Corrie star Jenny Platt returning to soap as Violet Wilson after 16 years

OHMYGOSSIP — Jenny Platt will be returning to ‘Coronation Street’ as Violet Wilson after 16 years away.
The 44-year-old actress appeared on the ITV show as barmaid Violet Wilson from 2004 to 2008 and the character had baby Dylan with her gay friend Sean Tully (Antony Cotton) but soon ran off to London with the little one and apart from a brief cameo in 2011, she hasn’t been seen since.
Dylan – now played by Liam McCheyne – returned to the show in 2020 and his on-screen father has now revealed that Jenny will also be making a brief comeback to the soap.
He told the Daily Mirror newspaper: “She’s not coming back permanently. We’ve tried to get her back in various different ways.
“At the end of the day she’s Dylan’s mum. We do often talk about Violet and Sean, off screen, goes down and sees them and stays with them, or whatever. But no, 16 years ago she left with Dylan, and she’s never been seen on screen since.
“I’ve remained in touch with Jenny, so it’s really strange. I’ve not gone anywhere I’m just here, she’s not even been in the new building let alone played Violet.
“So I am very excited to see my mate Jenny and see Violet. I just hope she’s not nervous because she doesn’t need to be nervous but I imagine she will be because it’s a completely different set up.”
Dylan is currently in the centre of a dark plot, with the character’s brutal bullying of Liam Connor, forcing the young man to contemplate taking his life.
Reflecting on how Violet will fit into the storyline, Antony teased that there would be some “blame thrown back and forth” between Antony and Violet over their son’s involvement in the devastating bullying plot.
He said: “I think we’re probably filming for about four weeks, she’s probably in like a dozen episodes or something. And then who knows, this storyline is gonna go on.
“So I hope that as long as it goes well and she enjoys it, I’m hoping that we might see her again because if there’s more of this stuff and it gets more more serious, one would imagine that we would perhaps see Violet again.”

Eric Idle exposes Monty Python feud over financing ‘disaster’ that keeps him working

OHMYGOSSIP — Eric Idle has hit out at Holly Gilliam over ‘Monty Python’s financing “disaster” that has kept him working.
The 80-year-old comedian starred in the beloved BBC sitcom alongside Michael Palin, 80, Terry Gilliam, 83, and John Cleese, 84. Despite appearing in one of the most popular shows, Eric revealed he still has to work because of a lack of sufficient royalties and claimed that Holly Gilliam, the TV lawyer of Terry, who took over the brand in 2013 is the reason behind his financial struggles.
Taking to X (formally Twitter) he wrote: “We own everything we ever made in ‘Python’ and I never dreamed that at this age the income streams would tail off so disastrously. I have been working and earning for ‘Python’s since 1995. And now no more.
“But I guess if you put a Gilliam child in as your manager, you should not be so surprised. One Gilliam is bad enough; two can take out any company.”
In a separate post, he added: “I don’t know why people always assume we’re loaded.
“Python’ is a disaster. ‘Spamalot’ made money 20 years ago. I have to work for my living. Not easy at this age.”
Eric’s daughter Lily praised her father for standing up against the “bullies”.
She wrote: “I’m so proud of my dad for finally starting to share the truth.
“He has always stood up to bullies and narcissists and absolutely deserves reassurance and validation for doing so.”
Even though he is unhappy about his ‘Monty Python’ financial “disaster”, Eric admitted he was “fine” and didn’t mind working.
He wrote: “I’m fine. I’m engaged and writing. It’s the thing I do and like the most. Creating a new show. Something that feels so completely normal. Been doing it since 1963. I have learned a lot. But then I had some great mentors.”

Anna Williamson worries Celebs Go Dating will be axed

OHMYGOSSIP — Anna Williamson is worried ‘Celebs Go Dating’ will be axed.
The 42-year-old TV star has appeared as a dating agent alongside the likes of Paul Carrick Brunson and Tom Read Wilson on the E4 show since 2019, but admitted that “nothing is guaranteed” in terms of future episdes.
She is quoted by the Daily Star newspaper’s HotTV column as saying: “We haven’t had the green light yet. I am genuinely being cautious.
“With the industry the way it is right now, nothing is ever guaranteed.
“Even when you’ve shot a whole series, you don’t know if it’s going to make it onto TV.”
‘Celebs Go Dating’ last aired in September 2023, and saw ‘Love Island’ stars Chloe Burrows and Adam Collard, ‘Made In Chelsea’ legend Mark-Francis Vandelli, influencer Lottie Moss, internet personality Spuddz and former ’Celebrity Big Brother’ contestant Vanessa Feltz turn to the agency in search of love.
Vanessa agreed to appear on the dating show after splitting from her partner of 16 years, Ben Ofoedu, once she discovered he had been unfaithful to her.
However, the 61-year-old broadcaster was faced with backlash after viewers found that she was “sulky” during dates.
In her column for The Daily Express newspaper, she wrote: “It may not have been my finest hour… but with hours of such programming under my belt you’d think I’d have got the hang of it by now. Wrong! I’m currently doing my best to navigate E4’s ‘Celebs Go Dating’ and making a right pig’s ear of it. I seem to have forgotten my own maxim: ‘If you don’t want them to show it, don’t do it.’
“The audience sees what it sees and takes this lighthearted puffery with intense seriousness. Naturally, the broadcast is cut and edited to elicit maximum ratings – though if I’d been angelic throughout they’d have nothing negative to show, of course.”
Reflecting on the situation, Anna revealed that the production was “really sorry” that Vanessa felt blindsided by the editing that painted her in a less-than-favourable light.
Speaking to Digital Spy, she said: “Of course, we’re really sorry that Vanessa feels the edit has been unfavourable at times, and I’ve said to her too, sometimes it falls on all of us.”

Strictly star Johannes Radebe reveals how Annabel Croft inspired him to start dating again

OHMYGOSSIP — Johannes Radebe was “reminded to live again” by Annabel Croft.
The ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ professional, 36, was paired up with tennis legend Annabel, 57, for the last series of the BBC Latin and ballroom competition and revealed that his co-star – who lost her husband Mel to cancer just months before taking part in the show – had “changed [his] life” by encouraging him to get out and try dating again.
He told Hello! Magazine: “I went on one date with a gentleman and it was lovely. It’s now about me doing this a lot more. Meeting the beautiful Annabel, I was reminded to live again. She’s encouraged me to be more social and since then, my life has changed. I’ve started going out, but needed someone to tell me that.
“Having spent time with her, I connected with her and with nature. That has allowed me to step outside – and go to parties.”
The TV star explained that when it comes to looking for a man, he is focused on “kindness” above all else as he admitted that he has found a “friend for life” in Annabel – who has Amber, 27, son Charlie, 26, and 24-year-old Lily with her late husband – after she “nurtured” him during their time rehearsing for ‘Strictly’ together.
He said: “Kindness is my type. That is love for me. Kindness is love because when you’re kind to one another, nothing can come between you. Love is caring and that’s how I recognise it in people. A kind gesture goes a long way. It builds a better society when everyone is kind.
“Everyone thought I was helping her, but she helped me, too. She was so nurturing, telling me to bring my washing to her and cooking for me. Her kindness blew my mind.
“I don’t think she realised how much I needed her. She’s such a pure person, a friend for life.”

Loose Women star Linda Robson speaks out over split from husband: ‘We never had much in common!’

OHMYGOSSIP — Linda Robson “never had much in common” with her estranged husband Mark Dunford.
The 65-year-old TV star had been married to Mark – with whom she has Louis, 32, and 27-year-old Bobbie – for more than 30 years when she announced their intention to divorce towards the end of 2023 and has now admitted that they had simply grown apart and even though she has been “sad” about it, she is now in a “really good place” after putting pen to paper for her autobiography ‘Truth Be Told: Tales From A Baggy Mouth’.
She told OK! Magazine: “People do, sometimes, don’t they? We never had that much in common, you know. I’m very sociable – Mark never enjoyed that side of things. I’ve been sad about it, of course I have. But we had two lovely children together. But they’re all grown up, living their own lives now.
“So now, it’s me and Dolly the dog. I’m in a really good place. Work’s good, I feel like I have a lot to talk about. [Writing her memoir] was therapeutic, especially talking about my mental health battles.”
The former ‘Birds of a Feather’ actress – who also has Lauren, 40, from her previous relationship with Tony Tyler – has remained “civil” with Mark and is planning to stay in her hometown of Islington but will downsize into a two-bedroom house so there is enough room for her grandchildren to stay.
She said: “I’m getting a smaller house, near Lauren – a two-bedroom, so I can have her girls come and stay with me. But I’ll still be in Islington – unless my kids move, in which case I’ll bloody follow them! [Mark and I] are civil to each other – most of the time!”
Linda has appeared as a regular panellist on ITV1’s lunchtime chat show ‘Loose Women’ since 2012 but had to take a year off in 2018 as she recovered from a nervous breakdown and admitted that she never expected something like that would happen to her but still finds it hard to “forgive” herself for what her family went through at that time.
She said: “That’s when I turned to alcohol, just to black out. I was struggling to get through the day.
“I gave my family the worst time… I still find it hard to forgive myself for that. I’d always been the ‘strong’ one. Suddenly, they all had to look after me.
“If anyone had told me I’d have a nervous breakdown, I’d have gone, ‘Me? Are you mad?!’ I’ve learned a lot about mental health. I never thought about it before what happened to me. I think a lot about it now. I’m just so relieved to be back to my old self.”

Roxy Shahidi and Lou Sanders eliminated from Dancing On Ice

OHMYGOSSIP — Roxy Shahidi and Lou Sanders have been voted off ‘Dancing On Ice’ in a double elimination.
After finding herself in the bottom three, ‘Emmerdale’ actress Roxy and her professional skater partner Sylvian Longchambon received the lowest number of votes on Sunday (11.02.24), leading to an immediate elimination.
Speaking after being voted off, Roxy – who previously dislocated a hip during training – said she was disappointed not to get a chance to perform in the skate off.
Lou and her partner Brendyn Hatfield ended up in the skate off with Ricky Norwood and Annette Dytrt.
Unfortunately for them, the judges chose Ricky as their winner on the night, leading to Lou’s time on the show coming to an end.
After her elimination, Lou quipped: “It’s all about never giving up so we’ll be back next week.”
She went on: “I’ve had the absolute time of my life, thank you. He [Brendyn] said his insurance has gone up since working with me.”
Brendyn added: “We’ve had a blast and I don’t think I’ve ever laughed so much.”
And, Lou joked: “Laughed at my dancing.”
Meanwhile, judge Ashley Banjo was replaced on the show this week by professional ice skater Johnny Weir.
Ashley is on a 55-date tour across the UK with his dance troupe Diversity so figure skater Johnny – who is a two-time Olympian – has taken his place on the panel.

Meanwhile, back in October, Chloe confirmed she and James had split after five years of marriage.
In an update on Instagram, Chloe said: “James and I mutually decided to separate at the end of September, 2023.
“We had not planned on releasing a statement at this time – certainly not while the television show was airing – but constant speculation about our marriage has, unfortunately, forced our hand.
“Beyond this statement, we will not be speaking about this matter publicly, and we would request privacy at this time.
“Our sole focus now is our beautiful daughter. We shall continue to co-parent with nothing but love.”

And, Chloe recently revealed her estranged husband is finally moving out of their family home.

Zac Efron’s dance experience in High School Musical prepared him for wrestling in The Iron Claw

OHMYGOSSIP — Zac Efron’s dance experience helped him prepare for his role as a wrestler in ‘The Iron Claw’.
The 36-year-old actor shot to fame when he played Troy Bolton in the Disney Channel hit ‘High School Musical’ before starring as Link Larkin in the film adaptation of Broadway musical ‘Hairspray’ and admitted that his experience turned out to be of use when he was learning to wrestle for his part as Kevin Von Erich in the new biopic.
He told HeyUGuys: “Dancing helped, for sure. There was no way to get into wrestling other than just to start. All the guys, we committed from the very first day, from the very first lesson. We showed up, we dropped our egos at the door and just started to listen. We had a great coach and yeah, it was hard. Wrestling is no joke, I have a ton of respect for it and it is one of the most fun things that I have been able to learn to aplly to a film. It pulls on every creative and physical part of your being. It’s really fun!”
The ’17 Again’ star was then asked about the concept of “extreme misguided masculinity” within the story and explained that it was a really “interesting example” of how attitudes towards male mental health have changed since the 1980s when the film is set.
He said: “It’s also fascinating because there’s not really language at this point, it’s now it sneaks up on you in the case of the Von Erichs. It’s such a brilliant example of how it kind of works its way into successful careers and strong families and things like that. It really is a fascinating look at it.”

Christian Bale to shave head for Frankenstein movie

OHMYGOSSIP — Christian Bale will shave his head to play Frankenstein in Maggie Gyllenhaal’s upcoming movie.
The 50-year-old actor revealed he will start shooting the untitled movie in the next few weeks but delayed shaving his head for as long as possible because he had media commitments for the groundbreaking for a project to build a village of homes where foster siblings can live under one roof.
He told The Hollywood Reporter: “I’ve got to shave my head next week [for a movie. I asked them to please let me hold off on doing that but everyone was going, ‘What’s wrong with Bale? What’s up with him?’ I said, ‘Just let me get through the groundbreaking and then I’ll be off to join you.'”
Bale will star opposite Jessie Buckley, Annette Bening, Penelope Cruz and Peter Sarsgaard in the film, which was originally a Netflix production before it moved to Warner Bros.

Buckley is set to play the Bride.
The movie is being produced by Emma Tillinger Koskoff, Gyllenhaal, Talia Kleinhendler and Osnat Handelsman-Keren. Courtney Kivowitz and Carla Raij will executive produce.

Brad Pitt praises Maestro as a ‘masterwork’

OHMYGOSSIP — Brad Pitt has praised ‘Maestro’ as a “masterwork”.
Bradley Cooper, 49, has directed, produced and co-written the movie, which he also stars in as Leonard Bernstein, alongside Carey Mulligan as Bernstein’s wife Felicia Montealegre Bernstein, and his close friend Brad Pitt has compared Bradley’s talent to Robert Redford.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Brad, 60, said: “For me, Maestro is a masterwork. Yes, it takes great actors, but it also takes great construction. And I’m telling you, not since [Robert] Redford have I seen anyone do it so well.”
Bradley – who was celebrated at the Santa Barbara Film Festival and took part in a career-retrospective conversation with Deadline – has been Oscar-nominated for producing, co-writing and acting in ‘Maestro’ and Brad insisted that it “is his year”.
He said: “I do hope that this is his year, because it’s well-deserved.”
However, he then quipped: “But if it’s not, it’s okay, everyone knows it’s just a matter of time. And Bradley’s okay, he’s fine, he’s used to it — he’s a Philadelphia Eagles fan.”
Meanwhile, Pitt previously credited Cooper with helping him get sober.
Back in 2020, the ‘Once Upon A Time In Hollywood’ star thanked his pal for helping him to overcome his alcohol addiction and said he has been “happier” since.
Speaking as he collected the Best Supporting Actor at the National Board of Review Annual Awards Gala, he said: “Thank you, Bradley. Bradley just put his daughter to bed and then rushed over to do this. I got sober because of this guy. And every day’s been happier ever since.”
Brad previously admitted he saw his struggle with alcohol as a “disservice” to himself and admitted he viewed drinking as an “escape”.
Asked about his “struggle with booze”, he replied: “Well, I just saw it as a disservice to myself, as an escape. To some degree, yes [it was necessary].”

Richard Hammond considers renovation show with Jeremy Clarkson and James May

OHMYGOSSIP — Richard Hammond wants to host a renovation show with Jeremy Clarkson and James May.
Richard revealed the former ‘Top Gear’ trio could be tempted to reunite for a travel and renovation show, similar to Amanda Holden and Alan Carr’s make-over series ‘The Italian Job’, after their Prime Video programme ‘The Grand Tour’ ends.
When asked by The Sun if they would sign up to renovate a property abroad he joked: “That’s genuinely not a bad idea, I might make a note of that and claim it as my own.”
Richard, 54, Jeremy, 63, and James, 61, have worked together for 23 years and Richard admitted he is emotional as they prepare to say goodbye to ‘The Grand Tour’.
He said: “I’m the oldest of three brothers so when we were kids and played Batman, I was Batman, that was that.
“But with us three, who have become brothers on TV for the last 23 years, I’m the youngest and it really took some getting used to.
“I quite enjoy it and I like that change. Being the oldest of three brothers brings a sense of responsibility sometimes, but being the youngest is great.”
And, Richard is not sure what the future will hold for them.
He said: “We haven’t made any plans beyond. The key thing with these shows is it’s just us three on screen, but my god it’s a big crew.
“It’s like making a film and the quality of production, you cannot do that without the many skilled people on board, and it’s the same ones who’ve been with us for 20 years.
“It’s such a vast job, going out and filming. It certainly isn’t the end because there’s three cameras in each of our cars, three film crews travelling with us in separate cars, there’s a drone crew and minicab crew.
“There’s thousands of hours of footage that has to be gone through when we come back once we’ve said ‘wrap’ in the desert.
“So that’s why — and I’m not defecting here — any thinking about the end and what comes next is still a long way off as we’re still making the series. It’s a long job.”

Linda Robson begged strangers for vodka

OHMYGOSSIP — Linda Robson’s family begged their local shopkeeper to stop selling her alcohol.
The ‘Loose Women’ star has opened up about the details of her alcoholism in a searing new memoir and admitted the heartbreaking moment her family begged the local business owner to stop her from buying alcohol.
In an extract from the book, published in the Daily Mail newspaper, Linda, 65, wrote: “I’d come out of filming and on the way home I’d ask the driver to stop so I could pop out and get a little bottle of vodka, which I’d get into bed with and drink until I passed out.
“My family had to go round to our local shop and tell the man he wasn’t to serve me alcohol any more. So I started going to a shop a bit further away where they didn’t know me. In the end the family had to start locking me in the house, which was the only way to stop me.
“I know that sounds like drastic action, but they were at the end of their tethers. Even that didn’t rein me in. I would try to climb up the wall of our roof terrace to get out over the other side.”
Linda also humiliatingly revealed she would “beg strangers” for vodka.
She said: “Or I would go and stand at the gate and beg strangers passing by to go and get me some vodka.”
And, Linda said she hit breaking point when her daughter Lauren told her she could no longer mind her grandchildren alone.
She said: “The most heartbreaking moment of this whole period came when Lauren, my eldest, told me I couldn’t look after my two little granddaughters on my own any more.
“She was also becoming concerned about the thought of me doing harm to myself in front of them. Some days I’d walk into a shop with one of them, buy a little bottle of vodka and then secretly drink it when she wasn’t looking, which I feel awful admitting to now.”
Linda’s family eventually secured her a place at the Nightingale Hospital in London but she struggled with suicidal thoughts.
However, Linda credits The Priory and AA with helping her to finally overcome her issues with alcohol.
She said: “I haven’t had a drink… and I’m absolutely fine to be around alcohol. I’m never tempted.”

Giovanni Pernice’s new romance?

OHMYGOSSIP — Giovanni Pernice has reportedly embarked on a new romance.
The 33-year-old ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ star is said to be dating stunning model Molly Brown, 24, but the pair are determined to keep their relationship under wraps.
A source told The Sun: “It’s early days, but they are enjoying each other’s company.”
Giovanni previously dated Georgia May Foote, singer Ashley Roberts and ‘Love Island’ star Maura Higgins.
He was also recently linked to professional dancer Jowita Pryzstal.
Giovanni joined ‘Strictly’ in 2015 and holds the record for earning the most number of perfect 10s in its history.
Meanwhile, it was recently revealed that Giovanni has become a millionaire after his earnings tripled in 12 months.
He saw his personal firm, ‘GP Entertainment Ltd.’ possess assets worth £1,189,327, up from £483,126 the previous year. The business also has got £809,776 in reserves despite Giovanni reportedly only being paid a £35,000 flat fee for appearing on the BBC programme, as well as £50,000 for live show tours.
Revealing his business last year, the dancer said: “My dream come true is finally here! ‘VITA’ is my new fragrance for men and women – an intoxicating scent that captures the sensuality, vitality and energy of Sicily.”
Giovanni also reportedly cashed in from his relationship with ‘Strictly’ judge Anton Du Beke, with the pair earning a whopping £1 million each after a string of projects together, including TV travelogues and stage tours.
However, the dancer is dealing with an ongoing feud with former ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ partner Amanda Abbington, who quit the show in October after claiming that her time on the programme with Giovanni left her suffering with PTSD.
Reflecting on her time on ‘Strictly Come Dancing’, the ‘Sherlock’ actress told The Sun newspaper: “I just want to thank everyone who has been so kind and lovely and supportive this past week. It means a great, great deal.
“I was diagnosed with mild PTSD after ‘Strictly’ for several reasons and I told a few people about that, in the utmost confidence, among other things that were happening in my life at the time both professionally and personally.
“I’m very sorry that people felt the need to send me death threats, threaten my children and bring up my past, healthy relationship with an ex-partner as an indicator of my current mental health. I wish those people well.”

Pop star Tiffany leaves The Masked Singer

OHMYGOSSIP — Pop star Tiffany has been unmasked on ‘The Masked Singer’.
The 52-year-old star has become the latest celebrity to leave the ITV show, after she removed her Eiffel Tower costume.
Reflecting on her ‘Masked Singer’ experience, the ‘I Think We’re Alone Now’ hitmaker said: “I have had a blast. Thank you so much – it’s been so great. Thank you all.
“I love Eiffel Tower, she’s so beautiful.”
Earlier in the show, Keala Settle was unmasked as Air Fryer.
The 48-year-old star – who appeared in the 2017 movie ‘The Greatest Showman’ – also loved her time on the programme.
She said: “You have this facade that you’re used to, you know, performing, being that person, and when this is off? That’s off, this is what they’re looking for.
“It was a massive learning experience and it was a game changer.”
Keala also admitted to being surprised that none of the judges managed to guess her true identity.
The actress shared: “There were so many close ones!
“The guest judges that you’ve had, one of them I actually knew and I was standing here going, ‘Please please’. It was [Jennifer] Saunders!”
Last week, Nicky Campbell was unmasked on ‘The Masked Singer’.
However, the TV star admitted at the time that he didn’t know who was inside the other costumes.
He confessed: “I have not got a clue who anyone else is. You never see anything because you’ve got masks on all the time, so you can’t see a thing.
“The worst thing about being in the costume is when the lid goes on the top of Dippy Egg, and all of a sudden, it’s like you’re in a deep-sea diving suit!”

Louise Jameson dissatisfied with Doctor Who exit

OHMYGOSSIP — Louise Jameson wishes she’d been killed off on ‘Doctor Who’.
The 72-year-old actress played Sevateem warrior Leela opposite Fourth Doctor Tom Baker between 1977 and 1978 but her 40-episode stint came to an end in ‘The Invasion of Time’, when she opted to stay on the planet Gallifrey and marry Andred (Christopher Tranchell) and she can understand why her exit proved divisive amongst fans.
Speaking at a BFI Southbank screening of 1977 story ‘Horror of Fang Rock’, Radio Times reports she said: “It was a c*** ending, wasn’t it?
“I think she should have died saving the Doctor’s life – something really heroic. Or you travel forward and she’s got a football team of children… something dramatic, anyway. I mean, it’s so cliché, isn’t it, that she’s fallen in love, that’s how we get rid of her.”
Last month, short film ‘Leela vs the Time War’ was released to promote the Season 15 ‘Doctor Who’ Blue-ray set, which revisited the character in the final days of the Time War, and writer/executive producer Pete McTighe explained he saw it as “an opportunity to right the wrong” of Leela’s departure.
He said: “I felt like one of the great injustices across 60 years of Doctor Who was how Louise’s departure was handled.
“For such an iconic character and such an amazing actress – one of the best actresses we’ve ever had in the show – to be married off to a posh Gallifreyan guard she’s had six words with never quite seemed right to me, as a kid. So I felt like this was an opportunity to right that wrong.”
But the ‘Emmerdale’ actress revealed her exit scene was deliberately written so it could be easily changed for her to decide to leave Gallifrey as then-producer Graham Williams hopes to convince her to stay.
Louise recalled: “Literally the night before we shot my last scene, [Graham] came up to me and said, ‘It’s very easy to rewrite your exit… can I ask you one last time, will you please change your mind?’ – very flattering.
“I was already signed to go and play Portia [in ‘The Merchant of Venice’] in Bristol, so there’s no way I could have stayed, but I think it had been written with him thinking, ‘I can change her mind’, which is why it hadn’t been a great big dramatic story.”
And Louise admitted she’d jump at the chance to return to the main show following the recent short.
She said: “I’d absolutely love to do one. I’d be back in a nanosecond.
“Can you just tell Russell [T Davies, Doctor Who showrunner]? Can somebody ask him to watch [‘Leela vs the Time War’]?”

Olivia Attwood has had ‘talks’ for Celebrity Big Brother

OHMYGOSSIP — Olivia Attwood has been in talks for ‘Celebrity Big Brother’.
The 32-year-old star – who shot to fame when she appeared on the third season of ‘Love Island’ in 2017 – teased she has been in discussions with producers about entering the famous house, but she didn’t confirm if she’s signed on to take part.
During a Q and A on her Instagram Story, one fan asked her: “Also, would you ever do Celebrity Big Brother?”
She teasingly replied: “We did talk…”
The news comes after it was reported the Princess of Wales’ uncle Gary Goldsmith – who is the younger brother of Catherine’s mother Carole Middleton – has signed up to take part in the show.
A source told The Sun newspaper: “Gary is champing at the bit to get on ‘Celebrity Big Brother’.
“He finalised the terms of his deal today and can’t wait to enter the house.”
Gary was reportedly in talks for ‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!’ last year but bosses rejected him amid fears he could embarrass Catherine and her husband Prince William.
However, ITV have changed their minds and are now excited to feature Gary on ‘CBB’.
The source said: “The ‘CBB’ team love him because of his link to Kate and the fact that he’s confident and loud and won’t hold back.
“He’s made it clear he will talk about everything and anything, and he’s pretty outspoken when it comes to Harry and Meghan, [The Duke and Duchess of Sussex].
“Gary also holds a deep affection for Kate and Wills and will be able to give a fascinating insight into what it’s really like being related to the future King and Queen.
“He could be TV gold and ITV knows it. The deal he signed is for good money.”
‘Dragon’s Den’ star Levi Roots and TV judge Louis Walsh are also in talks to take part.
