Jemma Lucy axed from Ex on the Beach 'for fighting'

OHMYGOSSIP — Jemma Lucy was axed from ‘Ex on the Beach’ after grabbing her co-star’s throat.
The 28-year-old star was removed from the contestants’ house in Thailand after attacking Kayleigh Morris, 28, on the MTV show after a fall out over hunk Ashley Cain, who had bedded Jemma after dating Kayleigh.
An insider told Daily Star Online: “Kayleigh made a dig at Jemma that she dresses badly, so Jemma explained she was meant to be Hawley, but Kayleigh just carried on the insult.
“That was the icing on the cake for Jemma, she leapt up out her chair, was scratching at Kayleigh’s face and at one moment grabbed her at the throat.
“Security had to come in and escort her out, before sending her to isolation for two days after which producers eventually told her she had been axed.”
Before the incident, which will set to air on next week’s show, Kayleigh attempted to wreak revenge on Jemma for bedding Ashley by throwing her clothes out of the window and her make-up into the pool.
The insider added: “It all started because Kayleigh was growing jealous of Jemma’s relationship with her ex, Ashley.
“Jemma and Ashley were really getting on, and it wasn’t just about sharing a bed, their relationship was becoming more than sex for them.
“Jemma did her best to ignore it as she clearly didn’t want to give Kayleigh a reaction, but she snapped after downing alcohol.
“She just got really drunk one day as she had been waiting all afternoon at the beach for an ex.”
Jemma previously enjoyed a fling with Geordie Shore’s Gaz Beadle, who was in a relationship with Charlotte Crosby.
She has also been embroiled in an argument with Holly Rickwood when she tried it on with her ex David Hawley.

Jared Leto to star in Andy Warhol movie

OHMYGOSSIP — Jared Leto is set to star in a film about Andy Warhol’s life.
The 44-year-old actor and musician will produce the project, which will be based around the life of the pop artist, and take on the lead role himself.
Leto is the first star to have signed up for the the biopic, which is called ‘Warhol’.
Michael De Luca will also act as producer on the project, following the success of films such as ‘Moneyball’ and ‘The Social Network’.
Terence Winter – who wrote ‘The Wolf of Wall Street’ – will pen the screenplay for the biopic, drawing source material from Victor Bockris’ 1989 book entitled ‘Warhol: The Biography’.
Sources have told The Hollywood Reporter that Jared and Michael, 51, have joint rights to the book, after having the desire to work together for some time.
When the script from Terence, 55, is complete, the team will begin their search for a director and further cast members.
Jared is currently working on his role in ‘Blade Runner 2’, where he is said to be playing a “memorable, never before seen character”.
While full details of his alter-ego have not been released, reports suggest he will have a “key role” in the movie.
The news of Jared’s new movie ventures comes after he said last month that he believes Hollywood is “very conservative”.
He said: “I definitely don’t think a gay leading man would have the same opportunities as a straight leading man. I don’t think that. Not for a single second. I don’t know if that’s offensive or not, but that’s my thought right now.
“It shouldn’t be that way. I don’t think you’ll have as many opportunities. And I think you could say the same for minorities … I think that this is still a very conservative business.”

Daniel Radcliffe's film was a joke

OHMYGOSSIP — Daniel Radcliffe’s new movie started life as “a joke”.
The 27-year-old actor portrays a flatulent corpse opposite Paul Dano as a suicidal man in ‘Swiss Army Man’ and he thinks the finished movie is more “beautiful and poignant” than anyone would have guessed from the quirky subject matter.
He said: “It started as a joke. The directors said, ‘Wouldn’t it be funny if someone used a dead body as a fart-powered jet ski?’ And they started writing around that.
“They make it utterly beautiful and more poignant than it has a right to be.”
Despite portraying a dead body, Daniel admitted he found it very easy to connect with his character in the film.
He told Metro newspaper: “I relate to his general cheerfulness, his ability to see the best in everything.”
Asked if that means he relates to a flatulent corpse more than most of his other characters, he added: “Yeah! You can definitely print that.”
After finding fame as Harry Potter, Daniel has since undertaken a number of diverse roles, including an undercover FBI agent who infiltrates a racist gang in upcoming ‘Imperium’, poet Allan Ginsberg in ‘Kill Your Darlings’ and a haunted lawyer in ‘The Woman in Black’.
And the British actor admits he loves to “challenge” himself with his career.
He said: “I have the most fun switching it up and trying to find challenging things to do.
“We’re very lucky as actors, it is one of the few jobs where the harder it gets, the more fun it gets.
“The easiest shots in the world are shots where you are opening and closing a drawer – that would be an easy day but it wouldn’t be a fun or interesting day.
“When there’s a scene that’s slightly problematic and you have to work to get it right and you do get it right, that’s the most exciting thing that can happen.”

The ‘Made in Chelsea’ star has only just started romancing the former reality TV hunk after they met on ‘Celebs Go Dating’ a couple of months ago but they’ve already started thinking about their future and have decided they will see the world together when works permit in the future.
Joey said: “I want kids in the future, definitely, but I’m not ready right now. Steph says the same and when I heard that, I thought, ‘YES!'”
Stephanie added: “I don’t think I’ll be ready for years. I want to get married first. Right now I’m way too selfish and I want to go travelling with Joey.”
However, for now, the new couple will be forced to spend just under a week apart while Joey shoots his new series for ‘Educating Joey Essex’.
Speaking to OK! magazine, he explained: “I’m so busy. I’m going to the States next to film ‘Educating Joey Essex’ in America, in the run up to the presidential election. I’ll be away for a week. I don’t know if I can make it.”

She explained: “He’s the sweetest, he’s a puppy. That’s his nickname and that’s why he got me a toy puppy. I just moved into my new flat in my building and when he came over he had a huge bouquet of flowers and all of this soft new bedding, and the puppy for me. How sweet is that?”

OHMYGOSSIP — Kristen Bell says the ‘Frozen’ sequel hasn’t begun recording yet.
The 36-year-old actress – who voices lead character Anna in the blockbuster Disney film – has given an update on the progress of the second movie in the franchise and said that they haven’t started doing the voiceovers yet because the writers are still finalising the script.

Asked if the cast have recorded their parts yet, she explained: “We haven’t, actually. I thought we were about to start recording, but I was mistaken. So, we haven’t begun yet. They’re putting the finishing touches on the script.
“We record, as those characters, often.
At the change of season at the parks, whether it’s for Disneyland, Epcot, or when Japan opens, we will record new voices for our characters, but we actually haven’t started recording for the second ‘Frozen’.
“But what we have been working on is an ‘Olaf Christmas special’ that we’re doing for next year (airing on ABC). We’ve recorded that already, which has been a lot of fun to work.”

Emmerdale's Kerry Wyatt is pregnant

OHMYGOSSIP — Emmerdale’s Kerry Wyatt is pregnant.
The bolshie factory worker – portrayed by Laura Norton – has been trying to push her guilt to the back of her mind since she had a car bonnet bunk up with Ross Barton [Michael Parr] behind her husband Dan Spencer’s [Liam Fox] back.
But it seems she’ll have no choice but to face to music when she learns she may be carrying his baby later this week.
Laura said: “She’s gutted. It makes her realise that she’s not going to get away with placing her head in the sand and lying to Dan. Kerry actually convinces herself that this is her punishment for the bad thing that she’s done, and that she deserves it. She massively regrets what happened.”
The bubbly raven head almost tells Dan about her infidelity with the handsome cabbie but decides to talk through her issues with her friend Joanie Wright (Denise Black) first.
She explained to Inside Soap magazine: “Kerry is too ashamed to share it with anyone at first. She opens up to Joanie with great trepidation, as she thinks she’ll get told off! But Joanie’s reaction is the opposite – she wants to help Kerry find a solution.”
She quickly comes to the conclusion that the only way to save her relationship is by having an abortion.
Laura said: “Kerry is utterly convinced Ross must be the baby’s father, rather than Dan, so she feels as though she has no choice. It’s awful for her … This baby could be her last chance to be a proper parent. Having said that, Kerry finds it very easy to shut down her emotions. There’s this voice in her head saying, ‘I can’t be pregnant, I have to have a termination’ – there are no two ways about it.”
However, her world may be turned upside down once again when she’s told she has to have a scan – and see the baby – before she can go ahead with the termination.

Danny Mac turned down Strictly Come Dancing 'a few times'

OHMYGOSSIP — Danny Mac has turned down ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ “a few times.”
The 28-year-old actor is taking part in the current series of the Ballroom and Latin show but he has admitted this year wasn’t the first time he was approached by bosses as he’s been on the hit list for a few years running.
Speaking to the Radio Times magazine, he said: “I’ve actually turned it [‘Strictly Come Dancing’] a few times, I’ve been so scared of doing it. But I thought it was time to face my fear. So despite my better judgement, I’m going to attempt to be myself on camera while learning to dance wearing blue sequins.”
And, although it was only announced he had joined the line up for this year’s show a few weeks ago, the handsome star signed the contract quite a while ago.
When asked how long ago he sealed the deal, he said: “Oh, a few months now. It’s been a well-kept secret for a long time.”
He may be joining a show that is notorious for splitting couples up due to the nature of some of the dances but he’s adamant he won’t let the programme come between him and his fiancée Carley Stenson, whom he’s been dating for five years, despite being paired with glamorous professional Oti Mabuse.
He explained: “I’ve been fortunate to work with lots of beautiful women, so I’m not nervous about getting close and personal with Oti.
“I want to have that level of attraction, make it intimate. Fortunately my fiancée completely understands because she’s an actress too.”
Danny met Carley on the set of ‘Hollyoaks’ back in 2011 – when he joined the Channel 4 soap as the lovable Mark ‘Dodger’ Savage and she was playing Steph Cunningham – and they finally got engaged in March this year.

Michelle Keegan is 'really ill'

OHMYGOSSIP — Michelle Keegan is “really ill.”
The 29-year-old actress believes her busy work schedule, which saw her film army drama ‘Our Girl’ in South Africa for eight weeks and then immediately shoot ‘Tina and Bobby’ in Manchester, has shattered her immune system.
Talking about her health during an appearance on BBC One’s ‘The One Show’ on Monday (19.09.16) night, she explained: “I’ve been really run down. It happens when your body stops – because I literally did ‘Our Girl’ and then did ‘Tina and Bobby’ straight away and I only wrapped filming two weeks ago. Since then I’ve been doing so much promotion for ‘Our Girl’. I only stopped about a week ago and since then I’ve been so ill.”
However, it’s hardly surprising the former ‘Coronation Street’ actress is battling with ill health at the moment as she recently admitted filming for ‘Our Girl’ in the blistering sun was damaging on her body and she was “exhausted.”
She said of the experience: “It was emotionally draining and very tiring but I had the best time and I, obviously we were there for two months, thought I might get a bit homesick after a week but I’m not joking I loved every single second of it. It was a life experience for me.”
And shooting the series has even cured Michelle’s fear of heights because her alter ego Lance Corporal Georgie Lane was rescued by the Special Forces in a helicopter.
Speaking during a Facebook Live chat, she said recently: “We did (film) the helicopter (scenes) in the air, we were harnessed in and I’m actually quite scared of heights but I think after this I was fine with them. I wanted to go back up again.”

Joe Berlinger can't watch new Blair Witch

OHMYGOSSIP — ‘Book of Shadows: Blair Witch 2’ director Joe Berlinger can’t watch the new ‘Blair Witch’ movie as it will bring back “trauma”.
The 54-year-old filmmaker’s horror sequel was savaged on release, much like the new rebooted film – which has flopped at the box office on its first week of release – and he admits he wanted his name taken off the project as he was so unhappy with studio interference.
He told Deadline: “I have nothing but respect for [Blair Witch helmer] Adam Wingard and I hope the film is great; I haven’t seen it yet. Ironically, I was in Toronto and just couldn’t bring myself to go see it and relive the trauma.
“What trauma? The studio recut the film and inserted scenes of gore against my will and I didn’t have the courage back then to just remove my name from the film. And then to be eviscerated by critics on a cut of the film that I did not sanction was doubly painful.”
Berlinger explained that if his work has been included the way he envisioned it, he would have taken the criticism on the chin.
He explained: “That’s not to say that my director’s cut would have garnered a better reaction from critics per se, by at least I could have stood by the film for representing my vision and if people hated that version, it would have been less painful because it’s what I would have wanted to be seen.”
He also tweeted a statement to rebut the claims that the film was in ‘financial disaster’.
He said: “It was still Artisan’s second highest grossing film in their history, the highest being the original BW. It grossed $48 million worldwide on a $10 million budget and did over $25 million on DVD… Pure gravy on DVD. I know because my DGA residuals on this film paid for my daughter’s college education.”

Georgia Taylor returning to Coronation Street

OHMYGOSSIP — Georgia Taylor is to return to ‘Coronation Street’.
The 36-year-old actress will reprise her role of Toyah Battersby in the soap this December, 13 years after she was last seen on the cobbles in February 2003, and she can’t wait to team up with Jane Danson, who plays her sister Leanne Battersby, again.
Georgia said: “I am thrilled to be re-joining my old friends on the cobbles and hugely excited to be given the opportunity to explore the character of Toyah 13 years on.
“‘Coronation Street’ has always had a place in my heart and I’m delighted to be working again with my good friend Jane Danson and bringing the Battersby sisters back together.
“The script writers and producers have come up with some fantastic, clever, and detailed story-lines that have inspired me and I feel excited to get started!”
Georgia will start filming her scenes next month and will return over the festive period as she catches up with sister Leanne, who is pregnant with Steve McDonald’s (Simon Gregson) baby.
Producer Kate Oates said: “I am delighted that Georgia Taylor has agreed to return to the role of Toyah. She is a talented actress who has had great success since leaving the show in 2003.
“Family relationships are the lifeblood of soap operas and I am excited to explore the drama that Toyah will bring with her to the cobbles. She has led an interesting life away from Weatherfield and she has secrets she has kept even from Leanne.
“Her arrival this Christmas looks set to put the cat amongst the Coronation Street pigeons.”
Toyah left Weatherfield in February 2003 after discovering her university tutor John Arnley (Paul Warriner), who she had been having a fling with, had also been having an affair with her pal Maria Sutherland (Samia Ghadie).
