 with Kaye Adams’ podcast, the 65-year-old funny woman said: “Losing my sex drive has got to have been the best thing that’s ever happened to me after my children; it’s brilliant. It’s like being unchained from a maniac.
“I was very promiscuous, I loved having sex and I loved the feeling of boys fancying me and reeling them in. Looking back a hefty amount of that must have been trying to feel loved, but a lot of it was also very nice sex and that was great. But now I don’t want a f*** and I couldn’t give a f***!”
“When I was divorced in my mid-50s, the first thing I thought was, ‘I’ve got to get a boyfriend and I’ve got to go on Tinder.’ And then I thought, ‘What if I don’t?’”
The former ‘Fast Show’ star wasn’t “lonely” when she split from Jeremy – with whom she has son Archie, 24, and 25-year-old daughter Isabella – and decided that she didn’t need a long-term partner to validate her life.
She explained: “I was still up for a bit of sex at that time, but I thought again. I was a financially independent person, with a lot of great friends, so for me there was never a question of being lonely. But I suddenly thought, ‘Do I really want to do this again?'”

Pete Wicks has ‘banned’ himself from dating shows

OHMYGOSSIP — Pete Wicks has ‘banned’ himself “from the dating show scene”.
The former ‘TOWIE’ star has appeared on ‘Celebs Go Dating’ three times, mostly recently in 2022, but has never found true love on TV.
Pete, 34, insists he’s done with trying to find a meaningful relationship in front of the cameras.
In an interview with New! magazine, he said: “I think I’ve actually banned myself from the dating show scene – I think everyone has had enough of seeing me dating people.
“I’m getting to an age now where it’s time to hand over the reins to younger and better-looking people. I’m past it.”
Even off-screen romance for Wicks is just not a priority at present.
He said: “It’s a standard thing to say, but I am just concentrating on myself and taking time for me. I’m so busy with work, so I’m just taking time for that.”
Although Pete is a reality TV veteran and can count appearances on ‘The Celebrity Circle’, ‘Celebrity MasterChef’ and ‘Celebrity Island with Bear Grylls’ as well as his ‘The Only Way Is Essex’ fame, he no longer watches those types of shows and is instead focusing on his podcast with best friend, former ‘Made In Chelsea’ cast member Sam Thompson, 31.
He said: “I don’t watch any reality TV either and I definitely don’t watch myself on it, I couldn’t think of anything worse!”
Wicks said that he and Thomson “are blessed to still have careers” and is surprised by how successful the pair’s podcast ‘Staying Relevant’ has become.
He said: “We are really enjoying it. Sam and I are going to be doing a tour with it with, which is exciting.
“Although he [Sam] thinks it’s a Rolling Stones-style global tour – which it obviously isn’t!”

‘I think the snip could be on the cards…’ Joe Swash reveals wife Stacey Solomon wants him to have vasectomy!

OHMYGOSSIP — Joe Swash says wife Stacey Solomon has hinted that she wants him to have a vasectomy.
The famous couple share six children, with the pair welcoming three children together in four years.
The family unit is composed of Stacey’s two sons, Zachary, 15, and Leighton, 10, from past relationships with Dean Cox and Aaron Barnham respectively, while Joe has son Harry, 15, from his romance with Emma Sophocleous. Together, they have son Rex, four, in May 2019, 22-month-old daughter Rose and six-month-old daughter Belle four months later.
The former ‘EastEnders’ actor loves having a big family, but thinks that six is the limit and his 33-year-old wife has subtly suggested that he sees a doctor to take care of the matter.
In an interview with Closer magazine, Joe, 41, said: “We love our family unit and all our kids. But we’ve got to put a cap in it somewhere. I think six is a good number.
“I think the snip could be on the cards. I’m trying to fight it, but it’s a losing battle – Stacey keeps telling me it’s reversible, and that’s a big hint!”
Joe and Stacey met in 2010, when the former ‘X Factor’ contestant appeared on and won ‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!’ whilst Swash was hosting the spin-off show ‘I’m A Celebrity… Extra Camp’.
Their relationship turned romantic in 2015, and Joe proposed to former ‘Loose Women’ panellist Stacey in December 2020, with the couple marrying in July 2022.
In March 2021, the happy family moved to Pickle Cottage in Essex – estimated to be worth £1.2 million – and with so many kids under five in the house, Joe admits home life can be manic.
He shared: “It’s going all right – it’s a busy house, but it’s exactly how we love it. We love kids, and ours seem to be particularly amazing.”
When asked about the key to a healthy and happy family, Swash answered: “There is a lot of love, and we love all the kids the same. Our kids are all so close. My eldest – from another relationship – and Stacey’s kids, they all get on, so it’s brilliant. We’re a big unit.”
