Linda Nolan reveals Celebrity Antiques Road Trip helped her cope with cancer

OHMYGOSSIP — Linda Nolan reveals filming ‘Celebrity Antiques Road Trip’ has helped amid her cancer battle.
The ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ alum, 64, was initially diagnosed with stage-three breast cancer in 2005 before overcoming it a year later, but in 2017 she was told that she had a form of incurable secondary cancer, which spread to her hip in 2020, then her brain this year.
She’s quoted by the Daily Star newspaper’s Hot TV column as saying: “It took my mind off things. I’m not one to sit at home and think, ‘Poor me’.
“I find that getting out and doing things is good.”
The Irish singer filmed the programme with good friend Status Quo frontman Francis Rossi, and she admitted she only agreed to participate in the show because her pal would be there.
She explained: “Francis is hilarious. It was so funny filming with him. When we met up and he said, ‘I only agreed to do this show because of you.’
“And we had a really good time together. We had a ball. Spending time with an old friend was perfect for me.”
Despite the BBC show keeping her in good spirits, Linda has previously admitted while her tumours “haven’t got any bigger” she still has some struggles.
She wrote for the Daily Mirror newspaper: “The relief rolled over me like a wave. Thank God. My tumours are stable and haven’t got any bigger. The chemo is keeping them at bay for now. So, we carry on. Every three weeks, for as long as I can tolerate it.’
“It’s become a way of life now. I have my cancer book – a title I never thought I’d have in my library – with all my bloods, weight and so on recorded (I’ve lost 4kg, although I reckon I could live off what’s left for some time).
“I people-watch, listen to the bleeps and the clapping when those finishing treatment ring the bell. That’s lovely, I’m always happy for them, but I rang that bell twice. And I know now I won’t be ringing it again.”

Zoe Ball worries she ‘could be cancelled at any moment’

OHMYGOSSIP — Zoe Ball is worried she “could be cancelled at any moment”.
The ‘Mamma Mia: I Have A Dream!’ presenter, 52, admits she is worried she might say the wrong thing that would result in her losing her career after three decades on the air.
During her BBC Radio 2 breakfast show, she said: “I’m really lucky to be doing a job and still doing it 30 years later.
“I could be cancelled at any moment – it’s a risk every morning that you are only one sentence away from cancelling yourself.”
Zoe also revealed she has to deal with a constant stream of trolls on social media, which she described as “terrible”.
She explained: “I’ve got a Twitter account but I tend to use it for work. People feel sometimes that they want to tell you terrible stuff.
“The most important thing is your family and your friends. I love that my mates take the mickey out of me, and your kids bring you down to earth.”
Zoe is not the only celebrity who fears cancel culture, as Alan Titchmarsh, 74, also recently voiced his concerns about the topic.
The beloved gardening told the Daily Telegraph newspaper: “I think cancel culture is terrifying. It makes you very careful about what you say, and if the point ever came when that strain and that worry became too much, for me or my family, I think I’d say, enough. I’ll go.
“This is the first time I’ve ever admitted that. But I’ve had a good run.”
Alan then said it was “heart-breaking” to see some of his TV peers lose their careers in an instant, and the detrimental effects it has on themselves and those around him.
He added: “It’s heartbreaking. Particularly for their families. As you get older you realise it’s an increasingly fragile path, because you can so easily be misconstrued. There are days when I think, do I really want to be putting my head up this parapet? I’m 75 next birthday.”

BBC defends ‘racist’ Little Britain sketch after Ofcom research

OHMYGOSSIP — The BBC has defended a ‘Little Britain’ sketch which was branded “racist” in Ofcom research.
The broadcaster has responded after 115 viewers were shown the sketch as part of a report by polling company Ipsos, with people claiming it is “explicitly racist and outdated” and they were “surprised that it was available on BBC iPlayer”.
The scene – which originally aired in 2004 – saw university counsellor Linda Flint David Walliams) described another character as having “yellowish skin, slight smell of soy sauce” before using a racist slur.
The report for Ofcom said: “The clip was considered less acceptable because the participants felt it was purposely offensive in stereotyping and targeting an ethnic minority group for comedy purposes.
“Some reasoned that it was important to still show this content to reflect the beliefs of society at the time.
“However, there were concerns that it could normalise racist behaviours which could be repeated by young children.”
In response, the BBC said the intent of the sketch is to “expose and ridicule” racist attitudes.
A spokesperson told RadioTimes.com: “All jokes in our output are judged on context and intent.
“The sketches in which the character Linda Flint makes reference to the appearance or race of a series of people are intended to expose and ridicule some of the outdated prejudices and racism that still exist in parts of British society, which is more apparent when viewing the sketches within the context of a full episode, and across the series as a whole.
“The programme is part of the BBC’s comedy archive and information is provided for iPlayer viewers about the inclusion of discriminatory language.”
A content warning about the language appears before the episode when streamed on BBC iPlayer.
Back in 2020, criticism over Walliams and Matt Lucas’ use of blackface resulted in ‘Little Britain’ as a whole being removed from iPlayer, with the comedy duo later issuing a public apology for playing “characters of other races”.
A modified version of the sketch show was reintroduced to the streaming platform last year with some episodes re-edited to remove certain characters.

‘Too complicated’: Davina McCall admits Kylie Minogue friendship is over

OHMYGOSSIP — Davina McCall is no longer friends with Kylie Minogue.
Before breaking into the world of television, the former ‘Big Brother’ host appeared in the music video for Kylie’s 1991 hit ‘Word Is Out’ and while they “used to hang out”, they’ve drifted apart over the years.
Speaking to the Richard Herring podcast as reported by the Daily Mirror newspaper, she said: “How could I forget dancing for Kylie? It was the highlight of my career.
“I was quite good friends with Kylie and we used to hang out. We are not friends now. That is too complicated.”
The 56-year-old star suggested she never got Kylie’s new phone number, but wouldn’t reveal whether or not she was telling the truth.
She added: “You lose touch with people. She changed her number and did not give me the new one.
“That is a joke… or is it?”
The ‘My Mum, Your Dad’ presenter recalled landing the role by offering to help find a new director for the video.
She said: “I was running nightclubs at the time and she lost her director of the video and me being the hustler, I said, ‘If I get you a director, can I be a dancer?’
“I look like her bouncer, I am twice as tall as her and I look as if I am going to punch somebody in the face.”
The following year, she started her TV career on ‘MTV Europe’, before joining ‘Big Brother’ in 2000 – which changed her life forever.
She explained: “I got the Dutch taster tape… they were just s*******. I was like, ‘They have sent me porn.’
“There were much bigger presenters out there who really wanted the job and I did not think I would be offered it.
“I lived a whole life on the show. I had all my babies… Holy is 22 now and Chester is now 17. The show was the greatest time of my life.”

British Soap Awards cancelled for 2024

OHMYGOSSIP — The British Soap Awards have been cancelled for 2024.
ITV have confirmed that the ceremony will not be held next year but will be returning to screens in 2025.
An ITV spokesperson said: “The British Soap Awards won’t be on air in 2024 but is set to return in 2025.
“The show was fantastically received in 2023, achieving consolidated figures of 2.9 million and doubling its audience year on year, so we look forward to the show’s return.”
No specific reason has been given regarding why the ceremony – which sees shows such as ‘Coronation Street’, ‘EastEnders’, ‘Emmerdale’ and ‘Hollyoaks’ vie for gongs – won’t take place in 2024.
The awards show is usually broadcast on ITV and was first held in 1999, although both the 2020 and 2021 editions were cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Jane McDonald stepped in to host the ceremony earlier this year after long-time presenter Phillip Schofield resigned from ITV after admitting that he had an “unwise but not illegal” affair with a younger male colleague on ‘This Morning’.
The 60-year-old TV star wrote on Instagram at the time: “I’m so excited to be this year’s host for The British Soap Awards!! Everyone knows how much I LOVE my soaps, this year I’ve been honoured to be mentioned in Corrie, EastEnders and Emmerdale so this is just a dream come true.
“I can’t wait to see all our wonderful soap nominees and celebrate all their hard work with them – roll on the awards, I can’t wait.”
‘EastEnders’ was the big winner on the night as it claimed the prize for Best Soap while Danielle Harold (Lola Pearce) won the Best Leading Performer gong.

Emmerdale’s Eric Pollard receives heartbreaking diagnosis

OHMYGOSSIP — Emmerdale’s Eric Pollard has been diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease.
Chris Chittell, who portrays the legendary soap character, feels “really privileged” to have been given such a powerful plot, and he is determined to do it justice.
He said: “I feel really privileged to be given this storyline.
“Parkinson’s is indiscriminate, deceptive and wickedly unkind targeting so many.
“I want to do this storyline justice for the most courageous of people who are having to bear the brunt of this condition.”
On Wednesday night’s (01.11.23) episode, Eric tearfully confided in Mandy Dingle (Lisa Riley) about what he has been going through.
‘Emmerdale’ has worked closely with charity Parkinson’s UK on the hard-hitting storyline.
Show producer Laura Shaw said: “When Eric Pollard is diagnosed with Parkinsons he’s naturally very scared and unsure of what the condition means for his future.
“The unique position of a show like ‘Emmerdale’ means we can tell this story really authentically over a long period of time and we can really shine a light on what a diagnosis like this means and follow Pollard on his journey of learning to live with it.
“Working closely with Parkinson’s UK, who have been guiding us through every step of the way, we hope seeing Pollard’s story helps to raise awareness of Parkinson’s and show the day to day reality of those living with it, as well as the impact it can have on friends, family and the local community.”
Caroline Rassell, Chief Executive of Parkinson’s UK, added: “Parkinson’s is the fastest growing neurological condition in the world, but is still misunderstood by many.
“A diagnosis can be a blow, forcing people to confront a future different from the one they had imagined. We hope that Eric’s storyline will increase awareness and understanding of a condition that around 153,000 people in the UK live with, and encourage discussions about the impact it has on those living with Parkinson’s and their loved ones.
“It’s a privilege to be assisting the ‘Emmerdale’ team in portraying Eric’s journey, and Parkinson’s UK is here to support anyone affected by the condition through our helpline, local groups and website.”

Yee-haw! David Arquette saddling up for Western movie Unholy Trinity

OHMYGOSSIP — David Arquette has joined the cast of ‘Unholy Trinity’.
The 52-year-old actor and his co-stars Katrina Bowden, Ethan Peck, and Gianni Capaldi have started shooting the movie at Yellowstone Ranch in Montana.
Pierce Brosnan, Samuel L. Jackson, and Brandon Lessard have previously been announced as starring in the motion picture.
Richard Gray, who will direct and produce the film, is quoted by Variety as saying: “Coming to set every day and working with this level of talent has been an honour.
“Every day the cast and crew have brought their A game and I can’t wait for the world to see this incredible story brought to life.”
The movie previously secured a SAG-AFTRA Interim Agreement, which enabled work to be carried out on the project during the recent actors’ strike.
‘Unholy Trinity’ is described as a tale of revenge, dark secrets and buried treasures.
It picks up in the moments before the execution of Isaac Broadway as he instructs his estranged son Henry (Lessard) to murder the man who framed him for a crime he did not commit.
Determined to fulfil his father’s wish, Henry travels to the town of Trinity but an unexpected turn of events leaves him trapped in the area and caught between Sheriff Gabriel Dove (Brosnan) and the enigmatic figure of St. Christopher (Jackson).
Lee Zachariah is the writer behind the movie, which is being executive produced by Amadeus Productions.
Gray told Deadline: “Thrilled doesn’t even begin to describe how we feel about collaborating with such exceptional talent on ‘Unholy Trinity’.
“It’s a captivating story, and we feel fortunate to be able to make an epic Western during the strike, working alongside SAG every step of the way. Paradise Valley, Montana, is a spectacular location and the ideal backdrop for this special story.”

David and Victoria Coren Mitchell welcome 2nd child together

OHMYGOSSIP — David and Victoria Coren Mitchell are parents again.
The 49-year-old actor and 51-year-old writer and TV presenter Victoria – who have eight-year-old daughter Barbara together – welcomed a baby girl, June Violet, into the world last week.
An announcement in The Times newspaper read: “MITCHELL on 26th October 2023 to Victoria and David, a daughter, June Violet sister to Barbara.”
Victoria, who presenters TV quiz show ‘Only Connect’, also highlighted the news to her fans on Twitter this week.
On Tuesday (31.10.23), she posted a picture of herself wearing a cloak for Halloween, and on Wednesday (01.11.23) she wrote on X: “Many people are assuming my tweet yesterday was a Halloween costume. Not at all; last week I had a baby and nothing currently fits me except cloaks. Luckily, Only Connect is a pre-record. Happy All Saints Day! (sic)”
Several stars congratulated the couple, including former ‘Great British Bake Off’ presenter Sue Perkins.
She wrote: “Congratulations! xxx (sic)”
‘Countdown’ co-host Rachel Riley wrote: “Mazel tov, hope you’re both doing well!”
In 2018, David admitted being a parent had contributed to him toning down his humour.
He told the Daily Telegraph newspaper: “Having a small child gives you an insight into human vulnerability.
“The world seems harsh and frightening, I don’t feel strong and young anymore and so I don’t have a taste for darker humour.
“I came into comedy when you could swear and didn’t have to worry about being audited.
“But in the past 10 years people have been quick to take offense- they are less accepting if you cross a certain line.
“So for practical reasons I stay away from edgier jokes more than I have done in the past.”

Nicolas Cage’s The Flash cameo wasn’t what he filmed

OHMYGOSSIP — Nicolas Cage says his cameo as an alternate Superman in ‘The Flash’ was nothing like what he filmed.
The 59-year-old actor can understand why Tim Burton was upset over his work being “misappropriated”, after a lot of CGI was used in a multiverse sequence in the 2023 movie, which also saw Michael Keaton reprise his role as Batman.
The iconic filmmaker was just weeks away from working on ‘Superman Lives’ in 1998 when the plug got pulled after two years of pre-production work.
And Burton drew a negative comparison between seeing Cage and Keaton in ‘The Flash’ – which stars Ezra Miller in the titular role – with the controversial use of artificial intelligence in filmmaking.
And although Cage doesn’t believe AI was used in the Andrés Muschietti-helmed film, he doesn’t recognise the scene.
Speaking to Yahoo! Entertainment, he said: “When I went to the picture, it was me fighting a giant spider. I did not do that. That was not what I did.
“I don’t think it was [created by] AI. I know Tim is upset about AI, as I am. It was CGI, OK, so that they could de-age me, and I’m fighting a spider. I didn’t do any of that, so I don’t know what happened there. … But I get where Tim’s coming from. I know what he means. I would be very unhappy if people were taking my art … and appropriating them. I get it. I mean, I’m with him in that regard. AI is a nightmare to me. It’s inhumane. You can’t get more inhumane than artificial intelligence.”
He continued: “But I don’t think it [was] AI [in The Flash]. I just think that they did something with it, and again, it’s out of my control. I literally went to shoot a scene for maybe an hour in the suit, looking at the destruction of a universe and trying to convey the feelings of loss and sadness and terror in my eyes. That’s all I did.”
The ‘Renfield’ actor did, however, heap praise on the director and the costume department for the hours they spent on his Superman suit.
Cage added: “They did put a lot of time into building the suit … and I think [Andy] is a terrific director, he is a great guy and a great director, and I loved his two ‘It’ movies.
“What I was supposed to do was literally just be standing in an alternate dimension, if you will, and witnessing the destruction of the universe. Kal-El was bearing witness [to] the end of a universe, and you can imagine with that short amount of time that I had, what that would mean in terms of what I can convey. I had no dialogue [so had to] convey with my eyes the emotion. So that’s what I did. I was on set for maybe three hours.”

‘I really struggled!’ Big Brother’s Kerry lost vision in left eye due to lack of sleep on show

OHMYGOSSIP — Evicted ‘Big Brother’ star Kerry “struggled” so much with a lack of sleep in the house she lost some vision in her eye.
The 40-year-old NHS manager, who has multiple sclerosis (MS) – which can affect vision, arm or leg movement, and sensation or balance – has admitted she “massively underestimated” how much sleep she might get in the house, in which everyone shares the same bedroom.
During the series, some of the younger contestants have been disruptive into the early hours when others are trying to sleep, and one night Kerry was covered in lettuce while trying to get some shut-eye.
Kerry, who uses a mobility scooter and a stick to help cope with the condition, told the Daily Mirror newspaper’s Diary column: “I went to the Diary Room one lunchtime because I lost a bit of vision in my left eye – a bit of blurred vision.
“It was one of my first symptoms when I got diagnosed with MS.
“I really struggled. I could hear my MS nurse saying, ‘Listen to your body and rest when you need to.’
“I massively underestimated the sleep part of it. Massively.”
But Kerry insisted she didn’t request any special treatment, because she didn’t want to be labelled the “disabled one” by anyone.
She added: “I didn’t want to be treated differently. I wanted that authentic experience.
“I didn’t want to be ‘the disabled one’ that couldn’t get involved.”
Kerry was evicted on Tuesday night (31.10.23) after Noky and Trish were tasked with secretly nominating three housemates to be put up for a surprise eviction as part of a Halloween twist.

Big Brother nominations revealed ahead of double eviction

OHMYGOSSIP — ‘Big Brother’ stars Dylan, Noky, Paul and Trish are up for eviction this week – and two of the housemates will be axed on Friday (03.11.23).
The ITV show aired a surprise eviction on Tuesday night’s (31.10.23) Halloween special, in which Kerry went home, and then announced there will be a double eviction on Friday night.
Housemates nominated on Wednesday night’s (01.11.23) episode, and Dylan received the most with seven.
Noky was nominated six times, while Trish was put up five times and Paul was given four nominations from fellow housemates.
It comes after Noky and Trish were tasked with secretly nominating three of their housemates to face the public vote earlier this week, as part of one of “Evil” Big Brother’s Halloween twists.
They put Olivia, Dylan and Kerry up for eviction, and the public voted to send Kerry home.
But there was a huge fallout, with Dylan blasting Trish and Noky for putting him up for eviction.
Olivia was also disappointed that Noky allowed her to be nominated considering they share a bed together.
When making her nominations, Olivia chose Trish and Noky, and Dylan also put up the pair for this week’s double eviction.
But a number of housemates told how they were putting Dylan up for the public vote because of his outburst towards Trish.
While the stars are aware there will be an eviction on Friday, they don’t know that two of the housemates will be eliminated.
The two evictees will follow in the footsteps of Farida, Zak, Hallie, and Kerry, who were previously dumped from the show.

‘Her story is complete’: Hunger Games producers rule out Jennifer Lawrence return

OHMYGOSSIP — Jennifer Lawrence is unlikely to return to ‘The Hunger Games’.
The 33-year-old star portrayed Katniss Everdeen in the first four movies of the dystopian sci-fi film franchise but producer Nina Jacobson says her return is dependent on author Suzanne Collins writing a new novel featuring her alter ego.
Jacobson told Yahoo Entertainment: “If Suzanne has something to say, then she’ll write a book about it.
“Honestly, as much as I love Katniss, I think her story is complete. And I think that Suzanne feels that her story is complete.”
She added: “But if that changes, and Suzanne has something she wants to say, and it involves Katniss, then I would be thrilled. But really any chance to be back in this world, and lead with Francis (Lawrence) and Suzanne, I would take regardless of who it was about.”
The franchise returns to the big screen later this month with the prequel film ‘The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes’ and Jennifer expressed hope earlier this year that she could make a return.
Asked about the prospect by Variety, the ‘No Hard Feelings’ star said: “Oh, my God – totally! If Katniss ever could ever come back into my life, 100 per cent.
“My producing partner just clutched her heart.”
Rachel Zegler features as protagonist Lucy Gray Baird in the prequel and director Francis Lawrence explained that she is the “anti-Katniss”.
The filmmaker told Empire magazine: “Katniss was an introvert and a survivor. She was quite quiet and stoic, you could almost say (she was) asexual. Lucy Gray is the opposite. She wears her sexuality on her sleeve, (and) she really is a performer.”

Naomie Harris heads cast of Robin and the Hood

OHMYGOSSIP — Naomie Harris is starring in ‘Robin and the Hood’.
The 47-year-old actress is to feature in the ensemble cast of the family adventure flick with Gwendoline Christie, Mark Williams and rising star Darcey Ewart.
The film has been directed by Phil Hawkins and completed principal photography during the summer. It will debut as a Sky Original in the UK and Ireland on Sky Cinema.
It follows the tenacious 11-year-old Robin (Ewart) and her friends, known as ‘The Hoods’, for whom the patch of overgrown scrubland at the end of their cul-de-sac is a magical kingdom.
The only thing that limits their imagination is the prospect of losing their magical kingdom forever – a threat that becomes very real when the slippery property developer Clipboard (Harris) turns up and dazzles the adults with the promise of health spas and day-care facilities.
As the protests of Robin and her friends fall on deaf ears, they take matters into their own hands to save their kingdom.
The script has been written by Stuart Benson and Paul Davidson while Silver Reel’s Claudia Bluemhuber and Future Artists Entertainment’s Matt Williams are producing.
Bluemhuber said: “We were excited about Stuart and Paul’s script from the moment we encountered it – ‘Robin and the Hood’ is a story with a big heart and plenty of laughter, which reminds us of the power and importance of imagination in a world that is swiftly losing it.
“Landing the fantastic (quartet) of Naomie, Mark, Gwendoline and Darcy to lead our cast is a brilliant coup, and we’re thrilled that Sky, Future Artists and GFM are joining us on this adventure!”

Stephanie Davis ‘in shock exit from Coronation Street’ just months after landing role

OHMYGOSSIP — Stephanie Davis is said to have left ‘Coronation Street’ just months after joining the show.
The 30-year-old actress – who previously starred in ‘Hollyoaks’ – joined the ITV soap in May as the fiery Courtney Vance, but the character’s time on the cobbles looks set to be over.
A source told The Sun newspaper: “Steph was over the moon to land a part on Corrie after things went so wrong on Hollyoaks and she had genuinely impressed with her work and commitment to the ITV soap.
“Naturally she’d hoped that maneater Courtney could stick around for a good few years but bosses feel like the story arc is complete – she’s not being killed off, though, so there’s no reason why Courtney couldn’t one day return and the door remains open to Steph.”
‘Corrie’ boss Iain MacLeod also teased that character Aadi Alahan’s (Adam Hussain) future is not with Courtney, but with Amy Barlow (Elle Mulvaney).
Speaking to press, he said: “I should say, I love Steph, and I love Courtney! I think she’s just been a big, colourful glitter bomb that’s gone off in the middle of that storyline. But the long-term direction for Aadi is Amy Barlow. So what Courtney’s role, if any, might be going forward, I don’t know definitively, but I don’t see her and Aadi as being the forever couple.”
Iain has also teased an upcoming festive two-hander episode for characters Peter Barlow (Chris Gascoyne) and Carla Connor (Alison King).
He said: “It all builds up to this incredibly surprising Christmas Day episode, then there’s a huge two-hander between Peter Barlow and Carla Connor, the two of them, more or less they are the only two cast in the episode.
“It’s a greatest hits compilation for those of you that have been big fans of Peter and Carla since the start that picks over every single detail – it’s building towards an exit for Peter which is really brilliant and bittersweet and feels like ‘Corrie’ at it’s very best.
“We often think that Peter and Carla are the Burton and Taylor of the cobbles and we want it to have this highly emotional, very nuanced and realistic ending.”

‘Don’t go out of the traps at 200 per cent!’ Mel Giedroyc tries to pace herself on Children in Need

OHMYGOSSIP — Mel Giedroyc tries to “pace herself” when hosting BBC’s ‘Children in Need’, but admitted it is “impossible” because there is so much “excitement and adrenaline” on the night.
The comedian, 55, will be hosting the special telethon alongside the likes of Jason Manford, 42, Ade Adepitan MBE, 50, and Lenny Rush, 14, which promises to be filled with fun, laughter and excitement to raise funds for the charity.
When asked about the challenges of hosting the show, Mel said: “You have to pace yourself. Don’t go out of the traps at 200 per cent … try and back-foot it just a little and let it roll out in a relaxed way. Which is impossible when the whole thing runs on excitement and adrenaline!”
This year, programme will boast a plethora of special content that will dazzle viewers, including a special ‘Doctor Who’ scene starring David Tennant; a ‘MasterChef’ extravaganza with John Torode and Gregg Wallace; and a first-look at Walt Disney Animation Studios’ upcoming movie ‘Wish’, with a performance from West End star Merryl Ansah in celebration of the company’s 100th anniversary.
With so much on offer, Mel gushed about the programme and revealed why she believes the show has been so popular for more than 40 years.
She explained: “I think it’s a good mix. It doesn’t forget that it’s an entertainment show and it has to be entertaining otherwise people wouldn’t watch it, but it does a nice mix of finding those great stories, those inspiring stories, meeting great people who might not usually have a voice.
“It’s rare that you get to have a good laugh with lots of people you know off the telly, and also know that you’re helping people, so it’s a nice position to be in.”
‘BBC Children in Need’ will air on November 17 at 7pm on BBC One, and will be available to catch up on BBC iPlayer.
