Sir Ridley Scott set to direct Battle of Britain film

OHMYGOSSIP — Sir Ridley Scott is attached to direct a film about the Battle of Britain.
The 79-year-old British filmmaker – who is renowned for his work on sci-fi films, ‘Blade Runner, ‘Prometheus’ and ‘Alien’ – has reportedly teamed up with 20th Century Fox to helm the World War II movie which is based on the historical battle.
According to Deadline, Scott will work closely with its screenwriter Matthew Orton, who penned WWII drama ‘Operational Finale’ starring Oscar Isaac, on the project.
It is not yet known what direction the script will take but the Battle of Britain is centered from 10 July until 31 October 1940 when the British Royal Air Force (RAF) successfully defended the UK from the invading German Air Force (Luftwaffe) as the Nazis tried to cripple and the conquer the country with a bombing campaign known as the Blitz.
The film rights were purchased by Fox last year and Scott Free is down to produce alongside Joby Harold, Tory Tunnell, with Steven Asbell on board for Fox.
Steven Spielberg’s ‘Bridge of Spies’ writer, Matt Charman, will executive produce the film. He has worked with Orton on ‘Guiding Lights’ back in 2015.
Meanwhile, Orton is currently writing political thriller ‘Reason of State’, with Scott in charge of Sony’s ‘All The Money In The World’ – a drama about the kidnapping of John Paul Getty III. In addition to ‘The Cartel’ and his next movie to hit cinema screens is ‘Alien: Covenant’ which is released on May 19 followed by its sequel scheduled for 2018.
Scott – who is married to Costa Rican actress-and-producer Giannina Facio – also worked as a producer on ‘Blade Runner 2049’, the Denis Villeneuve-directed sequel to his 1982 cult classic.

Stephen Bear fears being 'picked on' by Geordie Shore cast

OHMYGOSSIP — Stephen Bear worries he would get “picked on” by the cast of ‘Geordie Shore’ if he appeared on the show.
The 27-year-old reality TV star has appeared on ‘Ex on the Beach’ and ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ – but has insisted he would reject the chance to feature on the show – which made his new girlfriend Charlotte Crosby a household name – because he fears he’d quickly become a figure of ridicule.
Asked if he’d ever like to appear on ‘Geordie Shore’, the London-born star told The Sun newspaper: “I’d say no …  I’m not Geordie so I could get bullied and picked on.”
In contrast to his reluctance to appear on the programme, Bear revealed earlier this week that he’d like to have “10 children” with his new girlfriend.
Bear is convinced the former ‘Geordie Shore’ beauty is “the one”, saying he wants to settle down with her and start a family soon.
He said: “I’m getting excitable. I want 10 children. I’m being serious, obviously I’ve got a past. Everyone has relationship problems. When you fall for someone you try your best to stay with them. It just takes time. She’s the one, I don’t want no one else.”
The couple have been bombarded with accusations that their relationship is a publicity stunt – but the celebrity duo are adamant their love is authentic.
Charlotte – who was previously in an on/off relationship with Gary ‘Gaz’ Beadle – said: “We’re soul mates. We’re going to prove everyone wrong. I’ve never met anyone who’s quite like him.
“I like his craziness. I like how he’s wild, he’s not boring and he’s very handsome. I like your eyes, you’ve got good eyes. They’re beady sometimes I really like him and I trust him … until he gives me a reason not to.”

Arnold Schwarzenegger: Terminator not over

OHMYGOSSIP — Arnold Schwarzenegger says ‘Terminator’ will “never be finished”.
The 69-year-old actor is known for appearing in the sci-fi movies as the titular cybernetic organism, and has said he has “no idea why” there was recently speculation that he had walked away from the franchise, and says that whilst Paramount did cancel plans for the sequel to 2015’s ‘Terminator: Genisys’, another studio will pick it up.
He told Fandango.com in an interview on Monday (03.04.17): “I don’t want to call it, like, fake news, like the president calls it, but I think people just write things – I have no idea why. Just because Paramount doesn’t want to pick up the Terminator franchise, you have 15 other studios willing to do it – that doesn’t mean the Terminator franchise is finished, right? It just means they are on their way to negotiate with another studio, but I can’t give you the details of that. They’ll announce that. But, yes, the Terminator franchise is never finished. And remember that after 2018, James Cameron is getting it back, and then it will continue on!”
Meanwhile, producer David Ellison, of production company Skydance, recently insisted the long-term future of the iconic sci-fi series has been secured.
He said: “I will say we have resolved the future of the franchise and believe me it’s an incredibly bright future.
“I think where it’s going will be the continuation of what the fans really wanted since ‘T2’.”
David also suggested an official announcement will be made in the near future.
He added: “We have something this year that we will be announcing for the franchise. It’s something we’re incredibly excited about and we think is the direction it needs to head.”
The news comes after it was reported last month that Paramount had chosen not to move forward with plans for a new instalment of the franchise.
A source said at the time: “It is over for ‘The Terminator’ and Arnold.
“The studio has taken the sequel off the production slate completely, meaning there is no pre-production or any plans for another sequel. The talent had been offered long term deals, but this is not happening.”

Avatar sequel to begin shooting later this year

OHMYGOSSIP — The sequel to ‘Avatar’ is to begin shooting later this year, according to Sigourney Weaver.
The 67-year-old actress, who starred in the James Cameron-directed original in 2009, has revealed preparations have already started to make the much-anticipated follow-up movie.
She shared: “We’re starting! We’re starting training, and we’re starting – hmm, I probably can’t say anything. We will be actually shooting it by the fall.”
The original ‘Avatar’ movie grossed $2.7 billion at the global box office, and received widespread praise from movie critics.
And Sigourney has reassured fans that the sequel won’t be a disappointment to them, insisting the new sci-fi movie will be worth the lengthy wait.
She told The Hollywood Reporter: “I’m telling you, these scripts are so amazing, I’m not worried about [disappointing fans] at all.
“Am I worried about how we’re going to bring them to life? Yes, because they’re so ambitious. They’re so worth it. They’re well worth waiting for. I’m not worried about that at all. We’re trying to get it done as quickly as possible.”
Meanwhile, James Cameron previously claimed he is not worried about the delays to the release of the next ‘Avatar’ movie.
The director intends to make four sequels in total, but there have been significant delays to his original plans, meaning fans have been kept waiting for years for the next instalment in the franchise.
But James said: “The important thing for me is not when the first one comes out but the cadence of the release pattern.
“I want them to be released as close together as possible. If It’s an annual appointment to show up at Christmas, I want to make sure that we’re able to fulfil on that promise.”

Danny Dyer returns to EastEnders set

OHMYGOSSIP — Danny Dyer has returned to the ‘EastEnders’ set.
The 39-year-old actor left the soap temporarily in February for a well-deserved break, and sources have now said the star has officially reprised his role as loveable pub landlord Mick Carter as he was seen back on set on Monday (03.04.17).
A source said: “Danny has been missed these last few weeks. So it was a welcome sight seeing him drive back into the studios with a cheeky smile on his face. He picked up his scripts for filming a couple of weeks back. The scenes are classic soap, full of emotion and drama.”
Whilst bosses are keen to keep his returning storyline a secret, insiders say fans won’t be disappointed.
Another source told the Daily Star newspaper: “The storyline for his return is amazing.”
Although he’s already back on set, the hunk’s exit scene, which was written at the last minute, only hit screens in recent weeks as his alter-ego jetted off to Bulgaria upon hearing the news that his daughter Nancy (Maddy Hill) had been hit by a car while travelling with her boyfriend Tamwar Masood (Himesh Patel).
Meanwhile, a source recently claimed that the cast and crew couldn’t wait to have a “refreshed” Danny back on the set.
They said: “Everyone is looking forward to having a refreshed Danny back on the show. He’s a big character on and off the set and his absence was really noticeable. Danny has taken some time out and is raring to go again. He’ll be required for scenes from the start of next week.”
And it’s believed Danny’s co-stars are planning to throw him a welcome back party because they know how hard he’s been working recently.
An insider said: “They’re keen to show everyone is behind him 100 per cent after his tough few months. They’re planning a round of applause when he steps back behind the bar for filming for the first time.
“The cast know how important Danny is to the show’s success and don’t want it to be awkward. Danny will be welcomed back with open arms.”

Sam Faiers' son eats 'everything'

OHMYGOSSIP — Sam Faiers’ son is “eating everything in sight.”
The former ‘The Only Way is Essex’ star is starting to ween 15-month-old Paul, whom she has with her partner Paul Knightley, off the boob because he’s eating grub now.
Speaking to new! magazine, she explained: “He’s trying to talk, he’s walking, he’s cheeky and he’s eating everything in sight! He’s really cute.
“I’m in the process of getting him off the boob completely, but because we moved house recently I thought: ‘This isn’t a good time.’ But he’s eating all day long, so he doesn’t really have a boob for milk now. It’s more like a dummy and comfort.”
The 26-year-old beauty thinks breastfeeding is brilliant for the baby and has even tried to encourage her sister Billie Faiers to nurse her son one-month-old son Arthur.
She explained: “She didn’t breastfeed Nelly [her first child] but the whole time she was pregnant, I was like: ‘You’ve got to do it, it’s great for you and the baby. Paul has never been ill.’ Then when she gave birth, the midwives were like: ‘Are you going to breastfeed or bottle feed?’ and she was like: ‘I really want to give breastfeeding a go.’ I just sort of took over and helped her get Arthur latched. He latched straightaway and the midwives said: ‘This is amazing, you’re doing our job for us.’ I think having me there to support her… she didn’t really have that before. So this time I just encouraged it.”
Sam witnessed her nephew entering the world but she has admitted she almost missed it because he arrived within half an hour of her being admitted to hospital.
She said: “It was quick. By the time I got to the hospital and into the delivery suite, she had the baby in half an hour!”

Robbie Williams helps with rehearsals for Let It Shine musical

OHMYGOSSIP — Robbie Williams has been helping the winners of ‘Let It Shine’ prepare for their musical ‘The Band’.
The 43-year-old part-time Take That singer performed with his band mates – Gary Barlow, Howard Donald and Mark Owen – on the finale of the BBC One programme and has since been giving his expert advice to group Five To Five as they prepare for the Tim Firth production, which sees them tour relentlessly at theatres across the UK from September 8 to July 14.
Yazdan Qafouri, Sario Solomon, Curtis T Johns, Nick Carlsberg and AJ Bentley had no idea that Robbie was going to be helping them out.
Appearing on ITV’s ‘Lorraine’ on Monday (03.04.17), AJ, 21, said: “I was on the phone to my mum, we had a couple of minutes break and then a Range Rover pulled up and in came Robbie Williams.
“I was on the phone to my mum and I was like ‘mum Robbie’s coming’. So Robbie walked over and I said ‘do you mind just talking to my mum’. So that sort of made her life.”
Nick, 17, added: “It’s been quite a surreal experience to be thrown into it at such a young age is very surreal but it’s a great experience.
“For any 17-year-old to be doing this as a job is just incredible. And to be doing it with Take That, we’re all massive fans of them.”
Five To Five, who were crowned the winners last month, said they will be singing the entire score of the musical despite the show’s boss Gary, 46, previously saying they would only be backup singers.
Yazdan,18, said: “We sing the whole score and the music underpins the whole story.
“We hardly ever leave the stage, it’s such a physical show.
“We’ve had conversations with Gary. Obviously the music at the moment is our main priority but after the year tour is over the sky’s the limit I guess.”
Tickets for the shows, which kick off at Manchester’s Opera House on September 8 and wrap up at Edinburgh Playhouse on July 14, have already been a big hit at the box office with takings of £2 million within two hours of them going on sale at noon on Monday (03.04.17).

Miranda grieves close friend's death

OHMYGOSSIP — Miranda Hart was in “shock” when her “dearest friend” died of cancer last year.
The 44-year-old comedian was dealt a huge blow in 2016 when her close pal Joanna Dugdale, who she met at drama school two decades ago, tragically passed away from breast cancer three weeks after she was told it was incurable.
And, although she was heartbroken by her loss, the television star believes Joanna is watching over her and she even helped her write her new Comic Relief book.
Speaking to the Daily Mail newspaper, she said: “I met Joanna at drama school 20 years ago and she was one of my dearest friends. To lose her last year was a huge shock. I dedicated my Comic Relief book to her as she loved the idea of it – she had a determined positive outlook on life – and gave me a couple of ideas for it.
“I am sure she is laughing with me as I do the daily entries from the book.”
The comedian, who is known for her semi-autobiographical series ‘Miranda’, was unable to attend Joanna’s funeral in person but had written a eulogy to be read.
Joanna’s stepfather Howard, 68, said: “At the funeral Miranda had a very funny eulogy about Joanna taking the p*** out of her and calling her a party pooper because they were both sitting in their pyjamas and dressing gowns instead of being out clubbing.
“It was a very funny remembrance of their last weekend together.”
Joanna had been in remission from breast cancer when she paid a visit to Miranda in Sussex for a week last year but, upon her return, she found out her cancer had come back and this time it was inoperable. She sadly died three weeks later.

The 35-year-old actor has a deal with Marvel Studios to play Steve Rogers and his heroic alter ego in two more movies, which will be the two ‘Avengers’ sequels, but he is free to walk away from the Marvel Cinematic Universe if he wishes or if the company no longer wants him.
In an appearance on ‘The Ellen Degeneres Show’ on Monday (03.04.17) Evans was asked if the two upcoming ‘Avengers’ films would be his last outings as Captain America, to which he replied: “It is. My contract is up. I have ‘Avengers’ three and four, we do ‘Avengers 3’ now and four is the latter part of the year, then after that, that is the end of my contract …They’ve been filming since February, I don’t start until May, there are so many people involved.”
Evans first suited up and wielded The Cap’s famous red, white and blue starred shield in 2011’s ‘Captain America: The First Avenger’ and he has followed that up with appearances in ‘The Avengers’ and ‘Avengers: Age of Ultron’ and ‘Captain America: The Winter Soldier’ and ‘Captain America: Civil War’.

Gemma Arterton's Their Finest script echoes her own gender pay struggle

OHMYGOSSIP — Gemma Arterton says the script for her latest film ‘Their Finest’ echoes her real-life gender struggle with pay.
The 31-year-old actress stars opposite Love Actually’s Bill Nighy and ‘The Hunger Games’ actor Sam Claflin in the British romantic comedy film, directed by Lone Scherfig.
The film, written by Gaby Chiappe, is based on the British ministry making a propaganda film with the help from Catrin Cole – a female scriptwriter, played by Arterton, who excels in the job despite her husband’s disapproval.
Speaking during a Q&A following a screening of ‘Their Finest’ – as part of the Jimmy Choo Presents HeforShe UN Women National Committee UK Film Series in Partnership with Curzon Cinemas – Arterton acknowledged the film echoes experiences from her own career.
She explained: “I’m not being paid as much as the men. I’m having to ask for a pay rise. But I think … that’s what I like about this film. It nods to all the facts without kind of grabbing it down your throat. This film kind of lets you take that in. And of course, you know, it still is the case that most of the time on the film set it’s female make-up artists, costume mistress and script supervisor. And it’s quite rare to have a gender-balanced crew. But it’s changing, which is really encouraging with the BAFTA rule, which is really good.”
BAFTA changed its rules to increase diversity in awards and membership so that it must now show that they have boosted opportunities for ethnic minorities and socially disadvantaged filmmakers.
Arterton admitted working on the set of ‘Their Finest’ felt different but she described it as “balanced”, “pleasant” and “joyful”.
She said: “Of course it does (feel different). I mean, if it was the other way round, anyone would be aware of the fact that there are only men on the set. Personally, for me, I just felt quite at ease. And it’s not about loving being a woman, it just felt balanced on set. It just did feel like not an issue at all actually. Most of the film is very… it’s about women really. So it was a pleasant and joyful set to be on. For men also because it felt very balanced.”
Arterton had her breakthrough role in 2008 when she played Bond Girl Strawberry Fields in James Bond’s ‘Quantum of Solace’. The role won her an Empire Award for Best Newcomer but she admitted it was five years into her acting career before she ever questioned what kind of actress she wanted to be.
Despite this, Arterton says that being a film producer is helping her to express herself better.
She explained: “In the beginning, it just kind of happened. And then about, sort of five years in, I had to stop and go: What do I want to say? Because I didn’t feel like I was saying anything. And now I think I’m starting to… it’s like I had two parts, and this is the second and interesting part. I start making films as a producer as well and that’s very exciting. I feel like from now I’m able to express myself better.”
Arterton has also starred in fantasy films ‘Clash of the Titans’ (2010), ‘Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time’ (2010), ‘Byzantium’ (2013) and played the character ‘Gretel in Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters’ (2013).

Joe Pesci reunites with Robert De Niro for The Irishman

OHMYGOSSIP — Joe Pesci is to reunite with Martin Scorsese and Robert De Niro for the director’s new movie ‘The Irishman’.
The trio worked together on cinema classics ‘Raging Bull’, Goodfellas’ and ‘Casino’ and now they are to bring another story to life on the big screen for the first time since 1995 after Scorsese’s long-term editor Thelma Schoonmaker spilled that Pesci had agreed to a role in the gangster flick.
In an interview with Crave Online discussing Scorsese’s future projects, Schoonmaker said: “He wants to make more films like [‘Silence’], that are spiritual, basically, but not set in 17th century Japan. In the modern time. So hopefully we’ll be able to make that. Not the next one, the next one is the next one is the next one is The Irishman, which is De Niro and Joe Pesci and elderly gangsters. So that’ll be very different from Silence. But maybe the one after that!”
‘The Irishman’ is an adaptation of the book ‘I Heard You Paint Houses’ which follows the exploits of Frank ‘The Irishman’ Sheeran – a high ranking Mafia hitman tasked with carrying out the “biggest mob hit in history”.
De Niro, 73, will be playing Sheeran with fellow gangster film icon Al Pacino portraying Jimmy Hoffa, while 74-year-old Pesci is expected to portray Russell Bufalino.
The rights of the film has already been bought by Netflix who will be distributing the film in 2019.
The movie will be the tenth time that De Niro and Scorsese, 74, will have teamed-up together.

Speaking on ‘This Morning’ on Monday (03.04.17), he said: “I’m getting excitable. I want 10 children. I’m being serious, obviously I’ve got a past. Everyone has relationship problems. Even Rylan Clark-Neal – who is standing in for Holly Willoughby alongside Phillip Schofield while she is off sick – is concerned for them because they’re both fiery.
He said: “You two are so similar in a lot ways and but dissimilar in a lot of ways. How is this relationship going to work?”
Bear replied: “It’s the best. I’m in love with her. She’s really funny, really caring and really loyal and I’m just happy that I’ve met her.”
And Charlotte thinks she’ll be OK because she’s managed to “tame” the wild child.
She said with a giggle: ” think I’ve already tamed him. He’s the one. I really do love him from the bottom of my heart. I’ve never met anyone quite like him.”

Stephanie Davis 'so proud' of Jeremy McConnell for rehab stint

OHMYGOSSIP — Stephanie Davis is “so proud” of Jeremy McConnell for seeking help in rehab.
The Irish heartthrob is set to check into a treatment facility on Monday (03.04.17) for six weeks in order to beat his addiction to drugs and alcohol, and his on/off girlfriend has admitted she’s got faith that he’ll be able to tackle his demons once and for all and is so happy that he’s finally decided to do this for her and their two-month-old son Caben.
Taking to her Twitter account this morning, she said: “Today is the day. I’m so proud of you for finally doing this. Do it for me and Caben but most importantly… Do it for your self. I know you got this now.Say goodbye to your demons &start a new lease of life with happiness.I have every faith in you (sic).”
Jeremy announced he was leaving to seek help on his Instagram account on Sunday (02.04.17) afternoon and blamed his behaviour on his inability to handle fame.
He wrote: “I want to leave this last message here for people to maybe get a better understanding of who I am as a person. I know a lot of people are sick of reading stories etc about me and my life and have a huge dislike for me, for the record nobody dislikes myself more that me. I never once have used my misfortunes in life for sympathy or excuses as a lot of people have had really tough lives, the fact I’m in the public eye just exposes them a lot more than others.
“I’m not perfect and I acted in a way that has been irresponsible a lot of which I feel was self-reflection. I’ve let family, friends, management and work down. I just hope I can wipe a clean slate and come back with a second chance.
‘Sometimes in this world when you’re low and you don’t really feel like you have anyone and people’s opinion on you are not really who you are. It’s tough to try and survive. I punished myself more than anyone could. I always said I never cared what people thought about me but deep down it’s been that supportive comment or Instagram or Twitter that’s made me feel a lot better.
“The people who know me know I’m a good guy and have a massive heart. I just never handle fame, money or actions very well and got lost in a downward spiral. It’s something I’m about to fix and never look back on. But I’ve learnt from my mistakes, this will be my last message for a while. I’ve decided to take the appropriate action for myself and my new family and that you for everyone’s support and to a new lease of life (sic)”
Jeremy and Stephanie – who got together last January after they met in the ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ house but split shortly afterwards following a series of blazing rows – rekindled their relationship a few weeks after their little one was born into the world in January 2017.
However, although everyone was hoping their reunion was good this time, the pair seemingly split again earlier this month when Jeremy allegedly assaulted his former flame while he was residing at her home in Liverpool.
The model was taken into police custody at a Merseyside police station in North West England a few days after the alleged incident for questioning.
A spokesperson for the station said: “Following a report of an assault at an address in Stephenson Grove, Rainhill, a man has this morning (16.03.17) been arrested.
“A 27-year-old man from Liverpool city centre has been arrested on suspicion of assault and criminal damage after voluntarily attending a police station on Merseyside. He remains in police custody for questioning.”
Jeremy was later released from custody but it’s not yet known whether he was charged with assault and criminal damage.

Coleen Nolan bags '£300k deal' for panto stint

OHMYGOSSIP — Coleen Nolan has pocketed a reported £300,000 to star in panto for eight weeks.
The ‘Loose Women’ panellist’s career is going from strength-to-strength since she was crowned the winner of ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ All Star vs New Star special in January as she’s now bagged the estimated lump sum after she agreed to portray the Fairy Godmother in Bradford Alhambra Theatre’s production of ‘Cinderella’ later this year.
A source told The Sun newspaper: “If you are a big star then panto always pays well but this is one of the biggest fees people have heard of. Producers Qdos really believe Coleen is a big name and will get bums on seats so they consider the money well spent. It’s six weeks of performances and two of rehearsal but her co-stars are likely to be earning only £700 a week. She will be earning roughly £4,000 per show but that cost is covered if producers fill ten per cent of the 1,400-capacity theatre every time.”
However, Coleen’s new job, which will see her star alongside her son Shane Nolan and comedian Billy Pearce, will clash with her presenting role on the lunchtime show ‘Loose Women’, meaning she’ll be away from screens for just under two months.
Meanwhile, Coleen hasn’t had the best time recently as not only is she battling to save her marriage with Ray Fensome, but she’s just found out her sister Linda Nolan – who had been clear of breast cancer for six years – is fighting secondary cancer.
The singer was found to have a cyst on her pelvis after she fell and broke her hip earlier this month, and though she has been told the condition is not curable this time round, doctors are able to treat her and she could still have “years” to live.
Coleen said: “It’s difficult to know where to start but about two and a half weeks ago, as you know my sister Linda had an accident at home, where she fell up the stairs and she broke her hip. She went to hospital and when they did the scan of her hip they found secondary cancer. They found a cyst attached to where the break was, on her pelvis, so it was just, earth-shattering for us initially.
“She’s incredible and what they have said is – and the reason I didn’t come back, was she didn’t want anybody to know at the time.”

Marco Pierre White Jr. to do I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!?

OHMYGOSSIP — Marco Pierre White Jr. wants to take part in this year’s ‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!’.
The 21-year-old wild child – the son of celebrity chef Marco Pierre White – stunned viewers last summer with his outrageous behaviour, which saw him cheat on his fiancee and brag about blowing £250,000 on cocaine, when he took part in the civilian series of ‘Big Brother’.
But the heavily-inked hunk has finally managed to get his life back on track after moving to his father’s farm in Wiltshire and would like to sign up to the jungle show when it returns to TV.
Speaking to the Daily Star newspaper, he said: “I definitely want to get back into TV. I’ve got to choose carefully thought. I turned down ‘Ex on the Beach’. I don’t want to go off the rails again.”
Marco was reportedly approached for ‘Ex on the Beach’ – also known as ‘EOTB’ – earlier this year as producers knew he’d provide endless entertainment following his ‘BB’ stint.
A source said: “Marco’s unpredictable nature makes him absolute TV gold. When he was in the ‘Big Brother’ house his antics shocked the nation – and he was only in there for a week. He could spend an entire month in the ‘EOTB’ villa, which combined with the sunshine, booze and plenty of hot girls is sure to mean plenty of sexy encounters and huge ratings.
“Producers think that putting him on a show like ‘Ex On The Beach’ will bring out an even dirtier side of him and make this series the sexiest ever.”
Producers were also trying to bag Laura Carter, who Marco romped with on national television on the show last year, for the new series but she’s declined in order to focus on her acting.
A representative for Laura said previously: “She was approached for series six, but declined as she’s going back into acting and had work commitments to fulfil.
“They asked her in for an initial meeting, but she declined because she didn’t want to do reality anymore – but she wouldn’t say no to ‘Strictly’ or ‘I’m A Celeb’.”
